What a great stop on our roadtrip! We have been to quite a few dispensaries in the area & this is by far the best! Everything about this dispensary was wonderful - the set up of the store, the product & most of all the friendly & knowledgeable staff! Paige was the bud tender that helped us, staying with us answering our many questions. She was so helpful & I felt like I was talking to a friend (as opposed to talked down to like at some other dispensaries we have visited). The store set up was very organized with a little bit of everything - great quality flower, good deals on wax, every type of preroll you could imagine, tons of edibles, glass pieces, and a huge variety of gear - pint & shot glasses, awesome shirts & sweatshirts, hats, even gear for your dogs! And, they take credit & debit cards! Huge plus! The best part, you can see some of their plants!!!! Even better, you can take photos!!!! Sweet Paige even took one of my bf & I in front of the plants! A+++ to Green Solutions & Paige!

Because of several failed (the final one successful) back surgeries, I am left with neuropathy in my feet.  Green Solution has a nerve salve that allows some relief for my particular kind of neuropathy. Numb with stabbing pain.  the NatureBee Nerve Salve works without being systemic to the rest of my body.  AND... they have very helpful staff at each location I've visited.  Plus the have a senior citizen discount.  Woot-Woot!

This dispensary is one of the cheesiest places I have ever been to. If you are in college, this may definitely be the place for you. It is also totally a great place for tourists heading into Colorado from DIA with their rental cars.  I came here as I had a coupon I was given from an employee, but it seems that they have so many discounts, including with a membership if you choose to sign up, that it really doesn't seem to matter.After showing your ID, you are buzzed into the door, and have to walk through some queue lines, where you wait to be greeted by the person who will be helping you. The displays are obnoxious, all over the store, including lit up displays of buds, cards, posters, shot glasses, and other ridiculous gifts and souvenirs. After you talk with your budtender, they will allow you to look at the glass protected room with a ton of plants inside, where you can even take pictures. You are also allowed to take pictures inside the entire dispensary, as long as no people are in them. If you purchase something, you are then brought to another counter to be rung up, and then given a massive bag to tote home your purchases.While the people who work here were very friendly, the knowledge of their products do not seem to be there. Also, the packaging of flower is terrible, because if you do not have a jar at home to place the flower, you have this lame flimsy piece of plastic that is open and not meant for storage.

I made one purchase several months ago when I was visiting Colorado. That purchase was easy enough, although there wasn't a lot of education offered as to why certain products were being suggested. This is a new product for me so I can only compare to a shop in Las Vegas. Las Vegas store offered much more in depth education. I have recently moved to Colorado and was very excited to try to make a second purchase. Unfortunately, I have to drive approximately one hour to get to a location. Since I'm driving so far, I've attempted to contact the location I would like to work with to make certain what I want us in stock and available at the advertised rates. Despite attempting contact through the company website, email, and phone calls, I have received no response. Obviously I will not make a two-hour round-trip without confirming that they have what I want. So this review is not for a recent purchase, but is based on my inability to speak to a human being before driving so far in order to make a purchase.This is an update:  I did receive an emailed response from this company which demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of the problem and offered no solution, only a "sorry".  Obviously customer service is the most important part of any business.  I will not shop here again and do not recommend them.

We purchased the Willie's Reserve and what they showed us was trimmed, and big nuggets versus what they gave us weren't trimmed and smaller nuggets. Unfortunately, this was a bait and switch. For the price of Willie's Reserve, we should have received the one she showed us especially when we asked is this the exact one we are getting. Be careful when purchasing here because they will switch products on you. Does not matter if you spend $300 or more which we did. Sad to say we won't shop here again. Just an FYI do not talk someone into purchasing the most expensive product in buds and then switch it on them. Not cool. I understand free will and that this is a huge corporate company, however, to add the bait and switch to it means I won't ever shop here again.

Really enjoyed our visit to this location for Labor Day! Cashed in on the 25% discount for online ordering even though our order wasn't processing we let them know what trouble we had and they honored it anyway!!! Way to freakin be! AND on top of that it was my birthday month so I received a $25 point cash advance! Walked out with a quarter of some Dopamine and an eighth of Glass Slipper for $55.00! The Dopamine was a super intense Indy high! Did the job and was comparable to my favorite strains (cookies and gorilla glue) that really kill my pain after a long day! The Glass Sipper was recommended by our sales attendant as a really nice sativa, alert sort of high that still gave off a good amount of body high as well! Very satisfying considering I tend to stay away from sativas! All in all I'm happy with the product and the experience, it was quick and easy, very kind and knowledgeable staff! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that their prices are still just a bit too high for my liking! The point system doesn't equal out with what you're dropping on their private stock which is usually the only stuff higher than 20% thc and worth smoking/buying in the first place! I get the best deal at livegreen with equal and most times better/stronger strains!

