You ever walk into a space and feel 100% at home? I haven't either until I walked into this dispensary. I was helped by Cat who was extremely knowledgeable about their products.She was able to discern which product (of their numerous selection) i would be best suited with and I'm happy to report I've found a new "go to place" whenever I need a refill or even just entertaining guests for recreational use. If you're tired of an overwhelming feeling of displacement, need to describe a certain strain effects or just trying to relax, Florin wellness center has it. Make sure to ask for Cat, thanks again for the effort you made!!!!

Amazing cannabis dispensary with the best prices, quick and easy shopping experience with a huge selection of products.

This was our 1st dispensary after moving to Sac. My som has epilepsy that is controlled by cannabis, and I am between harvests, so we were looking for quality and value. I was disapppinted, as a patient in a wheelchair, that every time my caregiver would go do a pick-up for me, their website menu is outdated. Every time. He had to call me and tell me what they actually had. Waste of time. The next thing that irritated me is my son's vape cartridge broke with normal use. He lost almost a full gram of oil. Then the same thing happened to my bf.He lost 3/4 of a gram and ruined my Spliffin battery. I hate businesses that knock down the prices a few bucks to make ppl think they are getting a deal, when in truth, they are selling inferior product. Don't be cheap. You know? Dispensaries make money. Passing off cheap products to eek out an ectra dime is too low-hanging for me. The fuckinstraw was when I bought flower that was supposed to be a certain strain,and discovered THREE different strains in the container. Three!!! Not fucking cool. If you think people won't notice your bait n switch trick, you are wrong. Growers know...We have tried a new dispensary that delivers. Check out my review!

I absolutely love this place. I am new to shopping at a dispensary so I have a lot of questions. They are not only extremely nice with great positive energy. They are helpful and always happy to answer any questions I have. Definitely be every turning customer. It's even super far from my house but I make the trip just because I love how they make the experience comfortable for me.

We came in to receive information and help with cream and drops.  Christian  was very helpful, listened to our needs. We are new to this and needed a cream to help for medical needs.  The cream and oil he recommended is already offering some relief!

I just purchased an elite vape .. it's trash absolutely horrible plastic taste 40$ wasted ugh

They recently changed their entire set up and are only selling ridiculously expensive stuff now. We had to pay 60 bucks for a tiny cartridge that isn't even good. They need to bring back the drivn carts! Plus they are ALWAYS out of the 1:1 Korova edibles which are the best. We have been loyal customers for almost a year now and they are just always out of things.... please get better at ordering. Not everyone can afford the super fancy products!

The security guard out front very attractive. 10/10 Had a shark mask on I think (definitely young) was working Sat 8/29 daytime like 2 or 3pm? would come back just for him to check my ID again. Beautiful man

Sam at FWC was great! We smoke what's handed to us but this was the first time buying our own. My husband gets debilitating headaches and Sam gave us several suggestions to help with the issue. He gave us several price ranges for what we needed and wanted an update when we come back. Thanks for everything Sam!!

When you walk in and see either mike, Derrion, or Christian just  know you're going to be treated like one of the homies and they have the most amount of knowledge about every product I've ever seen by anyone I've ever met they always give me a big variety of choices to choose from may it be bud, wax, carts, edibles anything you ask for you can guarantee they give you the most honest opinions and keep it real with you I just can't stress enough I make a 15 mile trip just to FWC to get treated by these 3 because I know I'll get my money's worth

I have been here a few times before and never had anything bad to say about this place. Good selection of products and the staff has always been professional and friendly. But..I came in last night and they were busier than usual due to a sale they had going on and the lady at the front desk was visually overwhelmed and stressed and not handling it well at all. I watched her give attitude to a customer right in front of me right before she gave me a lot of attitude. I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her by trying to buy product from here. I speak with my money( and apparently now with yelp too) so i walked out of the business since I was upset with the way this lady had been talking to me and sadly to say (since I actually like this place) i will not come back. There is too many choices in Sacramento for me to subject myself to be disrespected publicly when all I want to do is purchase your product.Overall terrible experience

First time going and I liked it already as soon as I walked in the environment was great, the girl at the window asked for my information and made me filled out a sheet, once that was done I walked in the main room and saw the variety of things they had, selected the things I needed the employees were very friendly and helpful would recommend this place for first timers

Since legalization, this place has done a 180. Very very low selection of low tier flowers that they are trying to pass off as top shelf, and charging 60+tax. It's a real shame because this used to be one of the best dispensaries in sacramento, and I was a regular patron for nearly a decade and now I will no longer be a return customer. The bud tenders are very nice.

