Best shop I've been to! Price, brands, vibe, all check out. I will preface this with, I have only shopped here during covid restrictions so my experience may be skewed if the world ever goes back to "normal." Upon arriving to Sweet Flower, you show your ID to security, and check in at the desk. They'll run you through any specials and then someone else will come over to assist you. They can answer any questions you may have. I typically just describe the vibe I'm going for and what I know I do and don't like and let them recommend new things to me. They are genuinely trying to help and make sure you get things that you like versus trying to upsell. If there is a better deal or something they think you will or won't like, they'll tell you. They carry great brands in all price ranges so if you're on a budget, they'll have plenty for you. I also really appreciate that they take debit! Yes, there are fees for using debit. This is because in order to take debit, it has to work like an ATM withdrawal. They have to round up to the nearest $5 or $10 and give you change. If you've never used debit at a dispensary before this may seem odd but that's how all dispensaries have to process debit transactions due to marijuana still being illegal federally.

Abraham was amazing he walked my husband and I through everything patiently and really listened to our  preferences.

Stop giving attitude on asian people. Okay? This is not the first time! For $17 one pre roll they charge $23 if i pay with cash. But if i want to pay for card they charge me $28. Unbelievable! The only reason I go here because it's close to where I live and stop give me an attitude because my English is bad or I didn't make any purchase here. You guys price are weird anyway

Not only did I have to call and to report employees for not putting me on an actual hold so that I wouldn't be able to hear them talk shit about their customers of the day ...twice this week way before nine which is their last call for delivery I've been told that they cannot follow through with my delivery. So why don't you have enough drivers to see you to the end of the night there's no way you planned twice this week to not have what you need especially on a Saturday. you guys are not unaware of the days so what the fuck is the issue?

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Christian went above and beyond in helping me find a strain that fit my needs. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.

I love this store so much. I went in-person in the "before times" (pre-covid) and was so impressed with the store layout, styling, offerings, and of course the impressive staff. Now I use the delivery service and am just as stoked to use their service. The deliveries are quick, and even if they're running behind 15-30 minutes (truly who isn't running behind with everything going on right now), they give me a call with plenty of heads up letting me know. The delivery driver I've gotten the most, Justin M., is so dope. He's as conversational as you feel like being and just a really cool dude that keeps his distance and makes me feel safe (safe in terms of asking questions as well as safe in terms of covid prevention measures) when he delivers. Couldn't ask for more from him or this service. 10/10 would recommend this store/delivery service to everyone!

Love, love, love this dispensary!Located next to Two Bit Circus, we noticed this nice little dispensary and decided to take a look after we were done next door playing games. We got there at 8:50pm and although they close at 9pm, the security guard still let us in. A female budtender kindly told us the register closes at 9pm so if we want to buy anything, we'd have to be quick.I haven't been able to find Northern Lights anywhere for a little over a year, so I was only looking for one thing. My favorite cartridge is from Heavy Hitters, but I looked at the flower selection first since not a lot of dispensaries carry HH. My boyfriend started at the other side of the store in the vape section and immediately called out, "BABE GUESS WHAT THEY HAVE?"I ran over and there were Heavy Hitters galore. They had cartridges and disposables, both available in Northern Lights. Jackpot! And the best part is they sell the disposable pens for $30, which is half the cost at the place I was getting before (which was too far on Melrose and is now forever closed anyway). FTPs also get 15% off, so I bought as much as I could to stock up lolVery happy with their selection, pricing, and customer service. Aesthetically pleasing, clean, and tidy store. Can't wait to come back!

The Whole Foods of weed! Wow, not only do they have the best top tier inventory to choose from, the customer service is beyond exceptional. Make sure to request Kate when you stop by, she's extremely knowledgeable, super patient and takes time to teach the consumer the science and history of the products. I PROMISE you will not disappointed!