These guys were doing price matching which made it possible to get $15grams of wax or $120 oz of flower. That made their prices competitive and appealing. However, they recently changed their process to where it's too much of a hassle to get price match and so now they are just another overpriced dispensary. You can get same quality but cheaper price almost anywhere else.

Came here February of 2016 to visit my best friend with my husband. I've been to many cannabis clubs in California but never in Colorado. My husband has never been to one so my friend took us here for the first time. I must say WOW!!! They don't have this type of set up in Cali. It looked like a 7-11. They had all the different types of cannabis in certain sections. Our bud tender was nice and very knowledgeable. Nice big set up place!!! Came out with a smile on our face! Came back to this place cuz we had such a great experience with the first time in October 2017. Had to wait like 10 mins cuz there were a lot of people in the back. They also were doing construction in the lobby. Lookin like remodeling. Finally get to go to the back and whoa. What a difference from the first time. It's totally smaller like i want to say a quarter smaller than the first time we came. I get it, maybe they wanted to make it nicer, but i thought it was really nice the first time. They no longer had their middle section where you can buy cards, socks, etc. All in all i can't complain. This was the only marijuana shop we came to for both visits to Colorado. The parking is fine, unless it gets way to crowded. As for the weed it's self, I'm going to compare it to California...defiantly not the same at all! Super dry...no wonder they don't sell grinders cuz all u have to use is your fingers and it comes out like how it would from a grinder anyways. I can't knock it when i go on vacation away from Cali and purchase marijuana legally! Customer services was good both times. We purchased a lot and it was under the budget i thought we were going to spend. When we come back to visit again i will def come back again to check out all the renovations they've done. Thanks for all the free stickers you hand out as well. I've been decorating my deep freezer with em along with my other stickers. The picture i took below were from the first time i visited before the renovation they're doing. The display counters are still the same, but just think a way smaller scaled down shop.

I sent a detailed email on June 13, 2019 to support@tgscolorado.com about my pretty bad experience. The only response I EVER received said  " Thank you for contacting The Green Solution. Your feedback is very important to us! You can expect a reply to your inquiry within 24-48 hours." It's over a year later...

We had a gentleman named Adam help us he was  so helpful and awesome!! Helped guide is to find exactly what we were looking for and gave us some really good recommendations as well!! 10/10 we are definitely coming back !

This place is in a sketchy area... inside smells like literal cat poop (hope that's not their strands) and they wouldn't take my ID card just because it didn't have an expiration date on on??? I'm from Arizona and identification cards don't expire, therefore there is no date. all states have different ID cards obviously.... I have never had a problem getting into dispensaries with my AZ ID in Denver before.... so why here? #trash

I have gone about 3 different times and the location off of Quincy get to pick and choose when they get to stand up to the promotion and when they get to turn it down. They have over charged me on the promotions and they have straight turned it down. Now I walked away from there and didn't spend over $100 bucks on 2 items they have blocked me from going into this location because I simply told them I would purchase from else where since they turned down the promotion. I drive over 30 mins to get meds and for them to over charge and to get to pick and choose what they want to stand up to in promotion is a little crazy! I took it to Location off periora and the manager there approved it as it says. Quincy Location I would kot recomend to anyone.

DOESN'T WEIGH OUT!!Used to be a great place to go. We have been going since the beginning and it's going down hill. In the past month we have been to Malley Drive, Grape street, and south Aurora locations and each container we received was short one tenth to half a gram over all. The static in the new package, the fact that they will not weigh it in front of you and you can no longer view the buds before purchase has made the experience distasteful.  Needless to say  the combination of poor packaging and lack of return policy for  value flower TGS has become the bottom of the barrel for us.  What was once held at high standard is now last resort. Customer service is right behind the poor packaging.  Our money will go to the competition from now on.

A  bit over priced. The woman who helped us was new. Its definitely an overwhelming place to go.

