Place is a joke with terrible management. I would suggest to just use another dispensary, the trees also suck!!

The folks at Affinity were awesome and professional with all me answers.. Rosa was is my #1 bud tender I'm visiting again when I Denver my favorite dispensary

This dispensary is my favorite ! The have new diamond strains that are premium quality!  The prices are reasonable by far and the flower is superior quality! Happy hour specials daily except that they removed the late evening balky hour.  They are always busy but have enough bud tenders!

Went into my first dispensary today and was helped Brody. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our lack there of. Was not only helpful in places to eat and party, but informed us of their happy hour and that with a purchase of $10+ you get a $1 pre-rolled. I'm excited to go back.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! From product to the service. I was helped by Nick & he was hands down the best service I've had in my Denver stay. All my questions were answered with enough detail for me to feel as if I was getting exactly what I was coming for. Affinity has become my #1 choice & I plan to give them plenty of my business!!

I was about to get on here and say something f**ked up about this place but my issue wasn't with the dispensary itself but the bud tender was rude af along with the little security guard at the door how 90% of your job is customer service but you don't know how to talk to people and I'm not the one to talk to any kind of way cuz on the street I'd be done caught a case over someone who talks to me disrespectful intentionally or unintentionally as I know some these dudes wasn't raised right with proper manners I can't take a bill from wife what type of policy is that and that I can still understand but the way he said it and then like threatened to cancel my order like I was in there about to commit a crime or something when I was just literally short $10 didn't want to use y'all's $3 ATM so I asked my wife for $10 he turned into a complete dick excuse my language but it would of been his bad day 13yrs ago no kids me with nothing to lose would of snatched his little scrawny self from across the counter lol but I'm a dad now and focused on my higher self so I didn't spend nothing today they top shelf is great and they always on time with the cookie  drops so I gave 3 stars minus 2 because of the 2 disrespectful little characters today y'all really should pay attention to how how y'all's employees talk to people specially the customers coming to spend over $100 my wife even still spent $120. namaste

Was around the area and looking for a quick preroll and decided to dip into Affinity. Upon getting there they had a great selection of prerolls as well as flower. I'm talking OPTIONS people! Overall service was great, prices were awesome and did I mention you get $5 off as a new customer? Definitely a dope spot, will be back!

After 1-yr and 7 months I will no longer be shopping here as of 09/04/19. I hit my vape once In the lobby (unaware of the policy) and some girl screams we're not serving you, like I reach up her skirt. Over the last two years I haven't seen her once. Anyone that had knows I spend hundreds of dollars a month here. So now some new girl comes along and thinks she can scream at me, just cause I shop here. no vaping product is a reason to treat people like crap. i have no problems following rules but no one ever told me no vaping. The first step is to waste my gas, cool. No sir! But with her attitude about it I'll take my ounce a week habit somewhere else. I had a similar issue with my med card.

I have written a few reviews, and everyone knows I LOVE this store!  I live about 25 miles away and it is well worth the drive even though I really don't like driving anymore!  The selection is phenomenal, the prices & member benefits are great and everyone working here is super happy go lucky!  The main reason I do drive this far is to see the Smiling Happy Employees and excellent product selection.  If I forgot to mention you - I will make sure to do it later (when I can remember your name LOL!)  And anyone reading this... remember to please tip your bud tenders, a little tip goes a long way in this and any hospitality industry!Special Thank You to:Justin - Super nice guy, very helpful and his customer service is unbeatable!Brody - Only dealt with him on the Rec side, super nice and full of smiles!Crystal - Just met her recently and she is very knowledgeable and sweet!Steven -  So nice I have only seen him one other time and he actually remembered me!Max - Super nice, haven't really had help from him yet but he is super energetic and focused all at the same time.Matt - Super nice, his smile lights up the room!And I have to give honorable mention to some of my favorites (they tend to be the ones that help me all the time)... Out of all the dispensaries in the Denver are this is my goto for normal flower.  The buds here are always fresh and a great selection.  The people who work here from the security staff to the bud tenders are always friendly and knowledgeable.  It is also I'd say the best 1/8 price in town for the great quality you will receive.  There's many other dispensaries closer to my house but Affinity is always well worth the drive.

