What is with the budtenders here? Everything is a huge chore for them. Ask for a different strain? Big sigh, eye roll, dirty looks, under the breath comments to co-workers, tension, seems they perhaps want to punch you? For asking for a different strain? I thought that was their job? It's really tough grabbing packages of weed :(  Oh, and they no nothing about weed. They have no recommendations and zero knowledge of cannabis! Zero! So you're on your own to get GREAT PRICES on decent (not amazing, but for the price- yes) product. Avoid the men here (not the security- they're cool) but the young guy budtenders- they are total turds. The women are much nicer and won't give you stank attitude just for asking a couple questions. Trying to get the dank, not the stank! I think they have zero customer service training and need to educate their employees a little more. Granted, you don't go here for unicorn strains. You go here for the prices. Either spend more money on a higher quality experience some place else, or endure the disrespect for the cheap prices. If you don't care about budget or saving $, I would not recommend. Deal seekers only! And they prob never will change their customer service policy- basically F the customer and take the cash ;)

Fuck Seattle Tonics! They closed 6 mimutes earlier than they were supposed to and all we wanted was to pick up my boyfriend's ID that he left there when shopping! We tried to flag down the bouncer and even yelled that we just needed to get my man's ID but he paid us no mind...like a surly jerk. I called and they didn't borher to answer the phone. It's 9:57...they're still supposed to be open. I will defikitely be calling the manager and putting your shitty service on blast.

I go to the tonic all the time. but today I dropped by after work and had a roll of quarters and a ten,a five and some ones tried to buy a vape and was told no we don't take quarters. no ands ifs or buts thank you for making me feel like trash I really think you guys could have dealt with that a little better. you sent a paying customer away I'm so irritated  I'll probably not shop there for awhile that is not how you treat people. there is no sign saying they don't take rolls of quarters so again thank you for nothing.                                         sincerely Robert McGuire.......

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. Seriously. I bought a juju joint from them earlier today. When I came home and tried to use it.. It didn't work. When I came back them to figure out what's going on.. They refused to help me. Turns out they sold me a defective juju joint and then tried to insinuate that it was somehow my fault. So now I'm screwed out of my money and stuck with a defective product. This is the least helpful place with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They didn't even try to help.. Instead they told me to google the juju company and get lost. Turns out they don't care about the quality of their products or their customers. They just want your money. I understand that this is a business and they're trying to make money but they will not have many customers left if they keep selling everyone defective products and then refuse to help their customers when they have a problem. It's safe to say I will never step foot in this place again. I suggest you do the same if you don't want to be cheated out of your money.

They have a selection but mainly all the lowest of each brand. Even the expensive stuff isn't good. Was a complete waste of money. I choose 365 that's on 15th and like 175th. Great deals and lots  of selection in everything. The bud tenders don't know much about anything. I've had my throat burn from some things they recommended. They have no way of helping somebody who may actually use marijuana of any form for health instead of getting a little high and not even a good level at that. They have a huge space and that's why it looks nice.

ALMOST anything you could ever possibly want is here! I come here for everything I smoke and all of my CBD edibles. My dog loves it and even stands in line with me like a little gentleman! They even have treats for him at the register! This place is fantastic! Its super clean, dog friendly, and theres even a sweet German Shepherd that greets you at the front door! My only SMALL complaint would be that they dont have cbd for animals, so I go to a different place for that.

