Great place!  Unfortunately, it is not disability friendly if you don't drive.  If you take the bus or walk, the front entry is up a long set of stairs.  Definitely impossible for crutches, walkers and wheelchairs.  Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars.

Modest but mighty dispensary located walking distance from the center of California Ave. very helpful budtenders will help point you in the right direction. 10% happy hour for prerolls after 9pm.

Love this place! Top shelf products, great deals, and awesome staff :) Hands down the best Weed shop in Seattle that I've been to so far (and I've been to quite a few).

I was looking for a particular brand which they had so I took a long ride share to west Seattle to pick up these items. The staff was very friendly. Though I've been to a few shops before, I don't like this one how I can't smell anything or see the info on the bud, I gotta order what I want at a counter with other people waiting behind me I didn't feel like I could take me time, I just hurried up and bought what the guy suggested and the special brand of vape that I wanted. Spent a lot of money. Took the long ride back to my hotel. Look at the box. It says it expired in 3/18!!! Was produced in 2017!! I don't know if this is common but I'm really disappointed that my vapes are expired!!!! Pissed off actually cause it's took long of a ride to return them at this point. I would never return here and if you do go, check the expiration dates!!!!

My fave shop in West Seattle. Always friendly. Always helpful. And apparently Seth Rogan's slightly younger twin works here.

Just moved to West Seattle from the city and was not looking forward to finding a new dispensary to frequent. I lucked out and not only is this place great, but it's within walking distance to me too! The shop is adorable, like an old house. Easy parking if needed and great selection and expertise especially about needs for pain and nausea.

This is my local go-to shop. Usually have a good selection of quality Canna Organix products for cheap. I've got some other good stuff here like SubX, Cold Smoke Concentrates, Oleum, and Refine. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Amir was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Will be back.

Excellent service and selection. I snagged a 28 pack of .5g prerolls for only $60. Easy to park here too.

I happened to be in West Seattle after a day trip to Lincoln Park and stopped by this gem. Can't see why people would give them bad ratings. They have a very friendly staff and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed. I got some edibles and a great Indica they recommended. Will definitely stop by here whenever I'm in the area.

Super snowy day.  Cool sweet lady working there apparently lives close enough to walk to work.  Sorry you don't have an excuse to not work but thank you for hoofing it in.  You are appreciated.

I just visited Canna West Seattle. I loved the experience I had. They have well stocked shelves with very nice staff. Canna West Seattle is quite manageable, not overwhelming. The staff that waited in me were very knowledgeable and quite friendly, much like their store. Everything I want in a pot shop. I will certainly be returning.

I love this place, they always have wonderful suggestions. I have terrible insomnia and I've spent thousands trying to find a solution. I've been to pretty much every weed shop in Seattle and this is the only place that was able to recommend products specifically targeting sleep. They normally are great at keeping products in stock. I now live a few hours away but will still be stocking up when I'm in Seattle because they really are great!

Great shop with great selection and deals. Staff is laid back and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming in and seeing what deals they have going and getting recommendations on new strains. Definitely check it out!

Completely disappointed by this neighborhood dispensary. First, the folks behind the counter really don't much about their product, which is so important in this industry. They barely knew what they were selling. Then, I had a problem with one of their vape pens and called immediately, they told me to bring it back and I would get a full refund. Went in today and the two woman there could do nothing to help, because they had to call the owner. Then I had to wait while they tried a few times to get in touch with her. They finally reached her and she said they would not refund my money because I didn't have the plastic that had been wrapped around the packaging. They never told me to bring the outer packing with me, so I pretty much was out almost $100 and they offered no compensation. NOT the way to run a business. Did not find them friendly or helpful at all. Will not be coming back.

This place is great - lots of options and super helpful staff. I've been to dispensaries across the west coast and I'm glad to have a local shop that is consistently friendly and fairly priced. I would highly recommend stopping here.

Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of knowledge about their products. The sales representatives are only focused on how much the product costs, no qualities about the product. My first visit, I asked for a specific range in price and THC content (I had already been on the website and knew what I wanted). I was paired with a short haired brunette girl. She was not listening very well and kept bringing out their most expensive and lowest in CBD/THC flower.. Which wasn't what I was asking for at all. When I explained to the girl I was looking for something specific THC quantity wise, a woman with black hair and a face full of makeup decided to butt into my transaction (she was by the register, BTW and had nothing to do with my transaction) and make a snide comment like 'well, numbers don't matter to me' (she was being catty because I was asking for a higher THC content).  Just wow. I'm assuming she may be the owner, as her cocky attitude reflected she apparently thought she knew better than her customer. First off, THC and CBD content DO matter to some customers. I know my products very well, hence why I was being patient and specific with my uneducated sales girl. The black haired woman, though.. quite disrespectful. I hate to break it to her, but that's not how customers want to be interacted with and definitely merits a review and me never spending a dime in that poorly managed store again. Long story short, I will not recommend Canna to anyone nor come here again. Want decent products with friendly, knowledgeable staff? Go into SODO and visit Ganja Goddess. Wonderful staff and you won't feel like you just dealt with someone who works solely on commission.

