Watch your game. -  Face masks not covering your noses when you're in the back is fine, but when you're with the public? Put them on! Be professional. I'm a vaccinated customer respecting you, respect me.- Don't just say, "Someone at the register will help you," and then no one rings me up. They look at me, they look at you the Manager on your cellphone, and no one knows what to do. Then I have to ask, "Will someone ring me up?" And then suddenly everyone is helping me. My first time with Sweet Flower delivery and Donald was perfect! He called to let me know when he would be on his way to deliver and arrived at my front door right on time.  The whole process was smooth and he was super professional and friendly.  Prices were good too -- 15% off delivery! Wow. Bad experience with delivery from This location too. Apparently this whole company cannot deliver a bag of weed to save their lives. I can get a fresh made pizza in a fucking hour! I ordered 7:30 last night, they deliver until 10:00 but told me they can't deliver until tomorrow morning. So here it is 9:48 am and still no delivery. WTF? I live less than 3 miles away. Too many other places to have suck ass service and rude people answering the phone who are clueless.

Helpful employees, good selection of flower and pre rolls. They exchanged my defective vape battery even months after the return policy!

This is, hands down, my favorite dispensary! They've got a great selection and awesome prices. But the best part is the customer service. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. They even have my dogs convinced that the shop is their second home! Lol

Been a customer here since day one and I must say I have no complaints so far. Services are always good. Everyone is super nice and has a lot of knowledge on their products.I only tried the cbd oil products and some tea bags and most recommended products worked really well for my wrist pains. But my fav is the one from cosmic view. The slumber one works really well for light sleepers!

I hade a FANTASTIC experience here. The associates are extremely knowledgeable about the products that are being sold, and great with recommendations specific to your needs. Just describe what you are looking for, and they have a product for you.Everything inside was extremely clean and inviting, and I felt great about the transparency of the place, the people, and the experience as a whole. Really disappointing experience!I placed my 1st order online today and used the 20% discount code "bringit" for 3 items that should have been delivered within 60-90min.A couple of hours later, I got a phone call from the store informing me the debit card machine had issues so asking me to pay cash. I didn't have enough cash so decided to take out 1 of the 3 items.When I asked for the new price on the phone I explained I didn't think the 20% discount had been applied to the new amount for the 2 items only. The sales guy I spoke to told me it'd be fine and I'd be able to see it on the receipt once I take delivery.The delivery guy was very nice but when looking at the receipt it looked like the discount had not been applied. He then proceeded to phone his manager who apparently couldn't honor the discount this time but would definitely apply it to the next order. At that point, I had lost faith in the company's ability  to honor anything and didn't take delivery.I wouldn't recommend ordering from this store. I've had a better experience ordering from other stores in the area like MedMen.

Honestly, I don't like leaving negative reviews but I tried reaching out to Sweet Flower twice after my visit and never received a response. I went in-person on a Friday three weeks ago and had a less-than-great experience.They were a bit busy because they were understaffed. Not a problem for me - it was Friday evening and I was happy to wait in line for the opportunity to talk with someone about the products (rather than just ordering online). They're being very careful about how many people they allow in the store and I appreciate that.When it was my turn, I was checked in and told that I would be receiving 15% off because it was my first time and that someone would be with me to help me shortly. Great - I love a discount and I'll probably buy more because of it.The woman who checked me in came to help me because, again, they were short staffed. I was hoping to talk about what they had in-store and maybe find something to try other than my regular purchases. The entire exchange I had with this woman felt very rushed and after I asked if they had anything to recommend, she pointed to the new seltzer they had in and told me they were 15% off on Fridays - awesome, again, I love a deal - but how much are they? "I don't know, like $20," she said as she walked away. I told her I'd like to try them and also had come for Airgraft since they're one of the only places that sells their pods. She didn't seem to know too much about Airgraft but that's fine, I told her I wanted indica and she told me which one that would be, then asked if I was all done and started to walk away. I had hoped to get some edibles too but someone else was at that counter by then and keeping my distance, I just asked her to also pull one of the edibles that I could see from 6 feet away. So she left to get everything from the back and eventually came back and set it all down, then told me someone else would be checking me out because they were short staffed. I got it - no problem, even though a handful of people were checked out before me, it's Friday and I don't mind waiting although I have some anxiety and this whole experience had me a bit on edge already. Finally it's time to be checked out and another woman was going to handle that transaction. She looked up my name a few times and told me she actually couldn't find me in the system and went to the check-in lady who came back, poked around on the computer, then looked at me and said "you're not in the system." When I just stared back at her, not sure what I was supposed to do, she said "What's your name, HONEY" - I had just given my ID to the last woman in an effort to try to help out but I gave her my name and tried to remind her that she had been the person to check me in just moments earlier. I guess I wasn't checked in but I don't see how that is my fault. The checkout woman came back and entered my information into the system, also letting me know that I would be getting 15% off my order. She rung everything up and bagged it. The total came out to be quite a bit higher than I had anticipated but I was so thrown off that I paid and was in my car before I even really realized that there is no way 15% had been applied to the bill. Unfortunately, I was told that the receipt printer was broken and I would be getting the receipt by text but that never arrived. I put everything that I ordered into their online site and it came out to less, even without the 15% off that I should have gotten. Even worse, when I got home and unpacked the bag, she had given me one of the wrong products - not the Airgraft that I had been hoping for or we had discussed (I didn't see the products after she brought them from the back until they were bagged up and the price was the same).I reached out to Sweet Flower via their website two separate times, mostly just to make sure I could get the 15% off in the future since I clearly didn't get it this time but never received any response. The place seemed pretty great but at this point, I don't think I'll ever go back.

