The staff are great as is the location. I seem to strike out no matter what flower i buy tho.  I always ask for the top shelf amd spend 13-today 18 a gram. Blew the entire gram to the head...and writing this review. Not even high. I have to go somewhere else for dro because for some reason the dro here is different or maybe its me.  Ill try getting oil next, maybe thatll be better.

Had a great experience with these guys ( well one guy in particular) when i first checked it out and bought a pen and cartridge but the Elixers brand cartridge failed on me for some reason and the shop wouldn't even take it back, said their hands were tied and they couldn't do anything about it. it was a whole bunch of bull shit. Not even the people from Elixers would return it either. I feel like people in the weed industry should be on top of those kind of things with customer satisfaction. Seriously paid 50 bucks for a product to fail on me.

Worth the walk from downtown Seattle! The staff was so nice and knowledgeable and they had an awesome selection-things I never even knew existed!

Great spot, great products/selection, and a very helpful no-pressure staff. I've been to a number of spots all over Seattle and though a few are walk-able in proximity to me, the 8-10 minute drive to Pot Shop is well worth it. I decided that after going to about 5 places in Seattle this will be my go-to shop. The girl who helped us was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and let us know her thoughts on a few products which made the purchase a lot easier. I'm no connoisseur when it comes to weed and it's pretty obvious, so I really appreciate when I'm given a variety of things to choose from and not just being sold the highest price item (which unfortunately happened in the past at another shop, and on top of that had the opposite effect I was looking for). So thank you Pot Shop and staff, you guys are the best and we'll definitely be coming back & telling our friends.

It's pretty pricy for lower quality stuff and the selection is pretty weak. Easy to pop in and out though, and the people there were nice.

Awkward and misleading clerks. Poorly labeled products. Finally could look closely after the purchase. Realized it was the wrong one. Immediately asked for an exchange. Denied. Left unsatisfied. Will not return.

This place is professional and nice. This was my first visit to a pot shop and I was always curious to see what the hype was about. They had tons of variety here and I didn't know what I was looking at for the most part. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable and I truly enjoyed my experience. I didn't buy anything, so I can't tell you exactly if the shop has great "product" or not.

This was my first experience in a 'pot shop' and all I can say is these people are SUPER knowledgeable! They listened to what we were looking for, and offered some suggestions, which ultimately lead to exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend this little shop!

In terms of product this shop sells the same thing you see in most pot shops across Seattle. With Hashtag and OZ just around the corner, this shop provides a competitive edge by staying open later (11pm) than the other shops. Went in for something edible and the guy at the counter was awesome and friendly. The pricing is pretty similar to all the other shops but they offer special discounts on selective products.

Nice location,Just not the flower selection we where looking for. Did grab a pre-roll of their Durbin Poison,It was good! Will stop back in,when in this area.

Very nice, clean and well organized store. Bob, Nick and Natalie are very friendly and took the time to explain their product line to us first time visitors. I would highly recommend this store for rookies and pros alike.

Ive been smoking for an easy 15 years now and I've been all around the country and to numerous pot shops. Ide have to say the employees at the pot shop are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have great strands and it's clear what is what. They are 1 of very few shops to offer great deals. The only negative is everything is pre packaged so you have to settle for what they have available. But what they have available is quite the assortment. I would definitely recommend and return to these guys.

This a really great addition to our neighborhood.  The staff members are all knowledgeable and friendly.  Nico, Johnny and everyone else at the counter have been very helpful.  They offer to expand their selection based on customers' needs and tastes.  I found a nice sativa that didn't make me paranoid and a few good hybrids.  Kudos.

If your looking for a new favorite place for all of you extra curricular activities this is the place to go the people and the environment make you feel as if your meeting an old friend their genuine smile's and warm welcomes make anyone who is less of an expert feel like right at home every time I go I am always learning something new. Natalie,Bob, Nick and the rest of the team are knowledgeable enthusiastic with a vast variety of edibles Dabbs and flower all the necessities for a good time

Fantastic first experience buying pot legally. The staff, specifically Cole, was incredibly knowledge and helpful in terms of what fits my tastes and what the status of the market is. Thanks so much; I'll come back next time I'm in Seattle!

This place is great! Attentive customer service, knowledgeable staff, great product that is organized and color coded by strain (SO SMART)... I loved my experience here and I would suggest to go and enjoy yourself!!

Small shop with big selection and great customer service. The staff was friendly and available to answer all our questions! The place also has a cool boutique-y vibe.

Was my first ever experience in a socially legal state.  Loved it.  Quaint, felt like I was geeking over this with my buddies, very comfortable environment.

I have been to many rec. stores in many states, this is a good one.  They have a big selection for their size,  had a few amazing deals and otherwise competitive pricing and the bud tender was patient and very helpful.  Will be back for sure and will certainly checkout their weekly edibles recipes!

Knowledgeable staff and excellent product. I always go frequently to check up on the latest products that they have in stock. Well worth the drive from seattle to get great service and supplies!

Great prices, new stuff every time I come in. Got a crazy awesome deal on my dopen vaporizer with a cartridge. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere,clean retro 50's theme. I've shopped at most of the retail places in Seattle, and I highly recommend this place.

I've been to a handful of rec shops around Seattle but this place is hands down my new favorite!! The staff there were incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They had an extensive selection to choose from and finding parking was a breeze! I'm definitely going back and telling all my friends about this spot!

