Great people, great prices and they have a giant inflatable arm person outside and that brings me much joy.

Not a great variety of pre-rolls and pretty off the beaten path for me, but it's open an hour later than any other shop, so it will get my late-night business anyway.

This was my first pot shop experience in seattle, ever actually! Kiera and the other staff were rally helpful and made me feel super welcome even though I felt like a total newbie.... the space is really open and was easy to get in and out of, having the back parking lot so I didn't have to park on the street was nice!

Great place with awesome deals! Stopped in with my dad & scored. Seanathan was wonderful to work with & was extremely helpful!

They always have new products to choose from and I usually find great deals. Happy I followed a friend's advice and started frequenting Trees.  Tonight James helped me pick out a couple grams of concentrate, and some flower- he gave honest opinions and send me on my way feeling good about my purchase. ** Bonus points for a store filled with beautiful staff ;)

Been patronizing Trees for a long time, and they are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to be customer focused. I like their selection and their advice. Had a great experience today with a budtender who helped me resolve a cartridge issue.

Not honoring a medical pot card just put Trees at the bottom of my list of pot shops in the state.Stopped in today to get some CBD edibles and the guy working balked at inputting my new medical card to give me the sales tax discount of 8%.  He called to the management in back and they told him they only do that during the day time hours on Tuesday.  I had my card, not my authorization that needs to be checked against the database, yet they would not give me the discount on the sales tax.  This was mid-afternoon, not very early morning or the end of the business day.Trees has good prices but failure to honor a medical MJ card is a big red flag for me.Staff and management at Trees need to be educated on medical pot and what that means.  I had my medical pot card and they would not honor it or give me the break on the sales tax.  Totally unacceptable Trees.Is inputting a few numbers/letters so hard that they can not do that during a slow time of day (I was the only customer in the store when this went down).This will be escalated to the Liquor and Cannabis Control board for review.

Owned by a parent company that operates Bel Mar along with Green Theory.....It's an average pot shop, with average prices and average service. Nothing really stands out. Parking is limited to only a couple of spots.....At least they are open until midnight. They also price match, which is a huge plus.

Pat who works there was a total jerk. Was helped last out even though I was  first in line. Than asked for my ID 3 times by the same person. Misquoted me on prices. Super lame experience. I'd suggest Greenworks around the corner instead, my nicer staff.

Got home and a bag of edibles was missing from my bag that I paid for. Called to have them check the cameras to make sure it was placed and never received a call back. Makes me believe they did forget the to put it in my bag. I called them back and they awkwardly blamed it on them being robbed a week later. Will not be back.

This place is the worst!!!! The people that work there are pieces off shit too!! Thiefs!! These stupid ass people be trying to sell the community the nasty stuff they be like "oh this hits real hard this joint is wassup"... blah blah blah bullshit! Be careful everybody these fools be jippin your money one day my fiancée and his homie went in buying some dabs and one of the guys that works there sold him dabs for $20 the next day they go back my fiancée goes in there gets the same dabs and the fool that works there said " aye u know what I sell these to u for $15 WTF! He just copped his $5 that's bullshit! These people will be making up their own prices so they can take our extra money oh hell no! My fiancé said he wanted to get this joint and this black female came over and said oh no you don't want that one you should get this one it's five dollars and it's much better blah blah blah yeah OK bitch when we went to go like that shit up it did not burn well it just straight up sucked you guys don't even know what the hell you're talking about you're just opening your mouth to do it. Just a warning to the public displays is not worth the stop!!!!!!!! They suck!!!!!!!! And whoever's in charge they're letting all these people get away with this that's pathetic!

Trees is my absolute favorite store to buy from!  The staff is friendly, expertly informed on the qualities of their products, endlessly helpful, and I would trust any of the budtender's strain recommendations without a doubt. That being said I do have my favorite budtenders! Aaron is always a delight to shop with, he's bubbly as hell, very funny and he's always looking for the best deal for his customer. Trevor is also a fantastic bargain hunter, engaging, friendly and he remembers my preferences off the top of his head! Amazing!! Trevor and Aaron also take extra time to let me look over the product and make certain I'm happy with my purchases! I feel welcome at this store, and like I'm actually being cared for as a customer, and I will return time and time again for the fire merchandise and the kind, accommodating, knowledgeable staff.

We found this place to be very knowledgeable and the selection is great, as are the prices. We told the person helping us we wanted an indica dominant flower and she pointed us in the right direction, it was great and we were not disappointed. Highly recommended.

Awesome store. Great selection. Very knowledgeable staff. They were really nice too. Not just a bunch of burners. They know their product including ediables. Lots of tools tool. I will go back. Oh easy parking too. Purchased zoom juice. It's pretty good. Mellow body high with the indica. I also got Bilfords hard candy, green apple. Those tasted good. Not a huge weed taste which I liked. I want get berry next. They also have chocolate syrup for ice cream! Yum.

One of the more crowded shops so only go if you have time for a line. They seem to have a high turnover and some of the newer people don't have that "I remember your name" game. Also the guy at the door, not a peach. Great selection tho and the people know what they are selling.

This used to be my favorite, neighborhood shop. They have now sent me several misleading SMS ads, upsold me when I knew what I wanted, offered me credit that cannot be used, have even tried to pocket my ID, or swindle me of cash out of hand. DO NOT risk shopping here. They are shady. If I hear it happens to anyone else, I will press charges.

