Wow I love connected. You get points that turn into discounts and their prices are amazing! You can order express and not have to wait when it's busy. I love the prerolls and edibles selection and visit this place at lease twice a week. Best dispensary in Sacramento

I hate shopping here it's a total train wreck. Careless budtenders who blame the customer for everything.If you try to clarify things the little kids say you argued then call security.The wait is off the hook and the prices are extreme.The reception is lacking white bread has more logistics.Berner needs those premium prices to pay for his high blood sugar problems cause his addiction to Kebler cookies.They have a ridiculous team that monitors yelp all the time and removes any content that isn't anything but a hyped up lie.This is everything wrong with the cannabis industry.All in one terrible location.I hope this place goes out of business.

Favorite club in sac, love the rewards system and James is a great help always going out of his way for the customer and showing me new items I like overall best experience

Lots of great stuff, the security acts very entitled, kinda rude as well, won't be coming back.

Don't mess with the express because they have this all messed up. They call you in any order they feel regardless of when you check in. I would not recommend them for express orders. They take longer than any other dispensary to fill orders. The selection is cool.

One of my favorite clubs to go to.. Good variety, fair prices, friendly security, beautiful staff members, and the express line is always quick. #Bravo

I always support my local businesses and  I have been patronizing Connected for sometime since I just reside a few blocks away from the Fruitridge location. However today was quite different. I placed my order online and requested curbside. When I arrived I was advised by a tall big black security guard that Connected was short staff and there isn't any curbside or express desk outside. And of the four notification text messages I received regarding my order, prior to arriving, I was never advised of this. So I was caught off guard. Especially when I wasn't dressed for the public. I was wearing my house slippers and PJ's but matching top and bottoms. Now I have to get out of the car and go stand in the express line and there was an express line and a line for folks who did not use the express service and who just showed up. The security was taking one person from the express line and one person from the non-express to go inside. So the folks in the express line were having to wait on folks that did not use the express service and they got to go in before a person from the express service did. WTF!!!!! I ended up having some words with the manager and security guard and I will never spend another dime at Connected again and they just lost a loyal customer. I'm a very loyal person but when loyalty is broken I will never deal with you again. PERIODT!

wow just let your nose point you to liberal freedom and viola you are in cannabis heaven.. hahah came here because i found out there was a local one rather than all the way in sf.. was a little disappointing that it wasn't cookies but i heard the lead left so it is what it is. Glad there a place to get designer top of the line medication for all your cannabis needs. Lots of solutions from edibles to flowers and more all at reasonable prices. you could get whats available on the street or you can fill your prescription here and get the quality, brand and consistency that you are looking for. Plus everyone has respect for the blue bag and I'm not talking Tiffany's will definitely return

Descent dispensary to go to, and they always have good selections (however, website is wrong and lots of times they have items that do not show online that they in fact have in stock and sometimes have items listed online they in fact do not have). If you're okay with sometimes having to switch things up when you get there due to different inventory, they usually have lots of great brands and variety in stock. Descent prices, but have heard not to do express pick up. (I personally only go I person and wait in line) and I've never had too long of a wait or many issues. It's small and fairly crowded so a little nerve wracking if you're Covid-19 conscious. Not my first choice in Sac, but not my last.

I think im about done with this place. Takes crazy long & the website is always messed up for express orders and will not allow you log in and set up orders. When u call the 2 lines for an express order.... you will be on hold for a minimum of 10min!! I was completely unaware that taking an order from someone over the phone should be any longer than maybe 5min. Im good. My time is important & i can get in & out at many other shops, np. The people are cool but, business practices aren't... to say the least. Im on my way to another shop as im typing this. *UPDATE* 9/27/19This company cant get it together. Lmao!! You call for express and they place you on hold and ive figured out, they actually FORGET about you on hold!! What a joke! Peep the photo I uploaded. Ive called this damn place 17x's and still havent been able to place an effing "express" order!! Someone answered 1x and left me on hold.

Great club. Always have enjoyed the help from the tenders. Only problem I have is they sell out of stock fast. Good for them that they are busy bad for me when they are out of stock.

I love this place and have had great experiences with all facets of my visits until today when security shamed me for leaving my 16yo in the air conditioned, locked car while I was inside for 10 minutes. Like he literally said "Shame on you". Shame on this asshole for not informing me of their rule (no one under 18 yo is allowed to be in their parking lot in a car) before shaming me for breaking it. Not sure if I'm coming back since I'm pretty sure I'd have to tell this guy to fuck off while I'm there and I generally try to avoid that type of drama. Plenty of other dispensaries around to put up with some douche bag trying to tell me I'm a bad mom.

Connected Cannabis is 100% professional, chill, and down to earth as heck. The security guards are awesome & friendly! They are absolutely welcoming to newcomers. Make sure you have your i.d ready because they check it on the way in, and you will need to give it at the front desk! When you get inside the product room, you will see a lot of brands in the back or inside the glass cases. Tell the budtenders what you'd like and they'll make fantastic recommendations! For beginners, I'd recommend a 'pre-roll' and if you have extra cash, get something that's 'top-shelf' with a high THC content; you will definitely have a good time, dude. Like totally. 5/5 Yelpo Stars for the decent prices and constant sales.

Don't bother making an order online bc it won't be in stock, I order online everyday and when it's time to pick up my order,they never have what I ordered.. irritating

The only dispensary I go to now. Ppl are always friendly. There are a few budtenders I really like but there is one light skinned black guy that ended up charging my husband $20 more then he was supposed to and gave him a receipt that was from our previous visit so hubby went back and they gave him money back. The guy that over charged is usually working on something and will pick and choose his clients so be careful for him, and always check ur receipt before u leave. Other then that they have some really good bud and I am always satisfied with my purchases.