This was the first dispensary I ever visited, it's also one I continue to go back to. Packed wall to wall with merch of many different variety. Selection is wide. Get the app for deals and updates. The staff have always been friendly. Prices and quality fluctuate up and down the scale which is good, means there's a selection. Stop by, but don't forget the app!!! Deals deal deals

This company has MULTIPLE Bud Tenders who do not smoke/toke or even use topicals or edibles. In fact I had a Bud Tender from Green Solutions tell me, "yeah, I never touch the stuff".How are you suppose to be able to help me medicate as a medical marijuana patient, if you don't know anything about the product you are selling??? I was in disbelief! I would've been offended even as a recreational shopper. Its pretty basic business that you know the product you are selling/promoting. ...there bud was disappointing anyway. Don't waste your time here. There are LOTS of shops who actually care about your experience (be it medical or recreational).

This place is wayyy to expensive for example its 40$ a g for 50%thc wax that's not a good deal at all I can get it cheaper then that illegally wax should be 80% thc or higher so very low quality wax , weed is good quality but very expensive about 240$ an oz or more would definitely recommend somewhere else .

I was in yesterday - had a wonderful experience. Tegan C was my budtender, and she was incredibly helpful. Bought some concentrates and she was able to answer all of my questions. Would absolute recommend this dispensary and the help received!

I love this place! They are quick, friendly and knowledgeable about their business. If you go to this location you must work with Mary. She is Fantastic with a capital F! Some of the roads around this location are under construction and it can be tricky to find via the detour but trust me Mary is worth the detour.

Visiting some friends in Nederland, and stopped by this spot to do a quick pick up. The store is very nice inside and they got varieties of products plus their special pre rolled joints and blunts. Travis is very nice and informative. He walked us through all the products and explained their benefits thoroughly. You guys definitely need a new plug.

Green Solution has a lot of variety here to have flour pack bugs in sealed containers I can speak enough about this place I shop here all the time it's too good to be true good deals are amazing and so is there shatter and wax Ironman green solution that has the best buds here.

Jessica helped us and asked red all of our questions. They have a good variety of product and plenty of edible. I would suggest their soda, priced at $4.20 that takes a bit of the edge off. It was a great experience and Jessica just made it better. The wait time wasn't that long, either. Thanks and we will be back!

The Green Solution Grape store is the only dispensary with a viewing room of a grow. Great product, prices and costumer service!

This place is pretty amazing. As soon as you walk in they greet you and make you feel comfortable. A lot more relaxed than other places. The bud is absolutely amazing! Awesome atmosphere. I definitely recommend coming here for all you marijuana needs! The strawberry shortcake edibles are delicious!!!

We came here as tourists to see what legal pot store is like.  The place looks like just another warehouse space in a lot.  Upon entry, the staff checks your ID and makes sure everything is proper then you are off to MJ land.  The place looks more like a luxury boutique than a drug den tbh.  They have pretty baby buds growing in a case on display taking up the space of a whole wall.  You wait and a bud-tender takes you on a guided tour of all the products they offer and explains every questions you might have about their products.  It was quite a fascinating experience.  More like buying at a luxury boutique than getting drugs.  I know I've already said that but it really is.  Anyways, you are required to buy a bag that you can reuse next time you are there.

I absolutely love this location. They are always taking great care of me. Tonight Brooke and Paul helped me out. Paul was new and Brooke was training him. What a great team. Ill be back for sure.

The green solution is amazing. I've been to this location 1 time for northglenn is my preferred location due to distance, but the friendliness that makes TGS what it is remains constant.

I love this place! Clean and open retail environment. Not at all like those trailor rented shadey dispensaries that are typically in warehouse districts. Medical and Recreational are separated in different glass cases not by some awkward wall or ropes. I have been to several dispensaries in the Denver area and this is by far one of the best. All THC counts on bud are clearly stated and weighed before your eyes so you know exactly what you are buying without even having to ask. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Every few weeks they put out coupons and even have a loyalty card you can sign up for free which gets you several more discounts. Selection is always fantastic and numerous for both bud and edibles. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because their inventory is slow when needing to restock but there are always other great options to choose if your favorite is gone.

This is the best dispensary around. It has a great selection of cannabis and wonderful customer service and great reward system

One star. Had to listen to how shatter was made for 15 min before being disappointed by "Boss" the WORST hash I've ever purchased. TGS LOST me as a customer even though I enjoyed my reward card benefits and most of the flower. Overrated and slimy in my opinion. Yes, I said slimy. Just because of my last tender when I was there. He knew what crap he was giving me and I heard him chuckle to another co worker as he was digging out my already weighed hash. Thankfully I'll have my red card any day now and will no longer need to shop around to places like this, only sticking to the one brand I know and love in east Denver.

Under construction so the showroom is a lot smaller right now. The grow room sounds like it will be awesome. We looked at one case with flower. Definitely a little higher end bud and the prices reflect that.  But it was worth it. Another place with dry bud. Don't know what it is with the places I been to.  Would definitely go back and try other locations.

