Great customer service here! Had a good experience with Stephen he was very knowledgeable and attentive!

Honestly the customer service here is terrible. The best thing about this spot is the security guards because when they have you waiting for 30-45 to just get inside you have someone to talk too. The workers here are always so low on energy. Seems like they don't want to be here. They have no team work ethic every time I ask a question they just point at one another.

Kolas is my "go to" dispensary when in Sac area. Easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces. Good security, you get buzzed in by a guard. Simple process, have your ID and if they're busy you wait in the bullpen. Once in, the store space is very nice. I'm an edibles guy so got some gummies and a liquid infused beverage. The person you get paired with is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. A great variety of cannabis products there too. I gotta try the granola stuff which sounded really good as well. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Sac area.

This place is the best around they always have good prices and good weed for the price I'm always in and out . Love the staff they are amazing and always in good mood

I got a vape cartridge and was told it was 95% THC. I should have checked but went with what the man told me. Just checked the package and it says 79%. On top of that, it's half of the size of what I usually pay $25 for and I payed $40. Don't go here! There are plenty of places with better and higher quality items for less money.

hey so can you guys get your business together and pay Darrin for the remodel work at this location , this has been going on for over a year now .  a payment here and there but can't seem to pay it and move on..  one year and still money is owed ,, total horseshit business

I have regularly come here. The prices and diversity are good despite not always having everything in stock. The issue is the management. Their customer service is atrocious. The manager asked if I was "explicit in my request" when I've order the same thing 3/4 of the last times I've come in and each time there was an issue. I repeated what I said back to and ask "if she thought my request was explicit enough, and if so what should i change next time." Monica proceeds to say I'm getting "snarky" despite staying respectful the whole time. Likely not coming back. This is the worst customer service from a dispensary I've ever seen. This monica person doesn't have basic customer service, how they are manager is beyond me.

If you ever buy a cartridge from this place make sure that you keep the packaging because if not you're going to get screwed if they sell you a bad cartridge. I bought a cartridge and didn't keep the packaging because I didn't think that they would've sold me a faulty Cartridge. So I spent $50 and it broke immediately after I attempted to use it and I cannot return it now because I do not have the packaging. What a waste of money to shop at this place. Don't waste your money. I will say that the manager tried to be helpful but without the packaging there wasn't much he could do.

Great service  every time I go there they are super helpful. I always them what I like and it's like there know what I like all the time. I am in my 50"s and they treat me with the up most respect they actually care of my wants and needs m. Thank you this is my new place I will always To

This used to be a spot with great deals and awesome bud tenders. Now its hyped up brand name priced gouged shrub shop. Its sad to see such a great club sell out. Bay Area brand with bay area prices ! Nooooo thanks !

Beautiful Store .. Reminds me of the stores in Las Vegas, Clean, Organized and Welcoming.   I went early in the morning and it was quick checkout .. Lindsey was super helpful in finding what I needed.   I'd recommend and return for sure

I was excited to get mine and my husbands herb from this store, it being Burner store but my experience was not as good as I'd hoped it would be. I purchased Gpen here and started getting the cartridges here as well almost on every occasion I would go home and it would not work. Not one worker cared or tried to make sure I was happy with the situation on the first occasion. Manager told me they had complaints on the cartridges I got not working on that brand I got. I was hoping they would make it right since this was an issue on more than one occasion by a discount or anything honestly but they switched it out and sent me on my way very rudely. I was completely not happy on the shitty customer service by management. One manager was going to give me a discount cause she understood my frustration and the other was rude as hell and said he wasn't doing anything for us and sent me on my way. I will never go here again!

Limited hybrid and 1-to-1 on the edibles. Store is nicely organized. Not a lot of brand options. Excellent service

First time here or any recreational dispensary and wow was I pleasantly surprised. From the security who answered the door to the guy who checked us in, everybody had great customer service and were very pleasant and helpful. They take you back after check in to the locked dispensary area. Casey greeted us with a smile and showed us around and explained in great detail what everything was and what it did. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products from the pens to the edibles, rubs and tinctures and the different uses. They also had an amazing stackable holiday sale where up to five items get an increasing discount up to 50%. Casey explained how you can use it for migraines which I've had all my life and I'm excited to try. She also explained how the THC helps so much in treating those horrible headaches. I'm excited to try and will definitely return! Thanks Casey and Kolas for a great experience!No picture taking inside sorry folks but it's a nice newly remodeled and very up to date, clean and modern place.

