Fab products and a seamless, secure access process. Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of my experience here. I felt much more comfortable, personally, in their secure and structured entry atmosphere than in an open, loud store filled with customers, tourists and noise like in SF.

OMG best product I've found in ten years. Best relief from difficult fibromyalgia. Don't live here unfortunately, but LA has nothing on Sacramento.

This place is wonderful.  Prices are good, selection of items are great and the people are friendly and full of good information about the types of products  and what is appropriate for you.

Yet another victim of legalization in California.Medical patients got screwed so the dispensaries can make more money from the recreational crowd.None of the dispensaries stayed medical they all went recreational. However they still have wellness center in their names.Now most dispensaries are charging twice as much for CBD products as they used to.In addition to the new 15% excise tax my costs has went up another 10%.I live on fixed income and now I'm managing my pain just became that much harder.Thanks Abatin for following the crowd and chasing the money instead of caring about real medical patients. It's time to remove Wellness Center from your name.

Where have you been my whole life????Okay, top notch dispensary. Really, one of the best I've ever been to. Clean, secure, and private. I legit almost walked past it. But the security and metal detector at the door let me know this was the place. I do kinda wish I saw signage.Sign up was simple. Filled out a form, they verify my recommendation, then after a bit I was let in the back. It was surprisingly large, not at all cramped. The offerings are all on a tablet, and it lets you know strain, price, etc. incredibly user friendly.They have a lot of strains. Definitely not a small menu. They even offer cones in strains and it's not just a mixed bag of whatever they have. Amazing.Very quickly becoming my favorite dispensary. Check them out!

I have been buying cbd for my pet. However, the last time i bought something less epensive but did not work. Today i went to buy the cbd and thebottle that I usually gets was not available. So the agent recommended me one small bottle.  After lost of calculations, because the bottle does not show how many mg of cbd you get, depends on the weight but its far from easy. I did again the alculations and the 100mgr will only last 5 days as my pet needs at least 18mg/day.The bottle was over $60, hich will only last 5 days. The other bottle that they did not have last 30 days and is much bigger and $101.  I did not know that they didnt have it or for how long they will be out. I talked with the manager who said that he apologises and kind to offer a small discount for next tiem. There is no way to do a calculation at the stor with a new product, as I did not have internet to look at the company website. So its important that any cbd you would get, ahead of time do your own math. I really thought they were there to help with this as the bottles do not really say how many mgs you are getting as also depends with weight. This bottle was small, doesnt have a dosifier so needs extreme caution to get it out of the bottle otherwise you also will lose product, at a rate of 4$ per ml.Elizabeth

My husband and I were first timers and unfortunately I needed to stay in the car with our dog so she wasn't alone, but what I heard from my husband was more than enough to give Abatin Wellness Center a 5 star review. My husband always carries a knife but in seeing a security guard outside he came back to the car to put it away. They guard was courteous and asking him if he was carrying any weapons and my husband said no and that he put his knife in the car. The security guard thanked him (which already is a tremendous experience) and let him walk through. When my husband entered he went straight to the windrow to give his id to a woman (I apologize I don't have names as my husband is horrible with names and just doesn't ask for them in the first place). She took his ID and instructed him on what to do, and yet my husband didn't listen and tried to open the door and the security guard inside very politely told him that they would be right with him and if we would like he could take a seat. (Another amazing and wonderful experience).When my husband's name was called his order that was previously paid for online was already ready and they knew it was his and everything. No confusion! Also, making lovely conversation with him about his holiday and being kind! Over all, this place is a wonderful and safe and caring place. I honestly won't go anywhere else after this experience and it wasn't even mine!! I want to say thank you so much to the employees who take their time out of the day to make us feel welcome and comfortable in a world we're just starting to step foot in. So far, with you, it has been transcending and I can't wait to come back!!! Thank you so much!

My second favorite spot in NorCal.  Lindsey was great!  Let me rewind, even the security is cool here.  Had a great baseball convo with the guy from Milwaukee, Bob Eucker lol, we spent about 10 minutes trying to remember that dudes name, and he was sober!. Now back to Lindsey, knows her product, and she's cool as shit! I can't wait to come back and give you guys my money!

Last time I pent money in this category was in the dead of night in late 1970s.  Soooo much different these days...except for the SWAT team guy at the front door...it was much like going to the dentist office.  No need to bake your own...lots of edible choices... my kids think my visit story was a hoot.  Never thought that day would happen.  Nice folks...same age as my grandkids...easy atmosphere.