I suffered from a TRAUMATIZING experience today at Seattle Tonics! I have been going to Seattle Tonics for quite a long time. I am a loyal customer to say the least. I have visited the shop at least 2 times a week since they opened. Last year I was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma and underwent 6 months of chemo therapy. I have purchased all of my cannabis medicine from Seattle Tonics. They produced my medical cards with each of my cannabis perscribtions from my Oncologist. I am such a regular they don't even look at my ID when I arrive. Today I purchased a half gram vape cartridge and when I tried to use it, it didn't work. I tried to return it an hour later with my receipt, per their policy. They took it outside and connected it to another battery. Some smoke appeared, but barely. It looked as if a match was just blown out. There is literally no quality pull coming off of it. My battery produces nothing with it and I have had no problems with other cartridges. They then refused to exchange it.I am a single mom working 2 jobs to get my medical bills paid off so I cannot afford to spend $25 on another cartridge for my medicine. I asked them to reconsider as it did not work and I've been a loyal customer of theirs for a long time. They still said no and so I left, angry of course, who wouldn't be? And then, the security guard said to me, "And now you don't have to come back anymore. " He then proceeded to verbally assault me. He told me, "Your fat a** can get the f*ck out of here and go somewhere else then and lose some weight." I was in shock! And I am completely appalled by this establishment, that i frequently visit, on how they treated me today. The discrimination I experienced was completely uncalled for and cruel. The security guard told me not to come back, and I won't. Ever.

This was once my go to shop mainly because of  Price but the quality was not too bad. Prices for oil have noticeably gone up and the selection and quality has gone way down. I was told the prices are high because of a drought and supply being low. But the same brand of oils are still available elsewhere, and they have plenty of stock. Pretty disappointing because the staff here was always super nice to me. Shatterdays at Fweedom for me from now on.

I made an account just to post this. I pre ordered two different baggies of weed, but i found out they only gave me one when i got home, even though I paid for the both of them. Also, they advertised the weed as flower buds, but it turned out to be shake. I couldn't call back with the reduced hours and there is no way to email anyone. If I can get my second bag in the morning, I'll edit this, but if not...if you're looking for affordable, this place is it, sort of. If they give you your full order.

Called in asking if they were at all closing early... "No we close at 10" they said. I'm there at 9:54 & I'm being told how they're closing early and how no one else is being accepted in. That's remedial as hell, why couldn't the incompetent staff just say we are shutting down around 5 till. Would've saved a trip.

I recently visited my friend up in Seattle for three weeks, and visited this store multiple times during my stay. I was hesitant at first to try them, because of some of the reviewers, but I noticed that a few of the negative reviewers worked at a near by pot shop, and I am glad I found out how great they are. This shop will be my go to when I am up north.

Using their website to pre-shop for products is a joke.  They used to have it linked up with leaffly where you could research strains  -- now their site is useless.  I found a shop much closer with comparable prices where I can get info on strains to know what I am buying.

Been here more times than I can count and the only 'complaint' I can think of is they didn't "spot me" when I was $1 short the other day. Lol. (Sometimes other places have done that if they know you.) But a consistent 4-star experience, imho.Overall a fairly extensive selection of products in varying quality and sizes / price points. Very little glassware though. Chill, friendly staff - though like the pleasant-friendly type, not the first-name-basis friendly.Convenient location on Aurora, made ever-so-secure with a gated lot and a security guard on staff at all times. Easy parking in the lot. Look for the giant green/yellow "21+ Pot Shop" billboard sign out front lol.

