Great location and selection, right up the street so i don't have to go to SODO @ cannabis city. Quick and very knowledgeable. Higher potency product than cannabis city too. Another plus is parking is right in front of the shop, which if you've been to cannabis city, that is not the case.
This place totally surprised me.Pretty good selection of strains, though I'd only heard of two. They seemed to have a good quantity too, unlike Cannabis City. All of the staff were super nice and informative. As for product, they have loose leaf (maybe 12 strains?), edibles, oils, pre-rolls and some cartridges for vaporizers or whatever fancy devices uses those.Prices were around $15 - $35/gram. Which isn't bad. Actually, I would say you get 50% more than you would in the average dime bag, at least. Of course, you can save a little if you buy more than just a gram. It's the only place open so far that rivals the black market prices - which should be half the point of legalization. You can become a member and receive extra discounts as well. I think the highest THC content was around 28% - which is far higher than I tangle with. I paid $25 for a gram but I got nearly twice what I'd get in a dime with a substantially higher THC content. My purchase came with info on the strain, a discount on the next purchase and a pamphlet on Marijuana use in Washington.The only thing I would recommend is remembering to draw cash before going as the ATM charges $3. Naturally, it's cash only.
Nothing bad nothing great I thought the store was just too bare bones. No thought to decor visual appeal ambiance client experience. Nothing. Come on people. Put in a little effort. It's pot but you still have some competition in town.Also they seem to have an increasingly poor selection. The last few times I went in they mumbled something about being Low on inventory. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
Stopped in on Sunday eve looking for a disposable vape pen as I'm visiting out of town. What a beautiful and well merchandised store! The guy that helped me (wearing really cool moonstone rose earrings) was really cool and super knowledgeable. I highly (ha) recommend this place!
Weird vibe. Jumpy doorman. Super close to my house so I've been in a few times but never ended up buying anything.Every time there were a lot of employees and barely any product. Overpriced to boot.If they weren't selling drugs I would assume it's a drug front. Something is off in a big way.
Update 9/20. I spoke to the General Manager who took the time to make things right. I wanted to visit the store a few times before updating my review. I will say. I will Say speaking to the General Manager did repair the relationship I had with this shop. I will continue to visit this shop. I spoke to the manager of the store last time I was in. Which happens to be a cool guy. I will continue to get my Oleum products from here. Thanks guys for taking them time to make this right. In return making my business feel valued!!! I'll update this to 4 stars I am leaving 1 star due the lack of consistency. The people there are hella cool and super nice. One lady that works there introduced me to one of my favorite concentrates to date. Here's where my problem starts. I was originally charged $55 for concentrates that are marked $50. $5 dollars no big deal. If you go to their website. They're actual website states they have an early bird special from 9am-11am you get 10% off (I even checked before posting this). The first time I was in. I showed the lady that it was online and she honored it no problem. I went in on a Saturday where their special is $5 off concentrates. The guy at the counter told me that their new prices were $50 on the specific concentrate that I was getting from now on (I made sure it wasn't a sale or temp pricing). Fast forward to today. I walk in for the "Early Bird Special". After shopping. I proceeded to head to the register where I again confirm the 10% off. The budtender informs me that they no longer offer that sale then proceeds to tell me "But because we are out of what you came for. I'll do it this one last time". Then ask me to join the rewards program. My total was $135 which means I was charged $55 a gram again. I hyped this place up a lot to the people who ask me about recreational spots, because the vibe is welcoming. It really sucks since this spot is literal walking distance from my house(less than three blocks). I will no longer send or support business at this establishment.
Staff is welcoming and friendly every time I visit. Always a good selection. I've purchased two things that didn't function properly and the exchange process was quick and easy. Prices vary a little bit from other stores I visit which is to be expected but with the daily deals Grass always wins. Wish the daily deals were posted somewhere, or maybe they are and I just can't find them? 10/10 will continue to purchase here.
The setup here is immaculate and you can't beat their happy hour deal or rewards program. I love the service, even when it's busy. The folks here are always happy to answer all your questions and are sorry patient. The location is convenient too!

Super friendly staff! Great selection, there's always new things to try and the staff is happy to help you find what you're looking for. Great customer service as well- I purchased an e-nail and when it stopped working after one month I contacted the manufacturer. When I didn't hear back, I contacted the manager at G&G who immediately replaced the item (despite being out of town on vacation at the time). Love the pups that hang out in the store too :) overall, great atmosphere!

The company that opened here several weeks ago had great prices until grass replaced them. Now too many employees standing around bugging you while you try to browse their over priced products.
I've been visiting this establishment for a few months now and it is my main go to, even when it's a bit out of my way. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable. The prices vary, but are competitive, only losing to the black market and the hours are the best in the area. Need a pick me up at 8am? Can't get to sleep at 11 pm.... this is the place to go.

The people here are very nice. I'm inexperienced in this realm but they seem to have a good, curated selection of products. I was able to talk to one of the guys behind the counter about my needs and he was kind and helpful. I might be missing something with my ignorance but they have two regular customers out of my hubby and myself.

I won't ever go back to this shop because the products they have sold to me don't weigh right , the last instance was only a few days ago . A customer really should not have to worry about such things , only receiving 2.2 grams instead of 3.5 is just nuts . Would you patronize a business that rips you off ? The bud tender said he would pass along my ph# number to the manager but I never heard from him . I had to look him up and give him the info . Never heard back from him again either once I did that . Very sad that this passes for quality control and customer service . I won't ever go back to a place of business that rips me off . High prices , low stock and goods that don't weigh - not for me anymore .

wanted to come into tonight but they closed 10 minutes early.. even though on the door it said they were open for 5 more minutes. Knocked on the door saw shadows and they ignored us. Not a great way to run a business. Online it says open till midnight on the door it says open till 11:55 got there at 1150 so frustrating. It was a Saturday and I've never written a yelp review before but this was so frustrating that it needed to be said.
The best shop around!! The employees are super nice and totally make the experience! Prices are low compared to other shops and they offer deals along with a happy hour!

