Ever since he moved to their new location they have been moving away from the spirit of customer service. It seems more and more like you're buying weed from a drug dealer who has a horrible attitude rather than a place that dispenses recreational marijuana for pleasure. The guy Demetrius was very rude the last time I was in. He refused to take the order of people in line and asked if he could let somebody cut me inline. When I said no I would like to be served next he opened up the cash register and took the person behind me instead of the next person in line. When I called him out on it he was very rude and combative and told me to just fill out a comment cards saying that I hated him. Also it's not uncommon to have people walking through with loud inappropriate rap music playing. Sometimes I feel like I'm back in high school when I'm there walking on eggshells not to piss off my dealer. I've gone to several other stores since then and they have a completely different atmosphere. Very disappointed and Bud Nation as I've been going there for over a year and spent thousands of dollars on their products. Shame.

Largest selection I've seen in town! Only took one star off because I hate the block it's on. Their prices are shockingly low on some great quality stuff though and it's the only rec shop I can get to without going into the city proper. Recommend!

Watch out for the ATM in the shop. My card was cloned after I withdrew money from the ATM inside. Luckily, my credit card texted me to let me know there was a suspicious charge being made in Los Angeles.

They have poor customer service. I felt like I was in the hood. People walk around blasting ghetto ass music from the phone. Staff super cold especially Demetrius. That guy has a chip on his shoulder.

I really like Bud Nation.  Lots of great product, knowledgeable staff!  I've noted lately a shortage of vape cartridges in most stores- mostly the 1G size.  My fave vape brands:. Top Shelf and Artizen.  It's a quality product Everytime.

This place ripped me off to sell me some bullshit item they call a vape. I purchased a bud nation hand held vape about a month ago. I asked specifically 3 or 4 different times, whats your return policy?"We can't give you cash back but you can return it for something else in the store or a new one.." "and we do not give receipts, just bring all the parts back and were good." Comes 3 weeks later I find its not a very good vape and I just don't use it.So I bring it back in and they say "nah bruhhhh... We never said that yada yada yada.. We don't do returns."Me thinking, "really?""We can give you a new one but I can't help you if you don't like the vape."Vape was perfectly new barely been touched. They wouldn't return it, like they said they would. Bad business all around and your employees aren't on the same page. Spends thousands of dollars at this shop and all I get it is a"Nah bruh...." from a lazy cashier. Whatever won't be going here ever again. I guess this is why everyone chooses origins. Origins is more professional and way better. Just a few miles away id recommend going to them. Thanks for ripping one of your most loyal customers off 80$$.Real professional.

Poor selection of edibles and lousy customer service from manager.  I spoke with him to give him feedback about the store and their products.  I explained how I shop there because I like to support the local neighborhood.  He was very rude to me about my feedback. I will never shop there again, not when there are nicer stores with better quality products and much better customer service!

I hate this place and the people in place the new owner suck ass with all the ladies that work for bud nation. This place suck with customer service never spending money with. I suggest anybody to uncle IKEA or Mr bud. Better people there

I've been to this location a few times because it's close to my place. I only go in when I can't go to my normal shop and I consistently leave dissatisfied.The flower in their cases constantly looks dry and very unappealing and it's hard to read the label due to their small print and the way they're stored in the cases. The prices are fairly standard and at times they have decent deals. My largest complaint by far is of their staff. When entering I'm looked at as an inconvenience. I have never felt like a valued and appreciated customer and I always feel as if I'm bothering the staff by asking questions. The other night I asked the woman who greeted me if they had any deals and she pointed me to one case saying they had a few discounted flowers there. While I looked around the shop I saw signs for multiple other deals and promotions that the staff member clearly didn't know about. I looked at some pre rolled joints and asked what they used to achieve the cherry flavor the joint came with and she clearly had no idea saying "It's probably in the oil they use." After asking her if tax was included in the price she said "Uh no the price is as marked" (which didn't answer my question at all.) I won't be coming back to Bud Nation because I've always left feeling that the staff know nothing about the products they are selling. I'll stick to my standard shop with knowledgeable staff in SoDo.

Huge selection, great prices, the couple times I've been there the staff have been very helpful and engaging, and since I like a variety to mix up, I always get something new to try and never had a bad experience. Love that it's within walking distance from my house, too. White Center has plenty to offer so it's a great location.

Pretty decent selections and was pleased after trying my goodies out at home that they were exactly what I was told they would be. Very helpful people working here. Cash only!

