Nothing about this place I hate. The ambience was nice. They've got a good selection. Will visit again..

The ladies that work here are very rude. It's not a friendly environment like other dispensaries.

Since I was on business on this side of town I decided to take a look. First off, I had to wait on the other side of a glass/mirror window while I put my license on the front counter. There were about 8 other licenses just sitting there waiting to be taken. It's not your classy, high end dispensary but; they had $5 pre rolls. I felt like I was at the dmv; the waiting in line to get in and the seats to wait for your budtender to serve you. However, my budtender was cool; not very informative but cool.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! If I could give a rating lower than one star I would. On 5/23 what a terrible company. I was accused of having a fake red card ( didn't even know that exist) and was refused service at this shop. The level of incompetence & lack of knowledge of this so called dispensary's staff is something else. In my 7 years of being a medical patient in the state of Colorado I've never have experienced an event quite like this. I truly believe I was profiled simply because I'm black and this shop is in a urban area. Golden meds ? This is how you treat the community that keeps your lights on? It's frustrating and hurtful. I will make sure everyone I know and everyone I meet stays far away from this shop. There's some others in the area that have better product and better customer service.

The pot here sucks,  tastes bad.  the customer service is so bad its demoralizing to go there. I've gone here over a dozen times and it has sucked 10 out of the 12 times I've been there. But I've been a victim of circumstance due to their not being very many dispensaries by my house, luckily I've discovered a few so I'll never frequent this trash hole ever again. There are only one or two employees there who know how to treat people well,  everyone else is a fucking asshole.  I get that working in customer service can suck but come on son.

I'd like to give no stars this place is shady as can be. They shorted me 6 grams so on the sale day 30 dollars of product. The budtender I had said the scale was jacked up and not working right. After walking a mile there and a mile back to tell them I got treated like crap and told not my problem. The never answer the phone said it's an issue but I've heard that for the last year. The prices are not as listed and neither is the thc% on the container. On top of this the flower they have is subpar and normally sondry it crumbles as soon as you touch it. I have notified the proper Colorado State agencies to deal with them.

I've been coming up here every two weeks for the last 5 months. While the quality of the weed is good, the quality of the people working has greatly declined. My wife and I went yesterday, and as soon as we were let in, the lady in the red tracksuit snapped at me to remove my sunglasses when I was already reaching to do so. My eyes are very light sensitive, and it was very bright in the waiting area, so yeah I kept my sunglasses on.Then once our names were called, the guy helping us (I believe his name was Jorge) had a bit of an attitude when it came to packaging the product. We each wanted a quarter of the same strain, and specified that. Normally, the person helping us understands that to mean two separate containers, but Jorge decided to put it in one bottle, until we asked him to split it. Never had an issue before yesterday. And his apparent reason was just because his manager wouldn't like it.I might pay more elsewhere, but I'm definitely not coming back to this location anymore.... Yesterday's experience left a horrible taste in my mouth. Will not recommend to anyone anymore.

I've always came here since I moved from Colorado. Today oct 24th I walk in and ask what they got in specials and what are the cheapest bud they have. The guy in the back try selling me some "SHAKES" for $26 .. lmao yo son i know my ID says I'm from Florida but I ain't a dumbass. I can literally tell every dispensary I go to this story and they'll laugh at that. Usually an eighth would run me 25-30$ but with actual bud not no fucking shakes. After I notice they tried to rob me for my money. I don't suggest no one comes here. You can get better quality bud at HOUSE OF DANKNESS starting from 18-25$ at most. I do not recommend. Service was bad today out of everyday I would come here. Only nice guy in that place was the security. // I'm editing the review right now at 2:05 pm , I went down street on perioa by motel 6 , there's another dispensary LIGHTSHADE I just got a quarter of bud for 30$ almost the same price golden meds tried selling me for shakes. Again. I do not recommend anyone coming here.

I've been going to golden meds the for almost 4 years now and I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in my life. I bought an eighth of their ghost og and when I grinded some of it up for a joint it had all of these seeds (all the seeds in the image are from just a gram.) fall out of the bud. I do understand you may get a seed every now and then but this is ridiculous. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary. I used to recommend them all the time telling people to try your godfather og or some the 14er brands but honestly with time they have fallen downhill. I will no longer be recommending people to golden meds anymore as I am no longer a customer myself

Golden meds has sales regularly on products and this week wecame across 100Mg Koloa Bars for an exceptionally low price.We like to Infuse do they're shake does well for that.

