My husband bought me edibles for Christmas and asked for "heavy on THC" and they gave him 1:1, 40:1 and 400:1 CBD!  He did not have his reading glasses on & trusted them. We went to exchange & the guy was rude & condescending. Ripping off seniors. Will stick with Hashtag on Stoneway in the future.

They don't support the black community, taking down black lives matter mural, plus their weed is not good if you a stoner. I suggest to get your things somewhere else.

they don't allow vertical id's. my id scans at every dispensary but they didn't give me a valid reason why they aren't allowed. only told me that the people in charge control it so no valid explanation which is total bs. american mary if you want customers change this rule. absolute bs. if you dont take verticals then post it everywhere you advertise instead of making it extremely inconvenient.

After reading the comments I was super excited to get to try out the weed at this dispensary. I'm from California so Seattle weed is very rare and special for me. I was highly disappointed to find out THEY DO NOT SELL TO VERTICAL IDS. Not sure if this is because it is near UW but what a waste of a drive and time this was for me. Such a stupid policy too, if they are worried about fake IDs there are a handful of ways to find out if it is fake or not. So again DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE OVER 21 AND HAVE A VERTICAL ID!!!

Shouldn't have painted that mural over. Also I don't see any diversity in your promo video, this supports people's claims of your business. Good luck in the future hopefully you can turn a new leaf and turn this negative light around but for now i'm standing with the people.

I Went to American Mary tonight trying to find some relief from my chronic PTSD and anxiety, (not to mention arthritic pain). Fortunately they have great hours and were open when I got there.I was asked for my ID and waited on by Roger one of their great budtenders. when he asked what I was looking for I literally said "Think PTSD  and anxiety". Roger instantly said "I got you covered".Roger showed me some insane looking Indica named "Pop Rox" and told me it would help me relax and get at ease.He also showed me some really nice looking hash and some wax. I also took his recommendation for some "Diesel Thai" wax and I'm glad I did.The "Pop Rox" looked and smelled amazing and went down like warm milk, smooth and easy. The wax looks amazing but I'm too medicated to even think about it for tonight. LOL.Thank you American Mary for carrying such amazing products and for having the best Budtenders around. I'll be back soon!

Horrible service DO NOT GO HERE! They refused to take tribal ID despite it being government issued, the workers were extremely passive aggressive and discriminatory of native people, they made us feel unwelcome in our own city and should not get any business. Really disappointed in this because we used to love to go here.

I love this place. Customer service is great. It's nice and quiet. You can look at stuff in peace. They are very helpful. And nice knowledgeable people. Nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this dispensary.

I had a great experience here. As someone who smokes once every couple months and am very uneducated about cannabis products thanks to the great help from Justice, I didn't feel looked down upon for my ignorance lol thank you!

It was my first time here and I couldn't be happier! Justice was more than helpful because I never know what I want but they hooked me up! I will be returning

Only writing this review because  i know the bud here is trash, awful selection and I actually needed bud today in seattle so I figured id get one pre-roll from there. Apparently they dont accept vertical ids, and ontop of that the tender was condescending. Screw this janky place, do not recommend.

Weed is dry and they painted over Jimi Hendrix and BLM murals because they think supporting black people and black organizations will lose them business with white people. Guess what? One less whitey for you.

This business does NOT support the Black Lives Matter movement. There was a mural on the side of their building showing support of the movement that "made them uncomfortable" and they paid someone from out of state to come paint over it because no one from Seattle would deface it.. Although it's their right to do what they want with their building, it clearly shows the kinds of stance they take when it comes to standing against the senseless murders of black lives across the country. #BlackLivesMatter

Not only is the weed here super dry as if it's years old, it's pretty obvious that the owners are racist against POC. It's sad.. hopefully some other dispensary will take their place soon.

this was my first ever visit to a dispensary. the shop was clean, organized, a tended to by a knowledgeable friendly staff. I asked a pile of questions and they eagerly gave a pile of answers.the two other shops I went to weren't as nice. their selections were less diverse and the staff wasn't quite as top notch. the shop corgi really guaranteed that fifth star! if you're in the area, stop on in.thanks for all your help, guys!

