I have had no issues with BBB. Good place as far as I'm Concerned. When I signed over caregiver my first purchase, the very helpful receptionist saved my place in line,(uber busy), and the bud tenders were Awsome! A zip o' popcorn bud for $53 and change?? I've shopped dozens of places & these guys treat you right.  I live in North Denver & shops up here charge DOUBLE of what I pay @ Buddy Boy. Straight up.

Very disappointed in this place when I first started coming here they always had really good deals through the text program and as time went, nothing. They used to have a really good selection on strains as well but I just went today to the York location and they had 3 ok strains, so I went to the walnut location and they also had 3 ok strains. I looked over at the Rec side and they had 10+ strains what about the medical side? Not to mention I am a PATIENT!! I know I'm not the only one so what are they doing when they are supposed to be growing our flower. They need to take care of us patients BETTER!!! I used to buy at least 4 ounces a week and now it's hard to get one that's good!!!! And now they have us patients on a limit when they finally have something good, that's not cool!!

This used to be my number one spot buying my limit up to 5 times a week sometimes but now they forgot about the patients they are supposed to be taking care of and are much worried about the money! They no longer give good deals to patients. They charge them just like a regular person going in. They grow all this product for the patients but don't give us good deals. That's terrible. When they do give us deals, they give us deals on product that has a bunch of seeds. That's terrible! Start hooking us patients back up and STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!

Very friendly staff. A very small  almost family atmosphere. Makes doing business there a real pleasure. I pass one of their other shops just to get to this one. ATM on site.

Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful - love you guys! It's a pleasure doing business with you all I do recommend increasing your concentrate selection (Walnut location)

their employees could be more friendly including the window person who checks for ids. the bud tender was a little pushy and wasn't really friendly either. one good thing about this place is the quality of the weed if you're willing to pay the price which is about 50 bucks an eighth. this place sold one of the best if not the best wedding cake strain i've ever smoked. too bad i only bought a gram for 17 bucks. it was FIRE. would go i back? nope because it's WAY TOOOOO PRICEY. i found another spot where i could get QUALITY FIRE TOP SHELF (almost as good) for less than half the price as far as flower.

Went in today, handed her my MMJ card and my ID card.  The way she treated me was very unwelcomed and I felt attacked, she stated my MMJ card was not printed correctly.  I pulled up the picture of it on my phone, that wasn't good enough she told me to go get a PDF file of it on MMJ site, and told me to leave.  She gave me instructions to email it to her.  Mind you I have used my card at more dispensaries in Denver more then I can't count.  And I end up getting a RUDE NASTY WOMAN!  YOU LOST OUR BUSINESS!!

Took over 15 minutes to check in for med, just to get back and find out they only have 1 strain for their joint selection. Products displayed they didn't even have in stock. Bad vibe from the time I walked in. 0 stars if possible.

Do not shop at buddy boy, I am a disabled medical patient on a fixed income and was sold an oz of flower that had zero affect and tasted terrible and when I asked if I could return or exchange the medicine, I was rudely told all sales are final. I have been a loyal customer to this chain for years and was so disappointed by them. I will never go back, I feel so ripped off I cant stand it. Looks like it's going to be a long month in pain for me, thanks for taking my monthly allotment of money for medicine and giving me garbage. Way to treat your loyal customers

Used to be the goto dispensary but Covid has made many businesses lazy. There hours are all over the board now they close at 9pm but you have to check in before that they don’t say this. I paid for an oz but only got a 1/2 oz, when I called they said their was nothing they could do about that bc I had already left. Mind you customers are to keep products in bag until you have left the property. I’m like most people a loss is a loss and it doesn’t feel good any way you look at it. Some employees do their best to make sure your experience is great others could really careless.

Worst dispo ever with points/rewards program. I call for educated answers. I get told to go online. Well that's why I was calling. Smdh. Partially why I moved my membership.

I have signed over medically for three years now, The people working here are awesome and it is the best quality bud for a pretty killer price. On top of that they always have sales and give you loyalty points! Very wide selection And extremely knowledgeable about their products!

This is hands down my favorite despensary in Denver both brand and site. Bud is always amazing and they have crazy sick hash from them on offer all the time. They offer deals constantly on the less than stellar / seedy weed if that is your thing as well. However everything they grow is just amazing. Love the knowledge of the staff and outside one or two uptight individuals I've never had a bad experience.

Some of the best products in the Denver area. Amazingly low prices and the staff is second to None!
