If I could give no star I would. I bought from them and got home and the cashier gave me an empty tube! I called and the guy acted like he didn't believe me. I Won't be back!

One of my favorite dispensaries fr. Wouldnt have thought so from the outside but once you got buzzed in it was another story. Great staff, great selection, good prices! Late night happy hour is my favorite. A MUST GO

i love this place! and the budtenders are all awesome! i won't go anywhere else! The prices are good and the quality is better and these guys know their shit!

Soooo I totally came in yesterday and bought a cartridge and I ended up buying the incorrect one because the high ass bud tender didn't tell me that it was NOT a universal product . She assured me that if there were any issues I would be able to bring it back with the receipt and get an exchange to make it all cleared up . So after going  home and realizing that isn't the cartridge to my pen I bring it back into the store the next morning . (Today) and the bud tender tells me hey the managers not here right now I don't know what time she'll be back but if you have some time to come back back later because she's the only person authorized to do returns we will take care of you no problem . I was little annoyed but it wasn't his fault and he's always cool so I say yeah I'll come back no problem . Then I get done with my appointment I had in the city and I call to make sure the manager is there and she tells me that she can't help me because I didn't let the budtender know that the specific cartridge wasn't to that specific pen ... even after that I've been told TWICE that if I had the receipt I could bring it back for the correct cartridge/ product or whatever. She said I can give you a good discount (30 percent LOL ) which in comparison to the 26$ she just told me I'm shit out of luck about and tried to sell me another cartridge for 22 $ that's she can't open in the store or let me go get my pen to screw on to make sure it actually works . I'm confused because I was told twice that everything would be fine with a receipt and I read the receipt and it said I had 48 hours with packaging and the original receipt for an EXCHANGE . Which is what I told her TWICE . This dumb bitch had the audacity to tell me "I know it's frustrating " you know what's frustrating ? That lip color , your lack of customer service and your shitty outfit  . She really told me to buy another cartridge that I couldn't test to see if it actually worked and then offered me NOTHING but a it's frustrating but had no other solution but to sell me a product she wasn't even sure would work for 22 extra fucking dollars . Everyone else is cool but homegirl is hot trash as a manager and needs to reevaluate her sales skills . Intelligence is a skill that some people just don't have the capability of possessing entirely .

New favorite! Lots of product options. The bud tenders are helpful and easy to talk with. They have legit sales and a 25% happy hour daily. Oh! And ATM withdrawals are free! Definitely feel like I get the most bang for my buck. I'll give it 5 stars as soon as I can pre-order online and pick up!

I used to love this dispensary, but unfortunately I will not be shopping here any longer. The crew had become family to me and they fired multiple employees for discriminatory reasons. I've recently heard that an employee was "let go of" bc a dog bit him in his place of work.  Their selection of weed is good but overpriced and they clearly do not care about their employees of color. Try III Kings or the Joint in Burien.

I first checked this out because of the 5 star reviews i saw online & I've been choosing this one out of all of the other ones now because the wax selection is nice ! & they got discounts like crazy. $20-25 Oleum you can't go wrong ! The pagoda Oz or half is nice af too. & the guys working there are always cool af with me. Never get bothered to show you different kinds and they check the prices for you. You don't feel all rushed like the other dispensaries. It's been the best one for me ! & I think a lot more people should go and enjoy it too (: except save some Oleum for me yo

This is by far the best and friendliest cannabis store I have been too in the Seattle and surrounding areas. The prices are great, the deals and daily specials are amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and fun. And despite me not knowing much they always offer to help and don't make me feel stupid. I seriously love this place and will continue to give them my business! If you're not sure what you need, or wanna try something new, or just want great deals, go here! Check it out if you haven't. Convenient off street parking lot. Friendly knowledgeable staff, great prices, amazing deals. 10/10 would recommend!

This rec shop doesn't show up on any online or map searches whether on phone, tablet, or computer. I was only able to find them through a very thorough google search when I typed in 'marijuana deals,' and they populated on LeafBuyer. There is also no online menu posted as of yet, but apparently they're working with Leafly on having one posted. Upon arriving you will notice there is a large private lot that is fenced in. This is a huge plus as this area is a bit ghetto and has a high prevalence of robberies. I came in and was greeted by the doorman, who was the friendliest person there. Joseph needs retraining on customer service. I scooted over and had the assistant manager help me instead. She knew her stuff and gave good suggestions on some pre rolls similar to Hindu kush, my favorite strain. I left with a hand full of Champaign kush and Do Si Dos joints. Their prices are very competitive and they seem to have a lot of discounts. However, the labeling on some of their products is misleading, particularly sticky budz. Their .7 gram joints are nowhere even close to half gramers. One of my packages which was supposed to be an 8th turned out to be only 2.5 grams.

Worst customer service I've ever received. The manager Aubree, rolls her eyes at many customers and you can see it while waiting in line ! Not to mention I picked an item that was on sale, and she charges full price and the customer behind me approached me as I was going to my car and told me he saw her POCKET THE MONEY AFTER I LEFT. Disgusting thief you have working there.

New management. Unfortunately, this location use to be a wonderful place to shop and retained me as a weekly client for 4 years. Since the start of 2020 they have had a hard time retaining employees, and policies. You may feel like a friend one week, and a stranger the next. For your best luck, and deals go to 'Evergreen' right next door. They have a loyalty program where you get rewards, 'Western' only has sporadic sales, so unless you plan your week around shopping there, you'll likely over-pay.

Only the door guy was wearing mask the rest staff is not wearing mask covid19 is real I lost my cousin to covid19. Plus my online order was not ready very disappointing I used to like this weed shop!

Came here during stock up sale and left without checking my receipt. No discount. It's ok I tip good but won't be tipping at Western Bud Co. anymore.

Went to 3 other places before coming here and left due to poor customer service. But then I came here and the security guard and budtender were beyond friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions, had great suggestions, and were very patient with me. I will definitely be back soon!!

After being my ONLY shop I went to for little over a year, I will NEVER return after this third awful experience. Working in the I-502 industry and working for one of their suppliers I would hope I could receive better respect and more professionalism. My household spends about $1000 here a month easily, and tips very generously... The service was a reason I kept returning to this shop only, Rob is fantastic! However... Patrick. He is the reason I will not return. Everytime he is rude, he has spoke badly of other employees in presence of customers. He speaks badly of product for company in which I work for, has even refused to sell it when it was in stock. Last two times I have been in he has started altercations for no reason, one time he followed me out to my car, made me very uncomfortable. After waiting a month and a half I went to see if I could have a better experience. And Patrick again making an uncomfortable situation and elevating past events. So I nor anyone from my household will shop here again it's not worth the risk of having to interact with Patrick.