I have been visiting this dispensary for a while and when they became recreational it became extremely busy! The waits were long but it was worth it. However, they are now raising prices to an extreme degree. Their topicals, which I use for extreme chronic pain, have more than tripled in price. A product which I bought for $30 in April is now listed at $90 and apparently that prices is 30% off!!! SO DISGUSTING. This is unconscionable and extremely greedy and frankly disgusting. I get that you want to make money, but extorting the sick who need their medication is wrong. I will not be visiting this business ever again. People need the products you sell to help cope with their illness and the way you have raised prices is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere to a place that actually cares about their patients. As another reviewer said, it is time for you to take "wellness" out of your name as you clearly have no regard for the people who need your products.

I've had mixed experiences at Abatin.  The staff is generally polite, friendly, and helpful. One problem is that Abatin seems to have a harder time maintaining consistent supply than some of the other dispensaries in town, particularly when it comes to edibles.  But the worst experience I've had is with their vaporizer batteries.  The battery itself is fine, but it comes with a USB charger that doesn't work.  I've bought four of these batteries from Abatin  and not one of the chargers has worked to recharge the battery.  When I spoke with the manager/supervisor on duty I was told that they are aware of the problem but there's nothing they can do about it (and they'll continue selling the product). His advice to me was to contact the manufacturer, and in the meantime, I should go to a smoke shop and buy a new USB charger.  Basically, it was a "Thanks for your money, now move along" message in my opinion.All in all, it's a decent dispensary but not great.

Good quality product, and my budtender was super sweat and helpful. The place is really clean and doesn't feel run down. Good vibes here.

My Favorite So Far! I'm Fairly New To 420! This shop is the one that give me the most confidence when finding the right medicine for my medical needs. I have only purchased the Flow Kana branded flower from them, because it is sustainably grown in a way that is equal to being organic. I will not use anything that is not clean green certified or another equivalent of organic certification.

This place is a joke. They said my out of state ID looked fake, but they "couldn't prove it. So they weren't going to keep your ID." I wish they would have tried to keep my ID, a real police officer would come pick it up. Then the guy googled something and said the spacing on my ID was off. How about you guy buy an actual scanner, or have an actual officer check IDs. Sat there for like 15min while dude was consulting multiple people. I've had no issues with bars, airports, or other clinics. Anyways, went down the street to Green solutions...MUCH better customer service.

Will not come here again, their prices are very high.  Everything is behind the counter and you can't see anything. I was pointed to a tablet to look at products.  The budtender had an attitude. There are so many other dispensaries that are less expensive, nicer employees and better looking stores in Sac.

I used to like coming here every week. Now it's just annoying. Very inconsistent flower stock, and prices. They are all over the place. Not to mention the "broken" card readers. Seriously? It doesn't take months to get his fixed. They just want to make people pay cash so they can profit under the table but also bank on the back end in the form of atm fees.  skip it.

I had a great experience as a first timer for everything in this scene. I had a lot of questions, so much that I felt that I would be a burden if I were able to ask them all. Brenda however was able to assist me and make the process fun and enjoyable.

My first visit to a store like this so I was anxious. The location is so convenient with a parking lot and street parking a few steps from the front door. It doesn't look intimidating and the guard at the front door was very polite and friendly. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Everyone was very friendly and it's modern and clean inside. No waiting at all I got to go back quickly. Really professional and not intimidating at all. Karen was very helpful and explained everything so I could understand it easily. I was in and out super fast and saved money because my online order was costing 2x more. I like the points system. I had a question after returning home and called them, in a few minutes I was satisfied with the answers they gave me. Really nice people who believe in what they do. Classy and professional too.

