I placed a pick up order yesterday and the experience went smoothly. I was in and out within minutes. Very polite staff.
Presented my green card because I didn't have my driver license and the guy wouldn't take it. He said they could only accept "government issued" id or passport. LMAO OMG! I kept telling him it IS government issued but no... dude kept insisting it's not and won't take it . Damn it.
Awesome dispensary. Clean, good selection, great staff. Took time to chat with us and talk through options. Great cartridges too! Recommend. Also great that they open at 8AM.
I've been going to have a heart for years, i remember when this location first opened it was my go to store. I've always used preorders to "skip the line" as HAH advertises--i have been coming in on my lunch breaks for years, but there's no point anymore. The preorder line is separate from the regular line, but bud tenders will call forward the regular line first 100% of the time. In the last six months I've never seen more than one person working on preorders, and that person doesn't ask if a customer has a preorder before calling them up, so people who do have preorders have to wait while everyone else is helped. Today that meant waiting in the preorder line for almost half an hour behind some tourists. Didn't even get my order because i had to leave to go clock back in at work after just standing there asking for help for 30 minutes.
Really one of the best stores in the city. They're customer service is soooooooo good. I love these guys. Only thing is there might be a line but it's hella worth it and usually people are friendly in line:)
Yes! I drove like 20 hours from AZ to WA and picked this dándome dispensary to stop at and I am glad I did! I really loved the vibes in this place. They have a huge variety of weed related products and of course... weed itself. I've never bought 10 pre-rolls for $35. The prices were very affordable. I had a great experience here. It was hard to chose what I wanted lol
Ordered a limited edition item, drove all the way there to pick it up, and when we got home we realized it was the wrong item. We called them and got the run around and we were told that we would not be able to exchange. I asked for a manager and Carter, the lead, told us it would be fine to exchange. Long story short, went to exchange the item and the budtender was extremely rude. She told us they couldn't find the item. We asked if she would look again because Carter said he had it in the back for us. Her response was, "Carter's an as*hole.... We asked if they could call Carter and they said "nah, we can't do that". We left without the item, and are waiting for Carter's shift so we can call them AGAIN. This was a mistake made by the store, and we simply wanted to exchange the item for the one we had originally ordered and paid for. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and rudeness from a dispensary, and I can tell you we will not be returning.
Came here for my first time with my boyfriend. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Good vibes here!
The staff were all wearing masks and gloves, and the experience was socially distant. The only issue I incurred was that they didn't accept my ID even though it was a government issued one. But I was visiting from CA so maybe they have different rules for that in WA. But overall it was a decent exp
This place went downhill during the pandemic and I've long since stopped going... :(I have seen them make serious efforts regarding the tent city issue of people camping DIRECTLY in front of and next too the door using the sidewalk as an excuse that they're just on public property and that's definitely difficult to deal with... However, now also the name has changed to A Cannabis Story but still says Have A Heart online. The point system is gone now and my points were lost. They say that is because of the new name change and that meaning they are a different company now... However a lot of the same veteran (long time) employees worked there (some are gone now) and again the online store had the old name. They also stopped carrying the batteries and cartridges I liked by some of my favorite brands. My final straw was when they lowered and I guess removed now? The preorder discount which used to be 20% off and was their major selling point as Uncle Ike's is only 5%... UNLESS you go to the Uncle Ike locations (Lake City and Olive Way) with a promo that has been changing from 20% to 30% during the pandemic/holiday seasons... Let's not forget Ponder is across the street from Uncle Ike's in Central District and they ALWAYS have 15% off preorders regardless of wtf... I'm just sayin'!!!
A beautiful urban recreational dispensary in the heart of Belltown. The doorman is nicer than he seems. Once inside you'll notice large neon art pieces of Seattle's city center across the walls. There are display cases for every product category. A bud tender with a clip board will help you put an order in writing by walking you through whichever products you're shopping for, before taking it to the counter. Along the longest wall opposite from the registers is a huge display case of flower. Lining the bottom are an endless collection of pre rolls. There are infused pre rolls, infused pure cannabis leaf rolled blunts, phat panda 1 grammers ranging from 6-10 bucks, and budget 8 gram pack 11 count pre rolls at 14% THC for only 30 bucks. There's also a 17 gram cannagar for $420...Literally options for any budget. In terms of buds, there are 8ths as low as 15 bucks. Their premium flowers such as House of Cultivar and Freddy Fuego's go for 53-57 bucks an 8th...which are on par with what others in the city are charging for the same flower.Further inside is a smaller display case for edibles and drinks, a display case for waxes and concentrates, and a display case for vape oils. There are daily specials on their website, which can be pretty attractive. They also have a point system with every 10 dollars spent earning 1 dollar off.
Been coming here for years. Yesterday they sold ne a defective vaporizer and cartridge. I did not recieve a receipt and forgot to ask for one. When i returned it today . They refused to exchange it.. wont be coming back anymore
Every time I come in to this store I always receive excellent service, especially from Ian! He's always polite, knowledgeable and just all in all has great customer service and is an excellent member of the team! It's because of him that I only shop here
I love the The customer service that's Carlos gave me and was a wonderful bud tender the help me with what I was looking forward to get Carlo is his name and I gave them a five stars and is an incredible individual thank you.
The budtender had a really bad attitude and was rude when answering questions
Lots to choose from. Dispensaries are so fun! The only thing about this one was the staff didn't seem that friendly. No one wanted to help and it seemed like they were annoyed when we got up to the check out.
A friend of mine from Seattle recommended this place and it was only 1/2 mile from our hotel in the downtown area. I would highly recommend this place for pros or beginners. I like to indulge in recreational activities every now and then. So, we went there before going out and they have everything very organized so it is easy to find what you want if you know what it is but if you don't just ask because they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed something for back pain that wasn't high in THC and the girl that helped me led me right to it. Ask in private. It's also inexpensive too. I recommend sampling some things but this place was just so organized and everyone that works here was so nice. Everyone from the guy or girl checking ID's until you check out. Ask them how to place online order and they will help you. This is the fastest way if there's a long line. If you know what you want then you can just go do it. First time, I asked and a guy did it for me. Otherwise, if you don't know and someone asks "may I help you?" (They will). Just say "yes" and take it. It's worth it. Also, there's bars near by and this area is a cool area to hang out. During the day you can see the water down the hill. It's very beautiful!
Once landing in Seattle I made 2 stops before checking in, dispensary and the grocery store for the obvious reasons Have a Heart - Belltown came up as the closet dispensary to me so we took a Lyft. Once we got there the bouncers noticed we had a car waiting and was kind enough to allow me to skip the line and order from the little machine thingy. That was cool! So far I've never been to a dispensary like that. From those visiting from out of town, in Washington state, the bud tenders are not allowed to open the container for you to smell it. You just have to know what strain or farmers you like. Nice! I know I like cookie strains of bud so I asked for anything similar to Wedding Cake or Mint Cookies in flavor, taste and cost. I was presented with Sorbetto. It was pure heaven! I've added it to my list of favorite strains. Thank you kind Bud Tender for your patience and suggestion. I highly recommend giving Have A Heart - Belltown a visit
Friendly staff, nice selection, and online ordering is convenient and easy. I have started buying elsewhere though due to the aggressive homeless people who camp outside and yell at you for money when you're coming and going. This is a constant problem here and I won't come back unless it is addressed.
Most of the time it's a great experience but recently I've been getting treated increasingly poorly. Normally staff is happy to take the $1500 I spend a week there but the staff members with the bad attitudes and the adversarial disposition make it unpleasant to continue to come here.
Have been a regular customer here for quite a while and it's become such a bad experience we're definitely buying elsewhere now. We spend thousands on weed and going here just keeps getting worse. The homeless people around the shop are very aggressive and will constantly approach you with face masks, try to wave you into parking spots, yell at you when you don't respond to them, etc, and the store does absolutely nothing to try and prevent them from harassing customers, and they are literally always there. New ownership decided they would get rid of the old rewards system without warning and without honoring it and I lost my discounts, super cool way to treat your regular customers. The online order system is super broken. They absolutely never tell people who don't order online or want to add shit and have full discussions about products to go to the regular line when they get in the online one despite there only being one single register designated to online and four others to regular. The regular line constantly moves much much faster than the online one because of this. I have also had multiple recent instances of them not honoring the price they posted online and printed on my receipt for what I ordered because they made a mistake in the online listing. The staff is generally quite friendly (except the girl with short hair who always has an awful attitude) but the experience overall is just.. so bad now.
Daniel G is nasty and racist . Otherwise nice place. Have had him speak down to me several times . Gave home the benefit of doubt a few times . Can confidently say he's racist . I've been coming here for the past 2 years .
Consistently understaffed and impossible to have a reasonably quick retail experience. At most there's one guy on the floor trying to handle 20 people via their awful manual paper process and then it all repeats when you finally get to the counter. Today marks the third time that I've just flat walked out because it was looking like 45 minutes for something simple. Additionally they let online orders interrupt everyone else so enjoy that when our finally get to the front of the line only to be put on hold again. Update 1/4/2020: it's still just as bad. The online order queue is 15 deep. What's the point? Get some more staff. Swearing this place off for another couple years.
After visiting 3 different Have a Heart locations, this store was my favorite. I typically hate crowds, but this store ran so efficiently that I barely waited 5 minutes in line. Seeing the dogs in line helped distract me from the wait time too :)At this store, you place your order with an awesome employee before getting in line, and you bring your ticket up to the counter to pay for it and have it filled. The budtenders were patient with me as I read nutrition information on the edibles, and they let me know the laws on the street as I was visiting for work.I will absolutely be back!
Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and happy. I mean of course they all! Very fun dispensary! So many choices!
