The name says it all. Clutch has some of the finest cannabis flower as well  as hash. I'm a huge fan of the Oregon Silver Haze Temple Ball by Leaph. Amazing flavors... And CJ really knows his stuff. Always very knowledgeable and professional. Now, It would be great if Kent, Washington wasn't a dry city. Sadly, we have unenlightened politicians here in Kent. Kent citizens do deserve a store just as good as Clutch Fine Cannabis. So, until Kent gets a Clutch too, I guess I'll continue to give all my money to South Seattle Clutch. Madafaka...

I live right next door to this place, was a decent customer to them for a lil over a year until just right now. Yesterday I purchased a new cartridge for my pen. A regular ol pen at whatever ol regular voltage a normal pen would have. I dont work at a dispensary so i have zero knowledge that cartridges come in different voltages. how was i to know they come in variations?! Anyways... bought this cartridge for $55 from a nice girl behind the counter. except this nice girl completely omitted the fact that you need a pen of a higher battery voltage to get anything from this particular cartridge i just purchased, per her sales advice. Come home, screw the cartridge in and nothing... i put an old cartridge on just to make sure my battery is working. It works... battery is fine. Try the new cartridge again, and again, nothing. I stop by exactly 24hrs later to exchange or return this for a compatible and/or working cartridge. The nice dude behind the counter tests it and says that cartridge is not at fault. I pull out my pen and he immediately notices that this pen is not going to work for this product. Its not a high enough battery voltage. The guy even admits that the salesperson yesterday "is supposed to make sure I'm aware of this". Now... if i were a manager of a mother fucking store what would I do in this situation?" I have a return customer here, who originally left a very glowing review of this dispensary, and she wasnt properly informed of the details of the product she just purchased and she isnt necessarily seeking a cash refund, shes interested in an exchange." What would most managers do here?.... ....................... Well, no, I dont think she did what most managers would do here. I was offered to take this useless cartridge home. purchase a completely different compatible cartridge at my own expense. Or purchase a compatible pen at a slightly discounted price. Dude if that were my store I'd have a apologized and simply replaced it with something compatible to the pen, or kick the pen for free and PAY FOR YOUR OWN SALESPERSONS MISTAKE. YOU eat the cost because thats what good management does if they value a return customer. I get it, business is so good you dont need me. But it was super uncool and you know it.

I've been coming here for awhile now and I always get what I want. The bus tenders are all different in personality but all have been nice and helpful even on my days when I can't make my mind up.

I've been to a handful of dispensaries since moving to WA last year, and Clutch has been the one place we keep coming back to. They have an incredible selection, and the overall atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. Some shops almost seem like the budtenders just want you in-and-out as quick as possible; the folks at Clutch actually wanna send you home with the right stuff you'll love. 10/10

I was very reluctant to write this review and I take full responsibility for my negligence however I am very pissed off with clutch's management because they displayed what I feel is the lack of common sense.I visited the store Monday the 31st right before closing time and foolishly left my passport behind. (Yeah...I know smh) I soon realized my mistake, but unfortunately the business was already closed. I contacted them the next day and verified that they did have my passport. I was told it was in a locked box in the office that only the manager had access to. The guy who answered the phone was super nice and said I could come and pick it up in about five minutes when the manager returned from break. I soon received another call from the manager letting me know that they actually did NOT have my passport and that it had already been mailed out!I asked where the passport had been mailed to and guess what she said? "Um it was mailed to the address on the passport so you should get it in a day or two....or maybe it was mailed to the consulate."Man, come on. You don't know?? I just said OK because there wasn't anything I could do at that point. After contacting the US passport department I was told that once a passport was mailed out as lost or stolen there was no way for the holder to retrieve it and that the person must submit a new application and go through the process all over again.What I am most upset about is the fact that the store did not even wait a full day before getting rid of my passport. Wouldn't it seem like common sense to assume that the person would be back the next day to retrieve it? Here's what I would have done:-Wait at least 24 hours to see if the person would come back to retrieve it.-If no one returned to claim it, I would have looked at the address. If they were local, I would mail it to the address listed on the passport. If they were not local I would then follow the process for sending in lost passports, as listed on the website.I have been incredibly inconvenienced by this as I needed my passport the very next day. When I called the manager to tell her about this, she was apologetic but admitted it didn't even occur to her to wait for the person to come back the next day. WTF. As far as the weed goes, I prefer Evergreen which is a couple of blocks south. The staff is much friendlier (several staff members have memorized my information so that I don't have to go through the age verification every time I visit), they have a HUGE selection and a wider price range. I find clutch to be incredibly overpriced but I do appreciate having an option that stays open late.I promise I would have said that prior to the passport incident. In fact, the only reason I was at Clutch was because Evergreen was closed! -

