These days, LivWell is just a run-of-the-mill dispensary that has decent bulk flower prices but grossly overcharges for their concentrates. Now that numerous places sell grams of quality wax & shatter for $20 out the door, it's pretty hard to stay loyal to a place I've visited for years (dating to pre-rec days) and justify paying twice as much for similar quality concentrates. Become competitive with your pricing again, and you'll win back 2 stars and a longtime customer!
Budtenders are helpful, friendly and cool. Prices are almost impossible to beat. And Tasha is the friendliest, most helpful budtender in the bunch.

Poor management, they sell O-pen products, O-pen states on the website that you can return faulty products to your local dispensary for a manufacturer replacement. Management claimed I needed a receipt. Untrue, Google O-pen Livwell management! I was a 5 year customer, No more! Wow, went down the street to Colorado Harvest Company and returned both my batteries, no questions, didn't ask for a receipt, great management and customer service and satisfaction.
All budtenders were thorough and helpful, helping one of our friends who was a first time dispensary visitor with CBD edible products. Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of products - even carrying Willie Nelson's stuff! Highly recommend them - plus, they have several locations in the city.
5 stars for the $100 oz! I feel like each livwell has its own perks. Just know the right folks and you will really enjoy yourself.
I came here for 420- have been shopping this location for over three years and even signed over plants to them at one point- no longer. They only had three (bad) strains on their medical side on 420!!!! And absolutely NO discount on ANY medical flower whatsoever. Their systems were down and I didn't receive even receive my $15 loyalty points cash which is why I went in the first place. Budtender was more interested in getting the young idiots in and left me be cashed out from a new guy- why is a new guy the cashout on 420??? Charged me a $3 "transaction fee" for using my debit even though other dispensaries reimburse you. This place sucks. Never returning I am so disappointed
They used to sell shitty weed for $79 an ounce after tax. Now their shitty weed is over $100 an ounce and its not worth it at all. Plus literally every prepackaged ounce is underweighted. Its a shit place ripping people off
I can't say better things about this place. From the set up of the waiting room sophistication of the queues to the visual perks (the clocks made me laugh)... and then the customer service is just so top notch. And the best deals I've seen. I would say it's to the point, placement makes total sense and everyone is just so nice. I also don't leave reviews almost anywhere (unless I'm a pissed off Karen). Thanks!!!!
Awkward to not give four stars but I'm not going to judge based on my experience. This dispensary is design more for tourists (and not for veterans). I came here based on a $99 ounce promotion that really disappointed me but before I get to that I'll start from the beginning.Walking into the shop is pretty update, trendy and people are friendly as it is in Denver with people. I did not wait long and was taken to the rec side. The budtender was very friendly but not very knowledgeable. I asked questions about the product that most budtenders should know. The only question she could answer was that the product was hybrid. She did not know what it really consisted of or any information about the product. It kind of irked me. I like knowing what I buy and as much as possible. I brushed it off. You have to know your product and how to sell it. One other thing that did bother me was the lack of packaging for the ounce. There was NO labels or any information. The only thing was a handwritten note in the corner of was the hybrid supposedly was. I could not find any information online about it my suspicions are still there about what it was. I did take a minute to review the prices and other products and realize WOW this place is expensive and designed for tourist. So, I did not buy an extra or additional products. So, I did purchase the promotional product as and was highly disappointed. Please read the reviews on WeedMaps as I'm not sure Yelp is the appropriate place to put in detailed how much was disappointed by their product. Oh, and they allow me to go back and forth between someone waiting in the lobby. I had to get extra cash and talk about the purchase with someone. That was nice of her to wait and all. I definitely think the staff is friendly but the budtender I had was not knowledgeable.I was so disappointed by their product I sent an email to the company. I guess I have high expectations. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, seemingly good selection and fits the needs of many. I won't return here but can recommend it for a tourist if they're not a veteran smoker and want something like their promo.
This is a recreational dispensary that is clean, neat, and very professional. The salesperson who handled the transaction, Rachel, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the product. She advised my friend on dosage amounts, and informed him about additional charges that will hit his debit card should he elect to pay that way. Pot shops close at 7:00pm on the dot, and Rachel sped through the process to make sure the transaction was completed before the strict cut-off time, and explained this to us as she zipped along. There was a very limited selection of edibles, although they do offer one "after dinner mint" for $5. This is more of a shop geared towards smoking, so bear that in mind when you make your choice about where to go. That being said, the smoke selection was quite large.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Blair- he's the best. There's hardly ever a wait line, and it's always real clean, welcoming, and pleasant. Cheapest out the door prices for the quality too! One time I forgot my ID there and they called me before I got out of the parking lot. They care ya know
We came here on a recent vacation to Colorado and have absolutely zero complaints! The process was speedy, the staff was super friendly and helpful, they had a lot of variety and the prices were great. You can't really ask for anything more than that!