Absolutely terrible dispensary. The staff are god awful and useless. The selection is dry and it seems like they pick these bud tenders out from some stoners basement.

Changed their loyalty program right out from under me, right before I cashed in my points. . Plus raised their prices same day. When it comes to getting a qualty bud at a good price, this is the worst stop in Seattle. With three other shops within walking distance, they lack the competitive edge and I can't imagine them lasting long with these types of business practices. Get your shit together.If you fuck over the people on your loyalty program they stop being loyal, so I went down the street to Hashtag Fremont and got much better flower at a much more reasonable cost. Plus they actually honor their loyalty program down there!

I've visited here several times in recent months since they're conveniently close. I've rarely talked to the same employee twice, but the employees have been alike in helpfulness, friendliness, and charm. Not being a particularly demanding consumer, it's easy to make me happy here -- I don't know whether this place is good for a connoisseur, but I suspect it is. They've got the basics nailed, and you don't get to being great without that. Definitely recommended.

This shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but I'm always struck by how immaculate it is upon entrance.  And everything follows a clean attention to detail.  The cases are all well picked to feature herb next to their prospective prices, which are also projected on the wall.The staff has additionally been attentive and quick to help each time I have been in.  I have never felt pushed into the purchases I ended up making.I'd like a wider selection though.  I felt like 'Elevate Cannabis' was the only top shelf grower they had last visit.

Owners have little regard for the community and are not kind to people of color. It's a major problem considering how many black folks are in jail for selling weed, while white owners profit off of legalization. However, the biggest problem is the lack of available products that are for medicinal uses. I often went in to buy cbd patches for my disAbled friend who suffers from extreme nausea and has problems eating. They rarely carry these patches and other treatments for folks with medical conditions. It would be nice if they catered to the whole community and not just UW students/Wallingford hipsters just trying to get stoned out of their gourds.

low standard weed shop.  i bought two vape chargers there, only one worked.  i bought 4 vape cartridges today.  i told the girl i was interested in vape cartridges and pearl was my favorite brand.  they have a section of pearl boxes.  i can't see the types from 6 ft back and they are behind the counter.  i told her i like sativa and i asked her for full gram cartridges.  when i got home (45 minutes away) i see that she sold me one refill cartridge and 3 half gram disposable pens.  terrible.

I asked for the 200 mg soda which she explained was not 200 thc but 100/100. I asked if there were any deals on the 100 mg thc drinks if I got two (my local shop often does this), and she said no. I decided to get two. Then I wanted to grab a pax pod.I asked about cartridges, and they had 4 different pax pods. I asked the price and she told me 45. Mid order she then left to help other customers, and I had a question about the pods. So I left and got 100 bucks. About seven minutes later, she comes back. I was aware I was asking a lot of questions, but I'm pretty new to most of the strains. So all she said was that there were three hybrids and a sativa. I asked what the difference between the hybrids was and she proceeded to give me the gem of knowledge that "New Orange Cookies" tastes like orange, but nothing else. Then when we checked out the order was 105 and I had 102. I asked if they could do a three dollar discount (my local shop does this regularly so I didn't think it could hurt to ask), and she rudely snapped at me and said no. It would have been fine, I understand that each store has different policies - but throughout the entire process she was incredibly rude. I even apologized for being indecisive because I thought that's why she was frustrated, but she didn't respond. She just rang me up, sighed heavily and said "have a nice day."Not coming back here, lost a regular customer.

I had never gone to a dispensary by myself.  I needed to pick some stuff up for a camping trip though so I went.  I was in the University District and this seemed like the closest one that was open.  I started driving over at 4pm so of course 45th was a total mess.  I expected this so at least I was not surprised.  I ended up driving one street over, parking, and walking over.The store is a good size with a good selection.  I showed my i.d. when I got in and was directed to a person.  The person helping me was super friendly.  I told them what I was looking for and they gave me a few options and explained the differences.  I was glad he did not overwhelm me with too many choices.  I never felt pressured to buy more than I wanted and did not feel rushed at all (the store was not super busy when I arrived at about 4:30pm).  Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go back.

