They have good products and weed and everything you need to enjoy the green veggie products

Quality products BUT my reasoning for the 2 star review is the employees on the inside. Most bud tenders are often cold and rude when I've gone and asked questions and recommendations. I've been ignored at the counter. I don't know what their problem is but that attitude doesn't fly.

Best dispensary in sacramento.My go to spot got  good prices and good customer service.

I've been to numerous dispensaries and this one is a pretty solid one. Great customer service in store with an array of edibles, rolls, plants, etc. Their delivery service could use some improvement, especially when involving their debit option. My delivery was supposed to arrive between 3-430, but didn't arrive until 6. It was no big deal considering I was going to be home anyway. I called to confirm if their debit option was still working and the lady said everything was working fine. The delivery guy shows up to my house, and tells me the debit option isn't working. I asked if I could still get a pre roll or something with the cash I did have, but he said he couldn't do that because of store policies. Either the debit option needs to go through a series of changes to improve the performance of that option or just remove that unreliable option entirely.

My go to shop in sac, they have a great selection of bud, and amazing bud tenders. I highly recommend!

So I decided to give this place another shot after they messes up my order last time and overcharged me the time before. As a side note I spend $350-$580  each and every time I come here. I get in line and hand the security guard my ID and ask to buy a mask as I have in the past before going in, he tells me "new store policy, I can't sell you a mask unless you have a mask on." End of story, I walked away and drove to Kolas. Better staff, way better pricing, and a larger selection. Spent some cash and left happy. I don't like to leave bad reviews but 3 times is enough. The staff is rude, the products are never consistent, you order online and go inside go pick up and they don't have items, they don't tell you about promos, and always always rush you to make a selection.Oh and I got a mask at Kolas no problem.

This cannabis club is amazing. They have everything you need from flower to wax to cbd needs.

I love this place. Products are normally good and the price is pretty great as well. Sometimes on the right day you'll get and extra deal or promotion they have going. Definitely my spot for when I want to get some good at a good price.

What a stupid dispensary. I thought the bud tenders were there to show you product, but I guess not. I can't see any of the flower because of their awful lighting and to try to get the guy to show me a few is like pulling teeth. I asked for recommendations doesn't seem to want to recommend anything. Zero help. You literally have the easiest job in the world, you have zero work ethic kid. My expectations are usually pretty low at these places but this place sucks.

Buyer beware - they advertise one thing on the shelf but sell you another. Purchased wax of a certain potency and was given another. The manager was very rude when I asked to be given what was advertised to me. He did swap it out but said he "wouldn't do this again".  Very unprofessional man and bad business practice.

Always a nice selection, helpful budtenders and for those people who tell you they don't communicate their specials, theirs literally signs everywhere of what kind of deals they have as well  as tv screens showing everything. Even in the past when I've had issues with leaky cartridges (specifically from one brand) has always taken care of me above and beyond. My always go to spot here in sac.

We purchased several cartridges from Vibe. The last one leaked the day after it was opened. It ruined the pen and leaked all over my wife's purse.Upon calling Vibe we were told that there are only 7 days to return a defective item.  It was purchased over three weeks ago so we're SOL.So we're done.

Love this dispensary! They're always really nice and they've got a great selection. They can busy but they're following all guidelines and only let a small amount of people in at a time

Very helpful and friendly staff!! The staff at vibe seem very well trained, The bud tender who helped me was kind, genuine, and very knowledgeable. He gave helpful recommendations even though he was a new face in the shop. He walked me through the whole store, and explained the products thoroughly. Will definitely continue to shop here for all my cannabis related needs :)

Staff was super friendly, not incredibly well-trained on their equipment. Be sure to take cash because their card systems are a absolutely awful. The employee that helped us seemed really annoyed, which wasn't a great experience. Everyone else was very pleasant.  Clean and secure.

Been shopping here for over a year i spend over $500 a month and i buy vapes from here weekly. Got a 3 bears raw garden vape cart and i was twisting it on and i shatters. I bring it in for an exchange and they look at me like i broke it on purpose. Denied my exchange what an insult i will take my money else where. Was told they do not exchange do to my error.

I highly recommend Vibes by California, they have something for everyone, competitive prices. You can also order online express which works well. They also deliver. 10% off first time customers.

I like this spot because it is down the street from me so I come here often. The security guard is always nice and the front desk ladies are friendly. They have a decent selection, however the budtenders at the back sometimes aren't too friendly. Not all budtenders, just a couple bad ones. The one that helped me was not that friendly nor helpful. She didn't smile for nothing. She just stood there straight face. I don't want to put that budtender on blast, I just hope she works on her customer service and it gets better.