Had to update my review. The Pot Shop now carries products with CBD which is news to me. My mother-in-law has chronic back pain and is asking for items with CBD which is normally carried in medical stores. It is great to know a rec store cares enough about variety to shelf items no other rec store has and made it available to everyone. Again, I stand by my 5 star review. If you haven't checked this place out then you have no idea what you are missing.

By far one of the worst weed shops I've ever been to, and I've been to a bunch of them over the years. They barely have anything there..! and everything is super overpriced. I asked a guy there a simple question about if they had a product or not, and he didn't really answer..

I am basically a new consumer of pot products.  Like many people, I smoked it in high school, but that was more than 30 years ago. I have recently come around again to considering using pot as a healthier alternative to alcohol consumption, especially since it is basically legal here in Washington.  In particular, I'm attracted to edibles for the precise control of the THC and/or CBD milligrams.I walked over to this store (three blocks from my house), hoping to get information and purchase some products.  The store is small and bright and clean.  It's in the space formerly occupied by the Dexter Hayes bar.At first, I was a bit put off by the way they almost shouted at me to provide an ID as soon as I opened the door.  But, I got over it, since it's obviously a legal obligation, and not necessarily a power trip thing.  However, if it were me behind the counter, I would be nicer and explain to people the need to see an ID, without a stand-offish tone.  But that's them, and I assume it's more ore less the same at other dispensaries.The lady at the counter was reasonably helpful in regards to educating me about their products and the current state of legalization laws and all that.  I appreciated this, because I went in looking for a little education and assistance with identifying the right products for me.  I did get the sense that these folks weren't just about selling pot as a straight-up business thing, but were also product enthusiasts themselves as well as decriminalization ideologues.  That's all fine and good to me, since most Marijuana laws are just stupid and counter productive and hypocritical.Anyway, I got what I wanted from this place, though it's still a bit of a weird feeling for me to walk into a "pot shop."  I left with some Zoot Rocks - some had THC and some were primarily CBD.   No complaints with the selection - more or less what I expected.  Since I am a lightweight and only got edibles, I can't really speak to the quality/cost of their other traditional products.Be aware that you need cash here.  They do have an ATM in the store,  but getting money from it seems a bit awkward, since they just sort of sit there and watch you do it.  (The place is small).  Also, there is a fee.  So, best to get cash from another source before coming in to the store.

I have visited multiple dispensaries in the area, but I really like this one. The customer service was great and quick. The staff was really nice.  I took a friend from out of town, and she loved it. It was her first experience.  She racked up with lots of good stuff! This shop was small and definitely had that cool small business vibe. They have a decent selection of edibles and I wound up getting the 4.20 chocolate toffee bars, which are INCREDIBLE. They are probably one of the best I have ever had. What I really like about this business is that they are LGBTQ owned. As a person that is part of that community,  it means a lot to have a safe place to get my stash. They are very respectful.  Their prices are also decent compared to some dispensaries in the area. I Would definitely recommend checking this dispensary out if you are looking to buy or just shopping around. It's a cool place!

Not only do they have sometimes better deals than Hashtag in Freemont, I backed into their scooter by accident of course, and the owner was cool as fuck. thank you.

Has this location closed? My hubby has gone twice in a week and both times no one was there (doors down) and it was during normal business hours. I really hope not because we live right around the corner and we love it there! Hire one of us if you're low staffed! ;)

Consistently friendly staff that can field questions from newbies to connoisseurs alike. Queer positive space. Extensive range of products for both consumption and delivery. This is a one-stop for all of your needs, with an emphasis on premium buds, bouquet strains, and some reliable all-stars in a variety of sizes. Way less pushy/touristy/university-guys-gone-wild than shops downtown.

We stopped in here while visiting some family. Great selection and super friendly staff! When in Seattle we will for sure return!

Hubby and I wanted to take the edge off on our vacation so we decided to stop by this place as we were driving by it. We had our dog with us so I stayed inside the car and hubby went inside to get supplies. Little did we know until afterwards, it's a pet-friendly shop. Hubby said that everyone in the shop was super sweet and super nice. They all were so helpful when he had questions. He ended up getting four pre-rolled joints and a lighter, all for only $23!!! Like WOW, where in California can we get a great deal like that?? We should have bought more lol. The joints were great. They did their purpose for sure :) I do recommend this place for when anyone needs their fix.

I moved to Seattle recently and this is my local shop. Lovely staff, always friendly and informative. Great selection and they reach out to you if they cannot fill anything on your order. The strains available to me are very different than Massachusetts and the price is right!

Great great great! All kinds of marijuana and very helpful staff. We bought 4 pre rolled at only $22. They have an ATM inside the shop so as long you carry your debit card, you should be fine since they accept cash only.

Meh. Not a bad little pot shop. Nothing special necessarily. They sometimes have the cantanellas I like, sometimes not. Bud tenders are friendly. Maybe they should serve coffee too, since there are no coffee shops around.

Great selection and friendly service! Talk to Austin, he's the best. The vibe is awesome, I only wish they would switch up the music every once in a while. Reggae gets old. But I'll definitely shop here again!

Great deals and close to Western Yacht Harbor marina so it's convenient to get treats on the way to the boat!! Parking can be a challenge though depending on the time of day. There is also a small market for munchies one block north.

Great little shop. It's big enough to offer a varied and comprehensive selection, but also small enough that you can take your time and talk to the purveyors. I appreciate that the guy working there, took his time to answer my questions. I spoke to him about my preferences, and was able to match my tastes. Then, he offered more selections that I might enjoy. He didn't try to up-sell me and he didn't try to push anything on me. He just wanted me to enjoy myself. I'd go back, that's for sure.