I've been a member here for almost a year and I come in almost daily. Love the products, no complaints in quality. Most employees are usually very knowledgeable and friendly. But sometimes you get a budtender that doesn't really know what they're doing, or that is incapable of being kind and efficient while trying to do their job. This doesn't surprise me considering I see different faces in there every single time other than the same few Key employees. Since there are so many employees coming in and out all of the time it's very challenging attempting to establish rapport or any sort of customer service relationship - just being able to recognize a frequent face or name. If it's any type of familiar employee customer relationship, it's definitely more likely to bring in tips. It's also really REALLY irritating that the medical side hardly ever has any live resin or sugar wax... yet they offer it on the recreational side which is an inconvenience to everyone - having to go be admitted to the other side of the store, take your information again, drop your medical purchase off, and then complete another transaction just. This just seems like they won't offer what people really WANT to buy on the medical side because this way they can keep the price higher on the recreational side. On the rare occasion they do have life resin or sugar wax for medical patients it is maybe a few grams, and more often than not they're the same strain. There is also only one extract company's products they sell. If there were selections from business other than Colorado's Best Dabs, members and frequent customers would probably be more satisfied. All together, a wider selection of products and more consistent and personable staff would be much appreciated and I'm sure it would assist in the progress of monetary success for the dispensary as a whole.

Easy location to get in and out of. Can get a little bit busy during "happy hour" but the out the door pricing is great! Very big showroom and a lot of on staff budtenders to help take care of you. Don't be discouraged by a long line, it will move pretty quickly and you'll be on your way with a smile on your face.

While I normally love this dispensary, today I was surprised to receive incredibly poor customer service from a younger, short blonde woman. Normally, the staff at Affinity is very kind and attentive to their jobs, but this woman acted like everything was a chore. Not only did she not bother to greet me, but she made it clear to me through her behavior that she did not want to be there, and she certainly did not want to help  me. She sighed audibly every time I asked to look at something, and when we went to the hash fridge, she refused to let me look at them, saying "they're over in the case' in a rude tone. When I went to the case and say that the has I was interested in was not there, she complained before finally opening a few for me to see. Once I made my selection and paid, she slammed the register shut so hard it shook the nearby glass case. Then she slapped a stick on my hash so hard I thought she would bend the cardboard box! While I love affinity and plan to continue shopping there, as they have great prices and quality product, I urge anyone who goes to Specifically ask NOT to have the short blonde budtender, as she acted like a child in the middle of a temper tantrum. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by a budtender, and I hope no one else has to deal with this. Buying thc should be a fun experience, but this woman made it feel like a chore, and made me feel unwelcome in the store.

Zach was incredibly helpful and professional, as was Aaron.  They did a good job of explaining benefits of being a member at Affinity, and also at explaining the varieties of the product.

I love this place live weight n variety is always great ! Plus bad a## staff they know their bud and can help direct u to the best bud option of ur choice never dry prepackaged bud always sticky selection.

I've been coming here for over a year now and have had relatively decent bud tenders who are fun and engaging. Tonight however was disappointing. Bud tender was having a bad day or something. I had asked for a recommendation on indica flower. Then I elaborated and said I was looking for a less sleepy indica and bud tender gave me a look like a was stupid. I've said this same phrase to 20 different bud tenders who work here and they were more than helpful and engaging. She was almost kind of rude and snappy. It made me feel very uncomfortable in my regular local dispensary.

The old lady with the colored hair checking people in is completely rude. They never have flower on the medical side yet they always have it on the rec side where they can charge more. After speaking with the manager about the rude lady up front, as I'm leaving she's smiling and giggling at me cause she knows her boss ain't going to do anything, and of course like a true professional felt the need to mock me. So, called her a name and left. Out in the parking lot this guy comes out trying to be captain saveahoe and tells me to "Never come back".. I told him I already planned on that. Peace affinity and Tyler, the owner of the dispensary never responded to my complaint. This place is a joke!

Im from out of town and any time I have a chance to come to Denver Affinity is my first and only stop everytime, fast and friendly service shout to Jake from yesterday he was really cool, hooked it up with the fat buds #human claw

Great dispensary between downtown Denver and DEN. Prices on point but more importantly, the flowers are amazing! Zach gave us the best bud tender experience ever. He's extremely professional and takes his job very serious. Highly recommend these guys.

My first time in Denver and Esperanza gave my friends and I the most amazing experience. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. Great prices, great budtenders! What more can you ask for?

Just over a month ago I wrote a review about this place and gave them one star for their lack of customer service. I did receive a phone call from the district manager wanting to hear my story and see if they can make it right which I thought was a very nice thing to do. I've called a couple times but I keep missing her but thought that I would give it another try since she reached out. So the last two times I have stopped by here the customer service has been way better. Perhaps it's as simple as updating their computer system where if you are using your member benefits there is just a button for their team members to push so they don't have to add in their head. I think that is the biggest problem because since I had an overcharged issue I always make sure I add up everything myself and then see if their numbers match. Even the first time I went in since the incident they about overcharge me again. I want to like this place they do have excellent member befits and it is close to my home. So I wanted to say thank you to the district manager that reached out to me sorry I can't remember your name and let you know that I did give you guys another chance and I hope that we can continue to work together in the future.