I have been coming here for 2 plus years now.  The best around.They are a 5 minute drive away and they usually have what I need.Their patient appreciation days are the bee's knees.  Their customer service is stellar.Parking is great.Nothing but love from me!

First off I want to say I luv this place. I've been a customer since 2014 when I moved back to CA from OR. Reason I was brought to fwc was because my mother had breast cancer and was going through chemo at the time. From the beginning I was instantly welcomed with open arms and info about what we were looking for. Through these five years I've noticed staff changes. More and more of a younger crowd is starting to work there. 1st instance I've had with this young staff was on 9/28/20. I was instructed by this staff to start using an app called dutchie after I had called to place an express order over the phone. The reason for express is for the customer to get what they want without waiting in line or to have contactless service. In this particular instance I was in a bit of hurry so I decided to use the dutchie app, as I had before with other dispensaries. I placed my order and I was told that my order was ready for pickup and to click on a link provided by dutchie to let fwc staff know that I was there to pick up. I did exactly that. Waited for about ten minutes because it's a Saturday I figured they were a little busy so the wait wouldn't be that bad. Another five minutes goes on and no one had come outside to acknowledge me or to get my order, so finally I decide to give them a call and let them know I'm here. The guy explains that they are a little busy and that they apologize that the app does not inform them that the customer is outside. He then says it's better if you call us.(lines are always busy so how?????) finally after that convo Over the phone he lets me know that someone will be out shortly to help me. Sure enough another ten minutes goes by before someone comes out to help, but while I was waiting I happen to see another customer pull up in her black F150 well after I've been waiting for someone to give me customer service. She waited for about five minutes with me before someone finally came out to help us. The BT(don't know her name but she's a skinny light skinned  girl with sister locks or dreads) passes my car to help the lady in the F150 before me. So not only have I been waiting more than 30 minutes before someone has helped me but the person that comes after me get serviced before me also. So when I finally get help I asked the the bud tender does dutchie let you know when a customer is outside? He then tells me that it does not and that the budtenders are very busy right now that's why no one was able to help me. It was crazy to hear him say that because I also noticed that walk ins were getting serviced before me. People were literally walking in after I got there and walking out with their product as I'm still sitting waiting for customer service. I really felt unappreciated as a customer. Especially someone that has been a loyal customer. I'm in that place at least twice a week. So of course as pissed as I was I went to their IG page and left a message similar to the one I'm leaving here. Three days later I get a response. They apologized for the inconvenience and and asked for my name to throw something my way next time I came in. Today 10/5/20 I again place an order through dutchie. They have a picture of a concentrate for $21 on the site so of course I ordered it. Come to find out after I payed and picked up the item that it was a hash, not a concentrate. I go back to see if I can exchange. I'm not looking to get my money back I'm looking to get a simple exchange. If I had to pay more for what I was looking to get, then so be it, but I was mislead by what was in the picture versus what they gave me. I was looking for a CONCENTRATE not hash. So I go back to see about the exchange after waiting in line which is what I was trying to avoid, especially during a pandemic. The young lady who's a manager there tells me that they can't exchange my order. So basically I have to take what I have and do whatever with it. I expressed that I don't smoke flower and I don't have any use for the hash but there was no accountability on their end for the mishap. Hate to say but I'm done with FWC.

DON'T GO. My experience with FWC post prop 64 is horrible, DON'T GO!!!!

This is such a bad club. Coming here is always a mistake. That parrot in the front is their smartest associate.

