Go here and stand in line all day. These guys cater primarily to drug dealers who are buying massive amounts of product to ship out of state and they make everyone else who wants to be part of the legal marijuana industry standard round and wait on those guys. Total joke.
I am a caregiver for a medical patient. Her regular dispensary was out of concentrates so I decided to go to pig and whistle where at one time I was a medical patient myself. Despite saying they would price match, I paid $2 gram more than the deal at her other dispensary. At 20 grams that is an extra $40 for my homebound patient to just eat. The worst part about it is that the concentrates are complete garbage. I bought 20 grams of unsmokable concentrates for a medical patient that NEEDS them. That was her whole budget for the month. Warning they look beautiful but you will regret buying them. I will never be back. I sent this message to them directly first and they never responded
Great dispensary located in Denver. Great place for flower and especially concentrates. They have a large selection of Lasercat and 710 and sometimes they have daily specials on them. The place has plenty of parking, security, and a ATM on premises. The staff is friendly and helpful in describing the menu options. They have a recreational limit of one ounce of flower or 8 grams of concentrates daily.
This is my favorite dispensary, they have the best prices and the staff is always really nice. Josh is the best and my favorite budtender
Worst customer service, spent $200 in this place and 4 gs of my concentrate completely spilled and are refusing to give a refund when it was their fault. Only offered me 50% off the same dabs I just bought.. rather fully refunding or replacing the product completely full of charge. I will never shop here again.
You have got to be kidding me.I can overlook that my online order, that you said was ready, was not. And I can overlook that your menu was massively outdated. But what I can not overlook is buying an ounce, and your budtender giving me FOUR *UNLABELED* ZIPLOCK BAGS, and my labels just tossed into my bag, in an intact strip.I want to add that this was my experience on the MED side too, which is absolutely absurd. Am I supposed to just guess my strains, even though this is my medicine? I want to add that one of the labels, isn't isn't for a strain I asked for (and in fact, declined), which adds to the narrative -- WTF did you sell me?If your goal is to give your med patients the worst experience ever, then I got to say CONGRATS, this is officially the worst dispensary experience ever.
Explaining rules in their entirety prior to sale would be very helpful. Especially to peopleFrom out of town. Took 45 min to get here and was turned away empty handed. Just a rule display would be very helpful to avoid this disappointment for others.
I went in to buy a Focus V Carta as a Christmas gift. I went in on the 23rd, and this store sold me a broken dab rig that cost me $200. Then when I brought it back for a replacement, they replaced just the atomizer. That didn't fix the problem. So I called them back because their manager told me that if it didn't work they would replace it. Even the receipt says that if you bring it back within 5 days they will replace it. Both the manager here and the store policy are telling lies. They did not replace the broken item, they told me to go to the product's website and use their warranty to fix the product. So now I have to pay for mail to ship this to California, wait for a response and hope it gets fixed from there. Very poor way to run your business. Please change the policy on your receipts to actually reflect your store's policy so you're not lying to your customers.
Literally just left just now. The black girl with the two puffs or bun with the small rough braids on the sides who's register is on the right is rude af. Don't know why you work here if you don't want to tell me what you have? I don't understand wth you're doing here. And you want to act nice when payment is needed. No. You don't get tips if you provide crap service. Never coming back. Thanks. Never again.
Best customer service I've ever had at any dispensary and the quality of there products is top notch. Also, the manager Renee is amazing she always makes everything right. Love this place..
Shabby establishment with 0 concern for their customers what so ever. Let me give you a recap of my experience in this claustrophobic, poorly ran, poor excuse of a business:We walk in, everything seems good, the lady acted nice greeting us, she then asks for my ID, I give it to her, no problem.I had my backpack, she asks me to leave it in the lobby while we go into the dispensary. No problem, I assume this means they'll watch over it, and this must be routine. Slightly concerned, I trust them, and leave it in the lobby, where they had a clear view of it.Inside the dispensary the shopping experience felt rushed and the dude behind the counter looked like he really didn't care.I walk back into the lobby to grab my stuff, and it's missing. Oh and another thing; there were several other people INSIDE the dispensary with their backpacks on. They didn't get stopped. Why it is they are inconsistent in enforcing their rules, I don't know, but I will tell you me and my partner were the only two non white people there. When I asked them where my stuff was, they looked confused and clearly realized they weren't paying attention and my stuff was gone, one of the ladies went to the back, presumably to ask their manager how to tell me I was S.O.L. luckily, I caught an incredibly sketchy old woman who was clearly on meth walking out with my bag, and I had to physically grab it from her. All in all, what you can gather from this experience is that this place is shady, has no concern for customers (particularly non white customers or anyone who looks "suspicious" according to their standards, which apparently don't find a literal crackhead to be suspicious). Not only are they a terrible shopping experience, they also put me in danger by forcing me to grab my stuff from some random junkie because they aren't able to hold accountability for ridiculous rules that they don't even enforce consistently. Do yourself a favor, and support one of the other, much more pristine and well ran dispensaries in Denver.

