If I could give less than one star then I probably would.  I will never go to this establishment ever again and I recommend that you don't either.  I was trying to get a product that worked for me and was assured by the "informed" staff member that I received what I needed but I hadn't.  I tried to return it and not only would they not return it but their manager, Jamie, was a total @$$hole.  He wouldn't return something a crappy employee sold me but wanted to give me a discount on another.  Crappy customer service, inexperienced bud-tenders and all around crappy management.  It's not my fault your employees don't know what they are talking about.  So, now I am out money and I still don't have what I need.#HERBNELEMENTSSUCKS

Not a big user, third time visit in five years? Don't remember, but last time was great, helpful staff. This last time, not so much. Seems like quality went way down, along with service. Going to go somewhere else next time..

First time in a dispensary in Washington. Was really happy I passed by. They were open early, store was very clean, and the staff was SUPER friendly. Everyone knew their stuff and gave me their recommendations which was very helpful. I can't compare prices, but they were all reasonable. Can't wait to restock later this week. Thanks again!

Great shop. Huge selection of flower with the occasional specials. Their menu is posted on flat screens behind the counter which make it very easy to shop. Their bud tenders know the menu well and are patient and professional. The half black guy with the afro is a model employee. Promote him.......I love to stop by this joint for their large variety of pre rolls....and they're also always welcoming to Panda Bear and give him a treat every time.....Decent point system too.

My store. Even though there are other shops closer to my house I'd rather drive to HE because of the quality and variety of their products, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the various discounts and perks from ordering online to Reefer Rewards.Keep up with the good work!

I wish I could give this location zero stars. They offer at 15 percent discount if you order online and pickup in store so when I went into the location to inquire about the deal the bud tender with purple long hair was rude to my partner and I. She then escalated the situation further by calling over her supervisor to tell us that they would not honor the discount even if we left and came back. There are so many other pot shops in Seattle that have better products and deals that 5his shop just lost two loyal customers. I've never felt so embarrassed or upset by the way these two employees made us feel.

Though the general customer service was good if there are any issues with anything they refuse to help. like, I got a syringe product here and when I got it home I realized it was broken. When I took it back they refused to do ANYthing and told me I was out of luck. If I had known this would have been the case I wouldn't have gotten anything from them. I know that this is a new market but this is terrible customer service to not help the customers.

Have come here multiple times over the past year and have always found that the people are friendly and helpful. They're knowledgeable and I never get any pushy sales vibe. Their price is very reasonable. Most of the time I already have the specific product that I want in mind, so I don't spend too much time there. During the last visit, they no longer carry the product that I normally bought from them and had no idea when they would restock it since they had just gone through some changes recently. And I do know that the product that I was looking for was getting harder to find. However the girl who helped me looked up the product availability and wrote down for me the nearby stores who still carry it. I really appreciate that! Also, they have a reward program where you can get 20% off.

Visiting from NYC and already visited the shop 3x. Love the quality of flower and edibles. The prices on their products is great for my pocket$$$. I enjoyed speaking with the friendly and informative staff. They greeted with enthusiasm and was patient with assisting me finding the products I needed. Keep up the great business guys!

I have shopped here since the Rec market began.  I have had mixed experiences with product, and budtenders.  They carry a few strains by Growers that I like, and they are fairly close to home, the main reasons I have continued to purchase product from them.  I use the pre order system, and it sometimes ensures that I will get what I ordered.  However, the most desirable strains; that sell out quickly, also coincidentally often happen not to be there when I go to pick it up. This after receiving a text from them saying that my order was ready.  An example. Tonight, around 10:50 PM, I go in to pick up my order. It isn't there.  After a fairly long wait someone comes out from the back to let me know that my order had timed out at 8:00 AM.  He was referring to another order, from the previous day.   I placed this order online - after hours around 2:00 AM Tuesday.  This morning I had a text from them;  they had received my order; then at 3:15 PM I had a text from them telling me that my order was ready for pickup.  The individual that came out from the back kept repeating that my order had timed out.  The second order, placed Tuesday around 2:00 AM is well within the 24 hour time period of by now likely 11:00 PM.  I didn't have my phone with me to show him the text from them, but I did let him know that they have lost me as a customer. There are so many other superior options, if I drive a few extra miles in one direction or another.

This is the best weed shop I've been to in Seattle! The staff is not only friendly & kind but also very knowledgeable & never makes you feel dumb for asking basic questions. Prices are great too! I have been to many other shops but nothing compares to the service of this place. Thanks staff of Herb(n) Elements for making my weed buying experience enjoyable every time!

