This my third time visiting this dispensary and all I can say is the selection get better and better with each visit. Each budologist have been super nice and patient answering questions in great details. This time shout out to MOSES!!Love Love happy hour. #IamPurest!!

Terrible customer service. I had read great reviews about this place it was our first Dispensary stop on our Denver vacation. The girl working that night didn't seem to even like being a bud tender. Had the worst attitude, seemed annoyed the whole time. I Only spent my money here because I was tired from a long day traveling and just wanted to smoke.But the girl with the fro definitely killed the vibe

Stopped in for the first time the day before my birthday to check out the only black owned dispensary in Denver (as far as I know). The service was excellent, budtender was charming, and hooked me up with the BEST BUD I'VE EVER SMOKED!He wished me a Happy Birthday and told me to come back tomorrow on my actual birthday for a free J.. ok!!!! Went in the next day and picked up some Cbd/thc bath salts!Everything is so reasonably priced and they gave me a discount for having my med card! Feeling good about making Simply Pure my new dispensary! See y'all tomorrow

Easily one my top 5 of all dispensaries I've been to between Colorado and California. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in, unlike many that are sterile and cold in the lobby where they check ID and you wait to enter.  The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and kind.   And of course they have great products.

Love the staff and they have a great bud selection! The woman who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out great strains for my needs. My new favorite dispensary, I won't go anywhere else!!

I wanted to visit here because of a documentary I saw with the Founder, Wanda. It was one of my first stops when I landed and I'm glad it was! There is great history on the walls and the employee's were so nice. Very professional, friendly and informative.  Regardless of your cannabis status, it's a great visit and business to support.

One of the males with long hair he was African American. He was very disrespectful and assumed we were drunk so didn't want to be as accessible to our group and kept blowing us off yet asking for our ID more than 3 times. I felt as our group was being bullied and we didn't have a good experience at all. Never will we return.

Yes indeed, they have good weed but, this dispensary is more than that. Friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

What an awesome experience!Simply Pure is a much higher class dispensary than others I've been to, and the employees represent this place so well. The lady at the front desk was super friendly when checking IDs, and had great conversation. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped us, because he deserves recognition. He was VERY knowledgeable, and great at making you feel like you're making an educated decision. I came in looking for a pure sativa, as well as a CBD topical cream for my hand injury. While the sativa is a treat for creativity, the topical cream we got has helped me immensely! We bought it just yesterday, and it has already minimized my pain immensely. Thank you so much Simply Pure!!

Awesome experience! Very cool, chill vibes, and the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We've been in Denver for only a few days and we've visited everyday. Great variety of products on the shelf at a pretty reasonable price point. We definitely took advantage of their happy hour special (3:30-5:30pm) where a selection of prerolls are $4.20.Would definitely recommend to anyone in Denver looking for a quality cannabis retail experience!!

I'm a regular and I love pretty much all personnel here. However, this is not the first time I get a bad experience with the budtender named Marvin W. First time I thought he was having a bad day and disregarded his lack of service and bad manners. Today it pushed me to write this review. Not only he would not respond to my regular "hey man" or "thank you" or "is it ok if I get cash really quick". He was flat out rude and unfriendly. I hope the manager takes action on this. Like I said, I love this place but I'll buy somewhere else as long as Marvin is around. Too many options to tolerate being miss-treated

This was my first time in a dispensary, like ever. I'm so happy Yelp brought me here during our quick stay in Denver. For those of you who don't know how this whole "recreational" dispensary thing works (like me) here's how it went. We were greater by a very sweet and fun receptionist (wish I remembered her name). She asked if we'd been there before and asked for our IDs. She gave us a quick background on the shop, first black owned dispensary in Denver, which I thought was pretty cool. We were then asked to wait while we were allowed in the back. The wait didn't seem long since you can read about the story of the owners and look at their monthly products. We were then allowed in the back. There are three counters each of them has their own "bud"-ologist. We had a very knowledgeable girl (wish I remembered her name too) and she quickly helped us choose something we like. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARDS, that's the only thing I wish I had known. They do have an ATM machine with a $3.50 charge so just bring cash. I will say that I was very happy with the products and will stop by once more before we leave tomorrow!

Came to Denver wanted to support a Black Owned dispensary. When we arrived we notice they offered a happy hour special fr 3:20-5:20 with awesome discounts we waited a lil longer til 3:20 to indulge.  We had GREAT customer service fr MARVIN  he is a real Budtender he knew what he was talking about. Place was super clean & professional and I did not feel rushed or sold. This is a MUST STOP when in Denver! I definitely will revisit before I leave.

