Extremely rude staff. I spent thousands of dollars there and the staff behind the counter is just extremely rude when asked any question at all. Just annoyed you even thought about asking what the cross was. Or any simple question.  Also they list different pricing then what they actually charge just to get you in the door. Watch out here. There are many many other places and delivery services that are happy to serve you with a smile and will actually be cheaper.

This is my 2nd time there. First time customer service was fine. Product didn't work for me but thought i would try again.  The second time was horrible. She acted like she would rather be anywhere else but helping customers, not very helpful in suggestions for what I was needing,  and a bad overall attitude. Their prices are $10 higher than the package and website states!!!  Don't think I will go back!

Good vibes, good tree, good edible collection, good vapes. Can't tell you about about the concentrates but the tintures hit. Really the only place I go. Convenient location not sus at all. It's easy to find parking covered area to wait in line, a bit dangerous coming in from the street, however, if you're coming from the freeway skip the first turn and use the second(Connie to frienza to albatross way) it's much safer. If you're coming from Ethan way u can probably use albatross just fine. Trust me there always wrecks. On another note I don't look for discounts or ask hella questions... seen some of the complaints and bad reviews, I've never felt like the bud tender we rude or anything and I'm a hard ass curt mf. I never felt like I was paying too much either, however, there's a mil discount that I receive so yea... if you can help it at all go during non rush hours. I say that but even in long lines the waits never unbearable like a few places in the area. 4 stars cus there's always room for improvement but straight up and down this the spot and I can't tell you what they're doing wrong or inefficient cus I can't see it. ‼‼‼TERRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVEN HERE! Told the budtender I wanted a FULL gram cart an as I was about to purchase one I saw another one that had a preroll attached as part of a deal for $54. So of course I got the better deal the budtender wasn't doing his job correctly an failed to inform me that it was HALF GRAM not a FULL after I had already stated I was looking for fulls. It's a honest mistake it happens you know so I tried to exchange or get a refund to buy a full gram cart and when I asked for help they were so rude to me treated me like I was uneducated the way they spoke to me then I asked to speak to a manager an she was even worse! NEVER COME HERE‼‼‼‼

First time here and the last time. I walk in the back where everyone is not helping anyone as soon as I get close I'm yelled at to wait until I'm called only to be called on the way back to the standing point. Other guy says he'll help me then tries to talk down to me. Rude as fuck and I won't be fuckin back !!!!!!

Yup 3 stars is about right.  Friendly, safe, clean, nice selection.  OVER priced.  I noticed they seem to be $5-10 over the competition with the same products.  They are the Raleys of dispensaries.  I only shop here when the competition is out of stock on my brands.

First timer yesterday! I'm very grateful  but "Club hopping" it seems like "upselling " production isn't there. Everyone under 25 (as always ) seems to just think weed sells itself , I wanted and wished I was more informed or offered "freebies " any additional experiences or preferences or conversation piece outside of just asking what I do for work ( Try asking my name or my day or something new ) didn't happen. My guy was nice but I would push hard flirt with curtesy & sell yourself on a regular despite COVID, slowly the dispensaries around the Watt ave El Camino locations are pushing me to Drive to the South Part of Sac ! AWFUL IM A ROSEVILLE LATINA WOMEN LOL

I would not go here unless you want to be verbally harassed by Vincent B. about your personal life Shamed me for my job choice and was rude the entire time while getting everything I needed. My second time here and I wont be back for my own safety :) Too bad though they have a lot of choices props for that but outrageous customer service.

This was my go-to spot since it's the most convenient, but has recently become the most unreliable. The last 2 months I have received a handful of bad cartridges, and keep having to drive back to replace. This place is the most expensive in Sac County, they NEVER have sales or loyalty to long-term customers, and half their products are defective. After spending thousands here the last couple of years, you would think they could compensate me somehow for having to drive back multiple times for being sold bad cartridges, or you know, just being an incredible customer who comes once a week or has given them so much referral business. Let's not even talk about the dude with the hat who checks I.Ds, this dude has NO PERSONALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. I will literally walk in and say, "Goodmorning sir, how's your day?", and he will deadass look me in the eye and not acknowledge me. This has happened so many times to me and my friends, it's unsettling and so disrespectful. You need a fresh, smiling face at the front. Not some miserable man who won't even say hi to your customers who are literally talking directly to him. IM DONE HERE.

These guys are greedy price gougers!I went in to refill on the pills as I can smoke due to asthma.They offered the worst brand of gel caps in a 20count for $140!  Used to sell for $30. They blamed it on the recent law change for taxes.Yet I was able to buy a papa and Barkley 30 count bottle at a competitor for $75 the next day.  I used to pay $60 for this bottle and it went up only slightly due to the law.These guys are ripping you off big time.

