Very recently moved to Seattle after some time in Ca and HAD to stop in this magical rainbow of a pot shop. First time in any of the Uncle Ikes locations and my online order was ready even though I showed up earlier than planned. Ari is an absolute gem and took time walking me through the current discounts, made sure I saw the QR code to sign up for other specials, and pretty much held my nervous and probably awkward little hand (emotionally because you know, covid)  through the whole experience. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service and a super special shout out to the security guard for being cool  and Dejane did a great job serving me some bud and great energy

Dejahe helped me find the best bud I've ever had! Greeted me and showed me the selection with amazing explanations. Uncle Ike's is the best shop around and hires the best folks. I am coming back when this runs out and asking for Dejahe next time!

I place online orders and never get a confirmation, I waited 10 HOURS, tried calling, no response. Then I go in, they say they can't help me because my order was never confirmed. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE.

It was our first time coming to this dispensary & won't be coming back. I bought an eighth of Freddy's fuego "breath mints" & it wasn't even a full  eighth. When I went to twist the cap I realized it wasn't even fully sealed all the way, the plastic was still on but you can tell it was opened. I expect to get what I'm paying for especially when it's top shelf & it was a highly referenced dispensary.

Great store. Good customer service. The ATM is not working. The one on the left says out of order. The one on the right indicates it's working. It wouldn't let you withdraw any funds though. It will charge you for finding that information out. So I'm passing it along to you............Don't bother with either ATM! I got the Sub X Wedding Cake. It's fire. Cheers.

This is a review for Uncle Ike's, the story here at the beginning is to give this review more context. Thank you in advance for reading.This morning I made an online pre-order from a place called Shawn Kemp's Cannabis Dispensary Seattle. I had shopped at this location many times before, and had been a fairly regular customer as their proximity to where I lived made them very convenient. For more context, my driver's license had expired the end of last month, barely a week ago.The security person at Shawn Kemp's verified my ID, but then immediately mentioned that I was not allowed in the store with an expired driver's license. I had a webpage on my phone that shows that on the State level, ID isn't even a requirement for cannabis purchase, but that it can be on an individual Store level. After bringing up the webpage, I was told that I was flat out incorrect in what I was saying, even though I had the State of Washington dot gov page open. I asked for a supervisor to assist. He came and reinforced the position that I absolutely could not enter without the printed license renewal form of which I didn't have on my person. After several more minutes of back and forth, I was ordered to leave the store immediately. I asked before I left if my pre-order could be canceled, and he simply said: "Just go. Don't even worry about it."From this point, I had decided to go with my other option, Uncle Ike's on Olive Way. The only real reason I had stopped going here was because Kemp's was so much closer. The Olive Way location had been my go to place for months prior, and it is going to be my go to place once again. I forgot how fast and helpful the staff at the Olive Way location is. I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes to pick up a preorder there. They know who I am, and that level of customer service is something that perhaps Kemp's might care to adopt if they wished to care about catering to their local return customers as much as they seem to care about random tourist purchases? Just my perception, mind you.So to end, this is a Five star review for Uncle Ike's and the awesome level of service I got from both Sean B. and the security guard there at the time, who was super nice and showed me a webpage with more info the license renewal rules. At the same time, a No star review for Shawn Kemp's.

Fair prices and friendly staff. Seems like this location opened just a few months ago. Convenient location across the street from a PCC Community Market and near Kin Dee Thai food.

What a great bunch of kind and knowledgeable folks. They have a great selection, and are very dog friendly.  Sign up for their daily deals, you can usually score 20% off on pick up orders.

The staff is extremely friendly, upbeat and helpful. Heather is amazing, their recommendations are always on point and they know exactly what mood you're looking for. Prices are very reasonable and options are plenty and the option to pay cash or debit makes the checkout process efficient. It's quickly become my go-to spot.

Ribbon was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and got me everything I needed. I’m bringing my fitness back to meet Ribbon!

Always enjoy coming here and seeing their selection of buds. Tenders there are very helpful and easy to talk to. I have never had to wait extremely long for my order, and with the online service and now you can use your debit card in store too just makes it so much easier and faster to be able to walk in and out

Ribbon and Sam were great! A friend and I came from out of town and they supplied us with exactly what we were looking for. Great and friendly environment with excellent customer service!

Ike's is my go-to dispensary not only for the affordable weed, but for the convenient location, friendly staff, and dog-friendly environment. My golden doodle, Penny, loves interacting with the staff and getting biscuits from the security personnel checking the IDs. I've only ever had a couple issues with my online orders, due to the strains being out of stock, but they've always been extremely accommodating and even provide recommendations for alternative strains. As one who goes at least 2x/month to stock up, I am frequently satisfied with the deals that they have. I had one time where I got 20 grams of flower for $60! I don't think there are any other dispensaries in Seattle that can even come close to matching that.

Both Ribbon and Sam were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful tenders. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area and they will be my go to when visiting Seattle. Thank you for providing an exceptional experience!