I gave this place another try and somehow my experience was even worse than before. I ordered curbside pickup on a Friday morning at 9am and came in around 9:30-9:45. After someone finally came over he took my ID and magically disappeared. After 20 minutes I finally see the guy coming back out and guess what???? He didn't come up to my car, but instead walked up to 2 other cars to greet them. I had to get out and hunt the man down to ask him where my ID was. After I got his attention he told me my order was not ready after 25 minutes of me checking in... At that point I told him to give me my ID back and cancel my order and the best part was when he didn't even have my ID  to get it. I'm a little confused and concerned that my ID was just chilling somewhere but I guess that's how they run things here. The cherry on top was when instead of apologizing for the wait and trapping me there by confiscating my ID, he told me that I could come inside next time and it would be faster like SIR it is 10am on a Friday and I ordered ahead RIGHT ONCE THEY OPENED. Clearly time management and organization is an issue here. Save yourself 30 minutes to an hour and don't come here.

Like everything about this place. Get in quick, adequate selection of edibles, knowledgeable staff and they always are in a good mood. In and out usually in 5-10 minutes.

This place has had its ups and downs but has greatly improved. It is now one of my favorite go to dispensaries. All of the prices are fairly marked, and they carry a wide variety of items. They even donate to the food bank and even have a deal where for every 2 canned good items you donate they give you a free joint with any purchase which is always a wonderful thing!  The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the buds are very potent, also the wait hasn't ever been long. Easy parking and they have daily deals as well. I like that they don't charge tax on the buds as well. Also if you're a little low on cash they tend to always have potent $5 grams. I'm definitely going to keep coming back if they keep this up. I'm here darn near every day so that says a lot!!

I don't visit too many dispensary's but this went how I would hope one would go. Doesn't require recc (though I have one), ID is enough to get you in the door. Plenty of staff present to show you product. No lines, good selection, reputable brands. Had friendly staff- even reminded us about my first timer 10% off at checkout (and had us switch purchasees). Would and plan to visit again.

This used to be my go-to spot but it no longer will be. Called in regarding a defective cartridge that randomly stopped working after a few days and the manager wouldn't even talk to me about it. I purchased it literally 4 days ago and the system shows the purchase too. But because I threw away the packaging (since it seemed fine for several days) they won't do any kind of exchange, credit, refund, nothing. I've spent at least $1000 there in the past few months and the manager would rather lose that business than make a customer happy one time? Fine, your choice. Plenty of other places I can go. Whoever taught this guy how to run a business is just as terrible.

This is the beat spot in town!  Brian and his whole crew are top notch! Grab some hype!

Look no further!!! An amazing shop with knowledgeable staff is right here!!Make sure you stop by Alpine and chat with any of the budtenders as they all know what they are talking about. Edgar, Ro, or Max will all make sure and take care of any questions you have. I work for a distribution company that supplies Alpine with their Heavy Hitters vape carts and I've always had an amazing time working with every one at this shop. I'd make sure and stop in cuz they have an Amazing selection!

I went here for the first time today, and WOW! Amazing service. I kind of knew what I wanted, but they had so many options in a great range of prices. I bought a couple different things, and they hooked it up with a coupon too! Great recommendations, I'm so happy with the product!

This use to be one of the best clubs in sac, now it's one of the worst.. Whoever selects the product to sell for alpine is doing a HORRIBLE job. All mids, no good flower at all... also All the knowledgeable and cheerful employees that use to work here are ALL GONE. Now the people that work here don't know what they are doing, and know nothing about the product that they are selling.. very disappointed...

Of the two I went to, this one had the better setup and cheaper prices.  The first one we went too was like the backroom of a board shop while alpine was setup like a candy shop.  Alpine had a better selection of edibles as well, got some chocolate bars and thought about the beer/sparkling water.  The flower was $5 cheaper than the other shop.  Thanks! everyone for being super friendly.

This place is super friendly, from front door security, to the folks in the back, and the wait is never long. large selection of everything imaginable in this dispensary. centrally located, clean, and safe, is what I'd describe this store as. I'm already a regular :)

My wife and I have been here a number of times and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and sent a couple of experienced users home with some fun new strains. This place isn't far from my old job so it's nice to come back to the area, too. We mostly order online but this has quickly become our favorite brick and mortar place to visit for cannabis.

