Love love love this place! The sweetest people work here! It's a cute little house with dope paintings inside and they have super pretty glass and so much yummy edible varieties plus $20 grams of oil which are pretty damn good! Plus I love Tori. Okay reviews over gonna go buy more of God's gifts!

Liked this place till tonight. I've liked the selection and the people until I got some cocky fuck tonight. Customer service is huge especially when you all sell the same shit for the same price. I will now drive the extra 10 min to go somewhere where the budtenders don't argue with me!

Bought a faulty joint (believe it or not) and went back to the same person immediately to return it. They told me the state wouldn't allow it. Booooo. I like the place but I still believe that customer service should still come first at any place of business. They get a lot of local business, they could have gave me another and it would have been no loss to them. I'll be glad when we have more store options and they have more competition, then the customers will come first.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.  They can easily help you select what you need or want from their inventory.  They only carry high quality products IMO.  Always happy with what I choose when I shop at Herbs House.

I love this place! I moved to Seattle 3 years ago and will only buy weed here. Great staff and a huge menu. I like that they aren't trying to go for a club vibe like most other shops. It's nice and casual.

I'm trying to keep this short because I'm high right now:Herb's House is the dive bar of weed stores, in a good way. Fancy weed stores with in-house DJs attract bros and tourists. Bros + tourists = obnoxious lines. Also, one time the lady cashier gave me a mini neck rub. I think she was high.As am I. Still miss my medical dispensaries though.

Loved this place until today. The woman at the counter (hair was short, black, and braided--first time I've seen her) was unhelpful and unfriendly. She didn't seem to know anything about the product, and rather than try to help me make a selection, she just handed me a menu and stared at me while I looked and asked questions, to which she had no answers. Overall, just cold, unfriendly, and terribly unhelpful. First time I didn't leave a tip. With so much nearby competition, I'll gladly try another shop before subjecting myself to being treated like a jackass for choosing Herb's.

Guy on the phone literally JUST hung up on me... I purchased one of their POLAR ICETRACTS, "Sour Diesel" made by Gold Leaf Garden at $40/1g. Upon arriving at home, I became aware that the product is rock solid; unusable & defective-it must not have been kept at the right temperature; as I know this product can be sensitive to temp fluctuations. When I attempted to cut a small piece out, it chipped and went flying. I've been trying for the last couple weeks to resolve this issue/cannot get ahold of a manager or the owner, Sharon. The second time I called, Scott gave me a bunch of random vendors contact information in an attempt to dodge the issue. When I called back today to let him know his suggestion returned void, he asked if there was anything else he could do, apologized and hung up. ...he expects me to just move on and forget that I spent $40 on a product that is garbage-literally, rock solid-NO WAY to put in a pen. I don't understand why they don't just make it right. Refund the money or exchange the product. It's simple business. Herb's House is BAD BUSINESS - until they resolve this issue properly.  So. Unhappy.

Staying with a friend and decided to check this joint (haha) out. I was immediately served. The women was friendly and personable; I felt very comfortable. I picked up a couple cartridges on sale. I bought a wick cartridge to give a try. Their return policy is 7 days with packaging and receipt. I will come back here when I am in the area.

Solid operation. Location is so easy to get if you live in Ballard, and has a fantastic charming quality. Staff is informed, friendly and relaxed every time I go in. Parking is a little stiff but that is the only negative I have. Check them out!

Great stuff. Convenient. Customer service is good and they are very helpful. Wish they would carry Zoots though. That's really the only thing missing.

Way over priced and the menu is not accurate on the THC level.  Check your THC on the bag before you buy, they shorted me 5% THC last time.  Learn how to proof read Herb... that is called false advertising and it's illegal.  And why is there a tip jar?  I've never tipped my drug dealer before, it should be factored into the price.  If you can't afford to pay fair wages at these prices then there is something wrong here.

These people are flaky, unprofessional and can get you in a lot of trouble with their attitude.I shattered my leg and was looking for pure CBD products to accelerate the bone healing (search the Washington Post article: 20% faster).  Since I am subject to drug testing, I called the shop to see if they had such a thing.  They assured me they did.Being completely immobile at that point, I sent a vision-compromised friend in with a note of what I wanted written in huge orange letters "NO THC". They sold her a salve that was THREE TIMES THC :: CBD; 74.3 to 24.2. It is right there FIRST THING on the label.  They couldn't be bothered to read? Idiots! Liars!  Used car salesmen!When I called to find out why they would lie to her, all I got was a shitty attitude.  The employee promised the owner would call me.   Never happened.Products, by law, are non-returnable. So they wasted the time of two people, and I'm out a bunch of money (which hurts because I can't work right now).This business is also not accessible to people with disabilities, as required by Federal and State laws. They suck.If I had not been careful, I could have accrued severe consequences for their criminally misleading behavior.Very unprofessional staff.Very irresponsible owner.Illegal facility. This isn't a party, people.  It's a business.  Hire some staff that take their job and their customers seriously and will treat them with honesty and respect.I can see from the other reviews that this is not an isolated incident.  There are so SO many other places to go.  Don't patronize people who don't care if you lose your job.