I fell for their campaign of "Stay at home...15%off all delivery orders blah blah blah" this was my second time ordering from them. The first time they offer a gift after $50 spent, I didn't get such a gift, but the girl who delivered my order told me not to worry they will send it to me next time. So last night before placing a new order I called to the store and remind them about my gift (because who doesn't like free stuff?) Then, they explained to me that the promotion applies "while supply last", but Britani was very generous and offer me 20% off for my order, instead of the 15%. I was happy and order 2 items, one less than my first order. After all the taxes were included and 15% discount (because they supposedly apply the 20% when preparing order) my total was $46.22, so I thought when they deliver it the grand total will be even less than $46.22. NOPE!! After some reason that I still cannot understand, I ended paying for 2 products $58.20. The delivery guy didn't have a clue what was going on and Jordan de manager tried to explain to me where this magic numbers came from -I guess I'm less smart than what I thought- I did add 10% tip and there's a fee of $3.50 for paying with your debit card (ridiculous). For some other weird reason and after paying with a debit card, they supposed to give me some change. in my case was $4.16, change I didn't receive, but I want to think that the delivery guy just forgot about it. I will never order again from this store, I choose the delivery option obviously for the discount they offer, because along with free stuff we all like better prices. But at the end I didn't get the 20% they said they will give me, I'm guessing because they sent me some chocolates as a gift and I ended up paying almost $60 bucks for something I could have paid less if I just go and pick it up? I'm not even that far from this location, but again they encourage customers to stay home, but little did I know.

Coming here was a 10/10 experience. I was originally a little hesitant to come to Arts District because of the parking, but there was a ton of street parking available on Mateo. Once I was inside, Jamie took such amazing care of me! They were knowledgeable, kind, and super attentive. The store is beautiful + clean as well. Will be back soon!

I had an incredible experience! I tend to know what I am coming in for, so Britani took amazing care of me. She asked what I needed and helped me get in and out quick. She also recommended an amazing balm that they were out of, and she worked with the processing team in the back to get me the last one! I can't wait to come back!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful-- I've never felt like I've wasted money on goods that weren't worth it. Best place in town! Lovely assortment of products but the beverages are da bomb... great for mixers ( CANN Brand) when u need a new take on a Mojito, Margarita, Greyhound etc. ... Great discounts and great service... hit em up!

I always wanted to come here because of the cute aesthetic. The people on the street who were greeting us were super sweet and funny. I walked in and no one greeted me. I was completely ignored. I told the girl I wanted a PAX battery and a preroll and she said ok what color. I told her blue and she just went back on her phone and didn't even grab it. I was a little confused so I went to the case of pre-rolls. I was looking at getting a kief joint for a friend's BDAY so I was asking the guy about the different $20-$30 joints. I asked his recommendation and of course, he picks the $70 joint. I steered clear of that one and asked about the other choices and he still pushed on the $70 joint. I was kinda annoyed so I just picked a random $30 one which was more my price range. I go back to the girl to pay and she rings me up without the PAX. I remind her and she gives me a blank stare. She finally slowly walked to grab it and clearly could not function. I know this is a dispensary but she seemed super incoherent and rude. I had to remind her I was a first-time shopper to get my discount and asked if I got a discount for paying cash and she said "ya". Overall I feel like this woman did the bare minimum and didn't even try to help me. I won't ever be back to this location. Medmen always gives me great customer service.

Been a customer here since day one and I must say I have no complaints so far. Services are always good. Everyone is super nice and has a lot of knowledge on their products.I only tried the cbd oil products and some tea bags and most recommended products worked really well for my wrist pains. But my fav is the one from cosmic view. The slumber one works really well for light sleepers! Today, I called in to get some more info on a product and Alisha was super helpful and sweet. She also informed me of all the discounts you can get !!! Thank you!!!