I've come here for about a year now but not anymore. The staff is extremely rude. The security people outside have always been nice and no issues there but once you're inside it goes downhill fast.The guy who checks you in won't say a thing to you and won't make eye contact so your left wondering what to do.Then once you're buzzed in to go in the back good luck the pressures on. If you don't know exactly what you want then you're not welcome here.The tenders pressure you to get in and out even though there was only 3 other people in the entire building besides me. They are not helpful what so ever! I came here about a month ago and one of them was so bad I quit coming here for a month. I came back today and got that same budtender. I thought maybe he had a bad day last time. Nope, he was just as rude, off putting, and is the worst sales person ever. I know I've been in sales for 25yrs and it's about helping people understand the products and explaining the options. He didn't care at all. I looked on my receipt and his name is Alex G.If he was my employee he'd be fired immediately. It's obvious the management doesn't care about reviews either or customer service. They're yelp page is "unclaimed". Do not give these people your business. There are much better places around.

I just went to get an ounce of weed and even though it was listed on the board I was informed they were out of that weed. Then I asked for a different ounce of weed listed on the board and later found out it they had none. I asked why are these listed on the board and now the board is blank? I was told by the man in the back that he'd getting ready to go home. The same man couldn't give a sh** as he smelled at me not giving one damn about not doing his job. I advise all people beware of this place because the man in the back indies took care and is full of sh.**!!!!! I'll never go back there with people that don't cats about giving good customer service. Again beware of 1641 because of their poor attitude not giving a damn about their loyal customers.

The product I received did not match the display the gentlemen showed me at all. Very disappointed in this place. Fed will not return.

WORST CLUB!! - First off management doesnt have a clue on how to hire competent , knowledgeable, personable staff. Nothing but rude young kids who have no clue what theyre selling or care to. These are NOT budtenders but merely cashiers who have no clue how to make sales or advise patients on certain products for what they are seeking. Angelica is one of these kids that doesnt have a clue. RUDE and arrogant and i doubt she would speak to people the way she does if she wasnt behind that counter. I can tolerate ignorance but not disrespect and i DID let her knowSO if youre into being buying an overpriced product from an incompetent  Staff then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU -AND ASK FOR ANGELICA

New Owners. I'm happy to give this place my business as it closed for a brief time. Their edible selection is by FAR the best selection in town with good prices! Using their express order system is awesome because of Weedmaps. Haven't had a error not once.

First timer. Inside staff wasn't the friendliest. Prices with tax is pretty weird and you get state taxes after... got ID twice for some reason. I wouldn't be coming back for sure.

This place is nice inside, and the staff makes you feel comfortable. The lady who helped me out was very knowledgeable.She gave me a website to understand the different  ratios of CBD- THCI was very impressed my first visit. Will be back again.

First time inside was very nice, greeted by nice super chill dude. Friend brought me in and said give 1841 a chance cause I always go to Perfect Union across the way, but let me tell you I won't  be returning due to the very beautiful Latina girl with an incredibly awful snappy attitude. I silently gave her 3 chances to change it, yet she continued. Will happily keep my business at Perfect Union across the way. I hope they know the time we are living in is extremely stressful so the employees in some way are the gateway to happiness, and it just takes one to ruin the entire trip.

This place is a rip off! I paid full price ($130 and tipped the guy a couple bucks) for 2/3 of the product. I spoke with a manager to see if they would rectify the problem. Nope. Asked if I could get a credit on my account for next time I purchase there.  Nope! So I will never purchase from them again! They were not helpful and quite frankly, the worst place to purchase cannabis products. It's a rip off!!!

When I first started going here prices were ok and they actually had a selection. Now it's very high priced and many times the menu does NOT match selection in store. Frustrating if you're going in for something specific. They also need to set up pre-order, it saves a lot of time and you're not surprised at your total when checking out. It's really close, so more than likely I'll go back.

This place is decent and professional. There's a security dude always posted up in the front ready to buzz your ass in. The front desk peeps are chill and professional. The wait is not crazy, it depends on the days and times you're trying to pop in. The bud tenders are for the most part knowledgeable depends on who you get that knows their stuff. They're always friendly and attentive. They seem to be honest cool people I've seen them be very professional. The employees must be chosen wisely here, which is good. Products are good quality and the price is pretty fair compared to other places. Haven't found a safer , more professional and clean place that has great staff and product. Completely honest opinion from a consumer and soon to be yelp legend. Bought a Heavy Hitters vape pen with a strata cartridge and it's been a hit  no pun intended. Anyways pic down below.

This place has a wide variety of products, especially edibles. Their vegan Khana brand edibles are my faves. All of the employees I've encountered have been incredibly kind, from security to the budtenders. You can search their menu online and even order before you arrive so the process is quick and easy. The only downside is that they are cash only and they only occasionally have specials - which you won't know about until you go in. It's my favorite dispensary in Sacramento, hands down.

The staff at El Camino is so rude I've been coming here since I've opened and I just got kicked out because a little short scrawny bitch is got a attitude I will never be back at this fucking store I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else in El Camino you can go fuck yourself

This was my first visit to this club. Very disappointed! They have no specials, no bonus days, nothing for first-time patients, and they are using the TAC numbers to artificially inflate their THC numbers. They do not include the excise tax in until the very end so you don't know how much it will be. They also use bait and switch tactics. The cannabis in the jar looks great, but the one in the jar you get is nothing like what they showed you. So sad! WHAT A RIP OFF! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! There are way too many other dispensaries with cheaper prices than here! This was my first, last, and only time going to this garbage dispensary! I wish I could give 0 stars, but that's not an option.

