I am from out of town and when I was looking for dispensaries the list went on and on. I walked into a dispensary and this guy chatted with me for a minute about prices and what not. Then half way through he told me to go to a different dispensary the Green Man Cannabis. I walked a nice 30 minute walk and found the place easy. I opened the door and a very friendly employee greeted me. I had a personal experience and got the strain I wanted for $120 a oz tax included. It was fast and easy. I smoked it as soon as I got home and was very impressed. I was able to look back on the bottle to see the name and the percentage of thc so I could maybe get it again. Then I signed up for the loyal program! Would highly recommend
I love these guys here along the Santa Fe Plaza. Some of the best prices for Denver here. The people are extremely friendly and genuine with explaining strains and products. They make selecting easy, and I'll always keep coming back to these guys Everytime I am in the Denver area. I recommend these guys, because for people who are looking at a budget for friendly pricing, you can get a great deal on a decent amount, I promise. These guys are the best for this area of Denver
I am a regular and to be treated with an attitude from one of the employees is unacceptable I went in to go get a gram and the male guy that was working the register had an attitude
Really like this chill little shop! Their bud is a little pricey but quality. They always have Highly Edibles pucks *major propts* and Son-of-Sativa drinks! These are harder to find and I always find them here. XDThey also have an ATM onsite with like a $2/$2.50 fee. Appreciate when they make it accessible to get cash and the fees not crazy high! Green Man also gives you points for the $$ you spend in their store, regardless of if you are a member or not. They have customer appreciation, its nice B-D
I had been going here for years, but no more. According to the manager, Zach, this place has had their grow shut down by state regulators because of contaminated bud. The last 2 times I got bud here it tasted very un-flushed.Prices are higher than they should be. Bud tenders (and management) go out of their way to be rude & condescending and are visibly pained by having to explain anything.I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
I dunno if you can give zero stars but that's what this place needs as far as their customer service skills. I was there on Tuesday morning when all the extreme weather hit, I walked there through the snow and once I get there, keep in mind this is at 10 am, they were supposed to open at 8 am, so I get there the store is closed, no sign no nothing.. a manager comes out to inform me that it will be another 20-30 mins before they would be setup and asked if I wanted to wait, I said yes . I wait until 1050 then this short black haired troll comes out and says it'll be another 30 mins and asked if I wanted to wait.. I left after that I wasnt waiting any longer in the cold. Then I come back the following day, get the same black haired little troll bud tender come up so I ask what time they opened yesterday and she tells me at 1030 I say no you didn't I was here at 10 am and didn't leave until 11, she then tells me there's no need to be rude in which I responded not being rude just stating that you didn't open at 1030.. I then ask if there's anything they will do to try to make up for the inconvenience the time lost, and she says with a smile on her face NOPE.. to which this upset me very much because she's supposed to be serving customers and that's how her customer service is ?? She shouldn't manage anything and definitely shouldn't even be working there or any other dispensary. **NEGATIVE STARS**
They had what I needed and were very knowledgable. And they are in the same little mall as the nail salon, asian fusion restaurant, and if you are feeling frisky, the adult toy store. I even think there is a liquor or convenience store there too. And a vape shop. So if you sample the product and shouldn't be driving, you can have a delicious meal, get your nails done, buy toys and talk to the friendly toy sellers, say "hay" to the guard at the liquor store and show him your new toys before you go in to get munchies, and pick up a new vape after. One stop shopping! Then take a lift home, LOL!
Today my friend and I went online to order some wax for curbside pickup for the first time. We regrettably chose this dispensary because we saw a deal for 2g of wax for $20 on weedmaps. We made our order and received a text saying it was ready for pickup then proceeded to walk to Green Man. When we got there the man out front took our money, went inside and came out with a bag and change. We opened our bag and it only had one gram in it. We told the manager and sales associate and they just told us all sales are final and that they made a mistake on weedmaps, but it's been fixed. Thanks a whole lot green man: we have half of what we ordered and were told to come pick up. Don't shop here unless you want to be ripped off and refused a refund. Even the general manager, Sara Wipf, only offered us 20% off our next gram of wax. Being cheap and ripping people off is an excellent way to lose customers
My boyfriend smokes, I don't. We live in the neighborhood so I went to the liquor stored to grab some white claws while he stocked up with some weed for himself. The door guy clearly doesn't know anything about the laws, besides they have the right not to serve people. He wouldn't let my boyfriend purchase anything unless he saw my id as well. I didn't even enter the building. Needless to say, not a good way to keep returning customers by driving away business. We will be going to River Rock cannabis which is equal distance away since they are poorly educated about IDing their customers.