It was the first time I went in your store. The store seemed nice, however Chantel was extremely impatient with me and was extremely rude to me for no reason. I wouldn't mine going there again, but if I see her working I will leave, she needs to be educated in customer service. I seriously don't know what her problem was with me. Hope this helps your business. If she was rude to me that means she's rude to others. She is not helping your business. Mahalo.

I will start with the bad because this is the reason I am writing this review. The wait is ridiculous!! Twenty minutes or LONGER every time I've been there. They keep your Drivers License when you're waiting and give it back when you enter. I forgot mine and no one ever came up to me to give it back. Drove one hour away when I realized I didn't have it. Had to go back and sure enough they had a whole file of forgotten IDs. This is the only dispensary that does this... why?! Mediocre service. Average prices. Also, I'm pretty sure the bud tender charged me the recreational tax, versus the patient tax. So I paid about $6 tax on a $26 purchase..

So to preface, I'm 21 years old, I've had my medical card for three years and have lived in two separate legal states. This is the only dispensary I actually dislike. So let's get into it! The good: The front desk staff and security is always super nice. They have some of the cheapest eighths around, and overall a large selection of products. The bad: When you first arrive, it's usually busy all afternoon. Possibly going on a weekday earlier or closer to closing it could be less busy. If it isn't a slow time, the parking is a little bit of a squeeze, and maneuvering their parking lot can sometimes be a bit tricky (especially when people don't follow the arrows...). Expect a wait of at minimum 10 minutes in the waiting room, even if you order express. Once you get into the actual dispensary, the experience often varies as they seem to switch it up quite often. Today it was quite busy and there wasn't even an express line.There's nothing glaringly wrong with any of this, I just find going to this dispensary a total chore. If you just have to have ""designer weed" go for it, and check it out. But I much rather prefer dispensaries with a bit more focus on the patients and the product, something a little bit more down home. I've even been to dispensaries way larger in size and just as large in brand, but have never quite felt as uncomfortable or cold. Just my input tho! So definitely make sure to check it out and form your own opinion. Personally I love Zen Garden, as they are quite more warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Hands down, the best Cannabis club in Sacramento. The bud tenders aren't just there to collect a check, they actually care about your 'wellness'. I personally, will only purchase from 2 bud tenders but it used to be just one. They're very personal with you, if anything is faulty, the take care of the discrepancy without issues, and did I mention they have the best looking BUDS?! Oh and the wait, it's like waiting for Jordan's on a Saturday morning! Only some can relate.Oh yeah and Bobby, is the man!

Well January 1 is here and this morning I bought my first legal recreational weed. Me and a bunch of other folks! The wait to get in was an even 30 minutes. I had to fill out the same form I did for medical weed at other stores in the past. The waiting room is larger than the store and there are plenty of comfortable seats. They had two armed guards today, but maybe only one on normal days. Connected is a chain with seven stores total and I bet they are going to open more in the future. This is the smallest weed store I have been in and until they can expand it they are selling mostly weed I think. I didn't see any clones or a fridge with drinks in it. I think they had edibles, but as I don't use them I didn't ask. Once I entered the store it was another 20+ minute wait to get to the counter. The budtenders seem to be on their game, know what they are talking about, and are fast. But the customers were having a hard time choosing what they wanted. As I knew what I wanted and I wasn't stoned my transaction took about two minutes.For 50 years I have been a joint smoker and this morning all I wanted was a single preroll. I grow my own weed and just wanted to be part of the first day of recreational weed sales. My budtender Arron was pretty cool, but the packaging they have to use is pretty stupid. First the joint is in a clear plastic tube. Then it is placed in and 8" X 10" sealed envelope that has to be cut open. I ask him why and he said to keep the kids out. I said "Shit the kids smoke much better weed than this stuff is." Then it goes into a gift bag and a computer receipt is stapled to the bag.  The joint I bought was $5.00, but $.67 of that was excise tax. Then they added on state sales tax for another $.53 for a total tax of $1.09 on a single joint. But hey I couldn't care less as weed is finally being sold to anyone in California.

Worst service, have tried "express" 3 times. Nothing "express" about it. First two times they didn't even have what I order, we will see what happens this time, their only saving grace is their prices.

This place is kinda pricey but has good choices. Budtenders could use a pep talk to encourage smiles. Front reception are always nice. The chocolate edibles are pretty good.

This place is legit as fuck! Killer selection awesome staff! I had a problem with a cartridge that didn't work and they took care of it and replaced it without hassle. Every time I go back I know why, and I will continue!

Check your boxes!! I got my king pen vape back home, and the sealed box was empty. I had to drop my kid off, and drive back to the other side of Stockton to get another one. " it's not our fault, it's king pen" No " I'm sorry" or a preroll for the trouble. Just a shoulder shrug. What a pain in the ass. Step up the customer service

I shopped here for a long time spending quite a bit of money. Only for them to blame the customer when something came up wrong on their end, would not recommend bringing your business here.

I come here very often because it's by my work place. Let me tell you that sometimes they have good products. Although I have bought many times indica strand that they so called sold as "top shelf" in a pre packaged. I was very disappointed that the quality of the Flower was no better than outdoor quality. At $62 an 1/8 I was very disappointed because this happened multiple times. The Marathon OG they have listed for $60 is qualified as outdoor and is being sold as top shelf indoor. I will definitely consider continuing to come here.