I wish I could give this place zero stars after the experience I had on 1/1/17. They try to screw people out of money. For the past year, I have shopped exclusively at this store - spending ~$250-$500 per month there for the past 12 months. I always had good experiences and loved the products I'd purchase, but never in my life have I been so disrespected by an establishment. On 1/1/17, I went into the store and purchased $175 worth of product, and paid in 2 $100 bills, meaning I'd get $25 back. The bud tender grabbed the wrong pack at first but I reminded her of the item I had written down on a piece of paper that she was looking at and she grabbed the right one. no big deal, people make mistakes... But then when I got to my car and put my change away, I realized I only had $15 change instead of $25. I looked at the receipt and the receipt stated that I gave $190. Had I not paid in 2 $100 bills, it *MIGHT* have made more sense for the amount received to be off, but the buttons to type in $190 are no where near the buttons to type in $200. Just look at your number pad on your computer and tell me I'm wrong. Anyone that has worked a cash register also knows that typing in $190 is nothing like typing in $200 - and why would you type in $190 after being given two one hundred dollar bills.... I thought this was fishy, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. ANYWAYS, I walked into the store right after realizing I was short changed and showed the receipt. The manager happened to be standing next to the employee when this happened. The employee told the manager "Oh, she gave me $200, and I accidentally typed in $190. oops" and the manager looked at the employee and said "Hmmm ok." and I was handed the $10. I wanted to talk to the manager while she wasn't standing by the employee to address my concerns so I decided to call back later. I got home and told my boyfriend what happened. We tried calling the manager out of concern that this employee was doing this intentionally - the way this employee typed this into the computers would mean the till would be correct, but they could pocket the cash... When we told the manager, Casey, she said "AHAHAHAH I TRUST MY EMPLOYEES MORE THAN I TRUST MY CUSTOMERS" That's right. She LAUGHED at us. She laughed at an honest customer that has supported this business for a year that was slightly concerned that their employee was pocketing cash. Also, if this manager treats their customers like this, she won't have employees to manage or a business to run. My boyfriend and I tried talking to Casey on the phone while she continued to laugh at us and tell us that this wasn't a big deal. I understand this business offers some of the best deals and prices - especially with the dab discount, but I urge anyone that shops at this business to make sure everything is correct on the receipts... If you shop here, make SURE you know the prices of the product, the exact dollar amount you give the employees and the change you receive. Double check the receipt each time as they try to pull a fast one on you. I didn't catch the employees name that did this, but she had long dreads. I can't say I've had any issues with any other employees from here, but please watch after your change if you end up checking out with this girl. It really makes me wonder how many times this has happened in the past that they have gotten away with... Please keep in mind, the way they are typing this into the till makes it look like nothing is off so the employee can keep the cash themselves...The funniest part is that I tipped $5 to get shortchanged. I tip $5 EVERY SINGLE TIME I AM IN THIS STORE. there is no need to try to steal from the customers that keep you in business. or protect the employees that do these things.I'll NEVER return to this store.

North Seattle reminds me a bit of north Minneapolis - a bit rough but there are some real jewels there and Tonics is one of them.  Yes there is a guy in the parking lot checking your ID before you even enter and I would not want to run into him in a dark alley.  Don't let that intimidate you he is just doing his job.I was on a mission to find some Space Needle since the pot producers don't seem to send much of it to Olympia.  They had some in stock but only single gram packs so no price break for buying in quantity.  This store unlike the ones in Bellevue includes sales tax in their quoted price.  Much appreciated.The interior of the store is a bit dark with lots of black lights and glowing chalkboards.  There was one board with some specials on it but it would have been nice to see a large full menu board on some of that blank wall space.Would definitely stop in again if in the area.

First off I want to say that before today I have never had a problem with this place of business. Customer service was not great but par, never a problem, the products that I purchased were always to my content, never been scammed for my money or anything of the sort. On 3/26/2018 almost towards closing time I came in to make a purchase. Knowing that the time was coming to and end I was still patient enough to wait for other customers to look through the glass to see what they wanted. As I'm waiting for the line to go down I continued to look around to make sure I was certain about my purchase. I already heard the ID check guy call out loud and clear to everyone that the place is closing in a couple of minutes.As I was walking towards the counter this customer service rep for some reason had to make it her priority to tell just me that the place is closing. I politely told her know that I heard the first message that was just given 30 seconds ago. When I got to the counter the lady that was supposed to help me was just being all the way rude with me. I asked her if there was a problem and she just ignored me. I began to tell her that I wasn't feeling comfortable about the experience I was having. We starting having a little argument about her customer service skills, when I realized we weren't getting anywhere with that conversation. I just had to dead it, I got what I needed and before I left the lady that helped me didn't say anything to me, no thank you or nothing. So I said to her that you're welcome then walked off. I turned around again to ask her for her name.....Then OUT OF NO WHERE....this short, red hair, white guy in his mid 30's that had a black baseball cap on and a black down vest jacket, came out the blue and started having "little man syndrome" on me telling me to get the fuck out of here and don't come back. I, being shocked at the way I was being talked to asked him to repeat himself and he said I don't need "your kind" here. I asked him exactly what actually did you mean by "my kind". He then proceeded to tell me to shut the fuck up and if you're going to act like that then get the fuck out and don't come back. One I didn't know that being calm would get me kicked out for nothing. That manager had no reason to treatme the way he did. I have never didn't nothing to anybody there. For about a year now I always been a loyal customer coming all the way from South Seattle to the north end. And being in customer service for over 15yrs now. I would never treat my customers this way no matter what. But to receive hands down absolute horrible customer service from this establishment for no reason is just uncalled for.