Product seems to be good here.  Customer service not as good.  Gave me the feeling that they were happy to tell me they were out of a certain product.  Had trouble keeping the attention of the bud tender.  He kept staring at some girl in the background.  Not very professional.

Wore my MAGA hat in to buy some overpriced dried up weed from these fools. Felt like a criminal. My bud tender was short with me and it was not an enjoyable experience. I'm sorry you fools hate our country and our President, I'll never be back!!!

Pretty decent place and great location with a lot of parking. After getting through security and you walk inside it looks like a fancy hotel and they offer you water and snacks while getting checked in and waiting for the bud room. The staff is friendly and it's always busy but if you're willing to wait it's worth it.  The bud quality is pretty good and the selection is decent but not as wide of a selection as other places but everything they have is good quality. They have never let me down with the quality.  They seem to have events going on almost all the time with specials and food trucks , raffles and almost everything you can think of which is cool and not like other places I have been to. The only reason I had to deduct a star is because the bud is pre packaged and I'm not really a fan of that however, when I get home and slap it on the scale it does weigh out.  This place is a bit newer and the building has definitely been updated since the last dispensary had the place. Since its in such a convenient location, and with nice bud I hope they stick around.

When I went they were out of everything.  I got the last bag of gummies.  It is a very nice place.  Checking in at the front was painfully slow.  They are conveniently located for me and I would go back to see what they have.

Went here about a week ago for the first time.I will say I was impressed with the waiting room and selection...But the reason I gave it a 3 star rating is because while I picked up 3 hi fi bars, and one of the whoopi and maya whipped cocoa, my bill was about $97. Holy schnikes. I went out to the car after, my boyfriend asked to see my goods, and was shocked I paid as much as I did. By the time we realized I might have been overcharged, we had already made the drive back home. Unfortunately I wasn't given a receipt to double check.

Been formulating this for a while. History: I started giving these people my business when they were medical only over off of Power Inn. I was super impressed with how friendly the front desk was and how helpful the budtenders (especially Arizona) was. When they moved, I took my business to the new location.After a few months, things went decidedly south. The budtenders seemed to not give a shit about the customers. These uninformed (and often super high) people would outright lie to you to make a sale. I had enough after about the third time of receiving the wrong product.I stayed away for a while and came back to see if it was better...AND IT WAS!!!!!I still feel like they should have more information on the strains available to share with the customers. Being able to access Leafly while in the store would be super cool.I'm VERY happy with the current selection. I like beverages and they have consistently had LEGAL brand beverages in.If you had a bad experience with these folks, give them a try now. Lincoln is awesome and a friend. I still see Arizona, but she spends most of her time behind the scenes...I would love it if she went back behind the counter.

These guys have always been awesome to me.I had a defective vape pen and they swapped it out without any hassle at all. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and wait times are almost nothing.I do miss the lobby snacks and freebie promotions, but I guess new laws limit customer loyalty perks.

First off I will NEVER be going back to this club. $200 for less than an oz is absolutely horrible.  I arrived at 8:15 with enough time before closing and was still rushed and given the wrong product. I didn't realize until I got home that I asked for gran daddy purple and got grape smash instead. They should rethink their hiring process if they are going to be hiring people like Lucinda L. To be their budtenders.

My favorite dispensary in Sacramento.Best prices and service period. They've got 100mg edibles from $12! They are friendly to my Dog and I, in the front and back, even the security guard remembers us every time we visit. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT KOLAS ; OR THE OTHER PLACES IN SAC. First off the budtender made me feel hella like I was bothering him by wanting to see/smell the different flower. Sorry but if I'm spending 30plus I need to know wat I'm getting cuz sum of the stuff they got is hella overpriced when I can go to the hood and grab the same stuff at a waaaaay cheaper price.Then the flower he showed me was nice dense buds but the flower I got was little baby popcorn buds and it was in a black box so its not like I could see that which i thought was hella shady the animal punch was in a bag so I could see it was nice buds. So in all I got 2 8th the animal punch and the dosido.. (I posted a pic to show u why I'm kinda confused) Animal punch Indica was was 25 an 8th and in the bag.... dosido Indica was 30 an 8th in a jar in a black box... why the animal punch the fire??!!!! Like really come on get it together!!! So 70 bucks later I got a fire ass 8th @25 and ok shit@30   with wat 15 bucks or so tax damn... I'm unimpressed

Very friendly staff. Good selection. This was my first despensary experience. And everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. They really took the time to show and educate me. Ill definitely return.

Meh, bud tenders were alright. The security guard and front desk guy were nicer. Bud tenders were not the most attentive. Left a bit disappointed - paid $12 for a measly little preroll. They don't have offers for first time patients anymore either. Apparently that's according to state law now, but I know other places still have them. I doubt I'll return here.

***beware*** I don't think this is a legit dispensary - they don't accept recommendation letters from licensed California doctors. You should know you don't have to pay for a card. A recommendation letter from any licensed California Doctor, who is treating you for a condition, is all you need.I presented my California ID and recommendation letter and the security guard came back and told me they won't accept the letter. He gave me a referral card to 420 med evaluations and said I needed to pay to get the card. Nope don't need to pay someone else.2 stars - there was lots of parking.