Overpriced Boof! I looked at every jar in the store yesterday and there is not an herb in the place that is less than 6 months but they still want to charge you $20 more than some kid in Texas is paying. This place is a joke. 70 and eighth should be crime. Anyhow if you want to get ripped off go here. Their only draw is their hype man Berner who claims they have the best weed in the world but i'm here to tell you.  Its a lie. Total boof here!

Good prices but expect to wait 45 minutes in the lobby before being called back to wait in another line. If you have time, its a great club. Not so much if you're in a hurry

This is my favorite dispensary in Sacramento!! I've always had a good experience and the parking lot is very convenient too. Maybe I've just had better luck than others? I use weedmaps to gauge their inventory before I go so I already know what I'm going to order. I'm usually in and out quickly. I have also waited in the lobby to be called to go in but I don't think that's terrible? Maybe I have a lot of patience but it's not like the lobby is uncomfortable. It's also cool how your first time, they'll give you a discount and they'll give you a discount for referrals too. Also cool they have a point system! I don't keep track of it but when I'm paying, they'll let me know how much more until I get another discount. Awesome staff!

Yesterday I bought a 1 gram jar of connected sauce Gelato #41. I was encouraged to buy this brand from the bud tender and was told it was the best and the THC rating was in the box because it was not labeled on the outside. Once home I looked for the THC rating and it was not inside. The jar was visibly short and could not have been a gram. I got 8 small dabs and that was it. The quality was terrible and it tasted like cheap butane. I paid $75.00 to get totally ripped off. This place had potential but now it seems to only excel in bilking it's costumers with dishonest labeling practices, dishonest sells staff,  poor quality product, and weights and measures violations. They have yet to solve The Waiting problem. It's been like that for years. You go in and have to wait 20 or more minutes just to get back into the backroom. This place needs to step it up

This is my go to club! All the employees are upbeat and knowledgeable about the product. They always have good product at all price ranges. They're usually on point, but whenever I've had a problem the manager Tiler has handled is great and makes sure I leave happy. Thanks Connected!

I have been a customer of what is now Connected Cannabis for many years. Never have I been disappointed with a visit, once. Needless to say, I highly value this dispensaries customer service and work ethic to provide a pleasant and great experience to their customers. The selection of products is very wide, with helpful staff that always have a smile on their face, it doesn't get any better. I bought a select full gram wedding cake cartridge (all tax are included in their prices), and can honestly say it was one of the top cartridges I've ever smoked. I will definitely be back!

I haven't been in since the remodel (Looks Great). I came in today right after my flight landed and everyone from security, front desk and even Chantel was very friendly and professional. I only got Chantel's name because I interacted with her at the counter. Definitely had good suggestions for me. I purchased flowers and I am trying the Lava Cake from Phinest Cannabis that she suggested as I am writing this review. Half way thru the blunt I already feel a head change. Great suggestion! So far I am happy with my purchase and the customer service you provide at Connected. Thank you, keep up the great work.

This place is always great! Warm welcome with a top notch service! Partying may be tricky at times. They always have great stock of everything! I went in today and got sum nice top shelf flowers awesome they come in the nice jars! Colton G gave us great service and showed us everything we asked to see and had great knowledge of the things we chose to look at! Was very helpful with anything we asked about! Didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed he made us feel nice an welcomed over all a great experience!

I went to connected cannabis yesterday for a cbd cream and found it there, which I was happy about that. Jake who helped me was very helpful and nice. The cream was 42.00 with all the taxes it came to 56.00.  This is such a rip off and I won't be back to any dispensary. I checked out cigarland in Morgan Hill next to the Cinelux theater, and was amazed at the creams and oils they have. I bought CBD oil for 39.00 and paid a little over 3.00 for tax. This place has alot of different things in there, and there not ripping you off!

My go to dispensary in Sacramento! Has reasonable prices on concentrates and has the sweetest front desk employee, Chelsea! She's even budtending sometimes which is a treat because she's beyond helpful and knows product knowledge!

I read a review about a complaint about the door security guard. I wanted to say that I think he is very professional, helpful and friendly. He takes his job seriously and keeps the customers in line. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while for your turn and some customers can get impatient and start acting like fools. He is very good at dealing with these people and will not tolerate this behavior. I think he does a great job as a security guard. If you follow the rules and wait your turn you will have no problems. Remember everyone else is waiting too.

im a budtender in San Diego and we recently got your 5 pack of guava 2.0 prerolls. easily one of the best pre rolls ive had in a long time! i even bought two packs cuz i was so impressed with the product BUT we recently restocked and so i purchased one more but this time instead of the preroll being about the size of the tube instead they were half the size!! so my question is if there is actual an 1/8 per pack or was the pack i got before more than an 1/8???

Went to this place 3xs already and each time I was shorted, the third time I went I ordered online to avoid the hassle of the long wait (Everytime I've been I've waited over 30mins,) anyway the express order is not express at all. Not only did I wait  but when I went in, the order was supposed to be $48.86 1/8th of biscotti $54 after taxes online well needless to say it was $60 and change for the 1/8th  in the store. when I told the budtender the price online he just shrugged it off. It sucks that the prices in store are not in sync with the prices online, good thing I had extra money on me. I just placed my 4th order I really want to give this place the benefit of the doubt. This will be my last visit I hope I don't get shorted.

