Every time I go to Have a Heart, I get good vibes from everyone in there. The budtenders are knowledgeable and passionate about the product in more than a "I just wanna get high" kind of way. I was helped by Dalin this afternoon, told him what I was looking for and my budget. I can tell you without hesitation, Dalin did right by me! If you want smiles, expert help, and a welcome feeling from the front door to the register, Have a Heart really does have heart, they'll make you family.

Visiting from California! We had a great time here. It was awesome seeing all the commercial branding of legal WEED. Cons - When I walked in I was lost about what to get. I wasn't just trying to get a a couple of things, but a lot of things. Unfortunately there wasn't a way to write it all down, or at least nothing that I saw. No one was on the floor to help either. Aside from that when I finally got to the counter the budtender was super helpful and friendly. Put me at ease right away. The security outside was also super cool. We asked him to recommend some local eateries and he recommended us to this mall where we had the most amazing Mexican food. Ended up picking up Seattle's Private Reserve full line of flower, prerolls, and wax. Also picked up a couple of medicated drinks. The 100MG there in Seattle sure does feel a lot stronger than the 100MG here in California. Yay regulation! Overall it was a great experience but wasn't exactly fond of not being able to smell/touch the flower before making a legal purchase. Not their fault though! Thats the law... I think. :)

First of all. I don't do Yelp reviews often but If i could post this with NO stars I would have! This used to be my spot. Dan with long hair was probably one of the best bud-tenders there! But as of lately these guys are going down hill. I never understood why when i go to the Belltown location everyone is so friendly and you're in and out. I never wait NEVER even on busy days. Now skyway! Your waiting here 15-25mins plus even online orders. I always order online because why? It's supposed to be the fastest way to go. Considering the times with COVID-19  not spending a lot of time in places where people congregate is important. This location has THEEE SLOWEST BUD TENDERS! Yesterday 4/9/2020 I waited 25 mins in the ONLINE ORDER LINE. HOTTTT Now don't get me wrong the customer was being a jerk but then he left. Then the man I front of me buys like 50 prerolls and of course Vinny the bud tender scans them wrong so then he has to rescan them. There was no I'm sorry for the wait nothing to the line just him (Vinny) annoyed. I get up to the line(6ft) no apology no thank for waiting nothing just asks me basically what I wanted scans themBut doesn't even check or confirm with me if I got what I ordered. I've made my mind up that I will NOT go back to this location I'll stick with Belltown. The people that work at Skyway some care about your time whatsoever. AND Vinny should be a stocker he is not good with people!

Have a Heart is a pretty good chain dispensary. I went through them several times as a medical patient back in the day and I continue going to them now that 502 has destroyed everything.This location offers great customer service that is both friendly and prompt. Tons of products to choose from, everything from flower to oils to foods. Don't know what you're looking for? That's okay! They are there to help you figure out what products will work best for you.Stock is plentiful and is constantly changing - you never know what you're going to find!One of the huge highlights here is the member's discounts. Not only do you get points for every dollar that you spend that can be used on future purchases, but they also have a specials list that is only for members (this is kept up at the counters). They also now offer online ordering and can input your order for you as you shop if you're already there. Grab your government issued ID and check it out!

shopping here is no longer worth the hassle for me, despite the convenience of the location and the medical discount.  if you're medical, don't be fooled: they offer a slightly higher discount, but you will pay for it in terms of hassle and delay.  the manager at this location (paul?) seems to work hard to do absolutely nothing to resolve this (or anything else, really.  it's almost politician-level impressive how he completely avoids saying or doing anything at all).  seriously, save yourself the trouble.  you can find better quality and selection of medicine elsewhere, and you won't be forced to the back of a long line.  ordering ahead emphatically does not make this any faster or easier.  i've been made to wait to pick up my pre-order while multiple walk-ins who arrived after me slowly discuss recommendations with a budtender.they're very close to my home, so i have given them a lot of second chances, which they have chosen not to take.  i'm not planning on going back.  i strongly advise you to do the same.

Terrible. Extremely rude employees. Just terrible. There are no words.The store is highly unorganized and in disarray. Every staff member I encountered appeared to respond to me as if I were a bother...I would not ever recommend this place.

They're slow beyond reason. Their budtenders seem happy to take their sweet time "assisting" pretty, young women to "decide" which weed strain is best for them. So if you're young and hot, this is the dispensary for you. You'll get all of their time. Otherwise you will be ignored, and spend you're time waiting in line, like it's freaking Disneyland.

