I always feel like I'm in my happy place at Nimbin and while I'm there cannabis is my spirit plant. They are courteous and helpful, always happy to offer a recommendation. They have the best buds and are the best buds, Joe is a rad dad and Lila and Tina have stolen equal shares of my heart. Go in with respect and you will be treated with respect! and don't forget to tip your budtender!

Horrible!! Lack of information I literally live next door & would rather go somewhere else staff is useless only good for asking for your ID other than that they dont know SH!T when it comes to Marijuana.

This shop has a huge selection of herbs, more than any other shop around. It can get a little busy but I never waited longer than a couple minutes. Staff is knowledgable and friendly

my neighbor told me about NimBin Pot Shop. So I decided to check it out. My neighbor didn't give NimBin enough praise,the employees are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Not pushy,the ask you questions about what you are looking for and make recomdations. I've been there twice and I will keep going back there isn't enough stars to rate them love the smell as walk in the door proximity HIGH

Worst place to buy pot, ultra unprofessional, and seems like everybody is doped or drunk!.. absolutely an olympic "NO" coming back place!.. I can say that because I have been there since they opened for first time and it's been getting worst and worst. There are so many other places where you can spend your money wisely and be better costumer service experience..

I'm a newbie to this place and they were so friendly and helpful to me.  I really felt taken care of. Great product and service!

Service was wonderful. The only shop in the area that actually had Mary's medicinal products that I was looking for. Had plenty in stock. Will definitely return to purchase additional items from the store.

Some of the staff has displayed an attitude to me so I've chosen to no longer buy weed here. Also the staff always seem to have multiple employees frequently go on smoke break's I notice because I happen to drive in front of this place often,. One day my boyfriend was charged $16 for an 1/8 I went to go buy the same eight and was almost charged $18. Some of these employees are making up prices and that is plain wrong steer clear of this place. I only gave 2 stars because when your desperate for weed after 11pm they're open and happen to have top bud nearby.

Super informative employees, gave me an awesome 21st birthday discount, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Best dispensary in the area.

Get a weird vibe from this place these days. When we first went in, the two guys that helped us were pretty friendly. The last time we went in there was a girl working and she was kinda short with us and demanded our ID's like we were 14 or something. Then on the way out she snaps "I need you to put that in your pocket before you leave out of here."This place won't stay afloat long. Poor quality weed. Service is nowhere near as good as it was when it opened. I'm getting text messages from them every other day with ridiculous deals only a failing business would give. Weird place, will only go back if I REALLY am pressed for some herb.

Great service. The Budtender was very helpful and knowledgeable and the store was very clean.

The manager will make you not want to come back. Poor customer service. I have no idea how the hell she is a manager. There was absolutely nothing friendly about her. She will stare at you like you're dumb. She is beyond a b#$ch. Everyone else is ok. They seriously need to fire her.

Hands down WORST MANAGER ever. And this is towards that lady, and her only. I've been here countless of times and never have I had a bad experience until she was helping me.

Nice little shop. The grams I bought didn't even fill a blunt tho. Gonna stick to west Seattle next door

What can I say? Two stars is almost still a stretch for this establishment...For starters, when walking in, I have NEVER been warmly welcomed, despite the number of people on staff at any given time (generally 5-6 people in the 3 visits I have made). Instead, it seems all too common to be barked at, in a hostile manner to show ID. Now, I understand that presenting ID is essential, but when expecting people to pay inflated prices for semi-decent inventory, staff should, at the very least, treat their customers as something other than the kids they are trying to weed out!In addition to the hostile 'welcome', like mentioned above, their product is generally semi-decent, at best. The first time I went with a friend, and she purchased a spendy little edible. I believe it was a black/white chocolate. Well, when we got back to the house it was discovered that it was expired by about a month...seriously? Instead of issuing a refund, or even future discount, the aggitated old woman actually ARGUED with my friend on the basis that, "[I] would still eat it - it's only a 'best by' date, anyway!".Ummmm...excuse me?! You work at a store that supplies to customers...there is NO excusing and/or justifying the sales of EXPIRED goods. Ever. Thankfully,  her husband put her ridiculous ____ in place - though, I HIGHLY doubt it resonated. Figured maybe it was just a fluke, and that things might get better (as I was REALLY hoping since it is much closer than Ganja Goddess), so I figured I would give it another shot. Bad idea. The next time I purchased, my husband pointed out that what I was sold smelled like mold. $16 for a gram of musty pot that did very little in the way of actually working. Still, however - like the definition of insanity, I tried them one last time, if only for the convenience of the brief drive...on my last visit, the elderly woman was unbelievably rude. I asked her what their highest THC option was, and was met with confusion, hostility (though I couldn't imagine there was room for any more), and disrespect. She went on a long tangent about how "not all buds with high THC will get you high"...and blah, blah, blah, blah. Seriously. Who in their right mind condescendingly argues with a customer in an attempt to bully them out of their want? Apparently, this woman! Not to mention, their specials were also put in as the wrong price...So, yeah. If you enjoy spending ridiculously inflated prices for decent-at-best, expired and/or moldy-at-worst marijuana ($16 per g, $32 per 2g - at the least), being treated like a second rate customer, and a bombardment of unprofessional business practices, then this is the place for you! However, if, instead, you woukd like quality goods, classy/professional atmosphere, and treatment common among A rated BBB businesses, go to GANJA GODDESS, where great prices, great treatment, and fantastic products are ALWAYS on spot!!NimBin is disappointing, to say the least. More professionalism can likely be found in a trap house...this place is a joke of a business!