Solid quality with their nectar bee concentrates, but the prices are outrageous! It's a tourist spot, I have had to leave because of cannabis tour buses and groups of out of towners were too much to handle. Not a good dispensary for locals.

The Green Solution is hands down one of the best dispensaries. Consistently good quality products, fun sales prices, extremely friendly and informed staff members. The layout of the stores are always open and welcoming, clean, and bright. Some dispensaries are sketchy looking or just small, with not much selection. Green Solution is the exact opposite of sketchy and limited! Will always return.

I really enjoyed this location over Dank. The store itself wasn't busy, and they had the system down. The selection of edibles and topicals was easy to see and understand, and even the flowers were displayed in such a way that anyone could understand what was going on. The staff was patient and took the time to give us a variety of options including lip balm, bath bombs, and adorable cookies. The grasshopper cookies are my favorite, by far.

This store rips you off. Their marijuana has no effects. I bought pot from them / expensive, and did not feel a thing. Both sativa/indices was a rip off. I wasted my money. Real marijuana will get you stoned off of 2 hits. This store, you smoke the whole container and don't feel a thing.

This place is amazing, the edibles are the best I've ever had. I went the second time to get lotion for my boyfriends back and the next day he was feeling better. The green solution has such a variety every pot head needs with the best prices in town. Jeremy took care of me both times I was in. Next time I'm in Colorado you bet I'll be back!

I'm surprised by the rating. This place was great. Jeremy offered one on one customer service and stayed with us from the moment we walked in until he held the door after check out. He was informative and happy. He made the experience a great one. The store is clean and well kept. It was very professional and had a great variety. It was not at all what I expected in that it was way more awesome. There is plenty of options for gifts as well even gift cards. They have many ways to save money by offering deals and discounts.

I have to say this place is great! I have been in a few times in the last few weeks and I absolutely love! I like the wide selection, house made edibles, and the fact they take my Indi card so I can get 15% off anytime. I also think that the customer service is on point to say the least, these guys are doing it right!

Were to begin about this location that sets it apart from all the other ones, just love it. Every time I go here the bud tenders know what they are talking about also i will tell them what i feel or what i want in my high and always know the right product for me. I would have to recommend Baker for your bud tender because my god he knows what he is doing and also has an answer for almost anything, and if he does not then he will find someone quick with it. I have been coming to this location for some time now and there has been a lot of bud tenders that i have gone thru and Baker would have to be up there with my list. I will keep coming here for the great service and friendly staff they have.

Been shopping here for two years now and I am never disappointed. Great knowledgeable staff that always have a smile and greet you with a warm welcome. This was the 1st stop on our self created tour! There was a line already by 10:30am. We waited about 30 minutes outside. It was small I though but, after touring several others I would now call this one a really good size. Selection was huge from strains to a variety of edibles, oils and concentrates. I even picked up a pretty cook book. Our bud tender was super friendly and knowledgable. It was overall a great experience. We were in and out in an hour.

This is a high quality shop, with great staff and very good products. I have visited Altitude, Native Roots and some smaller boutique dispensaries and I must admit that I prefer The Green Solution. I shop at Wewatta and the Colfax shop near Stapleton and I have received fantastic service from both. I also like the vacuum sealed containers for flowers. Great edible and CBD product selection as well as a solid rewards program.

Staff is very informed and professional and is patient/friendly while educating you and answering questions.  The entire experience is efficient and relaxed.  My only recommendation would be to slow down the cycling of new hybrids (once I've settled on a "favorite")...but I can see why others would want a steady stream of new products.  Check these folks out....you won't be disappointed.

Just another typical chain dispensary with average bud. I always try to use the coupon codes that they email for  online pickup and they never work. No matter what code you put it, it says it has been added, but nothing shows up under the discount. Such a waste of time even trying at this point. And stop asking me to write good reviews on yelp and google, its annoying as shit.

Green solution is always my first stop as far as dispensaries go when I get into town. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable and they always have a huge selection of buds. In my opinion this is the nicest dispensary in Denver. It's seems like all the tourist rave about Native Roots but that place is garbage compared to Green Solution. Check them out if you haven't done so already.

Highly recommend Green Solution on 2601 Alameda. Todd H. was very professional, courteous and kind. I have never been treated so well! I won't go any where else!!!!