I am a recreational user, I've gone there three times so far. The Pros: The staff is friendly and upbeat. The selection is very good, as well as the prices.The Cons: (At least what I've experienced)LONG wait times, even if it's not crowded when you get there, the express service traffic will dash any hopes of getting in and out in a reasonable amount of time. On my last visit, the waiting room was the least crowded I'd seen, but then came the wait. Every customer that came after me went ahead of me via the "express online ordering". So when I got called in I asked if the online ordering was available to recreational users, and was told that yes it was, I just needed to create an account, and that was it. Well I tried to order online and after several frustrating attempts found that you DO have to be a medical patient to use this service. Like I stated earlier the staff is friendly and upbeat, but seemingly misinformed about their policies. Seems a little discriminatory to only offer this service to one group and not the other. In conclusion, the frustration of the online experience coupled with the continuous stream of "express customers" has made me rethink about returning. It's a brave new weed world out there, time to shop around.

Do not put an option for curbside parking then tell me not to use it unless I have a child In the car or am Handcapped.  There is nowhere on the website that says that you have to be in one of those two categories in order to use curbside. I have used curbside since the beginning of the pandemic. Apparently it was inconvenient for someone to come and bring me my order this time. Ridiculous. I love this dispensary, But this experience with employee made me sour. On my receipt it says that my order was fine by Darian. I do not know if this was the same person who had came and gave me my order and was rude about me using curbside. If darian is the tall, bulky/ big white guy from connected cannibas that's him.

Good sevices, good selection...not everything all the time but do have a very good selection...great on quality..employees openly want input about if a problems with products and how affects ....recipes of course but like this

Absolutely love this place. The energy is dope. The employees are great, and customer service is A1. Only thing is, outside Car Express is never open and outside Express lines are always as long as the wait line. Their express lanes are hardly ever operating. It should be announced online once we request express, when they don't have it in operation. I'm currently in a long express line. The same length as the wait line. That's false advertisement. I love this place though. They just have to get it in order

FIRST OFF ALL THE SECURITY GUARDS ARE ALWAYS SUPER KIND AND POLITE....... Ive had the plesure of being helping many times by Carlee and she is always super cool.  It the only place i can go to while my kids are with my due to the fact they have a drive up service. CARLEE AND STAFC IS ALEAYS GREAT

I used to go this club every day for over three years in a row. I will pay for quality flower. As long as they have fresh food selection I will purchase. I smoke so frequently it has to be quality. I work and go to school fulltime and still congest 3.5 grams of THC a day. I feel they need to get all the weed nobody's buying and put it on sale instead of leaving it on the shelf and menu for half a year. Like the Sonoma cookies was on there for a year. I finally bought it and it was alright but hella dry and old. I haven't gone in three months- I'm not feeling the Blem or kings garden or alien labs products - just not doing nothing for me right now. I hate all of the weed brands pretty much

I've been going to this place for years and spent my fair amount of money.,I purchased a 1000 mg lean which I've bought lots of tines in many flavors. I went yesterday and got the same product and instead of it being full it's missing product. I went back to exchange and was told it was new packaging. How does new packaging make the product be missing? I spent 86 dollars total and feel I got ripped off.

Been referred by a friend when I first started to get into it. This place has been my go-to-spot ever since. There is plenty of selection from pre-rolls to vape carts. The staff are always nice. But this place is really popular, ordering online and doing express pickup is much faster than waiting in line. They take cash and card, but card transactions have fees. Would recommend 10/10.

There's literally no point in ordering express or curbside pickup. No matter what you do you have to wait at least 30 minutes for your order. The workers are rude and so slow. The product is subpar and honestly never worth the hassle of waiting in the crowded, overfilled parking lot. They seriously need to improve their model of customer service because right now it's trash.

I just want to say thank you very much to Mike the store Manager.  I bought something new and realized it was something different then I thought.. So I went back to exchange it for something else and Mike explained to me about what I bought and how it was supposed to be used, and hooked me up with a battery I needed to use with my product..  I'm so happy I trusted his advice and kept my purchase.  The new Product I bought is way better then what I was looking for!!  So I just want to say, don't be afraid to ask your bud tender about new and different kinds of there products because you never know, they might have something different or in my case BETTER than what you are used to....  Shot out to Mike a manager at Connected Sacromento!!

Such a dope experience. My girlfriend and I just got our cards and wanted to check out a dispensary. We heard great things about this place so we decided to check it out. As soon as we walked in there was someone there to help guide us through the process, and when we went to the back where all the cannabis is actually sold, we were in awe to put it mildly. The staff members were cool and super helpful and their dried flowers were dank. Definitely will be coming back.

I use to be a regular a couple years ago at Collective Efforts, but with all the changes that have happened for me, I would never set foot in that diapensary again. Here is why I would never go again:1) Staff: I use to be a regular for pre-orders. My pre-order routine would be walking in, handing the receptionist my ID and they would tell me to go ahead and go on back. I would then go to the first register, get my ID back and pay for my medication. But when staff started to change, customer service started to reflect. One day, I made my usual pre-order and came in 30 minutes later because that is what time I was told it would be ready. I waited behind one person at the window and when I handed her the ID I thought she told me to go back but she had told the person that was before me. When I went in the back, she screamed at me from the window to come back and it was embarrassing. She said, "You go back when I say to go back!" and then I sat there as two other patients that came in after me walked in the back. She called my name and then I told her that I'm usually told to just go back when I do a pre-order after handing any receptionist my ID. She told me "I don't care you're going to listen to what I say". What was really messed up about this situation was when I walked back finally. The person that came before me and the two other people that came after me were being helped by budtenders and when I got back there. I felt so humiliated from that experience.2)Weedmaps: I made a review on Weedmaps saying that there was rude staff at there dispensary and they flagged it as offensive and it was taken down. I'm sorry that they want their image to look good, but they really need to train their new staff on how they should communicate to patients. Don't always trust the reviews on Weedmaps because collectives could take down your posts. Currently on Weedmaps, Collective Efforts has four stars. That is a big lie.3)Prices and Quality: When I use to buy $50 half ounces, it would be fair for the price. But since the changes, they pre-weigh everything now. The $5 grams are not worth it anymore and the top shelf is not the best I've seen compared to other dispensaries. Also, most of the concentrates aren't tested by labs, so be aware of it because a couple times there seemed to be solvents still in the concentrates I purchased. 4)Parking:Parking can be a pain when there are a lot of people. There are a few parking spots in the front but there is parking in the back as well. Be aware that the building is shared by other leasers, so they have people parked in the back and when there is a rush sometimes parking is non-existent.