Best bud tenders ever! Always treated like family when I'm there! Never had a single bad experience there! The choice of their products are amazing as well and all of the budtenders really know what they're talking about. I was in for just a joint today, and I could decide what to get, so Jake suggested a very tasteful and smoked really well. Been going here for about a year now and definitely won't go anywhere else. Cannot complain about the quality of the flower for the price at all!

Kamish (I hope I spelled his name right) is absolutely adorable. He really made my visit here tonight. Not to mention the special on ounces, $100 out the door! Score! Because I had only taken out $100 before I got there, lol. Fresh dank, friendly faces, and the best prices. Love this place!

We're recently relocated to Colorado after being gone 27 years.  So when we arrived we decided to check out a few dispensaries.  We had gone to 5 others before coming to Affinity.  We wish we would have come here first.  But the comparison shopping paid off.  We love that the product is always live weighed, is fresh, good choice of product, great prices, and the freebie joint for being military was a nice surprise. Our bud-tender was Tariq & it was a pleasure working with him & the manager.  Good information, great customer service, professional & efficient.  They're interaction left us leaving with a smile.  We will be back!  Great job team!

Yes they do currently have to buy their bud on the wholesale market while they setup their own grow warehouse I did pick up a pre roll from them today "Sour Patch Kush" as well as evolab CBD sap and 2 Incredibles 50mg THC/50MG CDB mikiba bars. They had everything on hand I could possibly want and if it was the 15th I would have walked away with a lot more good meds. I am in cronic sever pain and I need a lot of good CBD products and they had everything on hand that I love to get but have to go to three different shops currently to get them all.The preroll was a steal at $8 for a 1gm pre roll for flower that is $15gm. I just took the preroll and filed a bowl with about half the joint and smoked it out of my water pipe as I am not a big joint fan. It has an amazing head high and I feel great. A good smooth euphoric sensation while still being full of energy and with a nicely relaxed body.Earlier in the day after I got home from their shop I tried the evolab Ghost Train CDB sap. It gave me a very comfortable mild head high that left me extremely functional while at the same time the completely relaxed my body and all my pain melted away. $40gm pretty avg price.My fiance also suffers from extreme pain from migraines and a back injury. She is however very prone to anxiety from thc from getting high so I have only just recently got her to start using high CBD low THC or no THC edibles and tinctures. Out of all the high CBD products I have so far gotten for her she likes the Incredibles 50mg THC/50MG CDB mikiba bars the best out of everything. It is a 1:1 CBD:THC ratio providing just the right balance to the thc for her. The bar is dosed for 10 doses. She takes half of one dose and it works perfect for her. She gets a high that lasts for a short while and she can just go watch some tv and she is able to mellow out and the anxiety of being high goes away quickly. She then feels all her pain and stiffness just melt away and she is functional again but with only a very very mild high sensation. Every thing else she has tried including a lot of the CBD only products on up to 5:1 CBD/THC products she found that this bar provided the best relief with the least anxiety triggering effects of them all.They are working on setting up their own grow operation and until then have to buy on the wholesale market. However the pre roll I did try tonight was superb and a great deal.They had well over 20 strains. They were all great looking buds and they smelled great. If it was not for the fact that this was just a first time check out of this place for me and I am very well stocked for flower right now I would have gotten a few 8ths of a few of the strains. They looked great. I did however want to at least sample one of them so I got the preroll and it was well worth it and I could not be more satisfied.The staff were amazing. They asked me a lot of probative questions to better help me find solutions to the issues I suffer from. She then went on to make a lot of very good recommendations and she took notes in my record during our conversation so they could better help me in the future.They have a great selection of smoking gear. Some really good package deals and some amazing looking water pipes. They have this hoody on sale currently that comes with a three pen vape system that includes a pocket that the vap pen sticks in and then it has this hose that goes through the huddy up the hood back around to the other side of the face for a mouth piece that you just have to reach over and suck on real quick and then it tucks back away. Looks great and I think it would be awesome for Broncos games. That was something else I would have gotten had it been payday lol.So all around 5 stars for me. I loved it. By far my new favorite dispensary. I even made the switch of my pacient of records to them from AMA. While I got a better deal on a oz of flower each month with AMA, the customer service as well as the selection and the quality of their product is great so I am happily switching to Organica. I wish it had the name of my budtender on my receipt so I could give her props. I am currently suffering from a stoner moment from the pre roll and I can not recall her name. She was great. You guys keep up this level of service and you will have a customer for life.