This dispensary USED to be ok .They don't have " Top shelf flower" in my opinion but on occasions they do have decent flower. SINCE this covid-19 nightmare happened they have proven to be the worst dispensary I have dealt with. Over time, seeing recreational patients come and go with complete ease, while med patients literally wait in line for an hour is inexcusable. They have become notorious for this.I ordered online 2 oz of flower and received my text that my order was ready for pickup .When I got there, I could see there was already med patients curling around the building. I waited in line for almost 60 min and when I finally got back in the med area, they didn't even have my order prepared!Ok well I'm here now so at least put it together in front of me, no big deal. OH they don't have ANY of the flower I ordered online. No one could figure it out to give me a call or text to let me know .. that would've been nice. I ended up just wanting 2 craft cartridges ( $10 a piece) . The "budtender" said he felt bad so he threw in a .75 g pre rolled joint . Then upon paying he told me it was $40.00! ya right for 2 craft cartridges and a "free" pre -roll?? I called the manager, which she wasn't around, so they gave me an assistant manager. I think his name is Kyle. I told him the situation and that as a medical patient it isn't right to have a compete breakdown with communication and organization within the dispensary. I told him that they obviously need to hire more employees to execute better customer service and that I spoke with Jon the hiring manager a few weeks prior about any positions open.Going as far as to tell him I was more then willing to come on and help with anything I could. I have to think its his first management position because all he told me from there on out was excuse after excuse;" We have too many medical patients with extended plant counts. Do you know how hard it is to weigh out several hundred grams of product? We tried expediting dutchie orders and that didn't work. Sorry we dropped the ball this time. We can't keep up with our extended plant count customers . We can't find a better system ..... " etc etc. This dispensary has been on a consistent decline in the past several years. My most recent visit with them reinforced my opinion that they really don't care to change anything . When a customer calls with a legitimate problem or issue, offers their own personal help and assistance and even goes as far as to come up with solutions to share and implement, yet the "assistant manager" doesn't even ask for you name or any give a shit for a follow up, its time to move on. I found several other dispensaries who are much easier to deal with.
Horrible customer service! So rude I left without a purchase. The girls at the front desk need to find somewhere else to work. This is a feel good environment and they made the experience the worst in the biz. Go somewhere else Colorado peeps!!!
I have been waiting for over 45 minutes with only one person in line for medical. I am so disappointed this used to be my go to but not after this fiasco, so steer clear if you are a medical patient they really don't care as rec is just flying out the door and the line is moving so fast so if your rec your good. Med treatment sucks
Bud tender pocketed $15 instead of giving me change. I was so annoyed and distracted at this other bud tender for randomly grabbing the premium lazer cat out of my bud tenders hand and opening it up so she could smell it ?!? (anyone who knows anything about keeping good hash should never open cold until it's reached room temp because the moister in the air will condensate and ruin all your stuff making it sizzle) Ignorance at its finest
Are used to love pig and whistle but now it's been getting very rude customer service and the quality is not what it used to be
The staff is the best and always friendly! Juicy is the best, he was friendly and complimented my GRiZ hat so it was an automatic connect! Passing those good vibes, the only thing is the pre rolls here always canoe and you waste half the weed but the staff is great!
After 6 years of being a medical patient here, I have never once been treated and conned in such a way as I was last week. I have my extended medical license. I originally went in to buy four too she'll ounces. I really like the "whole nug" ounces and I told my bud tender that. Dan, the manager and bud tender looked at my license and told me I was allowed to buy 8 ounces, when the previous time(two weeks before) he told me I could only buy four because the had changed. Confused and a bit excited, I agreed to buy 8. I wanted all of the blueberry, but he kept pushing for me to get the Clementine, so I said fine, even though it didn't look good. Again I reemohasized I only wanted whole nugs and no shake. I had to run outside real quick to get more money, and when I returned literally within 30 seconds they already had it bagged up, which I thought was way to fast considering when your picking through the whole nugs it takes a bit more time. I tipped him $20 and said thanks for booking it up. After spending $100 an ounce I get home to find he has given me four ounces of fucking shake dude. SHAKE! An ounce of shake is worth $30. When I called to explain the situation, they said they couldn't take returns and that I did something to it to make it look like that. I didn't touch it from the time I bought it and looked at it. This manager, Dan, needs to be fired. His customer service sucks and he is just conning people and climbing the ladder by bragging about his numbers. Like I said, in my 6 years as a patient at Pig N Whistle this has NEVER happened to me. Him and his sidekick assistant manager planned the whole thing thing I realized because upon returning paying and tipping, he looked at his friend and said, "everything you said was right." He claims he's the manager, he looks 21 and is great at coming people more than anything to make the company money. Not rolling solid ounces for people and implementing customer service. As a single mom, I. Ant afford to be conned by an seeming honest dispensary who's reputation is now on the line. I expect to get my money back or four solid ounces in exchange for that crap. I will not let up until I do.