First, I must concur the parking lot is tricky. It is kind of weird shaped at the corner of very busy and OMG terribly busy. Getting in and out can be complicated. Take your time and keep your head on a swivel. So, I know nothing about marijuana. I mean zip. While the state legalized it, my place of employment prohibits it so I leave it alone, but a good friend's birthday was coming up and I didn't feel like giving him a forgettable gift. I figured he stated he liked marijuana more than alcohol, so I should be a good friend and give a great present. After navigating through the parking lot a couple easy going guys at the front door asked for my ID. Is this a thing? Dunno, but they were friendly, warm, and polite. I noted the ATM immediately inside and saw the 'cash only' sign so I grabbed my budget in cash to prepare. I'm a good friend - not a fantastic friend - so a budget had to be set. First I noted the long line but also noted how quickly it moved. The cases were clearly marked with helpful color coded signs to indicate type. Prices were clearly marked as well. But try as I might no matter how long I stared nothing meant anything to me. I realized I was in over my head so I jumped in line. When it was my turn at the counter I told the gentleman my purpose - birthday present for a friend who is a regular smoker, doesn't like edibles, likes to relax. The guy took my budget, explained some differences, talked me through some options and I walked away with a discount and a nice selection. My friend was very happy with his present. He was intrigued with one he had never heard of before. All in all it was a fun, educational experience with some very helpful people!

2 out of the 5 times I've gone to this specific location, the staff has always been friendly, but with all the COVID regulations that's been happening I chose to place an order ahead of time and call to confirm before even coming. I spoke with someone by the name of Jennifer on the phone who was obviously under a lot of stress. Instead of assisting to just verify that my order was ready, she rudely mentioned that they're busy and she couldn't help me. Take a breath and please work on your customer service Jennifer

Coming from NYC to this dope (pun intended) dispensary is so awesome. welcome to the future of america. you can either order there in person with tablets on the wall or order online and come pick up in person. it's cash only, the state is cashing in (literally) so scrap up. they have so many options, i don't know where to begin. highly recommended.

Second closest to SeaTac.  Far better shop than the closest IMHO.  Smallish but very well chosen cartridge selection.  Excellent bud tender who really spent time discussing the options and even told me where I could get one item cheaper.  I bought it there anyway, but I really appreciated the honesty.  Top quality products with very reasonable prices.  The good prices are the first I've found in Seattle, which seems to be far more expensive in general than Spokane or Portland.  They are definitely on the shortlist for future shopping in the area.$60 cab ride with tip and waiting at $0.50/minute (about 15 minutes).  There is a 14 minute mass transit route for $5 each way.  Don't know if outbound ticket includes 2 hour pass like in Spokane.

I just wanna day this may be one of the best Pot Shops in the entire State. A little busy even on a Sunday night but bar far still one of the best. I came here because I heard about Burnner's new strain called "wedding cake" that is suppose to be amazing. Well, I found it and it is remarkable. Sweet, savory, and strong. Indica

Located right across from 7-11. Friendly staff and Convenient location. Selection could be a bit better as well as the prices. Ask about their specials. The Apple white chocolate truffles are to die for! Don't forget your ID!

My spot use to buy mt stash here but move to kent but once in while still hit this place awsome crews friendly clean place

I love this place. They have a fantastic selection of everything you could possibly ever want. I've always had hassle-free visits here. They hooked me up with my medical card in a very short amount of time, too. I've never found a place with better prices! I love the online ordering option. It saves time when lines are long. I'm a lifelong customer.

As great as the Belltown location in selection, price and staff. Its all love from that standpoint. This place is several shades better than Uncle Ikes and Ganja Goddess in my view.I don't like the parking lot as much here, and unless you are traveling south its at one of those intersections that makes it a little tricky to get in and out. Not the best spot for a high volume recreation store open from 08:00 to 23:00, but considering the troubles finding real estate to lease in the legal marijuana market I still give 4 stars.

I tried out this place since my other dispensary won't accept verticals IDs anymore. I went pretty late at night so the lines were long and the wait was about 10 minutes (it doesn't seem long but I like being able to go in and out of dispensary's and not spend too much time there). When I got to the counter, the guy working was really friendly and signed me up for the loyalty program. It was nice and spacious in there, i was able to find what i was looking for without much help, even though i know they'd be happy to help me navigate if i really needed it. Since my old dispensary won't allow my ID, this will definitely be my new go-to due to the convinence of where the location is and how nice the people were!!

