Today there was an immature young white guy today wearing glasses a hat and what appears to be his little brother's white tshirt was so rude and racist! He was outside sitting along the back of the 7-11. He approached my vehicle rude and unprofessional! He made a racist slur towards me and proceeded to call "Jordan" on his walkie talkie like that was supposed to scare me. As I was backing out he called me a stupid bitch and said learn how to read! I am not taking this situation lightly and I will go further.
Overcharged on every gram of wax I got....this is the 3rd time!!! I even confirmed the sale price with cashier .... sure enough, checked my receipt and was charged regular price. Not going back.
Redeye has the best deals in town! We don't mind driving 15 minutes to stop by for any occasion.But recently, we have picked up two craft oil carts on two separate occasions that are leaking. The jelly plugs on the cart are completely saturated with oil, we can't use them! Yikes.We still love Redeye, we just wont be buying craft carts any longer. Which is fine because they offer a VAST collection of other items.
Great product and pricing!!! However waiting 30-45 minutes too get in and get served is a joke!!! Hire more people too work!! Why are people having too wait almost an hour too give you money?!???
Bleh. Called ahead, kind dude on the phone said he was selling the last shake and assured me he was putting some out because I was down the street. Low and behold 15 minutes in to your first of two RIDICULOUSLY long lines, just to be told by some rude older D-Bag that they were out. "But I called..." "nope, don't know what to tell you..." First, your wait time is longer than the entire experience at the dispensary I work at. Two, the shit the lady was pushing next to you WAS definitely bottom of the pound SHAKE and trim, but you're selling it as bud.... when I asked you it was like you couldn't even believe the company was selling it as nug. Keep that guy at the pay counter because he clearly wasn't trying to sell product or make Redeye Releaf money today with his piss poor attitude.
This place is horribly slow. I only come here when I absolutely have to and trust me I regret it every single time. The bud is par but nothing special. Hit or miss lots of improvements needed
Hands down, the dispensary with the best deals. They have cartridges that are $15 out the door, grams for $3, and $2 full gram joints. I wish I discovered this place a long time ago. And the people that work there are quite attractive
Update: Returned 8/6 because their selection and prices are good. BIG MISTAKE. Got home and found my 1/2 oz of Blueberry Headband was all tiny buds and shake. WTF. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
I had started going here because it's less expensive but I've noticed that everything I buy from In house at redeye causes me to cough MUCH more than anything I buy from there that's not grown in house.
So I always go between this location and the one on Broadway for the reason of pricing. I typically prefer the Broadway one because whenever an item is not available, they let me know. Sadly this location doesn't. The people are chill but I wish they would let you know prior to you getting there and having to make a purchase on the spot
Never going here again!! I had to tell the lady 5 times what strain i wanted and she ended up giving me a different strain that looks like shit. I called to see if they could do anything for me because they obviously messed up and the manager hung up on me while i was explaining in depth what happened. It was 100% their fault and they wouldn't even listen to me to help improve themselves. This place is a joke and I would suggest staying far away
It's like they're TRYING to be the worst dispensary ever. I heard they took over Sweet Leaf (if you know their story, you'd know what to expect). Super rude, ignorant budtenders. I spent OVER AN HOUR there waiting to be checked in, waiting in line and waiting in line again to check out. They overcharged me (didn't apply the discounts they advertised) and sold me a broken pen and weed with seeds! I came back and requested a refund and the manager said she can't refund me even though I had my receipt. No apologies for the long wait, bad product or budtenders rudeness.
Great prices and decent buds but the wait is far too long all those registers and they only ever have one person on them at a time which makes the wait 1hr+
Don't go here. I waited with 3 other people to have my ID checked and allowed in for almost 10 minutes before the door guy even came to let us in. The budtenders (4 of them!) were all standing around talking and laughing while we waited to be checked in. The place is dirty, the budtenders are rude and most of them seemed sick (one kept coughing and sneezing and wiping his nose without covering his mouth or sanitizing-GROSS!!!) when I asked to speak with a manager, I had to wait 15 min. A strung out looking chick with dreads came out to tell me there's nothing she can do to address my long wait nor my concerns about all the rude and sick budtenders. Unbelievable! Disgusting!
Terrible service and made me wait for close to 40 minutes due to a strain that is not in their system? Claimed it shut down the whole register and wanted me to choose a different strain which I did not want to do but did. Eventually made them refund my money as they could not cash me out still after 40 minutes of waiting and changing my order.
They have the best weed and the best price!! Honestly it's out of the way but you can't beat the price of $12.50 for an 18th. I've worked at dispensaries and the quality and friendliness of the staff is worth the drive every time!
