Pretty far from Kent, but TOTALLY worth the drive. Costumer service is super stellar and the weed is the best. Prices are great cause they have multiple happy hours during the day.

This place is like a candy store of kush I absolutely loved it. Shop came highly recommended from the waitress at our breakfast restaurant she was not lying. I'm a Cali weed snob so I have to give the shop a lot of credit they do have super quality buds.Staff and security were very friendly and also extremely knowledgeable.  Caught a little smack talk from the Seahawks fans cuz I had my cheese hat on but other than that they were super cool.Black cherry soda was our favorite strand that we purchased. Sunset sherbet and pineapple chunk came in a close second. Forbidden fruit terp crystals were also off the chain flavor galore.If you write a review while in store they give you 15% off. Didn't bring smoking material no worries a pipe shop and paper shop is located right next door.Love the shop highly recommend it to anybody coming in from out of town.

Looking for some helpful pain relief for my bride. After 4 complete hip replacements pain relief is a very serious matter in our household The folks at Kush21 were extremely informative and helpful.So far the medicinal offerings are helping!!Thanks Guys

Came here one time and immediately decided to make this my new go to spot (the other place I used to go to in Kent is I'm my reviews -- don't go there). What I liked most was the friendly staff, affordable pricing, and their online store actually works. I order beforehand almost every time and I almost always get a confirmation text within minutes. By the time I arrive, my order is always ready. I had one time when they ran out of what I asked for but I was notified via text and when I got there, they helped me find something else in store and still let me use the online discount. Another time I came when it was really busy and they gave me the wrong online order but I simply went back in and they corrected the mistake without making me wait. The other thing I really like is the constant discounts on price. They literally always have between 20-30% deals off without being a member of their loyalty program. The staff is really dope! I always wear long nails and sometimes can't grip my card to pull it out of the ATM . No matter who is at the front door, they always help me and it's never awkward or feels like I'm bothering them to help. I'm giving 4/5 because of parking. When it's busy, it's kind of like Tetris trying to get in and out of the parking lot because it's so small and there's not always consideration from other drivers. I've almost had my car hit in their parking lot several times, especially when there's a lot of people. Also, the smoke shop they recently opened next to the dispensary is a bit overpriced when it comes to wraps/backwoods and there's not many choices. Overall, I will definitely continue to come here!

By far this was my favorite 420 spot that we went into and we went into a lot folks.. You know the saying "When in Rome"Plus Edibles and Elixirs intrigue me. Not a smoker or a toker, but I'm willing to try a nibble or sip.The reason this was my favorite Not only was the staff amazing but they truly had one of the best selections of all the places we went into between Washington/Oregon.We found it thanks to Yelp after leaving the airport hotel that we stayed in when we got in late the night before.So, if you're planning a trip to the Pacific Northwest I would definitely bookmark this joint.If you're interested in indulging or just curious of the whole process.I truly don't think you'll be disappointed. Really great experience. Stopped in on a layover flight and picked up the Indica I needed to get a little nap before my flight out. Parking was easy, bud tenders were helpful and knowledgeable. If I were to come back to Seattle I would stop here again.

One of the dopest of the dope dispensaries. They have it all. Pre-rolled, edibles, sriracha flavored joints, bongs, everything for an affordable price. I'm still new to the game and the owner personally recommended some of his favorites and personalized the recommendations depending on my preferences. I bought a sativa and a hybrid pre-rolled and really liked both. There is an adjoining glass shop, that offers one of a kind bongs and dab kits. They even had a gatorade bottle and octopus bong that I have not seen anywhere else!! This is the perfect place to get gifts for birthdays, friends, family. I got sour belt edibles for a friend and she said it took her to another level and she enjoyed it.

Clean, nice, people are cool, customers aren't creepy. This has been my go to since it's opened, you can't go wrong getting your yums here

AMAZING SERVICE!! From the front door man to the line moving fast.. then Leonard. Leonard was a gem! He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, authentic and a people person. I personally do not smoke but my husband does and at no point did I feel excluded because I wasn't a smoker. I learned something and I will return to purchase items for my husband. Zoey was amazing. Me and my friend were just walking around like kids in a candy store and she reached out and helped us without asking. I recently visited kush 21 for the first time when walking in I was welcomed with a very friendly environment. The bud tenders were very friendly and help me find dabs and an eighth. Their products are high end and well priced. Would recommend this place if you are in the burien area.

