I would not go here again if it was the last place in the city to buy marijuana! The staff of this place...wow just wow...Everytime,everyvisit.... everybody I encountered here on every visit I've ever been to this location acts like it is a complete inconvenience for them to have to speak to me or deal with me, I shouldn't say me I should say customers in general. None of your prices are posted so when I ask how much something is I should not be treated as if I was an inconvenience with a huff and a puff as they walk away with the product to go scan it to find out the cost.slow as slugs I may add... Meanwhile the line builds and customers behind me get more and more agitated because your guy is recommending the most expensive stuff in the shop and has no clue even what it costs which is making things take forever.... I just won't come back here.. I could go on and on about your very bad customer service all day long but the point of it is you only care about money not people.. I get it you make a lot of it, which is exactly why you should care about your customers and bend over backwards for them not shun them for asking a price. most of us work pretty hard for our money! I just choose to take my nice green hard earned money to somebody that actually gives a damn or at least pretends to give a damn about me and what I'm buying... Glad we have many options to explore in our city I just hope others realize they two have a choice to shop elsewhere .... I realized all this mid shopping and just walked out glad I did!! Found a much better place with a caring staff, we have options people

Very sweet staff and GREAT DEALS!!!! Don't spend more by being a walk in, pre order from their site to get up to 55% off! Dollar joints, $5 grams of kief, this place has it all! Really appreciate their positive attitude and hard work to serve their customers during COVID!

Only been here once but the service is great. Even during the pandemic they are very professional and have everything clean and set up. The online ordering is also great and better than some others i've used. They also have a security person right at the door so you feel safe (Idk why, it's just comforting I guess to me). Everyone there has been very knowledgeable and helpful, and if they don't know something, they're quick to admit they don't know and will ask another staff member for help. The overall feel has just been very welcoming and nice. I highly recommend this location (:

Every time i return, i ask myself why i came back. Not even for a good deal will i ever return to this location, thats all they can offer.Really long waits to view product, and when you finally get to the counter, it seems they didn't actually wanna help you in the first place. Unprofessional security and employees yelling across the room. Really bad look. Unless you blindly purchase weed without looking at it, no1 with half a brain would pre-order. Thats how they make YOU feel bad for THEIR long wait times. There are so many options to buy weed in the Seattle area, stop supporting this one and start demanding better service. This place was so unprofessional it blew my mind.

Make sure to take a picture of your order. They constantly take back their deals and blame it on some random web change. If you order a sale make sure you take a picture of your order if you want then to honor it.

Coral is such a great Budtender!!! She selected the perfect pre-roll for tonight's moon in Aquarius. This location has great customer service & everyone is really cool.

Got a recommendation to come here from a friend because of the daily deals. It was cool and everyone was friendly. Malena helped me out when I came in and I loved the prices.

Uncle Ike's owned a mistake they made with a recent visit of mine. After discussing the mistake with the management team they did the right thing and fixed the error.I'm very appreciative that they listened to their customers and made the situation right.

First of all, I absolutely love this chain of stores. The prices and selection are unmatched and all the employees have better than average customer service (for the most part). I specially want to mention Ben Wright at the white center location for being such an excellent bud tender, I look forward to him helping me when I go the store. With that said, I am getting frustrated with the extreme difference in product availability from store to store. The white center location is just down the street from my house, but they seem to have far less extracts than the other locations. I have been driving 30 minutes into capital hill because they have a much greater variety and supply of extracts for dabbing. Why is that?  Can we redirect some of the extract surplus at other stores to the white center one so I don't have to keep driving into the city every time?  It's a bummer to check all the other locations and see that their online menu has so many more options than my local white center location.

My first time there was right before close and they sold me a PAX cartridge that contained "natural flavoring" without me realizing (I felt bad I was in there so late and didn't want to keep them). When I got home I immediately realized and tried to return it unopened with receipt the next day and they won't take it back - even with all that is going on with vaping and the lung disease right now. All I wanted was to exchange it for something without additives. I even talked with an assistant manager (very nicely) and nope. I'd much rather got to the Bakeree in G-town. They don't care about their customers - plus go look them up online there are some interesting articles about the Uncle Ike's business practices and others the owner has previously had from Seattle Times and more.