Seattle Tonics could easily be five stars, but they fall short because of an unreasonable distribution of authority among management. Their bud tenders are very knowledgable and friendly, but the managers are on a bit of a power trip. I've read through some of these reviews and agree with the likes of most of them in terms of complaints about how situations are resolved. First of all, they have the BEST prices in North Seattle. They carry all of the well known growers such as Artizen, Phat Panda, etc. All for 35 bucks an 8th. They don't sell any of their products for higher than 35-36 bucks an 8th, which is something only Green Fire in the Industrial District can also claim. They have a huge selection of pre rolls, along with budget items such as four high guys pre rolls for like 6-8 bucks. You can even come in and get an Oz of Bruce Banner for 120 bucks....They operate sort of like Oz Recreational a couple miles south- you come in and fill out a clipboard of the products you'd like and have them retrieve it once ready. The difference is that they have everything in display for you to see and shop........Now the downside to this joint is that they don't honor their promotions or their point system. I was in the shop looking at some edibles when I witnessed some girl get into a disagreement with the manager for not honoring a promotion that was online......I didn't think much of this until my last visit when their computer system failed to recognize my logged visits, so they would not give me the discount I had earned. You get a discount every 10th visit. The computer showed I had only been in twice, even though employees there vouched that they had seen me there many times. The manager I spoke with could not care less and was pretty demanding and controlling towards his employees. I walked out the door and went over to Fweedom.

Do not patronize this business.  They do not stand behind their products and have a ridiculously punitive return policy.  Nearly got into a fight with the ID checker.  I will never return to this business.  Horrible experience.  Trust the one-star reviews and there are eighteen more one-star reviews in the not currently recommended section.  This place sucks.

The clerk was helpful, as helpful as they could be since everything is pre packaged. I was very clear about what quality I was looking for, and I don't feel like I ended up with what I wanted. What I got was some poorly cured, ugly flowers that tasted like they weren't flushed. And I'm not convinced that it had the posted thc content either. Save yourself the trouble, and just call your buddy from down the street insteat.

They have deals but buyer beware! They will show you some super old an dry product an swear by it. The bud tenders are incompetent. I wish there was a better word because they're nice... but incompetent. One of them said one strain was more powerful just cuz it had a higher thc number, THAT IS NOT TRUE. They also hyped up this bammer Hells Fire an it smells like some old bc hey bail kush. Looked good w the fresh harvest date too. And it's trap.

I went in to Seattle Tonics Gear & Glass to buy my first vaporizer. Salesman was also the purchaser for the store and sold me one he thought was really easy and portable. I paid about $176 with tax. I charged it while I was at work and used it for the first time the next night. It burned my herb. I tried fresh herb, tried dry, tried ground, tried ripped bud.....nothing happened on the lower settings and the herb would combust on the higher settings, highest I ever used it was at 350 (vape goes up to 428 degrees).-  I had smoking embers when I dumped it into my hand.    I went in the next day and they said there are no returns or exchanges. I explained that first of all, he never told me when I bought it that there were no returns, I explained that there were no clear signs posted stating no returns or exchanges, I explained and showed him there is no 'no returns or exchanges' written on the receipt, I explained that the item was DEFECTIVE not just buyers remorse and I also explained that by law they have to take back a defective item if it is returned with receipt within 72 hours of purchase. They shrugged it off.Do NOT buy from here, they only care about selling you high priced items and not backing up their sales pitch. SCAMMERS!I am a business owner and I would NEVER treat my customers so poorly.***The Seattle Tonics store next door which sells product not tools, is owned by the same people. For some reason THEY DO state on their receipt that all sales are final but you can return a cartridge within 24 hours.