Seattle has quite a few good dispensaries.  Kush21 is on the top shelf.  Annie was super cool and super patient with me as I had her show me quite a few cartridges and concentrates in order to narrow down to exactly what I wanted.  Annie knew her stuff and made my experience wonderful.

Lots of options and the staff is friendly. I stop here because it was close to airport when I landed. Because I from out of state I am not to familiar with "kush" shops, but I was a good experience.

We were so thankful this place was still open since most other places close early on sundays. Unfortunately this will be our last time visiting this dispensary. We were welcome immediately by a female who was clearly high on what I assume was meth. It was very hard to hold a conversation with her as she was extremely fidgety and kept touching and  adjusting her clothes and touching her face and her extremely long eyelashes . she was unable to even stand still. Management should probably have closer eye on their employees so when they come to work intoxicated  it can be caught right away.

First time visiting & arrived around 11ish. The staff was super friendly & welcoming, it was almost like I've been coming here for years. It was awesome & I definitely don't say that much about places. The staff member who assisted me with my purchase was also very helpful & knowledgable and gave me some great recommendations that I'm very grateful for, so THANK YOU! Kush 21 is by far the best cannabis clinic in town. Eric and Morgan are great. They give me great costumer service everytime I come in, & their prices are amazing! I can get at least 7 grams for 50 dollars. I always make the drive from kent to SeaTac cause it is TOTALLY worth it. There isn't a better one in town.

I'm not sure how much of this is the store's fault but they don't take any credit cards.  Since I was in the process of receiving a new debit card and it was a holiday weekend when the banks were closed, I was turned away.  People were nice though.

I BOUGHT WEED!I'm from Connecticut. Granted, the police have been trained to condone minor marijuana issues, and it is legal for medical use. But still, I'm from a place where the recreational market is completely underground, illicit, shady, potentially dangerous.Going to Washington was without exaggeration, a culture shock.I felt like I was at the jewelry counter at Nordstrom. Glass cases with professionally labeled and packaged products, walls featuring even more product hanging from the pegs. Grams, eighths, quarters, halves, O's, vape cartridges, tinctures, potions, edibles, pre-rolls... everything.And think again if you imagine being served by some 18-year old punk who can't tell his asshole from his elbow. All three salespeople were exceptionally friendly and remarkably knowledgeable people. I let them know I was from out of town, and therefore in "Museum mode," standing in awe of the incredibly robust selection of marijuana strains. There must have been hundreds of different kinds from dozens of different brands.I was totally lost, but never judged. The staff could explain everything to me about a given product - the strength, the experience, the taste, the origins of the plant, the companies that grow them... this is not some fledgling industry... it's all grown up.And the price: it will absolutely destroy the illicit market. $25-35 for eighths, $8-12 for grams. I can only assume it's worth it to try a gram first, lest you waste your money on something you don't like.Final thought: the term "budtender" is the best thing I've ever heard.

Came here in an emergency weed crisis. Stood there for ten mins waiting to be helped and no one even said hello or asked if I needed something. Asked the guy a few basic questions and he seemed stupified. Tried giving this place another chance but I definitely won't be back. They also basically buy reviews so I'm sure I'm not the only one who hates the customer service here.

The first couple of times I came here, the staff was friendly but I have to say I'm really, really disappointed with the service I've received the last 3 times. The budtenders are curt, don't know what they have in stock, and look bothered when you ask them to find out ("ummm... I'm not sure, maybe....probably not..." is not an answer). Leafly and weedmaps sometimes sends out specials and even though it's their mistake, they made me wait out in the rain for 30 mins instead of honoring the deal. The only reason they even get a second star is because they have cheap prices when they have specials. Buying weed isn't supposed to make you feel shittier when you leave but this place seems to do it every time now. The Joint on 1st is MUCH better and they know what they're actually selling.