A very nice shop!Robert Downy Jr was my bud tender, and he was helpful and charismatic showing me various options for what I was looking to buy with the budget I was working with. He knew right away what the best looking buds were and they were mighty good looking! He even cut me a deal when we went over budget by a smidge. More and more bud shops are opening up all over town. Some good. Some pretty rough around the edges. American Mary is definitely one of the best in the U-District / Wallingford area.

The prices here are always great, and the staff is helpful. It's a good shop to stop in and get your cannabis needs met.

The best pot shop in North Seattle! I came in on a Saturday night and the budtenders were busy with a packed shop. I walked around browsing the shelves getting my questions ready for my turn. Soon enough they were ready to help me out, I explained what I wanted and my desired effects and the Budtender lit up. They excitedly showed me a strain that fit my needs exactly, and was way cheaper than the pot shops I've previously been too. This location is smack dab in the center of munchie heaven so make sure you grab some grub after you load up at American Mary.

Shop was good/clean/looked nice, staff was pretty helpful, overall a fairly standard place/shopping experience.However, the Orange Cream Pie 100mg drink was pretty weak. I highly doubt there was actually 100mg of THC in it.

Completely incompetent staff!! The child behind the counter looked at my card for about 2 seconds before declaring "This is a fake." I stared at him for a bit waiting for the punch line... Nope! I could see he was even wanting to confiscate it. *mind blown*I am an almost 29 year old bartender with an Illinois ID including several holograms and security features. I've come to this shop several times before with no problems, but I'm still so furious about how I got treated today that I'm willing to travel the distance to ANYWHERE else. Maybe try training you staff?? It's not that hard to check an ID properly, I've done it thousands of times... (The 2nd star is for the guy that helped me out with my insomnia a couple months ago)

Awesome immediate excellent customer service by Charlie.  Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of his products. Good selection but really what made the difference was the friendly customer service.  I spent more than I had intended but he gave me a discount and I left with a smile on my face. Would definitely recommend to others and I will certainly return again. Suck it, piece of mind!

I always come here because it's very close to my house. They always have good deals and the staff is super nice! Every once in awhile I'll get a free edible or joint with my purchase which is always a plus! Definitely go here for friendly customer service and good deals.

It's the equivalent of a neighborhood dive bar, but the kind that gives you food poising, weak pours, and isn't even cheap. It would have to be really f'n cheap to excuse the decor (or lack thereof- '90s, '80s, '70's? I don't know when this kind of mediocrity was cool). Sure the place is a hole in the wall, but it's a crappy one at that. I mean zero ambiance. It is the pot store equivalent of orange shag carpet. Or spilled bong water. Or spilled bong water on the orange shag carpet. I would have gone here, albeit reluctantly and shamefully, like in 1992, when we had to say "water pipe." Flash to 2018. With so many more pleasant choices, wtf would I go here? Brittany Murphy would not buy her drugs here in '92, and she definitely wouldn't now (if she could***...RIP). Sadly, this place doesn't want your money. They're saying, and they really do say it all with the design, "F--k you plebes, I already have my own Adderall and weed, wtf do u need- deal with the orange shag carpet, deal with the cat litter smell, deal with lousy weed, deal with price hikes, what is your problem, you stupid customer that doesn't know I'm offering a terrible deal?" Bye

I was in the area, stopped by this shop and I am really glad I did. The fellow who helped me was great, very knowledgeable in a way this dummy could understand. Hey was very nice and had an adorable giggle, so props to you adorable giggle guy!

The worst customer service I've encountered at any shop. Isn't this a customer facing business that should take customer service into account? I won't be going back and I suggest you take your business to a shop that appreciates you for being their customer.

Terrible experience. They're rude, don't accept international IDs, and will not let you exchange products even if you purchased them literally a minute earlier. Not coming back.