The lady at the front desk is super judgmental and rude. Seems like she doesn't like her job or people in general.

Since the new owner their product line has DRAMTICALLY increased in quality.  I also love the online presence from the owner.

Update on the guys name: Dylan is the tall guy I spoke about in my review! Had another guy named Ryan help me today. Had me cracking up constantly and made me feel extremely welcome again. Love this place!

***Disclaimer***I was having a bad day when I left the original 1 star review.  I posted it in haste without allowing the owner/manager a chance to remedy the situation.  This is by far my favorite job out of all the shops I've ever been to in this state. This is by far my favorite job out of all the shops I've ever been to in this state.  The staff is all very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the products that they have. They have a very nice selection in all areas. The only complaint I have is the keep rotating the stuff that I like the most (please bring back the Phoenix RSO in Sativa Strains LOL).I have been to a lot of shops in Seattle.  I have had to try and return cartridges (1 out of every 5 in the beginning days and now about 1 out of every 25 are bad).  Every shop has given me some kind of run around when trying to use their return policy. It seems there is always a reason that they can't do it and they will only give you a discount on your next purchase.  I had something similar happen here but the Owner reached out to me directly and remedied the situation.  They have my business indefinitely going forward.

My absolute favorite shop. The woman who helped me was so awesome. She answered all my questions honestly and to the best of her ability. She was warm and friendly. The whole vibe of the place was nice. Great energy.

Excellent customer service and product choices. They had a problem verifying my ID but front desk was very sweet and apologetic and found a way to fix the issue in a very short time. Great staff! Will definitely be returning

Two Star not reflective of the staff that I interacted with. Overall I've been very happy with this establishment but today became very concerned as I was the only customer wearing a mask. Given the current situation, small business owners can and should require masks for employees and customers-Especially given the state directive on masks. It's not that much of a hardship to wear a mask for five minutes.

Favorite shop in the area! I drive from Everett and the drive is so worth it. All the employees are very knowledgeable and will find exactly what you're looking for.

One annoyance I have with dispensaries is the turn and burn vibe...Not with this place at all. They let you take time, aclimate, see whats on hand and decide.I inquired about the Skittles strain that I had in Cali but have yet to see it here, the tender offered up great alternative ideas and again didnt rush ay all.Clean, classy, airy and comfortable....my new go to. Great Job! be the first in town to have Skittles

Used to love her, now I have to leave her. Sold me an oil cartridge without a cartomizer and refused to replace or otherwise make it right. Smarmy condescending manager.The stash across the street was pretty nice!Too bad.

Used to be a regular customer until they started selling me pinched bags with broken seals. I confirmed by weight that they had been skimped. They always made it right with me here until this last time when they would not refund or exchange the skimped bag. They claim that the receipt was ripped, but it was stapled to the bag so of course it gets ripped upon opening. They claimed I tried to "steal" a bag that I paid for and then slandered me as a thief. The fact that they just accused me of pinching a bag in December leads me to believe this is a shady business.

I have passed this a few times and decide to stop in.I had my ID in hand even though I have been 'legal' for 53 years! There were 4 people working there and no one greeted me, a bad sign. A girl at the first counter simply had her hand out so I could give her my ID, not a word. I said something funny like, 'I am only 23' and not even a smile.I asked about their hash and was handed a package that read "Lebanese Red" and a package labeled "Lebanese Gold". I was surprised and remarked, 'Wow these are from Lebanon?'She said, 'No they are from next door.'OK so how could I trust anything from then on, thc content, pesticide use, accurate weight.As a courtesy I asked what they cost, they were not marked, "$50" was the simple reply.$50 for a gram of hash? WTFI just returned from Amsterdam and hash from Afghanistan and Morocco for $8-$10 a gram. I realize this is not Amsterdam but hash is not in any way worth $50 a gram no matter where it came from.

Just wanted to update my review because I've continually had good experiences here. I decided to try a newer shop that is local to the same area (Uncle Ike's down the road,) and had a really bad experience. Aggressive security people that weren't wearing masks or gloves. Horrible social distancing practices. And their menu just isn't as good. After that, I came back here to pick up some flower and an infused drink - the budtender was so friendly and had so many great recommendations. I also LOVE the door folks and security here. They're consistently so nice and welcoming, and remember faces and names. I won't be venturing outside of Herbn Elements again!! Also, to those complaining, like Muncy and others: do your freakin research. Some pre-rolled joints are .5 grams some are a whole gram. The budtenders here have always been willing to discuss options with me, but they aren't mind readers. Look at what you're buying before you pay for it lol! Anyways, I'm a lifetime customer for sure. Oh! They also have amazing social distancing and safety measures right now - I just want to say to the whole Herbn Elements team: THANK YOU!! Thank you for always being so accommodating and for being open during these unprecedented times.