These guys always treat me right! Always getting me at the door. They are fast but do not rush you. Most everyone there seems to be very knowledgeable about their products. They offer a vast amount of options including helpful CBD extracts for your pets. My Dalmatian has hip problems and has had seizures. This stuff helps with his pain management and prevents his seizures. I literally drive miles out of my way to come to this spot because of the product and the service I get.

Eric was awesome today as my budtender. Offered me smells without me asking and was very friendly and courteous. Answered all my questions patiently and seemed genuinely excited to show everything off. As he was bagging my stuff he was even nice enough to ask me what I was up too and when I mentioned I'd be getting food, gave me some great recommendations in the area. It was nice to receive great service all the way through and even leave with some additional great info I wouldn't have gotten if I hadn't gone in. Would love to receive service from Livwell and Eric again.
Customer Service could be improved. My girlfriend left her sunglasses in the store after making a purchase and went back in 5 minutes later and the front desk attendant wouldn't check with the back room staff or let her back there to see.I had to go back myself five minutes later after she was turned away without checking. I went in and strongly insisted that they look, and sure enough the were laying right on the counter in plain site. If he had taken 10 seconds to ask in the back or let her back It could have been a lot easier.
I've been in this dispensery twice and I'm going to continue to go back. Their sales they have are outstanding and the bud tenders have my best interests at heart. It is busy on the downside but that's what you get when you have a great place. I recommend this place highly if your trying to get the most bang for your buck.
Dry flower with lots of stems. Staff is extremely phony and knows nothing about marijuana. It's kind of unbelievable. I guess that's what you get with a "chain" that's desperate to be unique.
EDIT - They have gotten a lot better. You still have to know the right questions to ask, but the staff is more knowledgeable and friendlier than they used to be. Upgrading them by 2 stars.I asked for a Sativa - the strongest one they had. She says, "well, this is the strongest one we have." I get home and realize it is a Hybrid, not a Sativa. For an organization that promotes connoisseurship, they seem to be missing some basic details.

I found this dispensary to have a good selection. The atmosphere is clean and professional while the staff seems knowledgeable and eagar to help. Each time I have visited this establishment they have had some sort of "discount" products which are priced well, but I personally have not tried. Their higher end cannabis is very good quality and the prices are pretty competitive with other dispensaries in the area.Definitely willing to go here again.

Very nice establishment on the Broadway strip. I've been to a few dispensaries and this place definitely seemed the most professional. That said, there is one thing that needs to be worked out. There is no official wait list to go back into the rec shop. People get checked in at the door then go sit on chairs to wait to be called. The day I went, there were maybe 15 people waiting around. The honor system was effective in this case, but I can imagine some people don't pay attention to who came in when, and there could be hostility about the order of who is next. A simple numbering or checklist of names taken at the door could solve this!The rec shop in the back had a nice presentation and prices were good. Again, very professional. I liked that.
Prepare to have all your marijuana misconceptions challenged. The facilities are well-kept, secure, and professional. Walking through the door feels more like walking into a dental office than a drug den. Staff is courteous, professional, and well educated. Rather than acting as mere cashiers, Livwell employees serve as consultative advisors. If recreational marijuana is going to succeed as an industry, it must be approached with a high level of professionalism. Livwell sets a fantastic example for this emerging market. Try their e-cigs! 100 puffs, $12 (plus tax), mild body high without the foggy brain side effects. Love them. Keep up the great work, Livwell!
If you feel like waiting 30 mins for avg product at absolve average prices sure.. otherwise go elsewhere .. wasted my night bc I had $40 credit and still feel like I got robbed lol