My second home!!! I have always been a member and a loyal one at that. Customer service is amazing! And everyone is so knowledgeable! My favorite bud tenders though, is going to be JORDAN AND VINNY! Every time I come in with a pre order set up, Im always fascinated by the quickness and preparation that is provided as a team! They've already remember me by my name. I feel so special and it always feels like home! Thanks guys for your amazing work and dedication in this industry. Keep it coming!

Easily the best customer service I've experienced at a rec shop or at any Have a Heart. They always have a decent selection, clear organization, and friendly staff. I certainly appreciate their selection of edibles that aren't just chocolate. The sodas are my jam! Just bring back the Lebanese gold jays and Goldfinger jays. I've seen them elsewhere and they are one of the few products that have me abandoning my loyalty to the best staff around town. Seriously, they have been super sweet to my boyfriend who is finding his favorites while he navigates living in a recreational state now. If you have questions or just find yourself feeling chatty you are in great company and great supply!

Me, "Hello"Employee, "Online?"This is all occurring as I stand in the line that clearly states, "Pick up online order here."So all you really have to do when you greet a customer is say, "Hello"I think her name tag said Ashley. This was tonight. I wouldn't be back. Far too many better options out there. 1 star for having a decent buyer who gets Lifted and the security guy was polite, professional. This review is not reflective of him at all, he can get 5 stars.

I'm not easy to please and have been to majority of the stores in Seattle. During this mission in search for the sickest store, I got lucky and stumbled upon this store. What an unbelievable store, the selection is amazing and staff are very helpful and looking to accommodate the customer rather pushing some product or strain on you.I absolutely recommend this store for your weekly to monthly trips to a dispensary. This store knows whats up!!  Walked in... someone said hello/ and asked if i had any questions...  I went down the "viewing wall" Made my selections. Jumped in line. Asked for what I wanted. Paid. It was so easy. Knowing what you want before you get in line speeds things along. Love the display wall with the buds!!  It has the prices and THC clearly displayed. Lots of $10 and $12 grams to choose from.

My favorite  place. I live  within walking distance to clutch cannabis and evergreen market and I'd much rather drive up to have a heart every time I wanna re-up. Fast service. Varying prices. Knowledgeable team. Good products. Always open - it's not 24/7 but on holidays when I expect them to be closed they never are. Xoxox

Awesome location! Everybody in the store was super nice, the prices were great, we were even given a 10% discount for the first purchase. The product was amazing: we bought 1 gram that looked more like 2-3. We'll be definitely coming back!

This is by far the best place to shop for product......selection, range of choice, outstanding personnel!!   Convenient southend location the area is  traffic intense....less boutique feel more of a come in see what we have at great prices.     The selections and prices make it top shelf for any MJ enthusiast.

This place states it's open till midnight on weekdays. I rushed over from the airport to grab a quick treat and I was turned away at the door. "We actually close at 11:45 is what the guy told me"Lost my business for life BRO!

This location had supplies reminiscent of the medical markets which they used to supply. The selection is broad and the prices pretty standard for the area. The neighborhood may seem a little rough, but if that concerns you just visit during the day. It is along a nice drive or if you're feeling adventurous, an out of the way bus trip. If you're heading into Seattle from the airport they are an easy detour to stop by before moving into the city. They have long hours which is great if you either work all day or get in late at the airport. The place feels secure, but it is a shame you can't smell or see anything except through the foil bags. Colorado has much better setups from a retail perspective. Would go back.

Just walking in I was completely impressed. I am a medical patient in California and this was my first time in a recreational dispensary. There was product everywhere! It was very neatly organized by type and price. I was a little confused on how to order when i originally walked in , but someone that worked thee quickly found me in my amazement and started taking my order. You walk around and point to what you want and then go stand in line and wait to get to the counter. I'm kind of disappointed that I couldn't smell or take a closer look at any product like I am used to doing here in California. There is a nice number of registers and the line moves rather quickly. Will definitely go back next time I visit Seattle.I was kinda of taken aback by some of the prices but I guess that's what comes with recreational marijuana.

