This local neighborhood establishment holds sales all the time, yet looks more like a fancy hotel than a dispensary. The staff is incredibly helpful and fun and will answer all your questions for you... so whether your style is to browse a bit or get right down to the ol' "Buy! Buy! Buy!", you're free to move about at your own pace. Like most dispensaries, cash is probably best, but you can also do credit (for free) or debit (for a small surcharge). FYI--1. There's a frequent buyer's program2. There's a parking lot via the KFC/Taco Bell and also a small courtyard for parking your bike. Happy browsing!

My go to cannabis spot! Angela is very helpful she always takes care of me! The other dude at night with dreads is very helpful as well. Never got his name. Prices as a member beats out all the other cannabis happy hours spots!Place is very clean, has all the top shelf weed you need to succeed!

If I could give them a lower rating I would.Wouldn't let me nor my boyfriend inside because we have a vertical id. We just went here a week ago and didn't have this problem. Racist company that is bougie asf. DO NOT COME HERE. Trying to put money in their pockets and they sluffin. #FUCKDIEGOPUSSIAIR

Horrible experience. I was helped by a girl, super rude and stuck up I walked up to her and usually I am greeted but she just stared at me and asked me what I wanted. I asked for some flower suggestions and she said.. "well what are you looking for" with a super stuck up attitude the whole time. yeah ok. I'm a firm believer of if you don't like your job take your ass home. Such a vibe kill and definitely won't be coming back if that's the service you guys are okay with.

Ordered online and had a poor experience. Did not like how place called my personal phone number. Arrived they talked real slow and confusing, trying to bait and switch.I would go again, but I would just have to have more time and would not use the online system.

Went there yesterday afternoon to get some green for St. Paddy's day and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. It started off with the normal dispensary stuff and had a nice interior, with a decent selection. However, when I met my cashier (her name was Joey Anna?) she was very rude. I was met with a "What do you want?" attitude instead of the knowledgeable and friendly greetings I get from other dispensaries. I'm not huge into the 'green' scene so I asked what she recommended. Her response was something along the lines of "I don't know. Get what you want." I asked her if they have any gummies and she said "I don't know. I'd have to check." I asked her to check and she gave me an eye roll. When she told me what she had, I asked how much was in the blue raspberry. "THC or CBD?" she asked, rudely again. I didn't know so I just bought the gummies and left. I felt stupid and not welcome. I won't be back, which is a shame because the other cashiers seemed nice. I just don't want to deal with this one again.

I love coming to this location to buy my. Medicine I wanna give the greatest shout out to your best budtenders Mariah senato she is so charming and knows her product well. Most of the time I come into purchase she already has all the items I would enjoy without asking me and she's always on point and her customer skills are immaculate. 10/10 5 stars all the way for zips in sodo.

Security guy only pulled his mask on as we approached. Got into the store, the rest of the staff had their masks off. Plenty of customers were the same way. Left after noticing this with no purchase and do not plan on coming back.

Snobby dispensary. I was hoping to get an immersive experience after seeing all the articles written about this place. I almost got denied entry for my visit during my trip for my vertical ID, but they decided to let me in eventually after some rapport. The inside is beautiful. Greek columns, high ceilings, lots of lighting, a ton of space. However, that doesn't offset the poor service. We went to the front, got coldly greeted with a "what do you want?". Lol okay, chill. We asked for sativa pre-roll recommendations and she literally just grabbed the first thing she saw, handed it to us, and rung us up. I bought it out of pity. I had half a mind to just leave empty-handed.Wow. It was like night and day after visiting Have A Heart in Belltown earlier that day. The guys there are so much nicer, have a larger selection, and better prices. The lady that rang us up had no heart. Don't be fooled by the hype and decor, this is probably the worst dispensary I've ever visited. 1/5 star for the pretty decor. 0/5 for everything else.

Good quality cannabis. It is on a pricey side but you pay for what you get. Tons of selections! I would recommend to check it out. I love the interior of this place.