Like previous reviews have stated, this is the WORST place to buy weed in Denver. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is rude every time and they make everyone wait outside in an hour long line in the 100+ degree heat. The parking is terrible as well. Save yourself some headache and go to a dispensary that has actual HARD WORKING employees. Literally 10 people standing around while 2 people actually work...
Watch out they love to over charge here they have got me on several items that I didn't realize till I got home these people need to be investigated for fraud I believe there doing it on purpose very shady I will not be back
This dispensary is incredibly busy the vast majority of the time. I'm a medical patient and sometimes things are a bit disorganized due to their clearly high volume business. But, with that, nearly every budtender that we've worked with has been awesome. Kenneth in particular is always amazing and lovely and makes sure we're taken care of and keeps the place with a good mood - so even when I'm in pain - I'm leaving smiling and just a bit better even before medication. On top of that - there's always something of decent quality on a great deal if I'm a little poor or higher level products when I'm not.

It's such a shame that I must be brutally honest and give this place a 1 star rating, knowing they don't even deserve that. I suppose I must have been ok with this place a few times but that means with turning my cheek in service a few times. I order online most of the time and each time I order and arrive to pick it up there seems to be an issue. I have been told just today that they don't sell only grams of flower, well why would but be on the main webpage every day then? I wouldn't have had a problem with staff letting me know this but the tone that it was said in the rude manners of the staff just made it worse. They are rude, not helpful, full of sarcastic excuses and their manners are way below average. I will be taking other routes to make this known to someone higher up as they have no business being open any longer. Never have I seen such an ignorant set of adults working with the public. They should be ashamed.
Wow they very little of a selection. And the quality is terrible compared to their rec side. And they charge top dollar and put your flower in a ziplock that they melt so you can open and close it. Once you tear the bag open you better have something to put it in.
I really like their prices but the lines are ALWAYS longer than the path to hell. Yesterday, we waited 40 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of us- on the med side.

This was my first time in this dispensary. I am giving them 5 stars for having a great deal on vape cartridges. I have been some doing some shopping around for cartridges and was pleasantly surprised to find they have them in stock for 18 bucks! This price is unmatched in the metro area. Although they are far from my house and have weird parking I will be back. I'd recommend having some sort of loyalty program and eliminating the use of paper bags but other then that everything was great.
The guy who sold me my weed was extremely rude. A total dick I asked him a question and he was very dismissive and did not help me at all. Then he proceeded to tell me it was cash only after my purchase and didn't even direct me to an atm where my friend had to direct me. It's the dude with the tattooed eyebrows. The front desk people were very nice but the helping sales staff need a lot of work

Just picked up 23 ounces and this shit is literally still wet , stop rushing the process for $$$$ get cure your herb properly , this shouldn't have even been on the shelf for another 2-3 days , better for you guys tho right , more weight more money ..
This place is the BEST. I have no idea how anyone could give this place a bad review because there's not a single bad thing about it. I never write reviews because I work in a restaurant, but let me just tell you I will never go anywhere else again. I heard about this place from a friend and it's now my spot. The people there are AMAZING. Everyone is nice here, but there's several people who make my day every time I come in there becauthey are so positive and uplifting! The lines are usually very short, not always...but get over it! Oh and best prices ever as well. Stop reading this and go to pig n whistle right now!
To be honest... I hesitated to write this review, because I am selfish, lol.If you dab, this is the first and last spot you'll start going very soon. They have all the good stuff, wax, shatter, sugar, pho, and flower too. I have bought flower a few times just because it was so pretty for such a bargain. But the wax/shatter is my main focus. I hate thinking this will increase traffic but they are really good folks.Oh yeah, you can bring your dog and they take a polaroid of it and put it on the corkboard! So cool!It's got lots of craft stuff, but there are other types too. But why wouldn't you love that crafts stuff? Lol panacea is perfectly named.