It's weird how on many separate occasions they change what they say to me on the phone, I call in advance because I drive all the way from parker to ask about stock and they say one thing and when I get there all of a sudden what they said isn't true, the price is different or they ran out. The last couple times I've been in there they've sent me to the rec side when I'm a medical signed member. They make it very inconvenient because when I'm there to buy 2 ounces, I have to make 2 separate transactions. Just my experience
They have some of the quickest service I have ever experienced at a high volume dispensary. The staff is very enthusiastic about their job. I love that they let you know the thc percent of the strains before you buy it.
Total garbage. Don't seem to care about patients considering there is no difference in quality between the rec and Med. IF you have a serious illness and need real, high quality meds I wouldn't recommend this dispensary. Have heard stories of the treatment of their plants , and none are good. If your a tourist this spot is for you.
Friendly staff and good vibes. They were very straight forward. Product was fairly priced and diverse. They played good music and there was a good energy to the space. A diverse clientele to be sure. Appreciated the private shopping experience.
Recently started a yelp account just to review this place. I bought a vape pen and a gram of wax. It was my first pen purchase. Richard was very helpful. When I got home I realized that I didn't have my wax in my bag. I think it was left on the counter. When I called the next day (cause I had a wedding the day before). The manager said they would look for it and call me. I went in in person and they got me a new gram. No problem. This place has great products, great service, and great prices. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
This is my go-to Rec store in Denver. The wait is never long, they have everything you need there, it's in a central location that's easy to get to and near to other shops, bars, restaurants, etc., and great prices.
I love LivWell. Most knowledgeable budtenders and nice glass for a quarter of the price you will get anywhere else. Seriously just ask a price on one of their bongs or whatever you're into and tell me your face doesn't drop when they tell you how much.
Livwell is a solid dispensary. The flower is always consistent in quality and price. I cannot say too much about their concentrates but their edible selection is extensive and fairly priced. If you medicate regularly then their rewards program is really worth it. Only cons I can think of is the wait and sometime the erratic/annoying customers but they can't help that so no stars deducted. I always suggest Livwell as a dispensary when people ask, it is a good place for a noob to see how a good, industry standard, dispensary works.
The worst bud ever, after 6 months in Denver decide to check this place out. Every flower looks and smell the same, bought some stuff not to be rude. The worst bud I had in years, super bad quality taste like crap not to mention moldy buds. Really the worst dispensary I had been.
I'm fairly new to the weed scene. I was recommended to go to LivWell from a dispensary that I had previously visited. I walked up the counter where they asked for I.D. and gave me a ticket with a number on it. I sat in the waiting room until my number was called. The place was rather busy. My budtender was pretty friendly, but as I am new to the experience, he didn't exactly help walk me through the products and the pricing. I had a lot of questions, and the whole process sort of felt rushed. That made the experience a little difficult. What I ended up buying turned out to be a hybrid, but it was explained to me that I was buying stavia. My impression is that this is a more commercialized dispensary. No discount was offered, which I had received at other smaller dispensaries. The experience over all seemed less personal. If you're a frequent customer, I'm sure you'll have better luck here.
I wish I could leave No stars for this company! Evil evil greedy people running this place. Disgusting weed, not properly cured and full of PM and pesticides! Walmart of weed. Don't be fooled by low prices, you will be consuming poison.
After getting medical card, I thought I was signed up to have livwell grow my plants, but there was a miscommunication. Two managers said they'd get back to me about reimbursing me for the error. No one called. One manager said regional never got back to them about it. I've been coming here bi-weekly for 6 months. I feel ripped off and unappreciated.
At first I was biased as my friend owns the Liv Well company. After visiting several different dispensaries, his company, Liv Well is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. LOVE this dispensary!!
Horrible company. They have insurance and benefits for employees but they fire employees at right about 90 days to keep the revolving door going. The grow ware house especially has some shady things going on. A lot of mold and mildew on the plants. 5151 Franklin St, behind Denver Hardwood is the location.
I will keep my previous review, but I was forced to not go to this dispensary any more. It takes me over an hour to get here and one day they just decided to stop taking patients under 21. I've been having the hardest time trying to find a new dispensary. Livwell used to be the only dispensary I would ever go to, but the atmosphere and staff became increasingly annoying as the chain expanded. The bud tenders used to be very happy people that you could tell loved their jobs. As they added recreational and they got more popular you could tell their bud tenders couldn't stand their jobs anymore. The lines got horrendous and the organization to get people in the back was ridiculous. Even if I was old enough to go to this dispensary I would never come back here again. Also, make sure you check and re-check your receipts. More often than not your member discount will not be applied and I even left with a cashier pocketing $20 one time because I was stupid enough not to count my change. Old review as follows:This is the only dispensary I will go to. That staff is really friendly and their product is wonderful. It's always really easy to go in, get what you want, and head out. I think livwell is an excellent source to get unusual products like soda and patches with only CBD and no THC. My favorite product of theirs is the vaporizer pen.I have one of their pens with the dome attached. This thing is AMAZING. It's like a little mini-dab. You can also buy oil cartridges, which is what I started out with, but get the dome and you can use wax. If you become a member with livwell you get the battery pack with a USB charger for free. It just looks like an e-cigarette, so you can take it anywhere. I can't even imagine going somewhere else to buy my product.
My friend and I asked for the "5 for $30" pre roll sale and the bud tendergladly came back with all of our options. There were for different strains so we asked for all four and an extra of a certain strain. We had asked for 2 orders of the deal, should have resulted in a total of 10 pre rolls. The bud tender said "alright 10 pre rolls comes to 60 and some change" we gladly pay and take our bag of pre rolls. We get to our car and start to divide up our joints but realize there are only 9. On top of that he only gave us 2 out of the four strains we had asked for. (After naming all the strains he supposedly put in our bag) So we go back in and ask for our tenth thinking he just forgot to put it in the bag (it happens, we're only human) he tells us that he only charged us for 9 pre rolls but would give us a pre roll for half off and add 20 more points to our rewards. We didn't mind so we happuly obliged and got our new bag full of "10" pre rolls and left. We got back in the car, opened our bag and STILL there were only 9 pre rolls! So we paid for another pre roll and never got it. We made the mistake of not opening the bag in the dispensary, but definitely not returning to this location.
I have tried their bud multiple times in hopes of it improving, but to no avail. I stopped coming in because the product tends to be subpar and on the more expensive side. The staff seems unprofessional and cannot seem to know the difference between service to people seeking therapeutic help or for getting high. I will not be coming in anymore.