A descent place to grab product from, every-time i go thought they are almost always out of either the pre roll or the strand that i am trying to get. they do however make great recommendations as alternative, but its kind of annoying to go in somewhere and never be able to get the thing you came in there for.

Fantastic selection. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Everyone here is always friendly and super helpful when it comes to helping me chose the perfect products for me! There is always plenty to chose from. I drive from Elk Grove to give them my business.

Low inventory. High prices. No more customer loyalty program, no more freebies for new customers. All sales are final even if you can't open the overpackaged container when you get it home (for those who are disabled). Crappy customer service policy even though the staff is nice. Never going back.

So a 12.25 tax on my shit means my 1 cartridge thats 17.00 is now 29.25!!! NOPE!!!! Go to THC SACRAMENTO same americanna cartridge is 17.00!!!!!!!! Like its supposed to be. And they dont jerk you around about some bogus point system

Too expensive. Literally they're charging $10 an eighth more than other dispensaries. Lower the prices and you might sell something dummies

Second time here, my experience was not good. My issue was the female that helped wasn't knowledgable. People are walking in with a need of service that requires you to listen & use your expertise.

Friendly staff, good variety, clean, reasonably priced. Ability to use the express lineIn a somewhat what secluded area, staff seem to only have topical knowledge of products ( specifically the cartridges)My first time there, signed up and ready to buy in 10 minutes. They have the regular line and for a fee you can use the express line. Interestingly it feels like when you go redeem your tickets at an arcade and you get to choose the prizes. They have the display case in the front and the actual stock in the back.Since it was my first time there I got a free 1/8 for "donating" $25 which basically means for spending $25.Overall I would return and probably use the express line

2 bud tenders working the counter on black Friday.  Full house waiting.  Doesn't make any sense to be so understaffed on a busy day!  Especially when sales are promoted.  Hello management?  Smh ‍

Save your time and money for a club that cares. This club has gone downhill in the last month. So many patients are pissed off at the new pathetic changes and like me are never coming back again. I will not have my discount removed for no reason. I will not have the MANAGER pull a BAIT and SWITCH on me not to mention straight up LIE to my face, tell me he will do something and then only because I had to pull out my money from the atm, decide to change his mind. Well you do not tell someone something and then change your mind. I was treated extremely unprofessionally by, lied to by, and basically treated like a second class citizen by the new manager ignacia. Not only did he refuse to provide me any information, he went out of his way to be rude, threaten me, and generally be an all around POS. This company had become extremely greedy, it's quality and customer service have all but vanished, and it's no longer a place I would want to visit again. The icing on the cake? Their audacity to have a patient appreciation day. If you had one ounce of caring you would not have removed the daily deals, the points system, any discounts, and hell they even removed the birthday special. Avoid this place like the plague. There are too many more quality cannabis places that actually value you as a customer and your business. They will treat you like a human being. They will provide quality meds at a reasonable price. Not like this place which basically rapes you for what they sell you. I feel very bad having to write this, but the club has gone from a 10 to a 0 in under a month. I cannot wait until they have to shutter their doors because of their utter lack of customer service. REMEMBER WHO BUYS YOUR PRODUCT.

This is the last place I would ever go for my medical cannabis, over priced and not much to choose from,  the staff is not very knowledgeable about their products.

Before 2018 i have been a PATIENT here for 2 years i picked this club for the convenience i stopped going here a while back because the service and product reduced immensely !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I would make pre-orders and when i came to pick them up, All the product is not in the bag and i am told to pay the difference because if they dont have the product you dont get the deal on the menu.I just came up there for a pre-order and i was very stern when i called because of the reasons above but when i got there, they packed less then my order asked of and the manager approached me and gave me a list of stores to go to that are now recreational ... WHY would i wait in line at a recreational club if i have a medical recommendation and yall said you were staying medical even if you arent anymore... Why would you send a longtime customer to get business else where ... i believe the  MANAGER was being passive aggressively RUDE.. But i didnt notice until she ignored me Thanking her as i left.I really was not going to post a review and just changed my club but i went here again after some time and got horrible service, i believe its time yall get my review!