Love the people at the door, very polite and courteous to the customers walking in. The kind lady at the door let us stating we would have to wait because only a certain number of people can be in at a time due to Covid regulations. So we understood and waited in order to go in together. Shortly after we went in a lady behind the counter calls for us and abruptly asked us if we were all buying something or not. When I stated I wasn't and another friend did as well, she stated that she can only have paying customers in and that she can't have paying customers wait in line while some of us who aren't buying something tonight in. I told her that's not what the lady in the door said and we waited to go in together. We are buying our products together. She repeated what she said and was rude and unapologetic about it. Keep in mind, I'm a usual customer for uncle Ike's and was a frequent customer to this store and others over the years. I have never been treated this poorly before and I always came in rush hours when the lines were to the street. Yet, never witnessed this poor and rude treatment. I'd like to point out that there were only two people in line after us who just came. Again, even if this was store policy I would have understood but this poor treatment of this employee named Josie is not accepted. Especially from my local bud tender.

Vell: Came back another time on their "deal/specials" day and when I come in ready to spend some money, I should get what I'm asking, not what you want to give me and end up selling me some crap- which, happens more then often. Even having a loyalty membership, the points I accrue doesn't sum the "deals" they have.Kell: I came in yesterday and asked a lady bud tender if she can grab two 7g of the same brand so I can see and choose the one I like. When I asked that, there was some type of tension/ weird vibe in the air. Like c'mon. I'm paying for something, I should be able to choose what I'm paying for. Am I right? Lol.You want deals? They're probably going to recommend you to preorder to get "5%" off selected items on their ore order list but you have to buy a curtain amount or a non sale item.

Such a great store and location. Super friendly bud tenders and great selection of EVERYTHING! They run great specials and have an awesome reward plan!!! Hours are amazing and facilitate late bud runs after a few drinks from one of the many fine establishments opening in the area. 5 stars

Good, friendly budtenders who know what they are doing. If you can get Bea to help you, you are golden. She knows what she's talking about and laughs at my dumb jokes, which is a plus for me!

I'm a regular at all the recreational shops around White Center. After my visit to Uncle Ike's today, I've decided I will no longer give my hard earned money to a place that does NOT value me as a customer. I usually make an excuse for them that they are busy and that's why the customer service sucks. I walked in today and I was literally the only customer in the store and I still feel likeI'm a burden to help. You have to ask to see everything and hardly ever get suggestions, or hear the deals of the day or any info really, I receive better service at McDonalds. Customer service is lacking this day and age but it's completely dead when it comes to Uncle Ike's!!! If you're looking for fresh quality smoke and excellent customer service look directly across the street at Mr. OG!!!

It's a hate free zone unless you are employed by Ike's and then you can hate on the customers. Go to Dockside or Ganja Goddess better service and better selection. I get it, most not all of the hipsters that are employed here want to act like they are above you, that's cool, just understand, there are better choices around town, and I am sure the owners of those establishments aren't as shady.

Terrible experience, and unreliable products.I bought an AiroPro Distillate Cartridge - even let the budtender up-sell me to the larger cartridge.  The cart stopped working in both of my batteries after the 2nd day.No problem I thought, they have a 10 day return policy on defective products and I still have my receipt.  Not so fast - I go into the shop hoping to exchange my $45 dollar cart, talk to the manager Crystal, and am promptly told to go home since I didn't have the disposable packaging the cartridge comes in.This shady places wants you to hold onto your trash in order to return their unreliable products. Not just the receipt, but the paper and plastic you have to tear up in order to get to the cartridge, and they expect you to keep this trash around for up to 10 days!This policy is a joke and clearly a loophole created to provide an opportunity for Uncle Ikes stick you with their sub-par products.  There's plenty of weed shops in this area, one across the street even.  Go anywhere else - the service at Uncle Ike's has gone way down and they don't deserve our money for such bad policies.

I'm not really a cannabis user so I hate going into dispensaries because I don't want to look stupid trying to shop for something I know anything about. However after showing security my ID & walking in I was greeted by the friendly staff. Krystal ended up helping me & after explaining my dilemma she gave me some suggestions for edibles to try out & a few of her favorite pre-rolls. I told her I don't need much because I only need it to help relieve some pain to which she showed me other products that I can use too. A cool thing about this place is that you can preorder online and just come in to pick it up which is a major plus for me because it allows me to research the product from home & then pick it up quickly. Uncle Ike's is the one and only pot shop I go to in Seattle. I love the atmosphere and how quick and easy it is to grab your goods. The selection is incredible and the prices are always affordable (especially if you pre-order on their website). I was helped today by King, who gave me the best customer service I've ever had in a dispensary. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a variety of options and helpful tips. I don't go anywhere else for bud.

All time favorite place to visit. Such a friendly staff and they always have the best selection.   Everyone is welcoming and I never have a bad experience.