Came here on a Friday night (7pm) and the place was a graveyard. The parking lot was empty, the entire store was covered by white paper that I was doubtful that they were still in business, kinda looks like an abandoned building. I peeked into the shop and all lights were still on but there was no sign of anyone around at all, not even employees. But the Open sign was still on, so I opened the door and there was the doorman right behind the door checking my ID and striking up conversation, cool friendly dude.A girl came from the back and helped me. This is where all the unpleasant and uptight vibe started happening. I won't go into too much details, but I've been to many different clinics/dispensaries throughout the years and this is the only place where I don't feel like I'm being treated like a responsible adult.. and this is the only place that makes me feel like I'm shopping with my hands tied, with her actively bugging me and correcting me "you can't do 'this' and 'that'". It just didn't feel welcoming at all compared to other shops that tend to make you feel chilled when you're browsing & walking around and are also more lenient regarding the above-mentioned forbidden 'this' and 'that' like letting you use your phone and text from inside the store, but nope, not this place.On top of that, she was not being helpful at all. When I asked about some products I was interested inside the display, she would make general comments like "yeah this stuff is pretty cool" and I looked at her waiting for her to elaborate more details or knowledge of why it's "cool", but she never shared any further knowledge on the products which by the way one of the reasons why I was using my phone was to google the product details since she wasn't doing that. She was more concerned of looking for where her phone was and sending the doorman to check at the back for more stock, and got quite pushy when trying to get me to buy more stuff despite my stern "no". I already knew what I wanted which was what I came here for and which was their very last stock, so that's what I ended up buying though it's priced $5-7 higher than any other places I've been to.I give 1 star because they did actually have the specific product I was looking for, and another star because of the friendly doorman who was helping this girl doing her job. All and all, the place is spacious and looks like they carry a good variety of products, but I don't think I would be back here again nor would recommend it to my friends due to the unpleasant vibe and the holier-than-thou attitude that I received, but most of all I just don't like their higher price.
Simply the best MJ store in the Seattle Area. Well stocked with quality options. Extensive variety of flowers, shatter and edibles. Lower prices than any of the 5 stores in the area I've visited.Always patient and friendly. I visit other stores on occasion to mix it up, but this is my main store for the reasons above and so many more.Large parking lot and right off of 15th NE.What more do you need?
I just wanted to post a quick message to say how much I LOVE Grass & Glass!I moved into the Shoreline neighborhood a little over 3 years ago, and have been a weekly regular in the shop every since.I did have 1-2 trips in those early days when I would visit and they were out of stock. :( It happens.I am very happy to say that hasn't happened to me in years.I make it a point to introduce myself to each and every employee as I do spend quite a bit of time in the shop.Consistently Joe, Rachel, Josh, Lovely, and Kara are all very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs.I truly value Josh's insights and opinions and he has made me a even more knowledgeable cannabis consumer over the years.Recently I had purchased an erig that had some complications. I want you to know how WELL the Grass & Glass team handled my customer service experience.Both Alex and Josh tag teamed the issue with texts and phone calls. We were able to deduce the problem and rectify the situation in 1 day.Long story short, I love G&G and I am sure to tell anyone who will listen that they need to become a customer.You are doing things right, hiring good people, and taking care of your customers.KUDOS

First patronized this place during the COVID19 outbreak and their safety protocols and social distancing practices are topnotch, while at the same time they're friendly and available and provide great customer service.They have a great and wide ranging selection both for novice ents and for those thoroughly into weed culture -there are lots of little gadgets and modifiers and they're all in glass cases in which you can see everything clearly.They have a HUUUUGE selection of candy edibles, which is what I was looking for on this particular trip, and everything was displayed incredibly clearly, along with a salesperson that felt genuinely excited to help me.As a person that loves shopping in general, I honestly just really loved shopping here; the vibe, the open and airy feeling with all of the windows, the service, the selection. Topnotch experience.

I cannot say enough about this place.. YOU GUYS ARE MY FAV. Mostly because it feels like when you walk in they know you they know their product and based on your previous visits they ask questions.. yes I'll take a bag or joint of what they recommend .. which is a big deal to me.. picking chronic weed is my gift in life. It's nice to know other people feel the same!! They are the best. This was a fire line strain that was insane.. yeah these are my go to peeps for flower joints carts and intro to CBD.
Shopped here on and off over the years. Wanted to express that the service and selection in the store has dramatically improved from my prior visits. The staff here rocks. My last several visits, the employees were happy and having a blast. Everyone was laughing and working with product and chatting about cannabis. They clearly enjoyed their jobs. I've been in this industry a long time and this kind of positive energy speaks volumes. The reason why I point this out is that I know the last year and a half has been hard on everyone. I walk into some shops and am greeted by a crew of morose drones who couldn't care less what your needs are or what you buy. (Looking at you Herbn' and Lake City Ike's) Here you'll get cared for by a crew that knows it's stuff. As a bonus, was greeted at the door by an adorable shop dog with a stuffed dinosaur in his mouth. He had stoic eyes that said "Here is my toy. You are now obligated to provide me with affection"