Definitely find yourself another dispensary. Apparently this company thinks it's a good idea to rip people off during an economic crisis. I went in for my order this morning and it was missing a gram. The manager and sales associate both said "all sales are final" and pretty much ganged up on me and stole my money. Their "curbside service" is a complete ripoff; do not trust this sleazy business!! I went there because it was cheap but when they messed up my order and didn't fix it they lost a customer and gained an enemy. Learn some business ethics, Green Man. Seriously a bunch of thieves at this poor excuse for a cannabis shop
Really high prices. Edibles are super high quality. But as mentioned here. The bud is not great. Super friendly and quick. Great for a quick stop but prepare to pay for the experience.

Dont go Here; the customer service, quality, and pricing is better at the Care Station..I only used this place because Of the convenience of the location...in their own words "its not up for debate"

Showed up at 6:46, apparently they close at 6:45. Man behind the desk Informed we had missed 'last call'. Then proceeded to impatiently rush us out the door slamming and locking it behind him. The aggressive behavior made everyone in the party upset with the experience.
Poor management is all I'm going to say! How are you so understaffed on a Saturday night?!? And if you do expect people do wait do something with your nasty waiting room.
Best dispensary I've been to in the whole state...Only negative is the limit on certain strains...I drive from Greeley all the way to Denver just for the Dankness...Customer service is mediocre but the Bud is totally worth it. 320 an ounce
This place used to be my FAVORITE dispensary in COLORADO... they haven't had any good flower in months. What happened to the HELLS OG, LOUIE OG, Thin mint Girl Scout Cookies/Rose'??? THE REAL SMOKERS WANT TO KNOW! Shopped here for YEARS! Spent thousands upon thousands of dollars! They stopped selling their products for months! I pateiently waited til this morning when I got an email saying GMC products were back on shelves. I called BEFORE I went. Rushed to the hampden location and they had 6.4 grams of Rose' left of SHAKE!! For 45 1/8th! The level of disrespect! Then these money hungry morons tell me they have more on the rec side but it cost more!! Wtf? They could have at least gave me discount on the rec side... Smh I'll give this place one more try before they lose a valued customer! DO BETTER GREEN MAN!!! :(

Go here for award winning products. Great staff and very knowledgeable and helpful. This store is right outside of the busy Denver downtown so you won't be swarmed by tourist scum.
Only 4 stars because the strain I wanted wasn't in and the website said it was. Guess they hadn't updated it. The place is small but they have a decent selection from flowers to edibles. Prices aren't to bad. The service was good. For the place being pretty small( they just opened a rec side) it is a good shop. I think the medical side is alot bigger.
This place was small, but awesome! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the prices were reasonable. Undebateably cheaper than you'd find in a state that prefers incarcerating minorities over having a healthy tax base.
I've been coming here for 3 years they got a new girl with dreadlocks working the front desk and now apparently the same ID I've used every other day for the last 6 months is no longer valid don't waste your time or money here staff is nucleus of stupid
I feel really bad because I just pulled the worst customer move in the book - I picked up a cartridge yesterday and the gentleman mentioned I should save the receipt, and I didn't. I guess I usually have good luck with cartridges, but not this time - it worked for two rips and then my pen started giving me the flashing light of death. I returned it fully expecting them to require the receipt, which they did. I first said I'd be willing to try the cartridge with the preferred style of wand and buy that one if necessary - I really like these cartridges! When that still didn't work, I asked if I could exchange it anyway. The sales lady was very kind and allowed me to exchange it, printing up a new receipt and suggesting I put it in my wallet just in case. She's sold to me a few times before; it's my neighborhood shop and I've become a regular since moving to the area a couple years ago. I love the place, prices are great and everyone's really nice, and it's even more of a plus to feel that sense of trust. Thanks Green Man!
Quality of bud used to be good at this place and it's gone down. A lot of the strains are tiny nugs and don't taste too good but There's still some decent strains. Occasionally they have something bomb and cheap and pricing is also okay, not great. Not amazing bud but better than most dispenses. W
I have been a Greenman customer for about 2 1/2 years. I feel like the prices are a tad higher than other dispensaries but if your a rewards member you get 10% off every purchase plus 10% of your purchase added to reward $ which you can apply to anything. (I think that's right)Everyone is super nice and informative. I am often greeted by my name which makes it very personnel. Thank you The specials are nice too. I only have one issue and that's with the Green Man Shatter it's very gooey and runny. I recently purchased a gram and it was so runny it was literally liquid inside and outside the wrapper, less than 1/2 gram was usable. I was in the store, k who is yesterday explained things to Patrick. The managers make the call for compensation. On a personal note it just make me mad when management can't empower the dedicated employees who are the Face of your brand.)Anyway I did receive compensation of 20%, don't forget I am already getting 10% off. So that was pretty disappointing.