Ive been to a few dispensaries in Sacramento and I'll review this based on those experiences. The location is not in the best area, although it's easily accessible from the freeway and located in a strip mall with plenty of parking in the back. The security guards were friendly and helpful, more so than the employees actually! Have your ID and script ready and be sure to check out the menu on weed maps to have an idea of what you want before. Upon walking in they play good music but the volume is way too loud, hard to hear. This location has some great strains, a bit on the pricy side but I chose a 21% thc, berry white, which was a great strain for only 25/eighth. Other strains were offered from 10-20/gram. They have some amazing top shelf strains being as they are part of the legitimate "cookies" Fam including various gelato strains, sunset sherbet, Berners cherry pie, platinum cookies and Girl Scout cookies. The guys helping didn't ask what I was looking for or trying to medicate, I felt rushed and couldn't hear. The employees were totally friendly and welcoming just appeared to be in a hurry. My other experiences at dispensaries included me learning a lot about the strains and what would work best for me, unfortunately I wasn't given any direction or new information about the strains. Unlike other dispensaries in the area this location does not offer any first time patient specials which was a bummer as that is a great opportunity to upsell and have a sample to return back for that I otherwise wouldn't have tried (at other dispensaries I have received a free pre roll, free pre selected edible or free gram with a donation). Collective efforts does have a loyalty rewards program but it would take quite a bit, 500 point to equal a $10 credit. (1$=1 reward point I believe) No cell phones allowed in the waiting room or bud room so no pictures available unfortunately! Also, this dispensary has a great variety of not only great strains but good edibles ($10-$20), and also a small selection of clones ($15/each) just call ahead to be sure the clones are still available.This is not the best place for first timers looking to cater to specific needs if they're not too knowledgable about strains but it's heaven for a seasoned smoker looking for quality meds.

This is the best shop in Sacramento in my opinion! The tenders are all great and friendly and they are a huge help when you're looking like a deer caught in headlights trying to figure out what you want. They're always there to help. Also the selection of flowers they have is amazing! I'm always trying something different and 100% of the time I'm lit, so thanks guys for having a dope shop!

Be very cautios about buying wax and weed here especially the wax. Alot of it has butane and solvents in it i bought a $30 gram of shatter and it tasted like straight butane. Sad thing is this isnt the 1st time its happened.  Alot of the weed they sell here is very dry and it tasted like it has hella chemicals in it. I dont think ill be returning too collective anytime soon ive been coming here for a year now and im tired of leaving disappointed. Good thing there not the only weed club in sac then everyone would be getting ripped off

Eh... Customer Service is on negative 100 here but the reviews already reflect that. As for selection, they have decent tree, but it's a little over priced. Especially when I'm coming from San Francisco paying 16 a gram for top shelf Blue cookies and this club is charging damn near 14 a gram for sour diesel type of strains... you guys lost me there. It was my first time there so I was super open minded and excited because this name came around sac so much! So when I came to visit I made sure to stop by, if the customer service was better and the Budtenders weren't so laid back and had terrible attitudes in the club I feel this club could actually be super successful, not that it isn't already. But the vibes your tenders set off is what creates the vibes in the club, just a little food for thought! This doesn't reflect the club as a whole, just my experience this day.

I wanted to like this place. I really did. First time I went in was so-so. Location is horrible! Clientele is even worse. The low to mid shelf isn't the greatest. Got a 1/2 gram of hash and it had hair in it the second time I went in. The girls at the front handled it and took care of me. Went in today and waited in there crazy line to see a budtender. When I was almost to the front of the line, the sweet girl at the front let me know that they were going to give me a half gram of hash because of the issue the last visit. She thanked me for coming back. She is the best part of this place. Get to the budtender and he is just not even there. Too busy dancing around and bulls**ting with his coworkers. I asked him to smell some of their top shelf and he ignored me! Then the girl from the front let him know I'd be receiving a half gram of hash for free and he asked why? Why!???????! Why the hell does it matter to you!?Just shut up and do your job!!! I didn't even get to smell their buds or see them up close. Honestly, I work at a dispensary, and I truly feel they need to hire some new budtenders to represent their business. Had I received consistently decent service from them, I'd be back much more. They are lucky they have gotten any of my money. I truly felt like walking out today after the service I received from that one gentleman, if that's even the right word to explain him, which I think it isn't and im just trying to be nice!!!Bottom line? Don't think I'll be back unless I have no where else to go. Their front desk rocks! Thumbs up on that. The rest of it is really hit or miss. It's sad that one person, and hair in the product, can be the end of a "relationship" but this guy today totally killed it for me.