I went there last night and I believe his name was Ryan? I can't remember exactly -- either way he was extremely helpful and I appreciate that greatly as someone who doesn't smoke often. There are so many choices it can be intimidating so having someone give suggestions and talk through it is great. The things he recommended ended up being great as well I would definitely come back.
I'm sorry everyone, but contrary to the YouTube video I created (delayed traveler/ coolest weed shop) this pot shop is no longer the awesome place it once was. The store feels like a neon prison cell. Where they used to have a wonderful pot chandelier, it is now a security camera. In fact there are enough security cameras inside to surveil the entire block.Metal boxes across the checkout area and a total lack of decorations for the holidays except one sad tree during Christmas. It has become just a cashflow machine that doesn't seemingly care anymore. At the beginning they really cared and employed personable people. Now , not so much.
Being from the east coast, I don't have anything to compare this to, but my experience was cool. It seems there is a lot of product to choose from...flowers, edibles, oils, pre rolled, etc. Wow, what a business this is! Everybody I came across in here was helpful, knowledgeable, informative and super nice. There are a lot of options out here, but I don't think you can go wrong here if you tell them what you're looking for. Thanks for a groovy experience Have a Heart.
Good selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices were good and the line moved quickly.
This is now my all-time favorite dispensary. It is a must stop for anyone into cannabis and visiting Seattle. This place has heart. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are immersed with a friendly atmosphere of knowledgeable workers and enthusiastic customers. No one here looks like the typical stoner you'd see at Taco Bell at midnight. The Smokey Points infused pre-rolls are a must. We started with the Emerald Jack as recommended by one of the workers and that hit hard. Perfect for a little sesh before the aquarium (City Pass holders, you definitely need to be high for that). We ended up coming back here 6 times within our 4-day Seattle trip and got to try all the other Smokey Point pre-rolls. The Emerald Jack was still my favorite. These guys made my heart full during my first visit to Seattle. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're ever in the area. 5/5
Great staff working there. Was a great selection behind glass doors, with Budtenders being superknowledgeable with questions we ask. I bough a jar of the "FLOW" cbd deep tissue And joint pain cream. I have severe psoriatic arthritis. I'm visiting from Juneau, Alaska and use a different cream, this one is more affordable I'm trying on myHands an neck tonight and hope I'll feel some relief. Smells great!
Love this dispensary because of their huge joint on the left side of entrance! Great Instagram photo prop! Although I don't like their process of reps taking orders then standing in line...I do like the way they display their inventory on the wall. While my stay in Seattle, I visited this location twice. During the night, it wasn't packed so I had the chance to speak with rep about edibles and such. During the day it was hella packed so I just got in line and ordered what I remembered from my first order.
Awesome!!First time in Seattle and parked on the same block coincidentally. The BEST selection I've seen. Helpful, knowledgeable employees. Clean place. You can order on line and pick it up too.Prices are great. Really unbelievable selection! I can't say enough.
For those of us that live in the neighborhood, Have Heart's friendly staff and fair prices are awesome. They've got a great loyalty program too...one of the best in town!
The second cannabis dispensary I visited while on my trip to the west coast. The staff here are super helpful and friendly. Unlike the dispensary in Oregon where they are required to enter your information into their system to track your purchases, this Seattle location only checks your ID like they do at bars. They have a much greater selection of quality edibles in so many flavors and compositions. We were given a nice neighborhood discount during checkout. Great price and clean facility. Cash only.
Placed an order for $22 and I had exact change but the dude refused to take the 2 and said "you have points you can take that change somewhere else we dont deal with the change" So find another shop if your order total is not in multiples of 5 and also if you want people to talk to you properly you might wanna find another place.
I was visiting Seattle and wanted to smoke while I was up there. I don't normally smoke so I was nervous to go in. I got up to the counter and the guy was so so helpful! He was patient, he didn't sound rushed with me even though they were busy. Do make sure you have cash when you go in, but if you don't there's an ATM. Had a great time and I'll definitely be back when I move up there.
Literally didn't accept a real ID. After getting our IDs scanned at the door and getting my ID approved and scanned at checkout they proceeded to ID my girlfriend (who wasn't even buying anything) after scanning hers again and it getting accepted the dude went and talked to another employee and proceeded to say they couldn't sell anything to me. Never going back there again.
I have visited several local dispensaries and have my favorites, but I can't necessarily say this is one of my favorite. First of all, it was extremely crowded in the store and I could find no floor sales people to help me. I finally had to ASK someone to help me after forever. The store was very disorganized. Mind you, they have a lot in stock and a lot of products and pretty much everything you can imagine. However, it can be hard to find. Their process of "grab a ticket" and line up doesn't work really well. I haven't been to any other dispensary that works that way. I also didn't find the pricing as competitive either compared to other local dispensaries. The staff was rude and not very polite.I am giving three stars for the excellent selection of edibles and the very cool salesperson that finally helped me find what I need. Otherwise, utter chaos and I'm not sure that I'll visit here again as I have had better experiences at other dispensaries.
In the middle of the bustle of the city is the most convenient place if you're in the market for cannabis goods. Their team there is very friendly and helpful as all their locations have proven to be in my experience. This location keeps their ATMs in the back. You will find product along the ways in display cases. The lighting work on the ceiling is especially enjoyable. They can get pretty busy given that you're in the heart of downtown where the foot traffic is high. They have a passion for their product and are continually courteous. Glad this location is within walking distance because driving here or anywhere in Seattle would be insane. The walk there will give you a tour of several iconic buildings, a couple parks, and the classic Seattle vistas everyone comes here to see. Plan your trip well when coming here, and you can check off all the bucket list items.
This cool little vape/cannabis shop in Belltown, Seattle was definitely a dope spot for cannabis connoisseurs alike. Welcomed by a cool vibe with lots of neon ambience and a plethora of strains and vapes from chill to giggly to energetic. A cool vibe with lots to take in. Cash only shop though so make sure to bring cash. The staff that work here are awesome at pointing you in the right direction for whatever's your pleasure in the cannabis world. Super knowledgeable and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend this spot for those looking for a really cool cannabis shop in the Seattle area.
I haven't been to many of these types of shops but this one seemed to have a nice variety of products and the staff were really nice. One area of improvement I would suggest for management is to have more people out on the floor versus behind the cash register. I found it hard to find someone to help walk me through the products
It was fun. Nice music. Pretty busy at night. Carlos was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice assortment on their walls. I'll be sure to update my review later. Make sure to press and give them a smiley face for they're service. CASH ONLYY
I usually go to the Have a Heart in Skyway, but when in Rome...This place is very nicely laid out in a fashion that makes it easy to deal with large crowds. Just like other locations, the space is kept clean and the employees are both friendly and helpful. One of the advantages of going to a chain is that you should be able to get the same product and experience than you would at other locations - Have a Heart knows what's up and doesn't fail to disappoint!Large selection of products with a helpful staff if you're not quite clear what you're looking for - Have a Heart is always a good choice.
If you're gonna preorder around peak hour don't expect you'll get through the line quicker. Chances are you'll wait equal if not more than walk-ins. Some tenders are good some are not. There are a good number of brazen homeless people around as well.
I go here almost everyday and they never fail me so I will never fail them hope everyone is safe and you guys should go check out the place -Michle og
Stop by for your recreational THC!! Open late! Customer service personnel are very informed and helpful. Come early as the line is long on weekends.
Decent selection. Prices are par for the course in Seattle. Some of the people who work there are super nice and give great service, but there are a few people who are seriously abrasive and it makes me wonder how they were able to get a job in customer service in the first place. This one guy in particular, dont know his name, always wears a hat, just acts like I'm inconveniencing him and wasting his time, BEFORE I have even asked for anything. God forbid you actually need his help with something because when you ask for it he will look at you like you just killed his dog. I get that people have bad days, but he acts this way every time I see him. I want to clarify that I work in a customer service position, and even on a super busy day I would not treat anyone the way I was treated. A condescending, aggressive, and hostile attitude has no place in a customer service environment. Overall, decent place. But you have a few people working there that need to chill out. Its ironic considering they work at a dispensary. I would go somewhere else if possible, because going here is like playing russian roulette with customer service.
This dispensary was AWESOME! My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town (San Francisco to be specific) and this place blew our minds. From the great prices to the amazing FLOWER - it was a great time to say the least. The staff was super helpful and pointed us in the right direction. We walked away with a few pre-rolls and some amazing edibles. If you ever get the pleasure of visiting, try the Mamba Blue Raspberry and the Hi-Burst Sours Tropical Punch flavor!Again, you gotta try this place out! One of the best spots were visited while in Seattle. If we're ever in town, we will be back for sure!
Probably had the best service to uplift you and the spirit! Best regardsless! Thank you for having me and helping be with my pain !
I almost wet myself when I first walked in here. I don't mean I almost urinated, I mean I almost orgasmed. The service here is otherworldly. They are genuinely happy to help you. They are genuinely happy to work here. Wouldn't you? I'm actually plotting how I can sell all my shit and move to Seattle just to work here. The choices are insane. It's like being in the toothpaste aisle at CVS, except nothing is on sale to help make the choice easier. The process is simple. Look at the displays in the wall for items you want, drool, fall in line, stop shaking, show the counter person your ID (again) and order away. It's cash only, but you knew that already. The chocolates are my go to- 10 per bag @ $30 is a good deal. Ditto the gummies and hard candy. Sure you can make your own, but it won't be as consistently good as these. I've never bought weed here, because my service back in NY is the shit and cheaper. Plus, my friends in Seattle always have, so Papi only gets edibles. Dump your family, dog, friends, significant other, job and move in. The edibles will keep you alive and they have a bathroom.