Can't give a positive review to a store that has a business phone that rolls into a full mailbox at noon. Unprofessional. Tried the online chat and got disconnected 3 times in a row. Maybe just don't offer customer service if that's not your thing.Update: despite not answering their phone, just to know I went to the shop and the product was ready and waiting. Process Improvement Suggestion: when a customer orders online, include a working phone # to call and some sort of a order #, to reference it by. And some feedback, like "order is ready". That kind of text message would keep the customer in the loop.

Sweet Flower is conveniently located in the Arts District. They have a good selection and it's quick and easy to place your order online for pick up. The store is very clean and COVID-19 procedures are followed well. The staff here are friendly and pleasant. The notification message for when your items are ready for pick up is quite delayed, so I'd recommend just going in before getting the message. You can also call and ask.

This is my GO-TO dispensary because a.) it's literally down the street from me and b.) customer service is always on POINT! Christian helped me out today and, again, impeccable service! Thanks so much!

The previous reviews aren't wrong when they rave about the aesthetics and style of this place-- it definitely has a beautiful, minimalistic design of the space and product display.However, my 2-star experience is based on the inadequate practice of covid-19 safety guidelines, overbearing sales technique, and poor customer service. Read on if interested! COVID-19: Great job on staff cleaning/wiping high-touch surfaces and restricting the number of customers in the store at one time. But, two of your staff had masks that were consistently falling off their nose and it seemed both were unaware of the 6-ft social distancing guidelines. Combine both of those and I was having to bend back or keep stepping back. This leads into the encroachment sales technique. Sales Technique: Staff were definitely friendly, but it was very pushy salesman-like, so we wondered whether sales are commission-based. It felt like employees were competing to be the most helpful, retrieve the items from the back, and ring us up. Employees exchanged comments with terse tones and awkward eye glances near the register that served to validate there is some sort of commission or sales quota-related goals going on. Poor Customer Service (THIS IS THE BIG ONE): As a first time buyer at Sweet Flower, we were told we'd receive 15% off at checkout. At checkout, not only was this discount not automatically added (although all info was taken at check-in when we entered the store), an item rang up for the incorrect price. We noted the discrepancy and proceeded to show the employee the item was displayed in two locations (inside glass case and on a wall display) and she was reluctant to correct the price as if we had changed the price display?? After some back and forth discussion, she relented and said she would "honor the price, but exclude the intro 15% off since she's doing us a favor with the -$5." I don't understand how this was doing us a favor when it was a clear store display? Obviously it's some human error by one of the employees, you shouldn't be insinuating that I manipulated something. It's not a huge deal since it's a matter of few bucks, but those actions speak for the customer service, or lack thereof. To me, they can maybe pass for a 2.5 star dispensary, but definitely not a 5-star.

Normally have the prerolls I'm looking for but in this case they didn't, which is fine but I was given advice as if I'd never bought or smoked before. Then when choosing to buy what i needed to just roll my own of the same strain I had asked to grab a cheap grinder and the one they had given me, in which they told me it'd be $5 was actually $23.

Went here for the first time over the weekend. I got charged for a product they forgot to put in my bag that was like $30. Pretty disappointing as this place is a bit out of my way to go back to.

Yeah so basically I know everything about bud. How it grows, where it came from. It's fucking essence. And although this wasn't quite the Argentinian coal hash I smoked while evading the federales near outskirts of Cordoba it did vaguely remind me of it. 5 stars but barely.

First time here and was lucky to have Julian assist. Julian is professional, has the patience of a saint, is incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He made a complex (to me) topic easy to understand.   Not sure what I expected but the store was immaculately clean and well organized. Great experience!

We had just moved to LA a week prior and were having an evening stroll when something bright caught our eye. Having just spent 80$ on 4 drinks at a death themed pop up bar, I wasn't really in the mood to spend more money, but apparently in LA every time you leave your apartment you become at least 100 dollars poorer. "Is that the Apple of weed stores?" my friend exclaimed, as if he was already high. Our temptation did not disappoint as we entered and found ourselves in a place that simultaneously felt like a sharper image and barnes and noble. My fiancée and I collected a melange of things to eat and drink and left the store with our receipt in hands, questioning our life choices. None of the products disappointed and I'm happy to report everything worked as it should. The customer services is exceptional and even the most petulant of Karens (which I fully admit I can be) will feel taken care of. Plus the Money tree in the lobby looks like it's from a Marvel movie.