This place has a lot of product & a nice store but overall the staff is very poorly trained in what products they are selling and the shops prices are 2x more than other pot shops in the area... maybe they don't realize the socio-economic neighborhood they are doing business in or people just aren't looking around?Anyway, if I am in a pinch or it's really early in the morning (they open at 8:00am so that is awesome) I'll stop in but more time than not I just walk out after I see the price tags and just wait for the other stores to open.

I just recently turned 21 and this place was my first stops as a 21 year old. I was greeted with very friendly employees that showed me the ropes, they were very helpful. This is a great dispo if you are looking for something quick to grab. They don't have the biggest selection out there but it's my go to dispo when in burien...

Have to change my review... This is such a low budget dispensary now.  They haven't had concentrates over $30 in a month. The stuff they do have for $30 is the Honeycomb brand which may look good but is actually harsh asf.... The weed is barely tolerable I just called and asked if they had the Indigo Pro. They tell me yes. I drive.. All the way there...Just for them to go "we dont have that' sorry"What????? I JUST called not even ten mins ago!!!!! Such bull!!!!

Tried this place out on the Fourth of July. They had a great holiday special. Decided to come back again since we had a great experience from that initial purchase. I asked what their specials for the day were and I chose from a $14 special they had behind the counter in a tub. 3 grams in a package that was harvested OCTOBER 2017. It is JULY 2018. I didn't check the date initially which is my mistake and it looked sketchy initially but I was in a rush and just took it. That weed had no life or smell to it, to was so dry and brittle. I know y'all wanna get rid of overstock. It's not good business to sell product to customers that isnt up to the basic standards. Y'all knew it too and didn't say anything. I couldn't even smoke it and had to take the L. It was just $14 but I won't be back.West Seattle marijuana store just a couple feet over is clean, quality and they're honest. I'm gonna just stick to going there.

I edited my review and downgraded the place from 5 stars to 2.Since I wrote my original review, our experience in this store has been less than stellar.There seems to be a constant staff turnover (I never see the same employees twice) and while some are ok, some are really not that knowledgeable.The tipping point for me was today, we went to get some CBD and the clerk was a bit rough around the edge but whatever... what really got me was the rude, nasty way the manager was talking to that young woman. The place just has a different more sleazy vibe to it than when I wrote my original review. They did not have the product we were looking for (CBD for medicinal purpose) and that woman being so rough to her staff in front of customer was really unprofessional and distasteful. I might go back at some point (they are really close) and I will upgrade my ratings if needed but as it is now, this place is now a no.This was my original review. Joy is gone btw.My friend and I went there a week ago and had an awesome experience. We were looking for cbd oil for pain management as well as thc oi (Rick Simpson oil) for his cancer.The employees are very friendly and Joy, the lady who helped us was super knowledgeable and patient with us. It was really nice to deal with a knowledgeable mature lady rather than the typical young "budtender".The prices are excellent, parking is easy and they have a good selection of goods. We will be back and if you decide to go there for medical reason we recommend that you ask for Joy. She is very open about not being a doctor and not giving medical advice but she definitely knows her strains and oils :)A+++

Good cannabis and good prices. Huge selection of everything you'd need. From flower to concentrates to edibles. Lots of glass and vapes also. This is your one stop shop for everything you need. There's something for everyone. I love they're dab selection. Lots of choices. Even they're cheaper priced oils are good. But the higher up stuff is definitely worth the extra bucks. If your in the area I suggest that you stop by.

First off this place is amazing. Love the amazing staff there as well. My favorite Budtender is Joy P. she makes the selections for me so easy every time. It has all my favorite strands of weed. I never leave unhappy keep of the good work everyone.

These guys have always been cool, but I went to get my weed a couple days ago, first time at that shop since covid started... Nobody was wearing a mask, my bud tender was sneezing the whole time including on the stuff I was getting and ME at the counter 2' away. GROSS!! He said he just didn't feel like wearing a mask while working and didn't seem to realize all the sneezing he was doing. I didn't know what to say. But If I get sick  I'm coming after you guys!

My first experience with this shop, and I'm more than pleased.  CJ &  Josh were two associates that were working at the time and I couldn't be more pleased.  Eager to answer any questions, and made great small talk. The shop has only been open about a week and a half, so they're still in the process of getting the decor together.  DO NOT let that stray you from checking out this shop.  Friendly,  educated and great prices.  Will be my go to shop when I'm in the area.  Thanks nimbin!

Usually one of my favorite pot shops, the selection isn't too wide though. I'd love to see some legit infused prerolls!!

They give military and medical discounts here. The staff is friendly, curious and knowledgeable. Definately going to be a loyal customer

I know MOST of the Bud Tenders by name. They are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and willing to listen, to what I really need, or want out of the product. The staff is ALWAYS kind, knowledgeable, patient, always professional and VERY friendly. I love this dispensary! I've been a long time customer, since marijuana was legalized for WA state! The bud is good if you know what to ask for, the lotions, edibles, concentrates, all of it is AMAZING, as long as you know what you're looking for! The bud tenders have always steered me in the right direction once we've discussed what I am looking for! NiMBiN is the best shop around! (You just need to know your stuff, for the staff to be able to help you correctly!)