This and the Fremont location are the most knowledgable organized and efficient shops. Everything is neatly displayed and the staff is extensively knowledgable. If there is a strain that work for you and its out they are quick to listen and offer an alternative. Lots of shops try to push the high THC... but I use this for occassional pain management when things get rough vs liver damaging opioid pills. So when I say I need high CBD low THC they follow the terminology right away. Of course if you are just looking to get high they have that too.  I saw an 8th of 26% for $12... can't beat that.

This place is great. Try not to get Johnny. When he doesn't want to help you he takes extra long loading the receipt paper. And then he gives you the stank face the WHOLE time. He kept his lip curled at my friend and I during our whole transaction. I was annoying for not remembering what I wanted but your a unhelpful attitude didn't make it better. You're rude, Johnny. Tip: Don't work in a place where your facial expressions matter.

Cool place, wow they were knowledgeable, professional and made me feel like a honored client. The store  had good parking, really beautiful build out and nice grower displays.If your looking for a place to find multiple strains, good pricing and a great staff, check this place out... you wont be disappointed

This was my first time visiting and I must say, the service is incredible. Paul (?) walked me through every option and when I requested edibles he helped me make the best choice for my needs. I highly (heh) recommend visiting these guys! D

Great prices, and great people.  People are kind and approachable, and have a good understanding of the product.  You don't feel rushed or pressured.  Prices are the best withing 30 miles at least, and they also have good sales once in awhile.I rarely go anywhere else and as far as I'm concerned this will be my spot for awhile.  The owner is not someone looking to flip a store for a profit.  He's looking to stay.

Favorite Shop By Far !! Easy Layout , Fast Service DECENT Prices & Cool Staff !! They could use a better / larger parking lot .. But other than that they have one of the best selections in the area as well as deals ..

The staff here is always welcoming and helpful. I'm usually super uncomfortable asking questions but I never get the vibe I'm being judged here. They have a decent variegg of products for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Had to make this the first spot after landing in Seattle. It was only a 5 mins drive from the airport. Staff is extremely kind and very helpful as well. They gave us other locations and recommendations for us to hit up while we are in town. Inside is very organized and there is a TONNNNN of options to pick from.

Always has the best bud. Hands down. Any other dispensary I've been too has been dry and not much selection. Also, My boyfriend and I get along well with the staff. Can't leave this place without a smile or laugh

What an improvement to the neighborhood, it's crazy but true. This place has everything you need from $10/g up. Cash only and bring your id. Everyone is so friendly and fun to talk to, even the security so don't be scared to walk in.

Have a Heart has an awesome selection of all the major categories....flower, joints, extract, oil...everything! And at a better price than most in King County. Staff are friendly and happy to come out from behind the counter and help with your selection. Highly recommended.

I love coming to this dispensary coming from Cali I like to find certain tastes of buds and over at this location there are so many strands and options and their also so good on the price compare to other dispensaries they also have discounts offered to you without you asking! All around good spot to check

I have come here multiple times now, and it seems as if they cant seem to keep staff? I just noticed that every time I go in there, they have replaced someone that was really knowledgeable with a hot girl that knows absolutely NOTHING! Disappointing!!!

I've been here only once, and am not a regular user, but I was impressed with the selection and service of the place. After we showed our IDs, a "guide" or host assisted us and seemed quite knowledgeable. I've only been to one other dispensary, and that was in Colorado. There, the personnel were pretty aggressive. The products seem to be of good quality, and purchasing seamless. If I were an expert, my rating might be different, but we had a very good experience.

Have a Heart has very good products, people working there, know their business and are very helpful. They also have been very good about standing by their products such as defective vaporizers and chargers. Ask, they will make recommendations as to which product may be the best for you. Good security out front and a clean and inviting interior.

Have a heart is great if you love paying FULL PRICE ON EVERYTHING. The selection is great and Phat Panda has the best strains but YOU CHARGE TOO MUCH! Lower your prices already. You're overcharging and I have to have my brother in law make my purchases in Tacoma cause Seattle, in general, is a rip off, especially HAH.

I've always went to this location and although I must acknowledge few of the associates customer services skills specially at the door...others very much lack. I was in line for my online order and based on the confirmation text I got said it went to the wrong; before I could event explain, an obviously frustrated associated screams at me to get back in the other line to talk to her. Well I won't be stopping by ‍

Used to be a good place. The staff including security were nice. Then the greedy owners haveturned their back to the medical community and no longer serve us. Shame on Have a Heart  ( not anymore they don't ) for closing the door on us. You started as a medical facility remember?? It all comes down to the mighty dollar doesn't it? Goodbye forever I now go to Cannabis City in Seattle.