A friend and I stopped in to check out their selection and found them not only incredibly knowledgeable about EVERYTHING in the store, but so nice and polite! Lauren helped us and went out of her way to overwhelm us (in a good way) with info on their products! We left happy and inclined to stop in again!

I have been to most all of the Recreational Shops in N Seattle.  These folks have the best product at the lowest price.  I have paid $18 at other shops for the same thing I get for $12 at Trees. I highly recommend Cannabis 360 Brand; try the LA Grape.  Make sure they are open as they close earlier than most others.

This place was great. The girl that helped me here was super knowledgeable and able to answer any of my noob questions and help me find something to try. I went in looking for something a coworker said they had but not really knowing what I was looking for but she talked to me a lot about the different products and what made them different and helped me get what I was looking for. I ended up walking out with a few different things to try and super happy with this customer service. It's a bit out of my way but I'd definitely go back to this shop just because of the customer service.

Would you like to pick up some decent herb at a great price without having to go all the way to Tacoma? Trees has got your back. These folks are helpful and priced better than most shops in the area. The selection is a hit & miss but the service is awesome.

The girl at the register took the opportunity to take my last $40 and waste it on the worst strain they had left and i could do nothing about it after the fact. Fuck Trees     Shysters

Trees is another one of my go to spots. They have daily deals and cheaper prices on things like edibles then other stores. They are located on Greenwood Ave and have a giant sign out front marking the building. There are a few parking places in front and if you take the bus is a  block away from a few stops. The staff here are pretty friendly and aren't afraid to chat you up if you let them. Knowledgeable yes. They can point you in the right direction if you need help. I've never had a bad experience here and doubt I ever will. They have a list of bud in a restaurant menu sitting on the front counter. Some prices aren't listed but they'll let you know if you just ask.

I shop here a lot and even work at another shop! There prices on some things are unbeatable there friendly and know there inventory. I'll keep shopping here keep it up guys!

Just went up here and was told they don't accept temporary IDs from secure.dol.gov while airports and law enforcement does. Dude gave me a full of shot grin and sent me on my way. I've had to wait over a week for the postal system to mail me my card; once it arrives I guarantee I won't be going here again. I used to go here but now that I know they like to BS people I'll take my business to literally all the other shops which have accepted my temporary ID accompanied with the old one.They could have scanned it with their device which would have cross referenced the DOL; but no, instead I was just turned away. Btw I've attached the ID to prove I am in fact over 21 and I was just turned away for the hell of it.

Solid store with solid selection but dog every time I've been in for an online order after a good hour or so after ordering I walk in and say "I should have an online order to pick up" then they rip the receipt for my order off the printer that's been sitting there for an hour and start picking everything out. Not busy at all, 3 people working. Every time. If y'all need someone to do online orders and help with shipment I'll send you my indeed cause holy shit y'all employees suuuuuuck. One time a lady handed me change that equaled exactly what I gave her plus 20¢. I got paid 20¢ to pick up weed. It's so dumb it's funny

I love the tree store its just located down the street from where I live everyone ive dealt with has been very knowledgeable about the different strands they offer j useually buy the Wedding cake as its taste is very light on my lungs but lately they have been out of that strand the girl suggested Angle cake so ive been buying it as its close to the taste of wedding cake .I also like the fact after u make about 3 purchases u get a discount as long as they have your cell number each purchase gives u points to redeem on your next order as im up to 4 bucks so today i can only afford a half gram so I will use my points and save 4 bucks off this purchase witch will b awesome then I will go back the following day and buy enough to last me the month i hope. I have some business advice for you: don't lie about your hours. I drove hours out of my way to get there, and I arrived an hour and twenty minutes before they "closed." It was shut! I knocked, but no one answered. I observed two other guys approach and the same thing happened to them. So why not limit your working hours to before 11 p.m.?

I lost my wallet and getting a replacement of Drivers DL is very limited and by appointment only. I have a valid US passport and it’s not honored at this shop. Do you pay taxes on your sales? Are you profiling who can and can come in to your F shop? You better close down cause there will be Amazon vending machines for this every where! Artificial intelligence and and robots will take over your in effective approach to dark skinned cross dresser in your shop! LGBTQ+ ?????️‍♀️?️‍♀️??????????? Join me not to patronize this shop.

I like this shop. It has some of the best prices in it's area for flower and edibles, and by far the best prices for the concentrates they carry. The staff are typically down-to-earth folks who are honest about what will get you the most "bang for your buck," and they won't judge you for going with something on the cheaper end. With that said, it's disappointing that on multiple occasions I've found the door locked at least 90 minutes earlier than the posted business hours. I understand that being open later than any other shop in the area can be taxing, and if that's the case, please update the business hours instead of closing early. In addition, the online site will sometimes list discounts that are no longer applicable, and will sometimes list products that aren't available. Not the biggest deal, but annoying nonetheless as this isn't an issue at most other shops in the area. EDIT: came back the next night at 11:00 pm, 55 minutes prior to the indicated closing time located on the premises, to a locked door. Going to lower this review by 1 star each day that the business hours are falsely advertised.

I called looking for a specific product, they didn’t have it so I hung up, the employee decided to call me back and proceed to call me names. This is absolutely pathetic and not the first time I’ve had an issue with this shop. They show no respect to their customers and go out of their way to be rude. There’s a reason this shop is failing. Go to the one around the corner. Their service is better