There are a few other places I've tried, but this place has the most bang for your buck.The only place with a sign, sales, discounts, free samples, etc.  Why would anyone go anywhere else?

FWC is a very pleasant place to go to. It's clean, and bright, and all employees are friendly and very helpful.I was a new patient there and didn't know anything about cannabis. Every time I go in one of the wonderful staff educates me and explains how they work and which ones they would recommend. Overall I give it five stars as it's providing all the services that you would expect.

Friendly, and very helpful people in a safe environment. And the prices are excellent. I got a discount because I am over 65. I purchased a concentrated cannabis liquid to treat a skin cancer pimple. They have an enormous stock of products, something for everyone.  It is worth the drive you will not be disappointed!

Always friendly staff, my problem this time was the misrepresentation of discount for no sales tax.  If you have a senior discount, you cant have both.  This wasn't stated anywhere!

OMG they have a parrot in the waiting room. It was eatings seeds while I was filling out some paperwork. I think I made a new friend.New patients get 15% discount! Pretty good deal if you   want to get a variety of things to try out. I got the sour diesel (sativa) and it was pretty good deal for a mid grade flower. Also came across a bonsai nursery. I've been looking for one for a while so I'm glad I stopped by.

My far the best dispensary I've ever been to. I love it so much that I don't go anywhere else. And I'm ok to even make the drive. Best prices! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and definitely make you feel appreciated when you arrive and leave. I love that they have loyalty points and if you refer you also get awarded. To me this is why this dispensary is always busy because they know how to keep their customers happy. So this dispensary is good definitely but their prices are ridiculous per eighth, especially for what you are getting. They have a strain call " gorilla glue #4" right now that was not nearly as good as the " gorilla glue #4" from a dispensary called Northstar. The other messed up part to that is FWC charged $10 MORE per eighth. So Northstar had it for $45 per 1/8, FWC has it for $55 & their quality is lower. If you want to save money and still get amazing smoke and concentrates, Northstar is a better deal for sure. Hugs is good too.

This place is great. Great selection of buds and my favorite, wax. I have been going to All about Wellness over in midtown for a year now but think this will be my new spot. Prices are good and they have deals going on everyday. They also have a rewards program where you earn 3% back on everything you buy. It's cash only but my MasterCard only pays 1.5% back so still a good deal here. Parking is great here they even have 4 handicap spots. Place is very clean, professional and good size. They have a lot of staff and were able to handle things when the traffic picked up. I would highly recommend this place.

Awesome place!  This is my favorite dispensary in Sac. If your looking for some great product for good prices and helped by some great staff stop at FWC. I always have a good experience when I go. Excellent service and they have a cichlids tank and a bird in the waiting room.

Pretty great selection, great deals, cool people. They have a loyalty card that accumulates 3% of your purchase each visit- this really adds up! Safe location and everything, one of the nicer collectives in the area.

The place is great all around.  I called in and they were helpful, I came in to get clones and they had some very healthy cuts. The sign up process was easy and the lady at the front desk was super chill. Menu was super easy to read and the vibe was chill. Picked up some madman og and although I'm not a big fan of the earth piney type strains this one was nice and smooth. I will be back for sure.  Oh yeah and I got 15% off as a first time visitor.

Overall a great place to get cannabis. I live in Tracy but think it's worth the drive to come here for my medicine. I've had my doctors recommendation since 2005 and this place is my 2nd favorite place to go out of all the places I've been since then. Great products, great editable selection, cool products offered such as e-cig cartridges, inhalers, and more, high potency flowers. There isn't much to complain about here. All me experiences have been good ones. They have a great rewards program too. The only thing I think they can work on is maybe offering a few more flowers to their selection, some of their extracts are stored on wax paper which sticks to the paper and ends up becoming a mess, and the flower are mostly small pieces and almost shake. They take as much stem out of your flower purchase as possible which is awesome but it leaves behind a lot of small shake and pieces. Other then those few complaints, this place is a wonderful place to go. Never had any problems and I hardly experience a wait. Definitely suggest going here.