Man I really liked this place but not anymore. Went there tonight and the security guard "J" or John asked me what I was getting and I said oils. He's like I can get it for a way better price and I stupidly agreed. He gave me stuff that looked like complete amateurs made. No quality, no care, and old taste; like black goop. I should of just got stuff inside. I don't know if the owners are aware but he's pretty much stealing business right outside his front door and I won't be back.

Good selection, prices are comparable to any other shop. Front staff is not friendly (to me at least) back staff is somewhat friendly and knowledgeable. They can give generic recommendations (I've never gotten more info than sativa or indica). They often say I like this one but don't elaborate on why. I'm not bashing the place cause it's alright and it's close but at the end of the day it does nothing to separate itself from any other dispensary and the staff is whatever.

Sketchy head shop so I don't know what else I was expecting, definitely the driest weed I've ever recieved at a dispensary. Literally looked like oregano when I grinder.

This was a great place back in the day, might still be a great place.  But I just called to confirm a product was in stock that they had just update online and it's not there. That's perfectly fine. What is NOT fine was the rude ass tone when some dude answered their phone. "Nah we ain't got it man I don't know what you saw but no. No I can't go look I'm busy, we ain't got it right now." Then hung up on me...   You have me ****** up man I'm nicely calling to spend my money with your place of business for that bullshit treatment.  Not cool. I don't care if you just said you looked. Or said sorry thats out of stock can I help you find something else.  I've gone there for 5 years and never had some punk disrespect me like that.

Great service and friendly faces every time. Plenty of budtenders, so you don't have to wait around all day. They have a good selection of products too. My new favorite shop in Sacramento!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! My first experience with them was horrible! They are very good at discriminating! The girl that was helping me told me I was not allowed to smell any of the buds,  the person next to me was smelling the buds all he wanted. I mentioned why can he smell and I can't she laughed in my face and said "my boss doesn't allow us to do that, idk why she is not fallowing the rules"   After she discriminated and treated me differently I told her I won't be doing business here. I left to find the boss. The boss told me I was allowed to smell the bud. And it's allowed. Oh and did I forget to mention it's like she didn't want to show me any of the flowers, it was to much work for her to bring the buds out. They are clearly very Unprofessional and rude. And not to mention they are very very expensive. There are a couple dispensaries right in the area. You are better going somewhere else. Discrimination is not OK at a time like this.

Have never been involved in anything like this before. First visit first everything in terms of MMJ. Anyway Lucy was very friendly and very helpful with recommendations. She gave me a quick tour of the selections and varieties and explained the differences as well as dosage explanations. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the amazing first experience!-Chase

No more $10 grams. I have not been in a couple years I was surprised at the prices. I will never buy from 1841 again. I paid $19.32 for a half 1/8th. I asked for Gelato, she repeated it back to me I said yes. They put the weed in a bag. When I left I realized she have me the wrong strain Blue Sky. What is up with that they weren't even busy. Never again waste of money

This is by far my favorite place!! I have severe anxiety but no matter how much anxiety i have, when i pull into 1841, i feel relief because i see friendly faces who make me feel so comfortable. I tend to get a lil weird but they don't judge me. I always walk in and out with a big cheesey grin because EVERYONE from the security guy at the front door to the Georgous blonde behind the counter make me so relaxed and happy. Thank you so much to you all for making my day, everytime i come in, i better day.

I purchased a Heavy Hitter cartridge for 60, stopped working half way through, and they refused to honor thier product, nor allow me to pay for half of the new replacement (because half of my cartridge was gone). So I ate the cost of thier component failure, and they were just too happy to screw me for 30 bucks, with zero concern for a 240 dollar a month medical expense. River City Phoenix on the other hand, is amazing, and they do honor their products.

OKAY ON A REAL NOTE, this is the best muthafuckn dispensary in all of Sacramento. Fuck RCP lol with their expensive ass. It was my first time coming here and wow im legit in shock. First of all they have the most spacious parking lot thats gated aka secure AF. The waiting room is sooooooooooo fuckn nicely decorated and relaxing feels like ur at a yoga class. Also they have a bomb ass selection of honestly everything from waxes to cartridges to edibles and if ur into that CbD movement they got that shit too. The bud tenders are so helpful and informative. I received a free sour D pre roll for being a first timer which was cool. ANYWAYS, yall need to go here u wont regret it.

Today I visited for the 2nd time. Now i was traveling the last 6 weeks in other legal states and visited 2 dispensaries in each state. Comparatively,  I like "mine" the best. Ive been to quite a few here in the bay area as well as locally. So far 1841 has it in spades. From the secure parking area to the unobtrusive lobby a girl feels safe. Once you enter the selling floor, you are greeted by one of their knowledgeable staff.  Huge selection of dried herbs but im into the vape pens, and boy do they have a great selection of cartrages. I havent had better product in any other state or dispensary.  Since i TRY to keep my use for sleep, its nice to be able to change it up for recreating with like minded friends.  Also, and more importantly,  they have CBD tinctures, topicals, as well as a delicious selection of edibles. Overall I truly believe that the owner and staff care. My first visit i explained my needs and my desired method of ingestion.  They listened and set me up with the proper equipment and medicine.  They are great. Just go, you'll be glad you did!!