This place is a straight-up criminal enterprise. I had been shopping in there since they opened and noticed a rapid decline in service and product. Red Flag #1: The staff seem completely bothered when you come in or ask questions, and are very clueless about there store.Red Flag #2: I have purchased product that looked opened and light in weight, upon weighing at home, I've been cheated several times. Once an eighth was a full gram short, and upon inspection I found the label had been peeled off and resealed. This has happened more than once.Red Flag #3: frequented by thugs and gangsters that used to hang out when it was the pot farmers market, AKA Black Market Weed Distribution CenterWhich brings me to RED FLAG #4. I used a bank card (that had not been used in MONTHS) for the first and only time in the ATM machine, it was skimmed and my bank account cleaned out within 24 hours. The fraud department agreed: it had to happen there. So, I will stand FIRM on my assertion that this place is a front for criminal enterprise, is a stain on the community, and gives weed smokers a bad rap. AVOID, let it cave in on itself.

This is now our go to weed store. Every visit the staff has been friendly and helpful. Good selection and we have never been disappointed with any purchase. Great discounts, just saved $26 today on delicious edibles.

Always a good time when I've come in here. Never any funny business going on. Price is very cheap to a lot of people around Seattle area. If ever in the area or want a better price come here I'm sure they got it for ya.

This place sucks ass!!!  In addition to selling subpar oil that is cut with glycerine, the owner is a huge jerk off.  I saw him yelling at an employee at a nearby business for parking approximately 2 feet over the property line and the guy he was yelling at was trying to be nice and quick with what was demanded of him. The guy had an obvious disability and probably a few not so obvious and the owner of this shop was calling him a retard and really digging into him.  If I could give this business a negative 20 I definitely would in a heart beat.  The same guy owns a smoke shop a few stores away.  I've bought faulty vape pens from the guy that he will not exchange.  A true asshole here.I would never support any of these rec shops because they've screwed over the people who really benefit from cannabis; the patients.  And they sell weed covered in poisonous insecticides. None of these shops deserve your hard earned money but especially this one.  Support your underground pharmers instead.  They're more appreciative and none of your money goes to the greedy state of WA.  If you're from out of state go somewhere else.

We visited this place while in Seattle. Being the fact that WA is recreational legal, we decided to check it out. The experience was awesome.. we were there for a good half hour and they were so helpful and pleasant. They explained everything so well to us and I liked how the store was laid out.. everything was easy to find and visibly attractive.Awesome job Bud Nation and your staff!! The best by far!

Absolutely 0 reason for this place to be a 3 star, seeing as how they sell the same product as EVERY OTHER store except cheaper. I'm a medical patient who still grows his own and attends the active medical market every weekend. This one of the two legal shops I will buy from in all of the Seattle.

would say around 1/3rd of the staff have a stick up there butt. i've noticed this seems to get worse the longer they work there and the turnover seems relatively high. notably the ones with the sticks inserted are all white (i am also). my hunch is it kind of sucks to work here and/or they have this false notion that working at a weed store makes you cool. it doesn't .

The people who work here are nice, but when you compare it to the other shops in the area it is not keeping up in terms of the competition. Uncle Ike's is tight around the corner and they offer amazing deals every day including a discount off their online orders which budnation does not. They've stopped offering their vendor days and when I asked why or when it would resume they said they had no plans to resume it. Seems crappy to take value away from your customers and not feel obligated to replace it. Their selection could use work too. They have a lot of lower end products that you can get on a budget but not a lot of higher end product at competitive prices. If I know I can get the same or better weed for a lower price right around the corner, what is budnation offering that would convince me to shop there instead?

Yet another horrible experience......go literally anywhere else. If you like robotic customer service, this might be your place.

Aisha the shit!! Appreciate her customer service ...EVERY time. Also her accent is adorable too. Makes you feel at home down south or what I would imagine that whole down south atmosphere feeling. Thanks for having an employee that actually takes her time to work with you in finding the best product for your visit

This place has great deals and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve never had a bad experience here! They have a great variety of flower, dabs, edibles, carts, you name it.

Don’t go here. They don’t give receipts!!! Dry crusty buds, old harvests, high prices. Place needs to be investigated. I purchased a banger that was a little too big, went back to the shop 10 minutes later for an exchange or refund and was told that all sales are final. I understand if sales are final for flower or product, but a banger?! Terrible customer service can’t even swap out the banger they sold me literally 10 minutes ago.
