Great staff, reasonable prices, good selection. Altitude, both east and west have been my go-to dispensary for the past two years. Other dispensaries just don't seem to have the same consistency.

They've got some seriously dank weekly weed specials (pun intended, lol). You can get on the mailing list, and have them sent to you on a weekly basis. It's usually a pretty good deal on an ounce. They've got nice staff, and the store is always pretty clean. One of my favorite bud spots!

Not a product review: Staff is 4/5 With one bad apple, but fairly quick and mostly knowledgeable. Convenient, but a little overpriced with limited selection.

Very convenient,  friendly, informative here.  After 2 years of shopping Altitude services still appreciate great service, especially from Ron.  He's completely professional and steers you right.  Kudos to the great staff you have!

I have been going to this dispensary since I moved here in 2014. After living here for three years and trying out many other places I still go to Altitude Bc the staff, selection , and pricing is the best! Go now =]

One of the best dispensaries I've been to while visiting Denver. There was a diverse variety while still upholding great quality of all products I tried!

Haven't shopped here in awhile due to our last visit in buying 4 grams of the worst tasting concentrate we have ever had. We tried them again tonight because they were open later and bought a gram of ghost of leeroy shatter. It smelled nice but after smoking it we have decided we won't be shopping at Altitude anymore. The concentrates we get always seem to taste like solvent and makes us cough and gag due to the solvent taste. We normally shop at the Wellness Center of the Rockies and have never had an issue with their product, it always tastes amazing with the effect that we expect. Not sure what's going on with Altitude but I am disappointed to say the least.

Go somewhere else.. Then doesn't process deals. 0/10. Gives away deals., and points. But then "loses" them or gives away fake coupons. Product is worthy of shopping around anyways. DO NOT MAKE THE DRIVE TO ANY LOCATION ‼‼

Used to come here for the 4/$60 on concentrates. There prices no longer any better then other dispensaries... not worth the drive from Cap Hill ‍

I recently moved to Englewood but when I lived in Aurora, Altitude was my go-to. Great prices, service, knowledge, and even when its packed, they move quickly. "Highly" recommended lol

Went to altitude for the first time the other day. Walked up to the door presented medical patient credentials and my friend who was with me was told that they are no longer medical. I advise the person at the desk that it doesn't say that you're only recreational on either the sign outside the building or the website. Their response was it was changed about a year ago, as though that would make any difference to me. What I thought was you had a year to change your website and your sign; get off your butt. I feel this is false advertising, and that I would encourage people to avoid that dispensary in the future. If they lie about one thing they lie about everything.

The guy that helped me said almost nothing. Pretty sure he weighed out 4 grams for my 1/8th and he sold me shatter instead of wax. He touched every bud with his bare hands while breaking off all the stems. But the dude next to him with a red hat on was really nice and informative to the customer next to me so that's good at least. Price was ok though.

This place is amazing! Oscar and his crew treated me like a million bucks and got me everything I require for my medicinal needs. Truly great experience going into the store. Friendly people, great service, great smoke, great vapes, what more could you want? I recommend this place HIGHLY !!!!

These guys were very professional and explained exactly what I needed when shopping for my father who is suffering from cancer. The older gentleman who helped me today was so sweet and caring.

I wish i could give zero stars. Horrible customer service. The budtender was very rude and impatient with my family member who is visiting from California. What a jerk.

They never have change on purpose. They will round out the price to the highest number, making customers pay an extra .50 cents or so. If you don't have exact change they will tell you to go out in the street to find change. By doing this all day and charging people more than the actual price by -  let's say .50 cents, they will end the days with an extra 50.00 bucks - this because of refusing to give change and expecting customers to either pay more than the price of the item or you have to go outside and search for change yourself. The Sunday mgr is quite rude.

Not really a good place to buy flower.  Apparently they like seeds in their weed.   No one ever told me about the possibility of seeds..... ever. My friend found out after buying ounces multiple different times that the jars with the minuscule asterisk on it have seeds.   No one wants seeds... it ruins the smoke, flavor and feeling.  I've have 4 1cent joints (with purchase of $10) and I won't be going back.   Staff is nice, minus the fact that you ask what their smoking and they smoke stuff that has seeds? Sad to hear.   They are knowledgeable with vape stuff and I liked their hours because of my long days but other places have FIRE flower that tastes great and no SEEDS! Also better ounce prices! It's surprising and sad to see a dispensary settling for shit products.

They clearly don't know what they doing. Any dispensary I go into they got prerolls already made, Ive never heard of me coming in and have to roll my own!! Or else it's 12$ a joint but I wouldn't know if it's indica or sativa?!! They just shoving weed in, all mixed up. Luckily I can give 2 star since man was nice enough to roll for me, but must say I was very disappointed.

Had some incredible quality herb called "Cookie Crisp". It was so incredible I have chosen this as my preferred dispensary!! They have everything you could need, different types of edibles, kodo extract cartridges, and awesome flower!!! If you are in the area this is totally the place I would recommend. Awesome deals and awesome prices for some awesome quality! They accept cash & debit cards. Veterans get a discount.

The customer service is wonderful. They really take their time with you, and answer your questions. Great products, and delicious.

I come here often for my edibles, when I'm off and gonna relax for the weekend. I usually get a pretty good deal and staff is friendly and helpful.

Garbage carts that barely pull and when they do it tastes burnt. I bought a battery as well and it barely works let alone charges. No paper receipts. The lady legit wrote down on paper what she sold. Without a paper receipt I can't even get my money back for this cart and battery. I'm not impressed.

Never been in a dispo having one person checking ID's as well as selling the product too, let alone being the only person doing so.Took longer than I would of hoped considering only 2 people ahead of me. But I had to wait for her to check people in who had just walked in the door behind me before I could be let in to start looking.Was also given a cart which unfortunately is defective, having to engage the "pre burn" setting on my battery 2 times before ripping it as long as I could before I get a decent puff is a major downfall, and unfortunate to say the least. This is also the first dispo to not mention anything about defective carts and returning procedures if we received one.The clerk was very friendly and deserved my tip, but store procedures and product needs work.

Wow, as soon as you walk in it smells amazing, and I don't even smoke. It's super clean and has sort of a spa feel to it. My bud tender was really friendly and helpful. I needed a CBD cream for an effed up knee. They had two to choose from and it was surprisingly inexpensive. Ladies, they have cannabis lube here too, come get some. Thank me later.

Great people and bud! Staff is knowledgeable about their strains, prices are great! Also ask for when early bird discounts starts, Happy hour starts at 2pm till 4:20 pm!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. Great rewards program so you always get free goodies. Only place I consistently come back to for concentrates, flower, cartridges AND edibles. They’ll have you in and out or you can take your time. Clean and professional. Give em a try!

Virginia and Micah are the best! They definitely deserve a raise! Happy hour is the time to come, (2PM - 4:20PM) you'll receive a 5% discount and if you are a veteran, you'll receive an additional 5% discount! Happy Hour also runs all day on Tuesdays!!

Great people and an amazing experience. Affordable prices and there is always some kind of deal going on. Typically this makes me skeptical since I have been behind the curtain, but the quality of the product is always spot on. I've never been disappointed. Highly recommend coming here.
