do not ever buy!!!!! this man is a phony and a fake!!! he will rip you off and steal your money!!

Quick in and out transaction, even as a first time customer; extremely friendly and chill employees and security, EXCELLENT suggestion with grapehead... what more can you ask for? Certainly the drive. There's no question- I'll be back.

Went to visit this place first time to get supplies for my self and my uncle. First time there and I am impressed. this place is clean and well sanitized, I was a bit worry about the hygienic issue lately. They were all wearing gloves to keep clean. I got to try this banana pre roll, and it's all rolled up with kief. Reasonable pricing and friendly staff, I am going recommend metro to my friends and fam!

Terrible service, my brothers first time coming here and he buys a cart sold to him from a cashier named Siera. That same day he realizes right after opening his cart and using it for the first time that there is some sort of small debris or black spec within the cartridge itself. Once he became aware he made sure to go in the next day to see if they would exchange it for him since they sold him the product in first place. Management felt that it was not necessary to give an exchange nor a refund for the product because and I quote "We would have to total loss it" a product that was in their inventory in which they willingly sold to a customer. It makes no sense that the customer takes responsibility for the terribly kept inventory of the dispensary. Very bad business on the behalf of the dispensary company as well as the company that made the product.

Duane the man with the beard is always in great spirits. His good vibes always seems to lift lift the mood in the room. If your looking for great customer service this place is the place to be.

Came here today after a bad experience at another dispensary. The receptionist and bud tender were both very friendly, helpful, and positive. They had a great selection of a lot of different product. Especially grateful that they had numerous vegan edible options!Also, I was surprised at how low my total was. Very affordable!

These guys are awesome! Metro has become my go-to spot in the entire sac area. Staff are always upbeat and on top of their game!

Comparing Metro to other cannabis company's in the area is like comparing Apples & Oranges...they are nothing alike. Metro has by far the best prices, best product, and BEST CUSTOMER Service. Thank you!

They are the BOMB! I have a hard time going any where else. And u can go as many times a day as u need to. The staff get to know u and the it's all about u. I love this place. 10 thumbs up. Love u guys.

I absolutely love this facility! Especially their customer service. All of their employees' are happy to help everyone & anyone (no matter how crazy their request is) to the best of their abilities, which has been tested & found to be quiet amazingly on point). I myself personally like the 15% veteran's discount in comparison to the 10% (or 0) other places offer.

Love this place staff always with a smile . Price well with in my range. To the owner thanks staff have the knowledge about there product. There every day.

Literally the BEST dispensary with the BEST people running it. This owner is one cool dude. Big ups to all the bud tenders that make my experience well worthy. They treat you like family in that place. Prices are great. Wide variety of products. Metro is the place to go to. Y’all missing out if you go any other place. Much love y’all!
