I loooooove this place!!! The crew here is amazing, they've helped me tremendously, they've got great products, and Sierra. Ashley are DOPE!!!

Employees here are so helpful. They take there time and know there stuff. It's a welcoming environment and a lot of variety.

Very professional staff , made me and my better half feel comfortable walking around making sure they can answer any questions we may have had. Definitely recommend coming here. First time here and the experience was great.

This is a revision to correct my June 12 review. First, I was with "Stephen K" at Canntinas, who posted his review on June 15. Steve's review is correct. I only gave you a five star rating because your budtender said in order for me to receive a free tee-shirt from the promotional merchandise table, I had to post a positive Yelp review in his presence. As a new customer, according to your website, I will receive a 25% discount on my purchase. At check out, our budtender said that since we were new customers,  we will receive a 10% discount. When we informed the budtender that their website said 25%, he said he was instructed by management to offer only a 10% discount unless the customer told them. In addition,  I had to use my smart phone to connect to their website so the budtender could take a photo of the website offering a 25% discount to new customers to complete our purchase.There are only 10 Yelp reviews for your business, and two reviewers each gave you one star. So, your claim of 99.999% customer satisfaction is incorrect. It is 80%. But since I am correcting my first review, it really is only 70%.Lastly, your comment to Steve's review that Steve is not accustomed to your "upscale and modern showroom" is only to divert the problem that your business is on the shady side (and I do not mean your location).

This is my favorite dispensary! The prices are always right and their online ordering service is always offering discounts. I wait until there's 20% off then I stock up! Usually that deal is at least once a month!! They also offer credits. I believe every dollar you spend, you get around 2-3 cents back? It doesn't sound like much, but I already have over $15 in credits! No other place offers discounts like that

Omg i love this place!!!!!! Only club i go to in Sacramento area.. the staff is so friendly and educated on the products. They have great selections and products. They also have a rewards program so I'm always spending less.. The whole staff is awesome including the security guard! I def recommend this place. U won't be disappointed

As a first time customerI had a wonderful experience using Canntinas Cannabis. Shivangina was extremely helpful with placing an order online and setting up a curbside pickup. Upon arrival, I called the store and immediately someone took my call and sent someone out to take payment. I mentioned that I saw on the website that first time customers get a 25% discount and the associate honored it. He went back inside briefly and returned with the correct product that I ordered.The only reason Canntinas recieved 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that when I tried to join their loyalty program online, I got the following message,"There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." I have tried several times since then to no avail. Pretty sure the Loyalty Program is not working at the present time. If you can help me join your loyalty program, I will gladly give you a 5 star rating.

This place has become my "go to". I am battling cancer. The staff is friendly and are able to help me with my edible selection. Lots of choices too. For those who haven't learned of CBN (a sleep helper) this is the place!

This place sucked, they have about 5 options for Weed. Told the lady who was working I wanted a quarter. She showed me ounces of shit and told me it was that or dime bags. Maybe if this is your first time smoking it could be a cool shop. But honestly it was trash. The People working there obviously don't smoke.

I needed a new stiizy cartridge so i found this place on weed maps. not only did they have a wide selection of brands and product, but their customer service was unmatched. everything was so personal and tendered just for you, everyone was beyond kind and i'd love to come here again. they are truly above and beyond.

Canntinas is the spot when I'm in town! Great service, deals and customer service. Ashley and Jasmine were very friendly and I have had so many great experiences here.

Place is pretty sick in that you get your own budtender to walk you through the cases. Close proximity to the freeway means its easy to get to. Big fan.

I love the layout of this dispensary. You can walk around and smell the flower with no pressure to make a sale. When you are ready, one of their sales staff helps you just like the apple store and you get your 25% discount. If you have questions, they take their time to explain everything you need to know about cannabis. Nothing like old school hole in the wall places.

I love the open floor plan. Walking around like an art museum. Accepting debit and credit cards is a huge plus for me. Art in simplicity. Would recommend and not just because of the referral bonus.

This dispensary is super friendly with cool displays of the flower. Almost like an art show with great customer service and an outstanding loyalty program with deals. Allysa an Hanna helped me find the right products for relieving my muscle pain and reducing insomnia. Highly recommend definitely a dispensary worth coming to in the Sac

This was my first visit to Canntinas. Let me just start off by saying Ashley and Hana greeted me with exceptional customer service. I am a big customer service advocate and have been in management for over 20 years of my career. I have to say that my experience here was very pleasant. I did not feel rushed whatsoever. They took the time to explain details of the products I was shopping out. There was complete transparency from beginning to the end of the transaction. Kudos to this dispensary, for treating their customer with dignity and respect. I will be returning patron, and look forward to seeing you guys again. I love everything about this place! You've got to be careful, their entrance is adventurously discreet. They friendly neighbors, that will help you if you get lost though. Once your inside though, ? Do you have a laid back atmosphere, great selection and great prices. They also do rewards! Plus, how absolutely fantastic the name of this place.
