This is always one of my first stops when I come to Denver. They are helpful and have everything I am looking for. The store is well put together and parking is easy.

These guys were awesome! This was my first experience with a Colorado dispensary and I had a great experience. The security guard at the door was incredibly kind and friendly. When he saw that my wife and I were new to the Denver dispensary scene, he kindly pointed us James behind the main counter and said he would take care of us and get us started. James was awesome too! He took the time to answer our questions, explain different products to us, and offer recommendations of things he enjoyed. We left feeling great about what we picked out to try and very happy with our experience. They even wrote down a list of their favorite breakfast locations in the area for us to try while we are here!

My boyfriend and I went there and the security card scanned our IDs and he was very polite and nice. We came from out of town so we were a little nervous. They have a big menu on a TV screen and so many choices to choose from! Brandon Maniez helped us and was very nice and welcoming. He let us smell multiple strains & was very patient. I definitely recommend going here!!

We went to a few different dispensaries while in Colorado and to be honest I disliked the vibes that we got from them. The vibe at Medicine Man in Denver was a lot more laid back and welcoming than any other dispensary we visited. The guy we worked with was extremely knowledgeable about the products and super friendly. He didn't get annoyed with our questions and was happy to tell us more about everything. Coming from a state were marijuana is not recreational, I was definitely looking for somewhere as welcoming as Medicine Man. We will most definitely be returning next time we are in Colorado!

My most favorite dispensary in Denver! Staff super friendly and knowledgeable on the type of products they have in store. Great selection of flower and edibles. If you are visiting Denver for the first time definitely stop i here on your way from the Airport.

Denver's booming dispensary business offers one a myriad of places to take full advantage of Colorado's marijuana legalization efforts. I spent a lot of time researching the dispensaries, looking at reviews, products, and more. When I made my choice on which dispensary was going to get my business, I ended up picking Medicine Man. I do not regret my choice, and I will be glad to do business with them again. They are located just East of the old Stapleton Airport but for those unfamiliar with Denver this is why you have map apps on your phone. Put it to use and go find this place. They have a small parking lot but plenty of on street parking. A word of caution: If it's recently snowed the entrance sits on a small grade and the sidewalks can get icy fast. Be careful if it's snowy. Once you step inside...they have two sections. To the right is the area for those who have a Colorado Medical Card. And it's usually stocked with the strains you're looking for. But if you're after the recreational stuff, you're going to the counter on the left. Don't be surprised if there's a line inside but it moves quickly. When you step up to either counter this is where you'll encounter some highly knowledgeable and very helpful budtenders. If you've got technical questions about products with high CBD / low THC content for example, they can answer them. From buds to concentrates, to cremes and ointments, and they even have edibles, if you want it most likely they have it or can guide you to something pretty close to what you had in mind. Again there are so many choices in Denver that it can be overwhelming. Do your own research, brush up on what you want, and consider Medicine Man as one of the dispensaries you'll want to check out. They do have an ATM but be prepared to bring cash as for those who don't know the hassles these places have to go through with the financial system, cash is king. 5 Stars. Exceptional Service, Exceptional products, Exceptional Knowledge. I keep 5 Star reviews to a mimimum but Medicine Man has earned nothing less. If you walk in here prepared and know what you want, this place can change your life for the better. The stuff I bought helped someone I love get off a regimen of Hydrocodone and several other meds and helped them regain a quality of life that they haven't had in many years. Technicalities. If you read the other reviews Medicine Man does get hit hard by Denver locals on their packaging and a few other things. But for those with places to go...the packaging is irrelevant as you're going to repackage their products anyway.

After visiting Denver and checking out multiple dispensaries, medicine man is by far the most expensive for the same quality green you get anywhere else. The customer service really sucked on the day I went. Rude budtenders who don't give a shit if you return or not. Clearly I will not be.

I absolutely love this place and this location, they always have the best strains and the staff is awesome. I normally shop medical and I'm a member here and while I'm waiting for my card they hooked me up with not having to pay tax or anything. They always have my edibles which is very important to me as well, I've been to many other dispensaries and this is my favorite by far!!!! Go check it out and they have some of the best prices around!! They literally treat me like family and they are definitely my second family!!!!

The staff is amazing and the vibe is chill and if you ask they will tell you their personal favorite strain and that's always a good thing when you tryna figure out what's the best gas

Worst despinsary in Colorado extremely over price for their bud that's smells and looks like oregano ... how can they even sell stuff like this smh... don't recommend this to my worst enemy... I used to get better reggie back in the day..I'm so disappointed I had to go out my way to write this!!!