this place pisses me off. Every time I go in there I ask what the best stuff is and they always try and push some bammer shit in my face that is super exoensivr.. like i don't smoke and know whats good or something. so the customer service is useless. also, the budtenders are always super high and the music is always super loud so you can barely even hear yourself think let alone hear the BS the budtender is trying to sell you. as a patient who really needs his meds, this place is very unhelpful. know what you want before you get there. and i really feel bad for all the senior patients that try and get there meds from here.. loud music with tons of profanity. this just isn't a very friendly place. step up your game. quit trying to sell the bammer to the patients and hogging all the top shelf to yourselves. :/1 of 5 stars.

it's really illegal to ask a patient if they dog is a service pet even when you have paperwork....some of the the bud tenders  can b very rude at times...and the security guards are less than substandard and rude...its time for the owner to provide sensitive training to some of the staff and especially   the security...cause thats not the way that you treat patients that spend money...your not the only dispensary in sacramento ca...show some respect as you would expect to have it... it will be another long time until i come back...i left in tears

Overall I really love this collective. Everyone is always really nice , respectful , never rushed me , always take the time to get me the top shelf buds.... it's pretty clear the more you spend the better smoke you'll receive. Sometimes the buds are small but still if you can't find anywhere else I always head here . As far as security goes , the guys are always respectful just ask you follow the rules for good reason. I've never been banned for checkin time on my phone , I have watched people be asked to put it away ( as there is signs posted that CLEARLY say NO PHONES ) they don't know what you're doing on your phone , better yet keep it in the car when you go inside then you'll never have an issue. As far as pre bagging up small amounts , spend more money and they can weigh your bud out in front of you. You take 5,10,20 and expect to get prime buds you're a little off. This is a business & those higher spending customers bring them more profit to their product. Therefore they receive the nicer nugs , same stuff but the appearance is better then a sack of some baby nugs. Update : Still love this club but I will say I miss the OG employees , these new ones aren't very receptive to customers , especially returning customers. I honestly loved everyone at this shop when it first opened , now it's a lot of illiterate females ( sorry I'm not sorry they haven't got a clue about good smoke ) nor do they seem to have good attitudes. & im not one to judge someone's mental capabilities but common sense is highly lacking in their new workers !!!

My first time at collective efforts and my last. the music was to loud the selection was great but the guy at the counter was not helpfull at all kept going away and doing other things was not helpfull at all if the music wasnt so loud and they had better sales people it would be good but definitely not a good experience

On two different visits i was shown one product then givin something different. That is unfair and deceitful. I called .so i was told to return.  They did nothing to fix the mistake that was made.

It was good. They had a great selection of all kinds. I thought all the hype about this place was bs and it kind of was talked up way to much. But it was not that bad. The building is in a ghetto area surrounded by security guards looking like swat. Honestly makes me feel safe and they are friendly. THe selection of concentrates is a little much and not much help of finding he ones with real flavor. And the bud tenders no little to nothing about most of the meds. They do have some awesome top shelf like gorilla scout, but it's also super expensive. This place seems like it's doing fine though. There was people coming through none stop the 30 min I was there. I prob won't be back any time soon due to price mostly not quality.

You guys have been my favorite place but your security I can not take! I went yesterday around 5 and came back at 7:30pm for more... When I got there bald security walked past me didn't say anything get to the door security at the door says I can't come in like I stole something.. I ask why he says I can't come twice in one hour! GREAT it's been over 2 he calls bald head security and ask what are you talking about.. he comes and tried to argue but was wrong .. Then he says you came earlier so that's three times..  but they didn't serve me the first time I pulled in and left .. Then he says the system will kick you out.. How? If you didn't service me.. He walks all the way to my car wanting me to engage but honey I'm 5ft with health problems not gonna happen.. I hope to find someone better because I won't be treated unfairly... Totally unnecessary and I now see why I have seen people going off several times outside at him.. No problem inside always outside

I'm a longtime smoker, used to go to Northstar holistic on C St. in downtown Sac for a few years. Now I have been going to collective efforts for last few months because the top shelf is unmatched. My favorite strains are skittles, sunset sherbet, Berners cookies... The best bud tender is the skinny tall light skinned man with dreads to his shoulders. He is extremely helpful, answers all questions, and after seeing him for a while he tells me what's worth it or not ! If you want the highest quality top shelf, you found it.

I was extremely surprised by my experience at Collective Efforts. After reading some of the reviews while my gf drove me to the location, I was a little discouraged and almost didn't go in. It was my first experience at any dispensary and I didn't want it to be a bad one. I had just got my red that day and was curious about what medication would be able to help me best.I arrived around 6pm, it was dark, so I was already nervous because it's very dark in the parking lot. There was a security guard in the front that predicted that it was my first time and told me to walk up to the door and let them know it was my first time. A second security guard opened the door from the inside and let me in. I was taken aback at first glance. He was dressed in full black riot, let's rock and roll, ready for the end of times gear. It instantly made me nervous, I thought to myself 'do I really want to be in a place that the security is dressed for military AND street war?' It's definitely startling at first to be in a place that the security looks like he just step out of Modern Warfare. But he was extremely friendly and handed me some paperwork to fill out. He walked me through what do give him and showed me where everything was.Once the registration process was over he pointed me to another door where the actual "retail" section was. Someone behind the counter immediately called me over and asked what he could help me with. I explained that I had never been to a dispensary before, that I'm not a weed smoker and I was really just looking for an alternative for pain relief. To my surprise he showed me a lot of different choices that were exactly what I was looking for. He showed me different edibles, creams, tinctures, even vapes (which I am very familiar with). He was extremely knowledgeable and patience with me, noticing that I really didn't know what I was doing and had very little info on the subject. He took his time to explain to me how wax is made, what edibles would be good for my condition and so on. I ended up going wth a pre-loaded disposal vape pen by Bumblebee that was Sour Diesel (a strain  I had read about before). After I checked out, there was a guy that called me over to check my bag. I guess this is also a standard thing because when I didn't walk over to him he said (like 4 other people before him) that this must be my first time. He checked the bag, and the price on my reciept like I was at Walmart or something, thanked me and sent me on my way.The one thing I wanted to point out is that they don't take cards, which from my online reasearch is hats pretty common, but they have an ATM and the fee is pretty standard. I've read that some places the ATM fees are extremely high and outrageous but I believe this one was only $3. BUT if you are like me and hate to give away those fees, remember to bring cash.Again, I was very surprised how pleasant my experience was. After read the bad reviews I hope I didn't just get lucky. I was worried about feeling overwhelmed or rushed because this medication is a new avenue for me but I felt very comfortable and the customer service was great. I would definitely go back.

