This place was alright..easy reg, laid back vibe..my first time going...the bud tender was knowledgable. And honest I will add. I went in for top shelf and instead of being greedy he offered me a lower price top shelf, he could have offered me 60 1/8ths but he offered me the $35......haven't been feeling well lately with a cold etc...so I break it down...I'm like meh it's kinda dry..but what could I expect for a 28 dollar 8th?? (New patient perks are great btw)...so I roll it up...some pieces are sticking to my fingers...I'm like um alright now...so I roll it up...and puff...needless to say I'm stoned enough to write this...and I'm very relaxed...hope the review helps...its kinda in bfe...but worth the drive..hope this helps..happy holidays

I love this place! It's clean and the staff is super dope! Their all very knowledgeable about their products and they always give good recommendations when I can't make up my mind on what I want. I don't remember their names but the guy with long dark hair and the girl/guy that raps are my favorite employees!!! I buy a lot of the Americano vape cartridges and sometimes when they don't work, I never have a problem switching them out for new ones! This place is awesome! 5 Stars!
This place is a dirty gross joke and run by a jokester.You will get taken advantage of and not real or authentic product and you will be dealing with a very shady person. In this industry, you need to protect your information and who has access to it, trust me, it is recorded and goes on record and is seen. Stay away from shady places that do shady things and have shady pasts. You have the right to good medicine, quality care and good, honest service.I knew something wasn't right when I went in there and sure enough, when I did my homework, it's all there on public record. This place will be raided soon enough. Don't get caught up in it. Not worth the drama.
I usually come in to get some cheap $5 pre rolls but decided to spend more money to get a bigger bang for my buck and I was recommended God's gift pre rolls, I got 2. Smoked both didn't get high almost no smoke came out on either so I came in to get some help as a woman alone with some anxiety and the manager I spoke with told me there was a so nothing he could too I tried reasoning since the cannabis industry makes sooo much money but can help you in not 1.... not 1 way to make up for a product that I just wasted $20 on...
Third time in and the new security gaurd tells me I cannot park my bike in front. I say why not there is already a motorcycle in front and no "No Parking" signs posted. She says move your bike or u ate not coming inside and the guy who owns that bike can park there because works here. Really?! So I move my bike next to his and walk in hand over my license and get turned down again. Move your bike they whine again and then say I'm not in their database. Probably illegal of thread I will b contacting the county on Monday over this as they stated the County Told them no one can park near the building.
The place was super clean and one person was super nice but overall my experience was pretty disappointing. Called ahead about a product but was given false information.. didn't realize till after I paid... should have trusted my gut and left. They were not very knowledgeable and I'll most likely never come back. LA and the Bay Area spoiled me, I guess, lol. Really wishing I didn't spend so much money here. *crie$*
Been coming here for a while. Convenient location, never too busy, inventory is kept updated, stocked, and varied. Occasional mark up on some products, but rarely. ATM on site. Marcus gives good recommendations. Very friendly security. --LameE46
The main reason I'm leaving a one star review is because I'm not impressed with their supply! also there sales reps don't know squat! The last time I was in there, I asked about kush weed. The rep reply's, that's a generic term. Kush weed has been bred out it doesn't exist I laughed! First off kush refers to the Hindu Kush mountain range in Asia. As long as weed grows in these mountains, Kush weed exist hahaha! Second weed in these mountains have certain characteristics not found anywhere else on the planet! It literally took thousands of years for the kush plant to develop its unique traits and to say that it's a generic term and that it doesn't exist straight up pissed me off! Quit lying to your customer base! You just earned a one star review lol! I started smoking weed in 93 homy, your like 25 you weren't even a twinkle in your daddy's eye yet lol! Sorry for my sarcasm no pun intended! The staff at this place is really nice and professional " except for this dude lol" so I'm not trying to be an asshole I'm just being honest. I can pay the same price for higher quality product elsewhere! Plus get your facts straight if you're not sure ask, don't make it up on the fly lol!
Who knew? We were cruising around and got lost in this very urban warehouse district. We saw the green cross and decided to check in. The place was very secure. Very friendly and had a lot of samples. Yes I said that correctly. SAMPLES!!! We participated in the walk through and the host took us through every strain of medicine they had just received. I was particularly impressed with the wealth of knowledge the host had with regards to properties and duration of the medicine. We managed to pick up 3 types of cannabis that we had read about but never been able to find in the Bay Area. I will be coming back. Very solid place for new and experienced cannabis users.
They wouldn't allow me in because they got a new "system" and didn't have a copy of my rec on file. I've been going here for over 2 years and this has never happened before. But judging from the other reviews it seems like this is just lip service. Either they don't know how to manage data or they are super paranoid. Strike two House of Organics. Keep giving me reasons not to come back.