Stopped by Medicine Man on a recent trip to Colorado and was more than happy with my visit. I asked more questions than I probably should have, I asked for and was given recommendations on both green and edibles. Girl Scout Cookies was one that we already knew we wanted and the guy recommended the Blue Dream as well. I opted for the Peaches and Cream Leafs by Snoop bar which was deliciously dangerous, and a true test of  self control. Green wasn't too moist or dry, burned well in both glass and paper. Would shop there again when I'm back in town.

I always go to the Aurora location (and I love that location!) but I decided to give the Denver location a try this time; so glad I did. The store was small but the selection was huge! They have everything! The best past was the budtender, while I can't remember his name he was soooo nice (so was the security guard)! I will be back soon :)

This was my first time in a dispensary and it was super cool... customer service & security were better than expected. The product was pretty good, but honestly I've had better. Overall, I would totally return, but maybe try some different products.

My least favorite dispensary right now. I got two pre-rolls and they were packed so tight you couldn't draw any smoke off them. They look to push products that suck and when you go back to say you didn't like it, they don't care. They do carry a good selection of edibles.

Crazy, this comes up on google as "best dispensary in Colorado." I'm from Colorado and was pretty let down by the quality of the "private stock." I check out a lot of these places and my least favorite thing is prepackaged flower, makes me want to walk out the door. Only positive is average prices, and large selection but if your a weed Connoisseur this place probably isn't for you.

This is my favorite dispensary, I love the flow and effectiveness of the customer service experience. I was in earlier today and I adore the gentleman who helped me (I am so sorry I did not get his name), he has helped me a few times in the past as well as the other budtenders, I've never had a bad experience, I've never felt rushed, and every product is explained with accuracy. The gentleman who helped me today is a true gem of an employee, I'm always excited when I end up in his line. Thumbs up dude hope your day ended a lot better !

I wish I lived closer to this dispensary. I received customer service like no other, thanks to Gabriel H. GREAT quality buds; nice and hydrated, puffy and tasty! Tried and ounce on my first visit because I was able to see and feel the buds I was actually getting; not some display bud they would then bait & switch me with, like what's happened to me at a certain dispensary lately. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area!

Every single time I've come here they don't have what I want, the budtender has no idea what they're talking about, and they are never nice.  I travel to Denver a lot and this location is close to the airport... that's the only thing it has going for it. I've tried to give them multiple chances and it just never works out.  If you're dead set on going to Medicine Man go to the Aurora location, it's a night and day difference!  Friendly and knowledgeable staff plus they seem to stay stocked on the popular products.The flower at either location isn't really that great but they do run really good deals on edibles, drinks, concentrates, and accessories (depending on the day).  That's what keeps me coming back to the Aurora location at least.

Jason and Matt are very informative and have great customer service skills- Harvard level customer service right there! They didn't rush and answered all my list of questions. I love that they didn't try to oversell a bunch of stuff and truly catered to what I needed. They knew what stuff was vegan vs. what wasn't. They knew what helped with specific ailments. Definitely make the trip to Medicine Man.

My all-time favorite! Been coming here since they started recreational sales back in 2014. Very happy w the service and quality of product! Can only recommend this dispensary! Look out for specials on edibles as they are of a "high" quality, pun intended!

They have a medical side and an adult use side. The adult use is busier. The selections on edibles are slim, but if you smoke flower, there was a wide variety of strains that I have never heard of.

Got the OGRE OG from the medicine man, and it was comparable to closet grown home grown garbage. The nugs came out airy, un manicured and deformed. The smell was hardly there, taking me back to my highschool days of smoking shwag. I'm not completely convinced that all this medicine is grown indoors. Also got some seeds with my weed..The goofy looking worker with the sideways raiders hat, knows nothing about what's is coming out of his mouth, the owner is a joke, medicine man?....naa...The Bunkman

Awesome first experience. Super chill environment & helpful people. I loved how I could smell the air as I turned down the street. I bought a few different edibles, they were having a special. The peanut butter & jelly cups are so delicious. It is Cash ONLY!!! So thankful I brought my cash, but they do have atm. I'll be back for sure ;)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of flower bud. Prices and deals seams awesome. Then you hit a few more places and realize they aren't that great. Bud is way dry. And we definitely got oversold here a little bit. We were excited on our first stop so probable seemed ultra touristy.