Great deals and great cannabis.......however , the customer service of one individual brings this down to a 2 star review . I came in today 6/24/2020 around 3ish to pick up some medicine for myself . The security guard ,the girl at the front desk and the first guy that helped me were great. I moved down the glass to look some more and the new guy that helped me seemed impatient (like he had a fire he had to put out and I was keeping him from it ) , I was overlooking your menu to see if you had certain strains that I have been searching for , the guy was rolling his eyes . I know this because my cousin was looking at your Associate when he was doing it and she told me in the car when we left , she was angry and wanted to put him on the spot but she didn't as this was our first time there ( she did call back after we had left) so I paid for my weed I spent a 100$ and left a TIP. I was going to spend more but I felt like I was taking up your associates time since I was the customer . I will be returning for the deals and Merchandise but unfortunately not for the customer service .

Security guard needs to smoke some weed and chill out. I'm going to mainstage where I am a RESPECTED customer.

Friendly but pricey and not a lot to choose from. There's a lot of other dispensaries you can go to and find $25 eighths. You cannot find that here. Just not a lot to choose from. But they are really nice here. Limiting you to $50 eighths is kind of lame in my opinion.

Great location and quick service. Looks nice and tidy inside and had welcoming staff members. Not a huge selection and it is CASH only so I had to pay an atm fee. Besides that, good dispensary.

Staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. Very good customer service. The shop is well worth the drive. A few more options in the edibles selection would be nice.

The place to get my mind right. Always a easy trip to the club, sometimes they don't have what I want.. which disappoints the stoner in me. Like, don't tell us that "we should come on Monday", how about you guys realize supply and demand? If the same stuff keeps selling out, maybe get more of that. But hey, at least they are never super crowded and the stuff they have is top quality.

Finally get a chance to sit down and check out the 3.5 I bought, smell and taste were nice, but it was only 2.9 :\ for $75 I expect it to be on point or a lil over!!!

First visit today and I am extremely happy and satisfied. The girl in the front was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The staff answered all of my questions did not make me feel pressured or rushed during my visit. Happy with the prices and very pleased with the quality. My husband and I traveled 45 minutes each way to give Alpine a try and we will be back for sure!

I've tried numerous dispensaries around town and Alpine, in my opinion, is the Best! The tax is already included in the price, they weigh your meds in front of you and they have a great selection. They have $5 compassion grams if you're on a budget and a really good top shelf selection. The ladies that work here are awesome and you are always greeted with a smile.

I love this place, only been once, but super nice and knowledgeable staff. They also carry Mary Jane Juice Co beverages, which are a must try if you haven't already.

Laid back and super friendly. Upon first impression, it seemed to be in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but I was quickly put at ease by their outgoing employees. Everyone was super knowledgeable, and despite being quite busy, no one was pressing or in a rush. Selection was exceptional, will be back.

My experience was a one time and I was only needing one thing and was really disappointed at the price options compared to where I normally go.... I won't return. Overpriced

Bought an eight of 45 gelato got home tasted like poop went back and got a fresh batch thought the bar tender did a fast one- but no- he was straight the weed just tasted like poop guess i should have spent 60

Only been here twice and both time have been pretty disappointing.  I asked for sativa for the pax vape and was given hybrid. No where on the container does it say the strain, so when i go to open it half way home I discover the mistake. When i go to take it back they say they can do exchanges. Extremely frustrating. $80 down the drain.

The only two times I've gone here I've had the WORST experience with the blonde girl that works here. I think her name is madilyn. she completely humiliated me the first time because I was ready with my purchase before the other customers that were still looking, and the guy that was helping me had me go to the register to check out, she angrily looked at me and yelled "UH HELLO THERES A LINE" the women WORKING there. The next time I went with my boyfriend, I was buying a cartridge and they are having a promo for buying a brand of cartridge you get a battery for $1 and I really needed a new battery. So I asked if I could just buy the rose gold $1 cartridge. The guy said no politely, then my boyfriend told them he just purchased that brands cartridge yesterday and just passed on the battery and asked if we could just get it. The guy helping us went over to the girl that previously was rude to me and ask "can they just buy one?" And NOT EVEN LOOKING AT US, She rudely said "nope not at all" im appalled by this horrible customer service from this women and both my boyfriend and I will no longer continue to be a patron of this business.