Really disappointed.  I come over from the Eastside because of a great selection and nice people.  Im done shopping here you guys.  I go in there tonight and there was ONE person working with customers and there were 7 people there ready to buy. I waited over 10 minutes and finally just left and spent my money elsewhere and unfortunately its really not worth the drive. This isn't the first time i've waited and waited I understand the whole thing is about making money but if you continue with that kind of staffing - you are gonna lose a lot of money.  You've lost mine, i'm not gonna give you my green for yours!!  Bye!!

Worst customer service ever. Called ahead before driving here to make sure they had what I needed, the guy said yes but refused to tell me the price over the phone. I drove all the way here only to be told "oh we're out of that." Are you f***ing kissing me. I won't be back again and I will tell every single one of my stoner friends how rude you guys are and how much this shop blows.

Always friendly, helpful service. Derek has helped me several times and always lets me know when there's some good deals going on. They have daily specials and happy hour on certain products, and they keep their menu is always up to date on leafly which is much appreciated. It's a small drive from my house but worth it for the deals and friendly service.

I love this place, I ended up here five times on my 21st birthday and I can say that I haven't stopped coming back. The staff are very friendly and helpful, however the prices for some products are a little on the speedy side. But they have a lot of cheap options too. I bought a gram cartridge for $35 and that's with the 20% off. Which to me is a little speedy for an average cartridge. Overall though this place is a nice dispensary and I'll be coming here for awhile :)

My favorite shop in Seattle, quite possibly one of the best and most underappreciated. They have an amazing selection of flower and edibles. I love the edibles they offer, and they even have a lube that gets you high! I love how the prices are incredibly fair. I won't be going to Uncle Ikes knowing this place is here.

Angela is a great budtender. She's fast, informative and funny. If you're in the market for some GOOD weed ask her. Nothing but 10/10 recommendations. Thank you Angela!!!

Awesome boutique! Feels like your walking into the Louis Vuitton of Mary J  great selection and customer service. And if you don't want to talk to a person you can order from a tablet!

Wow......the only reason I'm refraining from 1 star is because there isn't a 0 star option. Therefore, I am forced to always reserve the 1 star reviews for the worst of the worst. I'll give this place 2 stars for simply being the most beautiful pot shop I have ever stepped foot in. Being in the SoDo district, it's no surprise that this shop used to be a window and door company with all of it's intricate floor plan and display cases. It honestly looks like it used to be a jewelry shop. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and image are the only positive things about this place. First let's start with the selection of flower. There's an average selection....And by average I mean you will find all of the popular named growers. The downside is that they are marked up 20-25% higher than what everybody else is selling the same exact items for. House of Cultivar 8ths starting at 59 bucks??? Are you kidding me? I can find the same product for 35 bucks on the east side or downtown Seattle....not to mention the SoDo district of all places?? Where prices are supposed to be much cheaper? Nope. I'll pass on picking up an 8th, let's see what else you got.....I asked the bud tender "what specials do you have?" His answer was "uhhhhh well you can get 20% off for signing up." Turns out there are a lot more attractive specials if you check the website online, none of which was mentioned to me......Ok fine, maybe I'll just grab a couple pre rolls and call it good....Walk on over to the pre roll case, which doesn't even have all of their pre rolls on display. After realizing I was unsure of what to buy, the bud tender who was helping me disappeared. I browsed through the case anyways. They only have the most expensive selected pre rolls on display, including all of the infused ones which run between 12-18 bucks a pop! Mr. Twisters for 14 bucks when other shops are selling them for 8-10?? Does that make any sense to you?? Well I guess it would considering they've got such a beautiful high end shop with spectacular service!!....Oops no wait, the service isn't spectacular?? Wait what's that? The service is inexistent altogether?? What do you mean by that??......Well let's see.....I counted a total of 10 staff members!!! 10 total staff members from the Islander door man, two white boys working the front as bud tenders, two black guys with dreads, a middle aged woman, a middle aged white dude with glasses and short hair, another middle aged white dude with a bit of a belly and a beard, a half Asian looking guy and a Hispanic looking guy. If it were up to me, I would fire every single one of them except for the door man and the middle aged white guy with the beard. They were the only ones who did their job, but they were not bud tenders. The door man was busy checking people in, while the middle aged white guy with the beard was outside on his break. The rest of the crew alternated between standing in the back where you could see them chatting amongst each other and showing each other hilarious videos on their phones..and going outside to light up. All while four customers stood in the lobby waiting for somebody to come out and help. I stood there for nearly 3 minutes without a single bud tender returning to cash me out because they were busy socializing all within view. Is that acceptable? The owners are being played like a fiddle. Paying 10 people to man the floor while they all enjoy chatting and smoking doobies behind the shop. Finally after several mins of standing around waiting for these guys to finish up their conversations in the back, which you can clearly see through the window....one of them returns out front. The shorter white boy with the tattoo sleeve. I ask him where the original guy who was helping me went. He tells me "he's on break, wsup?" I say to him well I'd like one of the infused blue bastards and a super lemon haze pre roll. I was expecting him to show me some options. Instead, he just grabs two pre rolls and scans them without showing me anything. I asked him "are those the ones I was looking at before? Blue bastard has different strains and there are numerous growers that have super lemon haze strains right?" He answers "I don't know." Then I said to him "well this is my first time here so I was also told you guys have a 20% discount for signing up." He says "I'm sure all of these are already discounted at the price posted." ......So in other words nobody came to show me any product, when they finally did come out to help me they chose to just ring me up for whatever product they felt necessary without even confirming with me, and then tried to charge me prices that are inconsistent with what I was initially told. Nope Nope Nope Nope NOPE. I told the kid to help the next person in line while I walked out the door to go to Green Fire down the road. Boy do I feel sorry for the owners of this shop....what the hell is going on here??? lol.....