Very disappointed with a recent experience here. I had been coming here for several months and had always been impressed with the quality of the products and the knowledge of the bud tenders. However, I have to change my tune. I referred my mom, who is a cancer patient that uses CBD to treat her pain. She is not comfortable smoking/vaping her meds so she relies on tinctures and edibles. She gave the budtender all of this information and was sold what she was told was a high-CBD low-THC tincture. When she got home, she opened the package and found a syringe full of liquid! Neither of us had ever seen a tincture or edible in a syringe before and there were no instructions on the unit. She called to ask wtf they sold her and they told her it was product for a vaporizer, which she doesn't even have and had let the bud tender KNOW when asking for recommendations for a product at the time of purchase! They hurried her off the phone basically saying too bad, so sad you wasted $80. Obviously this place doesn't care about the REAL medical marijuana patients, cancer patients who aren't trying to catch a buzz but are trying to alleviate their pain and nausea. Way to go. If you are a medical marijuana patient, I suggest you go to All About Wellness on 19th st or A Therapeutic Alternative in east Sac, where she has received excellent care in the past.

Best place dispensary around! I've been to a couple around Sacramento and this shop seems to be the cleanest and most professional one yet. The crew is so well educated and helpful every time I come in and their selection is awesome! I spoke to a girl named Erika recently and we discussed my reason for using cannabis and because she was sharing the same problem as I, she walked me step by step through her self medicating process. She even taught me a lot of things I didn't know! This place is also the best place to get cartridges. They have such a variety that most places don't have. Also, they send out texts for daily deals. Sometimes they are giving out free items or huge discounts and sometimes they even match what you buy for free! If you live in Sacramento, you must stop here!

I am 62 and a cancer patient I have a state card I am suppose to get a discount more than two dollars they never have what I need and bud tender always rushes you went to another club and got a 1/8 of great indica for 38$ 7$ discount

Haven't tried the medicine yet- just left and all I've got to say is this place is absolutely stunning!  People are very professional and knowledgeable about their products and their products look and smell wonderful.

The communication at this place is horrendous, don't bother coming here! I called to see if they had what I was looking for and they said they did to I went. Twice I was denied entrance first because they didn't let me in 30 minute before there posted close time, and second because they don't accept medical ID. Instead they want you original paper work from your doctors which is bullshit! I don't carry that around because my ID is accepted everywhere else, lastly they bait and a switched me saying they had what I wanted only to find out that there no more! So f these guys they suck!!

Just recently returned to this place after having had mix results my last visit. And I'm definitely glad I did this time around it wasn't as crazy and people in the back were knowledgeable about the questions I had. Even picked up a cool rig.Great meds ,concentrates are bomb! Will be coming back.

I love to go to this place its the closest to auburn and it makes you feel safe there but i was wondering why its closed No notice just plain closed The phone rings  even a answer machine but no word on why there closed

Used to come here all the time great meds great prices or I thought went back again they raised their prices but there too high go back to your old price went to buy a gram a day ago it's 25 today it's now 40 who prices stuff don't sell it to your customers for one price then go up almost double its not worth it too many other clubs with so much better for the same price

My first time at a dispensary and the most amazing experience. Very professional staff and customer service is awesome. A blond girl helped me pick out all the scripts I needed and results are perfect. She introduced me to Kali Extracts and I love it. Highly recommend I'm going back

I find this business to be very professional and comfortable considering the circumstances. There is security before you can even enter the building where you provide your information, you enter the locked door and are hit with friendly signs that remind you to keep your phone away. Oh, did I mention the free snacks available? The waiting room is very nice, with a comfortable atmosphere. When you present your information a second time to the front desk, you wait your turn to go into the dispensary room. Some people might not like having all the steps in the process to actually get in to the medical area, but I find it to be comforting. It's that extra attention to security and detail that I appreciate. All the employees are extremely helpful, they take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want.. No rush. Prices are similar and comprable to other dispensaries , but there is something about this place that keeps me coming back. I also appreciate the fact that they stay open until 9 as well. Lots of CBD products, which is my need, will continue being a customer for that reason.

Do not buy any of their clones. They are infected with spider mites.

I went here on December 18th in the evening, and bought over $100 worth of medicine. They forgot to put two of my items in my bag, (Kiva blueberry terra bites) and I called them immediately. I left a voicemail, and then called again the next day. The woman I spoke with acted as though I was lying and said someone would call me back. It's been two weeks and I've left messages but it seems they aren't answering their phones at all or even returning calls. I drove a good distance to get my medication and I am hesitant to drive all the way back as no one has returned my call to confirm I can get my products or my money back. This is a really poor way to run a business, I work in a small family owned retail shop and if I treated my customers they way 1841 treated me as their patient, I would be run out of business. I really hope someone reaches out to me about this, because they have good products, but overall I feel completely ripped off.