This place is great ! They have great prices on edibles and the staff is so nice and knowledgeable!!!! The name is cool too! We have a restaurant back home (Memphis) with the same name! I don't have a negative thing to say about this location !
Terrible experience, they lost my ID. They literally gave to some other person in another car and that car just drove off and they offered no solution
I saw a great ad in the local Westword for an ounce of 32% percent Chem n Tonic. I went and purchased said strain only to be disappointed. At best it probably tests in around 15% because i and many of my friends didn't feel anything after smoking several bowls. Nice building, helpful budtenders awful strain. Please post if anyone else had the same experience.
was very good at one point had dank wax n shatter very terpeny now since last couple times i been in the shatter and wax is completey trash and taste like shit never disappointed in the bud selection thats why they got the 2 the purple elephant i purchased some time ago was FUEGO try again in a month or so see if i can up the star count im more of a dab head instead of flower guy
I found this hidden gem randomly and decided to take a chance. From the outside it doesn't look like much but once inside I was pleasantly surprised. The check in process was very fast, and I was in the bud room within 3 minutes. After entering I was amazed at the quality of their flower and hash, not to mention their low prices...$25 grams of shatter and $99 ounces of select flowers...that's hard to beat!!! Keep it up Pig n Whistle my new favorite spot

I hardly write reviews and my profile should reflect that. Me and my boyfriend went into the pig n whistle today after realizing we are low on bud. Usually we go to the green solution or oasis cannabis superstore. We are regular readers of the WestWord magazine and often we see advertisements and deals listed for pig n whistle.. Well since we only live literally right down the street we figured "hey, why the hell not? We've been meaning to go in!". After our experience, I wish we would've stuck with our normal dispensaries. First of all, customer service is in serious lacking.. I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly as a customer. I was greeted with an anxious and rushed tone, My questions were followed by sighs and frustration and as if I should know this stuff.. I asked for deals and what kind of strains were available and she acted like I should've already known.. Well. I wouldn't have a problem with not asking you questions, but nothing about product lists or prices are listed in this store. Its tiny and cramped which makes it hard for customers coming and going since its the same door to enter and leave... I really came to this establishment with open arms and wanting to love it. It was my full intention of making this my regular spot, unfortunately I will have to drive that extra ten minutes for the other dispensary because Pig N' Whistle is just not cutting it.
Pig 'N' Whistle is by far my favorite dispensary. In my personal opinion they always have a solid selection and the bud is always fresh. Plus no one can deny their awesome prices. Thank you for your welcoming customer service, it makes your awkward parking lot not even matter.
The only reason I go here is for pen cartridges. If you want better bud at a better price there's a lot of other places in town. My experiences here have always been terrible-the customer service is probably some of the worst I've seen in any retail store let alone weed store. The girl that was working last night with the big gauges honestly needs to be fired immediately for how rude and unknowledgeable she is. I probably won't go back because my experience last night was so weird and uncomfortable. I think the best thing that could happen to this place would be for the owner to completely replace his entire staff starting with the managers and gauge girl.
This is a discount weed store in a high traffic area. They may not have the best selection, but I picked up a quality strain for a decent price. Reading these reviews I wonder what people are expecting. There are definitely better dispensaries, but this one is good if you are looking for quality for the price.

Pretty great experiences my first two visits; really friendly front & back of house & killer deals on flower. 3rd visit today, not so much. Literally no words from front desk as I checked in & I just happened to see her waving me back. Same thing with the bud tender. He spoke maybe 5 words. Might've been new because he got confused cashing me out. If it weren't for the guy that stepped in to help, I wouldn't pro'lly go back. I'll give it another shot.

The staff is rude. I come here to drop at least $400 each visit on hash rosin. I'd rather go to another shop than deal w the rude girls in the front. There's no need for attitude when I'm asking what's on the menu. I'm also on the VIP lazercat list. When I told the girl this she was even more scandalous with me. I'm planning on dropping $400 each day for 5 days & this is how you treat a customer? I'm taking my $2k elsewhere.
I've been going here for 3+ years now. They have a decent selection for recreation customers but every time I go in they have music blaring and you can barely hear. My main complaint is how rude and sassy the staff out front is when checking ids. The bud tenders are usually very helpful and nice!