I recently moved to this area and tried a variety pot shops. This place has become my favorite. Friendly chill staff, quick in & out, products of all qualities & prices. No pressure or upselling, but the staff is always helpful if I have any questions.

This place is the best place I have found for a great deal on some good products. The same brands on the eastside and in smaller shops are about double the price. The workers are super friendly, and the brothers that check id and guard the door are awesome at keeping the bad out and the good inside. Best place I have found in the state!

Friendly budtenders.  Well run store.  Nice security guy.  Great prices on concentrates.    $99 ounce Blue Dream.  And one of the best parts:  All their prices include the tax!  Moon Rocks $45 for 3 grams!  Great overall experience!

Used to think this place was awesome, until I bought a vape cartridge that didn't work. I was originally told to hold on to my receipt, in case cartridge didn't work, I could exchange it. Long behold, it didn't work. All I wanted to do was exchange it for one that worked. Brought my faulty cartridge and receipt, and they wouldn't even exchange it. All they offered me was to spend more money. Good chance I won't ever be going there again. I understand it's a business that's trying to make a profit. However, that will be short lived if they continue to treat paying customers like that.

I live on 90th & Aurora, and there are SOOO many dispensaries along aurora heading north, I've tried all of them. But hands down, I LOVE THIS shop!! The whole experience is great. They always have really friendly, ATTRACTIVE  men at the door checking ID :)  once you get inside the display cases make it easy to actually 'SEE the product you want before u ask the bud tenders. Any time I go in I don't even look at the cases because all of the bud tenders are amazing in SOMEHOW choosing the best product I'm looking for. plus it doesn't hurt that all of the bud tenders, male and female,are beautiful souls. I can't express how much I LOVE THIS place. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

To that comment below-  it's obvious you're not from Seattle lol! It's pretty standard procedure to get carded before entering a 21+ pot shop. I didn't find their security guards to be scary or creepy?!  Maybe that other commenter was high b/c it's totally obvious they're security. They're just doing their job very professionally and I appreciate them.

so i have been a customer ever since this shop opened. i never see the day time staff. i have video footage of an employer calling me a bitch. i accidentally parked in the handi cap. and then moved my car. the door man was very rude about it all but let me in. when i asked for a manager to speak to, the door man raised his voice and yelled at me. and then another worker forced me out. pushing his hands on me to get out. i have already posted the incident on all social media cause i have no clue how to get ahold of anybody.  someone in seattle please help. very unprofessional. callin ppl bitches. yelling around and being racist af. seattle tonics is not the spot. we tried callin a manager. gettin hold of and owner and they refused. i never had any problems with the night staff but the day time staff is shady af. even tried calling tonics for help and they denied us any info to talk to a manager

DIRECT MESSAGE TO THE OWNER: Just terrible customer service. If you are the owner of this shop you need to strongly consider firing your manager. She is TOXIC to the business.  There are enough incidents of really poorly handled situations just on this yelp page that should tell you that the manager is losing you customers that spend $500-$1k there a month purely because of how she treats them. I am one of them. I was a loyal customer, and because of her, I will not be coming back.

Yeah, I'd avoid this place. The guy who help me didn't really know the products he was trying to sell me and they were way over priced. I stopped in to look at their $30 grams of concentrate they had advertised out front, they only had one and the guy told me it tasted like pine sol. I was told other grams were $75 bucks. WHAAAA????? I said ok I just take a half gram. $40 bucks. I said I changed my mind, he said I couldn't that the transaction was complete. I asked to speak to a manager, so then the manger comes out pissed off and next thing I know the security dude is rolling up on me puffed up. Lame Experience. Bottom line. Over priced and rude. Go somewhere else.