I have been shopping at have a heart for year now. I frequently use the one on Martin Luther king way Renton. Everybody there's nice and knowledgeable and has Great personalities. From the guys at the door to people helping you out and even check out... Sometimes I don't even look at the product on the shelves... I just ask whoever is at the register their opinion on what I should get and they're usually right. Only thing I have to say about have a heart that is slightly annoying is that the one in Seattle by Pike place is super busy. No matter what you do you're gonna stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes before you get to purchase your product and leave. However... if you go online and use their website it's really easy to navigate and get what you need and you might get a few minutes cut off your visit. All in all have a heart dispensary is my favorite.
The worst store in town they been bad for a long time better off going way out to zips or something this is crime central don't ever go to young Hollywood for flowers this is a popularity contest of stupidity your better off in the black market at this point
This was my go-to spot for chronic because of the hospitality and quality weed. After tonight I'll never go back - they can do last call whenever they want, new guy at the door was so AGGRESSIVE and OBNOXIOUS. If you want amazing weed take the time to drive to Dockside Cannabis or The Bakeree - they have happy hour after 8 p.m. (20% off)and there weed is top shelf!! I love my weed but I love kind people and good customer service even more.
The only reason, I'm giving this any stars is because the door guy was nice --- even if he wanted me to take off my face mask. Once I explained the medical reason why (let's not forget the big reason why Cannabis is legalized), it was fine. It wasn't a typical hospital mask. I needed one more comfortable and warm since I have to wear it all the time. He even told me while I was browsing that he'll let the checkouts know. When I went in line to check out, the check out guy wanted me to remove my mask. I said no. He tried to give me a hassle until the other checkouts stopped him. Then he said he didn't mean to call me out. "Yeah, but ya did." I don't feel the need that I have to give rational for my medical status to everyone, especially if I've already given it. I get it. Masked people rob people. And so do unmasked people. But masked robbers also don't just stand there in a long azz line with their unmasked accomplices. I mean, the last time we robbed a place, BOTH of us were wearing masks. And not just standing there patiently waiting our turn for someone to tell us our masks off. (Rolling my eyes at the concept of it) And its also less than 30 degrees here now, not including the wind chill. And in a state with a huge measles outbreak. Really??!??!! Im surprised more aren't wearing masks And obviously, there's still some communication issues here that not everyone got the message. Run don't walk -- away from this place. There are plenty Cannabis stores with better variety and better customer service. This is not anywhere near a decent Cannabis store.
Please ensure the staff is wearing gloves and masks during novel coronavirus community spread, which as of today, they are not. You could also put a plastic or glass screen up in front of the budtenders/customers faces. Looking forward to upgrading this review upon some further effort to keep staff and the community safe. Mostly awesome budtenders that want to help you. Bad attitude from one female-appearing shiftlead which is off-putting and one female-appearing budtender who is literally yelling at people who are next in line if they don't hear her the first time. The security guys outside are consistently great and friendly.
I love Have a Heart dispensaries. This one has a great selection of choices. They also have a huge J to take a picture with- touristic friendly! The only thing is that every time I go, they always get my order wrong. If you order from here, I would just double check that everything you ordered is correct. This doesn't usually happen at the location in Skyway. Aside from that, I do recommend you check this place out! You won't be disappointed.
Ordered a couple 1/4 oz online, and got the text my order was ready. When I got there it became clear my order was not ready and had to wait 15 minutes for the sales person to put it together. I was then informed they where out of one of the 1/4's but had a comparable replacement. When I got home it turned out the replacement was only contained THCA and no THC, meaning no high, and not in any way comparable to what I originally ordered. I feel like I was ripped off for an entire 1/4. Staff is either uneducated in their practice, or they just don't care.
Friendly staff. Good herb. What else can you ask for? Order online through their webpage and save time. But staff.
Decent flower and preroll inventory, but super lame vape cartridge selection. Their vape inventory looks like it was curated by a 21 year old frat boy; definitely not the place to shop if you are any kind of connoisseur, or even someone who likes to purchase quality cannabis products. They need to branch out into more full-spectrum oils, rather than stocking package after package of distillate cartridges, which anyone who knows anything, recognizes as inferior. I'd rather pay a few extra bucks for a quality product, and I think a lot of other people feel the same way. I live a couple of blocks away from this place, but I have started going out of my way to buy my cartridges up on Capitol Hill, which is pretty inconvenient. I'd much rather be able to shop in my neighborhood, plus, besides the selection, I like this store. Most of the staff are pretty cool and friendly, although some aren't particularly knowledgeable or helpful if you are looking for any recommendations. One exception is Ian, who is super friendly and really knows his shit. He obviously knows what he's talking about, and can capably point you in the right direction, no matter what it is you're looking for, but he manages to be knowledgeable without being a stuck up douchebag, like so many "budtenders" can be. Anyway, I hope they diversify their vape selection, because I want to keep shopping here. Plus, the door guy is super hot!
I bought a pre roll here and some sticky residue in the tip literally ripped the skin off my lip til it started bleeding. I'm like wtf. I go back and they try to tell me i have to wait in some long line again for about 20 minutes to do a return. Horrible customer service. Not to mention I'm in line next to a homeless man the first time whose stench literally had me sick.
Some of the people who work here need to work on their customer service. This was my first time here and i ordered online. So I walk into the store and Im like where is the start of the online order line. They have this line situation set up like a maze I swear. So I go up to the front saying that the online order line was closed off. And this dude goes uh no it's right there and I point to a rope having it crossed off and he's like it's not, it's right there. You guys need to make this wayyyyyy more user friendly if someone whose never been there can't even figure it out. And I'm not a dumb person but the front counter cashier made me feel that way. He could've been way more nice about it at least.
Great place! I'll go back next time I'm in Seattle. They were busy but the line moved fast and the employees were nice and informative. The online orders moved faster than the other line even if you online order in the store.
Walking into this place, I felt like I'd died and gone to weed heaven. Compared to dispensaries I've visited in Denver and Reno, Have a Heart is the first place I've been to that felt like what we'll expect stores to look like when we finally get rid of these stupid federal marijuana laws. I've never seen a selection anywhere like I saw here - walls just lined with flowers, gummies, candies, chocolates, vape cartridges, etc. There are associates on the floor walking around ready to answer all questions and take orders for you; the cashiers are pretty awesome with answering questions and making recommendations as well; and the prices here can't be beat. Thank you, Have a Heart, for helping to make ABGT250 even more of a magical experience than it already would've been.
Was visiting Seattle for my bday. Stayed in an area called Belltown and found this gem. Cool staff, tons of flower to choose from, among other goodies.
Man I can't explain how great my experience was here and I am from CA and we have the best shops in the whole US.. ZION was my guyyyy he helped me find the perfect flower for me. He is the guy to go to when you pull up in here!!! ThanKs brother for making my and my wife's experience great at this location !!!!!
This place has a great selection of goods. There's plenty of variety to choose from. The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and helpful. From the bouncers, to the sales staff, to the cashiers, it was good vibes all around. We went there on a Saturday night, and it was crazy busy, but we still received professional and expedient service.
Honestly amazing. Came here twice on our trip- once for some Highdrate, Green Crack & Wedding Cake and another time for some Swift mints. Honestly incredible experience- wide selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, streamlined and convenient check out process, and great products. 100% would (and hope to) return.
Honestly this high rating review is solely for the door guys here. They are super nice and always recognize my boyfriends wrestling pins on his jacket. We love talking wresting with people and it brightens our day when we meet other wrestling buddies. I've come in on days that have been rough (chronic pain management sucks ya'll!) and they are always especially kind without drawing attention. I work in a hotel as a concierge and always send guests their way because I know that they get a warm welcome from their door team. The selection is similar if not the same as other Have a Heart locations. I find it is usually very busy when I go in so I always suggest if you are in a hurry to order online and just skip to the pick up line if you know what you want/can decide using an online menu. If you have questions though or need help there is usually someone wandering the display cases to assist. They've given me some high quality recommendations for edibles.
Awesome place! This is my goto for recreational marijuana in Seattle. Safe, clean and efficient.
Everything you could want from a dispensary. Great customer service answered every question that this first timer had. Prices weren't too bad for the product received. Definitely a Seattle must if you are into the products that they offer there. Can't wait to visit again.
CAUTION!!This store SCANS your drivers license. I asked the doorman why they scanned my license and he said "For our database."There is no legal reason for them to do that.
This place is Awesome! I'm from Texas and it's nice to be able to view places like this. The staff was very helpful and it's was nice seeing all the options. Make sure you bring cash but there is an ATM on site. You need to be 21 in order to purchase. They have a lot of nice edible selection.
(Note: I only shopped for edibles) The place was packed at 1pm in this beautiful sunny Seattle afternoon. 2 friendly assistants on the floor gave me tips and one (should have gotten her name) showed me how to skip the long regular line and do an online order so I could go to the very short online pickup line. Tip: use the monitors to place your order don't wait!!! You'll get a text eventually when your order is ready.
This is the third dispensary that I've been to in my time at Seattle. Overall the place has a fantastic selection. Tons of different kinds of items for every customer. We visited on Friday morning around 10-11am. We immediately got in line as we had questions. The closer we got in line we realized we needed a ticket of some sort. No where in the store was this marked until you get in line. We looked around and there was one budtender working the floor passing out tickets. Obviously this was not ideal as the shop was busy on a Friday. Definitely needed more staff to handle the customer volume. I would like to highlight an incident that occurred during my time here. A patient arrived to the store and got in line, unfortunately he immediately started having a seizure. Luckily my partner and I were able to assist his partner in getting him turned on his side. The staff at this location immediately also jumped into action. This was overall in the end a positive experience. At any rate I did some research on my phone and decided what I wanted. We ordered two single gummies and a pre-roll. I placed an online order from inside the store as it was impossible to get a ticket. I received a text and replied yes and received an order confirmation and was told I would get another when the order was ready. We decided to walk around the neighborhood and grab a beverage after the event that occurred prior. We waited for approximately 40 minutes and still hadn't received a text back. We decided to stop in and check on the order only to find out that it was partially filled. They were out of one of the items, but that was not an issue. The bigger issue was had we not checked in would we have gotten a text that our order was ready? Overall I did not appreciate the customer experience in the lack of staff working the floor and the online ordering experience. The product was good and the counter staff were very friendly. You're probably better off going to a different dispensary if you're staying in Belltown.