Best customer service I have had from any  club in Sacramento. Everyone there is really friendly! I'm super indecisive person and that usually can tick people off but everyone here is very Patient even with people like me. They have really good indoor and great outdoor prices. I suggest everyone go check them out!!

Started coming here about a year ago when I heard these guys were the best in sac, so I came in and was hooked by the awesome staff and great meds, plus it's located fairly close to my house! The fact that they pull out the stem when clocking your bud out says a lot to me as a patient- who wants to pay for firewood? Great dispensary bottom line.

This is my favorite wellness center in Sacramento. They have a beautiful green parrot by the entrance. Their infamous fist bump is very welcoming. Makes me feel like I am one of the guys hanging out. They have an excellent flower menu, with lots of selections to choose from. Love the Strawberry Tangi, the Girl Scout Cookies and the Khalifa Kush. Need some concentrates? They have amazing solvent and non-solvent at a very good price. Their edible selection is delicious. They carry pre-filled cartridges that is excellent for discrete medicating. They carry various clones and seeds for you patients with a green thumb (I don't lol). Still not amazed? I was but then they told me about their rewards program. Wow. Stop by and check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I used to go to fwc years ago when it was off south land park but stopped going due to it feeling like a club-club. Every time I went there were hoodlum looking guys with their pants sagging down to their knees, being rowdy, large crowds socializing & hanging out. I found out they moved closer to me off Freeport blvd & I still was apprehensive about the atmosphere & crowd being the same as the old location but I tried it & LOOOOOVVVVE IT! now it's my  favorite place to go to! I'm a faithful customer & will be sticking with fwc from now on, I'm so glad I gave them another chance. Thanks for the change FWC!See you soon :-D

Went there for the first time last week. I had all the proper paperwork and the registration was easy and fast. Inside it was very clean and organized. Security and front desk staff were friendly. Staff was super friendly, everyone gave fist pounds. It made me feel very welcome. Customer Service was great. Jacob was my bud tender. He explained a lot of products to me as well as how to properly eat some edibles. I got an 1/8 of Sour D, it was high grade good weed at a fair price $35. They have so many products I can't wait to go back and explore with some more of their edibles and strains. Thanks FWC!

Looking for something that was closer to south Sacramento when I found FWC. Super happy and friendly staff who are knowledgable of their products. Would highly recommend visiting if your in the area. And the new patient special makes for a good first visit.

Florin wellness is the place to be. Nice clean and always the best. Almost makes me forget there is any competition. Keep it up.

This dispensary is top notch, the staff and the security are very friendly and nice. The budtenders here are very cool and actually make sure you're having a good day instead of just thinking about your money you're bringing them. They take stems off when gathering your flower & I just think this is one of the best dispensaries in sac along with the their flower!

HANDS DOWN BEST DISPENSERY IN SACRAMENTO! !!! I have no idea where to start. The security guards are very nice and always outside, makes me feel safe! The receptionists are ALWAYS nice. I ALWAYS feel welcomed when I go in. *fist pound* Yes, i did finally catch on.  I feel relaxed in that BIG nice clean space. All the budtenders speak to you as soon as they pass you even if they are not the one helping you. They REALLY care here. They answer ALL my questions. I never feel rushed. I enjoy going to FWC. Its so far from where I live but I will drive far fo the REAL QUALITY bud and the great budtenders and all the other things they have liken.m. They are the ONLY dispensery I know of that has a reward system (GREAT IDEA) AND A daily newsletter. Whoever owns this dispensery is doing a damn good job to keep HAPPY customers. I recommend this place over ANY OTHER sacramento dispensery. I cant wait to go back! Thank you for making my experience a good one EVERY TIME!