Affinity is a pleasant experience. The bud tenders are helpful and friendly. The store is very clean almost to the point of being described as sterile like a hospital ward. Coupons are available if ya know where to find them. The bud is at a decent price and if you have a coupon... You're in luck! Each time I go the employees are well spoken and polite. Definitely worth checking out!

We've been going to Affinity for a few months now. The budtenders are all very friendly and knowledgeable. You can't beat their rec pricing at $20 an 1/8 and the cannabis is definitely worth it.

Great shop that has some great deals. The bud tenders are nice and knowledgeable. The selection is generally pretty decent. Overall, just a great neighborhood shop to meet your everyday needs.

Favorite dispensary in town. Easily highest quality for your buck! Great tenders all the time with positive attitudes. Good music in the background in general.

This is my primary dispensary, even before I switched I just started coming here instead! I didn't feel like a second class citizen just because I don't feel like paying 10 to 15 dollars more for the same thing. :D The budtenders are ALL amazing. I love all of you. They know what I like, especially Colin, lol. Huge selection of bud always, prerolls at prices you can't beat, and the selection of edibles is to die for.There's so many edibles you should definitely not be concerned if you're trying to find one. Also they carry caviar on a regular basis which is awesome! Not all places do that. I got the exact terrible service as some other reviews I read. They do have a real "elitest" attitude here. They didn't have flower on the medical section so I just got a gram of subpar concentrate. I'm good on this place, there's so many places with so much more to offer. No thanks to this unprofessional staff!!

Affinity down on Syracuse and Colfax have great customer service some of the best weed in Colorado affinity have a great medicine flower dabs every time I definitely have a blast when I walk in they always take care of me what can I say one of my favorites if not my favorite Resurrection dispensary they definitely always helping me out with some of the greatest ganja  around and now if I post on this website I get a dollar joint for posting on Yelp sick for the ones who haven't tried affinity should definitely go final a location close to you you for sure definitely be one happy customer.... peace love and happiness

There are so many dispensaries in the area to choose from, and certainly if you are this far east it seems to me that Organica is the best in this neck of the woods.  Great selection, nice staff, hot ladies, check it out.

Okay so I'm visiting from Miami and let me tell you about how horrible of an experience I've had EVERY time I've came here the 1st time cool I let it go maybe the dude was just in a bad mood and it's why he was being so rude so cool whatever second time my boyfriend goes and there was bickering back and forth between him and a bud-tender because they said something over the phone then when he gets there and would like to confirm the words were changed around and what they said over the phone is no longer accurate okay fine whatever but what really blew me over the top was today's experience after walking 30-40 mins to get to the facility my boyfriend decides he needs to pee and he does it on the other side of the building in the back mind you i saw an employee do that same thing three days ago and not only that but a bunch of security from the same facility were all over the place and nothing was said or done so I'm assuming no one gave a rats ass but since we were close to closing time I guess it was no longer acceptable to do what was done lol.. my whole life I've worked in costumer service environment studios/facilities and never have I seen a place with so many employees that just don't care about the costumer and their experience. What's the point of having good prices or "happy hour" if the experience is so exhausting and horrifying? I'd rather spend the extra cash in a place where my money and time is valued if I could give this place a negative star I definitely would. I have a few friends coming to stay where we're staying for the next two weeks and I most definitely won't be bringing them to the closes dispensary to us because I would hate for any of my guest to feel the way I have from going to this place... worse dispensary I've been to since I've came to Colorado

If I could give this place less stars I would. Where to begin... I have been purchasing from this place on an off since they were organica and med only. Their budtenders  were very knowledgeable and had great service. I even used to be a member. Things started to go wrong with my membership as I returned 3 separate times and each time my membership paperwork was mysteriously not processed at the time so hence I got no benefit. After trying to argue it each time they finally got the paperwork processed but by that point I was put off by the lack of service in trying to honor my paperwork and let my membership expire. Last straw for me is that I was asked to purchase something from the Rec  side as they didn't have it on the med side, I asked them to bring it to the med side to protect my privacy and prevent discomfort due to my condition as a med patient. They told me No very rudly and said that if I didn't physically walk to the Rec side there was no sale. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Cheaper and better quality products can be found just around the corner at places like potco, Greenfield, pure, and trucannabis, without spending your life in the waiting room and dealing with fucking incompetent bud tenders who do not know their heads from their asses.

WOW!~ This is a very nice shop inside and out. Clean, spacious, lots of products. A friend told me about this place so had to check it out. I asked about the 25$ 1/8 of mmj. However they said we have 1/8 of mmj for 15$ for today. That is awesome prices. Very friendly staff will be back!