I have been to this collective on a number of occasions. The flower at the 55-60 is the only option at this particular collective. That being said, one should only frequent this collective if they only smoke top shelf and have Very Deep Pockets. I personally have tried the 13 dollar selections and would have to pass. Just stopped in picked up the 45 dollar 8th of sherbet and it was from a hermie plant. Maybe if the price point was 5-7 a gram that would be ok. My one gripe with this place is the high price for bubble hash and other concentrates. Their donation prices are the highest in Northern California by far. They stock the same brands as other collectives they just charge more. This place is not for the medical consumer, rather for a young hipster who wants to look good for friends. When coming to this collective you pay for the name on the wall rather than medical marijuana. They do have some of the most recent strains available at this collective. Its a clean place with security and decent parking. Never really had the long wait times here as other's have experienced. Overall I only come here when there is a specific strain, otherwise I would go somewhere else.

The staff was ok. The security were actually the most friendly. I came on a Friday night about 2 hours before closing. It was packed. 15 minute wait. I am uncomfortable waiting around with a bunch of people, twiddling my thumbs. I wanted to wait outside. But if they call your name and you're not there...end of the line. So I waited inside with everybody, trying not to look at each other. Lots of guys trying to look tough. Grrrr. I took offense to the anti-female music that was blaring. Why would a business choose to demean and ostracize 30% of their own customers? Well, I still patronized them. But I won't be back. They call a few people in at a time into the special room. We were lined up like cattle waiting to give away big $. Cashier gave me the same scripted run down of the products. Male cashier next to her was touching her inappropriately. Oh geeze really...Don't come here if you seek professionalism. I guess it's way too much to ask.

This place has good product , but ive been many clinics in sacramento and ONLY have PROBLEMS at this club. The security and staff are GARBAGE !! security kicked my car door because music was "too loud" . Security has also randomly , with no reason asked me if i had a knife . His name is James H , and he makes collective efforts look like GARBAGE . DO NOT RECOMMEND!!.

I love it here. They have the best selection of flower and great prices. Fast and friendly service. Great choice of edibles!

staff is cool, some of the security are ok but the others are unapproachable/make you feel uncomfortable. buds are decent and the prices on wax are pretty cool too. don't really enjoy the music, a little too hood for when i'm buying my dro (i prefer when they play pac and other 90s music) but to each his own. i like the budtenders though. they're all personable and knowledgeable. worth visiting, their 10$ wax half grams and 10$ grams are generally really good buys and are some of the best potency-per-dollar i've found around the south area.

I'm sad that this place sucked like it did :-( It was my first time there last night and was over all a let down. I went in and was greeted by security, nice enough, signed a form while they ran my info. Waited a little bit, not too long because it wasn't crazy busy. When I walked back the only thing I could hear is their ridiculously loud music. Music is awesome but I want to be able to talk and hear answers to my questions. What about those with hearing problems? I get up to the counter, the girl was nice enough but come to find out they're out of the strain I wanted, so she recommends another just a different number saying "it's actually even better than the other one" which I was doubtful but decided to go for it. Oh no it was not "actually even better"! And for $20 a gram?! Rip off! Good smoke but still, no not at that price! *Not to mention I spent $28 with her telling me I'd get 1.8g, I get home and it only weighed to 1.75g so watch out for that shit* Even FWC has a cap at $18 a gram for their best strains. Just ridiculous.

This place is pretty sick.. had an amazing selection of meds as well as a bunch of good discount bud (I got both White Widow and Blueberry AK today for REALLY cheap). It is kind of in the cuts though, but so are a ton of other dispensaries out here. Definitely one of my top 3 Sac dispensaries.

The service is okay, and they have a decent selection of bud. I did however like their selection of prerolls.

Definitely a great medical cannabis dispensary, although I have just a few gripes, but definitely four out of five stars. The medicine is DEFINITELY five out of five stars but I feel there are a few things to consider about what would be a better experience for patients. The music choice slash volume, and bud tenders attitudes/apparel feels a little inappropriate for something medical. For example, if they all had white and red uniforms that matched the Cookies logo, something clean like Dickies, oh yeah! Security guards have a presence, but remain courteous. This is refreshing because The Clinic (related, I believe?) in Stockton had some unsavory security guards. I was asked to remove my sunglasses but told I could leave them on after I explained I had them for a medical condition. The history of cannabis on the walls in the waiting room is nice. The medicine is absolutely TOP NOTCH, I will say again. I really enjoy this place, I have tried and sampled a lot, and I have to say their Gelato #41 was my favorite. The concentrate selection is best in town, second to none. Check them out on weedmaps before you go in, and you will be blown away at how many different styles of concentrates they have.