My fav go-to pot shop! Great selection and staff that is very knowledgeable and will greet you with a smile. They recognize me now. :-)

My favorite West Seattle smoke shop and such a convenient location. They just moved across the street and the new store is huge and allows them to have much more inventory. Bonus: they have a really good looking store manager that is always super helpful with suggestions. Would definetly recommend if you are looking to support a cool small business with good product!!

I've bee to several weed shops in the Sodo area, but I live in West Seattle, so I figured I would check out Canna. Unfortunately I was shocked at how much more expensive Canna was than the other shops on some items. Canna was offering wax (BHO) for $25 for a half gram (their lowest price) when everyone else in town has full grams for $20-30. Worse, they weren't as knowledgeable about the products they carry as the other shops I frequent. West Seattle needs a  customer-friendly weed shop like Vela and Diego Pellicer in Sodo. I'd like to stay local, but I cannot and will not support Canna and places of their ilk.

Great products, plenty to choose from and outstanding customer service. They have such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really like having this place in my neighborhood.

I love this place. I shop here often and consistently walk away happy. The bud tenders are knowledgeable and often make decisions for me when I don't know what I want. ive never been disappointed here, check out their happy hour!!

Any interaction I've had browsing the shop and deciding what to purchase inside the store has been wonderful. People working there are chill, helpful, and seem happy to have you there. They have a wide variety of products, consistently carry strains I've loved, and prices are super reasonable.Times I go to pickup, however, have never run smoothly. First time I ordered curbside pickup, the person heard my name incorrectly and then marched back inside to get the order without confirming my name. I headed inside to check after a few moments, and she continued to get my name wrong several more times. I get that masks can make folks sound muffled sometimes, but at no point did she ask for my ID to check my name, or ask to spell anything. Would have gone much smoother if I had just come in the store to purchase.I gave it another shot yesterday, and chose in store pickup this time. I was very rushed through the process. I was told my total, and my name was confirmed, but not what I'd ordered. It was clear they wanted that transaction to go as quickly as possible, which would have been fine if I hadn't gotten home to find that my order wasn't quite right--same brand, but different edible than what I'd ordered. Not the end of the world, but enough to make me not want to try ordering online again.So, overall I'd say Canna is a great shop! But, I'd recommend taking the extra time to head into the store and decide what you'd like to purchase there.

Went to this place looking for a cannabis choice that my wife can use to combat the side effects of chemotherapy without getting hammered.I explained this clearly to the salesperson (who was very personable). After he led me past one display case and then another, pointing out product without the slightest bit of information, it became apparent that he had no idea what to recommend and not much knowledge about the products other than which were sativa and which were indica.Disappointing experience.

So I know a couple months back I made a really pissed off and upset review against Canna West.. But I wanted to say due to my recent interactions with Trish, one of the workers there I realized I couldn't give a bad review to everyone that was working but to the person who was working at that time. Trish has wonderful customer service towards me and my boyfriend and she always and I mean ALWAYS makes us feel welcomed and at home over here. She is a wonderful individual as a woman and she makes me comfortable in my own skin. She also problem solves situations that you would think can't be problem solved. She is a wonderful smart and quick individual. Her customer service is really excellent and I hope she sees this comment. She is doing a FANTASTIC job and I'm so glad me and my boyfriend had the opportunity to feel welcomed again in CANNA WEST. And thank you for having Canna west open and for welcoming us back in the neighborhood. Trish is super amazing!!! So with this being said I now give Canna West 5 stars

I really love this place. The team has always been welcoming and knowledgeable - and every product suggestion they've given me has been exactly what I've been seeking. I highly recommend them! They have a lot of pure CBD products - not just THC.

5 stars is not enough. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My bud tender Jeanie was very helpful and patient with me. Not only did she bring out multiple options for me to choose from, she thoroughly explained to me the taste in each as I was looking for the "most tasteful" one. I've been to shops around town and Canna by far is the friendliest one and the easiest to shop at. Going into dispensaries have always been an overwhelming experience but Canna made my visit smooth and efficient. I will continue to take my business here. Jeanie, thanks again for all your help. Your positive energy and passion for your job is radiant and I hope more people get to experience what I experienced today.

Friendly staff and phenomenal products. Went in browsing and came out with several items. Found my go to's, can't wait to keep trying new things.

Maybe... Hire people who know how to talk to customers. As someone who owns three businesses... I would have only hired 4 out of 12. The customer service from some individuals is trash. And, I'm over it. I won't be back. Especially the "Manager" who doesn't OWN one weed shop. Not one. You just work there. #RememberThat #ClockIn #ClockOut

For the record I do not work in any recreational shop nor in this industry. I work for a large .com in downtown Seattle and have for the last 16 years. I'll take the high road and not engage in accusations from the management at Canna West as I believe the managers comments explains a lot of how they run their business. -----Change of heart. I'd recommend Canna over Origins simply because Origins treats their employees awful. Hearing some of the staff talk about it... unreal. Many have left the store due to this which is just sad. They had a good crew and now just a bunch a new people with the exception of a few.

Rewriting review after a few years. I love the selection and that inside is super clean. Prices are somewhat fair. However, staff seems irritated when I was asking questions.. I always tip and love when I get an excited bud tender but the people assisting me lately have been.. How do I put this.. They seem like they are irritated to be there, not necessarily by me and my questions. I hope they reignite their passion for cannabis. Seems like they make good tip money so I think they should be a little more eager to help and answer questions.