Very knowledgeable bud tenders! They never run out of the top sativas and blends. Also, really good advice on edibles, dosage, and timing. The flower is top notch and always smells tasty. Highly recommend for sweet deals every day. Last but not least, the hottest bud tenders!

They suck they don't child proof their containers. The weed is super dried up and disgusting it tastes like crap. I will never go there again I wasted 300 dollars on garbage. They bag up the weed which looses the potency. I highly do not recommend them. Don't go there. Many other dispensaries out there that are top notch. They don't know how to grow it or preserve it. I'm super mad I ended up wasting 300 dollars on garbage.

This was my first stop leaving the airport, upon arriving and exiting my vehicle all I smell is good herb. I am in shock and super excited. At this point I'm wondering is this how all of Denver smells (like a sack of kush). Entering the business was a let down. On the right side of the store they had glass displays with jars of weed that we could not go see because it was the medical side. The rec side was a counter with 4 stations or so and items hanging on a peg board behind the budtender. We got the $20 starter kit (gram, pipe, and lighter) The g was very green smelled good, a little dry, and very seedy. It got the job done, but I've had better at home in Dallas. I guess my expectations were" high", I wanted to take my time, browse, look around. But I felt like a sheep that was being herded in and out. I asked about edibles and the budtender told me they all kinds of stuff, but never showed us anything. We went on Sunday the 14th around 2pm, there were only about 4 or 5 other people in the shop, so its not like they were busy.

The staff is friendly and very informative to tourists as far as explaining laws on REC use, good variety to choose from I guess but what I got wasn't at all what I expected. It looked and smelled fantastic but when I got to smoke it it was the most dry bud practically dust. I enjoyed the experience I suppose but I just won't be back because I'm afraid I'll spend another 100 bucks on dry bud I wouldn't recommend.

The flower they have in small bags is broken up and they don't have any concentrates. I'm really confused why they don't have wax or shatter in stock at all?

Medicine Man Denver is a wonderful place. The atmosphere is chill and, if you happen to get one of their specials, they are fair priced. Not the best of dispensaries. I'd recommend trying a few others before settling on this one. Native Roots, Simply Pure, Ballpark. I bought moldy edibles and they wouldn't replace!  Afterwards I rode the Loopr bus, world's only luxury mobile cannabis lounge. Someone on board shared some not moldy edibles with me!!

The deals on their pre-filled cartridges are great!  I would love to see Bhang on the medical side and more wax options. They have a great loyalty card that rewards you for buying your cartridges there. Thank you for always being so patient!

Prices are high and the weed is trash. Nothing has a unique smell or look to it. All wispy and loose buds. Not very crystally. They charge the same price for a 1/4 as the black market in Atlanta Georgia too. NEVER AGAIN

New to CO but not new to smoking. Guy behind the counter was nice I picked up 1/8 of sour strawberry that looked pretty got home and was instantly concerned because there was no smell. Hit the pipe a few times coughed my ass off and caught maybe 15 min buzz. Have since found quality bud to take care of my needs. Will not be back.

While staying in Colorado I decided to visit this shop because it was close to my hotel. Upon entering the shop I heard the legal spiel being told to the people ahead of me from the security guard. Then waited my turn in line. Once getting to the counter the bud tender was very knowledgeable but I was not impressed by the look and smell of the product. It was very dry and not as fragrant as expected. Overall the shop did not have any good energy and felt cold and the product was not that impressive. But if it's close to your location and you want partake it will do.

despite the poor reviews, I had a great experience. Zach waited on me, gave me some great deals, showed me a wide variety, and was quite knowledgeable. I will def be back

This is a very busy dispensary.  It has a decent location and it gets good reviews on Weedmaps, so I gave it a try.  The wait was only about ten minutes.  My issue was with the budtender.  He clearly had no idea what he was talking about or doing.  I was specifically looking for indices & he points to the display & says, "The top row is indicas, these are sativas & these are the hybrids.  Since I'm a complete newbie, I figured he knew what he was talking about.  My 1st transaction was  for two 1/8 bags of "indica".  My second transaction was for one 1/8 bag of indica & one 1/8 bag of sativa.  When I got back to my hotel room to evaluate my purchases, I looked up the strains online & instead of being 3 bags of indica & 1 bag of sativa, I recieved 2 bags of hybrids, one bag of indica & one of sativa.  And these descriptions are from right off their own website!!!  Since I didn't have time to go back to the store, I'm stuck with what I have.  I wish I had the guy's name because I would let the owner know.That said, the weed I got is very nice.  It just wasn't exactly what I wanted.  IMPORTANT INFORMATION:Before you go to this place, visit cannasaver.com to see their coupons/specials!!  It saved me quite a bit of money.  I used the "1/8 for $22" twice in the same transaction & got a 1/4 for $44 plus tax.  I pay $120 for a quarter where I live!!I would recommend this dispensary purely based on the deal I got.  Just do your homework & know your strains.  Sometimes the budtenders are new or just don't know what they're talking about at many dispensaries.  Be a smart consumer & educate yourself before you go.