This is our spot!! My boyfriend and I enjoy DP for soooooo many reasons. Its hard to choose a place to start. Prices are on point! Every so often you'll see an amazing rocker girl with dope hair spinning the sign while jamming out to metal. She's awesome! Next, you're greeted at the door by someone nice while an awesome aroma (not the mj haha) infuses the room. I'm all about fragrance- It's nice that the owners care about the small details. To be frank- the entire showroom is gorgeous. My favorite people are Angela and Derrick, they're the best! They both are so down to earth and always making us laugh. The owner Alejandro is a really cool guy, and a hard worker. If you're looking to get medicated in the style of luxurious nature- this is the place for you.

Great customer service. Alwayd willing to help you pick the best options and for a great price. I am so happy i found this plave even tho i am a lil ways away from them.. I make sure to stop in and get whatever I need. This is my new go to shop!!

This place is the nicest pot shop I have ever seen. The budtenders were very welcoming and seem as delighted to be there as we were. They have a huge selection that you can view up close like at jewelry store with staff at hand to answer questions about the products. They have lots of edibles and beautiful weed and Gold Leaf! The best pot in Seattle. They have lots of deals on top shelf strains and some great cheap weed too! $100 Ounces! The cheapest vapor cartridges I'v ever seen! $20! Great place, great staff, great prices. I'll be back for sure.

Even though the quality of their product is awesome, the customer service is poor. They even overcharged my debit card and didn't warn me about getting a withdrawal fee because they don't accept debit cards they provide an ATM service which is completely different (I'm not talking about an ATM machine, if you call them they will tell you that they take debit cards.) Will never go back, they didn't earn my trust and there other good places.