Don't wear your hood if you just get out of the gym then go here because you were in the neighborhood. They will think you're a criminal and ask you to remove your hood.I literally walked in, and it was colder than outside, so after I gave the kind receptionist my ID, and she unlocked the door, there was a huge burst of wind and I started to get really cold, I was also still sweaty from the gym, and had cooled down so I was already struggling to stay at a normal temp.I walk in, after the lady verifies my information and passes me through and I put my hood on cause it was cold as hell.Afterwards, the ONLY budtender for 4 people in line wastes her breath telling me to take my hood off, because it is a security risk.Are you daft? I LITERALLY verified my identity, before entering, and was waiting on you to finish with a customer. And she decides to say "there are cameras, and the head of security doesnt like hoods." Bch I came to spend money so you guys can continue to overcharge people for stuff I can go to CC101 and get for cheaper smdh.If you dont want people to wear hoods, put a mf sign up so you dont seem to be discriminating against the only colored customer who was currently in your store.Get a better head of security, because after verifying my identity WITHOUT wearing a hood, it shouldn't be a problem. If I was a criminal, me wearing a hood at that point wouldn't do anything to stop me, so why even fking bother to talk to me about it? At that point, you're literally only badgering a customer. The cameras saw me come in, I gave my ID, then walked through the door, THEN put my hood on. You think I was trying to keep my ID secret to do some mischief? Lmao gtfo.This lady said "It is just a favor I do because he (head of security) doesn't like hoods being worn." But this sounded like a BS answer.Well, that favor lost you a customer. Thanks to your dumb unstated policies, I wont need to go the extra couple miles to FWC, I'll stick with CC101.

I didn't want to write this, but my experience with FWC post prop 64 is horrible. -Massive wait.-No discount for medical patients like the other dispensaries. Their excuse is something about eating taxes lol. -Their cannabis is not tested IMO. I saw nothing that indicated that their cannabis is safe. I thought all cannabis was supposed to be. I got mold spots and a brown center in my weed. See the picture attached.-The lemonhead I got was sold as top shelf. It is either garbage indoor or mediocre greenhouse from last year. The inside is brown and it is kind of harsh. Not what I expected for $100 /quarter. This was unacceptable. If you are a seasoned vet who is used to chronic buds and dank sauces for good prices then you will need to avoid this spot. Even in a pinch it isn't worth it. I was in a pinch and needed some flower and I paid the price. The buds and prices reminded me of Oregon's rec scene, but a bit worse. *barf*I will be sticking to the black market as the products are better and for some reason I can actually get stuff that has been tested for microbial content and pesticide residue. I expected more for the prices I paid. What I got would be around $25/quarter on the black market. Check the pic. It is some frosty, but old outdoor being sold as indoor and if it is some indoor then they need to pull it from the top shelf because it is some of the worst weed I have got in years.

One of the strictest smoke shop in town. Came in and it was pretty pack. Customer service was horrible felt like we were rush. It's not that exclusive here to be doing all that unnecessary service.

I have been coming to this location for several years. Never had an issue with anyone. Today 12.10.2020 the security guard told me that I had to go back to my car and put my pocket knife away. It was clipped on my pocket as it has been for every visit over several years of not mentioning anything. Normally I would understand but the guard has an attitude and starts describing his job duties to me while getting a bit irate. I would also understand that the company has a policy of no knives according to the guard. However, if the company was ACTUALLY worried about safety and weapons in their building they should have metal detectors. Anyone can walk in with a firearm, explosive, or blade concealed and they are perfectly ok with that. This reaction is purely visual and has nothing to do with safety but the impression of safety. The company does not care about the actual safety of its customers or it would have metal detectors to stop most so called weapons (pocket knives are tools not weapons). He told me I could put it in my vehicle and I told him I know that I can do that but I am not going to be manipulated by ignorant people and policies that achieve absolutely nothing. Second, anyone can be in a mask, underage, and grab their parents ID and get in to purchase their drugs (legal may it be, it is still a drug for now). I am not sure who the genius is that created this policy or hired the ridiculously ignorant guard but they should use more critical thinking skills when doing so. I understand I don't have to shop at Florin Wellness Center and as such I will choose to protest the stupidity with my dollars. Too many options to be forced into these kind of moronic situations. I know one person does not matter to the company in their profit margins but I spend several hundred dollars a month there. I am happy to give that money to other organizations. I am also happy to spread this word to all those I know about this situation. What a disgraceful act!!!