I'm sure this place gets five stars from tourists who visit it, but being a local it's....Meh. It's one of maybe two weed shops anywhere near the middle of downtown/hotels (Herban Legends is a couple blocks away). So, it's downright busy, with tourists and, often, people without adequate access to hygiene. It sometimes has lines out the door and staffing is uneven, especially during shift change. I will say that the budtenders generally seem on-the-ball. But if you're local and have a choice, I'd head south to SODO or the other obvious places.
As a California medical patient I was pleased by the quality, selection, and customer service of this location. All their availabilities are under glass for up close inspection, I don't know if their flowers are available for the sniff test. The staff were helpful and quickly responded to my questions. Selection is done before queuing for a cashier with the help of an associate writing up you're order. Check Leafly for a current list of their offerings.
Two high-quality cone joints for like 20 bucks? Shit, it was good, high quality, high-THC stuff, too. First time ever in a west coast dispensary and it was a good one. Get one of these and go to Kerry Park, then walk around that neighborhood for a while, with no fear of getting pulled over by the laws. Good times.
The pro's: Love the staff! The cartridges are the best price I can find. Around $30 a gram and 90% THC. I've accrued a chunk of points, which allow me a decent discount (when they have what we want). Location is easy to access. Did I mention the staff? You guys rock!! Ok, the terrible, Cons: The selection of flower has been terrible for months and MONTHS, and its not just because "it's harvest" nope not buying it anymore, everyone else has good bud! You changed your online ordering! We can no longer just check really quick to see what u guys have in stock as your site simply won't load for us. What happened to the selection of Snicklefritz 4 for $20? Desperately seeking-
Neat place. Fully stocked and professional service. Staff is polite, professional and completely knowledgeable of their products. Great work team on truly making the experience a great one and doing your thing.
Inferior product, over priced and the Asian door guy is a dick head. Won't be returning to this place.
If this place was near where I lived in the bay area then I would probably be spending all my paychecks here. This place is so clean upon walking in and everyone is very friendly. Lots of options to choose from whether you're looking for flowers, vapes, edibles, wax, and just what ever you need I'm sure they have! I love how they open and close late and their décor is AWESOME!
Great selection on flowers & edibles & everything in between. The location's convenient walking distance from downtown. I'd recommend filling your order out online & picking up, since sometimes there's heavy foot traffic & always online deals. Friendly staff, well-stocked dispensary. Check 'em out!
Loved this place. Wish we lived locally so we could come here all of the time. Knowledgeable and chill environment.
So we all know what this store is about. The prices are fair and there are a ton of reps walking around to give advice and products. I in particular love the integration of technology to speed up the line. You can order through your phone or at a computer on the wall to have your order ready. There are plenty of gluten free options for edibles, with various ratios of cbd to thc.
I placed an online order yesterday. I received a txt message stating my order had been received. Then I received a txt message saying that my order had been filled and was ready for pickup. I went to pick up my order. It was not there. I asked how something like this could occur. The bud tender Jesse said he did not know. They're perpetrating a fraud by claiming to offer services they can't provide. If you'd like to waste your time, utilize their online ordering service. I walked away. At this point the gentleman at the counter said he was sorry.
I only came here because the dude at the Fremont location said it was super cool with the largest joint in the world and a weed chandelier. Well technically, both those things are true. It was a light up sculpture of a joint on the wall, and a chandelier of clear plastic bulbs with weed inside at the entrance. Not quite as grand as I imagined, but then again I was sober. Relatively anyway.
Stoped by and was helped by Zion who was amazing. The man checking my ID at the door was amazing. I go to check out and the man helping me was amazing but unfortunately I needed to hit the ATM (cash only) so he put my products behind the counter and got offline and then waited 15 mins back on it (I asked and the clerk said to please wait from the back, which is fine, I understand that someone may see and think I'm cutting the line, no big deal.) When I returned I made the mistake of going to a new sales clerk, David G (French last name, can't recall because I was distracted by his lack of home training.) rude! And for what reason? It's cannabis! I told him, "Hey! Good afternoon, I was just online but I had to get off line to get cash but my order was packed up by ~points at original clerk~". David G asks my name and I tell him what it is. He makes an ugly face and says "what?" And I tell him that OG clerk never took my name, he instead, put my products under his register. David G is suddenly distraught and confused and goes to a shelf where orders are sent in (not my products because I didn't order ahead, I was in the shop). Whatever, not a big deal, he'll figure it out. David G can't find it and asks the OG clerk who says "it's here" and David G says "that was confusing for no reason" okay? It was like a 2 minute delay and it was clearly explained, by everyone. It seems like OG clerk was supposed to put it on the shelf but didn't and it annoyed David G. I agree that it was confusing, so relax and maybe we can all communicate more effectively. As Im being rung up I say that I have a points account and that OG clerk and I redeemed a 30% coupon before I went to get cash. David G ask says I won't get the discount unless I have an account online. Okay? Cool? OG clerk never mentioned that but whatever, let's make an account. David G is visibly annoyed at taking down my phone number, birthday and name. He continues to explain/complain that I can't get a discount unless I register in their database but? Was he not registering me? Was there something to do on my end? I ask and he huffs, smiles and says '"no". Also I don't care about your complaints, just do it so we can both go. I am the type of customer who wants to be in and out but sometimes things take time and that's okay, I'm patient, what I don't want to hear is complaining. This is break room chatter and it's none of my business. He rings me up and the price is much higher than OG clerk had said so I asked if the 30% had been applied. David G decides to passive aggressively list all the prices of every product. I asked "was 30% applied?" Not "please read the catalog for me and explain in passive aggressive detail whilst holding up each product to my face, how much everything costs including the fulll product and vendor name." Again, WHATEVER. Who cares. People have bad days, we've all been there so I assumed this was David G's bad day. I get my stuff and say "thanks, have a good one" and as Im walking out, David G loudly says "ughh customer service" to a male with long blonde skater hair who is minding his business, ringing up a customer. Blonde guy dismissively says "yeah" so he's cool too cus honestly, everyone is having a chill time except for David G.Normally I would not have said anything but since David G is so confident in his cUsToMeR sErViCe (lack of) sKiLl I felt this had to be said. I've worked at high volume customer service jobs in the heart of NYC for 10 years so BELIEVE ME, I understand, but the passive aggressiveness and the combative nature of David G was honestly uncalled for and disturbing. I write this because it helps to have an external perspective and if David G truly believes his customer service skills are up to par then he is highly confused. Please take a note from Zion, blonde guy and OG clerk (y'all with a dark beard and also looked like the guy who checks ID). Everyone was working, shopping and being wholesome and in comes David G.David G, do you have an employee discount? Because you may want to use it. When I'm stressed and don't want to work with customers, I call out, or apply for other jobs where I can be alone and no one has to be bothered by how rude I am. Breathing exercises help too. Such a cool shop but David G definitely brought it down. Ask the GM if there is busy work you can do in the back. Stock, organizing, sweeping, maybe taking inventory? All would put your skills to use and prevent customer disputes.Overall, I recommend.
Great selection and nice staff! Some of my favorite brands are supplied here. Got to stop by here definitely better than the other shop down street with the crazy owner
Second time I've come here when it was slow (8 a.m. on Sunday morning). I had to wait for a very long time to get service, and there was the same number of people (4) on both sides of the counter. The staff looking for my item took a long time to get me a soda I have bought here before, then made me get out of line to get another item (which would mean I'd have to wait in line again). When I went to complain to the order taker, she just said "sorry". Last time I was here, I tried using online ordering, and it was several times slower than the long line next to it. The guy behind the counter said "Oh, you can just get into the other line if this one's too slow". Ugh. I walked out and even though I used to be a loyal customer, will not be back.
Such great employees! They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice.I love the selection and the location is great too as it's just a walk from where I stayed. This ended up being my favorite dispensary as I went there many times during my stay.Their edibles selection will blow your mind!
From California and this was a very enjoyable experience. Great bud tenders and very informational about smoking laws.
Love this dispo everyone's awesome amazing and so helpful and kind thank you guys
This will always be my favorite spot for quality product and superior variety. But tenders are awesome and super motivated to get you the best. I always ask for their recommendation because they truly give you the best advice, for the most part. Some aren't as knowledgeable and that's okay, some are aficionados. So it just depends, but overall you will not be disappointed. You also can be added to their frequent buyers list and you actually get discounts! Who doesn't want a gift every now and then?! Also to note, you can preorder and walk up and pick it up. Be aware this place can get busy at any moment. Side note, usually the bouncers at the door are super chill and friendly but on my last trip the white dude at the door was a complete asshole. Not sure what was up with that but it left a bad taste in mouth. But I will give 5 stars for all the wonderful experiences I've had here.
I'm from california and the last time i visited seattle was when they first legalized recreational marijuana and the selection wasn't so good, but at Have a Heart, they have all the potent and dank flavors. They even have the new exclusive flavors that are well-known even in california like cookies and wide variety of og flavors. Probably one of the nicest marijuana dispensary I have been to
This store was amazing but I don't have anything else to compare it too since where I live smoking weed is still illegal and I have never been to another store that offers this type of product before. If you love weed and you are in Seattle this is definitely a place to check out. As soon as you walk up to the door they have "bouncers" or security I guess you would consider checking ID to make sure everyone is over 21.After that you look to the right and there's a whole wall of all different strands of bud, oils, edibles, drinks. They're people on the floor to help you with any questions about what you are looking for and then they hand you a ticket to bring to the check out line where somebody brings you your order. It's a cash only store but they have ATMs.Very cool experience and very interesting to see so many people of different ages and ethnicities doing something that's considered taboo still or illegal in other states.