Just moved to Seattle from Honolulu about 2 weeks ago...naturally moving here I was really excited to get to my first dispensary lol I walked into American Mary on my first day here and was helped immediately and professionally. They have great deals and sweet selection to choose from. I didn't really know what I wanted but I explained the high I wanted to achieve & the employee suggested a perfect strain I bought a couple 8ths, few grams of oil and few rolled joints for good measure. I was more than happy with my purchase. Now I go to American Mary almost every other day and their professionalism is still sky rocketing over average. As long as I'm in the area I'll be a loyal customer of American Mary.

I love this dispensary. From my first visit the service is really good. It gets busy so sometimes you have to wait a sec, but these budtenders are really good at matching your description of what you want with the right product. What I have really grown to appreciate though, is the relationship I've developed with a couple of the budtenders. After having had the same budtender twice, it seemed that he was almost always there and he remembered my preferences. That alone strikes me as remarkable given the number of customers he must interact with every day. But what really keeps me coming back is that every single time I've come away with exactly what I wanted. All the budtenders are friendly, patient and knowledgeable.Since the advent of 502 our medicine is all sealed up and theres no way to really know what you're getting until you get it home. More than once I've had a budtender that literally does not smoke weed and has no idea what she's talking about, or one who simply doesn't have the familiarity with the products to recommend anything. Not so here. Add to that the AMAZING range of products available and you have a real winner.

I went into American Mary after a long day and I was not happy with my experience. I went to purchase my weed and they took a look at my ID for the second time and the manager looked at me and said I can't take this because it's fake.  He accused me of having a fake ID in front of 6 or 7 customers and threatened to call the cops.  They finally rang me out after they found out it was real but I felt disrespected in the way they accused me instead of taking another look.

American Mary is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever stepped foot in. I didn't get a chance to ask for the guys name but it's the guy that checks I.D.'s when you first come in to the dispensary. I'm late to a dinner party and the I.D. man just keeps telling me to get out cause my I.D. is fake. I asked if I could have it back cause I'm 25 and I know it's NOT FAKE. He told me to call the cops or leave. So I left with NO I.D. cause I have a dinner party. I came back a couple hours later and I walk in and the I.D. man says I need to call the cops to get it back. I chuckled, pulled out my phone and called the cops. So I called the cops and waited 45 min for them to show up. Once they did, they walked in ask the guy for my I.D. and the cop hands it right back to me. American Mary has the worst employee of year winner!! Congrats, I went to Lux Pot Shop, right after I got my I.D. back from the cops and man that place was great!!To the I.D man, your a joke and your job is a joke. Actually everything about this place is a joke so maybe this is your career in life. Checking I.D.'s and be a joker.

Walked in needing some shisha for my hookah.The shop is layed out well and is probably the most "roomy" head shop I've ever been in, I didn't feel crowded by cabinets or tacky signs. The glass itself seems to be very good quality, at least on an aesthetic level. The shisha selection was good, and they had some different flavors than I've seen before. Piked up some blackberry and some after nine (chocolate and mint).The salesguy was super nice and made casual conversation that made me feel comfortable, a rare experience in either tobacco shop or head shop. It was the most pleasant of my shisha buying experiences.

American Mary is a great recreational shop in Wallingford. They have a nice selection of flower, oil and edibles at a variety of different prices. They also have a decent selection of beverages, most of which weren't on display. The best part is the staff is super-friendly and helpful. They were generous with their time, educated me and made candid and honest recommendations for and against the products. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

This recreational shop is actually a hidden gem. Starting from the outside, there's plenty of street parking available. The exterior of the shop doesn't look like much, in fact it even looks kind of shady, being all dark. However, it's a wonderland of cannabis upon walking in. Their products are great, with a lot of tier-one cannabis to offer. There are often the same faces working there day after day, so it's pretty easy to make friends with the budtenders. If you're in the Wallingford area, I'd actually recommend going a bit farther down the street to Hashtag Cannabis on Stone Way North. But for those around UW and the U-District, this shop is in a great location.

What a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Their selection, prices and unfailingly friendly, knowledgable service never disappoint. Two thumbs up!