This is the worst serviced dispensary in the city and their prices are a fucking joke. Order online? You will still wait. And wait. And wait. Plenty of better options

What a perfect first stop to start our Denver vacation! My partner and I or visiting from Florida, where medicinal marijuana has been recently legalized, but the selection there is nowhere near what simply pure had to offer.We opted for the Dixie blast gummies, and received a discount on our second box. They were, umm, exactly what we needed for our visit to the nearby aquarium, which we opted to walk to.But anyways, the staff is super helpful and easy to talk to. Moses helped us pick out a sativa edible, and even gave me disc golf course suggestions. When we come back next August for a wedding, they'll be our first stop shop for sure.

If you enjoy being treated differently based on the color of your skin then stop on by.

I really really want to like this place. The 2 workers I interacted with were both very friendly and to the point. Kudos to them there but the amount of money you're paying with the quality they offer just simply doesn't add up. I bought flower and it was good but not great, $75 for a quarter i'm expecting some top of the line nug like most people. $220 for an ounce is ridiculous. Barely any price drop on the more you purchase doesn't make sense. Chose this spot over big chain dispensaries and honestly wish I went to a chain. Keep up the great customer service but please rethink those whack prices.

I never thought I'd be leaving a yelp review for a dispensary but here I am. I'm definitely a novice when it comes to MJ but with Chronic pain and anxiety I had to try something. I work close to Simply Pure and it has always been convenient to swing by after work if I needed to. Now that I'm quarantined on the other side of town, It's been a rude awakening to just how Simply Pure is superior to other shops on my area. Everyone I've ever encountered at SP is always super friendly and helpful. Also the prices and specials so far seem unbeatable. The preroll prices are by far the best that I've been able to find, and the happy hour deal on them is insane. Also they have some cbd products that I LOVE and can't seem to find anywhere else (and guess what- you can get them at a great discount on the right day). Anyways, all I can say is sometimes you don't know a good thing till it's gone. I look forward to returning for all my future purchases

Cash only but they have an ATM. Must be 21 to enter, with valid photo ID.Fantastic service. Both employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. Their pre-rolls are great. They also sell these cute greeting cards with pre-roll holders.They have a menu online but it's not always updated. Parking was a bit tough to find on the street.

Moses was very friendly and knowledgeable, he offered me a variety of pre-rolls. I happen to be there during HH and got a pretty awesome deal for some good bud. Will definitely be going back. Major plus: it's the first black-owned dispensary!

Love Simply Pure! Have been 3 times in the last week, lol. Love the selection of Veritas and Clearwater grown flower. The solventless concentrates are fire too. Being the only black owned dispo in Denver that i could find, it will be a regular spot, even if it is 25 minutes from Aurora! Thanks for the great bud and service!

Seemed like a great stop but you can't see the products. You won't be able to look at what you're buying. Doesn't seem worth it to me.

I don't often buy edibles and I'm a bit naive to the scene. I went in and was helped out tremendously, all my questions answered, and really felt welcomed. I appreciate the education they gave me on all cannabis products!! #IamAPurest

Before I tell you how amazing this place is--let me set the context. I visited this place TWICE in my four day stay in Denver. The second time the same employee helped me and was an awful sport. Slammed product down, had an attitude, mumbled, sounded annoyed when we repeated questions or asked for clarity, and if you're not familiar with the amazing products you'll want to ask questions. Denver is a craft market--everything and everyone is proud of their product and wants to tell you all about it and how it's made--except this employee. The sad part is, this is a black owned business. I came here on day 1 and was blown away by the products, the story, the civil rights and justice conversation that the owners are keyed in on. And on day one the staff was great! On day two the exact same employee was miserable. Made me want to not buy the items, but it was the best product in town so I sucked it up and handed over my cash. Not a fun feeling when the employee was so unkind. Anyway, this is a must go to place. It's so cute. So clean. Feels very feminine but was packed with guys coming in and out and looking for some peace and quiet in the very bro scene Denver has become. Please support this business! And business please support this particular employee!! She sold me on day 1 and almost ruined it on day 2!!!!

My "budtender", Dave, was very friendly and helpful. Never condescending and gave me honest feedback on different products. I'm from D.C. and wanted to buy a new vape cartridge while I was in town; I told him exactly what I wanted and he provided several options. Paid $88 for a 1/2 gram cartridge and some yummy candies, not bad. Be sure to stop by Little Man ice cream down the road after your shopping :)

Super friendly staff who take their time to showcase all of their products. Great flowers and a lot of choices for other methods. Flowers were aromatic and potent.