I used to come here all the time since there are deals on edibles on Mondays and deals on dab carts on Thursdays. All the people who were there are super nice to me and sometimes recognized me since i went there pretty often. The only reason why I won't give 5 stars is because i'm unable to go there unless I get a new ID since they won't accept vertical IDs anymore. It's unfortunate because I had so many points racked up there that and i haven't used any of it yet. Other than that, this dispensary was always my favorite!

Clutch has been taking care of patients & myself since medical days, and they are still my favorite shop in the area! Great selection of clean meds, knowledgeable and cool staff, always have deals, and put on events that spread the positive culture! I drive out of my way to come here passing many stores. Ashley, Barry, & everyone there is top notch!

Getting through the door is the toughest part. When they card you it'll almost feel like a pat down before entering a club with a very unfriendly doorman. I don't blame them though when considering the south end neighborhood......Once you get in the guys behind the counter are great. Good product knowledge with lots of fire on deck. You can get some really good sativa flower here...and they'll even throw in a free lighter too...The prices are quite high though, especially for the south end...with many 8ths coming in at 50-60 bucks. You can get some good bud along the Pilot line for a reasonable price around 35 bucks, but you can also find them in other shops for the same price like Green Fire in downtown where it's a bit more friendly.

Always a satisfying experience shopping here. The Staff is outstanding, helpful, friendly and give great recommendations! They have on-line ordering which allows you to explore various offerings which also minimizes wait times.

I really wanted this to be my go-to neighborhood shop. 2 out of three times now, upon arrival, my online order was nowhere to be found. This is not a cavernous store. My only thought on how this can happen is that it's quite on purpose. Pretend the stock actually exists. When costumer go's to fulfill their agreement, the company says no such stock either. How about something else. Gotcha! Not this time or ever again. Under normal circumstances, not such a big deal, although irritating.  Just get something else and move on. For people with disabilities including but not limited to exhaustion and mobility, this can become way more than irritating. It's not ok. Heads up people. Call before arriving and verify or, thankfully, many other choices exist. Spread the love.

Good vibes from the moment you walk in! Worker are really helpful, and shared some souvenirs with us (stickers, lanyards etc) buds were decent the only thing that was a bummer was that all the buds and joints where in the back of the workers where we couldn't really look at or pick out what we wanted! But the good out water the minor set back!

Love Clutch Cannabis always has the dopest of the DOPE! Gelato highly recommended!! Best selection of quality, connoisseur level flower/concentrates!

First place we explored on our trip everyone was nice and helpful! Highly recommend Lemon Banana Sherbert. Can find it anywhere else and it's amazing!

Maybe it's because I live so close.Maybe it's because being a member has its perks.Or maybe, just maybe, it's the wide variety, friendly staff and super recommendations.Like enjoying flights of wine or beer, pick out a few items and really savor your purchase. Don't know what to choose? Strike up a conversation with the person behind the shatterproof window and you will not be disappointed. I have always been pointed in the right direction and always walk away happy.