What I really like most about Sweet Flower is that they've got a great selection of edibles, tinctures, gummies, and things that are for more purposes than just flower to smoke.  I like to get things to help me sleep, i do not like the way thc feels in large quantities and and i dont like being stoned.  They had the best selection of the things i just mentioned that i've seen anywhere, except mmaybe medmen.  But their prices are better than medmen.  If you want a large selection of flower or concentrates for puffin', herbarium is def where you'd want to go.

One of my favorite shops to visit in town -- honestly, it's become the only one I go to. Friendly staff, Ada (Aida?) helps me out most times. She walks me through all the good stuff they've got going on and makes sure I'm taken care of!They've got some really great flower brands. I usually stick with Good Flower or CRU, both having some awesome strains. You can order online and pick up in store or just do delivery for a 3 dollar fee. I usually order online and pick up in store. It's super easy and I'm usually  in and out in about 5 minutes.Check them out, they're my favorite and the flower is good.

I can't say enough about this location... they have the best selection and have a great variety of CBD flower and products. For someone like me who needs CBD with low THC for medical reasons this place has the best selection! On top of that Haley the manager is PHENOMENAL!!! Her and the staff are so helpful and genuine with the customers. I will always go out of my way to come to this location!!

FYI hold on to your receipts!! They do not replace faulty products without one. My disposable vape pen was working just fine, I bought it two weeks ago. The battery stopped working last night and it's half full. I called to inquire and they will not exchange it for me even after talking to a manager. I will be returning Medmen as they have everything in the computer for you and will happily exchange no questions asked. Too bad I really liked this store.

Rude customer service woman last night who told me not to raise my voice when I had barely even opened my mouth to let her know I had an issue and needed to cancel my order lol!  I know things are crazy right now and everyone is super stressed but there was NO reason for HER to actually be the one who raised her voice at me - insane..! Never going to go there or order from them again! Way too many better choices out there.  #Byeeeeeee

Cute little dispensary - feels like a modern boutique with nice displays and great curated products. Appreciated the friendly knowledgeable service. Every thing feels more upscale and I saw several things I hadn't seen before. They were the first place that actually had Garden Society's dark chocolate chili single serve chocolates.

I came here recently to buy CBD oil for my elderly cat. They were very friendly from the moment I walked in. The sales rep. who assisted me sounded very knowledgeable. It always annoys me to have to ask the sales rep for prices... Just my pet peeve.

I used to drive kinda far to find the big name brand stores, and then one sunday stumbled upon the beautiful, minimal styled, shop on Melrose. I literally never want to go anywhere else! It's so nice inside, has SO MANY OPTIONS and staff that are super attentive. The staff are really kind and patient, and last time I was there the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had a good experience! CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! It's the best :)

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed my order at 5:15pm with an estimated 60-90min delivery time. By 730 I called to check in, in case my order had been lost...nope, not lost. A young woman informed me I should've known they were running behind and my eta was actually 8:15pm. I canceled the order after it took me 45min to reach a manager. Absolutely zero regard for their customer's time. Won't be going back

Came in and asked for heavy hitters brand and was told they aren't sold there because it's too masculine?! Why would you only sell brands geared towards women? First off it's weed no one cares about a gender geared weed brand, second wouldn't that fall under the lines of slightly sexist? MedMen is right down the street from here. It's worth the extra mile.

Coming from a fun night in Weho, my friend spotted this GORGEOUS weed shop. After getting into almost 2 car accidents ( people drive crazy over here, so beware lol ) we stepped inside. I was blown away by the design of the shop.. it's so pretty! We were immediately greeted by ADA and she checked us in. She walked us around the shop and showed us a lot of merchandise ( I don't smoke, so I didn't know what half of the "flowers" and little Smokey pins were, but Ada talked to me about everything and I left feeling like I've been a smoker for my whole life lol. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about her line of work! Elie took over the interaction and her bubbly personality made me even happier than I already was! We talked about our doc marten boots and had friendly conversation. My friend and I live in an hour and half away in Lancaster and we said that we'd make this our weed shop going forward. Thanks for the phenomenal service ladies!

Ah! What a delightful place!  a nice open concept and great playlist every time. Every florist has been more than helpful. The uniform is pleasant. I popped into the shop because it looked so cute. The store is beautiful and I was helped by Chanin. She was knowledgeable and friendly and really helped guide me to exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely come back!