Love Herb's House! The staff here are super knowledgeable, I always like asking Carson questions. She knows what she's talking about. Clean environment, chill vibe, great prices. This is the ONLY weed store I'll go to from here on out.

This is one of those situations where I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a battery pack and CO2 oil cartridge from them on March 5th per an employees reccomendations. Right away I noticed that the battery pack wasn't very high on wattage and didn't work properly with the cartridge. I decided to charge it and it kind of worked better. Shortly after, the cartridge, which was still half full, stopped working and I decided I was fed up with the battery pack not giving off much wattage. I went in today to return the items with receipt and malfunctioning products in hand. I was immediately told that I needed original packaging for the cartridge, the battery pack can not be returned, and that it would have had to have been purchased in the last 7 days. Not to mention that the manager had an attitude with me and lacked any hint of quality customer service. Now for my actual rant: First of all, the employee I purchased the products from NEVER informed me about the 7 day return policy or the need for original packaging. I spent $70 at this place for absolutely nothing. I will never step foot in this establishment again which is financially unfortunate for them because I am quite the stoner and enjoy 'herbal refreshments' in all varieties. I would much rather go to Stash Pot Shop and get quality customer service and no hidden return policy. I had a similar experience at Stash and I was given a replacement with no questions asked.

Here's the thing... Is it A-OK? Yeah, I guess, but have I experienced better? For sure! I won't say the names of any other places right here in Ballard that I like more because I'm not advertising for them, but I used to go to this place all the time because it was walking distance. I'll get right to the point as to why it's a 2 for me. Their menu listed some edibles as Vegan and Gluten Free. My girlfriend is both of these, and the budtender read one of the ingredient lists off, and when we pause and said, "Um... you said there was milk in that one?" She didn't seem to get it for a minute.... I know it's "just" a typo, but some people CANNOT eat dairy. That would not have been a fun high to say the least. But wait, there's more! Another time, I asked for a LOW strength SATIVA pre-roll. We chatted about it for a bit and explained my situation, but when I got home I realized it was a very HIGH% INDICA! I'm just saying, that little mix up is way WAY different than someone ordering a gin and tonic and accidentally getting a vodka tonic instead. Please folks, get high AFTER work...

Hello,I just started to come to your establishment and try out the recreational side of marijuana. A friend of mine recommended that I try the Herbs House out. I came in for my second visit on 4/6/16 and purchased some really good flower and a .5 gram of some co2 oil. The flower was wonderful and so was the co2 pen at first. My pen sat upright on my night stand for about a day and a half and I noticed the level of co2 oil dramatically dropped. I went to look at the pen and noticed that it was leaking. The next day I took my cartridge and receipt up to your store and was told by the MOD that he noticed the leak but said that there is nothing he can do for me since I don't have the original packaging and it was illegal for him to have a transaction with out the original packaging. I believe there is some truth to this however I was very disappointed in the customer service and feel that this situation could have been dealt with in better light. For example if the manager would have exchanged it (or pulled one from stock and ate the cost to avoid the no package conundrum) I was ready to buy two more cartridges and 28 grams of the flower I really liked, but instead I left without buying anything and have no plans to come back or recommend your services to friends and family. I hope this note serves as a tool for future customer service at the Herbs House. Warm regards,Philip

This place is straight up horrible. Staff here have some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Lady with super short hair refused to sell me what I was buying claimed MY DRIVERS LICENSE was a fake ID. She then proceeded to throw my ID on the ground and refused to sell me weed. This was like the 100th time I've been here but am never going here again. The employees lack any sort of common sense or correct judgement specifically the lady with super short hair she is a disrespectful human being

Such a great shop, very customer oriented and super friendly staff. Everyone there is super informed and professional. Great selection of products and very informative.

I had such a lovely experience here last night. I wish I had caught her name, but the woman who helped me had a huge impact on my night and my state of mind. In need of some very specific suggestions for a tough period of my life, she not only offered an amazingly accurate selection of products, but she truly cared deeply about the situation I was finding myself in, and I left feeling heard and seen. I have always loved this place, but now I feel a sense of home here and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Love Herbs House!  This place is clean and welcoming; a cozy house turned mega Cannabis store. The budtenders are knowledgable and always happy to help.  Wide selection they carry quality flower, edibles and concentrates definitely will be back in to shop!

The edibles I bought here (don't remember brand, but they were 6~8 caramels in a bag) were among the best (if not THE best) edibles I've bought in all my stops in CO, WA and OR.