We booked the tour of the grow facility and it was AMAZING!  First let me say Brett booked the tour for us.  I  was very happy with his prompt response to my phone call and the follow-up.  We had company from out of state that wanted to tour a facility and this was PERFECT!  Peter and Michael were our tour guides and were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. In fact, we called Michael SCIENCE GUY, he knew his botany and chemistry!  They answered everyone's questions and pictures are allowed.  HaHa----NO Samples.

This was my first visit to Denver and my dispensary of choice. They have great daily deals and great selections. The budtenders are very helpful in finding exactly what you want. I will be sure to come back when I touch down in Denver in the future.

Everyone from the security to the tenders are very friendly. Each tender I've shopped with has been knowledgeable and very helpful with making sure I get what I'm looking for. Haven't visited another shop for quite some time now, love it!

Flew into Denver at 6pm, after renting a car etc, we still managed to get to Medicine Man before they closed at around 6:50(and if you aren't familiar with the system its a HARD 7PM stop in sales as a part of the new recreational laws). Instead of telling me that it was too late I had a crew of employees giving me recommendations helping in any way and racing me to register. My receipt read 6:59. This was the first stop on our tour through the new scene in Denver since it was closest to the Airport. But after sampling around town for the 5 days we were in the Denver area, this was hands down our favorite. We left with top notch edibles shatter flowers and customer service.

This past week, my girlfriend, who just began medicating because of Crohn's Disease,  went in with our money and bought and couple of ounces of medicine from the Medicine Man. When she got home, it wasn't quite what I wanted. We went back the next day to exchange it out for something more suited to my condition; however, the manager wasn't on duty to make that decision. I was very bummed about the situation considering I had just spent over $300 on product. But Tiffany, Ryan and Jason assured me they wanted to make the situation better and to keep us happy. These three employees were so accommodating, helpful and professional and set an example for what other medicine providers should be. Medicine providers, not pot dealers. Ryan even called me an hour after we had left to please come in the following day and speak with Pete, the manager, and that our business was much appreciated and wanted. After work the following day, we returned and spoke with Pete. The situation was as easy as it could have been. He is an outstanding member of their team and an asset to the company I'm sure. We left with smiles on our faces and can't wait to return many, many times. I highly recommend that if you have any ailments, you do the same. As well as being very knowledgable about product (and I'm a commercial farmer) they are cool as hell. Thank you Medicine Man!!!

My last visit to medicine man was great. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable about the products on the shelf. I was helped by Cindy and she helped make my decision that medicine man is from now on my go to store.

On a business trip to Denver, one of my team mates wanted to visit the Medicine Man, 3 women over 50. The moment we walked in, we were asked for identification which we had to hand over to be scanned to ensure it was not fake. We proceeded to browse the first counter which had t- shirts and pipes. My friend had gone to the back counter chatting with an employee about edibles. I walked up to listen in and immediately the employee looked at me and abruptly asked to see my ID. Now, nothing about my ID had changed from the twenty steps I had taken to get from the man who scanned my ID to the next counter!! I told the man I had already showed my ID and he persisted to yell, show me your ID!  I decided to say 'thanks anyway' and walked back towards to door to leave. At that time, another man came and asked, "you have a problem"? Yes sir, I have a problem, and said this was nuts, and explained. At that time, a security guard busted out from the back and asked me what my problem was!  I told him to back off as I was already discussing this with the manager. But he continued to be an ASSHOLE! He asked, are we done here.....what an idiot! I just decided to leave, as I refuse to spend my money in a store that doesn't respect their patrons. I'll never return and I advise everyone to find another place to do business since Denver has so many other places to choose to shop. I think this place should change their name to MORON MEN!!