Me and my friends had been visiting from California and we came to Kush21 because of the good reviews on yelp after been in Seattle for a couple days and this was the worse experience so far the gentlemen helping us was not helpful at all when we asked him a couple questions about products he seemed annoyed and in a bad mood i regret spending my money here!!!!!

This place is rated high only because it offered discounts for 5 star reviews.   It is one of the worst dispensaries in the state, run by people concerned only with buying cheap product to maximize their profit.  Misleading promotions, old product, dirt wholesale brands, and budtenders that literally squeeze the flowers in the bags to get them to release their odor.  Avoid unless you are absolutely desperate.

We've driven by here numerous times.  I had time to kill and be curious so I peeked my head in here one day and I'm glad I did. This is the first time I actually took the time to choose and buy something for me.  I like edibles and bought 3 truffles. They had various individual pieces.  They carried Magic Kitchen koko gems and Swift products also. I was surprised to see CBD koko gems. Never seen that anywhere else.  Their cases were easy to see, the displays organized. Everyone was cool from the ID check guard to the budtenders.  I brought my SO here the 2nd time. They had more products and our budtender was awesome. The prices were cheaper here.  It's closer to where we live and is a nice option to Ikes.

Great place ! Not too far from my house and the Staff Jennifer G. was very helpful. The line wasn't long at all and had a great collection to choose from. I would definitely recommend this dispensary for a go-to!

Another fail for Kush 21. We went in for the Stockup Sunday special, which is for half ounces and full ounces, as advertised on the Kush 21 website. Asked the fellow behind the counter what specials there were available for half ounces, to which he replies that this special only applies to full ounces. Fail. Not what you guys are advertising. This is not only their second fail as a pot shop but also for Stockup Sunday, which they just can't get together. Pot shops are easy; the boneheads working there make it difficult.

This is my go to store.  They are friendly and have a beautiful selection.  They carry high cbd oil that helps my pain and keeps my level headed during the day.  I love this store!

Finally we have found a rec shop that we enjoy coming too! The shelves are displayed nicely and easy to see. The only thing I'd change is how they have people line up, that's the most unorganized part and it's honestly not terrible but can get confusing when it's busy. Will continue going back!

I'm in my early 50s and was a bit nervous to go into a cannabis shop, but I did because these guys seemed to be genuine and informed, according to the Yelp reviews. The staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and helped direct me to the right product. The edibles are great. Don't be shy - go to Kush21!

I love this place! I always get waited on quickly and even though they're often busy they still are patient with me while it takes me a while to find axactly what I want. I have many health conditions including MS, which is another reason why I count on the budtenders to explain some of the strains that are new and not on leafly yet. I was used to medical dispensaries so going into these retail sites are overwhelming to me because there's so much and you can't look at it and smell ahead of time, but I've explained this to them and they're always friendly and willing to send me there indica specialist lol. Prices are a lot higher compared to the med dispensaries, but as long as they keep offering specials and discounts I'll keep going! Oh ya and I've only gotten a few not so good product, but I'd say 80% of what I've bought has been primo!

Door guy = nice as heck. People behind the counter are rude AF and not helpful. I'm a local and won't be visiting this shop again. And their website states they take debit cards, they don't.

What's nice is that you are able to sign up and get 20% off every 4-5 visits. It seems like most of the staff has been trained to be very friendly and helpful some are knowledgeable about the product. Most of their stock is definitely good so I go there frequently.

I have been to many dispensary's and I have to say that Kush 21 is not like any I have been to , the guy at the door was cool but the employees I ran it to outside had shit attitude And when I was trying to figure out what to get the girl with the beanie n glasses acted like I was a distraction to her and talked over me to other customers who came in after me Not once did she ask me which strain or flavor Then just handed me my pre rolled joint n change like I was gross to her Smdh guess I will make the drive to fife where they treat you like a customer

The best spot in town for your cannabis needs. The staff is awesome! Prices are worth my travel over 7 miles. I tell everyone I know about this place. Best reward program, you actually save and not capped off at a max. They have great specials, vendor events, etc. I like the fact I never know what to expect. Food trucks, music, one on one with vendors. I like the specials offered. My only suggestion would have "Mommy Hour". I can't always make it between 6-9 but if specials offered during the day maybe 12 to 4 for mom's. Never hurts to ask right?! There is definitely something for everyone. They also have a head shop next door that sells cool t-shirts and other merchandise.