I've been here twice and I've found the staff super helpful, informative and mellow. For a lady who lacks experience in this arena, they didn't make me feel dumb or speak down to me about the various aspects of cannabis. I got some great products for pain management and felt very satisfied with the service and experience!

This bums me out since it WAS my fave store and I was a very loyal customer. I bought my first vape pen from them, I was assured if anything went wrong I could bring it back and they would replace it no questions asked. I recently moved and wasn't able to get back to the store until 30 days later. The cartridge broke almost immediately. When I went in with receipt and full packaging I was told they could not help me. The cartridge is obviously full, it has not been used. This mega stoner dude, who was apparently the manager? told me they would lose money. Rather than take a small hit on their profits, like $30 by giving me a new cartridge, they have now lost a customer for LIFE. I have spent thousands there but apparently that means nothing. He tried to tell me I could syringe the oil out with a needle. Are you kidding me? He yelled "hey you don't want this?" as I walked away. No I don't want a broken cartridge! I went to Hashtag down the street where I had a WONDERFUL experience and plan on going back.

Great shop. Great staff. Prices are a little high (no pun intended) compared to other shops I have visited which is why I'm taking off one star. It's a lovely shop and I wish they had more specials going on.

I've been shopping at Herb's for years, can't believe its taken me so long to write this. Herbs House has a great selection, is in a great location  (parking is easy to find), and always is the friendliest and nicest staff. You should definitely spend money here.

I love this place. It's become my go-to dispensary (their 20% off Tuesdays!). Everyone working their with whom I've interacted has been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable (and more then ready to look something up or point you to the person who'll have the answer if they don't know), and happy to answer all questions, no matter how busy it may be.  The chill atmosphere and local art throughout are the icing on the cake.

We were in from Arizona on our engagement trip. We are MMJ patients in AZ and was relieved that Washington has recreational so we could get medication. I got my period unfortunately (of course right ladies) and i was in a lot of pain. I told the budtender  (who was a lovely woman btw ) about my predicament on vacation and she pulled out the vaginal suppositories that i thought were only urban legend- THEY ARE REAL!!! And they are wonderful. My Fiancé was able to get some oil that was great and i got a couple sodas and some cbd/thc chocolate that was fantastic. This place was able to help me out in ways i never could imagine! I not only highly recommend this place its a MUST !!! If your not using this dispencary it really is your loss. It is so hard to find educated budtenders and i did here :) we will be back when in Washington again 100%

While there are closer dispensaries to my home, I get on a bus to go to Herbs House.Really great store staffed by great, friendly, and knowledgeable people. And there's no problem with wheelchair accessibility - they have taken the whole backyard of the house and created a fully ADA compliant ramp to get into and out of the store. This is in sharp contrast to the lion's share of the dispensaries in the area, for whom wheelchair accessibility seems to be an afterthought, at best.I've found my "home" dispensary. Great success!

These folks are just so helpful with anything I need. Even if they are out of stock, they are just excellent and kind. Today's purchase was a silicone bubbler. Very helpful for a person like me who struggles with neurological issues (e.g. clumsiness and a lack of grip). I had just broken my bubbler and now I'm back in business.

Super nice and super polite. We were in the market for edibles and those disposable pens. Lots to choose from and make sure to bring your ID.

The people who work at Herb's are so wonderful, helpful, and unpretentious about their weed. I have never loved going to a weed store so much! I recommend them to absolutely everyone. Thank you Herb's House for being the best weed store in Seattle!

My first time at a dispensary and a great experience at that! I was visiting my friend who works here, and she made my shopping experience really smooth and easy. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, and she was helpful in being transparent with her preferences, prices, etc. I briefly spoke with some of the other budtenders, who were also super friendly! I recommend visiting if you get a chance.

Out of the smorgasbord of options in the area, Herbs House is the spot to pick up some quality herb  Aside from quality cannabis and other related goodies, customer service is a big deal to me. My experience at Herbs House was stellar, Charlie was the man. Knew his bud, gave some great recommendations, and was friendly while doing it. Glad I stopped by on my visit from San Francisco. Will be back

I don't even know why I keep coming here. I always leave empty handed. You can't browse their selections, they don't have menus anymore. Just 20 questions with a bunch of vague answers.

Herbs House is a great dispensary! I have anxiety and wanted some edibles, and the person helping me showed me so many different kinds with different amounts of THC and CBD. Everyone was so friendly and I had a very nice experience here.

The BEST menu I have ever seen in WA State! All growers/companies have amazing, high quality products. HUGE PESTICIDE FREE SELECTION!!!!

Better order online, the staff knows virtually nothing about cannabis. They do know how to appear stoned at work. I have had better customer service from a vending machine.

Great perks, great customer service, great prices! Sometimes finding parking nearby can be a lil tough, but these guys are worth your support.