Definitely doesn't compete with some places I have bought med from but with a coupon, you can get a good deal. Be careful of some of the recreational strands because they aren't strong. Probably have better selection with a medical card. Great customer service. This has been my frequent provider of meds in denver. Shop the coupons and watch what your buying. Other then that, medicine man has my approval for prices but lacks in potency I have seen in recreational strands I have found here.

This is probably one of my favorite dispensaries that I visited in Denver. Everyone that I encountered from the guard/bouncer to the person behind the counter was extremely friendly and willing to help/explain/reccomend anything you want. This was my first dispensary that I've ever been to and I must say they set the bar high. Every other place I visited after visiting this place was disappointing. We liked it so much that we went back and did the grow room tour. The tour was very informative and educational. Seeing the actual bud was cool but they only let you look through two doors into the room. Still cool nonetheless and I will definetly be recommending this place to anyone else that visits!

My boyfriend and I stopped here pretty much as soon as we arrived to Denver. When we walked in we had our IDs scanned by the security guard who was very welcoming and nice to us, especially even though we were out of state. The guy at the counter, I wish I could remember his name, was fantastic. He was attentive to us, recommending different strains, edibles, etc. He was super accommodating and you could tell that he cared that we liked our purchase. We ended up getting a bunch of edibles and an eighth. I was surprised that the prices were as good as they were. I was expecting everything to be expensive but we spent under $100 for a lot of items. Also, later in the week, we went back to Medicine Man to tour the growing facilities. The smell was wonderful and it was like being in another world seeing all of the plants growing. Made me really hope that PA decides to legalize it soon!Highly recommend Medicine Man if you're in Denver!

The best of the best recreational or medical! Bud tenders are very knowledgeable, no question is a dumb question, they really know and understand all products sold in their store. Quality is alway reliable and prices are in line for the quality that you get. Don't go elsewhere!

Terran was very helpful, answered my questions and all went well/quickly.They were also having a sale on vape cartridges which I was able to take advantage of. And the bud Terran recommended me is really good. Hits the spot, it's a hybrid. (It is called Chem Squeezy.)

I have come in here a couple times over a couple years and I have come in with different people and I always get the bud tender who wants to threaten to not go through with my transaction because of a conversation i was having with the person who I was in there with. I will never be back. There are too many dispensaries in this area to have to put up with their crap. Don't worry, I'll NEVER return to this one or any other medicine man dispensaries.

I honestly am not sure how this dispensary has such great reviews. I understand great customer service, but the product doesn't come close to five stars. Trying new weed strains, specifically sativas, is something I enjoy. Every now and again I'll pop into different dispensaries to see what they have to offer. I popped into this Medicine Man location because their website said they had a strain I love with all of my heart, Blue Dream. Upon entering you'll see it is much smaller than their Aurora location. Everyone is super friendly and the line wait was not long. There are stickers on the floor to tell you where to stand for social distancing measures. Let's talk about the product. They did not have Blue Dream (instant heart break), so I opted for Poltergeist since I've never tried it before. Ummm... 11 seeds in an 1/8th?! This is not the 90s, that is not okay. I'm not a grower, nor will I ever be a grower. I do not want to find seeds in my weed. 1 or 2 is okay, but 11 in such a small amount is a bit excessive. The weed is also verrrry dry. I'm a stick icky icky kinda girl so dehydrated plant life is also a no go for me. I won't be coming back to this location.

Now, I am so impressed with this location I will be getting my card, and I truly look forward to the day I have it in hand! I drive a little farther to visit Dominique at the Denver store. The bud is always good and she really makes my day everytime I visit. I would highly recommend shopping Denver Rec for yourself. An added bonus for me is being able to stop by late. Great for night owls. Treat yourself tonight, you deserve it.

The best experience I have ever had at a dispensary. The staff was absolutely amazing. I ordered online and was able to be in and out within like 3/4 minutes. The security officer was really nice and the woman behind the counter greeted me with the kindest and most sincere welcome. (I wish I would have gotten her name!) I will be back every time I am in Denver!

I went to this dispensary on my drip to Denver and they had some great deals! From when I first walked in I had fast friendly service and the store was extremely neat and clean! M.A. helped me and was an absolute joy! They helped me with all of my needs and more! Had a cartridge that leaked over two different pens. James, the manager at the Denver store in Commerce City, was incredible and replaced my cartridge and battery no questions asked. I worked in the industry for 3+ years and great customer service is hard to find. James and his budtenders were amazing and kudos to Medicine Man for hiring quality people and empowering them to make rectifying decisions. You've gained a repeat customer.