I have been here many times, I am a fan of the express take out. It is a great service to offer! Although I have placed at least 4 orders in the past few months and when I get there I am told that they are out of what I ordered only once did they call me to tell me this as I was in my way. The bar room staff totally friendly , the reception is a hit or miss. The product is good and priced decently. The location is great , but I am weary of using their express order. Check them out overall it is a good place

I've been to every dispensary in Sacramento and I have to say I have the BEST. First off the Security is very precessional. Second the Redhead reception girl is AWESOME. She was so nice and kind and understanding of my pain. Just her smile alone made me feel so much better. She knows how to make everyone comfortable while you wait. The Budtenders were great and knew the products. Management is top notch. They run a tight crew. Parking is out of this world. This place is GREAT. I give this place my highest rating. Oh and the prices are to die for. Check it out. Best time to go is after 1pm on the week days and mornings and the weekends.

I have to say I really like the feel of the place and was very pleased with the quality of product and the variety. That all being said I was greeted in the lobby by a frantic receptionist who kept calling for another staff member to assist her and then I waited unreasonably long to check out in the bud room (close to 20 mins) considering there was only 4 or so people ahead of me. It was not busy in there at all so I couldn't see the reason for the chaos. Overall a good quality dispensary.

If your looking for alright quality with standard price, look no other. I know they are new, but they do not have much selection for flower and not much variety. I'm sure they will get getting lots more soon. Service is cool, just hope they get better quality and variety soon.

Best Dispensary if ya ask me. Been to many of em and this is the most comfortable by far. Treat thier patients with love and prices are lower than most other spensaries. And i got the best clones here! BEST CLONES! and house wax is great.

It's like an edgy hotel spa. It's nice and I felt comfortable immediately when walking in, security guards are awesome and it's gated so it felt secure. After check in I met the bud tender and he was extremely helpful and kind. For the life of me cannot remember his name but he was perfect. Will definitely be back.

This is, sorry, WAS...THE WORST dispensary in all of Sacramento. It was super expensive, the owner herself was super bitchy to her own staff, and now to no one's surprise, their license was REVOKED. Some people just weren't meant to be in business and just had to learn the hard way.

Great service!!!! Went with my brother and got some amazing cacao and churros. Definitely would recommend that you bring your recommendation papers since this is a legitimate business. Overall great service and helpful staff.

If you want to be treated as a loyal customer, this is not the dispensary for you. I come to this club every week and spend over $100 each time. Recently my wallet was stolen so I called before coming in to make sure I could use my passport as an ID. The receptionist said yes. When I arrived with my CA rec and passport, I was denied at the door because my passport was "from Germany". Yes, my birthplace is, in fact, Germany (on an American military base) but it is a valid United States passport nevertheless. He said they only accept CA issued passports. Not wanting to argue the fact that passports are issued by the federal government and not by state, I thanked the man and walked away. Soon after I called the front desk to speak to a manager regarding the issue. The receptionist denied my request and began explaining CA law. I interrupted her as I wasn't arguing the law, but their employees understanding of the law and of passports. She repeated herself with an annoyed tone. Again, I went on that I'm not calling to talk about the law! Keeping my cool, I told her I understand that she's not in charge and to have a good day because at this point I gave up. That's when I realized she had put the phone down and stopped listening... who does that?!?! After about a minute she picked back up and said she had "important patients" to get to and asked for my number to have management call me later. I asked for her name and she angrily repeated herself. So I gave her my number and asked again for her name. She hung up. Hey management, still looking forward to that call!

This place is definitely  in my top 5 in town. The building and parking is spacious and the waiting room is welcoming with awesome snacks while you wait to go into the back. Front desk and budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Budtenders are seriously the nicest and most patient people to talk with (I've seen some budtenders at other locations treats  members like a assembly line and send you on your way, these guys don't do that) This place has a lot of variety of oils and edibles, would love to see the flower selection expanded just a tad though. They also have a nice pipe collection for your meds. (Would also like to see glass jars on sale too) security is nice and all around good vibes.

Used to be 1841 El Camino, now under new ownership, called Horizon.  Was a pretty good dispensary.  Now, not.  Poor quality products along with the high prices.

The lobby is very inviting a very different experience than I have ever had at a club. The staff is smiling and knowledgeable. The bud room is like a really nice night club. The flower and selection are great. I like the location and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely come back.

The wife and my first time there. They are very clean and the people who work there are very nice. My wife acted a little naïve with the guard outside the door, but it was funny how she was. She's never smoked in her life, but she got cream for her hands and when she got home she put it on her hands and they feel wonderful. Best thing we got two free joints. Right on! But I would refer this to everyone who needs medical issues.

II was very upset about a experience I had here but they fixed the problem and better then I expected. I am very happy because I liked this club before and now I like it again. Thanks for resolving my issues guys.

Super nice people!  Good donations and flowers.  And definitely call for daily specials.  People know what they are doing there.

So im not really sure what to think of this place yet. They have great products, and when my vape pen broke after having it only a short time they were kind enough to replaced it, but the girls at the front desk are sooo rude!!They barely greet you and then ignore you the entire time you are waiting while all the time chit chatting with each other about inappropriate topics. I mean I know this is a dispensary, but I am all for customer service. every other dispensary ive gone to the front desk people greet you, engage conversation with you while you wait...etc. not just snottly tell you what you need to do and then disengage. I heard they aren't getting as much business as expected... maybe this is the reason people aren't coming back or even in at all. word of mouth is the best reference. Budtenders are great! Reception needs work. Just my opinion.

