Selection is not the best, and is prepackaged so the nugs are more shake than nug.  Staff is slow to assist and always forget to give you back your full change.  They are the only place I know that still uses exit bags, so expect to pay for that too.  Overall, if you're in the neighborhood, it's convenient.  Aside from that, I would never go back to this place again.  There are just too many better options in Denver to support this place.

I will say many of the reviews almost deterred me from going, but I was incredibly impressed. The guy (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was so kind and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He saw that I knew what I wanted and just pointed me In the direction- which was perfect for my shopping style. I will say the down stairs felt unorganized, after checking my ID the guy didn't tel me what to do or where to go so he let me stand in-front of the elevator for 10 min looking a little dumb until I eventually followed someone else (I would've asked for direction but he was busy checking other IDs and checking out online orders)

Cal helped me out while shopping and the experience was great! Very clear and honest with what their products do and he was spot on. Can't be happier with the service. Will definitely be back.

It's confusing that this place advertises price matching up to 50% off, yet won't accept my coupons because they are "cracking down on potent flower". Heads up, this is also the ONLY location that will not price match highly potent flower either?! Every time I come they try to sneak me into getting the Cosmo's but obviously I am not looking for shitty weed. DO NOT ADVERTISE PRICE MATCHING IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO IT! Very misleading/ false marketing and I will not be back.Potent flower is about $99 dollars OTD. I brought a coupon for $79 and the guy told me they are cracking down and can not accept it. That's $79 BEFORE TAX, so $99 out the door. If they won't accept this, what will they accept? (This was not the first time my coupon was turned away... more like 3rd or 4th!!)There needs to be consistency with TGS locations. People are nice here but management needs improved.

Overpriced completely average weed with lame sales tactics and stupid wasteful packaging. They get 2 stars because they give $20 on your birthday. They print up their nice "deals" advertisement because they won't ever cut any real deals based on supply. Couldn't even smoke their individually packaged prerolls as joints because they were all rolled impossibly tight. They have you walk all over the damn store with a salesperson like its a car dealership instead of just answering questions at a counter. Takes forever with every customer. Dude make me walk across the entire store to point at the "deals" sign. They still haven't figured out tote bags are stupid. I'll come back again for my birthday money next year .

They have a great selection of products - things I've been looking for at other dispensaries for weeks! Their online ordering system is flawless, and the staff is knowledgeable and gave good and relevant advice.My ID wouldn't swipe but it wasn't a problem for these pros.Would absolutely recommend.

Just don't go here. It's in a terrible location, the staff is not very helpful, it's far too bright and clinical feeling in there. Prices are insane compared to other dispensaries that have super friendly/helpful staff and good weed. Try Rocky Mountain High just down the road- you'll have a much better experience overall.

Had an excellent experience today at the downtown Denver Green solution dispensary! Bobby was wonderful about sharing his expert wealth of knowledge on the use of CBD medicinals. Great sale for grandparents day - To Mary's medicinals Transdermal patches for $15.

I'm a local that smokes a decent amount. I buy by the ounce and like deals. I will admit when this location first opened it was a little pricey so I only shopped here since it's the closest dispensary. Now with online ordering / happy hour / reward points, I'm always getting amazing deals and it has become my go-to dispensary. The upstairs is vey nice and reminds me of an Apple Store too so I like to bring out of town friends here to shop for the experience.Friendly people, great selection, and amazing prices. Highly recommend!

The last three times I've been here have been a disappointment. day 1: I show up to buy weed and quick fix and wait in line for 30-45 minutes. There were only 3 people ahead of me in line and 2 bud tenders. I saw the bald bud tender showing weed to people and sticking his fingers in the jar and taking huge wiffs of it before even letting the customers smell it.  I thought that was weird. Then after waiting forever i get a $5 dollar off coupon.day 2: I had to come back because the quick fix they sold me was expired and useless for its purpose. The manager checked a few boxes with me and all of them were expired. I didn't get my money back but instead got a gift card. day 3: I go back to spend said gift card and coupon and my ID has a chip on the edge of it. They won't even let me in to shop.

Zero customer service. Waited for 15 minutes without any contact with the two bud tenders. Only about 10 people there, but no one was being helped, only being run up. They need more than two people working on a weekend. Disappointed because intended on purchasing multiple items.I responded to the Customer Support inquiry for more information on 7/7 and have yet to receive a response.

I forgot why I stopped going to this dispensary since I live around the corner. It's because this place consistenly moves slow. There are a lot of tourists and it's their first time visiting a dispensary; They wanna check out every flavor of ediables, smells every single strands of flowers and get educated on all the the different tools they've never heard of. It takes longest because you need to wait on an available associate to assist you through the store.So I online ordered yesterday and I was the only customer there the whole time. The man at the front took about 15 minutes to check me out. He couldn't find my order, then the receipt to my order wouldn't scan so he kept trying for 5 minutes, then he took his sweet time learning how to use the system. Even getting my money processed took a while. What chould've been in and out took forever, per usual.

