Strange and uncomfortable experience. We were helped by a lady named Sherre. From the moment we walked In the door she seemed stressed and hollered for us to show us our IDs when we were already were on our way to the counter (and after we showed ID once to the door men). She was not very knowledgeable about the products and gave super vague descriptions. When I picked the only sativa they had she was a little rude about my decision which seems like a poor quality to have in a budtender. She made it seem like an awkward sales pitch. On another note the other employees around us seemed to be more personable and vibing with other customers. It was fast and easy to access and they have a ton of products. I would go back but it's just so mnice when you get good customer service with knowledgeable people.
This place has a solid selection and a friendly staff, but their prices are significantly higher than everywhere else. You're better off going somewhere else and getting the same products for much cheaper.
Terrible buying experience. Incompetent workers (had to call her manager to figure out how to sell me a bong). Took 30 minutes. Way more expensive than average for ok weed. Not going back.
In all my years of pharmacy hopping in 2 different states, this place is by far the BEST!!Helpful. Friendly. Great prices. So fricken cool. And GREAT 5 star products. Kristen was so extremely helpful. What a great experience!
I found multiple staples in the ounce I purchased. Called management at least 5 times and never heard back. This is unacceptable and it's a shame I have not been contacted about it.
I frequent this Livwell a lot and wanted to throw it out there that the staff is lovely. Zoee was the last to help me and was very attentive and knowledgeable of her craft. Highly recommended.
5 stars for the $100 oz! I feel like each livwell has its own perks. Just know the right folks and you will really enjoy yourself.
Here for the 420 specials but the overall atmosphere reads methodone clinic and feels a bit seedier than a shop I would find myself patronizing again.Staff although friendly were hard to keep their attention and to hear over the loud music in the showroom.
Really unsettling vibes in here. The budtender was only showing the most expensive stuff and every time I had to ask what's the price, and if there was cheaper, then he just would mumble and walk to grab the other options. Most budtenders tell you your options don't just show you one thing then on top of that felt judged I was asking for things that weren't 30 a G. Oh and their security let some homeless person that was actively tweeking out, inside sitting in between us touching us in the waiting room. I will never go back and would not recommend.

Their rights are not worth more that $13. Do not shop here! Take the same amount of money they'll charge at livwell and go somewhere with good product.
I personally enjoy LivWell. Take today for example, an $89 ounce ($109.02 with tax) for great bud (22% THC). Yes, the place may be a bit small and sterile but I'd rather it be clean than dirty. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and helpful to my mother, partner & I. This is our normal go to until we find a better deal. Finally, this is not a seedy establishment...I have NEVER found a seed in their weed!
Only shopped here once. The draw was their $99 ounce special. The buds were skinny and stemmy and not very stony. Looked like homegrown.
Stopped by yesterday to pick up some shatter for the weekend. At least three people greeted me, asked how my day was and how they could help. Lucas was my budtender and got me going with an E-nail. He was able to help me find exactly what I needed and more. 5 star shopping experience.
I'm not from Denver, nor have I ever been to a state where recreational sales are legal, BUT LivWell has made a permanent mark in my book. When got to town I started visiting dispensaries, I chose to walk into LivWell because of its convent location from my other affairs in Denver. The waiting room is simple and clean. They have someone sitting behind a glass window to check I.D.s as well as a security guard in the wait area. I've learned depending on what time you visit if there is going to be a wait or not. I mostly visited on weekdays during the day, which I was able to enter the store immediately. My visits on weekends, especially at night, was met with 10-15 min wait. The reason I love LivWell is Zoee tho. Zoee helped me on my first visit, where she got to know me, my situation, and my smoking preferences. She explained everything to me throughly and accurately. I told her I was looking to try new things and have new experiences and she always made great suggestions. Every time I went back I wanted Zoee to help me. She ended up helping me about 3 times during my time in Denver and every time I left the store smiling. Like a kid leaving a candy shop! Thank you Zoee! And thank you LivWell.
Not bad, pretty good on the price nice variety pretty good thc content, but my advice know how each atrain affects you sativa makes me too hyper inside u a great for me to rest well.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I went to buy a pen for the first time and they sold me a faulty cartridge AND battery. I went to exchange the battery because the salesman told me it was pretty common but it still didn't work. By the time I figured out it was the cartridge, the guy told me it was too late for me to return it (after having to return to the store 3 times) and offered a 10% DISCOUNT IF I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE! The cartridge was clearly brand new and never used. Feels like I should have just crumpled up $35 and thrown it away. I honestly feel like this place robbed me; not only did they sell me both a faulty battery and cartridge but they didn't even have decent enough customer service to exchange them. I wouldn't recommend LivWell to anyone after this. There's plenty of other places that have better prices and much much better customer service
So far my best experience at the dispensaries. The people are awesome and so helpful. If you are out of town or a resident this place should be your #1. Plus the only place you can get "leafs by snoop".
I always come all the way across town to get their flower. It is delicious and the prices are great. It is my primary dispensary.
Poor, poor customer service. Arguing with me over personal facts about my own life. Incredibly long wait times with no offer of explanation. Rude employees. Poor phone etiquette, as well. Bud was fluffy and leafy rather than dense. Wax was too dry and impossible to work with.
I went a week ago and was not impressed with the service. I sat and watched 6 rec patients go before me. I was told they only have 1 budtender for medical and they only had one register open. The flower I got was ok but I'm also not happy they changed the special oz price

I "highly" recommend LIVWELL. I only shop here, they have quality products at a decent price. Amazing customer service. The staff here is extremely warm, friendly, and "highly"knowledgeable about their products. I absolutely will not go anywhere else. Why would I want to? Everything I need,they have and like I stated above the customer service is amazing . This is the biggest reason I continue to come back.