At first, like other reviewers, I thought I'd found my club. They are nice, friendly, and it is nice to be greeted at the door. The place is clean and a nice environment.  Which is why you pay too much money for dry, stemmy product that is also moldy. I have a chronic medical illness that involves my immune system. I made that clear to the bud tenders.  I was sold their 'top shelf' "medicine", even though they later admittedly knew there had been other complaints about this particular batch.  I bought an eighth for $55.  In 4 days it had fallen off the stems. And there are lots of stems. It was dry and it smelled of mold.  I should have smelled it before smoking it but I mistakenly trusted the bud tender.  I ended up getting a lung infection from the mold. When I went back to share what happened I was told "sorry".  That's it.  Other clubs would have replaced it or offered at least a partial refund.  I later found out that they promote products that have been on the shelf for a long time and are dry.  So when you go there reject whatever you are first shown.  Because that will be their most dry product that they are trying to get rid of.  I have found most of their product to be very dry and falls off the stems within  a week.  Because I have a devastating chronic illness I need medication like mmi to treat pain as well as the accompanying depression as I look at the remainder of my life that this illness will steal from me.  I don't need to come to a place that promotes corporate greed in the way of pushing bad, dry products rather than actually giving sick patients what they need.I will be filling a complain with various agencies about the moldy dry weed, that they ignored prior complaints about it and continued to push it as well as their response.  I would suggest that people with true medical conditions such as cancer, or other serious medical illness to avoid this place like the plague.  They are more interested in moving product than they are about your medical needs and welfare. I found another place that was recommended by a doctor. I won't write the name here but it's on "H" St.

agree with most reviews, Albatin you should read the  1 star reviews, taking the "Wellness"  out of your name may be something to consider, look around  make the prices reasonable  yet competative. I still will go to your store, very safe feeling.

This is the place. Deals every single day, a generous customer loyalty rewards program, regular discounts for vets and seniors, BEST selection of edibles, very knowledgeable, helpful crew. Been to so many dispensaries. This one is the best. Hands down.

This is the way to do business! I waited a short time in the waiting room before I was called. A counselor helped me with my selections and had many suggestions from their stock. I was there a total of 15 minutes for a first visit. Paid in cash but they now accept both credit card or debit. Next time I will pre-order and pick up the order. It's faster and easier. Just have your ID ready at the beginning of your visit.

This was my first visit here, but definitely won't be my last. I greed by the friendly staff from the moment I entered the building. After checking my ID, I waited all of 2 minutes for my name to be called. My budtender Kyle was very helpful and very patient with me. His recommendation were very helpful. They had very nice selections of different products. Being that you use a iPad to show what they have in stock was very nice.

Best cannabis club I've found in Sacramento. I've been coming here for years and have always been greeted by name in the lobby and the environment is very friendly and warm. The security is appropriate and let's me go into the club without thinking anyone will try and mess with my motorcycle outside. Inside the club they have a wide variety of different flower, edibles, concentrates, and good clones occasionally too which I need to try out soon. Their staff and knowledge are great and their menus are constantly updated online. They never try and overcharge you which I love and they are very honest about quality and pricing. It is the only club in Sacramento I will go to. Avoid other clubs like "all about wellness" and stick with a quality club like this one. 5 stars.

I had a really great experience here! The front desk was really nice, the security guards were really nice, and the bud-tender I had was really informative and really took the time to explain the product I was interested in and educated me about cannabis. I didn't feel as intimidated as when I went to another clinic. Also I like that they list their products online (which helped me decide before I got to the clinic) and can order online and pick up later!

The staff is so amazing. I get all of my edibles here, period. Seriously, don't go anywhere else. They are so respectful and great. Great selection.

Last two times I've gone they did not have the pax era products I was looking for which were posted in their online menu. So, not to leave empty handed I settled for a different brand, which came with a free battery, and the battery lasted like a week before malfunctioning.

The staff here just does not care. The supervisor laughed in my face when I asked to be treated like a person. I came 10 minutes before closing on Saturday 6/16/2018. At 9:00PM they let a customer in, and then turned to me and said we are closed you have to come back tomorrow. They let everyone else in line in except me. I was the only customer denied that night. Seriously just me. There was no difference between myself and the guy before me. It was 9:00PM and they let him in. It was 9:00PM and I was denied. Then the supervisor laughs in my face when I was asking why I was singled out. I just want to be treated like everyone else. If I was denied because it was 9:00PM, then the other guy should of been denied when it was 9:00PM. Right? What was the difference? I don't know why I was singled out. Am I ugly, or didn't look like I had money, or didn't smile enough, or what? I don't know. I just want to be treated like a human being!!!All About Wellness is down the street. They are cool.

Bought a gram to check this place out bartender didnt know nothing still bought a gram of doisdo lot number 7015 top shelf in an already weighed plastic jar -pure poop got a headache for 20 bucks bitter and harsh no expansion cigaweed for dub

Service is tipically great here. Yesterday I went in and asked for recommendations for a gram of wax. After the purchase and I went home I realized the guy sold me a half gram (looked like less than a half gram). That was very upsetting. With so many dispensaries, I WON'T be coming back.