Came in Monday August 1st, and donated for a Quarter ounce. Picked up the Super Glue that tested at 26% and the Sherblato. Also picked up a gram of the Pineapplejack and Cheese bubble from Happy Day. Also a Bumblebee Sherbet vape pen!    The Super Glue was grown well, looks like soil grown and well taken care of. Was a five out of five with a nice nose and finished like the first hit. Suggested donation of 55 dollars was very reasonable, considering the quality. The Sherblato was extremely dense and covered in trichomes. Was a four point five out of five for the taste, however, the heavy medicating effects negate the taste. For a suggested donation of 50 dollars this is a stellar deal.   The hash I got was from the people at Happy Day. The PineappleJack was light brown in color and malleable to the touch, which is extremely important. It had a nice taste of pineapple when smoked on a glass screen through a bong. Nice and hashy tasting upon exhale. the Cheese was a bit darker,however, was malleable like the other. Had a very straightforward hash taste on inhale and exhale. Picked up the hash on the two- for thirty dollar deal, which makes it 15 a gram and well worth it.     Alpine Alternative is a place worth visiting and supporting. Their return policy is on point, with no pressure or questions. If your looking for a low key and stellar experience this is the place. They allow the patient to look and smell the meds, then weigh your meds in front of you.  They have something in every donation point that is good. They answered every question I had with a reasonable response and not a "Gee I don't know."

Can't believe some people say this place is overpriced.  They must like cheap weed with barely any THC.   I have been a patient for 5 years and a marijuana smoker since my teens.  I have shopped at dispensaries up and down Northern California.  I love this place.  They treat me right and the products have never let me down.  I just spent $50 in my home town for "top shelf" and was basically ripped off.  They may not have the designer buds like Oakland or SF but who needs them when there are concentrates?  PLUS, BOGO half off Friday is the best deal in Sacramento.

I got my 1st MM card this past Saturday (9/9) and of all the dispensaries in my area I selected Alpine based on reviews and their Website content.  The receptionist was incredibly friendly and took only a couple of minutes to get my info input into their system.  While checking in she informed me that I would receive a "cone" (joint) as a free gift plus a free edible as their was a vendor on-site promoting their products.  Once inside the store I was given a tour and overview of the different products & prices and after selecting $150  worth of product (flower, vape & cones)  I was ready to check out.  (To clarify I entered the store area at appx 2:45 and my receipt shows that I checked out at 3:11).  When asked about my free edible I was told that I was too late as they stopped giving away the free samples at 3:00 pm.  SERIOUSLY?????  At the time literally everyone in the story was watching...maybe because I was buying quite a bit of product for my 1st time...I'm not sure...but regardless I was too embarrassed to speak up about the edible.  Clearly the issue is still bothering me and it's been 7 days. Their decision to snub me on a technically was unfortunate and caused them to receive a poor rating.   I think I'll give them another try but fully plan on calling them out about my 1st experience.  I'll be sure to update my rating should they deserve it.

I can order items from the menu on line and pick up when my order is ready.  Love that service !!!!  I look at the menu, pick what I want and don't have to stand in line for service.  Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a large selection of products.  I really love this place. !!!!

Ran over here on my lunch, so that was my bad. It's pouring rain and storming and my mask was dirty. I know this places charges .25 a mask so got my quarter ready and ran to the door. The security guard then informs me it's now .50 a mask. You'd think they could maybe let it slide this once but nope so back I went running in the rain and just grabbed my dirty mask because f that.  This place makes so much money, you can't give your patrons a mask? It's a vibe!! This place lives up to the name from the moment you arrive and security greets you with the coolest calmest confident and respectful vibe! Reception gives same! I never wait longer than a few minutes to pickup my online order. I pass at least 6-8 dispensaries all for this one because of the variety and lowest price! Oh, did I say they have the coolest vibe? Duh? That's what's up! They totally understand the assignment!

Vibes has the best medicines in town! It's lit! Their selections are fire.

Lines to enter can be really long, express orders are recommended. However when ordering online they don't have all their stock available on the website so that's a downside. There is a good selection of products and they're priced okay. Staff is usually helpful, some more helpful than others.

Great place everyone is very friendly. Customer service is great. The online menu needs to be updated regularly, and the music and amount of people needs to be less and the staff should not up-sell. Questions need to be heard and answered with less noise and less up-selling.

Changed it from 5 star because I came at 8:54 pm and they didn’t let anyone in. When you call them they say they close at 9 pm going to change my dispensary Update I just came tonight at 8:51 because the staff told me they close at 8:55 (even though it says they close at 9) but anyway the security guy told they changed it to 8:50 and can’t let me in. I’m really disappointed I come from Folsom because vibe is my favorite. It’s really frustrating!