I always enjoy a visit to any The Green Solution joint, but definitely got some exceptional service from Cal, Callahan. He patiently walked me through their wide selection of products. The whole time he had a smile in his eyes (cause we're all wearing masks) and I left feeling euphoric. We could all use a little Green in our lives during these stressful times...peace, health, and love

Super cool store, friendly workers! So many options to choose from. Soda, candy, even some socks!

I've been to The Green Solution (Union Station) twice and each time I was totally underwhelmed. I started out my visit by waiting 10 minutes to even see a budtender. There weren't many people in line, they were just very, very understaffed. Once you actually get to see a budtender, they are high above you, behind a wall of glass cabinets (and ipads). Each time I visited they didn't have the product I was looking for (though it was on their site), the staff didn't have much knowledge about the product, and the experience was very impersonal.  This place felt like I was at Walmart for weed (totally plastic and cookie cutter) and a total tourist trap. I won't return or recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dispensary.

Non existent customer service! One person in our party was given the wrong flower, told to check it, then run out of the place for checking. Needless to say he left a dispensary with an ounce of the wrong product. That was just the highlight of an overall poor experience. This is my first yelp review. It was much of a bummer for our entire group.Edit: Just got back to our place and have another wrong 1/8. Wow.

Yayyyy I love TGS and they finally have a store in downtown! I work over here and it's easy for me to take the mall ride from my job to the store. People probably aren't aware that it's open so there was no line when I went, which was nice. I hope this store can have some new strains or bring back the OG stuff (Golden Goat!??!??) lol

My only go-to place from now on. They're the only ones that carry the type of strain I like. Thanks for the greatbservice guys!

Great selection and friendly staff. It is a little more expensive but what do you expect for ballpark neighborhood? I like that I can reserve my purchase online and pick it up downstairs. It takes less than five minutes.

Crap prices, crap staff, crap location. The place is fancy on the inside. This fact will be reflected in your tab. Avoid like the plague.

This store is beautiful! So happy it's finally open! Within walking distance from my apartment. Street parking across from the main entrance is your best bet until all the construction clears out. This store and staff are all A+. Be back soon!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection and fun location. Went to their grand opening and they were very welcoming to myself and my friends. Would recommend to anyone living or visiting Denver. Happy that they are here in the downtown neighborhood. In addition, they offer unique products that other shops do not have. An exciting new find!!

Way overpriced for locals. Online reservation system has a ton of issues. Lots of cool marketing design and friendly staff, however it feels like I am being ripped off whenever I come here.  As a company, fix your online reservation system and change prices to Out The Door pricing, would do wonders for customers.

My bud tender was probably the rudest person I've ever met. Very unhelpful, literally showed me a strain he referred to as "crappy weed" and the premium list and NOTHING in between. I've been to plenty of dispo and never been disrespected like this. Over priced, rushes customers in and out, and clearly a tourist's dispo

it was too hot outside and dry for me to bare with. They are very quick about their work, accurate, decent. The reason for 5 star is the restroom. The bud might be over priced and hyped up for no good strains or reason lol WE NEED OG AND GORILLA GLUE WHEN YOU GET THE CHANCE.

My husband and I visited The Green Solution today. It was his second time but my first time. It was truly the perfect experience. We were greeted with warm smiles and informative staff. Samuel showed us around up stairs and was able and happy to answer any questions we had about their vast range of products. He gave us great suggestions based on his experience as well as our own preferences. It was such a warm and informative experience. Not to mention INCREDIBLE flower. We will definitely be back!

Terrible experience from the door all the way through the checkout process. It was my first time shopping at TGS and no part of my experience was pleasurable at all. After entering the building, the guy at the desk scans my ID and hands me a ticket. He didn't tell me where to go or what the ticket was for at all. I walked past him thinking I was heading in the right direction and had to walk back to ask him where to go. Then he directed me to the elevator. I get off the elevator and walk down a long pathway that followed the back wall, sectioned off from what I can see as large display cases. As I approach the end of the pathway I am extremely confused as I have been in many dispensaries and for the first time, I walk in and don't immediately see what I'm looking for. I look around and see display cases full of tablets overwhelming you with graphics and charts, bright lights illuminate A singular nug of their top shelf bud. They don't have any of their "bargain" flower on display. I asked to smell the flower and the bud tender reaches from over the 5 foot display cases that separate you from the budtender who is speaking down to you from their platforms behind the large white display cases.  As the budtender lowers the container of packed flower to eye level for me to smell, I reach to grab and lower it to my nose and she snatches it from me saying that I cannot hold the container. The weed they sell comes prepackaged in nitrogen filled plastic (the kind that destroys the planet) that is easily crushed. The large plastic nitrogen filled bubbles also allow the flower to shake around a lot creating lots of kief and shake in the bag that sticks to the sides of the plastic bubble creating lots of waste. After selecting a half ounce of their "bargain" Phaser strain, I proceeded to the checkout. Erin asked me for floor slip and I had no idea what she was talking about. I told her I didn't know what she was asking for, and she responded "the ticket they gave you at the door". After I started shopping, I didn't give that ticket another thought. I had balled it up and put in my pocket. I fished it out of my pocket and handed it to her and she asked if I was a rewards member. I reminded her AGAIN that it was my first time shopping at a Green Solution dispensary. She continues to ring me up, not even bothering to explain the rewards program. Then, their prices advertised don't include tax! So, their $49 half ounce actually is more like $61. Not really a bargain at all. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from TGS. Their customer service was zero and the buying process was overwhelming. I went their because my normal spot on Brighton in RiNo was closed. Avoid this place at all costs. It's seems to be a tourist trap, not a place for locals who want an authentic experience at a local RiNo dispensary.