I decided to visit this place for the first time on Saturday.  I absolute loved this experience! In no way, shape or form did I feel rushed (unlike RCP) It was a comfortable, happy vibe. The bud tenders were amazing and really listened and took the time to just chat with me. They have the biggest selection of Care by Design also! I Love this place!!

First time customer here and I was made to feel very welcome. The staff was friendly and inviting. My bud tender, Shannon, was very helpful in providing information about the products I was interested in. Will definitely be back again. 4 stars because it didn't seem like they had a large variety of product, but definitely good deals.

First time in a dispensary here in Sacramento, it was a great experience for sure. Pulling in the parking lot  it's a little dark at night, but there was a security guard visible who was friendly and thorough. He checked my rec and id, got me buzzed in with a quickness. The girls at the front desk were friendly and got my paperwork done quickly, I was in the back less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door. Both guys working in the back were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all the questions I had, as I am a new patient from out of state so all this is new to me and still kinda surreal. They made me feel comfortable looking at everything and told me to take my time, even though they only allow a small amount of people in the back room at once. Great pricing especially since I was a new patient, but all of the medications were just as advertised and all very tasty smoke! Will definitely return to see them expand more, since they just opened a few weeks. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for medication in the Sacramento area

As a geezer-newbie I needed some help with my meds. The first visit to 1841 went swell. The second time: not so much. While in the waiting area, I heard the receptionist explain daily specials to other patients. Why didn't I get that information? When I was helped by the bud-tender, she explained that my 3.3 - 4.2 v buttonless pen wouldn't work with most of their cartridges. She sold me a new battery along with the cartridge I wanted. As I checked out I tried to ascertain " so 5 fast clicks to turn on?" Bud-tender-Denise "this one is different: just click 4 times". Naturally, it didn't work, and the buttonless one that I already had worked fine. I asked Kali Extracts how to operate the pen, and learned that, yes indeed, it is 5 clicks on/off. So, I've got a dud (since neither of those sequences work), which I didn't need to buy anyway. The reception doesn't give me the same courtesy as other patients. I'm telling you, there are a ton of baby-boomers like me that will be buying weed in the near future. Try to earn our business.

I love 1841 El Camino! Clean, upscale facilities (no bullet proof glass is nice). Friendly, knowledgeable budtenders. Selection is always very choice. Huge range of products to choose from. They always have amazing deals going on for patients. I always come back here. This is hands down the best dispensary in Sac. Better than RCP.

Don't go here!  This place should be called the Uncompassionate Store.  I usually go to RCP but on the 1st it was totally packed with customers and I did not want to wait so I went to 1841.  Big mistake!  The store is b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l BUT BUT BUT if you are like me and demand compassion and good customer service for your money, then you will go anywhere else!  On 7/1/16 I purchased a $40 1/8 of Dream Queen but when I got home I noticed I was not sold what I had purchased. I had been given a strain called Quantum Durban which I have never purchased or even heard of before. I went back to the store on 7/2/16 with the package unopened still in the bag with the receipt. It clearly shows I was given the wrong meds. When I spoke with the receptionist, she said "no problem, this happens ALL THE TIME". I was then ushered in the back where I spoke with a manager, I didn't get his name but he is a chubby white guy with reddish hair and mustache. This guy made me feel like a criminal! He accused me of trying to do something underhanded.?? I am not sure what he thought I was trying to do. He told me that I purchased the Quantum Durban 3 mos ago?? what?? I told him I have never in my life purchased this strain ever - but if I did, what does that have to do with today? He was rude and I didn't see any COMPASSION at all - after all, they are supposed to be compassionate with DONORS. I spend $100+ a week on meds for my liver condition and I am stunned at the lack of customer service at this place. This should have been taken care of just to make the customer happy. I have never complained about ANYTHING before at this place, even though they SELL some of the weakest flowers in Sacramento. But I will never step foot in this business again - not with all the other dispensary options available in Sacramento - and especially when RCP Sacramento is 2 blocks away - you may have to wait a few extra minutes but RCP will always give top notch customer service.  I have been a customer since 2012 and have never had such poor customer service of lack of compassion at any of the numerous dispensaries that I have purchased from.  I also notice from other reviewers that 1841 continually  has customer service / wrong delivery of goods issues.  Step up your game 1841 or you won't be around much longer - just ask the last dispensary that was in your location at 1841 El Camino.  I will be posting this review as many places as possible including the Better Business Bureau.

New from out of state waaaaaay out of state, so tough to complain. Having said that, the place was pretty swanky compared to others. Front desk was very friendly. Very little wait, but I arrived early. They have only been there six months, so take bad reviews as a grain of keef..or salt. I hope they give them another chance. Being familiar with Rx retail, staffing can be tough and they have fired a few people. Whoever designed the place knocked it out of the park and put a lot of soul into it.

This cannabis spot is the spot to go to! They have a lot variety in waxes and waxes is what I mainly go in for BUT when I go in for flower they have the best deals and variety in flower also so this place is very good! I recommend you check this spot out because you won't be disappointed at all!

