Goodbye Uncle Ike's, Hellooooooo Mr. Buds. These people actually know what they're talking about (as opposed to the blank stares and outright guesses I get from the competitor across the street). Great customer service! They take the time to answer all your questions, even looking up where the strains originated. Great prices AND quality product!

Just went in right now for happy hour and once again things were flawless!! Thomas is another person I see quite a bit here and he is awesome!! Called and asked him to hold something for me cuz I couldn't find it on the website and he held it without question!! If you want dank product at a good price with the wow factor of great customer service go here!! I dont think think place has one bad employee from what I've seen!!

This store is awesome! My first impression walking in was how transparent the layout is. Most stores I've been to keep most of their stock behind a counter with minimal displays. I find myself hanging over counters trying to see what selections they have. I don't like to tie up employees so I end up settling. Mr.Buds is not set up that way. They keep most of the selection in cases around the store allowing you to clearly see your options. Pricing is also clearly marked and completely reasonable. The selection is robust, not just in strains but type of products as well. Pre packed pipes, CBD bath bombs and edibles galore. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to many stores and Mr. Buds is by far my favorite. I highly recommend this place.

They knowingly sell expired products, and are not apologetic about it at all when it's brought to their attention.

Bullshit return policy. Spent 50 on a cartridge that doesn't work and they won't take it back. Take your business across the street to ikes. At least they ensure their customers are pleased with the product.

Anvy was very rude I ask about the discounts because the website says something different Then what there Advertising in store She got all upset and hostile and pointed at the sign but I was going off the website advertisement then she wants to play stupid and say what does it say if your manager you should know what the site says then she says she has no control over what's on the site which sounded really stupid to me

I love this cute little shop. Don't let their size fool you, they're really a one stop shop. There's an abundant of edibles the most I have ever seen in any shop. I love the fact that the carry a lot of high end weed from small farms. They may not be stocked all the time, but I know what I get will be fresh and a hit. The Budtenders are so cheery, helpful, and never steer me wrong.

Vell: great quality of buds, great customer service,  bud tenders know exactly what kind of bud you're looking for- quality and quantity wise. & always gives you the best values for your money no matter what your price range is. Deal everyday, different happy hours (morning, mid-day, nights) just sign up for their membership. Final conclusion, if you're in White Center, go to the MR. not the Uncle.Kell: upon entering you see a huge tv with music playing, with a gallery display of buds. Every stoners dream for a gallery of bud in one room right? Haha. The organization of the displays at the register are very eye You're able to see what type of joints are their deals of the days. Recommend coming here.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable (on some things), the environment is clean and the selection is large. However, I hesitate to go there again as I've spent over a hundred dollars on faulty vape products with no recourse but to throw them away.I bought the Airopro battery and cartridge. The first three cartridges that I used worked fine. The fourth one, however, did not work at all. I knew of the 3-day return policy, which is understandable. But up to that point, I didn't wait until one cartridge was completely empty before I bought a new one. But that's how you have to do it if you want a replacement. So I'm stuck with a $50 dud.I go back and ask how common is it for a cartridge to fail. "Pretty rare" was the answer. So, I decide to take a chance again and buy a new cartridge. I try it immediately and it works... for a while. A couple of weeks later, it stops working after I'm barely a third of the way through the cartridge. Now I'm about $80 in.I go back and we come to the conclusion that the battery may have gone dead. There's another $30 and it wasn't the problem. I found an old cartridge that worked and it worked on both batteries. Now I'm up to $110.I tell them my situation and they recommend a Phat Panda Survival Kit which is refill kit that basically comes with a syringe and an empty cartridge. Come to find out, it won't even fit on my Airopro battery. All tolled I'm up to $125 and sober AF.I want to go back, but what am I going to do? Buy another cartridge that has a 40% fail rate? Fool me once, shame on you; fool me four times, shame on my parents for raising such an idiot.I don't place all the blame on them. After reading some online reviews, Airopro doesn't rate very high (pun intended). But I think there is a certain amount of culpability on their part.If you're only interested in flower or pre-rolls, my review would be five stars. Nothing to complain about at all there. But the prohibitive return policy and low quality Airopro products, leave me looking elsewhere for my cannabinal needs.