Horrible management team!  I bought a cheap apparently defective vape pen from this "establishment" and the last thing on their flip flop wearing managers mind was offering me any type of resolution...if Golden meds is your only choice in montbello...you are screwed!

After missing a connecting flight (thanks Southwest), my friend and I had about 18 hours in Denver. Given that Texas hasn't legalized, we were both really curious about what these types of shops look like/offer so we walked across the street from terrifying Timbers hotel to get a closer peek. We were greeted at the door by a blonde girl who had very little patience for our bumbling around. She looked at us expectantly whilst barring the door and we stared back with zero idea what she was waiting for. Then she demanded our IDs, scanned them and told us to get in line. Since we weren't really even waiting for help, we wandered around the small shop. Got the stink eye as we pointed and snooped and then she snapped at us when we accidentally walked over to the medical side. Though we didn't purchase product, we were amazed at the crazy variety of it in store. Looked like there were edibles and drinkables and mints and just tons and tons of the green stuff. We didn't purchase product (obvz) and left soon after getting the proverbial eyeful. You're probably going to get a lot of people who come over from the aiport-esque hotels to gawk around. If that makes you impatient, having some kind of intro or literature might help avoid the problem. It's completely foreign to most people who live in states that don't have cannabis clinics.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the medical cannabis here.The "buds" available for eighths and up, were mostly shaky looking, poorly trimmed, and didn't smell very good. I decided to go ahead and buy the 4 joint party pack. It's supposed to have four one gram joints in it. That means one gram of cannabis per joint. With the paper cone filter, three of the joints weighed in at one gram or less, and one weighed 1.3 grams.I would not recommend any other med patients to this dispensary.

Our first time to Denver and we immediately stopped here for a pick me up. Glad we did. We received help from Micah. She was very friendly and also from Texas! She helped us find what we wanted and is great at upwelling. Although she did tell us to take 3 edibles if we were everyday smokers and so we did and WOW it was way too much. My only advise is to tell customers to not take as much because we were plastered.

Idk what kinda kinda business doesn't have a number that can reach someone directly. Blows my mind that they are able to make money at all when they don't answer anybody and send all calls directly to voicemail

Jesús, the lady sold us edibles. (Im not experienced) but I had one in Oregon (they will only sell you one) and the guy said take half and see how it goes then take the other half. this lady sold us a box of 10 and told us to start with 3! (They must be weaker?!?) NOPE! My girlfriend had 2 she is pretty small AND FREAKED she threw up everywhere. START WITH 3? Jesus. Not everyone is a pot head lady!

As a semi frequent traveler to the Denver area, I've been to quite a few dispensaries. This was the very first time I've felt unwelcome in ANY place I've been to (dispensary or not). Once the ID process was completed, my wife and I entered the store to a tall black guy who was neither friendly nor welcoming. Received a quick, these are buds, these are edibles song and dance and then walked away. So while browsing, I was startled when the same guy yells at me saying 'Young man, don't cross that line (two stickers on the floor) or I'm gonna have to tell people why I had to drag you out.'  What part of that statement is remotely professional? Who are you going to ATTEMPT to 'drag' out? So after a laugh in his face, I decided to take the high road and not get into any altercation with a salesperson who has too much ego and not enough sense.As for the selection, it was pretty good. All of the same stuff you'd find in any other dispensary. Nothing for the kid behind the counter to be an asshole about. Considering there are a few other dispensaries not too far away, I'd ALWAYS choose a place with professional staff. This place tarnished a perfect record in Denver.

This is a great little place to go for Quality Service great prices and just a friendly staff!!Just moved to Denver so I just tried out a few other places at first, and this is the best one that I found for the price and the service!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, the older white lady obviously hates helping the public I'm not sure why she even works there. My boyfriend and I have been going to this dispensary for months now and it's just gone down horribly within the last few weeks. Being rushed when trying to look through a horrible bud selection is just irritating and good enough reason for us to not go back. You shouldn't either.