This place is fucking awesome they're always so patient w me last time I went they were really busy and Sierra still gave me an amazing experience andthey  Have a great selection and prices plus a weed store with a shop dog is amazing 10/10

Awesome shop. Very cool vibe and really nice people!  They focus on WA grown product and you won't see the same stuff anywhere else.

I love this store. Clean, nice, quality. The owners make a huge point to actually go tour the grow ops and makes sure they are buying from high quality growers, they post the pics on their instagram account. The budtenders are nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Where a lot of stores everyone is so blazed they can't figure out what you want to smoke. And I LOVE the organized, color coded, wall mounted menus.

This is the gold standard for weed shops. The staff is incredible, every single one of them! They are so friendly and knowledgeable that you will have no problem finding whatever you might be looking for. The store is spacious, the products are nicely displayed and there are several large screens throughout the store featuring the menu. Everything is reasonably priced, and the online ordering system is wonderfully implemented as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place, it's been my go-to spot for years now and I don't see that changing any time soon.

They got all corporate.  Increased prices, new scanning ID entrance that makes you take a different door, new weird pushy sales vibe.  Over it.  Try Theorem if you're up and around lake city and shoreline they're not corporate- yet.

I visited Herbn Elements for the first time in the Fall. I was IMPRESSED!   First of all it is a clean and classy place.  It has great aesthetics where you have plenty of room to move around and look at all products.   The price point is great, the staff is very knowledgable and they are willing to take time to educate you or help you find what you want. They also have a wide variety of products.  I was shocked at the selection.I highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business.

I've always gotten great service here.  I have a variety of physical issues left over from cancer treatment and have gotten a number of good recommendations from the bud tenders.  They're very friendly and have a nice assortment of products.  The sour candy edibles they carry are tasty and work really well for sleep, and they have a lot of green product that smells and tastes delicious.  Overall, a very positive shopping experience!

Herbn Elements offers exceptional customer service in a beautiful shop.  The wall menus are super helpful, and the store is well organized.  I've always experienced extremely attentive customer service and felt as though the staff was focused on the transaction at hand, which is a great way to run a business.  I like their selection of edibles- wide variety and very high quality!

This shop was open late so I stopped by on my way to a smoke-free weekend to buy a vape. The staff was nice and the aroma was awesome! However, I buy this battery and cartridge. The sales chick was really sweet and explained A LOT about returning the items. Of course the battery didn't work and I tried to return it. Long story short they took the battery back, but wouldn't take the cartridge. What was the point? Where is the customer service? I went down the street to Piece of Mind and got much better service, a better more attractive and affordable battery. I must say Herbn does have a MARVELOUS selection of edibles at decent prices. I just won't buy any more electronics from them.

I really liked this place the first time I went but the second time was a bust. They were out of Obama, didn't offer something similar and they treated me like I was wasting their time. I can't wait for Stash Pot Shop to open. The staff should really up their game, there are way too many shops for them to treat people like they're replaceable.

Super knowledgeable about what products could be beneficial for cancer survivors and auto-immune disorders. The store design and aesthetic is amazing! The staff were really nice, patient and really intent on helping. And I love that neon sign!

This is my favorite Rec shop I've been to so far. I love their customer service and selection. Convenient parking and not pushy sales people. I'd recommend stopping by. I was referred by a customer/friend as well and stoked I listened to her.

I used to love this place but lately I've lost my love for Herb N Elements. I went last night asking the bud tenders recommendation for a good couch lock and got sold a CBD gram with less than 1% of THC. Couldn't grab the jar because of covid so I couldn't inspect it to make sure it looked good and also the harvest date on the CBD gram I was sold is from OCTOBER. SERIOUSLY?! Whoever the bud tender was didn't even know what he was talking about. He was just reading THC levels from the other bags of pot. Wish he would have Atleast read the label of the CBD jar he sold me.

The size of their pre rolled v/s other places. I you feel like getting cheated do visit. Stuff is bad too. Inferior quality.

