This was our last stop before leaving Denver and it will be one of my first when I go back. The staff was very easy to talk with and didn't seem at all annoyed with our MANY questions! They had a decent variety of flower to choose from and the prices were comparable to other shops I'd visited.

Pricey and staff wasn't as helpful as other dispensaries.  They are one of the more well known in CO, so I got an 1/8 just to say I bought something from the famous Starbuds.  If its your first trip go elsewhere unless like me you just enjoy the novelty.

I love Starbuds. They have a friendly staff and good flower... Pretty much all I need. They have awesome daily deals and a reward card system that is an extra incentive (like y'all need one anyway). I often go in paying less than expected. Loyal customer here!

Maybe it's just because I'm from the east coast and this is something that seems far from being legalized there, but this is the 3rd dispensary I've been to in Denver... and it's awesome. The staff is super knowledgable, it doesn't look or feel like a back alley kind of situation at all. On the contrary, it's very nice. I've never seen pot so well organized. Lol

Starbuds is great! It's convenient since it's right next to my favorite brunch spot and the staff has been the same forever and they know my girlfriend and myself by name. They also have great daily specials that they'll text you if you sign up for their alerts.

This was our first time in Denver so we had to check this place out. The staff is SUPER knowledgeable and they really take their time to explain things. We purchased some items and felt they were good quality. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Absolute favorite dispensary! They never disappoint with the quality or selection. It's awesome that they carry premium cartridges for the vape pens as well. Their bud is always so sticky and has tons of keef left over if you have the keef catcher on your grinder.It's a little pricier than other places, but it's worth it. Trust me. I've been to at least 7 different dispensaries, and I keep coming back to Starbuds. It's even more inconvenient, yet I make the drive because I love their bud so much.

I was very disappointed with my last experience here, which is a shame because I really liked coming to this location. First off, I understand this is a "recreational " store, but most of the rec stores have zero issues serving medical patients. Second I have patience when it comes to the budtenders, waiting in line or whatever comes with the territory of visiting busy dispensaries, but there is a difference between an overwhelmed budtender and being a dick. I came with my friend who always goes with me  ( who also has mmj card) and when we check in we always show them our red cards with our ids. The guy (Ollie ) opened the door for us and checked our ids in the doorway, he saw our mmj cards and barked " We're recreational not medical " We both knew that and we just assumed maybe the guy hasn't seen us before. We both nodded in agreement as he just kinda stood there stonewalling us like he didn't want to serve us. Uncomfortable as we both were, we basically had to beg him to let us shop. There is no one else there shopping and so it was incredibly uncomfortable that he would be helping us . We felt bad once we were in the back once I asked to look at something. I looked over to see what my friend was looking at and this guy was giving me a nasty look of complete irritation because she also asked to look at a jar. I was talking with my friend and this guy just starts thumping and tapping on the display case like I was ruining his day and taking so long . I think at this point we literally were there 5 minutes. I would never expect a budtender to be put out because someone wants to see their product. wtf. We checked out and added up our points, and when you spend over $150 ( I think) which I always do, you get a spin at the wheel. He didn't give us our receipt and we didn't get to spin the wheel, he also packed our weed pretty shitty into our exit bag. My friend and I felt unsatisfied with our visit, so we tried out a new dispensary down the street (which was fantastic) and afterward we pretty much decided we're going to use our points we've been building over time and not shop here again. My advice, if you do shop here, stay away from that Ollie a$$hole and wait for the other gentleman. I can't remember his name but I think he's from Virgina (or something) got a slight accent and he's incredibly nice, the only one I want to deal with if I come back. * I actually came by the other day and when I saw Ollie behind the glass as I handed over my id and when the door opened I could see a huge line of people. There was another guy behind the counter and apparently everyone was being helped by him, Ollie wasn't doing anything. I must not be the only one who won't deal with him*

They don't take card, cash only. Remember that ahead of time. There's an ATM there if you need it. Helpful staff. Just kind of in a shady part of town. And the prices are a bit high but nothing crazy. Overall decent products but not a whole lot of variety.

Nice people but waaaay overpriced for recreational. $20 a gram plus tax? Phuleeeze.  It was far cheaper off the street in NY.

Recently bought a pax 2 and have been told by several people it's a fake knock off Vaporizer I paid 300.00 for.