The place is great. Huge selection at reasonable prices. Not sure why they have the $$$$ rating. The folks who work there are really friendly and helpful. The other day I was short a couple of bucks and one of the clerks got me a discount so I didn't have to hit the atm or pay the card fee (which is standard at all shops like this). They also have a nice loyalty program if you're into that kind of thing. To me this is the best shop in downtown.

Very disappointed with TGS. I was a regular TGS customer until I tried to get my referral points. I refers my son on his 21st birthday. The referral code didn't work and when we tried to resolve the issue but they never did. I got the run around by the online chat and two customer agents. The responses always conflicted and no forward progress has been made. I emailed everything they requested and still no response. I screenshot the email with day and time and they say they never received it. Good weed but they have not fixed the referral process.

I was turned away at the door because my drivers license was expired. I am from out of state and due to covid our governor extended the drivers license expiration date several months. It would be impossible to get my license renewed in my home state since the offices are closed and I'm not eligible to renew by mail. Despite this explanation I was turned away at the door and treated like a criminal told to leave the premises immediately. My husband and I had a great experience at a different location earlier on our trip with no hiccups but they were very strict here and didn't care about my license issue.

This staff is friendly and we enjoy going there....until we actually looked at our "rewards" on the receipt. I suppose they assume we are too high to notice?!?! See pictures....one receipt has no discount....one apparently has $10 reward. Same total?!?! Watch your "rewards" if you go here!!!!

Callahan was an amazing budtender! Super awesome vibes, great service, great flower. 10/10 recommend' staff was super.

This review is mainly due to TGS's processes and packaging.. they are so incredibly wasteful. You have to buy your bud in little individual plastic containers since that's how they "measure" it out, and then when you check out you are required to take home a bright green polyester drawstring bag (boujie, I know) that is not recyclable, as far as I know. Why not just provide a brown paper bag like every other dispensary.. just feels silly walking outta this place and having to open each individual gram of weed when you get home from plastic pouches.

Our bud tender acted like she was irritated by our questions. The bud we ended up buying wasn't good and didn't do much.  Ended up checking out a few other dispensaries and found better smoke.

Really great locations and friendly staff. Only problem is although there looks like there's a lot of employees to help on sales floor get people out there isn't....Love the long convos with customers but, it can be a hassle if you're trying to get in and out. I've waited as long as 30 minutes in line.

The staff, selection, and prices are all great besides one individual who was a bit unpleasant to deal with but it was not that big of a deal. The reason for taking off three stars is because: 1. They don't take credit card unless the transaction is $100 or more (I've seen places put limitations like $10, but $100 is quite ridiculous in my opinion) 2. You can pay by debit card but they charge an additional $3 and, like most banks, my bank also charges me a $2.50 fee for a non-affiliated ATM charge. Paying an additional $5.50 for not paying with cash seemed a bit absurd to me. I understand that most/all dispensaries have the $2.50 non-affiliated ATM charge but the $3 on top of that was what got me.3. You are required to take all your purchased merchandise in a green polyester bag. This is incredibly wasteful.

This was our first trip to Colorado, and first trip here. This was next to our hotel, so in walking distance.  you walk in to get id's checked, and take an elevator up. Callahan was awesome, helpful, gave us his opinion on what worked better, or his thoughts.  ask for him if its your first time. great pricing options. gummies were 6.95-14.95 ( that we bought ) cartridges were between 26.15-32.65 you can order online. this one does take cards

I had the pleasure of being helped by Callahan. He said that they aren't supposed to crystallize that fast and helped me get a replacement for it. He was very professional and helpful during the process and made everything a breeze! Definitely give this guy a raise! ?

Place was recommended by a friend since I was just passing through. I absolutely LOVE this place. My bud tender was Krystal and she was incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. Fantastic service! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area. Superb quality and staff.