Randy lectures about waiting 15-20 min for Online orders take.I had no problems waiting but we have never heard of  Complaints by Employees of online orders being processed when your standing right by the computer and the receipts pop up ONE and a time. Randy then tried to compare two customers together....For yesterday...Is he bias and predjudice by association?!?!? I had no idea what someone else ordered online!!! Lol Apples to oranges...  Randy had TWo recipients today Two to process and was complaining to customers  he had "no time" to complete the order Randy has one thing to process on this ticket he complained about !!! Especially while getting medicine??Then the causally blurts "yea I know we all get high" NOPE wasn't high enough for ur rudeness!!! Learn to maybe work faster ?!!?!?!?!? Customer service has gone to hell. I used to LOVE this dispensary but it's safe to say we broke up today. They'll sell you faulty bud, know about it, won't do anything to help you & get mad when you get mad about it.

I agree with Johnny G. I've been a long time customer and went into the shop today for the 1st time after being bought. Customer service, friendliness and even the knowledge is gone! The individual checking IDs looked like she didn't even want to be there. No hello or any conversation. Just put her hand out for my IDAlso they all refer to the store policy on one item for The HOC pre rolls. If it's listed on the site as one per customer then it's that particular pre roll not for all HOC pre rolls! I'm just one customer but a loyal one but you have lost me and I'm sure you will start to lose more that had supported that establishment!

These guys are not Herbn elements. They are owned by a dispensary sort of chain now called the vault. Operating under any other name gives you the impression your getting Herbn elements standards and etiquette and you are not. This place is lifeless now, customer service can be taught and created and however they trained these people was not that way. Tommy Chong budtending? Take it as a hint when a business isn't doing what it should in profits then it posts on Groupon this is the same sham. First day they took over they broke a million labor laws for their employees hours and that was enough for me to say goodbye forever. They had the choice to come in the way they did and they chose it to be more hostile instead of listen and learn. I'm sorry lake city you lost a good one. This place may have more inventory but don't let that fool you on why Herbn elements was a success in the first place. Change your freaking name it's sad.

I loved Herbn Elements long before I was an employee there and it was bought by a company called The Vault and is no longer the same store. I'm Johnny G, the giant ginger guy if you've been in before, and I couldn't give you a single reason to go into that store now (and no, I was not fired). They are the rude, corporate bullshit you always knew would creep into the cannabis industry and it's so sad. If you're a regular reading this I miss ya and I hope you find an even better pot shop!

This dispensary has the best staff ever. I've been coming here for about a year to get low THC-high CBD products to help with combat related PTSD, sleep issues, & pain from injuries in the military. Their staff always walk me through their selection, are super friendly, & I always find what I'm looking for. They even offer 10% off w/ my veteran ID. If you're looking for a dispensary that makes you feel welcome & are helpful, I recommend Herbn Elements. I've had bad experiences with customer service at other dispensaries around Seattle, but I find myself coming back here & always leaving satisfied. Highly recommend :D

First time flying into the area - and this was my FIRST STOP!!! Found them on google and the reviews were top notch! Easy to find and parking avail! Walked in and was warmly greeted by Nick!! The store is beautiful and organized! Endless rows of delight await your every desire!!! Beautiful packaging and show cases !! Store is clean and easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed ( in my home state we have NOTHING like this ) Nick was wonderfully EDUCATED , polite and funny! Great salesman , articulate and straight to the point with descriptions of different items to a novice (me) . Didn't try to convince me to purchase any thing more then I needed!! This WILL BE MY Seattle shop when I visit !!! Awesome experience!!

Came in on a slow weekend night and got exceptional service from Eli. all my questions were answered i will be back soon. the guy at the door was super nice funny and handsome as well.

So I’ve been going here for years - and it’s the only place in seattle that I buy from. Everything I have purchased in my life, I have purchased from here. And, I love it! so I was naturally shocked when I read the recent negative reviews - I decided to go in and check them out an hour ago. They actually seemed all great - pretty normal really. Nothing out of the world, and nothing bad either: definitely did not see an ounce of what was being discussed in the negative reviews.

Horrible new owners came in and cleaned house, 90% of the staff are gone. The herbn elements we all loved is dead. Spend your money elsewhere.

Updated: Downgrading this to a 1 star review, the best, and most helpful staff was all pushed out it seems by new ownership. No where near the vibe it used to have, no where CLOSE to the same product, and all the faces I loved seeing aren't around anymore. I'll be shopping elsewhere.