Admittedly a very extensive menu - but one that's behind glass.  Ideal when you can order a quick carry-out as seasoned connoisseurs but a little more difficult when you are a curious individual interesting in browsing.  But it's hard to get up and personal from a distance.If I recall, it's cheaper than Evergreen that's down the street.    Nonetheless, female cashier was very helpful and knowledgable.  Why 3 Stars? ... It's hard to compete against the full service options down the street at Evergreen.If you're looking for something quick, I recommend the Skörd fudge brownies.

Exceptional customer service. I live right up the block from another cannabis store and go out of my way to come here. Everyone is so friendly and they really take their time to make sure you get what you're looking for. I recommend Clutch to all of my 420 friendlies!

This place consistently comes in "clutch" for me; I can always find quality options for bud, edibles, concentrates and accessories whether I'm ballin' or on a budget. Flower, rollies, wax/shatter, cartridges, munchies, topicals, glass, vaporizers, holiday gift packs (!!!) - you name it, I've bought it from Clutch. Definitely sign up for the membership program - you get an occasional text or email about sweet deals/new stuff and can get codes for up to 20% off when you check in on your visits.Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and quick on their feet, but always seem willing to take the time to help someone navigate through the many amazing options to try to find the right product for them, specifically (I've seen out of towners straight from the airport greeted warmly and guided through their first legal experience with the same enthusiasm as a regular picking up their everyday goodies.) I like to check out the menu and descriptions on the website to narrow down my choices, but I always trust the suggestions they give me when I come in because they clearly try to remember what the regulars like and enjoy getting feedback on the different strains I try. I give them mucho respect and major props for offering purchase discounts to seniors, military, mmj licensed patients (the owner has a medical background and knows his stuff, y'all) Boeing employees and KEXP supporters. That's the kind of community love I like to see in my weed shop.

This place has the best wax in town, along with well knowledgable staff that take time to get you exactly what you need.

This place is awesome.  The owner is from the medical marijuana industry so he is top notch when it coms to buying and sourcing products.  This place always has an amazing top shelf and great concentrate specials on Shatterday!  Stash is somewhere I go regularly and make sure to stop in whenever I am in the area.

RUDE budtender.... When asked about hash I was told that he had a long week and knew nothing about the processing of their concentrates. Their "4 star" hash was BLACK ! I couldn't believe how ridiculously low quality all of their concentrates were in comparison to A Greener Today right up the street. When I enter a cannabis club I want the budtender to take their time to make sure I am informed about the medicine I'm purchasing. Ive never had such a bad experience in a club. And $15 for a gram of their top shelf flower !? Its 2015... A Greener Today charges $13 on ALL their best flower.I will not be returning.*No CLUTCH, don't mislead yelp folk. You were Rain City, its not next door you changed your name ! I imagine its the same staff.

Liked the shop up until last night. Was waited on by a man with a red beard, wearing a hat, the only other people working were 2 women. So he will know this is about him. 1st I had to tell him 2 times I did not like pineapple pots, so it proves he does not listen or pay attention.  Then when I  was checking out, hHe accused me a stealing a joint. I'm buying 10 of them at this time. Not once but 3 times. I am emptying my pockets showing him, that I did no such thing. He is insistent that I have it! Nothing I say will convince him I did not steal it. Finally I asked him to  see if it dropped on the counter, and sure enough it had. This rude horrible person did not even look around him before accusing me. I hope that the management will work with this young man to teach him some decent customer service, perhaps provide some better training and help him find his manners. And perhaps to think before him opens his mouth to make sure he know what he is talking about before accusing someone of theft. It was an extremely humiliating experience.  I highly doubt I will shop here again.  And I  will tell all of my friends, the same ones that I  told this place was cool, will now be told to how bad this place is.  I know a lot of pot users!

