This place has great selections. I highly recommend  and Dominic is great. They are extremely helpful.

Ruckus is the best dispensary on the hill. F*%K Ike's! Ruckus always has deals and a really good selection.

Not only is it cheaper than uncle Ike's the product is a lot better. The bud tenders are knowledgeable and the prices are always right.

Super cheap prices for anyone struggling to get by and still get high. Amongst the lower end stuff you can still even find some super nice stuff, like some tasty $20 eighters, or some juicy $5 prerolls. The staff has always been super friendly to me whether it's 8AM or 11PM, and I encourage you to ask for their personal preferences if you don't know what you want. Anyone who starts their pitch with "This is what I smoke", I'm a lot more inclined to trust.

I love this dispensary so so much. The people from the moment you walk in are so kind. They're so knowledgeable and it's much appreciated for someone who's just getting into the 21 and over gang. Will probably stop by today if I'm being honest haha! 20/10 recommend.

TL;DR - Personable, helpful staff. Dog treats. Minimal wait time.I have had multiple positive experiences shopping here, including the purchase of a vape pen about a month ago. Today, however, I could not get it to turn on nor could I figure out why!! Fast-forward through 2 hours of failed Googling, I gave up trying to resolve the issue and called Ruckus for advise. ~enter Aubrey~ Aubrey answered and confirmed I can bring it in for "diagnosis." I walked on over and she quickly identified that something inside had come loose (I... might have dropped it. Daily.) Ready to purchase a new one, she showed me a similar pen in price, except this one was blue (not boring silver) *and* came with a case!! The entire experience took around 10-15 minutes. Plus - the guy checking IDs at the front had a treat to give my dog :) Great crew!

This place SUCKS first of all the bud tenders are RUDE  secondly they never answer their phone, honestly I was expecting more out of this place. Went in to get a hand pipe as a present, bud tender was extremely rude and said that she would "catch a felony" for selling me a handpipe ? You'd think they would have checked my ID but I was able to buy product, and leave without my ID ever being checked by the girl behind the counter, so who's the stupid one now ? Take your business to Ike's across the street, shoulda just gone there in the first place.

First time going in, I felt really pressured to go quickly. I don't know much about weed and was trying to surprise my girlfriend. I asked for 3 hybrids and was given 2 sativas and one hybrid. My girlfriend had a panic attack because the budtender didn't give me what I asked for. I felt I was overcharged for what I was given, the prerolls tasted about what you'd expect a dumpster fire to taste like. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Your tiny little out of the way corner dankshop.This little place has low amounts of space, so they sell grams and rolls usually with a little edibles counter.Quite the selection though.  They have something for everyone in grams ranging from your typical $10ish regular unleaded nugs, $15 premium, and for people who gotta be ballers, $23 double OG hypedank.I've enjoyed my purchases so far and consider them to be worth the premium price paid, so well done.This is pretty much the endgame fantasy of NORML back in the day; corner stores selling dime bags of insanely dope chronic to anyone with ID and money.

Awesome service. Well-rounded bud-tenders take time to present multiple choices and help guide you towards your wanted choice. On top of that, discounts are offered all the time to draw in good deals. My last visit offered me two amazing choices of bud , which really hit me exactly like how my bud-tender describes. 10/10 would highly recommend a visit here!

As an mmj patient I've been pretty peeved with the prevalence of pesticides in cannabis products since recreational took over the market. I recently made the switch from being an Ike's regular to shopping at Ruckus for that very reason. Ruckus's owner is the founder of the Clean Green certification, and as such he and his staff make sure that the products they stock are either Clean Green or follow the same practices required of Clean Green. You don't have to spend 20 mins looking through a fine-printed list of possible chemicals sprayed on each individual company's pot before you decide on a product like you do at Ike's. You can just walk into Ruckus knowing the products aren't doused in harmful chemicals-- which gives me some serious peace of mind!The shop itself is rather small and unassuming, and is easy to miss if you're coming from 15th. That being said, every time I've been it's felt cozy as opposed to cramped, even when there's been a line of people. The vibe is very relaxed and down to earth, which you'd think would be standard for a shop that caters to stoners but you'd be surprised how stressful other rec shops can feel.The staff I have spoken with were friendly and knowledgeable about the products they were selling which was a lovely change of pace from big-box pot stores. The prices were surprisingly not insane-- I had suspected they would upcharge for the benefits of having clean pot but I am very glad to report that isn't so. As an example, I got a full gram of beautiful golden-blonde 84% thc crumble bho with zero pesticides used on it for $20. And that's not even their cheapest concentrate!Overall I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone, but especially to fellow med patients who need to avoid harmful pesticides on their medicine!

Ruckus is a quaint little dispensary that's located conveniently in Capitol Hill. The staff have been mostly attentive and friendly and I've never had any issues here. Parking is a little hard to find especially on weekends. Their prices are pretty reasonable and I've never had any issues with the staff at all. The store gets pretty busy every once in a while and it may take a while before you're served.

This is a sweet little spot on the northeast side of cap hill. I LOVE their hours and the intimacy of the shop. The same budtender has been there each time I've gone so far and is knowledgable a helpful. Plus I'm picky as heck and they are always super patient and willing to go through the menu piece by piece to figure out what's just right for the moment. Love it!It's gonna be hard to compete with Ike's prices on flower for any new store. Ruckus is rising to the occasion with a solid range of prices too. $7 joints , $10 grams. Oil is at standard prices as well. If anyone in the rec industry to find a way to sell affordable high quality oil, that'll really change the game!

