It's a decent dispensary, taxing a lot when other ones usually don't. I prefer the one in midtown better.

Weed sucks looks like outdoor fucken wack ass store wouldn't spend money there weed don't even smell good have wack random weed strains

Today as I made my normal trip to dr Greenthumb's I was looking to buy to what I later found out was over hyped bud called midzotic I made my purchase and went to my car where I have a scale and weighed my eighth and it came out to 3.39 even though it's not a big difference I paid for 3.5 not 3.39 so I went back inside to the same clerk that buzzed me in and took my ID I told him the situation to which he told me that they don't package the product and I told him I already know this then he recited the California law that says he can't exchange me anything whatever but being smart a jerk about out the whole time then asks me "did you weigh it out in your Jeep" "that's not properly calibrated" "you carry a scale in your Jeep" just being a dick to me so then he don't radios someone and finally he sends me back and my savior raven the manager helped me out and resolved the whole situation and just proved why she's the manager and he just sits his rotund bottom at the front desk Raven is the only reason I'm giving 5 stars thanks so much raven.

First time visit, my roommate and myself forced ourselves in as we are both sick and unfortunately unable to smoke flower because it irritates our throats so we came here for edibles. Unaware of what we really  knew we wanted, our budtender Raven was extremely helpful, informative, and patient with us. She gave us great recommendations and We'll be returning because of her 100%!

NO GOOD PRICES. Have to spend 50$ or more to get some real gas. I am honestly disappointed every time I buy from here. I would spend my money somewhere else if I'd be you.

Fast and easy experience. The edibles I got were like $15. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be going back again for sure. I also got a 10% off discount for being my first time there.

Literally the worst dispensary in Sacramento I've been going to them because they had backpack boys but their customer service is terrible, they take forever to ring you up. They tax you hella for the tree. And they're sloppy when presenting themselves as customer service representatives. I'm usually cool headed but I'm not going to stand in line forever. I'm a disabled veteran that liked the weed they had but due to there disabilities and their terrible service it's hard for me to stay in the store that long. So I walked out and I'm never going back, by the way I spent like 2000 in the week I went there because I smoke a lot of weed but I'm never going to spend a cent there again. You can tell the workers don't care. WORST DISPENSARY EXPERIENCE EVER

I love Dr Greenthumbs. Courtney is my favorite bud tender. Provides exceptional customer service! Product knowledgeable and overall a people person.  Products! I love the variety of concentrates! Overall they have a good variety of products from fire flower to some bomb edibles at reasonable prices.  Definitely a loyal customer since I moved out here!

Ok deals, If you like to hear the ever popular "N word" then come here. The playlist features only songs that contain the "N word " at least 20 times per song, and crazy loud so it's very hard to hear the bud tender The mask culture is silly. None of the employees wear them or correctly, but they are all over customers about it. Sometimes they'll give you one, sometimes they are a dollar. Can trace that to racism. But it's convenient and it'll get you high, so desired result is obtained.

As far as dispensaries go, this one is top notch! Bud tenders are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and their product is very high quality. I have gone to multiple dispensaries in Massachusetts, Colorado, Nevada and California, from San Diego up to Humboldt and Dr. Green Thumb is firmly in my top 3 overall. There is no other dispensary in the Sacramento or Bay area (that I've seen) that compares in quality, price, selection and staff.

Disgusting service. I live in san diego and most of the dispo's treat you with a lil respect, first thing they demanded of me walking in, they squeal "put your mask on" and I look at the lady checking me in, and I said, "but you don't have a mask. You want me to put one on?" She stumbles over her own hypocrisy for a moment, then mentions to the guard next to her and says "he has a mask" I look and that shiz is hanging under his chin. Lmfao. So he asks if I want to put it on or leave. Whatever. I put it on, not too concerned with people who make less than a tenth of my income trying to exert the small, pathetic power they happen to have while sitting behind the counter. But I tell you, based on their exceedingly seedy location, and almost hostile excuse for customer service, I wouldn't recommend anyone come here. Oh btw... she didn't scan the qr code or anything from my medical card that I had on my phone.. she looked at it briefly and then said "you're good" Being good is getting taxed extra bc of someone being spiteful. Keep the extra couple bucks sis. Buy yourself a better personality.

100% the best dispensary in Sacramento hands down. Best selection of bud and everything else. Prices are a little high, but quality comes with a price. Everyone in here is super chill and down to earth. One of the employees even played my music video on their tv first time I came in lol. Best place to go to if you want fire quality bud

Employees are polite and very helpful facility clean and everything you need you know what I mean for that good green they got everything

I just was kicked out the store by the security guard because I requested to talk to the supervisor. (It is Monday 8/2/21 at 8pm pt). The receptionist was high and really impolite. She didn't greet clients in a courtesy way and she was rude when she was asking for the ID. Itold her more than 3 time that she didn't has to be impolite she started arguing wih me then when I asked to talk to the supervisor she said "NO; you are not going to boss me around" then the security guard asked to leave otherwise he would arrest me. I told him " please, call the police" he said no need I can arrest you. Suddenly a second security guard approach the situation not knowing what was going and kicked me out too. I didn't create an scene and left then I called the store to talk to the supervisor and she answered the phone and passed to the security guard. He started being sarcastic and denied me again to talk to the supervisor. I believe this employee would treat clients better without being high. it's sad because the staff of this store is nice and friendly and just because one bad employee and two bully security guards could ruin the reputation of this business. They refuse to give their name and for sure I am not going back to this store. I hope nobody is treated like this again. Hopefully I can talk to the supervisor tomorrow and also I will try to contact corporate.

These guys have always gone above and beyond for me. I drive close to an hour to shop here, because it is worth it! Great selection, competitive prices, and consistently quality customer service. Thank you guys! #1 shop in town

Loyal customer to this establishment. Was helped by the manager, Demetrio, before and he was just the nicest person. All the employees are down to earth and are very knowledgeable on the products (flower, edibles, cartridges, etc). Great price range so it’s affordable for everyone.

Workers are friendly and knowledgeable of the products. They don't mind answering your questions, unlike another spot on Main street where worker was annoyed by folks asking questions. We will be patronizing the Docs location from now on. They even ask if you would like a smooth-looking Dr. Greenthumbs bag for your items, at no extra charge!! Best spot for your adult recreational items.?