Simply Pure was the first dispensary my husband and I had ever been to, and in the five days we've been in Denver we visited every day (with one exception). Everyone working there is friendly and knowledgeable and made each experience pleasant. We felt really welcomed when we arrived and more informed when we left, which makes shopping here all the more worth it for me. I am visiting from out of town and this is my first dispensary experience and it was such a great one. The guy who was helping me was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. He did not push me to purchase one thing. He was truly only trying to give me information. They also have a happy hour where their pre-rolls are less than $5! How amazing is that? I would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

First trip to Denver so my girlfriend and I decided to hit up Simply Pure. I thought the experience of purchasing legal marijuana products would be overwhelming, but the fine gentleman that helped us (unfortunately didn't get his name) described all the different products the store had to offer as well as the differences between selections within each type of product. We settled on sativa citrus blast gummies and jet pack prerolls. Will update later with a review of our night with the products.

Excellent dispensary.I love that it's owned by a veteran who is a woman of color and I was made to feel welcome by a fellow Georgian budtender. The place was gorgeous and everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional. They made sure we were well informed of the cannibas laws.Can't wait to visit again!!

Absolute favorite dispensary in Denver! Such friendly and helpful staff and so many different strains to choose from! If you are a Native or from out of town, this is a must for all your Mary Jane needs!

The people in this dispensary are very helpful and knowledgeable.  I had gone there a few times prior to Quarantine and they always had what I needed and were able to help me figure out what I needed to help with my severe sleeping issues.  I needed some 1903 Midnight drops during lockdown and I was able to order over the phone and pickup my order at the front window...all in all I was in the dispensary maybe 2 mins.  Felt safe and clean.

After years of looking for a place to call my "home dispensary", I finally found Simply Pure and the most beautiful people working there! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly and it really feels like a big family whenever I come in for some goodies. Their happy hour is awesome, but all their small batch flower is amazing! This is definitely that hidden gem everyone looks for, but only a few find!

I hate that I don't remember my budtender's name but he was great. Took his time describing the process, the line of products and answering any questions. There was five of us and he handled us perfectly. We can be a little overwhelming. I like the setup. Each customer or group gets their own experienced staff member and their own "little" store. Everything is setup orderly and easy to understand.

This place is hands down amazing. Great quality product and friendly & educated staff.

I'm from out of state, so I can't speak to how this dispensary compares to others. I can say that, as my first experience with a recreational dispensary, it was really great. The staff member who helped us was thoroughly knowledgeable, and happy to share their knowledge with us politely and professionally. There was no sales pressure and the staff member was very laid back. The selection was good enough for our touristy purposes. We got a little bit of everything we hoped we'd get while here, and the products were of excellent quality. Also, the prices are very fair. When researching the place I was impressed with their practices. I especially liked that they advertise prices on their website, which told me as a tourist that they weren't going to try to gouge me. Making a return trip to stock up for the rest of our trip! The experience was such that I feel no need to explore another dispensary on this trip. Highly recommended.

Great service and shop! Just moved to the highland neighborhood and wanted to find a good local dispensary! Scott helped me out and was really kind and fun to work with! They have happy hour everyday and girls night on Tuesday which I'm all about! Will definitely be back again soon!!!

Simply Pure has been a fantastic dispensary for me now that I've moved near the highlands. The staff has been more than generous and friendly, their pricing is fantastic as well as selection and employees like Mariza really make an impact when they're helping you after a long day at work. We toured a couple dispensaries and this was by far our favorite! The personal customer experience was exceptional. Our "budologist" (I will update with her name when I remember it) was perfectly versed in all of the products and took her time explaining them and the affects. You don't see other waiting customers so you don't feel rushed.

This place is the best! Hands down, the best dispensary in CO with the kindest, most helpful staff. Didn't know what to expect or how the process would work (from FL), but Amanda answered all of our questions and was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We came here on the recommendation of our lyft driver who told us that this is the first (only?) black owned dispensary in Denver and it's the first dispensary she ever went to when she moved to Denver. That was enough to sell me on this spot. Being from out of state, we didn't know what to expect or how the process worked. Walk in, take IDs, and you sit and wait until they say you can go back. They were so helpful and kind, upon walking in they ask "what can I do for ya?" To which I respond, mouth agape like a kid in a candy store, "I just need a minute to take it all in, it's so wonderful, we don't have this where I'm from". They say "first time?! Let me give you the spiel" and they run through literally everything with such patience and enthusiasm. Nobody wants to feel like a dummy and trust me, you won't here. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! We worked with Adam, who was so nice, knowledgeable, and patient as we asked questions upon questions. The atmosphere was great, and our dogs were given treats as soon as we walked in! I think the prices are very decent and they have a happy hour with more than half off some product. If I ever return to Denver, I will definitely come back to Simply Pure.