Going into Redeye I feel like I'm walking into Cheers. The staff is always friendly and professional, they even remember my name sometimes! I've been in an out of a lot of little tourist trap pot shops in Denver and this place is not that. First up, product quality is top notch. Their flower is independently lab tested and they can even give you a terpene profile on each kind, one strain right now is testing 32%+. The concentrates are killer and they always have a good variety. They have everything else from infused bath bombs to edibles to rigs and all reasonably priced too. If you are budget conscious but don't want to compromise on quality this is the best spot I have found, they have new weekly deals every Wednesday and flash sales that make product 50-75% off. Full zones are only $99 here everyday.
This place is is a disgrace for Denver Colorado weed stores. I purchased a blue dot eighth for $12 when I got home I noticed that there was no WEED in my eighth I then called the store they told me she will get back with me. Sadly enough I had to call them because no one got in touch with me. I finally get in touch with Danielle (manager) to tell her about my situation she then insisted for me to come down and hook me up for my eighth. When I get there she tells me I have to BUY another eighth at a discount price mainly I'll be paying no taxes after she I was frustrated she offered me a free pre roll. I wasted my time coming and shopping with your business. After a round trip on RTD n a 16 minute walk. I was bamboozled once again by yo company. You guys treat customers like shit. N treat people of color worse never will be back again
Great prices, great product, but last time I went in to get some 710 rosin. My budtender was extremely rude. For whatever reason he was talking under his breath and couldn't even give me the price of the product. SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GOING BACK
Was explained the price of the 1/8th I selected. However when it was rung up at the register it was rung up at a price not even listed on the menu bird as a shelf or price option. I was apologized to for having to select a different strain, of which there was next to nothing left of that price value shelf. I will probably never visit this dispensary again. After numerous visits this experience was enough to make me never come back. Pretty sad you tried to charge me for some shelf price not even shown on the menu.

If I could give 0 stars I would considering the fact I wasted an hour of my time here for them to not accept my out of state I.D. The bud tender and his direct supervisor were both ignorant to any sort of military ID as back up identification which was issued TODAY and apparently still invalid to make a $16 sale. I'm really glad I served my country, came here for help coping with those years and then get told no by a millennial who couldn't even confront the issue without shaking so bad he almost couldn't talk right. You're doing great things for your country kiddo, keep doing you.
This location is usually good. The prices and quality are usually very good. I bought an ounce of shake because of the price. It wasn't shake. It's trimmings. Leaves and stems. That's NOT shake. They're taking advantage of the fact that you have to stand 6 feet from the counter. I'm very unhappy with this. You get what you pay for, I guess.
Great store. Friendly staff. Excellent selection and bud tender service. Pricing is probably the best in Denver, and worth the drive.
I came to this dispensary for the deal they had on shake...it was trimmed leaves and stems NOT SHAKE when I rolled it I wasn't impressed it stunk like cigarette tobacco was super dark burned my tongue and tasted like chemicals and Marlboro reds and was listed as high thc but I never felt anything from it so thats a lie so I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone stay away from this place btw it was Gelato leaf trim n stems! Ill never go here again!!! 0 stars I only gave 1 because it made me!
Came in today knowing exactly what I wanted. Just 3 grams of wax. Upon entry I was met with a line of waiting customers, which was not an issue. I waited in line patiently (around 15 minutes) until the budtender, Jason, i think his name is, called me over. Then proceeded to yell to the lobby with me inches away from him"Have your IDs ready when coming to the door. Our systems are backed up and we need people in and out of the store as quickly as possible." Why is it the customers fault for your systems being down? Why am I being yelled at in a dispensary? Why are customers to make a speedy selection of what they want. Why am I to feel like an idiot for not pulling my ID out as soon as he called me? A 10 minute experience turned into a stressful 45 minutes. Please tell your trusted employee Jason (glasses, dirty blonde ponytail, and older in age) yelling into a lobby full of polite and respectful customers is how you lose business. Not speed it up & Thanks for being disrespectful.
There are some things that need to addressed regarding budtender honesty, you should not have to reiterate that you are here for a specific deal. You should be able to inquire about Westword deals and get an honest response. "Not that I know of" is a terrible look for company when asking about specials, especially when I know the deals and then mention them and then your budtender suddenly recalls the deal. I would be embarrassed to work at this shop with the employees trained so poorly on their products. I'll gladly shop elsewhere to avoid the headache, this location puts a strain on the Golden Meds name.
