This place is a joke when it comes down to their weed; but what's even more sad is that they don't know how to hire people. They hired 8 people to package when in reality you need 4 at the most. I'd have five days off because there weed was not selling. Not even 30 days in to working here they let me go. When I started the girl their would leave in the middle of the day so I was left with nothing to do but to go home at 3. If you're looking for a good place to work, don't come here. Poor weed! Poor management!

Went here to buy a cartridge listed online at 90% THC. I got there I find that it's only 74%. They wouldn't discount the price even though their information was wrong. Should have walked out right there, but since I drove all the way from Wheatridge, I decided to buy the cartridge anyway. Got it home. It doesn't even work! 70$ wasted on a USELESS cartridge.

I bought a vap pen as a christmas gift for a friend. They seem to be pretty knowledgable, have a clean establishment and a nice ordering system. I thought I had an issue with the pen, brought it back and the guy immediately knew what the problem was. This is a great place

Wouldn't let me in because my lisence was vertical even tho I am of legal age. Lady behind the glass had a major attitude. Will never come back to this place I've hit other dispensaries that had 10x the costomer service.

I typically go into dispensaries so that I can actually talk with someone about my purchase, see and smell the bud, and have a pleasant human interaction. This place was the opposite of what I look for. The gal checking IDs was rude and short. The entire environment was sterile and non-friendly. You order from a computer and then walk ten steps to pick up. The guy "helping" us didn't give us all our options and was extremely arrogant. Of all the places you can go on Federal, do waste your money here. This is the Walmart of dispensaries..... nasty.

After I showed my ID and walked in, I took a deep breath and thought, "Ahhhh, 1993." The knowledgeable staff explained all the buds, different experiences that might happen, and then directed me to the computer monitors where a host of tasty treats were available to purchase. I chose the red velvet cookies and one joint for an all-body high. I applied their suggestions, didn't overdo it, and the whole experience was a positive one. Cash-only! Enjoy - it was great.

Found a good deal in the westword and decided to come here. The wait wasn't long but the shake they have is mostly trim and not the best quality, although not the worst either. It was just alright. Also got six 10mg truffles and they were good! Probably wouldn't come back but not a bad experience.

Great customer service! Good prices on concentrates, the 3 for $80 is always good quality.

This might have been my favorite spot I went to in denver because of the overall consistency. All the staff here was super friendly, they knew what they were talking about and they made good conversation. When you walk in they direct you on how to order product. This place is ahead of many businesses, they have the smart store setup.  You sit at a tablet and choose the product you'd like, behind you there is a table with buds you can smell and look at and they ate seperated by price. I ordered an eighth of sour diesel with about 28% thc for $30. Within a minute the budtender had my order prepared at what is like a pharmacy setup. Really cool plus they have leafsbysnoop. I'll definitely come back here when I'm in denver.

they grind seeds in there shake , the staff are jerks .the worst chain of dispensary's in the state !!

Been coming to this location for about a year and was very pleased at first but I've enjoyed this location less and less over the last four months. There is more stick weight and seeds. I've had less knowledgeable friends go in and walk out with stuff that is not what they asked for. I will probably still go there when I'm pressed for time but there are better stores with better stock.

Went in not really knowing anything or what exactly I should get, but I was helped by Ana. She was super sweet, friendly, and very informative. Ended up very happy with everything she recommended. I will definately be coming back in the near future. Ana is the best and you should definately go see her if you stop by.

Came here my first time on a spur of the moment decision and had a good experience for the most part (this dispensary is different from most others because you can choose what you want on one of the many computers available). The only exception to the pleasant experience was the rude receptionist (tall brunette). We came in and saw a 'cash only' sign, which we did not expect. We asked her where the closest ATM was and she snapped back at us saying she couldn't hear us through the little glass window. Next, she yelled and demanded our IDs, as if we were criminals.Avoid this thot at all costs!

My first time visiting Denver and this was by far my favorite dispensary! This place is professional, nice and comfortable. Mary helped me out the whole time and she was amazing, great customer service! Whatever you need, they got it. Great place!

Overpriced. The computer system messes up EVERY SINGLE TIME. And while it's cool to have a little buzz at work, employees seem like they are ripped and have minimal clue as to what's going on. Much better options around town. Avoid unless desperate.

From a warm welcome to ease of browsing products these guys are the best. Was also able to meet Kiri and let me tell you this guy is the man. Even got a chance to check out there virtual reality gaming room and I can not even tell you what greatest that was. So when you get a chance stop in and say hi and know they will treat you right.

love this place! MK was a great help to me and i'll be back because of her! good selection of bud and wax, she helped me pick out some edibles as well. very good experience!

This is the most amazing dispensary in all of Denver. We visit this place on every trip to Denver. This time we met a nice Advisor named MK. She was outstanding!!!  Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Whenever you are in Denver, make sure you visit this place. By the way, I don't know about the other locations, but I highly recommend the one on Federal.

I truly wish I had the chance to give this establishment 0 stars but I cannot. The reason why I'm so upset is I have never been so disrespected while at a dispensary.  I'm from the state of Minnesota and my ID is expired but our papers with our expired ID shows our picture which allows for the ID be valid. I have been on vacation and have stopped at numerous dispensaries while here and haven't had any issues. Which made it so bad was I was even allowed explain the situation with my ID. I hate to say it but this seems more racially charged than being it is I'm a African American male and he was Caucasian.  I while definitely bring more light to this because this establishment shouldn't be able to conduct business especially being so racially insensitive.

2 out 3 of the ladies that work there had a bad temper with me and i won't visit EVER again.

The staff at Frosted Leaf on Federal are the absolute best! It was my first time in and the staff was fantastic. Armani was so helpful and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will be a Frosted Leaf customer for life!

They say you can only be in for 5 minutes but they chitchat for too long but I appreciate the friendly efforts. But the line got really long and they were talking for 20 minutes and the bud tender and costumers were very inconsiderate.

Went in with my daughter she ordered there a employee helped. Bought 4 candy bars. Went to pick up order they had one candy bar. I placed a order the guy order it right I saw what he ordered for me. Edibles. I went to go pay and asked to see the order the girl who pulled the order pick the wrong flavors. I told them forget the order. 2 orders both wrong.... watch these guys they are crooked or just suck at her job

Always the nicest staffers, and one of the few places in Denver that still does out the door pricing! Always worth coming back for especially with their membership club

Hi I'm Parker, from Georgia! I've been visiting your wonderful and beautiful city for a week! I stopped at a couple shops before visiting frosted leaf and I have to say frosted leaf and their very knowledgeable and friendly staff topped them all! They were very kind to me and helped me tremendously. The best bud in town, great edibles and awesome cartridge's they offer other items to. I had an issue with a cartridge and they were jonny on the spot to make it right! I can't remember their names but awesome staff! If your a newbie visiting, please go there first! You can thank me later!! I definitely hope to be able to return soon!! Till then smoke on brothers and sisters!!

I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to do this one!! I went to this location a couple of days ago and the service was amazing! Megan was the bud tender and was very informative and knowledgeable about the flower she was showing me! I left with exactly what I needed. She was super attentive as well as friendly! I will most definitely be coming back, white glove service, 11/10! Thanks again Megan!