My friend showed me this place and it's now my go-to dispensary. They have an amazing selection, lots of fun variety of edibles and flower. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have different deals everyday so I'll visit a couple times a week to take advantage of the deals. Highly recommend visiting!

My sweet dog threw her back out a second time this year and I stopped in for some Vet CBD(she really likes the taste of the 20:1) They are so nice here. Brenda was awesome. The store was awesome. The lightning was awesome. I love the windows every time I come here. I always think that parking is gonna be a hassle and it never is. There's a big parking lot right across the street I always forget about.

I was in the area for a party and realized I was without. Quick yelp search popped this location and I decided to give it a shot. I was warmly greeted by Cheryl, who was really great at showing me the shop and giving some good recommendations about flower. Decided on a couple of pre-rolls to hold me over, and the strains Cheryl recommended were great that night! Appreciate the great service she provided and if I'm back in the area, I'll be sure to check it out again.

The customer service they provide here is amazing. Julian helped when I was there Friday. His knowlege was superior  to anyone I have ever delt with at a dispensary. If you are looking for a place to buy some special flowers, this is probably one of the better ones. The inside is well-lit with a nicely organized layout and is clean. The selection is always the new stuff from the brands they carry, with a mix of some classics. Oh and they have a rewards program (ask, because the staff are new and sometimes forget!)While my friend and I were in there we had Amber serving us. I want to just say she was wonderful with a really good range of depth to each product. She walked us through the specials, talked us through each of her favorites and what they were like, and was very helpful overall. Add on that she's cute and super friendly and we have a wonderful visit. If you can work with her, I'd recommend it!!As far as prices, they are pretty much on par with everywhere else. The only thing to remember is add on the following taxes: California sales, excise, and LA excise. It's about 35% total.

I visited on 10/30 to do curbside pick up for items I ordered online. I purchased a Breez spray and a Breez Daytime mint. Once I got to the location the staff told me my order which matched my order online. Then I find out that they were charging me a higher price than what it said on the website by $25 more. Staff explained to me that the price listing was wrong online. So I figured okay that's annoying but whatever I'll pay the difference. My card was charged before they gave me the items. (I get it people might drive away if they give the product first.) Then come to realize when I got home that they gave me Breez Nighttime mints instead of the Daytime mints. The price is like $20+ plus tax more than what I originally expected to pay. So now I'm down $25ish and stuck with a product that I did not order and do not want... So inconvenient and pretty much got ripped off.

Very nice shop . Clean nice display . However their prices are higher than most . If you walk down to Buddha co the prices are much cheaper . That is why I'm giving them a 3 out of 5 stars .

Yay I love this place so much. They have a super wide selection and everyone is really nice and helpful. They also have awesome deals daily like 15% off edibles which is very chill. They also have super amazing blunts that have a cool plastic filter so it doesn't get all sticky and gross. I am visiting and I have been there 4 out of the 5 days I have been here lol. Decided to drop by for some pre rolls and picked up a Raw Garden live sauce because it is my favorite wax. Didn't think anything of it and when I finally opened it for the first time and it looked nothing like my usual purchases. It looked like someone had already scooped some out and then decided to sell it to me.

Stopped in a grab some flower and edibles for the holidays, and Amber was super knowledgeable and very helpful! Sweet flower has the classy and professional vibe of MedMen, but it's better priced and feels less corporate. It's a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and they have a good selection of outdoor grown flower as well as edibles from both the big brands like Kiva, plus some I had never seen before. They also had some good promotions going, like 15% off for your first visit, so I'll definitely be back!