If a can give no stars I would !!! First of all we stood in line for a over a half an hour !! While there was plenty of staff on hand and had two registers open, one of the clerks which was the manager was telling the staff to do other things rather than open another register to help out ,while she ignored the fact the the line was growing !I'm not going back and I live near Seattle.
Every budtender here is wonderful, but Dustin is the man! Thanks for always providing a great experience.
If you order any top shelf/limited edition items online, don't expect for them to have it by the time you arrive. For the second time in a row (local), my online order "sold out" even after having already received confirmation to come pick it up and store inventory said there were still some in stock. Luckily, the budtender I had today did a little extra digging and found one for my order. I finally addressed this with an employee and they explained to me that the employees like to put quality stuff aside for themselves to buy later. I get that we all wanna get high and smoke good shit, but customers should come first- especially when I come to pick my order up right after I get the message that it's ready. They don't even let the day go by before assuming customers aren't coming to pick up their order :-/ Employees know when the shop receives limited edition stuff, so maybe buy it as soon as it hits inventory instead of taking away from customers who have ordered?? Hella annoying. Do better.
Honestly, this was not the best experience. I am a medical patient from New York and flew in last night. This dispensary is close to our hotel so we checked it out. After 15 minutes of not being helped, my friend and I left and took our money elsewhere. There are also tons of homeless people that hang outside and haggle you.
A great, easy spot to go to in the heart of Seattle. Everyone was incredibly helpful and answered any questions you had. A wide selection and reasonable prices. For someone from out of town not familiar with dispensaries, I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my experience.
This is my favorite chain of cannabis shops. The staff are amazing!! I've found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Dale made me feel like a rockstar! I would love it if they had more CBD options. My only complaint.
Have a Heart - belltown is ALWAYS filled with the most helpful and friendliest employees. I have to give a shout out to my main man Dustin, who seriously delivers the highest level of customer service, A+++. Always personable, genuine, and THE most helpful. Making it right for the customer is how he plays the game, and I couldn't be more appreciative.
the reviews speak for itself. this place was the best dispensory ive been to. talk about choices and prices. great deals and prices. only thing i hate is the line. i came here a few times at different times of the day, and theres always a long line. hopefully they can work that out or have a better way to work that.
Have a Heart has great hours, an online ordering option that doesn't violate your privacy for quick pick up orders, a customer loyalty system that saves you money each visit, and really nice employees.Selection is HUGE. It is easily the best chain of its type in Seattle. 8 AM to 11:30 or midnight (can't remember).I like to go early morning when no one is there.
Went in and was immediately met by Chris with a smile. Looked like he was in his mid day stretch haha he had no problems stopping and jumping to action to help me out. He Gave some great recommendations and put it all in layman's for me to better understand. I'm from CA but if I'm ever in Seattle again I'll definitely go out of my way to go back to this shop. "Having the COOKIES shop next door is pretty cool too"
If you want to go to a super pretentious shop, with super unhelpful staff and spend over an hour waiting- then this is is the place for u. The guy on the floor in his striped red knit hat was super unhelpful and was being a dick. Could not tell us the difference between dif product. He just kept saying "depends on personal preference" but obviously we were there to try something new and wanted to know more information, hard to say what your personal preference is when u do not have the product knowledge. Don't really know what the purpose of a bud-tender is if all they are there for is to take order and not help navigate the store products. It was def a busy day so that might be why he seemed stand offish but everyone working there was miserable - not to mention long wait to have order taken, about 45 min wait to check out. Won't be going back again.
Great location. Friendly service by knowledgeable staff. I needed help deciding and they gave good input. The Gold line wax was a good choice for me. I can't say how they compare to other dispensaries, however.
Dale Barnes! Dale Barnes! Dale Barnes! Remember that name! This guy was absolutely amazing!! This was my very first time here and he DEFINITELY made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would come back again and again as long as that guy is working there. Talk about taking customer service to the next level!
It's been quite a while since I've smoked nor ingested THC since it's not legal here in Texas. After dinner when we were in town, my friend and I decided that we would check it out. The staff was great and helpful in recommending different products. I got me a peach gummy and she got herself a liquid shot since we didn't want to smoke it. This is my first time in a marijuana dispensary and they made it easy to buy. It is also a fun place to check out even if you aren't in the market to buy. Friendly and not pusher staff. Plus the giant joint is a fun photo op!
Had a great experience when I was in Seattle on a business trip the beginning of February 2019. Huge selection of cannabis to choose from. Enjoyed my smoke.
Love the supply but continue to be disappointed with the awful level of simple friendliness and service. Today was the final visit for me
They were super friendly. I've only done brownies & fudge one time each for edibles so wasn't sure Best edible to get. They explained which ones would have slower or quicker effect. Very helpful & even gave us the neighborhood discount!
Online posted time says open til midnight. Was refused service at 11:46 on a Saturday night. Claims to be the shop open the latest but will refuse service before posted closing times.
Awesome place! Very helpful and knowledgeable tenders. I just told them what I liked and they served me up a great selection. You can feel good walking in and not feel by dumb.HIGHly Recommend!
If I could give no stars, I would. First time at this dispensary and the guy that helped us (Emmanuel G) was a total jerk. When asked about a suggestion for either sativa or hybrid, his answer was "well which one you want cuz it's one or the other". No shit Sherlock. We say hybrid. Then he asked what kind of hybrid. Well isn't that what we were asking suggestions for? Super condescending, asking if we could spend at least $20. Like seriously? Then instead of giving us options, he just entered an order for us. Didn't explain or give details or any other suggestions. Not a fan of steam roll salesmen. If your gonna work with customers, it might be important to be nice to them. Never coming back. Ever.
My go to dispensary in Seattle. Have had great service every time. Their recommendations have always been great. Can get suuuuper busy, so if you don't want to have to wait in a line I definitely recommend ordering online. They have a good selection of different things to try.
This spot is always packed and it takes forever to get in and out. They have a huge selection but everything seems to be old and dry. The lines are really slow. I recommend herban legends around the corner. Smaller selection but better quality
I am so tired of ordering online, being first or 2nd in line and watching more than 6 walk-in line people get helped. This location has the absolute worst sense of urgency and it never takes me less than 15 minutes to get in and out of this store even when I pre order and am the first in line. If there was even a single other dispensary in the area I would never go here again. The cashier's are friendly, but that doesn't make up for how infuriating this place is to even walk into. Prioritize your priority line or stop spending Over 20 minutes with each guest.
Have a cough should be the name. The toughest stuff I've ever gotten. Same strains other places no probs
I see why they are rated the top best! This place is awesome and Dustin was superb! He told me about everything and answered all the questions I could ask. Will definitely be coming back!
Kind of confusing how you order and get in line. Really cool decor I guess. Only one bud tender taking orders for people who didn't order online which is everyone come on we're all stoners.......then the one guy who was on floor taking walk in orders was skipping all the guys to flirt with the ladies wanting chocolate.....first dispensary I went to in Seattle yeah I'll stick with Oregon dispensaries
The customer service is HORRIBLE. Since the moment I walked in, I was never acknowledged although others that came after me were asked if they needed assistance. Finally after me having to ask someone for help, they called a guy named Jose to help me (who was just standing there not doing anything and he saw me from the beginning). He gave me a single recommendation and just stood there. I had to ask if that was all he could say to me and finally he decided to show me the most expensive items they had. The whole conversation was just distasteful and condescending (before even listening to what I had to say he just told me i had no idea what a hybrid was). I immediately left. There are so many other places in Seattle with way better customer service.
I got a faulty vape pen cartridge from here. I didn't think that something I buy like this would be faulty, so I threw away the packaging. Called them and there's nothing they can do, but the manager offered 25% off my next purchase (which is only good for until the manager leaves the store)... What a f*cking joke. As if I'm going back to them in the first place. He also said that I "of course should always keep the receipt and packaging for these items since they don't always work", excuse my paraphrasing. If that's the case, then shouldn't your employee inform me of the possibility when buying this? At least I would have known to watch out for faulty vape pen cartridges. Now I'm out $50 on a brand new vape pen cartridge. What a waste Lesson learned: don't come here. If you do, keep your item's packaging because you might get a faulty item . Alternatively, go to Ponder in cap hill. I got a good Optimum vape pen cartridge from them and their service was awesome.
Super organized, super busy. Place was packed on Friday night. Helpful budologist. Lots of choices for every type your looking for.
Some manager here smoked the logic right out of their brain. In what world is five lines faster than one?Maybe they figure you'll buy more weed if you're consistently irritated by your experience?
They don't have control of this establishment. I was in line last night and there was a man yelling obscenities at another man in line. The staff did NOTHING. I approached the staff as I was offended and they sill did NOTHING. There's a place called Herban Legends a few blocks from here that is by far a better establishment. They will be getting my business and money from now on. I will not be returning to Have a Heart.
First time visiting this store. Great selection, easy in and out transaction. The employee's are very helpful and have great recommendations. I would totally come back
Yum, yum, yum! (apparently they want me to say more... You're not the boss fme yelp!)
I don't know why all the bad reviews for this spot. The doorman when I went was really sweet, and there was lots of friendly staff to help me figure out what I wanted from their huge product selection.