Organics? Hardly. Only a few products they carry are organic. Furthermore, their prices are way too high, the staff is rude to older people, they repeatedly ask to see your recommendation (even though they have it on file), and if you ask them the difference between the high priced GSC and the medium priced GSC, they give you a spaghetti analogy. "You know how some spaghetti is better than other spaghetti?" instead of telling you the actual scientific difference (thc levels? what?). Snotty, rude and overpriced. Never going there again.
I have always used this place as my go to. Last couple times I was in I was a little irritated that everytime I come in they have less and less product. When I complain about the shitty selection they get shitty. Ummmm your number one priority should be to satisfy your customers. Today was the last straw. Went in to get some edibles and they didn't have any choices. I ended up buying a cookie...the only cookie in the whole place, and I get home and it's expired. Not only expired but 4 months expired. Will not be going back. I guess their money doesn't fall from trees. Won't be in business for long with no integrity. I hate when the green turns into the love of green instead of the other way around. Stay true to the ganja buttholes.
This is my favorite club to go to in Sacramento. Have a wide variety of flower and have awesome deals!! Plus Christina is always taking care of me!!! Would recommend this club to anyone.
New management raised prices on everything. DONT GO HERE they will rip u off. It used to be the cheapest. Not anymore. Cheaper on the street

I really liked how professional and clean this dispensary is! My husband and I went in around 4:30 on a Friday and we were the only ones there. Getting set up and checked in was simple and dint take long. Selection and quality was great! I will definitely be back.
Came here 11 mins before closing Friday October 5th and the security guy with long greasy hair won't let me in saying they're about to close. Really?!! Then change your hours from 9am to 6:30 instead of 7pm. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Security guard was a total D*ck, intimidated a female friend in the parking lot because she was smoking a cigarette outside of her truck while I was in the store. I would rather over pay than deal with people like that.
The current manager of this place is RUDE AF and highly combative with the customers. I have been a customer of this place for the past SIX years and never had an issue. Last week I went in to purchase a cartridge and was talked into purchasing from a new vendor they were promoting that day, Bloom cartridges. Less than 48hrs after purchase I started experiencing oil leaking through the mouth piece of the cart and clogging that preventing it from hitting properly. I returned to do an exchange assuming it was one defective item. However less than 24hrs after receiving the replacement I experienced the same issues. I returned on the 2nd time, and was told by 3 different staff (2 budtenders and 1 receptionist) that they had the same problems themselves, so it has to be a fault of the vendor. I insisted that I just wanted the brand I normally use (which was a cheaper price point so an exchange wouldn't be an issue) but was told the manager wouldn't allow me to go with a different one, instead they forced me to leave with another cartridge from Bloom (same strain, for the third time) stating "if it happens a third time to bring it back and they will make it right and also reach out to the vendor so they know to fix it". Of course within 24hrs I began having the exact same issue and returned to the club for a third time. Even customers in the lobby expressed their frustration with the product also agreeing with the staff in the waiting room so clearly this has been an ongoing issue from this specific vendor. I only wanted to exchange for something not defective. The manager came out and was immediately argumentative. He lied to my face saying I was the only one with the issue (unbeknownst to him, half of his staff had just given their own testimonies about the same issue therefore making it obvious he was lying) and that he was not going to help me. I explained to him I was told by others I was not the only one and he began raising his voice at me offering no solution and only continued to shake his head as I spoke. I never asked for my money back, even brought more money with me to make an additional purchase however I was not only blamed for the issue but deliberately embarrassed in front of other customers. The manager even went so far as to continue yelling at me out into the waiting room and followed me into the parking lot. He was so irate that another customer that witnessed this walked me to my car because he was concerned that another man was being so aggressive with me. I am not one to write reviews, but felt this situation needed to be brought to light so the owners of this company would know who they are paying to mistreat their loyal customers.
First time in. The girl up front was super helpful, knowledgable, and extremely bubbly and sweet. Wide variety of options. Will definitely be back.
Don't know any useful facts, and the manager was rude. I had a charger that failed. She ignored that fact, and said it was the wrong battery to go with CBD cartridges. Fine, since they sold me the pen with the cartridge, that is on them, right? Nah. Stuff it. It is in fact defective, but no guarantee wither. Oddly none of their pens evidently come with instructions. Good response from seller bumps my review to two stars. But nobody there knew anything about CBD and little about vaping. Why no insert on vape pens?
Great service, clean store WAY OVER PRICED.Every time I come here I beat my self up over how much I spend here, and this was before the crazy taxes. Thank god im a card holder I get it like dilevery pizza 1/4 normal price or 1/6 your price.