The best dispensary to go to! Always very helpful and have the best prices :) the employees are very nice and take the time to explain the products and make great recommendations. They have a loyalty program and run frequent specials. I've never been disappointed by ruckus and will keep coming back as long as I'm in Washington!

Great little neighborhood shop, fits in well with the rest of 15th. The store is tiny with just one little counter but it's never an issue since it is never busy. The staff are very chatty & knowledgable. The best part is they have awesome weekly deals that make Ruckus more affordable than most of the other bigger stores. Not a good selection of non-flower items like tinctures and edibles.

Great weed and dabs,  but they have a very small collection. They have great deals on Wednesdays if your looking for some cheap real stony joints, but if your looking for different strains every day I would go next door to Mikes.

I really like ruckus for the people that works there and because they are not a chain and care more. However, last night, I got there looking for white diesel, of which they were out. So the chick at the counter suggests this other one Jack herrer, saying it's good and similar to white diesel. So I spend my weed budget on this one, but as it turns out, it's pretty lame. Having been duped into spending money on shit weed that they overstocked or could not unload, on trusting the budtender, I go back to the store asking for a refund or an exchange or something. But instead, I get laughed at. So in short, I'm out 20 bucks, stuck with shit weed I don't know what I'm going to with, and I got laughed at because I trusted Ruckus and its budtenders.

Awesome store, great selection, good prices. Love this place. Great shop, great closeness in the store, and not a cramped closeness, but a fairly intimate place to buy your recreational weed.I recommend this store to everyone!

Ruckus is the worst! Used to be the place to go for people over profits. This has changed with their build out and I guess they have to pay for it. Unfortunately this means they operate much more like Ike's, which btw is cheaper and I would encourage you to go to instead.

This small capitol hill dispensary has basically everything you need, delivered by a fast and friendly staff. Both times I have been in the line moved faster than I thought it would and I was taken care of well even when I forgot to grab cash before I got in line. I will continue to shop here whenever I am in capitol hill.

Went here after a horrible experience at Ike's and was happy I found it. Great people and products for a great price. Fully recommend paying them a visit.

Great vibe and helpful staff! The folks here know what's UP and made some great recommendations. We love that it's centrally located in Capitol Hill in the 15th Ave. business district. It's tiny and makes for a more intimate experience, and the specials are handy!

One of the best weed stores I've been to! They have an awesome selection and a very knowledgeable and kind staff. They're always willing to suggest something for any mood and are one of the few places that carries headband. Will continue to support them with my recreational needs

I Love this place! So nice to finally have a spot on The Hill. Reasonable prices and the budtenders are all helpful and knowledgeable. I like the deals they have on small quantities so I can sample a few times before buying a larger amount. Right off of 15th next to the Mexican restaurant. SO glad I can just walk down the street to get my goods. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Ruckus specializes in Clean Green certified weed so all of their product is from growers that do not use pesticides. This is a great shop if you're interested in the effects of what you're smoking. Because the selection here is smaller, the budtenders know their stock better than budtenders at bigger places. The chill atmosphere is also less-overwhelming than bigger places so you can take your time ordering without feeling pressured to decide. We hit up Ruckus every few months to poke around and see what they have. Ruckus keeps a few budget strains on hand in varying amount; prices are comparable to Ike's ($50 an ounce). On average, I find that we get less for what we pay here than we do at Ike's, as we load up almost exclusively on cheapies from Ike's, but the quality is way better and more consistent. The vibe here is stoner-y and the budtenders are laid back. Don't let that deter you. The last time I was in here, my super-patient budtender gave me some excellent recommendations and steered me away from a few strains I'd been considering because I told her I didn't want to feel too stoned or couch-locked. I bought five or six different strains - some for muscle relaxation, some for creativity and focus, and some as a mood uplifter - every single one was a hit. So, you know, they really know their product! Heads up, the current website needs some work but you can see what they're getting at.

GreatGreat prices. Good selection but frequently out of stock. Staff is typically friendly and helpful. But discoverability is kind of hard.... I always regret not using the online menu before i go in and cross referencing leafly, so I can pick out the best stuff. Love the magazines and pamphleteer- NW Leaf, Dope, Culture, whatever is cool.

came here from Maryland, and it went beyond my expectations. Customer service was great! No wait at all and they have great selections. There's a wide variety! Would definitely recommend to my friends!

I would drive all the way up to Ballard just to take advantage of the great prices Ruckus has to offer. I used to avoid this Cap Hill location because the staff here could not handle a high volume of customers very well. The bud tenders now are much more knowledgable and great customer service skills. I was helped by the gentleman that looks like Drake. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only downside is that there is very little available street parking. I wish they had a lot.

I heard about this spot and their Top Shelf Tuesdays. The first time I went I scored a lot of goodies for $75, the lady hooked it up with some good stuff at good deals. The second time visiting I was hoping for the same but ended up getting recommended some things that were almost double the price as last time. I'm okay with that, just wish they would be a little more up front instead of having to ask the price on every item. The quality, especially of the flower I can attest to, is great. The budtenders seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I would go back for sure.

Ruckus has unique flavors and the affordability is comparable. It was a relief to learn that my personal favorite flower is especially affordable at Ruckus. The staff are insightful and have always been a pleasure to see. I would suggest anyone who hasn't yet visited Ruckus should create the opportunity for themselves a.s a.p.
