We just moved to the area and were pleasantly surprised by this cute little shop. friendly and helpful customer service :)

Visited the store for the first time last night. Was very impressed by their selection of Gold Leaf flower and options. Was totally let down by, Zach's, customer service. He was frankly rude and I'm not sure I'll be back. A little kindness goes a long way!

There are better shops...they don't treat employees well and they are definitely overpriced. You can find better deals, better budtenders, better overall experience elsewhere. Some of my favorite shops: Fweedom for great dabs, nice overall selection, and great daily deals and Dockside where they will price match and exchange ANY item you don't like (Dockside also has a bunch of medical consultants, so they have additional training and know what they are talking about).

The staff here don't always wear proper masks (bandana, poorly fitted surgical).It just screams "I don't wash my hands or care about customer health". Management should provide facial coverings that are actually effective.

MARY, ME and you, I mean you and I go way back getting to know each-other for the first time today! Your tolerance to my annoying baby asked questions was really inspiring. Hey YaLL this place is the place to go when you need legit supplies. Get a rig, oz, knowledge out the door and a gram of rosin for under five and I'm talking that purple purple, that one that inspires the imagination to keep on turning! Like in bed at night with a blown mind trying to comprehend what we just experienced for the first time. Hey Mary last time we spoke you were telling me about seasoning a banger. Please teach me more!

Stopped in to purchase a High Five Duo (Erig), through no fault of their own, I received a faulty device. I came in and told them the issue and the manager (Brian, I believe) was very helpful and exchanged it for a new one. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own again (lol) it happened to be another faulty device. I called them and they were extremely helpful and replaced the device again, no third degree. I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service and will be shopping there frequently. HIGH-LY (lol) RECOMMEND.

I stopped in at this shop for my first time last night before the snow. I have to say the staff here is amazing and some of the most knowledgeable I’ve come across here in Seattle. A couple peoples were busy but the ones who weren’t all helped me out and gave their opinion. I’ve been testing the recommendations ;) and they’re all lit especially that grapefruit. They all seemed really excited about it. I will for sure continue shopping here just for the experience alone.

Stellar service!!! Shout out to Dave W in Fremont!!! He is by far the most knowledgeable tender I have ever encountered. I have bought at other shops in the area, and left feeling very disappointed...as staff couldn’t answer basic questions. Dave went above and beyond to help me select the right product for me. Lux is now my go-to shop. I like their variety and find they have options for every price range. I’ve seen other reviews about price being on the higher side...it is, BUT I find that’s because they offer quality product. You get what you pay for.