Either some of these reviews are from fiends or workers of the establishment. Or I was in the wrong dispensary. I didn't experience any of the good things mentioned below. I went in for a sale on Black Friday around 5-6pmish. The set up is pretty cool if you're looking to browse. Or if you're lucky like me, and knowledgeable enough to know what your looking for with no help. Other than that you have to wait in line to approach the counter, ask a question, then get back in line to place your order. My problem started when I took my order to the counter. Like I mentioned I was there for a sale. The shop was offering 40% off the entire store. So I went in to pick up some top shelf concentrate for my headstash. I knew there are brands that were equivalent or more potent. I just wanted this particular brand since it was on sale, and I'm a fan of the company. So when I got to the counter and the "bud tender" saw what I wrote loudly he says "Refine seriously?? Refine"..? While rolling his eyes. As if I was making a horrible decision. Then proceeded to tell me "I have some better shit youll like". Pulls out some sauce that looked like it been sitting for months (all dried up looking), and pointed to the Terp profile like that was immediately going to sale me. A lot of talking up for something he didn't even try when I asked. Then acted super passive aggressive when I put back 2 of the 4 grams I was purchasing due to them looking old and dried out as well. This completely ruined my experience with this place. Not everyone who walks through your door is some trendy stoner who needs direction. Just because you work behind a counter of a dispensary doesn't automatically make you more knowledgeable than others either. The line was also super long because most of the employees were chillin outside smoking cigarettes. I would advise you not to shop here if you like to ask questions or need proper suggestions.

How does the nicest weed store in Seattle also have the best prices? I endured countless dives, mistakenly looking on Aurora and places like that for good deals, when the "most luxurious pot store" actually has the best prices?!?! BY FAR?!?!  I would never have guessed so I'm super happy. Huge selection, budget to splurge range...They've got it all... It's luxury for everyone. So $20 goes farther here than any other place, and I've been hunting all over town. Only downside was that there were a bunch of bums hanging out in the parking lot, and I didn't feel safe to leave my car w/ all the lurkers. An employee was outside near me smoking a cigarette fortunately, and told me to go park on the other side, in their actual parking lot where there is security. So don't park in the Taco Bell lot!!!! Go a couple feet further and park in their lot just beyond the black fence. Everyone says it looks like a club but I just thought it was nice and was grateful to be in a pleasant environment for once in the weed world. It's like just because I'm buying weed doesn't mean I want jankiness, which is what most stores have on offer. I've endured so many ugly, damp buildings, so many unpleasant, ignorant, and rude dealers....to finally discover this gem!!!! Great atmosphere inside, really nice people, lots of weed knowledge. This is what I've been waiting for! I think we're evolving rapidly as a culture because finally us stoners get a little respect. 5*****

Rude lady at door, told me to "be an adult" and get a horizontal ID. New management sucks, they would rather deny all 100% legal vertical IDs than simply get scanners/black light like every other store Seattle. Otherwise overpriced with very poor selection compared to other shops in the area.

This place is awesome! The store is really nice and the prices are extremely reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. Looks like this is my new spot.

Best place ever! Best prices in Seattle! All of Seattle everyday there's a 30percent or least 20percent first time 30percent off. Had only 15$ (Angela)put in the  xtra dollar that we were short on. Can you say life saver. Will be definitely be coming back tonight. They also close at 12pm. Will update with her name. Couldn't ask for superior customer service. I feel welcomed. This dispensary is probably one of my favorites! Easily accessible with plenty of parking, it's quick to pull in and run in.The location is massive and when you see how tall and how much product they have ... you'll WANT to keep coming back. They always have some awesome deals and on Friday's, everything is 30% off! Every time we come, the front entry team and security is always so friendly. The line is always moving because they really do staff this dispensary with a lot of Budtenders. Everyone I've ever worked with is amazing and truly helpful. They don't over sell and are super knowledgeable. If you want a friendly experience where any question is answered and every curiosity is lead in a good direction... THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME!

I reported their business today to the Corona virus violations and complaints department and I encourage absolutely everybody to do the same thing. It's incredibly easy call 800.423.7233 or go to coronavirus.wa.gov. If you call the line they tell you exactly how to navigate the hyper links to fill out the complaint page otherwise you can try and click the hyperlinks and report them.  I truly hope the community will put pressure on this business to follow the law and keep people safe. This virus literally kills and all we need to do is MASK UP as required by LAW!!Their management doesn't require face masks for their security, employees, or customers during state mandated mask wearing so if that matters to you dont come here. Seattle Tonics is comparable in price and all staff and security wears masks and mandates their customers to as stated by the governor. They also don't do social distancing inside. They have great deals but it's not worth risking your health. I pay $4 more on average for a place that actually practices safe practices during this horrible outbreak. Go to Seattle Tonics.