I'm giving a 2 star, cuz I'm a great customer I come in there all the time, they all know me. I forgot my id one day, I work near by and just wanted to get something after work, and the security guy I wish I remember his name, white dude just was like I know you but I can't let you in without id... like dude you have checked my id so many times  You know me you know I'm 24! Like da f***? I'll bring it next time I don't want to have to pay 40 bucks for an Uber to go back home and back when I'm here already. Bad customer service! They should be nicer to the customers! It's not like it was my first time and they don't know me.... I even have my number registered. The girl working there is nice though. :)

Not at all judgemental like some shops can be. American Mary is hands down my favorite shop in town!! You can walk in know what you want to spend and they will sort you out! Knowledgeable and cool guys, shout out to Alec for always being rad!!! Thanks for taking the pretentiousness out of the game.

If you're in the Udistrict American Mary is your go to shop. Everytime I've been in the staff has been attentive and friendly (even the security guys are pretty cool), not to mention there's a cute little corgie running around on ocassion. Havent seen her lately though Anyway, they always have a few strains around $10 ,which is nice when you're trying to mix and match.Look for the green doors on 45th next to the giant tattoo mural

Every time I go in there is always someone there that is really nice and able to answer my questions.  I usually spend only between $10-$20 bucks but they always have a great variety of new products to try.  Its quite a relaxing experience.  The store is also in a great location to me.

The service at this shop continues to be as good as when I first stopped in. The staff, as always were helpful and friendly. The prices and selection are great. I highly recommend making this store your go-to shop for your cannabis needs.

This place worked out for what my friends and I needed, and although the guy at the counter was friendly, I wouldn't say he was all that knowledgeable (he wasn't the owner, f.y.i.).  Still, the other reviews are pretty dead-on.  It's a roomy place, nice ppl, and a nice selection.  We'll be back (and who knows?  Maybe it'll get another star then)!

went in a few months ago to find something small but durable the ladie at the front was very attentive and helpful seeing is im very rough on my glass  i spent 45 on a small chillum but the thing has been dropped on concrete carried around in my pocket with my coins cell phones tossed around my car this is quality glass way better than that thin glass that you get from the typical franchise smoke shops you see all over spend the extra cash and get something thatll last

Good customer service, we barely had to wait for help. They have pretty good prices (.5gram prerolls starting at $7) and a decent selection. Definitely coming back. Only downside is lack of parking but that's not uncommon in this neighborhood.

Great service and excellent selection. These people know their bud! I'll be back! Convenient location so you can get your discount liquor , a new tatty, Dicks Burgers and MJ all within walking distance and only 2 min from I-5.

American Mary is a great, neighborhood dispensary. I'd recommend it especially to folks who are wanting to stay way from the big box "walmart of weed" shops that are more common to the downtown area. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The prices are fair and clearly marked. Good hours. Convenient. You can't ask for much more!

DISAPPOINTMENT!  My first visit in was a waste of time because I was allowed to walk out of the store with a product that didn't have the ability to get anyone "high".  The bud tender made no mention of the low THC percentage. I feel like I went into a bar for a beer but instead received an O'douls non alcoholic beverage. The weed was also harvested October 2015. This sad visit means I will Never Go To American Mary Again

Although I don't smoke, I went here to meet a family friend who was buying a birthday gift for a friend.This was my first experience in a glass shop, and I gotta say I was impressed. The craftsmanship in some of the more decorative pieces were AMAZING. One one more extravagant piece was priced at $10,800! Pretty awesome to see, regardless.Also, the man at the register was nice and helpful with my cousins purchase of a pipe. He was also calm and welcoming as a few of my friends were with me as we browsed.Great experience. Awesome glass work.

Puffin Glass is my favorite shop in the area, no question.  I frequent quite a few shops and previously stayed close to home on Capitol hill.  After moving I branched out a little bit and ended up at Puffin Glass.  The first thing I have to say is WOW, their selection was awesome.  Jared was a super chill dude who obviously knew what he was talking about.  Because I have a hard time not buying everything I want when I first go into a shop, I didn't even pick anything up.  Jared pulled at least 20 items from the case for me and answered all my questions openly and honestly.  Puffin glass is officially my new go to shop!They also carry a lot of the big names in the game like toro, sheldon black, illadelph, roor and many others.  One thing that really caught my eye was some of the amazing hand made artist pieces.  They had some awesome stuff from Salt Glass and Snic Barnes which is a treat just to have in your hands!***Also they are a store who carrys grunge off, for those of you who know about and swear by it!