In-depth review here. TLDR at the bottom. Review of a newer store. I went through the product range from high to low based on price and an assortment of different growers.... It is a standard layout pot shop, open middle, with product along the walls separated by means of intake. The selection is lacking a few things like a more varied edible section, and a need for an updated and expanded glassware section. I wish they would replace glassware they sell, a piece I saw the first time I went in and liked but did not buy I have not seen again, even though I was told it was going to be replaced. The selection seems to have gotten a little smaller, I hope they restock. Talking about restocking, they will update the leafly web page of selection available, but this selection will not be available to be sold. This has happened every time I have gone in. The web page is updated to show what stock they have, but I go in to buy or look at and compare that stock they listed as available, and it is not. The employees have said it is because they have it in the back, but they have not moved it up front yet. It is upsetting, every time I go in hoping to see something listed as being there, and being told it is not. I won't call bait and switch, but I do hope they work on updating the site with what is available to sell with what is on hand to sell in store within the next few months or it will be a bigger critique. I will call bait and switch if it continues. On that same note, the web page is being updated as the weeks move on and getting better. They used to not have as much info as they do now, and I think as they continue it will continue to improve I hope.The staff is varied, and goes from incredibly friendly to WOW I don't want to ever talk to this person again.... One in particular seems to have an issue with customers because I have talked to multiple people who all said the same things about them, basically meaning unpleasant.  The knowledge base is varied. The majority of employees I have talked to have not tried the products they are selling, I might pass it off a few times, but it has happened every time I go in, talking to 2-3 employees at least every time, and they will not know anything about many strains outside of looked up reviews. I appreciate a personal touch of someone who knows all the product they are selling, if not at least a majority, and can compare a couch lock hybrid vs a time lock hybrid... and what it means when one stain is dominant. They like to sell themselves as affordable and the sales they have had over the last few months have helped sell that image to a degree. Oct was epic. Nov was cool. The December sale is destroying any want I have to go to the store however. A different sale everyday and not telling the customers what sale is going on until it happens is driving me away, not to the store. I don't buy everyday, I don't call into stores everyday to check sales, I don't want to have to make it a chore to do something fun. I hope the sales continue, I hope they improve. If they want to become a location people travel too they will have to become more accessible however. The location is a little wanting. The parking lot is tight, but normally there is a spot available. Getting into and out of the parking lot might be the biggest challenge. No visible advertising, and the rundown building's look might have you questioning if you should leave your car. This is a legal in Washington State activity, it should not look so shady. Thankfully the inside looks like a normal business should. So I recommend getting over those initial doubts and going in, it's only scary the first time you do it, then you realize it is just buying another product that requires an ID check at the door.... (aka bring your ID). But ya, location needs work. The quality is as you would expect, varied depending on price, and to a noticeable extent grower. What to say here, I always wonder, do we hold a store responsible for the growers they choose to stock, or should they stock as many growers as makes sense to them and let customers decide.... I don't know, and it is a large part of the fun I have in trying different strains finding out the quality in taste vs just looks, or packaging. But I do know this; packages I have bought with tamper security tape from this location have not been properly secured multiple times. Some product has been harvested over a year ago in not optimal conditions and it looked old in a brand new store. I want to end with I think there is a lot of potential with this store, and I hope they continue to improve as they seem to be. I disagree with offering a discount for a proof of review, as this might lead to more artificial 5 star reviews.TLDR: Good store with great ideas, but sometimes fails to deliver. It is new, so growing pains, and potential. I hope to make an updated review comparing it maybe in 1 year.

Lame, never any good specials. Everything is over priced. You can go to commencement, evergreen, practically anywhere for better prices. Staff is lame as well just try and get you out the door as soon as possible. Cartridges here suck as well. Full spec is selling for 40$ here when you can get them at commencement for 27.50$ So sad cause Kush used to be the spot

Just a good neighborhood pot shop. Nice selection with reasonable prices. Always have a daily special and you can get some good deals if you sign up for their loyalty program. The staff is always friendly and they always inspect the product and will go pull something that looks better or suggests something similar but better quality. This could just be because I am a regular.I mostly order online and their website is better than it used to be. They do a better job than most in labeling their products and correctly categorizing them.They lose a star because they really struggle with managing occupancy. This was an issue even before the pandemic when they would shove as many people as possible into the store for vendor days. With the pandemic, the stores get as crowded as the door person allows. Some are great and take it seriously and some could care less and seem pretty checked out. Employees are not always masked very well (exposed noses or cloth coverings that do nothing), so I would suggest double masking if you're not vaccinated.