Well let me just say this... my original review I left on Weedmaps was deleted by Kolas. I attached proof because I couldn't believe it. I left my review literally 2 weeks ago, and I go on weedmaps and it's gone. Honest customer feedback removed because they don't want people to know how low down they really operate. This is the same club that's been sold to a corporation to hide the fact their in a federal investigation. Looks like their still running a bs ring of fraud. I'm starting to believe the positive reviews are paid reviews, because the level of service and products they provide are ABSOLUTELY NO good. I also reached out via social media, once they heard my side of the story, there was no reply. I attached proof. Here was my initial review I left on weedmaps before they deleted it. I visited this location on two separate occasions, both with incident. The first visit was 5/2/2020, around 8:45pm when I was told by security I wasn't able to come in due to two other patients ahead of me. I left and returned the next morning 5/3/2020 and spoke with the team Lead who identified herself as "the store manager", which she lied about, and she argued with me in regards to my concerns with the posted store hours and the security not allowing customers in before closing. I advised her a sign properly notifying customers about being turned away 15 means prior to closing would be beneficial in making customers aware instead of upsetting them from taking the drive to your location and not being serviced. She completely looked at me with a blank stare and replied we can't service anyone after 9pm. I told her it wasn't 9pm, it was beforehand with only 2 people ahead, there needs to be something in writing posted for customers to be aware, and she asked me to leave and never return. The other young lady working was acting as if she was the team Lead's cheerleader in egging her on with the aggressiveness and putting me out. She told the security guard I'm 86'd out (wow real professional right?) She stated I have plenty time in the day of the 13 hours the store is open to make a visit (like I'm not aware of the business hours and I've been coming to that location well before the new staff of Kolas and the team lead were there.) The things she said to me, being a long time paying customer was beyond rude, unprofessional, and belittling. I'd like the surveillance to be watched by the proper management and the employees involved reprimanded for their actions. I respect all policies of a business, but being treated like dirt on the ground based on my concerns with customer service is not okay. Please feel free to reach out to me, as I tried to get a hold of the REAL manager Dom, but was turned down and hung up on by the staff. Take your money elsewhere they don't care about customers at all.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in with my boyfriend and sat next to each other where the workers then called him outside and said that conduct was inappropriate and told one of us to leave. Whatever. Then they allowed my boyfriend back in where he prompted me for a kiss because I was feeling discriminated against and felt uncomfortable. A woman with short hair then called my boyfriend by his name and told the security guard to refrain from letting people in without a mask. One he had a mask, two I already felt uncomfortable being in there and to call someone by the name you read off their ID given in confidentiality is ridiculous. I immediately asked for my ID back because I was both uncomfortable and felt discriminated against. I am no Karen but I will be contacting the Business Bureau because I felt we were picked out of a crowd and made to feel embarrassed. We walked in with good vibes, and left with bad tastes in our mouths. Wow
I came in yeaterday, as I have many times before, to buy some flower. As I was in kind of in a rush, I told my budtender I wanted to buy an Ounce. Gave no price point. They sold me 2 14g bags from Rations. I said ok for the $85 each. Paid and left. Once I opened the first bag I'm greeted with mostly stems! I was so mad I ordered another ounce from a delivery service for roughly the same price. And received actual flowers. When I called this morning and explained my sheer disappointment in the product I was sold, I was told there was nothing that they would do. So here I am with a ounce of shit I don't even want. Not going back ever.
Love this location. The staff at this dispensary are so nice. I know they float in between stores but it seems like this one has the better staff and customer service. This by far is my favorite location.
A great place to go for good prices and friendly staff. I hope they eventually make more than 2 parking spots for curbside. It gets pretty busy so parking in one of those 2 spots is not always possible.
i want to like this dispensary as it is closest to my home in the foothills. I have shopped here a few times and spent $200-300 a visit.The product was fine and they get a star for that, however the wait times are long, the rooms feel cold, inpersonal and vacant with echo as people talk.Finally, reason I am done with this dispensary is lack of a menu or product list resulting in being forced to work with a budtender who rapid fire called out the name of every product under 16feet of glass when i asked him what he had that was a sativa... I asked in clarity if they were hybrids or straight sativas and he started reading product names again rather than answer my question. Realizing i should spend my money where i could feel confident in the dispensary, I thanked him and left.Perhaps he is not trained on customer service, sales or manners in retail, but if a budtender cant understand simple product questions I cant feel safe in my choice of dispensary.
So I have been to this place a few times. It's a convenient location, there are better dispensaries in the area. Today when I showed up - they insisted on me putting my phone number and other personal information into their database. I insisted that my privacy wasn't important - nor was a phone number required to purchase. As long as I show my legal ID - I should not have an issue.I was told that they would not sell unless I gave them my information and phone number - so I told them no and walked out.The lady at the counter politely tried to tell me that they don't sell the information or use it for marketing - well then - why do you need it?And I'm sorry, but I don't trust my personal information on your computers.I'll make the drive and go elsewhere. My privacy is important -and you do not need my phone number to sell me your products. Your policy or whatever it is - sucks.We're done.