If you have an out-of-state ID that is the slightest bit "untraditional" they might turn you down. I'm 23 and they turned down mine "because the holographs popped out too much". Mainly, just know that the security person will not hesitate to send you away if they don't trust it, so don't be surprised.

Nastiest oil I've ever had in my life. All of their oil was the color of dirt and slightly green. Tastes like candle wax, has a bunch of little white hairs stuck in it, and is leaving a thick, hard, black, and chunky residue all over the nail when dabbed. I don't think I'll ever be able to get it clean again. Avoid this place like the plague, it is as terrible as it looks from the curb.

I've been coming to Seattle Tonics for a few months now. The prices are fair enough, product ranges from okay to great.. but you definitely get what you pay for, and if you spend more it's worth it. The budtenders are friendly and so are the guys outside.

Best rec store ive been to with the best prices. The people with bad reviews must be smoking something besides bud. Great selection and helpful staff. Not going to find many with 90-120 dollar halves and 40 dollar grams of concentrate which is on a deal for 3 grams for 100. Ill go here every time.

"the smart one's did NOT vote for this legal , tax bullshit on our plants" .getting past that and watching ounces go up to 400 dollar and knowing a neighbor could do it for 200 is well sorry bout' it .. all this shit is a waist ov time . BUT ! alas here comes seattle tonics ! i usually dab and have been to all the recreationals to find a cheap but quality oil shatter what have you . they have it and they have lowered there prices a couple times since . Service is very poor. There is an older security guard who is extremely rude. Also, the guy with the long hair and Mortal Kombat tattoo could really use an attitude adjustment. Prices on ounces are ridiculous. I wouldn't mind those prices if it were product they didn't previously sell at the $100 an ounce range. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I know two other minorities who refuse to go here because they both agree that it seems that we are discriminated against. I could list more reasons not to go here, but this is more than enough.

Came here today with a friend who needed to pick up some supplies. This was my first visit here and we were greeted by one of their employees outside who was bundling up the trash. He was very friendly and so were the folks inside. The store was nicely lit and well-maintained. They answered all my friend's questions and explained differences between the strains she was considering. Purchase made and we were on our way. The security guard wished us a great weekend as we were leaving.I don't have much experience with Washington dispensaries but Seattle Tonics provided a pleasant experience with good customer service.

I used to really like going here, until recently. I have a very compromised immune system due to recent surgery and having Epstein Barr syndrome so the current virus is very dangerous to me and others in my family. Recently over the last week the weed tenders are no longer wearing masks and there are many customers not wearing masks. I'm super bummed since now I have to go a bit further down the street to a place that still cares for its customers health.

Very good dispensary, they are very nice and have affordable product. I was a bit unhappy there was a giant hair in the space face baker's fruit, but I just won't order that strain again and that's the brand not the dispensary, I haven't had any problems with the other products.

This used to be my go-to place until one day a budtender was Mr. Popular and was talking to everyone behind the counter while ringing me up and gave me the wrong kind of cartridge, he didn't go over the items so I had no idea, tried to go back the next day because since I couldn't use it it was faulty. Couldn't exchange, couldn't return, and was told it wasn't anyone's problem but my own so I was out that money and ended up buying another cart anyways. The door security was also someone I hadn't seen before and he thought the whole situation was hilarious so his attitude really didn't help the situation. They also accused a friend of mine of being someone else who got kicked out for trying to fight people and proceeded to blacklist him from the shop without making sure they were right about who he was. There's plenty of other dispensaries with great deals and a nice selection, on top of having a much nicer and more helpful staff.