This place is usually very busy but the wait isn't that long. I moved to NE Denver and tried other dispensaries but come back here for the service. With all the choices in Colorado it comes down to the people, I mean the weed's good too but have you ever really gotten bad weed from a dispensary? But I bet everyone has gotten bad customer service at least once, not here.
LivWell was an interesting experience. More nightclub than dispensary. A grow in the waiting area. Nice staff. Not the most professional setup I've seen, but it seems apt for recreational sales. The experience is great right up until you get to the counter to figure out what you want. I have had some trouble deciphering their pricing and nug selection. The "gold" nuggets are much cheaper, than the "platinum" nuggets. Both come from the same plants. The Platinum is head nugget and the Gold is low-lying nugget that grows near the stalk of the plant. This means that all the Gold nugget has been tested the same way as the Platinum and they post the results for the Platinum on the Gold. It must be understood that this also means they were trimmed separately. The Platinum appears to be hand trimmed, while the Gold is tumble trimmed, a process that shakes surface crystals loose and often doesn't even trim all the leaves. Usually done because the trim is used to make extracts. On one visit I went to a counter that was unmarked and apparently only Snoop Doggs buds (which are widely available), but wasn't informed. I ended up looking at a whole new price bracket and had to ask for what I was looking for. It was a little too easy to spend a lot more than you should for what you got. There is some crooked logic to it all that really made me get the full tourist experience. An uneducated buyer will end up paying too much. Only a small part of it would be considered top shelf at a medical dispensary. I recommend looking elsewhere.
Our band came into town for the 420 2016 festivities and we checked out Livwell Broadway dispensary. We purchased several 1/8's from the $20 (good bargain) to their $50 1/8's. All weighed a bit above 3.54 so we were happy with the pakalolo (okay to good quality). We also purchased 5 grams of wax from $30 to $40 a piece...and this is where I have a huge problem with these guys. Every single one of them weighed between .84 and .89 grams. We made a video showing us zero out and weigh on two different platforms, but the budtender Justin blew us off when we showed it to him, saying the containers weigh different amounts,(although they don't, we weighed them as we were getting more worked up... Exactly the same!) Then he refused to weigh any of the wax grams when offered a $100 bet that none of them would weigh a full 1.00. Said he couldn't weigh them even though a scale was right in front of him. Either the wax is gassing 15% after delivery, or the grams are delivered 11%-16% short, or the budtenders are taking dabs out of the containers. At least I can't think of another possibility. At any rate, I wouldn't buy wax from these guys unless they weigh it in front of your eyeballs. We guess the staff has after hours dabbing parties!!! Hey...invite us...we'll play for free on taxpayer dabs!!!
LivWell Broadway is Denver's best dispensary. You simply can't find a better deal from a friendlier company.
The budtenders rock, the weed has disappointed me only maybe 1 out of 12 times. Really not often. The weekly $20 ($25 after tax) 1/8th is the best deal out there, and they always have baller strains for it. Definitely worth making this branch your go-to!