As a first-time dispensary customer I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival at the store I was greeted by a friendly tender. Feeling somewhat foolish with the questions I had on my mind I played Koyie and felt out the situation. Needless to say the gentleman that helped meMust've sensed my inexperience in the situation. He help me select exactly what I needed for my ailing injuries. If you've never been to a dispensary before this is definitely the one for you.
Easy to get what you want in really short time, many variety of products, and they have moon rock A place to checkout if it's ur first time or tr
Anyone that has been to this location knows that there are bunch of crackheads that hang out about 50ft from this location on the narrow sidewalk. We went there today and had a knife pulled on us from one of the crackheads in the group. We were attempting to pass through these people blocking the pathway of the sidewalk and this upset them. I feel like the staff should be taking precautions to ensure there's a safe and clear walkway to the shop, which they don't. I'm not trying to get killed while buying weed and there are lots of other stores in Seattle to choose from. There's a good one on Cap Hill right across the way from Dino's Tomato Pie.
Wow! Came here after an early Sunday around the fish market on my way to the MoPop. Friendly staff greet you outside. Extremely patient and knowledgeable bud tenders, amazing selection of anything you need with a good range of prices. Thanks Have a Heart. You're the best!
Had a great experience my first time in a dispensary while visiting Seattle. Staff was very informative and patient in asking all of my questions. They have a huge selection to choose from: buds to edibles and they clearly mark and let you know the recommended dosage so you don't get too crazy. You can even order online and pay in the store as it is only cash. If you order online or on the kiosk in the store you don't have to wait in the long line. You must bring your drivers license or ID to get in. One more side note... the ability to be able to walk into a safe environment and purchase quality products at a relatively reasonable price (in comparison to off of the street) was an amazing and surprisingly very comfortable experience. You basically can walk in, get what you want and walk out bag in hand and go an enjoy your day. I would highly recommend getting what you need and go back to your hotel to have your experience if this is your first time so you can actually enjoy it and be safe. And ask a lot of questions about what you can expect with each product before doing it. Huge assortment of edibles.
I get my CBD pills from this place. The bud tenders are very informed with all the products. They have a reward program I wish I would of known about sooner. I also get the night time tincture and it actually works. They usually have a long line. So be prepared to stand inline. You can also order online and pick up, which is way faster. They have soooo many options at this place. It's super big and very clean. They have a great location down town Seattle. They have on the back wall all the selections of what they sell ! They also have someone that will explain things to you about the product. I don't smoke weed I manly use it for bed time and my back pain and it is quality. They also have topical ointment to put on your back ! There is only street parking. I had to drive around a couple times. The parking lot next to it you have to pay to park in it... almost got a ticket ! I suggest this place because they are so knowledgeable, friendly, and great products. It's also super clean ! They only accept cash
Cool spot to get in and out with no headache. Best selection I have ever seen in my life. Good prices. Unlike Cali, (even though legal, you still feel at times that you are doing some seedy shit with the armed guards and high security) this spot is very hospitable. A must stop if I'm the area.
It was going all good. They have great products and the vibe was cool. The only bad thing about it was the cashier named Luis. This guy was just plain rude and no customer service. I would go back only if this guy doesn't check me out. They should make him take a customer service class or something.
It takes 30 to get weed every fucking time!!!!! All these idiots who are moving to Seattle need to knock it off. This store is always filled with tourists and Californians that just moved here.
Even though there were a lot of clientele in the store I was helped very quickly and made it thru the line and made my purchase very quickly. The employee informed me of some festivals happening over the weekend and was extremely friendly. I would go back here.
Worst customer service I have ever seen at a dispensary. Asked for sativa and the guy sold me indica. One of the preroll containers was faulty and wouldn't open and the manager refused to help me out in any way after THEY sold ME a faulty product. My recommendation - If you want to get weed go somewhere else.
I love this place especially when the door man brandon working he makes my way into have a heart in bell town. Always smiles and helpful! Thanks Brandon you rock!
I placed an order online I got an email back confirming my order was ready I came all the way downtown from East Capitol Hill only to find out they did not have my product?! why would they have sent me a confirmation email if they didn't have the product and then when I expressed my disappointment to the budtender my response was sorry about your luck Move Along please basically Beat It I was so upset not only did I come all the way out there to not get what I had requested and was told was ready I was treated like crap too I don't know about y'all but my time is valuable and then to find out my time was wasted and nobody was in the slightest bit concerned or remorseful about it I mean aren't your inventory and your computer system in sync with each other? How could this happen and why isn't there a policy in place to deal with this when it does I've never been more disappointed from a cannabis store
Love this place. Budtenders know what they are talking about and always quality product
LOVE this shop! They have everything , great friendly and helpful staff and a cool atmosphere ! The only downside is trying to find parking :) but worth it !
Very friendly staff, willing to talk you through things and why they're good. Good location, just off 2nd Avenue.
I visited here in October 2017 from California & I must say the experience was dope af. The budtenders were super helpful and patient. I'm sad I didn't take a picture with the huge joint. I still have the photos of the flowers I got from here and man they were the BEST IVE EVER HAD! Strawberry Mango Haze from Liberty Reach, Sweet Retreat from Lbs & Ozs, and Pink Pomelo from Royal Tree Gardens. All 3 we're PERFECT & definitely are better than the flowers out here in Cali. The consideration of moving is strong, as these helped with my back pains and insomnia. Thank you for the good vibes & medication! I will be back very soon.
I've read the reviews here and I have to wonder what some of the rude comments were about! I got nothing but excellent help, advice and good products on my recent trip!!! The Chocolate Truffles (Milk Choc/Indica) are so good! No weed smell, taste, or feel... because there's not much worse then chewing on stinky grass!! The effect hits about 30 minutes later, like a slow bloom! I have Migraines so I needed mellow and I got it!!! I can't wait to try the tincture!!! I have to admit that walking into a weed store and buying freely was rather surreal! I would go here again...no I will visit Seattle and I will return here!!
I'm from California so when I came to this place it was definitely a trip. Everybody is super friendly a little bit different than California lol. Anyway when you walk in everything is in glass there are no jars to open up and smell, everything comes in sealed plastic bags which is kind of neat and you go up to the front and there is a iPad you can choose things from and look around. The prices are pretty fair and similar to California pricing. very good selection would definitely recommend anybody to come here..
Great selection and staff! Dustin is one of my favorite budtenders!
Came to Seattle for a visit from California, and was extremely impressed by the whole store. The aesthetics are amazing and their employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I loved the layout of all their items and the cost was very affordable! It was a great experience for a first timer like me.
Great establishment. Well laid out, well throughout and well staffed. Knowledgeable and friendly. Despite being packed in and out with inform d purchases. A great example of how to do it. Keep up the great work.
5/29/2018 Things have changed in the last month. They have fixed their customer service problems!Have A Heart in Belltown has added more Budtenders and the Budtenders do not leave the sales floor to fill your order anymore. This way they can stay on the floor and help more customers. But the best way to order is on line and your order will be waiting for you when you get there. This is my go too place now!Love the large selection too!
Seeing some hate in these reviews. Well, I've always had a great time in this establishment. Their employees always strike me as very professional and on point. Can't win em' all.
Great selection and prices. They clearly have signs that say "cash only" and an ATM on site. The cashier was informative and genuine which made for a great visit.
Should be named "Had a Heart". They are starting to operate like a monopoly. YMMV but here's my experience with Justin. I made an online order and got the confirmation. Went in to pick it up a couple days after, and after waiting _10 minutes_ in line I was told they don't hold orders overnight (surprise). Okay no problem I'll just make a new one on the spot, right? Wrong. He told me to get back to the end of the line and waste another 10 minutes. When I tried to reason with them and explain that it really doesn't make any sense, Justin went full on bully-mode, treated me like some junkie who depends on him for his fix and threatened to call security. Thanks but not thanks, I'll keep looking for a place that actually treats its customers properly.
These guys provided some of the best service and options out of any dispensary I've visited .. both medical and recreational. The stand-out part of the experience is their system, as most dispensaries have their product behind the counter and force you to quickly review the menu and make a decision, as there is usually a line behind you.. but not here! At Have A Heart, all the product is in cases in sections in the large room and you can easily browse without pressure. The floor staff answers any questions, and then you go to the line when you're ready to order and "check out." The only thing that could improve their system is a numbering system, as many less familiar customers struggled to remember names and what they wanted by the time they checked out.. but I feel like "K 36" could be easier to remember or some other type of coding system. Overall, super friendly and knowledgeable, great service and great prices. I'll be back next time I'm in Seattle for sure!
I don't think I've ever met a more kind-hearted group of people. Luis, Mike, BJ, and Ed, your hearts are in the right place. I hope to meet more people like all four of you in my time on this earth. Thank you for the amazing service and the generosity shown in your store.
So dope. Can't wait 'til this sort of legislation makes its way back East. Amazing selection, helpful & informed staff, and really beautiful store. 5 stars for variety and charm.
Good selection, friendly staff, worst line. It can take 45 min to get out which is a total bummer sometimes.
I can count the number of times I've smoked weed on one hand but I've seen it be a lifesaver for friends and family members suffering from debilitating pain due to cancer and other illnesses. My company seems to have no interest in drug testing and I was in dire need of relaxation so I thought, what the heck, I'll stop in. First, I should say I was, for some reason, very nervous about stopping in. Its gonna take awhile before you stop feeling like you're sneaking around and doing something illegal, I guess. I don't know why I pictured the typical customer to be Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemont High (this reference shows my age!) but nothing could be further from the truth. There were a few obvious tourists but for the most part the clientele were my about my age and looked like your average Nordstrom's shopper. That part was a bit surreal...The shop itself is very nice, with all the products displayed in cases that made it very easy to browse. The staff was great and educational, answering all of my rookie questions patiently. In the end I left with a few different types of edibles. (All delicious, btw.)This place is cash only, which might be pretty obvious to most but I somehow didn't think of that. (Although the thought of buying weed with my credit card does make me smile.) They have a cash machine, though, so no worries. In the end, I still probably won't get high except for rare occasions but if you want to just know you will feel very comfortable there. If I do partake again this will be my shop.