This place is a great shop, my personal favorite, and is filled with great unique pieces.  This place is filled with everything you could want from simple dry pieces to amazing freezer coil illadelphs. When i first went into this shop it blew my mind and still does every time i walk into the store. Chad, the owner, is also a great guy who knows how to set up a relaxed environment to enjoy some high quality glass. I had once bought this sheldon black double tree perc that broke by the joint for the mouth piece.  I had originally gone to other shops to see if it could be fixed but they had said it couldnt be done, however, Chad gave it to one of the glass blowers he knows and fixed it up.  This is a great shop and if you are in the area you should definitely check out the store because it will stun you how amazing these glass pieces can get

great headshop! they carry brands such as toro,illadelph,zob,sheldon black etc. so alot of high end stuff. very nice and knowledgeable staff. the owner gave me a great deal on a sheldon black bubbler. also they have a wonderful seletion of papers.

so me and my girlfriend went in today and caught him on a bad day cus someone stole a $1000 coil from his shop today. despite all that our fellow-californian owner was especially outgoing and even invited us to the bar after. and gave us a really good price on an atmos pen. im sure if we werent just visiting seattle we would become friends! would DEFINITELY recommend :)

I have been a loyal customer since this shop first opened a few years ago. Even as a Olympian I hold off on all water pipe/tobacco purchases until I go back to Seattle and visit Puffin Glass. Yesterday I returned to Puffin Glass to speak with the owner about a defect in a pipe. Chad was there and patiently listened to my problem, and explained to me how that could have happened. He explained for legal reasons he could not take the pipe back, but would sell me another $60 piece for just $10 dollars. After looking around finally picking a replacement piece he had a change of heart and told me to keep it for free. This was his way of thanking me for being a regular customer. I was floored, and still am by the honesty, generosity, and all around AMAZING customer service. So here I am returning the favor and spreading the word. Thank you so very much Chad, and Puffin Glass. I will be back, hopefully with more potential long term customers.

Okay, so I went back!  We we going to go to wine world and I saw that this place was open at last.  Got a nice piece and some rolling papers for $22... and got to play with a freakin' adorable puppy.

I've bought three water pipes, high quality  glass on glass, all right at 100 dollars. Alot of people might be content to go down to the gas station and get a cheap piece with an o-ring, but with the amount you invest in a quality waterpipe will make the experience much more enjoyable. Puffin glass is where you should start.

I've been here quite a few times, however today their customer service was lacking. Came in with my husband to buy some things and was asked if we were purchasing together for me to wait outside in the rain to let more customers in. We were right in the beginning of the sale and I wasn't even able to ask the questions I needed to before essentially being asked to leave. Pretty lame.

BEWARE!!! Especially female shoppers!! Shady employee at this location!  I just moved to the neighborhood and thought this could be my new shop. This was my 3rd visit. All 3 times staff have been underwhelming and not very welcoming. That aside, I seldom leave bad reviews for anyone. Like literally never, it has to be really bad. I went in today for something I've purchased at least once a week for the past year at multiple shops, so I know what the product runs. This employee went to ring me up and told me it was $30.00. I've never paid more than $20.00 for this item. I asked him again to repeat the total and then questioned him on the price. He stood by the price, and proceeded to mansplain to me that another product was the $20 one, but this one was $30. I told him that's weird, it's always been around $20. I left without buying anything feeling very uncomfortable in the shop with that employee. I went to another shop and paid $20 for that same item and then looked it up on American mary's website and the product is literally $18.00. This employee blatantly tried to over charge me so he could pocket the change! And by his boldness, I doubt I'm the first person he's tried this with. Pay attention to what things cost if you insist on still going to this place. I'll never step foot in here again! Years of frequenting recreational shops in both Washington and Oregon and have never once had any employee try to bamboozle me. Super shady.