Definitely one of the nicest of the Livwell locations. Even when the lobby had been packed full of people, I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes or so to get in to see a budtender. Like most locations their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to be patient with people trying to figure out what they're wanting.
I'll leave this one simple because life is great now that I've met Livwell. Friendly staff, great prices, and rarely will you ever feel so at home. Thank you for your amazing wax.

I'm am very disappointed in how this business is being ran. The people are nice but the corporate is ridiculous. I got told many different times that the price was going to go back to normal for months now. Then after being frustrated about the price in the first place going up it WENT UP EVEN MORE! I was told again it was going to go down but I'm calling bullshit. I did not get any text saying about the change and was a very big inconvenience that I wish u was aware of it sooner. I use to love live well but I am not bringing my business there anymore because now I can go to BUDDY BOY's and get high quality bud for the same price. Nice going live well lost what was a very loyal customer.

You raised the price of your pre-weighed halves and that was the only reason to come here. They went up by 20+ dollars too? The flower here will get you by in a pinch. But its a bummer. Smoking it is a chore. I noticed business wasnt looking like it was before (even pre-virus) . Hope it was worth that price increase. I do have to say I love your employees. Dont be mad at me guys. Sorry.
This place is the worst. Hipsters running on soy power, they are usually uniformed, ridged and unhelpful. I only go when it's early and that's all that's open. The same girl has a bad attitude every time I see her. Shaved head and obnoxious. Last time another bud tender is helping me and she tells me to stand back so She can help someone else which would be fine except he was on the other side of the store and her request was unnecessary and rude. This time she breaks my ID and then can't tell if it's still valid. Anyways she was happy for me to leave and I'm happy never to return. When the robots replace humans I have no doubt her job will be the first to go.I got your response: I have no interest in communicating with you off platform. You know who that employee is but your problem is cultural. Your employees forgot they are customer service people and not hall monitors. Your employee was very happy with herself when she sent me away. I have no reason to ever come back.

Don't go to this dispensers!! They take your number for perks BUT WHEN YOU RETURN ITEMS THAT Don't work- was oh have 3 days and if no receipt they won't exchange!!!! Thus the reason I will NOT go back. I go to Rocky Road and they never say a word and take your items back! Spent 150 and they can't find my order: rip off!The funny part is he said they should have told me. It's not any where and no signs. I definitely won't be giving my business to them. 100s of others that are easy to work with. Then they call and offer me 5 off. I think I'll spend my money elsewhere. Thus I should have gone to the local dispensaries that take care of their clients
Good loyalty program and preweigh flower prices are hard to beat. Ordering online is quick and easy and lets you see the price with tax so you can be sure to bring enough cash, as well as saving you time once you arrive. I always get excellent customer service from reception and budtenders but had an exceptional experience with Chelsey and team yesterday. This is a good spot to bring folks from out of town who might need some guidance with their purchase.
This was my go to dispensary for the last few years. I used to love this dispensary, always quick service and great selection. The last few times I've been there's a 20-30 minute wait, when you finally get in there's 2 people working and 9 empty registers. Why have the capacity of you're never going to have the staff? I'm done, other dispensaries hire the appropriate staff for their business and now that the prices have gone up, they're not a very good deal either.
Out of the Zillion weed stores in the Metro area, this one is great! Great deals on bud with Daily sales of Ounces for only $99 & certain eights are only $20-They have a point card that every purchase gives ya points that are good toward future purchases.The have all kinds of weed, edibles, drinks, & concentrates along with a special Snoop line of products.Staff is always friendly regardless of the one you go to, every store has different bud! Call around and check their specials! Their very friendly!I rated this one -a star for the fact that every time I been here, it's been very crowded with about 1/2 hour wait. (Some reason this is only a wait at this location)

They tried to explain and offered their rec side but we had passed many rec places. We left and ended up in a very reputable center for our needs from now and n.