I think these guys get somewhat of a bum rap just based on where the physical location store is. The parking lot can be a bit scary and there are a lot of homeless, riff-raff, seeding looking people that hang around the strip mall complex they are located in.The staff is just ok, polite but not necessarily friendly. Their bud tenders have a basic knowledge of the product they are selling but I would not call them experts by any stretch of the imagination. They learn something new from me every time I go in there, lol.The selection is good and they have a pretty cool glass area. Prices are ok as well - not the best prices of the quality/quantity but reasonable for the neighborhood.They are open @ 8am so that is cool but other than that they are just basic.

Greatest selection of flower, edibles, & glass in West Seattle. The location's off the beaten path, & you know you've made it with their custom b&w hearse's outside. Friendly staff & fair prices. They've got a very nice selection of bongs, pipes, & my latest favorite, joint bubblers. Their custom mini silicone travel pipe has definitely come in handy. Don't forget to sign up for their discount program!

Fantastic weed shop with a great selection, both in strains and pricing.I've been coming here for about the past six months. Usually plenty of parking space. All the staff has been friendly and polite.They have a lot of strains and brands, as well as a big selection of edibles and vape cartridges.Pricing is really good. You can get an ounce of lower quality indoor for about $120-140, and they have specials and customer programs that give 5-15 % off. But you can also get through very high quality stuff (usually $300+ for an ounce).I have to go out of my way to go to Ike's, but it's pretty much the only place I go nowadays.

This usually is my go-to shop but the lines have gotten so ridiculous the last 3 times I've been there I waited way too long for service and I left. Not everyone wants to "preorder" because the website sucks. I love the store but I can't stand in line all day because you can't staff correctly. Sorry but my money has been going other places

Love this place. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I recently got some recommendations from someone there named King for a weekend getaway and the mood was exactly right. I'm always able to get in and out quickly and they have a huge variety.

Krystal is probably the best/favorite budtender here. She is knowledgeable, fast and friendly. She knows exactly what to recommend and gets me in and out fast EVERY SINGLE TIME. She knows her stuff and hasn't let me down yet! Give this girl a RAISE

Love this place and I hate to leave a bad review but my experience last night warrants this. I made a preorder online and waited a few hours before I went and picked up. I love blocks away from the shop a walking distance. I arrived and stood in line. Showed my ID. Was asked if I had a preorder. I replied yes. Was asked to see my preorder confirmation on my phone. I realized I left my phone at home and told security I didn't have it but my order was ready. He made me go to the BACK of the line and wait longer. Unbelievable. I come here so often and spend so much money here some of which I'm certain paid this guys salary. Well someone else will be paying his salary now. Mr. OG across the street will now get my $250 average a week. Security at this store has been horrible for awhile now I know covid is here but let's treat our customers who come often with respect. Not too much to ask for. The text confirmation says to wait for confirmation before arriving, not that I have to actually have my phone with me. It's a surprise on arrival, and now my money will be dead on arrival at uncle ikes.

This is the worst place for cannabis. The flowers are always so old. I got a jar yesterday Aug 24th 2018  with the harvest date of OCTOBER 2017!!!!!!!  Yes. That old......  dang. They should pull that stuff.  It almost vaporized when it hit the Air!!!  I will never go back. They should just close the doors.

Favorite Uncle Ike's location due to size and more selection. Always my go to when I want to pick up ASAP. Bonus points for all the good restaurants that are close by.

Love this place! I usually pre-order from home in south park and it's ready in white center by the time i get there...less than 10 minutes!  The staff is awesome and helpful.king introduced me too the AB passion fruit chee.  Normally i don't love passion fruit but the crunchy sugar on the outside and the sweet chewy candy was absolutely delicious with the perfect results! Thank you King!

The blonde girl (the manager) that helped me was rather mean. She angrily called me rude to my face. I also wanted to return the merchandise after the negative experience. Although I had literally just bought it two seconds ago (and according to Uncle Ike's policy you can return anything if it's unopened and hasn't left the store) they said no. Probably because they were rude or didn't want to bother.

Uncle Ike's is my one and only go to store for all my marijuana needs. The customer service there is impeccable. I feel every time I walk in the door I am greeted and taken care of quickly and efficiently. All of the budtenders know the products extremely well and are always able to  guide me to what I am seeking. And are always willing to offer suggestions of their favorite products, as well as discuss new products with me that they think I might enjoy. I feel extremely lucky that this wonderful shop is in my neighborhood and I know I can go there and get quality products for a great price with excellent customer service.