Austin the general manager was the most condescending and rudest person I have ever encountered at a dispensary. Would not recomend. Read all of the 1 stars. Supposedly getting the wrong item is a common occurence that they won't fix. The associates lack product knowledge and the customers are paying for it.Update. The products are defective. 2 of 2 didn't work

My husband and I are new to going to dispensaries. Kolas is the 3rd place we've explored, I gotta say they completely destroy the competition. The customer service is outstanding. Security made us feel welcome instead of unsettling upon entering, same with the check in. Our budtender Jovante was awesome! He was so helpful in describing the products, and listening to our needs. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped us choose what products best suited us. We're very happy with all of those products too.Also the deals and prices were exceptional. 5 Stars!

I came here on 9/7 to take a look at their flower selection because I heard it was really good ... not only did they not have 99% of their display my server Connor was very rude and didn't explain too well of their selection. He showed me the inventory they had... dear god, you either can't see it because of sealed bags or the ones you can see where a bit dusty...  But the cashier was a great person :) ended up walking out paying $72.00 for an 8th...

I have been coming to this dispensary for a while now so I thought I'd write a review. It's in convenient  location close to the Arden fair mall and has always had a huge selection of many different strains of flowers that can fit almost any budget.  I have tried many different flowers in different tiers and they are always spot on when it comes to pricing. They almost always have a $5 gram available as well unlike some other dispensaries in the area which you know they try to work with any budget, tax is even included in the price.  No matter the tier they have never let me down with the quality and they weigh it in front of you so you can see what you get. The staff is always friendly and polite and never too long of a wait either.

Cannot be combined with other offers.Just left disappointed by a manager's decision and NOT by any action or inaction of floor staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  Actually, this is the second and last time leaving Kolas feeling disappointed by a manager's decision as I will no longer make anymore purchases from there.I was not wearing a fricken favorite NFL attire because I don't watch sports thus not having a fricken favorite attire. Told the manager that the term and conditions did not specify wearing a favorite NFL attire was required. He referred back to the coupon's introduction banner about wearing an NFL attire. Told him that's the reason I'm there to make purchases was because I'm not into or watch football.  He would not budge so I confirmed one last time he would honor discount because I wasn't wearing NFL attire. Told him I will no longer spend my money at that store.Unbelievable.  Was i just discriminated for not being an NFL fan?

The staff were extra friendly and the venue is cute. The whole reason my friend and I came here rather than go to the establishment we frequent is due to the yellow store front, it looks so cool. Then we got inside and we were not impressed. The inventory is not very broad and the prices were high compared to other stores and delivery services. They didn't offer any 'first time' deals abs when I went to buy a pre roll it was $15 for 5% THC lol. Noooo. I will not be coming back, but the staff were nice.

they are racist, they don't understand sometimes people don't have the privilege of getting a ca Id/driver license made me feel uncomfortable including the security, I'm not going to get free weed, that's why I'm paying, id I showed is 100% legal, and made me feel totally discriminated!!!!

Love this dispensary!  I've been to several and Kolas definitely wins the 5 star prize! Great staff, excellent customer service,  amazing product!  And a 10% "wisdom discount" for those 60+.  I loved that my budtender  used that phrase, instead of senior discount!  And amazing prices!!!  It is the only dispensary that I return to over & over!

I went here today for the first time. I bought a cartridge that I'm hoping works... but as far as the  " free" one they gave me it does not work at all! I WAY RATHER have gone somewhere else for the first time patient where I can get a free gram or a cartridge that actually works . I won't be referring unless this is fixed . Also, I try and try to call and speak to someone and no one answers the phone . Very unprofessional .

The people are awesome and friendly. FASTER SERVICE than other places I've been by far.Good variety. Lady at the front counter is awesome. Highly recommend

When I first encountered the Bud Tender who'd be "escorting" me it felt cool like a personal shopper at Nordstrom's when your spending thousands. This feeling was misplaced here since the "expert" seemed to be inebriated on something other than weed. The sales floor consists of one basketball court size room with some dozen displays grouped by type ~4 for buds, few for pills,couple with edibles,etc. NOTEWORTHY : YOU CAN NOT TOUCH OR SMELL ANYTHING UNTIL YOU  BUY AND ALL SALES R FINAL.I've been a few times because personally I prefer edibles and   Dispensary's have better than the black market for them. Here's the problem at Kolas: EVERY VISIT TO KOLAS  I CAME TO BUY THE ONE I ENJOYED MOST FROM THE LAST TIME.ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK, in fact the inventory turns over weekly it seems.This legalization is supposed to make the whole process more acceptable.  I felt like a criminal with the sales guy in my personal space 100% of the time. When I asked why my favorites were out of stock, most  always THE KOLAS REP SAID " CORPORATE BULLS**TMAN!"And "THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY BRO, "He followed with what I haven't decided is either hilarious or so sad . "THESE F**KERS JUST WANNA BE THE WALMART OF WEED, ONLY LAMES WASTE TIME HERE." well I waste my time here too, offensive. ? After buying two NUG BARS(only flavor left, terrible) that bud tend guy gave me a number for his "plug"(pot dealer) and advised me to use that from now on instead of Kolas???????  Insanity rules here. One thing is clear is that if this is the future of weed , legal weed in CA I want to go back to the old days.  Legalization is coming because the  Drug War was lost