Was looking to try some new dispensaries because I recently moved here. There are so many in seattle I've been just trying a new one every time I go in. This place always has a huge line and a security detail so I figured it must be good, cheap, cool or some combo of the three...CHEAP? Average to a little pricey. Pricing is fair but pretty normal; you'll see it anywhere so cheap is out-- maybe they have a loyalty program idk. GOOD? Good selection & brands.They have a large selection of edibles and some cool oral syringes of concentrate. I like that they have security detail inside and outside. That is something that makes me feel better carrying cash into a place. So if that's what you're about - they are good. COOL? Probably.The inside is really fancy, they have beautiful people (sexy sells I guess) working the counters inside and a lot of lights (think casino meets smoke shop). DEFINITELY "cool"- totally would blow my mind if I was a tourist. Especially if I was like a bro at a ballgame doing some mary-J tourism. I wasn't really impressed with the customer service. They got my order right, which is the focus; However, the staff was kinda blah. (My sales associate sized me up and asked me if "Thats it?...That's ALL you're getting?- which was kinda rude.  I know what I want when I want it so I was taken aback. I was only there to get edibles and wasn't in the market for bud, and. Which seems to be what they were hedging for..idk). Although the glam interior/ sales associates aren't my scene I might come back for something exotic like a specific strain of concentrate etc. it's nice to have variety

Was in the area for 420 and arrived around noon and they only had two people working.  The lady that rung me up explained that some people had requested the day off and the others had simply called out.  So shame on those employeesThe store was packed and there was a long line so I had a chance to browse and jot down the name of some of the products.  The way they assured everyone was helped, was once you got to the register, the person that was going to ring you out, helped you select products or answered any questions you had about the products. Some items were discounted up to 40% off so I ended up spending $52 on $73 worth 3 pre-rolls, some seasoning salt, and four gramsOf all the products I purchased, the seasoning salt, rozay preroll and 9lb hammer buds were my top favorite. Even though the limited staffing was not what I expected the two ladies manning the store made sure everyone was helped and left with quality products.

I've visited a few times but unfortunately each time someone helps me that "doesn't use or know anything about edibles ". I've asked for 1;1 and went home with just a regular item without realizing it. This store should really educate their employees especially if they seem to expect tips. I don't smoke because I don't want the associated health impacts but y'all have a whole wall of edibles you know nothing about???

So I went in on the 6th of August and went to ATM for a withdrawal. During my withdrawal the power on that side of building went out. I never got my $80.00 I addressed my situation to a young girl by the name of Miranda she was HORRIFIC. I guess $80.00 to her ain't nothing but I work hard for mine. Some other youung lady by the name of Angela came over and really defused the situation. But I still ain't got my money! SMH......And now been dealing with GM by the name of Marley. Still not really impressed much. Looks like this business DOESN'T LIKE DOING THE RIGHT THING. So to say I'll never be back is an understatement.Marley reached out said she would review footage of transaction and get back to me. Well she did get back to me and still nothing. She did not review footage yet and she would get back to me in the am. We will see. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt to do the right thing but it doesn't look like that's happening. Tomorrow I will be contacting my bank if this is NOT CORRECTED BY TODAY.DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE BACK......

Zips has the best deals in town! No joke! It's hard to find a dispo that sells decent $140 ounces. Everyone there is super friendly and they care about you purchase. Although one of the budtenders (tall man, longish hair) is really unprofessional. Barely makes eye contact, barely talks and has to check my ID multiple times before actually remembering what my name was. However, all the rest of the staff are amazing and I will continue to be a regular.