My favorite dispensary in LA. Not only is the store designed so invitingly by the customer service is A+. The staff is very knowledgeable and don't push you to buy other products. They also have the best selection of brands.

Really beautiful store, but the manager solicits customers from outside the door. Then when entering, manager refused to let front desk person answer questions regarding whether they had a specific product without giving my personal information. I wasn't even fully in store near products.

I went there because of the great reviews, but I very much disagree. I was new to CBD and had a few questions. I felt like I was rushed through, my concerns ignored and was forced into a purchase. The product worked fine, even though it wasn't what I wanted (I wanted something topical.) But for what I was going through, as a temporary fix, it was fine. But then I noticed that the product expired in 2 weeks, just 4 weeks from purchase. I went back, thinking there was a mistake -- all my friends who have experience with CBD assured me it had to be a mistake -- but I was bombarded by two reps who insisted I was wrong and were extremely rude and condescending. "There should at least be a one-year shelf-life," I said. And they replied it had a one year shelf life... "Yes, but on your shelf. Not mine. Not the purchaser." They just sat there and looked at me like I was an idiot. And I walked out. I won't be going back. There's plenty of other shops in town.

This place is amazing and the staff is super friendly/helpful!  I stumbled upon this new dispensary and went inside, was greeted by friendly staff and the assistant manager went out of his way to walk me through all the product I was interested in.  I think his name was Jamel and he really knew his stuff!  He wasn't trying to sell me on anything, but took his time finding me the right bud I was looking for and that fit my budget!  I'll definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a local dispensary.

This place is amazing.   Always super helpful and doesn't feel skeezy when I'm trying to get some muscle balm etc. Large selection of balms, rubs, and stuff with natural ingredients. Lots of patches and tinctures as well. Don't shop anywhere else for your goods.

Great store but since they changed their points system, where you now need more points for a reward, they've been having technical problems and your points aren't automatically attached to your ID. You NEED to give your phone number every time, I've noticed. I used to check my point total every time I came in the store, which is a lot, since I live like 3 blocks away. In October I was one purchase away from $20 off and thought perfect, I'll save up my points and then use them for a Christmas gift, and haven't been giving my phone number since then because I haven't considered using my points. Probably spent $1000-2000 since October. I finally checked my points total today for the holiday purchase I've been planning - still one purchase away from that $20 reward. The staff is great here though and it's a very nice store. Cookies down the street gives a local discount if you live closeby, so if sweetflower's points are messed up, you'll get more bang for your buck over there. They stopped talking about / advertising their points system mostly but it was the main reason I shopped here. Really disappointing lol, I've been shopping here more frequently even to ramp up my points for the holidays. The weed is bomb though

Unfortunately I need to change my previous review of the store due to false advertisement. I received Sweet Flower's promotional email stating that today there would be BOGO on A Golden State. I arrived to the store and selected my items and when it came time to pay, I was informed that it wasn't actually BOGO, it was buy one get a gram of indica for free, which I have no use for. The person helping me was completely understanding and thought I would still get the deal because that is what it says on their flyer and email, but the manager said no can do and offered me 20% off for next time. Unfortunately there won't be a next time. There are too many great cannabis shops in LA to waste time chasing deals that don't actually exist. Check out Artist Tree Or Amuse. Their deals are on point and their customer service is even better. Two stars because the person helping me was awesome and they gave my dog treats when I entered, but zero stars on the false advertisement and management not backing their "deals".

I was placing a delivery order in the time that Sweet flower is supposed to deliver and it said the delivery was unavailable. The same order if I go to pick it up is $10 more! I was denied when  I asked if since they were short delivery people and I was going to pick up the order I would get the price of the delivery, which is $10 less.   Poor customer service.  Now they lost a regular customer over $10 ! Not a smart business move .

I got to try some 49% flower here, never seen anything like it. The price was on par with the quality at about $93 with tax, but for something top shelf like this I'm happy to pay a premium.

Long time cannabis user, short time sweet flower customer. I bought an 1/8 of "the dopest dope, I've ever smoked". Sweet flower please keep curated cannabis tangieland on your shelves! First of all when I was getting the goods he brought back a huge jar for an 1/8. Sales guy replied it's because the bud is so big. When I say this is the biggest densest most beautiful nug I've ever seen-I mean it! Second of all this shit is heavy but no heady hangover, great taste, long lasting head and body high. I usually smoke 1/8 in two days easy. Idk how long I've had this everlasting nugstopper but I'm finally down to the stem and I'm going to be mucho disappointed if this isn't still in stock.I usually hate tangie strands! So if curated cannabis wants to sponser my high lifestyle I'm available. I also will sell my soul to be a tester for this glorious company. Always a pleasure coming here, staff is super nice and helpful, never a wait (at least when I've come), and they often have food or ice cream trucks outside for cool specials when you spend a certain amount. Vibe is chill and very open and bright layout. Highly recommend if you live nearby!