I have been going to Have A Heart on Skyway for a while now since it is really close to my house on the way home from work. They have a good selection of products although it may not be a lot compared to other dispensaries I've been to. However, what they do offer is good enough to distress on a weekend after a long week of work. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean which is really what it comes down to.

It has been changed to "a cannabis storey" now. We go here like once a week and drop a few hundred dollars. Each time I leave feeling a little unhappy. The only nice employees  are the various security men outside. The budtender rarely have knowledge on the product, the managers are all lackluster, and no one has any energy. I run a dispensary myself and have worked in the industry and continue to, they won't open their industry discount out to my line of work and just don't really care about customer retention. Joel and Ryan can come back anytime now :(

The employees at this location are stealing from customers. They pop open unsealed preroll containers, take the preroll, and then put it back up for sale so inventory isn't missing. Has happened to me twice that I come home with an empty. I won't be shopping there again until I'm convinced they have a plan for their customers  to stop getting ripped off! Disgraceful amongst stoners!

Absolutely awful, terrible service. Other bud tenders telling loud story about guns and stabbings. No knowledge, pricing makes no sense. Definitely just go on to any others in Seattle, for your sake.

Worst experience at a dispo. One of my joints were Missing. I saw another person make a review on this as well. Horrible customer service.

I'm unsure why this branch offers pre-orders. Despite receiving confirmation texts when orders are supposedly finished, my order is NEVER filled when I arrive, no matter how long I wait after receiving the confirmation. Also, the parking lot is the stuff of nightmares. Getting in is easy, but getting out can be difficult and dangerous. Three stars because the selection is always good, prices are on par with most other shops, the shop itself is always neat and tidy, and (though they have no sense of urgency) the staff are always pleasant.

There are a lot of dispensaries in this area - so you have a lot of options. While the selection here is solid, it's not solid enough to offset the chaotic buying experience. Want to order online? Cool. There will be no record of this when you arrive, and your confirmation number won't solve the mystery. And because this scenario repeats itself with each customer, it's not unusual for a 3-person line to equal 25 minutes of wait time. The attention to detail on orders is what you'd expect from a weed store; the staff's product knowledge is not. This store needs help - but if you're looking for a good dispensary rather than a management job, go elsewhere. (I can recommend Buddy's in Renton as a great alternative: not super-far from this location, top tier selection, great service and equivalent pricing.)

Have a Heart Skyway is the best! Their prices beat anything around me (Renton) and adding your phone number to their loyalty program makes it even better. Always takes a couple bucks off your next purchase. You can stack those points/dollars for another day when you really need em lol, which I love! Selection is smaller, it's a smaller place but for someone like me who shops for the same couple of things, not a problem for me.The tenders are fast, friendly and super chill. The security guys are always nice and hilarious. There is usually a line, but online ordering is so quick, you can even do it there and go to that line instead. Been to a ton of places and this is by far my favorite, always look forward to a visit.

I love this place. The prices are affordable and the quality of the bud is soooo good. The security guard definitely helpful and informational.

This place is the best!!! Definely a must for all your dispensary needs if you live in Washington. It’s become a little bit of a large company environment which I personally prefer smaller company feel but still a solid choice!! You don’t have to look much further than here. They should have everything you need in one spot!

Nice store, weird parking lot though so make sure you know which way to come and go. Staff was helpful but I wish they had a larger selection of pre-rolled. I will go again though prices were amenable to my budget.

I'm so disappointed. I don't smoke at all, I knew it was going to be a learning curve and when I was last there 2 years ago they were delightful here! They were patient and explained everything to me and I made sure that they had a client account on me so we could avoid all that going forward. I decided I wouldn't go anywhere else for my very infrequent needs. Clearly I don't use very often if at all. I went back in today, It was a completely different climate. They had no record on me. You have to stand so far away from the employees that it's impossible for anyone to hear anything. The person helping me either didn't or wouldn't listen to what I had to say and got frustrated. Unfortunately this set the tone for the entire visit. It was not pleasant and I'm not sure I will return at this point which is a real shame. Its still very clean, open. Edit: apparently it was sold and that marks the change in customer service. I'll be looking somewhere else from now on.