When I go to a dispensary, I look for:     - short wait times (5 min or less)     - quality customer service     - good pre order system (from order to pickup)     - decent deals Kush21 has all three, usually. When you go on to their website, their menu is fairly easy to navigate. They carry a variety of brands, consistently. Checkout is seamless. When you pull into the parking lot, there is plenty of parking. After going inside and showing your ID to the host, there is usually a few minute wait in either the pre order or regular line. They have 1- 2 dedicated people doing pre- orders. The quality of the assistance you get honestly depends on who is there. Some of their Budtenders are knowledgeable and provide great service, some provide the bare minimum. I took 1 star off for inconsistent service. Kush21 is a great choice if you're in the Burien/ SeaTac area.COVID ACCOMMODATIONS  Besides requiring masks, It isn't clear what changes they've made Covid wise. I've been there and there are over 10 people in the store at any given time, not necessarily social distancing.

Always good vibes every time I come through here, people are good about keeping their space and being respectful while in here. If you're a regular you'll definitely get that great experience one seeks looking for a place to go on the regular. Great deals as you can always get some sort of discount on your purchase and absolutely love their mobile order option as you can literally go in and out if needed.

I have been to few different dispensaries in NV, CA, WA. And Kush21 is by far one of the beat places I went. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of all their products. Good recommendations. Also in this COVID times, they all was practicing safe distance, mask and sanitation. Ice you are in the area, you must visit and bring some cash cause you will want to buy it all.  Lol 5 starts to Courtney. She was very knowledgeable and friendly

This place is amazing! There's so much variety and staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. It does get busy because they are the closest dispensary to the airport. I don't consume myself so I had no clue what I was getting myself into, it's a whole new world. They have their glass shop right next door. I bought a bunch of gifts for friends and clients because this would actually be something they would use and appreciate and so far every single person has been asking me where I purchase their gifts and drive all the way here no matter how far they live, apparently their products are the shit!!!Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

really happy with the products and service here! I especially appreciated the way they have the products set up and more like a quick stop. The person who checked us out was really helpful and it seems like most of their customers are regulars judging from the way they greet eachother already knowing their names, pretty good sign of customer loyalty for a reason.

While waiting in line I decided to use the ATM in Kush Glass. It was under 3 minutes but my companion had already gained entry. I went to catch up w him but the boy at the door loudly accused me of cutting line and refused to listen to me. Didn't even try to locate my friend inside to verify. He rudely instructed me to wait at the end of the line which had grown significantly at that point. I didn't. And you lost my sale & my business. Maybe before Super Bowl w 30% sale don't be understaffed? And don't use a 15 year old man-child who gets power hungry at the door?

3 names need to be mentioned off the bat and if you read nothing else past this next line that's ok. Just know that Renee the doorman, Tristan the budtender and Connor the glass guy will it get you right, no questions asked... except the ones you do to them, but they'll answer politely lol but on to a more serious note these guys secured a Custy for life when I go to the airport, even if I quit smoking which I do frequently I'd go buy a joint from here just to see my dudes. They all are super cool chill people that have your best interest at heart !! Past getting you stoned. You don't meet to many genuine people in life but I'm telling you there's 3 here! Howd they get so lucky idk ? But kush 21 is the spot to go. And if you don't have a great experience message me and I'll make a call down there to make sure your next experience is one for the book!

Joe , deadass the best budtender in the house... I can't count how many times I had a quick in and out online pick up, it's been a fat minute since I had someone actually grab me and ring me up as quickly as JOE gets the job done. I appreciate all the hard work he has done to keep Kush21 - Kush21. Anyone want a GOOD awesome, and very QUICK budtender who can talk and walk , choose JOE.