Everyone at affinity was very friendly and helpful. They had a variety of choices of strains and edibles for very reasonable prices. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I bought a cartridge from them that kept getting clogged up and wasn't really smokable. Other then that it was a great experience!

Best dispensary I've been to in the Denver Metro area!  They always have good bud, cheap prices with tax already included in the price!  (No Top Shelf, Bottom Self, Its ALL TOP Shelf, same price)  As I write this $20 for a 1/8, $110 for a zip, wax & shatter prices usually $15 a gram. (OUT THE DOOR!)Now, they do have certain timed specials but they run throughout the day, everyday & I'm not sure what the times are but just wait an hour usually or call.  (I'm fairly luck cause I've been there a doz times & always seem to hit the same price.) Everyone's so nice & their open till 9pm.

Up until this year...this dispensary used to be the best. No matter where I lived I would always make my way to Affinity. Instead of raising the prices...they've tiered the flower. Which is pretty much the same thing. Before you could go in and grab the best weed at a decent price...Now everything that you could get before has increased in price. I gave them 3 stars bc they still have excellent customer service. It just sucks when you think you've found a diamond in the rough. I really hate to see some of the strains that I could geat for $135/Oz are now those SAME strains are near $200. I realize that businesses are in business to make a profit but dang times are tough for everyone right now. I'm certain that with this system they've lost some regular customers.

It doesn't really matter the direction of the Id they all have birthdays and all the information one would need to asses a persons age. This isn't a policy for prevention, just one of laziness.

They don't accept vertical IDs, sorry I just turned 21 and haven't gotten a new ID yet. Such bullshit

I absolutely love this dispensary. I highly recommend. All the products are amazing quality. Prices are reasonable. Sales are frequent and customer service is impeccable. Also if you're a veteran. You get a free joint with every purchase if youd like. I am grateful for the products but also the knowledge of the staff. And even when there is a long line things go really quickly but customer service is never tarnished for the sake of a hurry

Out of all the times we've came here we've gotten nothing but pretty great service!!!  Today we got terrible service. The lady was rushing us to pick because they were closing at 9:45pm mind you we were barley 5secs in to starting to look at the different strains. She looked like she didn't want to be there and also gave us bad service. Normally the workers are friendly and joyful and even packages our stuff neat. She didn't give AF about anything , service , her attitude nor about the packaging!

prices are laughable!!! i dont know how anyone shops here! double for everything you can buy somewhere else. i walked out as fast as i went in.

So, is it possible to list all the reasons I Love Organica...hmmThe staff is super friendly and they treat you like family.You can't beat the quality of the strains, not to mention the daily deals. The variety is insane, from quality strains to oils and edibles and wax and clothing..I could go on, but I'd rather you take it in for yourself! I just want to say any place that asks me how my day is and genuinely treats me with respect is officially my spot.

Was five stars, and honestly I've been shopping here almost exclusively and recommending this place to anyone who would listen for a couple of years. Tonight, though, I placed my order as usual, and I got a call saying it was canceled due to it having too many items. (Not that it exceeded an ounce, as that would have clearly been a legal issue, but rather that the order contained more than 4 separat strains equaling less than an ounce all together.) That policy in and of itself would have been enough to make me consider shopping elsewhere, since I like the variety, but at no point has anyone ever breathed a word of this to me, despite the fact that I almost always order more than the designated number of strains. I was told the policy was long standing, but if you only bring it up once every 2 years it feels more like you're just being unpleasant for the sake of it, and it leaves me, as the customer, wondering if I should trust one random guy on the phone one time, or substantial experience to the contrary. In the end, the store lost not only my money tonight, as buying less strains ultimately ended in me buying less in total, but also my loyalty. Affinity has been very convenient, but there are plenty of other stores in the area that will allow me to place my order online and won't decide at random to police the amount of variety I chose to obtain. Edit: My issue with the rule itself is only minor. It's an understandable rule even if I PERSONALLY find it unpleasant. My main issue is this: if that's your rule, then tell people about it. As a frequent customer, I went YEARS without encountering that rule....and yet when I expressed that confusion over the phone when my order was canceled, all the man on the other end could respond with was something along the lines of that it didn't matter that I had experience to the contrary, that was the rule and it had always been the rule! That's basically gaslighting. If it's a rule then POST it or MENTION it or something. If you're letting me break a rule, I don't know till you TELL me....so don't act as though I should have known the whole time. Don't just enforce it once in a blue moon and then get snotty when people are confused with the contradictory experiences.