I'm not from Seattle and this was the 2nd of two dispensaries I went to. Maybe it was too crowded or we just were to new to the whole concept.....but I felt kind of expected to know what I wanted quickly. No bother tho because I didn't really care what I ended up with anyways! Just there to try something. Overall the shop was beautiful and I wish I read the info they had on the wall!
I love this place, but one frustration is that it can take 2-3 times as long to get a pre-order as it does to wait in the normal line. What's the point of pre-ordering if it takes longer??
First time in and I had a great experience. I was feeling the vibes and even thought they were really busy at the time I was well taken care of and I will definitely be back!
When we visited the city, this was our go to place for sampling legal marijuana. The lines were long, but the selection and prices were fantastic. Knowledgeable staff who was very helpful and walked the newbies through the process.
Very convienient location! Have a heart has an excellent selection of herb and herb products. The employees are friendly and helpful. Don't forget to sign up at the desk for the freauent buyer program, it is so worth it!
simply the best dispensary I have ever been in the world maybe... crew is very kind and helpful. good prices, great stuff, amazing deco :)
Great selection and friendly budtenders but the cashiers will swap stuff out for whatever without telling you. First they upsell you by accident and then give you something other than what you specifically asked for.
Professional, friendly, immaculate, large variety of products. Can't wait until dispensaries in California reach this level of proficiency! Extremely helpful staff!
1st putting my defective vaping pen that I bought from another HaH location in some reading device and telling me a number doesn't change the fact that MY PEN DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE AND IS DEFECTIVE. 2ndly, not listening to a customer telling you the same thing over and over isn't good customer service. And last but not least why would you waste my time testing my pen asking me about the settings and so on if you were just going to tell me "you have to take it back to the same HaH location you bought it from for the supposed warranty to be honored." That doesn't make any sense furthermore why would I drive all the way over there for a pen that I bought for 8 bucks?? Really? How about listening from the get go when I explained the whole situation where I cleared stated "I purchased this pen from the skyway location" and not wasting a bunch of my time. A simple "sorry you have to go back to the same location" would of done just fine. Don't try to sell me another pen multiple times. And don't plug my pen into some tester which I don't need I know my damn pen doesn't work just to tell me here's nothing you can do anyways. I will avoid this location from now on.
Love these guys and gals. Always amazing service and staff. Ask for their recommendations! They will give you the best bang for your buck! They did an amazing job decorating the interior! Can't wait to come back!
Amazing flowers and a huge menu to choose from! A hidden gem for sure! I highly recommend this spot!!
Unless you know exactly what you want, I'd choose the place in Capitol Hill area. Have a heart is a herd of cattle just pushing through. The folks behind the counter were nicer than those that are roaming around the store. It's very busy and the spot on Capitol Hill helped us out so much more than this place. It appears they have a lot of stuff available but I felt rushed and like I was in a hurry.
I love this dispensary! This was my first experience with Washington dispensaries, and this store was a perfect start. Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. Their selection is insanely good. Everything is organized by type (edibles, oils, flower [sativa, hybrids, indica]), and there were signs explaining the different types to newbies. The price was right. The edibles were delicious, and the flower was delicious. I highly suggest Fruity Pebbles. Very yummy strain that gave me some great energy.
Visited from Az. Came to this place because it was near the Westin I was staying at in downtown. Bought some herb and a oil extract pen. Lady told me to make sure I keep my receipt because the oil extract pens go bad and stop working a lot. After returning to the hotel, I decided to give the pen a try. Dragged it about 3 times and it immediately stopped working. So I tried the bud. It was extremely dry. I went back the next day with my receipt to return the cartridge. And the dude up front asked if I had the packaging as well. I let him know the lady yesterday had told me all I need was the receipt. He basically said too bad and I can discount whatever you buy next. I left right away. Don't recommend this place. Buds dry. And people don't know the meaning of treating the customer the right way.
We just touched down in Seattle this afternoon and our hotel was right next to this place. Awesome store, great selection and even better there's a cookies store right next door!
So I was just in the store less than two hours ago, waiting in the online ordering line when a woman tried to cut in front of me in line. I asked her to move to the back of the line and I turned back around. I could feel her bag touch my leg so I turned around and she was way too close to me so I asked her to back up a little bit and she just stared at me so I turned back around to mind my business. And she starts calling me gay and saying I must be gay and starts yelling at me in my ear calling me gay and I'm just standing there and this nice guy in front of me was brave enough to speak up for me and told her she was disrespectful and she starts screaming at him and security kicked him out and let her stay. I left without spending a dime and feeling attacked and harassed and the security let it happen. Even hugged the woman. By security I mean the tall, wide set, dread locked, bearded security guard who's usually out front. Staff and buyers all saw and heard enough to know the situation wasn't handled properly. I'm ashamed homophobia couldn't be intervened by the security with true justice. All I wanted to do was buy some weed and go home and relax. Instead I stand in line get harassed and screamed at in my ear then drive home in a panic attack without weed. This place ruined my day.
Rude customer service all around from the security guards to the "budtenders". Asked for two different strains even by the brand name and the guy still pulled out the wrong ones. Then proceeds to try to up sell me after multiple times of saying no. Will not be coming back and would never recommend this place.
Huge selection of goods, extremely friendly customer service, and great prices...there's nothing to dislike about this place, I highly recommend it
Great place! Huge selection. Great prices! As a tourist I bought pre-rolls. Excellent product. Also excellent staff.
This used to be my go to store. They recently changed their rewards program to discriminate against people who are not wealthy. At least uncle Ike's is not too far away.
Lots of selection, good location, decent prices. You can't go wrong as a business selling weed.
Don't bother with this place. I used to love it but have had it ruined due to shitty budtenders these past few times. Had horrible customer service and those that would rather make a few bucks off you.
Mixed feelings, depends who the clerk is. Pretty cool layout though. Cash only is greedy
Fire herbs here. Alittle bit busy for my liking here but it's because it's right downtown. They get a lot of tourists, even know they are super busy the budtwnders still spend quality time with you finding what you like. And they deff know what they are talking about, knowledgeable.
Man I really hate to give these guys a 1star review... but one guy spoils it for the rest. Literally have spent multiple of thousands of dollars at this shop, it's always my go to place, awesome selection decent value and the online ordering is perfect if you're on a time crunch.I came in today after I made an online order, stood in line like everyone else and when it get to my turn I like to be ready.... ID ready, cash in hand and paying attention to the customer in front of me. Well the young lady in front of me had finished her transaction and walked away from the counter... this is when I got to meet 'Raz' or that's what he said his name was. I walk up to the counter and before saying hello, or hi how are you (like every interaction I've ever had here) the first words out of his mouth were, "I didn't call you up to the counter yet, you need to wait your turn". Not only was he extremely rude but I thought it was a joke because that's how off putting it was to me as a very loyal costumer. I was in no way on the heels of the young lady in front of me by any means, she was almost out of the store when I started walking up to the counter. Needless to say this left a sour taste in my mouth. So I want to give a special shout out to Raz, you single handily made it so I felt obligated to give a 1-star review, on not one, but all platforms that Have a Heart Belltown uses. Don't be put off by this review, this place is awesome and they're 99% of the time customer first and do it with a smile, not the case with Raz, unnecessarily rude.
My friend had taken a trip to Seattle and stopped by here and came back with some goodies to share. The stuff she got was bomb so we took a trip to come here because I had to see for myself. Worth it! So much to choose from and prices were on point. Customer service was amazing too, a homie at checkout hooked it up! Didn't get their name! Check this place out if you want great service, great product and great prices.
Very friendly and knowledgeable.. Cody was the man and even recommend a good sushi place. Thanks guys!
The budtenders were nice and helpful, And I liked that I got a 10% discount for joining their rewards club...
Helpful staff and wide variety of smokables and edibles. Close to a lot, and great location.
As a retired woman who has smoked pot for years, it is so nice to find a store where I feel very comfortable. Generally the staff is very knowledgeable. This has encouraged me to try different strains and get more knowledgeable about what I like and what I don't like. I also like that when someone is a new/newer employee at the store, they're happy to get help from another staff (which educates them, too) if they get questions that are beyond their knowledge base. I live in the neighborhood and appreciate the level of friendliness the staff shows -- from the guy at the door, to the advisors to the cashiers.
Everytime I come in the staff is freindly and helpful no matter how busy it is. An awesome selection of flower
Have a Heart Belltown has intelligently created a consumer-friendly sales environment. By displaying samples of every product they carry in locked, glass cabinets, they've made it easy to comfortably shop in their expansive space while providing well-informed budtenders and managers who actually come out onto the sales floor and ask how they can help.I appreciate the variety of Cannabis products they carry with many CBD products for folks seeking Medical Relief. Last weekend I came in looking for flower to soothe painful menstrual cramps and was helped out immediately by a knowledgeable woman who directed me to a strain that soothed my pain immediately when I smoked it at home. She also introduced me to a new product of female suppositories. I was too timid to try at that time, but am grateful to know for future use!I teach Yoga and one of my students was going through chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer. He and his wife reached out to me for help for him to sleep and relieve intense stomache pain. I sent them in the Have a Heart Belltown and they received compassionate help in selecting product to help ease his pain and relax his anxiety.I appreciate that they hire staff who are clearly advocates of the Marijuana Industry. I appreciate the strong and secure presence of their Door Security staff, especially in the evenings!I am so grateful that Have a Heart is here!