This is a smooth, simple stop to make.  Close to the HWY.  Easy in....Easy out.  Casual Staff;  Friendly Managers.  GOOD Enough to try.

If you buy certain gold shelf (which is the actual top tier) you might be getting some good stuff. But if you buy anything other than that or if you buy any bud that has a deal on it then it's probably Reggie or old weed. I've have been going to this establishment for many years and recently they have become very careless and rude when you call them on the phone for ask the bus tenders for an opinion on the weed. They are just there to get their money and go. They aren't really there to be a bud tender. I used to support this place so it's sad to see this establishment go down hill. I wouldn't recommend this place, you can get better quality bud for the same price at any other place near by.

This is one of the worse dispensaries in denver half the staff is rude as hell..The General Manager takes her position to the head and thinks she can talk to people anyway she want...she is rude and need to  be fired honestly because her people skills really suck

THE BEST. I went in and my total was more than the amount of cash I had so I decided I didn't want the pipe anymore. I came out of the store and my mans gave it to me anyways. Idk if this was on purpose or by accident but this budtender just fixed my whole 2020

Really cheap weed but terrible customer service. Constantly changing protocol and giving attitude when the customers have questions. Seen budtenders bitch about each other and there job, very unprofessional. Really good weed but don't conversate with bud tenders. Yuck.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Top-self is listed as $90 dollars in store and we were charged $100 and after taxes $125 ... Bro that's false as hell don't list it as $90 in store but charge us $100 and then when we question you guys about it ... that's the price ... Charlene was terrible telling us that's the taxes... how sway? NO, y'all are charging $100 and then hit people with taxes... terrible services!!

Great service and some great quality weed for a great price! It's not always fast paced but definitely won't let you down worth the drive

A medical MMJ card holder from another state, visiting Denver for business. This dispensary had a FIVE star review, was close to our hotel, so gave it a shot. Dirty parking lot, with shady characters lingering outside, and the rudest sales people I've ever experienced. They were lacksidasical, short & curt, not interested in going into detail on their products (which I later discovered potency was not up to par in the edibles I purchased). Rude, and against ADA laws, they would not allow my service dog on the product floor. This is illegal.Terrible shop, I do not recommend!!!

Always a first stop when I touch down in Denver. Great location that's not far out. The staff is always super friendly . The selection is also top notch! I like a variety of different things and always get that here.

Love this place  for reasonably priced dabs. Racked up my points got a shake oz got home. Opened it. This isn't shake lol this is trim. Shouldn't mislead people it's cool I'm making it into edibles. Staff needs to stop smoking so much freakin pot before work. Yes you work in a store that sells weed that doess not mean you should smoke it till ur stupid before work. It's like talking to a wall with some staff. The older folks that work there can not handle their highs. Will come back for cheaao  dabs. Also always check your bag here I got homee one time after buying 75 dollars worth of dabs only to have a awful 1/8th in the bag. They gave me one 10% discount on a gram of wax. So I got like 1 dollar off. Still not happy about that. U need a better weed to register technique

Best dispensary in Denver!I'm a steady customer there and the staff is always very nice, friendly, courteous, helpful & efficient.I had a situation there while waiting in line the other day.Some little dumbass young simp tried to cut in front of me and when I confronted her she threatened to kick my ass!I alerted security and they handled that situation proper like.  They were so professional and I was protected immediately. They acted fast and I felt safe.KUDOS TO GOLDEN MEDS SECURITY!!!THEY DONT PLAY!!!‍‍‍‍

I always have a good experience with these guys. Veterans and new employees always know how to make customers feel welcomed and safe. Also they take the time to share knowledge on the product too. Great place.

I had such a great experience. I forgot the woman’s name but she helped me with all of my questions. They have a great variety and the prices were amazing. They also offer early bird specials which are awesome.

I can not express how much I like this place, and the people. The staff are open and friendly to everyone. The prices aren't open robbery. The location just expanded to allow more product/selection. Overall, I gotta say I really like the way this place works!

100 percent one of the best places I've been for wax.. 15 bucks for a gram can't beat that.. and the place is getting awhile new look.. more inviting I feel. The staff is amazing and Rachel is one of the best.. she alone has earned this place a new customer for life... Amazing to say the least. A must go for anyone looking for good prices good product and wonderful staff..