Came in and was greeting by Highlay, Gave me awesome service and recommendations . Ended up walking out only spending a dub since I wasn't looking for anything too extravagant- but I am def please with the purchase. I would def come in here again. All the other shops have poor reviews- this one was pretty straight forward and service was good. Thank you again!!

I went in here because i just wanted to get in and out and not wait in line across the street. 4 employees were playing pretend basket ball infront of the door, while i was trying to come in. Then i had to let the dog finish sniffen me before i could get in the front door. I was the only customer but i had to wait around while one guy ran all over the store looking for his keys to open the glass to serve me? Prices suck and it was Over priced dried out weed. I wonder if the owners ever wonder why there is a line around ikes and not one customer in og's?

Customer service is ass. I wasn't greeted upon entering the store and stood there waiting for someone to speak to me/check ID for about a minute. There were FOUR employees huddled around the tiny podium at the door and NONE of them lifted their heads up from their phones to even acknowledge me. One of the budtenders (if you could call him that) finally walked forward and laughed at me and told me I could "just show your ID to any one of us" *insert eye roll*Selection is big but they don't have many top shelf options. I ended up just grabbing a Tranquil Forest 10 pack of prerolls and bounced. Didn't want to spend another second in there.+ I work in the industry and felt so disrespected. Like cmon y'all we are same-same and y'all wanna act all goofy to me??? Yeah no, highly recommend saving your time and money and finding somewhere else to shop

I really appreciate Mr. OG's they have great customer service. They're very community oriented & personable. They give the best hip hop recommendations & increase my street credibility. I have written several poems after shopping Mr. OG's because they updated me on important culture. Visit today!

They replaced all the ethnic people with white men. The vibe was off. The new guys don't even know the products.

For someone like me to not be very knowledgeable about marijuana, dispensaries, and much more there is one thing that I do know- very well. Customer service. I've been in the serving industry for 10 years now and I know when I receive top notch quality service from staff. I don't want to promote a different dispensary by any means but I left a disheartening review at a different dispensary that seems to constantly bounce back with people (Mr. O.G. reviews say go the "x" location whereas "x" location tells people to go to Mr. O.G.) I also being one that converted to Mr. O.G. as well as my roommate haha. I ended up coming here for two reasons: 1. the "x" location has rude employees that don't treat you kindly whatsoever, did not help me discover what kinds of strains I am looking for to help with an actual medical condition (I have psoriasis and have battled it for my entire life and eating clean was the only way to recover from a "break out" however this time around it has stuck around for 6+ months now and I coincidentally found out from a smoke sesh with my sister visiting that it started clearing faster!! Please do not use this review to try and treat yourself if you have psoriasis as well, this is only from my personal experience... anyways sorry got off topic). The woman who helped me out at the time showed me 3 different types of buds, I ended up going with 2 to test out... did not like either of them and passed them off to my boyfriend to use. But as you can see, I'm not a regular smoker, I'm one of those social smokers if an opportunity arises with friends and family, however I had to test this theory out even further and I'm very picky about my weed. I really dislike any visual highs or wobbly woo's I call them, I prefer more of a mellow chill vibe just to sit at home after a rough day of work (x6 days a week) and get a good night's sleep. 2. My first visit, I actually didn't ask for any recommendations because my roommmate had already purchased from Mr. O.G. and I happen to REALLY like the one he had so I went to go pick up a jar for myself. It was the Dream City Melon Cake! Ugg, so in love with it. It's the perfect one for me and I'll definitely be back in a few weeks to pick up more! Maybe ask for recommendations next time around.P.S. There was no waiting in the cold line outside for 20+ minutes like the other place that shall not be named... and the security/bouncer? guy  was super nice as was the cashier! Thank you (: for actually making my first visit memorable and comfortable.