The store refused to refund me money when they sold me the wrong item. I purchased a battery with a button and they gave me the wrong battery (suction). They told me that all sales are final but that isn't true when given the wrong item.The bouncer then proceeded to berate me and call me names, so when I called him a pussy, he decided to *slam me up against a wall* (on camera mind you). He also threatened to beat "the living shit out of" me. After he slammed me against the wall, the manager decided that she wanted me to leave (because the cops were coming and I was going to press charges) and offered me an inferior 8$ battery when I paid for a 15$ battery. I didn't want that, I wanted my money. After another few minutes, she went inside and then came back out refunded me the money. She told me I wasn't "nice" otherwise I would've gotten the refund in the first place. She was pissed because I "ripped" the tiny box and she couldn't resell the item as new - that's not my problem.

Placed an order for pickup at 7. Was running a bit late so I called to let them know, no answer. I sped across town to make it at 7:50 only to find their gate locked and again, they wouldn't answer the phone. Don't waste your time and effort on a place that doesn't give a shit about their customers.

My friends and I fondly call this place "21 Plus" after the big 21 Plus sign out front. I've been visiting this shop for years now and it's my Greenwood favorite. The Best Things:-The prices are excellent-Big selection & they're always getting new and different strains, flavors, products etc. -Frequent flyer program. You'll get a discount on your order every 10 purchases and you can save up your points if you're not ready for a discount on the 10th visit. They index everyone by phone number but they never ever call you or anything. I haven't ever received a text from this store either-The staff is there to help but they're not in your face about it. No one is on the floor trying to sell you anything which for me is a big plus and distinguishing factor. Every budtender I've had throughout the years has been nice, and often funny and cool like I'd want to be their friend if I met them outside a retail setting or something. -EMMA!!!! I'm pretty sure that's the pupper's name. She is the resident dog who belongs to one of the ID checker guys. She hangs out in the parking lot and inside the store sometimes off leash but she's very very nice and never harasses customers when I'm there (which is fairly often lol like at least once a month but more often it's once a week). I love her and she's very cute. If youre weird about off leash dogs then beware I guess but you'll be missing out on being in the presence of a super cute and sweet girl. Also she's not there every day/ every shift. Only when her owner is working the door. There aren't any worse things! Truly. I have read some of this shop's reviews and have been a little shocked. I feel like some of these people must have a personal vendetta or something because I've been a frequent customer for about 3 or so years now and I've literally never had anything close to a bad experience. The manager I dealt with the only time I had a problem with a product (a bunk disposable vape pen) was a woman I'd had as a cashier many times before and she was perfectly professional when helping me out. They had me test the pen outside and promptly gave me a replacement product upon confirming the product wasn't working properly. No issues whatsoever. I took it back the next morning after purchasing the night before. They have a 24 hour return policy for all vape pens and cartridges so make sure you're respectful of that time frame. Recommended Try-Buys:-Cheap ounces! Keep checking, the strains change often-Regulator vape cartridges for $30/1G distillate THC oil (some CBD strains available too)-CBD/THC or Super CBD Dragon Balm roller for $24 (AWESOME deep tissue relief balm for achy joints and muscles) -Drinkables! My favorite is the 100MG O'lala brand orange soda. Can't remember the price but I believe it's around $22 for the strong 100MG/10 servings formula. They have lesser strengths available too. Those are my favorites. This shop deserves some love!!! Many thanks to Seattle Tonics for being my friendly, reliable local store.

Seattle tonics is not only lacking in customer service as most of these other reviews express for the lack of respect for other people in general, consistently Through multiple visits the staff at Seattle tonics has not only been dismissive but disrespectful. If you are a smoker who appreciates good weed and customer service tonics is NOT the place for you. Not to mention they do not answer their phone calls or emails. So how would or could this improve?????

If you have social anxiety, this is the dispensary for you. They'll just let you browse and look at things and write your order down on a clipboard. Of course, if you don't have any clue what you're doing, you can also talk to someone and they'll guide you and give great recommendations. The people who work here are very friendly.