The epitome of a corporate store that is all talk with no show-Examples1. Does not clean waiting area during covid!!! I live right next this place and have never seen any sort of cleaning period! They have sanitizer everywhere and2. Order ahead doest always work, products will be missing and they will not notify you. - defeats the point of ordering ahead and saving time. Also have had ordering ahead proceed to make me wait with the regular walkin line! They also dont have the order ahead ready when you get there. These things expect to be managed or else whats the point of ordering ahead?3. Their "mood" or "greeting" is equivalent to the banker that asks you too many questions about your day in the most awkward not natural fashion for convo.4. Staff members have been seen walking through front door with groceries in hand? This would be after the same employee was seen smoking weed in they alley down the street.5. There are many other weed stores that have a personal owners touch. I would recommend those before resorting to livewell.
My first time in Denver and at a dispensary, so I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. Grabbed a number and waited in line to be let in (didn't wait more than 10 minutes with a room filled with ppl) and I had the pleasure of shopping with Rianne who was SUPER friendly and welcoming and made my first experience smooth and comfortable. Thank you girl!! Keep in mind they only except cash, debit, and credit where you can get cash back, so my credit card didn't work the first time around but I was able to come back and use my debit. They also have an ATM machine in the waiting room!
I just wanted to take the time and thank Jason (Customer Service) and Sarah (Manager) for making this situation right. After seeing my review, Jason made sure I was able to get a replacement item and even offered some advice to prevent this issue from happening in the future. Sarah was also very helpful and showed me other products that don't have similar issues with the battery. They have definitely made it back into my good graces!
One budtender waited on a single party for over 30 mins to complete a purchase. After the lobby got restless, and rightly so (one gentlemen had already waited over 40 mins!), we asked the lady behind the counter to facilitate the transaction so others could make their purchases. We were told the customers could take as long as they wanted, despite there being a single budtender and no transaction for over 30 mins. When we implored her for help she simply threatened me with a ban. This is outrageous customer service. As a former regular, I will never shop at Livwell again. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be threatened with a ban after waiting patiently. Only in marijuana do they allow customers to take ridiculous amounts of time to make a purchase, at the expense of others waiting. In any other retail brick and mortar operation, if you allowed a customer 30+ mins to purchase a bottle of alcohol from a liquor store for instance, that would be considered absurd. But at Livwell, hey, you could be waiting forever! Terrible service, rude lady at the counter, and a business that's willing to scoff at a lobby full of potential customers who waited 30 mins just to serve the endless time needs of a single party. What a shit show.
Highly incompetent management makes the buying experience frustrating. I'm a med patient and I went there to get a bottle of topical CBD cream. Upon entering I let them know at check in that I was med. the lady behind the glass said that what I was buying was cheaper to do as rec. I showed my id and waited until my number came up. Once in, I was told that the med was cheaper and that I had to go outside, show my med card and then come back in. I asked if I could come right back in without waiting. Bud tender said yup so I went out. Showed the med card and got okayed but now 10 people had shown up and the check in person said that I now had to wait for everyone again. After a few attempts to explain the situation, I left. I have my shop. I don't need to support this crappy one
I liked the store and service a lot better than "Botanico" stuff. The product I purchased here was a brand and pre rolled. Willies's reserve products I did not like at all. It says it contains THC but I believe that it doesn't. This product did not get me high at all I would not advice purchasing this brand.

Super nice and informed staff. They have great deals and the environment is clean and feels like you're not being rushed even when there is a line waiting.
I very much miss livwell on Franklin, they at least are much better over there when it comes to customer service, I get why I cannot see the preweight oz because of the virus ok whatever but it seems like they're using that as an excuse to package and sell trash, this golden goat seems old and crumbles into dust when you touch it, given the choice I would not have purchased this, I've been buying from livwell for 5 years and I've never felt ripped off like I do now I'll post a pic of the mostly weight stems that I bought today, I'm really sad now have to find somewhere else to buy from. I think it's sad I feel like they used to take pride in what they sold now it's just whatever and no you can't see it until you already paid for it so disappointing I thought they were better than that

I love the process on edibles and value once. I love to get Willies on sale here. One of my favorite budtenders just started working there, which was a nice surprise. We continued our previous conversations as he explained the benefits of shopping at LivWell

My husband and I shop here quite often. 99% of the time the staff is absolutely wonderful! They are so helpful, so enthusiastic, and it's really a pleasure to shop there. The couple times that our experience has been less than stellar, I think they had a new employee working, who maybe didn't feel very comfortable behind the counter quite yet. I would definitely recommend this store to other people looking for marijuana products.