Usually a decent selection here, but the staff there can be rude at times. Most of the time they have been friendly, but often times the people who are helping you find items/write your items down do not seem eager to help and can even be kinda cold. The last time I went the person I spoke with kept giving me the side eye, like I did something wrong by asking her questions, and then after I specifically told her I didn't want a particular kind of edible she ended up writing down that exact one on the paper. I didn't even realize that's what was handed to me at checkout until after I paid and walked out with it (it was same brand and color as the one I had actually wanted). On this same day the person at the counter never asked me if I was a part of the loyalty program (which they had every time before when I had gone with my husband), so I wasn't able to cash in on that. It was a pretty crappy experience all in all and makes me feel like I'd rather not go in there alone again...
I'm seriously here weekly. Great selection, staff is awesome and love to educate. Katie Y is a peach- always super helpful. Seriously, check this shop out.
What I like about this place is how rediculously close to work that they are. This store was a diamond in the rough that I didn't know existed until a buddy of mine and I were looking for a dive bar to drink at. The service here is comparable to other shops/dispensaries that I have been to, Also the prices per joint here are super-nice, given the potency and strain. Also I like how its decorated. Very colorful and pretty. .
MR. Saber my budtender is the real mvp for patiently leading me to my perfect bud experience "himalayan blackberry"
This is my absolute favorite shop in the city right now. Very much dig being able to order online (and you don't have to wait in line to pick up your order either - so great!!) Customer service is awesome, product selection is varied and interesting, location is outstanding and best of all, they treat my puggle pup like a rockstar when I bring her in as well. Absolutely recommend HAH to anyone looking for all the best of everything in one spot!
Great friendly place!!! Professional and accepting. Prime spot for legal Washington bud. Speak to EJ, the man knows his bud!!!
Such a great dispensary experience...customer service was top-notch and the product is insane. Loved the indica. Great selection totally recommend!!!
One of the three shops I checked out in Seattle. Not my favorite but not bad. I loved the atmosphere and the way they had the weed labeled. The indica to stativa spectrum is nice, it gives you a good idea of strains you haven't tried. Being able to see the bud and edibles is nice as well. The line was ridiculously long though.
Clean. Organized, knowledgeable and friendly. I came in like a bright eyed New Yorker and gave them some initial thoughts. The girl at the counter made me feel confident and hooked me up with an assortment of goodies for a great price. I will def be back and suggest stopping here first when arriving in town.
excellent selection here. got carded twice which was annoying - once to get in the door and once to stand in line and purchase. maybe it's a policy but if I get carded to get in the door clearly I'm old enough to purchase.
Perhaps the rudest budtenders in Seattle reside at Have a Heart Belltown (James Morrison). Just picked up an online order, with not so much as a hello, a please, or thank you throughout the transaction. Budtender eye contact? Forget about it! Pretty good selection. Pretty good prices for medical. Abysmal customer service.
EDIT: Don't trust half of these five star reviews. Half a Heart gives customers 25% off for posting positive Yelp Reviews. Trash dispensary. That's all they are. In Seattle there are a few different types of Marijuana Dispensaries that have arisen in a post-medical dispensary world. Among these different types are your corporate, big box, commercial, tourist attraction type dispensaries; Have a Heart, from their Belltown location to their locations on the coast are about as close to the "Walmart of Weed" feeling you get, maybe our friendly Uncle I. down in the Central District is the only better comparison. In any case, Have a Heart is a disingenuously ran dispensary where the budtenders (in my experiences there,) don't know anything about weed or recreational pot in Washington State. Having been a medical patient with an authorization in the past, I know what to expect from recreational stores; being told by a 21 year old who doesn't know the main difference between a Sativa and an Indica that "rec weed will blow any medical pot out of the water in strength and price," is not only laughable but is borderline offensive considering the amount of product not available in Recreational Stores that I was able to get without any issue at Medical Shops. Another complaint I have are the amount of jackasses that park their huge trucks right in front of the shop; several times the people getting out of these cars, parked right in front of the storefront, do not have their IDs checked (I have seen this happen several times,) which is also against the law! I was berated by one of these guys, I was told he was an owner or grower, I was also told by the doorman that he was a VIP client, for standing too closely to his car (which again, was parked right in front of the storefront,) and that I "didn't need to be there." Funny enough, I have epilepsy, so out of anyone, folks like myself with documented disabilities DO NEED TO BE THERE. This stuff is medicine to us. It helps. Having an anxiety attack anytime I go in this place certainly doesn't help, and being publicly ridiculed for having epileptic seizures by a patron who this shop clearly prioritized over me has not only left a bad taste in my mouth but is enough to encourage me to never go back and encourage every single person in this state, whether they are visiting or not, to never patronize this location or any of their locations. There are MUCH better quality of dispensaries with way better prices and much more accommodating staff members that I will continue to patronize over and over again, not in spite of this place, but because there are clearly just so many better options than this amateur, expensive, terrible store.
I've been to a lot of pot shops in the Seattle area but I MUST note My experience here. Very considerate, personable staff, Mike in particular! It was an awesome visit and i will most definitely return.
Love the products and the variety! Great prices, great staff! They used to play trap music at night, which I really loved. Miss the trap music, always more fun to shop when I'm trapping to Desiigner!
Was a friendly & informative experience. With a wide selection of cannabis and a knowledgeable staff.
This is the best place ever hands down. I always receive absolute great customer service from everyone. I live further south but I always come to this location. They have an array of choices that will blow your mind. I'm never disappointed. Thank you Have A Heart! :)
Have a Heart offers a great selection and friendly staff. Really helpful will definitely return next time Im in town. The prices are comparable and its close to pikes market which is a short walk away.
I do like this place BUT...The online order line is the slowest thing you'll ever do. Either you get the girl with the glasses that talks to everyone for 10 minutes or you get people who don't have their online order info ready... And then the bud-tender takes 30 minutes to help them for figure out their problem - STEP ASIDE AND LET US ORGANIZED PEOPLE GO!!!!!!! STAY OUT OF HERE ON THE WEEKENDS
Super fun place with great selection! I loved the posters on the walls the best Decent prices, but as with most downtown dispensaries, make sure to buy lighters elsewhere. $3 each is a bit steep for me, but I get it!
Cool place to go good selection! Good deals and promos throughout the week. I always rack up whenever I'm in town! Parking sucks so it's best to walk or Lyft.
Upbeat budtenders, really cool setup and even better prices. I came in on "Solstice Sunday" which offers 20% off solstice strains. I got two quarters for a pretty good price. Sad this isn't close to home but I'm glad I found a go to spot for when I come back and visit.
This place was close to our air BNB!Open early and closes late, be careful in the area if your going in after dark! Cash only and they are very helpful in making selections!
This place has EVERYTHING! A huge selection of pretty much anything you could want. This might have been the first place I have seen such a wide selection of edibles! I only picked up a few pre-rolls to smoke since I was just visiting town and didn't have anything with me to smoke flower or concentrates, I also was limited on cash since I wasn't expecting to stop at a dispensary (I forgot my vape at home which I was planning to use for the two days I was in town) and I hate the ATM charges to pull out cash. I will however tell anyone going to Seattle to check this place out and I will definitely be back here when I'm in town. The lines were long but went quickly. The guy helping me out was friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel rushed
Went back and they still haven't fixed the ATM issue (only dispenses up to $200 so get charged fees twice if you purchase anything over that amount). But worse, I try to bring it up to the cashiers again and they are just completely useless. First they're defensive and then the lady told me I should go by my bank before coming to the shop instead of just fixing the problem. No ownership or taking responsibility for the issue. The staff just seemed too stoned or dumb to even comprehend doing something about the problem.
Cool shop! Everything was reasonably priced. All of the items are behind glass and you have to go to the counter to ask for the items you like to be taken out... which is a little awkward because if you don't know exactly what you want the process can be a bit much. Our cashier, Zion, made the experience really chill though. He was super helpful and patient as we asked for different items and his opinion on things.
As a budtender visiting from the Portland area, I only needed a small amount for the day. Dealer's choice for a top-shelf indica dominant hybrid, a pipe and a lighter - great flower choice and I received the industry discount. Door guy was awesome too. You have a great thing going on here, along with a great location in downtown. Thank you!
I could see myself going to this spot as a regular if I lived in this neighborhood.Their set up is pretty straightforward and they offer a wide variety of goodies here. What I enjoyed the most was the conversation we had with Carter, the person who rang us up!We shared that we were visiting from LA county and it turned out that he had moved to Seattle from Santa Monica! Aside from being super friendly and welcoming, Carter was also very well versed with the brands they offer and gave us great recommendations to what we were looking for. Kudos buddy! (: CASH ONLY! I can't remember if they had an atm machine...I would recommend dropping by this place for good vibes and goodies.
Came here while on vacation. Incredible prices compared to MD/DC dispensaries, huge selection of flower and concentrates. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone in the area.
First time going here! Was an awesome experience when i went. There was minimal customers when i went in and had a knowledgeable team of bud tenders. I knew what i was looking for and brought it up to the tender and they assisted me very quickly and efficiently! Next time im in the city I'll be back!
Very convenient location, great selection, fair prices. Was super crowded when I went, but the staff was awesome and even began taking orders from the end of the line to speed things up. Will be returning next time I’m in the area!
Took my time making a list of stuff I wanted and staff found it helpful while checking out. Very friendly, some homeless outside but they were nice too. Great store with all their products on display and clear prices. Would recommend!
They sell pot here,...so yeah?
Have a Heart has built a reputation for providing the best selection of flower, concentrate, pre-rolls, edibles, and more. Our Belltown location is in the heart of Downtown Seattle minutes from Pike Place Market and is surrounded by amazing restaurants, views of the water, and great shopping. Our team of experts are here to help you learn about the products and make sure you have a great experience.