Came here get some CBD oil to help with my chronic pain after a car accident. I had never had CBD before so i wasn't sure what to get, but everyone was super friendly and very knowledgable on the products and helped me out a lot. They answered any questions I had and helped me make the right decision. They recommended the CBD gummies and once I had some my pain let up a lot. The aesthetic is also very nice, with everything displayed well. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Every time I came in I had A1 costumer service! Everyone there is super nice and helpful, it makes the experience great every time. They have awesome deals it's literally the only dispensary I go to. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait, but it is so worth it. If I could rate it 10 stars I would!

I have been going here for several years now and have watched them grow and improve. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable budtenders and more than fair pricing. They also offer discounts for Veterans, just show your VA card once and your discount is applied every time. I love Kolas!~

Rich is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He helped me choose the products that he thought would help me the most with my anxiety. CBD has been working wonders for me since I discovered it recently. They have sales for military members and that's a plus. I  was also able to sample some CBD infused balm to help with my husband's sore muscles.

I LOVE this place! The employees have vast knowledge of every product and are so helpful. Today, Steven was attentive, knowledgeable and completely what I'd want in customer service anywhere!  He listened, he helped me and knew exactly what products to show me, and never did I feel pressured, just educated.  I will definitely be back, this is a class act store. I used to really enjoy going here. Before they started selling recreational This past year things have really gone down hill. The employees are always completely different and less than helpful and prices keep going up. I used to know people by name and they knew mine now I feel like they could care less about their customers and I can't get out of there under $100 to get what I need. Time to find a new place to go!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Sacramento. They consistently have the best product at the best prices. What more could you ask for?

Husband baught something and it almsot killed me. They have no return policy so it's my fault for being allergic. I come in and spend well over 100 dollars a month and they can't make a 20 dollar return one time since the store opened. They have horrible customer service and no loyalty to customers.

This is by far my favorite dispensary, I absolutely love this place. Anytime I try a different one I kick myself because I always end up back here. There is never a long wait time, 5 min max, but it's rare you have to wait. The bud tenders all seem to know a lot about the different products and strains and are happy to explain it to you/ will even show you how to work it. Now to the bud... I LOVE even just the $10 a gram buds.. All the indicas I've tried have been fire, I can't rave enough about this place and recommend it to all my friends. If your wanting to try a new place go here

Went in yesterday for gummy candy and a few other things. Left with most of what I paid for. The budtender had zero clue about any of the products. Instead of asking someone who was knowledgeable about the products, instead he made stuff up and then when I get home the gummies weren't actually separate candys like he explained but a dish of gelatin. The bud that I paid for never made it in my bag. Thankfully the manager I called and spoke with is going to make that right. They may of just lost a long time customer due to the female manager rude attitude when I called today about my budtender giving false information about products. She just made excuses for him. Someone could really end up in a bad spot listening to him especially if he sells them something way too strong for them.

Great dispensary!!!! Give out coupons on your first visit. Unlike some dispensaries they don't rush you. They allow you to take your time and really enjoy the experience.

I have always had a good experience with this club, until today. I went and purchase some herbal medicine and then i paid and left. When went home and checked out the herb, i seen the medicine was under weight by scale. Once i seen this i decided to call the manager, and i told her what had happened. When she return to conversation after she checked the computer and said," well our scales are hooked up to our computers(which is not true) and it said you received a full gram". So basically im worng and their is nothing i can do. I am not returning to this business whom puts profits before patients.

Poor quality bud and horrible customer service. Bought $20 half gram of rosin that was totally undabbable and they have yet to give me any compensation for it. Will not be giving my business to this dispensary ever again.

I was having a pretty terrible day. Unfortunately my dog (aka mans best friend) has serious seizures.. I went to 4 vets who didn't want to see me and a suppose emergency clinic who was not excepting anymore emergencies for the day??? Idk. After being put through the ringer and my dogs health on the line I had no other option but to get her some CBD oil so I go to Kolas the closest one to me and AUSTIN helped me out, made sure he got me the best Vet CBD oil and comforted me through the whole situation to sympathizing for me and getting me exactly what I needed. Now my dog is slowly nursing back to her normal health. Thanks Austin!!