First time in. Right from the start the security staff were friendly and respectful. Once inside, I noticed how clean and organized the place is. The counter person was very friendly and patient. I waited for name to be called and once inside the showroom, I again noticed how clean everything was. I was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable person that was more than patient and helpful with me as I needed an extra amount of help with my decision. I will definitely refer anyone I know to Abatin. The dignity, courtesy, and professionalism were 5 star all the way.

My first time "Virgin"at a cannabis dispensary! I definitely chose wisely! The officers do an excellent job and are very personable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I knew what I was getting before I went here, so I didn't have to decide.Excellent customer service and I felt way more at home here than my doctors office. I'll be coming back! I can tell by the way the officers operate that they all have military background.Thank you all for your service! We need you protecting our schools and you would definitely be a great deterrent.

So dont get me wrong I love this place. But for the past couple of visits they have shorted my gf and I on our purchase. We ordered a quarter of product yesterday only to recieve barely an 1/8th of what we asked for. We didnt even recieve our reciept even tho we had asked for it. I want to continue my business here but not if I dont get the amount in paying for

I was impressed as soon as I walked in, extremely nice, high end feel. I just left and had a great experience. I was helped by Ben and he was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and explained everything clearly. He also went over in detail when I was curious but not overly pushy. The place is very nice and other staff seem friendly too. And the stuff smells great :)

I am a military veteran and was a medical customer for 2 years but the quality of customer service has fallen. I ordered an online order drove down on my lunch break and was told they canceled my order because they were out. I was given an e-mail confirmation that my order was recieved and ready for pick up. I showed it to them and was told sorry dude obviously they do not communicate. I was given the option to buy something that cost twice as much as a substitute.

I enjoyed a wonderful experience just over a week ago at Abatin Wellness Center as a first-time "recreational" purchaser after driving in from out of town.  As an elderly, retired pensioner and after thirty years of spurious availability including a few years during which my late wife and I grew our own supply, I feel glad that there is finally a reliable and legal source for "the Gift from the Mother."

This place is super friendly and knowledgable they will take the time to go through and supply accurate information based on each strain where it comes from which oil concentrates it contain and the average effect. By far my favorite club in Sacramento!

I am boomer who didn't learn anything about marijuana in college, so I was a total novice. After years of back pain I it was time to investigate medical marijuana.  To say I was nervous before my first visit is an understatement. I can't stress enough how everyone at the clinic is  professional, compassionate and friendly.  They excel in guiding newbies through the what, how and why of the huge amount of products available.  Now I feel entirely comfortable visiting the clinic and look forward to learning more about an amazing natural medicine.

Definitely going to give them a bit of a break at this point. Ive been to Abatin quite a few times & things were always great. Since legalization, it's been rough. Today's example: called to just make sure they still carry body products & ended up just ending the call. I literally said "Hi, I'm just calling to see if you have any bath bombs or bath soaks in store." The response: "We can't discuss products & list everything out over the phone... blah blah blah" all along that tangent. I repeatedly kept trying to say "I literally just want to know if you have ANY kind of bath bombs or soaks." I didn't ask specifics, pricing, brands; all my question required was a yes or no but I got the run around. Telling me all your products are listed on your website is great but your website isn't the best from a mobile phone & what is the point of listing your number for "general inquiries" if you cannot handle "general inquiries." There are countless shops in Sacramento so good luck with the attitude I suppose.

Great selection, easy access, nice hrs, reasonable prices for flower and friendly, knowledgeable staff.  I started MM after being a smoker from 13-45 intermittently.  Good guidance without making you feel like you are wasting their time.  Security always polite/friendly.  I'll see you soon Abatin!

$34 for a gram preroll.   Prices do not compare to the surrounding area shops and when you tell the worker they say they have nothing to do with pricing. ok Felicia bye then.

Decent selection. When ordering online it would be nice to know the total up front (tax).  This stuff gets taxed up the wazzoo. Other places show the prices with the tax included. So if you purchase product for $100, thats what you pay. Not $100 plus three different random taxes that cost an addition 30%.I like the idea of ordering online, and then picking it up. However, the rule about exact change is stupid. If my purchase is 95.60 and I pay with a hundred dollar bill, I want my change back. I get the COVID 19 issue- but if you are wearing gloves and washing your hands frequently, it's ok to handle paper money and coins. And I don't understand why we can't use a card to pay when we order online and drive to pick it up. If Dutch bro's and other businesses can use card readers in the parking lot , why can't this place? It's pretty inconvenient and I'm ready to take my business somewhere else.