As a newbie into the legal cannabis options around me, this was my first time at a dispensary and I feel like I could have been set up for a poor experience. Not knowing what questions to ask, and being a relative novice, I asked the bud tender for something that would make me a little relaxed and not too strong. From there, I was recommended the First Class Funk indica hybrid strain, which after talking to another friend of mine in the industry, is the exact opposite of what I was looking for. I wasn't told about the very high (33%) THC content and I was sent on my way. I'm thankful I contacted my friend, because this could have been an awful experience for me. Please bud tenders, do your customers justice especially if they seem new and unexperienced.

Usually I go to American Mary because it's closest to me, but today I had such a bad experience and will not be going back anytime soon. I got bad weed from them the other day so I came back to buy more and tell them about it and no one cared or acknowledged what we were saying even though we were the only ones in the store. The bud tender was weird and mean and he had this Bane from batman type of mask on so I couldn't hear anything He was saying. When I asked questions he just looked at me and would answer in a passive aggressive way or wouldn't answer at all. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Vibe killed.

I've been in a few times, and the haven't  been too impressed by the employees.  The staff isn't on the same page with products.  Talking to one person and they say it does one thing, two minutes later, talking to another member, they say the complete opposite.I don't think I'll go back due to the poor customer service I had there this weekend.  The person who was helping me just seemed like he didn't want to be there, and had a big attitude.  Kind of annoying.

This is the weed shop in closest proximity to me, so it tends to be where I go. I wouldn't if I had more options. Every time I go in they seem impatient with me - even if I'm the only customer. The guy on skates is the most pronounced with this attitude. They have a tip jar and it always seems pretty full. Can't see why, from my experience.

Like many, I found the customer service offensive or just bs.  Basically what turned out to be an employee lied to me twice and was just plain very weird to deal with.I approached the shop, and a guy apparently randomly sitting near the door says "hello" in a strange way.  It lands like random people always say hello or ask the time, then assail you with some storyline, so I just nod a hello, don't make eye contact, and ignore him.  He says "hel-lo" again, and I look at him, and he says nothing for a minute or more (it felt more strange by how long he waited), then he asks, "Do you have ID?"I asked to confirm, "Are you carding me at the door, before I go in, regardless of whether I'm buying weed?"  He says yes, to which I say, "Ok, I'll shop somewhere else, thanks."It is not ok for him to let me walk away, he gets up and challenges me as I'm stepping back that it is state law to require ID, to which I correct him that it is when you purchase, and I don't support shops that card at the door on principle.  He tried to tell me the law is to card at the door, which it is not.  Then he tried to tell me all shops do that, to which I simply state I've been to several shops, and it is not true they all do this.  Then he tries to tell me that carding at the door is the same thing as wearing a mask, it prevents COVID, and at that point I realize what I'm dealing with and just say thanks I'm going now.Given my experience and other reviews, I will never go to this store again.  There are too many to put up with lies and attitude.

Overall decent selection of cannabis but man does the budtender who wears the wheelies need an attitude adjustment. Been there 3 times and every single time he has a a short and irritable attitude. Smoke a joint and chill out, you work at a pot shop.

I have been a fan of this shop for a long time and come here as frequently as possible. They carry many great brands, and have items in all price ranges and weights. I love the Lost Farms edibles and packs of infused joints that they offer. I think these one star reviews about this shop are shadier than the shop they're shading because the service here is always friendly, and most of the one star reviews are from accts with minimal friends and minimal posting activity. This shop has great products and prices - go check it out and decide for yourself.

Just moved to the neighborhood and 1st time going to the store was a great experience my man Trent took care of me and pointed out all of the daily specials they have. I will definitely be coming back most likely more than once a week.

I love this place, and wave to the door guy daily as I make my rounds. Very knowledgeable staff, all of them- even the newer guy. This was my first ever dispensary, and they welcomed me like family. I’d recommend it, especially if you’re a bit new to the whole thing. Come outside of peak hours, ask a question, grab a zine. Can’t recommend them enough