This is a establishment that I've been going to for years I went in and one of the employees forgot my tree and I came back and the girl was so rude she told me that I should go somewhere else where they have robots that don't make mistakes she should've owned that they forgot to give me my tree I left a tip and they never gave me my merchandise the security guard felt so bad that the girl had blown my hair back that he apologized for FWC being rude. Most of the time they never have what I'm looking for are usually go to sscc916 they have really good deals and prices and they have awesome customer service everybody is super nice and apologetic if they are incorrect.

Probably the worse club to come to in sacramento. They have limited choices and their pricing is way over priced. They sell the same strand and brand for $10 more than other dispensaries in sacramento. I've encountered this multiple times. If you want variety and not to be charged an arm and a leg don't come to this dispensary.

This is my neighborhood dispensary, so convenience is part of the reason I have frequented this place. My visit today is to be my last. I've encountered particularly rude and condescending service from multiply facets of the staff. Seeing as how I can get quality goods at many store fronts or delivery options, why would I go somewhere where I am treated poorly? The customer service experience is important to a middle aged gal like myself. I will seek out businesses that treat me like a valued customer. I'm one drop in the bucket, but pennies make pounds. If you're losing my business, I'm sure you are losing others. Good luck with that.

F DUB / Four Twenty / F W Not sure exactly how many times everything has changed with this medical despensary. Just know i've been going here since it was behind bel-air and it was one of the more exclusive medical wellness centers associcated with medical cannibus / alternative healing. Seems as things change in the industry FLORIN WELLNESS CENTER has been able to maintain a relaible attention to detail a devotion to informative knowledge and have been consistanly dedicated to offering the best THC x CBD based products available. Still think they should consider a sight transition over to "Freeport" Wellness Center as just about all other aspects of this club/center/collective have been altered. I might go here again. Mid 2021 recomendation FLORICAL infused pre-roll cones.

I have now shopped at the lemonade store a good nine times and so has my brother. The prices are completely insane and unfortunately the people there are not knowledgeable when it comes to edibles or strength of the flower. Every time I would go into the store I feel like I'm educating the person who is trying to sell me my medication. Having owned 2 cannabis stores in the past ( 5 years ago) I shouldn't be walking in to a sister cookie store and be given the complete wrong information when it comes on how to consume edibles, which are the strongest, which is sativa or Indica which blew my mind... they are never stocked their cases are usually empty, then the bud tender would recommend me something else that I already know unfortunately doesn't work for me yet he swears it does....so I end up having to buy some thing I don't want to I do not recommend this store I do believe the people there do need some training and knowledge about medicinal marijuana that is just my opinion... I shouldn't have to explain the difference between what helps with pain vs depression... and I always spend over $200... and they also don't even give you points so it's just a waste of money I'm out

This place has always charged more, I accepted that. But lately I've noticed that they run out of selection fast, and they have been closing early. Most recently I purchased an eighth from them, and it was short... By a lot. I called them to ask them about it, and when the manager came to the phone, he just hung up on me. I had an associate who has also received an eighth that was short. I suggest you weigh your product before you leave. They aren't trustworthy

Customer since 2014 Use to be the best but now is the worst They have closed multiple times before posted times as early as an hour before close. Charge 2-3X what other clubs less than 5miles away Charge for the same brand same quantity same quality Same strain. Sad to see how far FWC has fallin.

Kind of taking the fun out of dispensaries... one personal attendant at a time. Half the fun of going to clubs is wandering around and checking out the wares without somebody trying to guess what you want. I felt less pressured at the car dealership

I was happy to see a new dispensary open but don’t be fooled. This still Florin Wellness Center under a different name. Same management. I stopped going there because they would not honor an error by their front staff even with the documents for a discount. They also are always out of stuff. I wish we had another dispensary closer to Elk Grove.