Easy 5 star review!! Probably the best dispensary I've ever been too, and that my puppies gone into lol right away it was clean outside, the staff and security were kind. They said you needed a mask, but if you didn't have one they would provide one for you. Seriously! That totally rocked and was just kind and overall very safe practicing for Covid. They came inside (security) after my dog had been in the car about 2 minutes. It wasn't that hot, she was in the shade windows down. But I hate doing that. And to my surprise they asked me to bring her inside. She was greeted by all the staff super kindly, gave her treats, all asking permission first. Then they were great with their products. I will absolutely be going to this place regularly!

ID at the door, ID at the window, sign disclosure and then they hand your ID back when you enter the dispensary..Cash or Debit only.. they have an ATM inside.Picked up some Vegan Gummies here as well as a Jetty-- a disposable vape pen. Budtender was knowledgeable in what edibles were vegan  and that's always a plus. Ya hurrrr..

California has joined the many states with legalized cannabis for recreational use. Cannabis has been legal for medicinal use for a long time, and Abatin Wellness Center has successfully incorporated the new laws and regulations into their operations. They are located along 29th Street in the curved section near the 50/99 interchange. Parking is limited in the area, and please do not disturb the residents!The store has a lot of security. You must pass through security checks at the entrance to obtain access. Abatin requires you to check in and sign disclosure documents as part of their non profit cooperative organization. They will hold on to your id while waiting in the closed waiting room.Once you are called in, you have direct access to a staff member who will show you the various types of cannabis available in their spacious and attractive environment. They stock many strains with loose, pre roll, edibles, and oils. You can also place an order online for in person pickup through their good website which also shows prices.Legal cannabis is somewhat expensive which is the trade off for quality and protection. Prices are not that bad in the end, but I feel for those who rely on cannabis for medical use. Hopefully we can figure this out eventually and help everyone!This is a cash only business, so bring some dead presidents and a valid photo ID. The staff are professional, friendly, and brave. Whatever your use, Abatin will help you out.

A friend had mentioned Abatin was his favorite dispensary in Sac, so some out-of-town friends wanted to check it out. After security lets you in, everyone must show their IDs, even if you don't plan to buy anything. There's also an electronic waiver to sign that says you agree not to consume on the premises and such things.The inside is very non-frills, but the staff were really welcoming and warm. You're given an iPad to peruse the menu, which is a little less personal than letting you see items in person, but I assume most of this set-up is for security reasons. Recommend bringing cash or using the ATM in the store.

My first time in a dispensary and it was like walking into the Holy Grail. Two security check points and then had to show my ID and sign a waiver since it was my first time. Then we waited in the waiting room for our names to be called. We were told to go to counter 3 where a very nice and knowledgeable man by the name of Kei (or maybe it was Key) helped us! He was fantastic!I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I needed. I walked out with 2 different types of gummies and a couple of flowers for my husband.This place is great! It's a slow process once inside so that you don't feel rushed and you have a chance to see and smell everything they have to offer as well as ask any questions you might have and they explain that to you in the beginning which is nice. It's a very cool experience! I didn't feel out of place or judged for it being my first time so that was a nice feeling!They have an ATM inside too if you don't want to pay the ATM fee at the counter. Check them out!

Organized, great customer service, ample options for "just CBD" products and other products including edibles, smoking, oils, patches, etc. Good security precautions in place, pricing is competitive. I've had two great experiences here. The second time I dealt with a guy named Chris. Still learning my way around, looking for sleep aids.

My grandfather broke his back recently and cbd has proved to help him with his pain management. So, he ordered some capsules and applied his senior discount online where there were no special instructions regarding redemption of the discount. Unfortunately, because he wasn't with me when I went to pick up his order the discount was not applied. I was served by a man named Marvin who found a way for me to get him one equal to the senior discount and gave me instructions on setting up caregiver pick-up. 4 stars only because of the mix up on the website. It should be made clear that the person who ordered needs to be present in order to receive any discounts applied online. Maybe make it so that if a person orders and applies a discount, proof should be able to be proven with an ID of the person who ordered as well as the caregivers? Overall good experience, although with some slight adjustments it could save anyone in this situation in the future some time, effort, and money. Will be returning.