Clutch Cannabis knows what they're doing... simple. From the unbelievably knowledgeable staff to an everchanging top-shelf selection, this place is the best in king county. Did I mention "shatterday" on Saturdays? Do some due diligence--check it out!!! I won't go too many other places, honestly. Go clutch go! Kayla

Hands down the nicest, most beautiful store with great budtenders and deals with lots of high quality products. Only issue I have is that there is annoying older door man in the days who likes to pick on me by saying demeaning things to degrade me and make me feel like crap. I started ignoring him and his creepy remarks last time I saw him and then today I had to walk right out as he was messing with me again and kept calling me kiddo, so I left. I feel like he's overly interested in me when I come in and it creeps me out. I don't like being overly focused on and he makes me feel uncomfortable as I have panic attacks and anxiety. When I called to complain to the staff a minuet later, they defended him and said he's just old and treats everyone that way, but I know he's picking on me, as I became annoyed by him a few visits ago and wssn't very talkative with him as he always has to one up you and if you say have a good day, he has to say it back in a more enthusiastic way to compete and I'm sick of his condescension. I tried to be supper nice to him like I am with everyone, but he keeps giving me this older creepy vibe like he wants to toy with me and I've been hit on by lots of older creepy men, so he just vibes like one of those creeps and now he just seems to get excited when I come in the store and he likes to focus on me, so I lost it today and walked out!! Please get him out of there or I'll only come at night now. I'm surprised the girl I talked to defended him and wasn't more professional about my complaint, so I'm going to share this with all public review boards so others know how unprofessional the day staff can be and I'm upset that no one took my call-in complaint seriously, so I hope the management sees this and the others I'm going to post around to warn others of this annoying day time doorman who harassers me each time I come in!!!

The hours online said they were open today, Sunday, until 11:45 PM, but when I arrived at 6:40 PM they were closed!!!! I'm not happy because I traveled far to get here.

Security is letting loitering happen outside the store , no this man wasn't in the line he was pacing back and forth outside the dispensary made me very uncomfortable, he was scoping inside of the car also & because security wasn't doing their job My family and I were the middle of a shooting outside of their store today. I'll never return .

Always great service. Always great quality. I've been to many other local dispensaries, and Clutch is spot on. When I first walked in I noticed how nice & organized things were. I didn't feel rushed at all. They didn't mention any "happy hour" deals though. But each time you visit just check in and that'll get you points, if you're looking for quality and open late hours...

Super nice budtenders! I've come running in for a last minute purchase before they've closed before and they were just as kind when I've come in the middle of the day.I think the biggest factor in choosing Clutch versus other area rec stores is the selection. While it may not be as large as it's competitors they tend to filter out a lot of low quality product.

I prefer them over others in the Renton area. Many others I speak to also say go to Clutch vs. the other big shops in Renton. I like the online ordering feature as well - it saves time. Super friendly tenders.

I've been coming here for a grrrrrrrip now. They have a great rewards system and premium product available, half of their staff is on it when it comes to their clerical duties. HOWEVER, KEEP AN EYE ON THOSE HARVEST DATES, some staff likes to off dry a** bud at full price. PLEASE ROTATE STOCK AND have sales aside from daily specials for stock that needs to go soon.

I placed a phone order for a very limited drop in which they promised me they set the last one aside for me. I had to drive from north seattle to clutch cannabis keep in mind. When I got there they clearly had sold my order and replaced it with another strain. When I confronted the staff about the issue they said there was nothing they can do and didn't even offer any sort of discount for the mishaps. Horrible customer service.

Great group of people selling the pot and most of the security guards are great EXCEPT for the female guard dressed up like a SWAT cop with her walkie talkie hanging off her shoulder.After going to this store since it opened spending a wheelbarrow worth of cash here, this guard apparently thought I broke the entry rules, asked me to step outside so she could berate me over the rules of entry. I think she is a cop wannabe the way she acted.I told her that she can tell the owner that I wont be back as long as she continues to be employed there and Western Bud and Evergreen North Market will get my business instead.

I love this place. I live on the other side of town but always make the trip to Clutch.Everyone is super friendly from security to budtenders and they always remind me that I have discounts available, which is nice because I forget.Indica is my jam and they always have a good variety of flower & tincture.

Quality is best around honestly and this is the preferred shop around for any smart weed head