Hands down best dispensary to shop!  Well lit, beautiful displays and top-of-the-line products.  Compared to other dispensaries I've been to, it's like Bloomingdale's vs. JC Penney...  The staff there are cool and know their stuff.  I went there Sat. after their opening in Nov. and asked many questions and got friendly answers and advice from two employees.  Sorry, I forgot their names!  I'll be back next week!  Oh, also there's plenty of free parking by the store and around the corner.

TL;DR - The apple store meets 3rd wave coffee shop of cannabis experiences.  Diverse product line. Friendly employees.  COVID-19 safe shopping experience.Probably one of the most fresh, elegant, and clean cannabis shops you could stumble into it.  Came in to take a look around and was inspired to tell the world about this gem of an experience.ID checked, then waited a few mins to get into the shop. The employees were super friendly and not pushy at all.  Very easy going and professional, you could tell they were happy to work there.The product displays are amazing. Well lit, great product showcases, and lighting throughout the store was airy and inspirational.You get a % discount if it's your first purchase there too.They sell edibles, drinks, loose leaf, wax, CBD, pre-rolls, intimacy accentuators, and pet-friendly products too.COVID-19 Cleanliness- Only about 4-5 people are being allowed into the store at a time.-Employees wearing masks.-Hand sanitizer available.

Sweetflower is one of those places that just make it super comfortable to shop around. The staff is always helpful and the delivery is a helpful plus. Whenever new inventory comes in, the staff always explains what's new and whether they think it's good.I usually come here for Kurvana and Dosist pens and they always have things in stock. Shout out to Krystal for her kind demeanor and being super helpful!

Brilliant service from floor staff. Desirae was super helpful. They carry the right selection of Black-owned, women-owned and small farmer/organic brands. And they know their stuff. Having worked in the industry coming in here makes me realize some folks are still doing it right.

Pricing system is all messed up here. Don't go in the store to buy as you will pay the most in taxes and fees. A little less of you order online for in store pick up. A little bit more of a discount if you order online for delivery. I dunno it's a turn off. I know people are excited that it's legal and stuff but damn $100 for an eighth is ridiculous even with taxes. Also the employees there are young and think they know everything. It's pretty funny when they try to explain the weed statins. Listen kid I've been a medical patient since you were in elementary school lol. Anyways the shop is okay. If you don't care about money then this store is for you.

Do not go here . I am a cannabis chef, published cannabis author and Netflix cooking on high contestants. I have been on high times a few time ! Please do not go here. These guys are rude , over prices and very unhelpful. If you are a true cannabis lover, stay away from them. Give your money to someone that appreciates it and deserve it . Not entitled assholes

Was in this morning and as usual a great & smooth experience. Christian helped me out and had my order ready. Quick and convenient in and out. Would definitely recommend getting your needs met at this location. I will most definitely be back when the time calls for it.

A lot of cannabis related products, edibles, pre-rolls, cannabis infused drinks, etc. The staff will guide you through their extensive catalog of products. I will continue my patronage to this dispensary from now onwards.

A small dispensary in the Arts District that has wonderful daily deals especially on a Tuesday if you're interested in edibles. The staff is always happy, very helpful and knowledgeable of the products they carry. If it's you're first time getting into this these guys are wonderful to talk to who can provide some insight. They also seem to be the only ones near by that carry Dr.Norms regularly which is a plus for me ☺️

Hello Sweet Flower, I Live In San Francisco California, A close friend referred me to you sweet flower i looked through your pictures of the dispensary and i liked them very much. One question i did had was if taxes was included on the price shown on the pictures ?

The pizza was delicious, and the owner, Greg, was a lot of fun to be around and extremely inviting! He taught us about the history of the town, gave us advice, and was generally quite helpful. The pizza itself is fantastic! We will surely return and suggest the restaurant to my friends and family. Thank you very much, Greg!