I freakin love this place!!! Everyone who works here is just awesome. They have great customer service skills, and they are so fast!!! They get you in and out ASAP, I've never had to wait more than a min or two! They are very attentive to what you are looking for, and I usually buy whatever they are suggesting, and I have never been disappointed! They also have a few specials, like 4 gram 8ths, but I'm not sure exactly when, I just get surprised on the right day now and then! They have a very wide range of products and flower, and the price range is huge too! You can spend a lot or a little, they only take cash but there is an atm in the lobby! I HIGHLY recommend this place!! ;)

My first time going in was great. Literally every single person I talked to was so nice. The receptionist, the security guard, the budtenders. And they knew exactly what they were talking about. Also the product. I got 3 edibles and 4 different strains. Everything was weighed perfect. It's a little pricy but you'll get what you paid for. The edibles are actually fairly cheap and taste AMAZING. Overall the best dispensary I have gone to. Would definitely recommend if in or around Sac.

If I could give them negative stars  I would.this club is Ran by crooks.I bought a platinum vape cartridge ,a gram  and went out to my car and it was a bad cartridge.i walked right back in not 2 mins after I bought it and the old lady who was supposedly in charge test my cartridge and said it was ok as long as I have it unscrewed all the way.i know this is crap because I buy these all the time and have never had a problem like this.i told her I wanted a new cartridge that works like it's supposed to and then she had me hold on while she got her boss.Then some kid who looks like he is fresh out of highschool comes out and says he's the real manager and that he can't do anything because they have a no return policy.So they stole my money And sold me a product that does not work and refuse to even exchange it for one that works.scamed by kolas crew of crooks, don't ever go here there are plenty of better clubs that will refund or exchange if there is a issue.STAY away from these crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received the best service from Ira the other day. Extremely knowledgeable of all products. I'm not someone that smokes or really eats edibles very much due to feeling extremely anxious after but after explaining that to him he recommended these delicious espresso beans! I'm writing this review for my father, a senior and veteran. He came here and received this dollar bill back as change. After asking for a new one he was told that was the very last dollar bill the cashier had and blew my elderly father off. I don't partake in cannabis, never have but I am outraged my father was treated this way. I've now began accompanying him when he goes for his cannabis because I am not familiar with this industry and don't want him to be taken advantage of again.

Make sure you're being charged right! Had an order that was $35 and there was a 2 dollar charge for using card. My card was charged $42. Was told I'd receive change but didn't and thought maybe it was going back to my card. Nope.

Okay first off, I usually steer far from dispensaries to get my weed. I have just had a bad time with customer service, prices, and lack of info on stuff I purchase. This all changed when I came to lemonade for the first time. I pull up to Lemonade's location in Arden. It was my first time there and it was easy to find. There was ample parking so I did not need to wait for a spot. I was greeted by the security guard outside. He was very pleasant and told me what do to when I entered the building. I was taken back by his friendliness since I usually get the opposite treatment at the previous places I have gone.When I finally get inside the main room I was greeted by my budtender, Chris. Chris was super helpful and kind, showing me what was in my price range and did not make me feel bad about only spending 20 bucks. He was very attentive to my needs and I did not have to repeat myself about what I was there for. After picking out my selection, he walked me to the counter and said "it was great helping you out today". Needless to say, I left Lemonade with a huge smile on my face and I will definitely be coming back.Thanks, Lemonade!And thanks, Chris for making my experience memorable.

Gave me the wrong item and didn't want to swap it for the right one . They tried to round up my purchase price charging me more but I caught it. Less than 4 minutes had passed between the time I paid and I opened the stapled bag but not the product itself. Not a friendly place. Not coming back. Waste of money the item they sold me looks exactly like the one I wanted but one is .5 and the other is 10mg. Customer service skills suck here.  Stick to Kolas.

Got scammed here for the Christmas weekend Pre Ordered a promotional quarter But instead they  put an eighth of that strain in the order . Called and the man in the front told me to come back and they will fix it . I did not open the packages . The lady with the short black hair and glasses , said to me "you paid for it right , so unfortunately the way we do things here I can't make any exchanges after you pay". They don't care if you didn't open the package . She also explained that it was their mistake , but she couldn't help me. Be careful ordering online from here .

Coming from Denver this place was reasonable priced and had a very nice selection! I really enjoyed the flower samples that you can look and smell from. I haven't seen anything like it! They also have a large variety of other products. The staff was great and very helpful and kind. The owner was a little rude though. He asked me to go stand in the gutter ? for a smoke shop he seemed a little judgmental. But overall the place was great!