They are very helpful and they don't hesitate to answer any questions you might have. You can usually go in and out in about 10 minutes which is really nice. I really enjoyed this location because they make you feel comfortable. This is my go to place.

after visiting the Grape Street store location a second time around I see that their customer service is superior just like the rest I I encountered Eyreka and she is amazingd she was speeding with processing my transaction and she even let me in on the BOGO offers that no one has been telling me about! I'll think I'll be visiting this location a lot more often!

After arriving in Denver we decided to go to Green Solutions since we were told it was close and the staff was great...we didn't even make it inside. :(  If you're issued a temporary ID from your home state don't even go to Green Solutions-- they WILL NOT let you in.  Head on over to Lightshade off of Holly. It's not much further and the staff understands state issued temporary IDs

Was like the Apple Store of cannabis. Brightly lit, nice displays, very helpful staff. The whole setup feels well thought out and the line flowed very quickly. Was looking for vape cartridges for my eGo but they were out of stock like everywhere else I've looked. Checked the weight based on Ron's review and everything was spot on. For the experience and the decent selection of products, it is definitely a shop I will bring other friends to. The place charges for the required childproof bag, however it was a bonus that the place accepted atm/debit cards (though only in $5 increments as its basically an ATM system).

Loved loved loved this place. been to two of their location and like most on here state. Very long waits staff is hit or miss. What sealed the deal for me was every week their shelf would have product in it and i would ask for the full oz and would be told flat out no. Their is something not right going on there. Oh and called the main office left v mail no reply. Write to corporate tgs on web site get an era. So with love I am done. Sad we spent 200 week every week.

Staff was alright other than the guy that helped us put a bunch of the wrong bud in my bag and I didn't find out until I was 2 hours down the road! But it's all good people make mistakes! The other issues I had were the long lines and the poor selection to choose from! Everything was either out of stock or almost out of stock to the point that two other customers ordered the same strain and they had to give each of them less because they didn't have enough! They did have some private stock that looked fantastic but was a little too pricey! Maybe I just caught yall on a bad day cause I've heard great things!

I would consider this a high end shop. The product is great and the staff is excellent.

Best is show.  This place is unreal.  Staff is knowledgeable and the product is top notch.  This is now my only go to in the Denver area.

Didn't feel welcome. If it's your first time don't bother coming here, they make you seem like a burden to people who already know what they are getting. I did not feel like my time was valued there. The girl with the orange hair rolled her eyes after I kept asking questions, and I did not feel appreciated.

Highly disappointed in this store. I stopped by this location and purchased a Pax Era Pen for $29.95 and a Keef Cola Maui Wowie Distillate Pod for $38.95. I get 168 miles up the street. I pull over to smoke and guess what "THE POD IS COMPLETELY DRIED OUT!!!" I can't wait to share this experience with my 50k followers! Definitely don't purchase any vap pens from this dispensary!

"The Willy Wonka of the dispos" as the bud tender would put it. Great experience, especially for a newbie! Betsy was great help and very friendly! The truffles are to die for! S'mores and key lime. Great for people who do not like the taste of marijuana. Many selections of everything.

Woman with orange hair was rude and unhelpful. She asked us what we wanted and when we said we had never been to a dispensary and we were from out of town she just walked away. She proceeded to roll her eyes to her other "regulars" while pointed her head in our direction and said "yeah they're just browsing anyway" was very unhelpful and made us feel as if we are a bother to her. The other man there was the same way and just looked at us instead of adding anything positive to our experience. The only one that was nice was the one taking our IDs in the front. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

As soon as I stepped in the building I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy.There was no long wait and the Budtender Kia greeted me as if I was family. For her first day she showed great professionalism, courtesy and her enthusiasm for the job made me wanna to come back ! Not only for the product but the customer service was very welcoming. Best dispo been to in 4 years!!! Would recommend this place over any other dispensary in Colorado!! Thanks Kia and Green Solutions Team!

Worse fucking service ever. They take their sweet ass  time instead of just doing their job. Was inside waiting for 30 mins and ended up leaving because they are a joke.

Wonderful selection. Helpful staff. Josh was both friendly and informed. I will definitely shop here again!

This might be my new favorite dispensary! There was a huge selection which I love, and everything was so clean and neat. Chad was very helpful in making the giant selection not seem so overwhelming, and definitely made me feel welcome. I’ve been to other green solution locations where the bud tender has been rude and impatient, and Chad was the total opposite of that. This will be my new go-to spot now.

He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products, as he assisted me in curating the right combination of strains at the best possible deal. You can’t beat these savings! I also got to witness him in action as a manager, as he helped out an associate experiencing some technical difficulties, and his professionalism and patience were refreshing to say the least. Chad has made a loyal customer out of me.