I would never consider using Yelp except Uncle Ike's offers to give me a 15% discount if you make a review. How ironic that I will never redeem any coupons from them place again. And in light of that I would say that the  rating given to uncle ikes is skewed by people looking for  15 percent off their next purchase there in a week attempt on their part to up their social media value and reputation.I have spent thousands of dollars at Uncle Ike's , and they have repeatedly given me poor customer service and/or the wrong product. Yesterday when I went to Uncle Ike's I bought one gram of flower, 1 gram of dab and a syringe full of distillate. The Man Behind the Counter was very friendly and put everything in a bag for me. When I got home, and opened up the bag, the syringe was broken and all of the distillate was smeared across the inside of the cellophane package.I didn't think this would be a big issue considering the package was still unopened and it was obvious there was a problem. When I got there, however, I was soon insulted by the manager. The first thing out of his mouth, "what did you do to this!?"  in an accusatory tone.  " There's no way that left the store like this! "  i didn't even get to explain that I hadn't even touched it or looked at it until I got it home and now he insulted my intelligence and integrity.Yes I lost my temper and made a scene.  This wasn't the first in fact it was at least the fourth time I had taken issue with the service or products coming from this store. I have been given the wrong product twice before when I had specifically asked for something else.  And I have been shortchanged there.  Never have they directly solved any issues.  Only blanket coupons for a per cent off the next purchase and "sorrys".  The time they shortchanged me I was broke and they would only give me a joint to replace the $$.  It was a bottom shelf joint.Maybe I should wise up and not spend my money at places like this and maybe I should grow up and not throw scenes in public but I refuse to shop at a place that doesn't value me as a customer and treats me as disposable. Uncle Ike's has a big enough customer base that they seem to be okay with losing customers. Therefore I have kicked myself out permanently and will not go back.  Giving my business to a smaller company that will appreciate it. Wish I could give a 0  rating.

I wish I could give no stars... I'm beyond pissed.. I went in earlier to get a few dollar joints and there systems were down which didn't really bother me I'm in retail so I understood.. They called me when the registers came back up and I drove all the way back I purchased a few clementine and blackberry kush prerolls.... The clementine joint will not hit... My cheeks hurt from sucking trying to get it to burn.. I literally went to my car sparked one up and came back in and the guy wouldn't let me exchange the other clementine joints that I purchased... What's crazy is a few months ago when they had dollar joints I had the same problem with the clementine joint... I spoke with the guy who rang me up and he immediately says no refunds but I didn't want a refund I wanted to exchange for a different one... It doesn't say that isn't allowed on the bottom of the receipt... But hey whatever I won't be returning that's what I get for betraying the evergreen market..

Normally this store is coo but for real they sold me a gram that was broken down in the bag. And made it seem like it was funny. I'm going to bud nation for now on

Stopped in late on a Friday after roller skating down the street. Security was friendly and checked my ID when I entered. I was helped by Jared and Mason, who showed me tons of different strains by my favorite grower: Fireline. Jared brought over some other strains from a grower he thought was comparable. I ended up getting what I wanted and trying a couple joints he recommended from Leaph, which burned great! Thanks for the easy, quick experience!

Pretty good service, chill atmosphere, and good quality products!! I went to Uncle Ike's for the first time a few days ago and I loved everything about it! I'm happy to know that with my indigopro vape pen, this store is heavily stocked with different cartridges so I don't have to worry about if they run out. I'll start coming to this store more often!

This store is a disgrace! The uneducated budtenders will sell you what they want to. All the product is on the wall away from the customers. No menus, no prices, no thank you. Whoever gave this place 5 stars must be smoking something other than weed.

This is my go to store for all my purchases, however yesterday I had a really bad experience with the manager of the store at White Center  trying to return a battery MOD That I purchased a week ago that stop working for me yesterday while I was out and about.  I have the receipt I have the packaging but he still wouldn't return it he said it was working.   Even though it only cost $12.  And I was only looking for an exchange.It really is the principle of the matter for me.  I'm gonna stop by the main location on Union Street and speak to the managers there and see what they say.  I will be revising my review accordingly.   But this is no way to treat a loyal customer.  If this matter cannot be resolved I will keep this review at one star and look elsewhere for my continued purchase of Marijuana.   EDIT:  I decided to let this one go and keep  this review as it is, why should I drive all the way down to Union Street to argue with another manager again over a $12 battery MOD pen. I highly recommend anyone purchasing products from Ike's.  Specially any thing that operates electronically like battery mods, Vape pens, electronic cartridges.  They will try to find anyway possible to get out of their  stated warranties on their products.  I will only shop at Ike's for specific strains, But will definitely be looking for a replacement store for my every day purchases.  One that respects my loyalty as a customer. Even if I have to pay more for my product.