I have been coming to this club for awhile now and never had anything bad to say about it. Today I walked in and the budtender with the colorful hair seemed like she hated her life and was super rude. I asked to get 4 1/2 grams and then changed my mind that I wanted 6 1/2 grams and she looked up at me and said "Would you like anymore" rolling her eyes making it noticeable she was irritated that I had changed my mind! After that I realized that I misunderstood her about the price so then I just wanted 2 1/2 grams and she really got irritated. I shouldn't feel in the wrong for making her go back to grab 2 extra one or putting some back on the shelf that's simply her job right? Anyways , good quality bud and wax love the place the rest of the staff is wonderful never had any other bad visits.  If the girl with the cotton candy hair says she will help you let the person behind you go to her .

I use to go to this club  or location 3-4 years ago but now it's totally different.  When I parked my vehicle,  I was immediately accosted by a security guard wearing every weapon in the catalog. I've been to dispensaries and seen security with a side arm and a pleasant attitude.  This guy was was wearing riot gear including the bear mace. He came across a frightened.  Anyways he demanded I get off the phone. I felt like I was entering a drug den because of the level of security and lack of smile.Once inside I was assigned a budtender. I let him know that I was interested in purchasing seeds.  His response was, "what kind? " I suggested he just tell me what they had in stock since this clearly not a seed bank.  Turns out they had 2 strains. He assured me they were feminized and some guy came from the back area and corrected him. He told me they cost $120 but he could hook me up. I passed. Costumer service and product knowledge were at minimum that day.

Nice setup, friendly staff. The aroma is on point, i could stand the all day. No wonder the guards are always smiling. Nice selection of products. I like and will be back.

This place takes a very very very long time. Wait tume could be 20 mins. I called in an order before they opened and I'm sitting here waiting while people go in to order without prior ordering. If you dont have time to wait then don't come to this spot!

When I first started coming here it was a great dispensary but sad to say it seems to have went way downhill.  First off I don't know why, but there is always a huge line and a long wait to get into the bud room. There is a whole lot of security and so many rules there's no way to remember all of them. If you break one simple rule as little as checking the time on your phone, you will get automatically banned for six months. I'm assuming it's because of the sketchy location.  The front desk ladies are always friendly but the security comes across as quite rude, and the bud tenders do not even give you time to look at what they have and are very rushy. If you ask me they are in the wrong business to be so dang rushy!  The quality of the buds used to be good but now they don't even have anything of good quality no matter how much you spend. What I used to like is they would weigh out your meds in front of you but now it's all pre weighed so you don't know what you're getting until you get home.  The last time I was here was about a week ago and I purchased a split ounce of top shelf because they smelled and looked really good in the display, but when I got home I realized both of them were filled with seeds and very dry and looked like bammer. Yuck! I do not smoke bammer so it was useless to me.  Don't waste your time or money at this place because it will take a whole lot of your time and a good amount of money just to get crap. I definitely won't be back!

When you pull up you don't even know where the entrance is because they don't have a sign above their entrance. You just have to see where the security guard is at and show him your ID then he'll open the door for you. When you go in you have to give the front desk people your ID. Then you may go in. Its a decently busy business. I personally don't know much about how "Good" the weed is but hey, if it works then it works. The prices for joints/cones are around $9-$20 ish. Depending on the strand and what not. Good people. Good customer service. They don't shame you if you don't know anything about weed lol they're there to assist you on anything you have questions on.

It's "aiite." I wanted to give them 4 or 5 stars but there is still much room for improvement. They have some great buds and some not so great for cheap. Their prices aren't cheap. I would say that they are about market value so you can't really complain. Their clones aren't the BEST looking but the genetics are on point. This club has a lot of the newer popular west coast strains that aren't the easiest to find if you're not in with the crowd. As for them being knowledgable about their clones' genetics, I'm not so sure. I do my research before hand so it was not a problem for me.The bud tenders are helpful and have been nothing but friendly to me. I know which meds I need for what ails me so I don't ask many questions though. The security has been more professional the last couple times I was there. They also turned their music down; most likely because of the people flaming them on here.I'll be going back sooner or later for more cuts. As for the horrible reviews... I think those were those few pissed off customers or people from one of the many clubs in the area. If they smooth out the edges I'll bump them to 4 or 5 stars.

Walked in no greeting no nothing,no other customers but me....employees walk by & look @ me & didn't say anything until JIMBO came from the back & helped him.hes was cool asf & helped with no problem so shoutout to big homie

been going to this location for awhile.I use to buy tree from here but its WAY too expensive, I only get flower if im feeling like having a different strain.weekends are PACKED but my work schedule allows me to go at a time where I get in and out quickly during a weekday.its rare I go on a weekend.I also now only go for cartridges, thats pretty much all I buy from there now. the security guards by now know me so they have always been super cool. bud tenders know me so they already know where im headed.I guess it just depends what your looking for....I dislike that flower is now all pre-packed, but like I said I only buy cartridges unless Im am feeling like a different strain.

Great place with Lot to choose from all the good vape carts and flower definitely would recommend there club.

If you're into standing in line outside only to get let into a waiting room, only to find out after that there is another line inside this might be the place for you! If not, whatever you do. Do not go here on a Saturday unless you want to be there all day. Hey, maybe bring a picnic basket and the wife and kids. You can spend a day with them while you wait in one of the many lines!

Love this dispensary it’s my go to in sacramento! They have the best deals on eighths that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. The employees are super nice and friendly as well and helpful. Also their security is top notch! They look professional and elite and the friendliest security at the same time. I would highly recommend this place. Don’t turn a blind eye because of the location just check it out for yourself