I asked at the coffee shop which dispensary had the most knowledgeable employees and the cashier said, "I think Simply Pure is the best spot, but let me check with the kitchen". The kitchen confirmed They were super knowledgeable, super helpful, and my main dispensary for the trip. So good.

It was our first time in denver and chose this dispensary because it had five stars. Veronica took her time educating us on the variety of strands, flowers, concentrates and tools they had. This dispensary is clean, organized, and well laid out. This place is a one stop shop for beginners, and experienced users.  We can't wait to come back, Veronica made us feel like we were family and not pesky tourists. Where to begin with this amazing place. First of all the location is perfect, easy access with plenty of parking and if you have to walk you don't feel uneasy about it even at night. The inside waiting area is great with some awesome reading materials and Great Wall decor, the receptionist both times we were here was awesome and greeted us kindly and immediately upon entering. The main area is very welcoming and the staff are very attentive and ready to answer all your questions. Our first trip here our budtender Brenden was great, he answered our questions and helped us select the products that were right for us. Our second budtender Rick was amazing on our second trip. He greeted up immediately and was very happy to help us. He showed us several products we were interested in and gave us solid recommendations. He helped me with selecting products for my chronic migraines. Overall this place is great, they have amazing products and great pricing. This will be our dispensary of choice when we are in Denver.

Super friendly staff, and the dispensary has that upscale feel that's appropriate for LoHi. Amazing selection and really sweet staff that walked me through all the options. Picked up a Blueberry Chroma Colors by Evolab vape pen and my wife instantly loved the taste and the cute color of the pen.

I've only been to Denver, thus dispensaries, once. This place was probably the third or fourth that I visited. I'm new to the scene so I have a lot of questions. The first day that I went it, it was great. The person purchasing that I was with asked a ton of questions and the employee that assisted us was extremely helpful. We went back the next day and the same employee was horribly rude. She seemed like she couldn't wait to get rid of us. Not sure what we did to offend her but that made the experience one that leaves me not wanting to revisit this establishment. However - because it's black owned, I'll reiterate that the experience day 1 was amazing. All of the employees seemed very knowledgable. Also, the place itself had a great feel and was aesthetically pleasing! Definitely stop by!

This was my first time going to a dispensary and the woman at the counter (I really hate I didn't get her name) but she had the flyest fro, she was more than happy to help explain their products and giving great description to help us find what we need. I choose chocolate for sleep and they were so good and rich and actually worked for me, which I am shocked they did since I have to take prescription sleep aid to get any type of sleep. I will be going back again.

Highly recommend this place if you are looking for good weed for good prices and want a good experience. Checkout their 420 deals - joints are $4.20 twice a day - unbeatable deal!

This was my first time at a dispensary. We were assigned our own personal helper. He was extremely friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of top quality products and each was well explained. I would go there again and I would recommend them to others. If you like good chocolate, I recommend the Terra binske Pure Fortunato No. 4. It's 68% Peruvian dark chocolate, Fair Trade. It's delicious and potent.

Still the best dispensary in North Denver 32nd and Tejon twice A-day happy hours Darrick is the best bud tender ever!

My budtender, David, made my experience here so much more than I could have expected. The visual merchandising of products and ambiance in the store is professional and welcoming. I was doing some R&D on packaging design and David took the time to answer all my questions, and then provided guidance for my personal purchase too. I will return to this location in the future.

From out of town and this is the first dispensary I've ever been to. Cute small little shop and the girl working there was very helpful and informative. Chocolate edibles also look super enticing!

Simply the best spot in Denver. We tried out about 6 spots in 5 days and still the best flower in town. Not to mention every employee has been beyond great at their job. My HIGHest recommendation would be this spot if you're coming to Denver!

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, and good selection! Very professional too! Definitely recommend. Also, the waiting room is gorgeous and the shop is located in a safe, and fun area of town close to many other shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

They made us wait for over half an hour and then told us they closed. It boggles the mind that they didn't take a second to tell us and just let us wait before sending us home empty handed. Basically all we got here was a huge fuck you.