Great workers so nice and knew the answer to everything I asked. He loved Christian's book so much we talked about that as well, it was a better experience than the other location on Hampden.
Man, the staff here must be having a permanent bad day because they are rude as hell. I don't understand how you run a business by approaching everyone walking through the door with a mixture of hostility and disinterest. Not a lot of pluses here, honestly you can find similar products with waaaaay nicer people at any other dispensary.

The bud tenders were very nice and incredibly knowledgeable, prices were a little bit higher than the majority of the dispensaries but honestly it is 100% worth paying the extra few dollars because their flower is superior!
Thought i would try greenman for concentrates one more time before i moved on and i should have went somewhere else. The budtender recommended a live for me that has the nastiest burnt flavor of vaporizing bud that I've ever tasted. When i told the manager he said he would give me a 10% discount next time even though the rosin is unsmokeable. So a $2 discount, no thanks!
I called seeking Airopro cartridges as I discovered Green Man carried them via weedmaps. I was unable to order from weedmaps so I called them direct. A man answered and said I COULD order them online and come pick them up, and I can also order them from the website.When I told him I was having issues with zero option to add anything to a cart to oder them I decided to try the website. So I hung up and tried. No Go. Website shoed me zero Airo carts, all flower. So I called back, same guy answered.He began to shame me for not understanding how to order online by saying "we have been getting online orders all day i don't know why you can' do it."I don't either, which is why I am calling. He was beyond rude with that vibe in his voice that I was annoying him somehow so i shared "Do you realize I am trying to give your company money and buy products from you and your being rude and shaming me for not understanding your online system?"He continued his attitude and said, "I don't know why you can't do it."Then I realized, this is probably a bud tender not realizing he is serving sacred medicine to people who need it for diseases and is totally not an owner, so why does he care if I actually buy something, at least he gets to pretend to be cool on the phone.Way to hire quality service oriented individuals Green Man, I will NEVER buy from you or any of your chains and I will spread your Rudeness far and wide with my healing community.As a biz owner myself I'd fire this jerk ASAP and train my staff how to be service oriented, not to cool for school stuck in ego oriented.
Customer service is extremely mediocre---- bud is Amazing! Best concentrate prices in town- $12 for a gram (including tax!) before 12 noon! Drive from the mtns and go to this dispensary bc I love their concentrates/prices so much.A little hole in the wall shop- not fru fru and overwhelming. Had multiple experiences with bad budtenders (lack of knowledge, bad customer service, not helpful), but the marijuana here is truly great, affordable and some of the best in town!!!Ps tax is included on all products which is a added bonus! Go Green Man!
Michael impersonated a police officer to intimidate me because they didn’t like my face covering. This store has very very poor customer experience. It’s the way they talk to you that is demeaning. I think they need to have a better staff running this location. I have issues at this dispensary since they replaced the first store manager. The manager makes the difference. Hire people that like people. Not condescending people like Michael that pretend to be cops to appear intimidating. They have a sign that says face coverings but not specifically to what type. They didn’t like my Guy Fawkes mask.
This use to be my go to spot, used to have great bud and great prices. Then their prices increased but quality has decreased. The last two times I came in in an attempt to give them another shot and have left feeling severely disappointed. They have also changed their pricing to before tax instead of otd. The first of my last two trips the flower I got was way too pricey, dry, and tasted like I was smoking hay, not what I'd expect for a 200 oz. My last and final trip in I wanted to use my rewards points but was informed they changed the system and all the points I had accumulated are no longer, was told I had until end of May to redeem them and that I should have gotten an email about it, I did not. So was not happy to find out the 7 to 8 thousand points I had are gone. If you want good deals try the stone, can't vouch for their flower yet, but edibles and concentrates are always on special there, with a large variety.
My budtender that served me was super friendly and funny! I didn’t catch her name but she made the experience for my first trip to a Colorado dispensary amazing! Her suggestion for certain extracts were on point and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
Managers here have got to be a joke. They have personal relationships with each other, they take tips from hardworking budtenders, they promote their favorites, and they do not respect you. Why do you think they are always hiring on Indeed? DO NOT APPLY HERE if you have an M.E.D card, there are so many other dispensaries that will treat you so much better, and if you are a consumer, do not support these people. Look at their recent price changes, they do not care about their customers, who is going to pay 400$ for on OZ? If there was really a marijuana shortage for you to raise your prices, why are all other dispensaries doing fine?
Price has increased and the quality of the product has CLEARLY DECREASED. Clearly. I've been going to this place since forever. That's bad. Someone bought this place and it's WELL on it's way to being ruined from what it used to be. People in this industry ALL THINK they know what they're doing. Very few actually do. This place USED TO be a place that did.