Feeling a bit uneasy and not having been stoned since 1989 I felt a bit uncertain when I entered the shop,explained what was what and the young fellers got it done.Nice guys, efficient and knowledgeable.There is a sign explaining what's legal and what's not legal and what's not.Cash only,there's am ATM I'm the shop .A good selection of T-shirts but no bumper stickers

Good neighborhood dispensary with cool, professional & knowledgeable staff. They didn't have a huge selection like the bigger dispensaries, but they have a good selection at reasonable prices. I gave them a description of what I was looking for & they made some suggestions. The guy even went to the back to look for something that wasn't on the floor & it was more in line with what I was looking for. I greatly appreciate professional & knowledgeable staff!

For all the hype that this place gets I was thoroughly disappointed.... They didn't have the largest selection and for a place that boasts a cannabis cup when it seemed a little lack luster. I got two strains the mad dog and the grape stomper both of which had a solid visual appeal but fell short in other areas . My biggest turn off by far was price.  I haven't paid more than fifty bucks for an eighth since weed was still illegal, and this place charged me 60$ for an eighth! That my friends is highway robbery! I'm not saying don't check this place out because I hear they're pootie tang kicks ass. But folks if you do go you better bring some dough.

This place probably has the most knowledgeable staff of any dispensary in town.  Recreational prices are high everywhere, though these guys have a great selection to offset that fact.  If you have a medical card, they have for you as well.Their edible selection is HUGE!  Great variety and ask the budtenders for the specific type of high you are looking for and they will steer you right.  Check them out and see for yourself!

My go-to spot in Denver. Love me some munchie Monday deals. Caroline and the rest of the staff are great.

If you check weedmaps and/or leafly know that prices aren't exactly accurate but relatively close. I came here for this  Honduran Mayan Thc infused chocolate that cost me $29 and I didn't feel the affects at all  but I think that has to do more with my tolerance and body than with the Chocolate. I picked up a small dab rig for 45 with a nail and it wasn't worth it I ditched it when I left denver. But we also got a gram of some pineapple express shatter for $60 a gram which I feel like is overpriced but I'm not sure...however it was 97% thc concentrate.

This place is a-ok. Budtenders are really chill, but it can be a little pricey. I usually only come by for their Friday "Trifecta" deal (1 Kaviar joint + 1 1g joint + 1 1/2 g for $25). The rewards program is pretty good too.

I bought two cartridges this morning from this location, was treated well by the bud tender that assisted me, he informed me that I was able to return the cartridges if they were faulty and insisted that I took my receipt in case. One of the two cartridges wasn't hitting properly and had a very burnt taste as well. Went back to return the cartridge and was turned down by a different bud tender. Stuck with a $40 broken cartridge, very unsatisfied. Would not recommend!

Been going here for years now.   They carry the strains I like, at a fair price, and their "loyalty" / points system pays off nicely for regular customers.Cash only (for now).   I will continue to go here.   I go to the D.U. location on East Evans.   I took care of a Stage IV cancer patient and Starbuds carried some strains she liked that helped her cope with chemo.Bottom line:    I recommend Starbuds on E. Evans.

Location is easy to get to and also provides parking. Edibles were a good price and Daniel was super nice and helpful, he was even nice enough to make a list of areas to visit and restaurants to try while in the city! I'll definitely return to Starbuds when I come back to Denver.

I went to the Lakeview Starbuds recently and picked up a disposable cell, but the battery was dead on arrival. When I went back today to get a product that actually works, to my surprise, the employees told me that they would not replace it. When I asked if it is on the customer to be liable for the products that Starbuds is selling, the employee literally said 'Yes'. The best I was offered was a miniscule discount on my next purchase. But if I am liable for any defective or faulty products made by this company than that policy is an absolute joke. Why would anyone ever make a purchase from this dispensary again if they didn't get a product that works the only time they have ever gone there?Figure it out Starbuds. I'm telling all my friends to spend their money somewhere else.

Bought a full gram cart, in house brand. Shattered after I accidentally dropped it. When I called about getting a new one the employee laughed. Unfortunately their carts are trash and so was the customer service. Never going back.

This is by far my favorite location.They have a great selection and are patient with their patrons which I appreciate.Nothing pissese.off more than someone who sees me but doesn't acknowledge me and then acts like. An inconvenience.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always able to answer any questions we have and continually give us the best products and prices around.

Super friendly staff. Great selection. Can’t wait to come back.