My visit was by far an amazing experience. The staff was super knowledgeable about all of their product. This is a must stop if you are in the area. As a beginner it is really nice to go to a place that doesn't make you feel stupid for asking all the questions.

This is my home dispensary. I love this place! Everyone is friendly, respectful and they remember me when I come in. I love the happy hour specials on pre-rolls:) I really like the loyalty program and wide selection of great cannabis products. I recommend this place to anyone that comes to visit or asks about different dispensaries.

A little pricey for the flower but I don't mind coming in because it's close to my home and the staff is amazing. Super helpful and friendly make your visit 100% worth it each time. Great selection and usually stocked up on popular products.

This place was really great. The people were very friendly and helpful. The shatter I got was $25 a gram but they gave me $5 off each gram for being a first time customer. Really great prices and the stuff is so good. Great tasting, great effects, definitely will come back next time I'm in Denver.

My husband and I met a girlfriend and her new beau in Denver for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. We all wanted to experience a dispensary. Hey when in Denver...why not lol This dispensary was organized and secure, they checked our I.D.s twice. Simone was very personable and patient with us as newbies. We had no idea what we were looking for and had several questions.  She was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our purchases.  I would definitely recommend this place. It's in a local residential area, easy street parking with restaurants and bars in walking distance.

What a fun visit! Staff is very friendly and informative. They don't make it awkward, it felt very welcoming. The Bud tender was very informative and patient with our questions. We did have to wait a bit to go in but we were a group of 6 and it was nice they'll allowed out group to go in together. The store feels spacious. They got all the good stuff! From edibles to drinks. They have good variety. I would highly (no pun intended) recommend coming here. Check this place out and also support a black woman owned business even more of a plus!!

I really enjoyed visiting this dispensary. It was my first time in Denver and this was my first stop. I think that this is one of the better dispensaries and I got some good stuff and I am definitely excited and visiting again. They have some good deals and some good products. I came back a couple times during my stay in Denver. The staff is very chill. I purchased mostly edibles, but I did ask the bud tender to pick out 2 pre-rolls of his choice for me to try. It's always nice to get recommendations from ppl who work with the product. The ones he chose did not disappoint! Definitely stop by & see them when you're in the city.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I WOULD! BEST, BEST, BEST, BEST, BEST dispensary ever!!!The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, kind, friendly. The shop provides GREAT variety of items. Safe to say, Simply Pure is a one stop shop; They offer everything from flowers, concentrates, cool merch, unique cards, infused drinks and tasty edibles. Amanda has been my bud tender a couple times and she is honestly so awesome with finding what I NEED. I appreciate that she takes the time to ask questions, understand my concerns and  then will show me different products that can help. I also love this shop because it is Black Owned, and Women lead.  Wanda James is an amazing woman and if you don't know who she is, GOOGLE HER!!!!! Wanda and her husband, Scott Durah, are the ultimate power couple, weed connoisseurs !!!!!!!!!

Loved the vibes here !!! The check-In process was a lot nicer vs. other dispensaries we visited. The associates were really helpful with their favorite picks !! What I really loved was the non-gummy edible options, they had drinks and chocolates available !!

I came to this dispensary after I saw Lil Duval had been there and be being a lil duval stan it was only right to check them out while I was in Denver. My bud tender was hella nice and understood my frustration with the dry Colorado weed. Unfortunately, the bud here wasn't much better especially for the price. They had some decent thc percentages but I ended up aggravated that I spent that much money on some mid grade

It's a nice place but honestly they were charging me much more for same gummies at all other dispensaries. $18 vs $28. That is a substantial difference. I went to Native root and got them there instead. Will need to compare other products there too going forward.

The owners of this company think due to social justice, your normal black person can't get into the cannabis business because of their color. Fuck you, it take a lot of money to start a cannabis business, which you should know. Fuck you that there are no black people that have 500k -1M to start a business! It's not about race, it's about money and business smarts. There are plenty of blacks in the business, your just 2 of them. Stop saying blacks can't be successful because of their skin color, what are you too, poor... wake up! You go Woke you go broke!

Great Black owned dispensary in Denver. They didn't have any Happy Hour deals but the prices were good so it didn't matter. The employees were nice and patient. We had to wait in the entrance for a bit while other people shopped which was fine with me.

Great experience! I was excited to patronize a Black-owned, veteran-owned dispensary as I am a Black veteran myself. The lady at the front was very nice and welcoming (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name). We went twice and both times Adam assisted us. He is very knowledgeable and answered ALL of the questions we had. He made our experience smooth and enjoyable, which was why we went back the second time. Will definitely come back when we come back to Denver.