So I'm gonna start this review by saying: I saw the reviews on this dispensary and was hesitant, after having been recommended by a local. At the time I had been in Colorado for 4 days and had visited 10 (unsatisfactory) dispensaries. Note: I say unsatisfactory based on quality of flower product, not customer service or anything.Now I walk in to Redeye unsure.. I'm waiting about 7-8 minutes, which is longer wait time than the other dispensaries. True! Alvin came to let me in and assist me, and we actually had a CONVERSATION! It was the first actual conversation I'd been able to have with a bud tender since my arrival. He understood my frustration with the quality of Colorado weed (as poor quality / dry weed is normalized in the state) and said he had something I would love! To my surprise he did and it was the CHEAPEST and BEST weed I'd purchased out of 10 dispensaries. $37 after tax for 7G of Gelato Cake to be specific.The other dispensaries want to rush you in and out like an annoying patient at a hospital. Here they care about you and actually have product worth buying. If I return to Colorado this will be the ONLY dispensary I'll be visiting. Also heard the Wedding Cake can be really good too!

I am extremely disappointed in this dispensary. I arrived ten minutes before close and they refused to let me pick up my online order. It is now 9:41 PM. I would not recommend this dispensary due to their negligence in customer service.I had a root canal yesterday and this is unacceptable for a loyal customer to be treated this way coming in to pick up a simple order. If you want to close early change your business hours.
Customer service? Nah, this guy clearly didn't want me to be there. Impatient that I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Asked about the pear edibles %, then asked how much they were. He quoted me the price for the basic ones, not the ones I asked about... then when I started telling him how many of each type he told me they were more, when I said, I had asked about the pear, he got an attitude. Told me I didn't and tried to argue. Check your cameras/audio!! 2pm today. If they hadn't been on sale I'd have walked out and probably cussed his disrespectful ass. As it was I bought 6, and frankly, I regret it.Hire employees that want to help people.The ladies at the register were great. That guy... would have lost you today's sale, and will cost you many many more as there are hundreds of stores here to compete with you that have stellar service.

Golden Meds on Santa Fe is normally my least liked store because they have a long line out the door to the parking lot, but they stay open late so it was my choice for that days transaction. The flower is superb for the price & the amount of products they have are great. There was no line so everything went quick and easy
I used to love this place when it was Red Eye Releaf. Now a days at "Golden Meds" it seems you are likely to end up with some brown nasty flower you won't like, especially if you order online. I have been in multiple times over the last month and have left empty handed because they barely had anything in stock. Leaving empty handed makes me angry because its an entire waste of my time to go all the way there to stand in line in order to go into "golden meds" to see what they have as the website is never accurate, spending hours to do this to find NOTHING i want at a "super store" is quite aggravating. This has happened so much, I can no longer bring myself to go there at all. The website definitely never reflects what you can buy in store and in most cases when I used to website to order flower, they gave me the worst flower I have ever seen, flower I wouldn't get paid to smoke let alone pay for, I felt ripped off. I kind of doubt they do this in person, I will no longer buy anything online again because of this and I find it hard to justify buying anything from Golden Meds at this point. I even sent friends there when I thought it was a good dispo and they all ended up with the same experience, all of them mad at me because its become such a terrible store and they go there based on my recommendation, which ends up making me look bad and is also aggravating. I can no longer send people there and I can no longer go there. "Golden Meds" no longer will carry the connoisseur locol love 8ths and never have any veritas pre pack 8ths, both of which are TOP QUALITY and the only reason i'd go to this dispo in the first place. Now I feel lucky to find an indica live resin cart in there, let alone any of the flower i want, edibles, or concentrates. This place went way down hill. The only positive I can say about this store is the majority of people working here are VERY nice people, its just unfortunate they work at this place.
JASON WAS AMAZING!!!! He was very kind and patient with me and took the time to explain the various products to me. Awesome sales person very knowledgeable. I purchased way more then I planned all because of Jason. We had a very good and informative conversation. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in my purchase and honestly he made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. JASON IS THE GOAT !!!! Thank u Jason ??
Anthony took my online order places about 20 min before arriving. Made order asked if all was good. He was sincere and as accurate as one should be. Was appreciated from that superstore. 12/30/20 Amelia did great was the online service needing an update on products. Sucks not getting what’s advertised. 3/30/21 Brent checked in my I.D. Then had pleasure of working with as my bud tender. Asked me question. gave me prices and picked a great sativa flower. No hemp wraps just cone cigar things I believe. Overall, Since before new management I’ve been coming here and coolest people at Almost any other dispensaries. They got some new shoes go check them out. It has been redone for sure.