Security is smart mouth, and agressive. They ganged up on me because I accidentally hit a car in their parking lot and apparently they thought I was going to try to leave the scene or something?.. I have a valid driver license and insurance, which I'm mentioning because when I spoke on the phone to their manager of security he assumed and literally accused me of not having either. The security at Uncle Ikes in White Center blindside punched me two times because I told one of them to calm down before a fight started. The security that punched me, punched me with my back to him, in the back of my head!!... I reported it to their "head of security" [Chad] and he aggressively called me names over the phone and said that they would charge me with assault for "insighting violence on their property". They claim that I was endangering their security but I was actually trying to walk away as they escalated the situation. I was literally trying to avoid violence and walk away. I never touched anyone and the coward of a security guard hit me with my back to him! I reported it to the police and I just thought I'd let everyone know the risks you take visiting one of their stores. For some real good, high quality options, may I suggest instead Kush 21 near Seatac airport. Always friendly, very good selection of highest quality, and how do I say this... there are some hotties up in there!Good day friends.

Changed customer rewards without letting people know. Selection on products has decreased. Prices went up. Staff seem blindsided by changes with no support from upper management. According to staff, Uncle Ike's moving to a philosophy of "more frequent trips with lower volume" from customers during the Covid pandemic?Also, the snide remarks as I was leaving show great customer service, especially when I was direct and didn't waste their time arguing. I bought about 300$ in productsAll of these things, combined with Uncle's Ikes history of borderline illegal attempts to monopolize cannabis in Seattle makes me never want to come here again. Long time customer, not returning.

She helped me with my preorder and as a long time patron they had stopped their former rewards program and switched to deals and she helped me by getting set up with the new discount code texts and hooked me up with the days special code. I really appreciated that and will come back again.

I don't necessarily think this place deserves 1 star so I will give it 2.. however this isn't the first time I've come into this shop and it probably will have been my last. First time, I wasn't the one smoking so I just tagged along for funsies however, the two others I was with did not have the most friendly or sociable interaction with the budtenders. They were kind of cold, almost hostile, and not suggestive at all. Second time around, you can guess exactly what happened... Only this time around, I came by myself and one of the female budtenders kept eyeing me suspiciously and I thought, "what could I possibly look like for her to look at me that way?" Oh wait... I just thought of something but I won't say in public in case it is the wrong assumption.Anywho, lo and behold she ended up being the one to help me and I am not really knowledgable on marijuana and was hoping for some expert suggestions and opinions on what I'm looking for.Right off the bat, I showed her an image of what my roommate said he bought here last time but later on I found out it was actually the shop across the street but regardless the female behind the counter looked at me dirty and was like, "we don't carry that brand" and I immediately felt uncomfortable being in there but I didn't want to leave empty-handed.So I tried to describe to her what type of feels I was going for and she kind of looked at me funny again and then was like I'll bring you some suggestions. At this point, I'm so uncomfortable to where I wonder if she's just going to try and sell me the most expensive ones or something... I chose 2 of 3 she recommended and when I smoked one of them, it was the feels I didn't want and the other wasn't even an indica... my roommate confirmed it was sativa when I asked for indica?I tried to make this trip quick and get out of there as soon as possible because who would have thought I would feel this uncomfortable in a shop? P.S. I'm not a total stoner or anything like that, my sister was in town and I happened to smoke with her and the next day found out my psoriasis which has not been clearing for the past 6+ months no matter what I ate or didn't, smoking actually helped??? Unexpected results now led me to smoke every night and it's almost gone! Woohoo!P.P.S. the lines waiting outside in the cold suck... I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get in and I don't know what the wait times are like pre-COVID but... it sucks. I ended up giving away that weed and went across the street with no wait, friendly security, and a super nice budtender. Thanks for teaching me what NOT to expect when going into a dispensary.

Why just ok?  The face of your company, the first thing you see walking in the door, is "Security".  Rude, smart a**es, are all descriptors I do not like.  Yeah, the area is not great... I get that, but Unkle Ike's first impression is lacking. Attitude is "NOT" security, security is calmness, politeness and then "wham IF you need too"..... Zero excuses allowed on that matter.As for the staff behind the counter A+!  Dennis helped me with every technical question I had about CBD, and made sure I understood every little detail on the box.  Dennis, you alone will saved me from changing my mind and choosing from the other multiple offerings available to me in West Seattle.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Me and my fiancé had entered the dispensary and was helped by a bud tender named Devyn. He was being hella rude and acting like we didn't have money in our pockets even though I was holding my wallet in my hand. His body language and demeanor was very standoffish and nasty. Girl checking IDs at the door made me remove my 300 dollar full-faced motorcycle helmet with shield and put on a cheap paper mask that she was handling with her bare hands. How this is considered safer and sanitary is a mystery to me. She is literally doing the opposite of what she thinks she is doing and I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.