First time here, everyone's super nice, helpful and willing to explain everything. Looks bigger from the outside the it is when you go inside. But the selection is good and the variety of ways to medicate is good.

This business advertises products they do not have to pull a bait and switch on you.  You wind up with less product for more money.  They advertised CBD 30 gels for $20 by Care by Design. When you get there they claim that is a misprint (lot of details for a misprint plus it had been on their online ad for over a week.  Plenty of time to correct it especially since many people probably came in for that deal.) then they offer you 10 gels for $36. One third the product for 55% more, so effectively about 6 times the advertised cost. They also scan your drivers license into the computer without asking!  The magnetic strip on the back contains all of your personal information.  This is another business that thinks it has to rip people off to make money.  This attitude will put them out of business instead of making them money. They are just too narrow minded to realize it, but they will in the future!  No stars and a warning to go somewhere else. I only put one star because yelp wouldn't post without a rating.

The only thing better than their bomb flower is their owner.  He's hot as fuck!Tall dark and handsome (at least part of him is).  I never get tired of walking through his door and getting some "special attention."  El Camino is DEFINITELY a good time.  Check it (him) out.

Not the best dispensary I've been to, but I got the goods and got out. It's a bit hard to find, due to the street location but there's a huge sign that's easily viewable. Their parking lot is very spacious too. The girl at the front desk is super friendly and I really enjoyed her energy. She quickly checked my boyfriend and I in and were told to be seated. They have plenty of room to wait and we didn't have to wait for too long. The bedroom itself is much smaller than other dispensaries I've been to, but they do have plenty of options. My biggest complaint is their customer service. Individuals aren't very personable. It's a more, "what do you want?" type of place. As someone who's new to going to dispensaries I would've appreciated a little more help. It's also cash only!! If you don't have cash, then they offer an ATM in the bud room and the fee is much smaller than expected. I believe it was $2.75. Not sure if we'll be back due to the location and customer service.

I've tried giving this place many chances but this is definitely my last time coming back here. My fiancée and I never had any issues with the security/front desk. Going back is just like The Great Depression. Not a single bud tender in sight that's smiling, no eye contacts, and feeling pressured. Don't give this CASH ONLY joint your time and energy, they're way better dispensaries than this. Since 2018 this industry has generated more than 1.8 billion dollars in tax revenues and has  joindd the mainstream medical and Recreational Products marketplace while gaining social acceptance (for the most part.  This has given rise to a multitude of storefronts and delivery services giving the buyer a mid bending amount of choices . So if one is already , oh how can i put it ,  STONDED, then trying out a new shop can be a buzz kill .So allow me to save you the search and recommend these folks.  I made the 28 mike drive from Auburn because they have the best product selection at a very fair price and the customer service i received  on its own earned them a top score  . Special thanks to Adam who guided us through the product lines and made the drive worth it ! P.S I hope I got the gentleman's name correct.  We were there May 29 just before closing .  He was mid 20s with a dark beard.He absolutely  deserves recognition from the management  !

I have visited 2x so far and I was SO impressed! I had never been in a dispensary before, but that doesn't matter with my Review. The entire process from entering to leaving is remarkable. Staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they know what they are selling!

This place is selling PGR cannabis which is TOXIC and refuses to look into it. I spoke to three different associates and not one of them even knew what I was talking about. Or course the manager gives me his spiel about how the product is already opened so I can't return it - no shit, I want my money back so I can buy some tree from another club that won't fuckin poison me. I asked for the owner's contact info, I'm sure they would be interested to know about this but of course they wouldn't give me that either. Fuck 1841. How is a dispensary gonna refuse to refund $39 to a patient trying to educate them on the poisonous bunk they are selling. Obviously these guys do not care about your health - go to Valley Health Options right down the street - better prices for some NON-TOXIC fire.Oh and for anyone worried about their tree - classic signs of PGR's are rock-hard buds, an oddly uniform/smooth/round shape, swampy smell, and an excessive amount of orange/red/brown hairs. It will also have a washed out/pale look, instead of the usual vibrant green hues. Stay safe everyone!

I've been to this shop 2 times now. I love that there is security outside. All the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They are following covid protocols and everything is clean and organized. They take cash only and have ATM machines if needed. I will definitely refer friends and family here.

This is my first time here.  I placed my order through weedmaps. The process was quick and easy. They had photos and descriptions of the products, which was very helpful as I browsed to make my selections. They have a wide selection of edibles and flowers and their prices were comparable if not cheaper than neighboring dispensaries.Service was quick!!! My orders were ready to pick up within 10 minutes of my placing them. Picking up was also quick and easy. Just walk up to the pickup window, show them your ID, confirm your order, and then pay. By the way, they only take cash.Just taking one star off since they don't let people shop inside. It looks more like a warehouse than a storefront. When I looked in, I couldn't see where any of the products were. I just saw a few sofas, like it was a huge lounging area for the  employees.

Easily my favorite dispensary storefront in the Sacramento area. My wife and I have been ordering from El Camino for the last several years and have never been disappointed.+ Friendly staff+ Convenient ATM in the shop+ Great selection of products+ Convenient location just off the freeway
