Jamaal = greatThey again didn't have any jack herrer flower so I'm going to have to look elsewhere. But, along with what I bought, I left with a free preroll for introducing my friend to the store. That pre roll is one of Jack's babies, so I'm currently very pleased with how that joint went down.Jamaal was so pleasant to work with during my shopping experience. Plus he's so beautiful. We tried to visit this place the other day and we were denied entrance. We drove all the way from Rancho Cordova to come get some cbd but as soon as we got there before we could even finish getting out of the car the security guard yelled if we don't have a mobile order they can't help us. So we couldn't even get it. Basically I wasted my gas to come to this location that didn't state that we needed mobile orders.
Hit and miss in terms of customer service. In my two visits I experienced vastly different customer service, one great and one horrendous. I will be trying other dispensaries in the future in hopes of finding more consistent customer service.

I was helped by a bud tender named Alesha. She was very informative and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable as far as the different strains and price ranges. She wasn't pushy or trying to upsell certain products. This was my first time here and I will definitely continue to return if all bud tenders are as good as Alesha.
Complete waste of time been to this locations numerous times and I am not helped by any of the staff. I get in the front and they scan me once that happens I get nothing but stare eyes and mean looks from the staff actually inside the place. Now the first time I arrived I wore a bummy outfit meaning I was dressed casually for this trip. Since it was my first time they spent 20 minutes explaining the rules and policies. After that I was let in then handed a number now I went to the window the number said however I just kept getting mean dirty looks. I tried asking for help but immediately looked away from me . Now with that experience I walked out and left never came back until a couple months ago dressed as a bunny. Now I came in there with a different ID so I went thru the process again. 20 minutes later I'm in the same place I was months ago getting the same dirty looks. I don't understand I make sure my clothes are clean and smell really good. I don't understand why people in the store hate me and won't serve me. So I tried again another couple months later . I showed up wearing Tigger and still wasn't able to get helped. I don't understand how people go in here and get anything. I able 20 and will be 21 in July. I thought they accepted medial recommendations but maybe they don't like anyone less than 21 years old here . My review is for the manager and upper management in charge of this business. I want to know what is the age requirement and dress code so I can be served from this location. If for whatever reason you don't what want me shop here all I fuckin ask is a you let me know that when I arrive or send me a letter stating that I'm not allowed to buy any products from this dispensary so I can address this in a civil matter. I have been in California since 2014 to medicate my PTSD and I've been to most of the dispensaries in town and last year decided this is the one I'll go to from here on out. The staff has been more than knowledgeable on what strains and doses I need to achieve a targeted set of goals. Sure wait times suck sometimes but isn't that everywhere anymore? I have only had one issue here in a little over a year and they were Johnny on the spot at fixing it. One thing, went in the other day and the girls were out from behind the check in window and that was weird... Just put the receptionist back behind the glass and keep them safe. That front waiting room is too small when they're out there anyway
Had them turn me away because my ID expired on the day of my order regardless I have been coming to this place for years before they changed their name! Rude and unprofessional! Don't bother coming here to expensive and disregard your loyalty! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Been going here for awhile , usually the staff is really friendly but today I walked in hopeful for the same experience and got attitudes from every single person! Especially the person helping me! Not to mention the product I bought! A half gram cartridge, it's not even full! It's almost half ways to full and it seems like it's a waste of money! Either they fix there ( select) cartridges or I'll find somewhere else for my business
Perfect Union is not clear on their pricing and discount policies. Recently they changed their volume discount from 2 eights to 4 eighths. They change the rules around the discount arbitrarily. I have spoken to managers there for clarification of the rules on multiple occasions since the change and their is no consistent policy or explanation on their website. The receipts are confusing. The managers I spoke with today were rude and condescending. They couldn't even manage to pull up a transaction from 1 week ago because it would have proved my point. I'm switching to a new dispensary. I may be stoned, but I'm not stupid and I always check the math.
When laws changed in favor of recreational use, I offered free Intelectual property involving a survey to Brittany; a bud tender. My project turned into a full blown PR/Marketing project involving 15 pages of Data driven analysis and comprehensive consumer loyalty strategies. I was initially told by Brittany they would be using my work... I brought a friend in to hear the good news. Vídeo surveillance will prove that Brittany told both of us indeed my work was to be used by the dispensary... then, about a month later, Brittany handed me back my flash drive saying they would not be using my work after all.Ironically, after I gave my IP, their HUGS brand rebranded as per my IP suggests, and the strategies in use are "coincidental" according to Brittany.Hmmmmm..... I just graduated with a business degree from the California state university Sacramento... so, without actually hiring a marketing firm, how was this dispensary able to pull it off with out my work? Poor customer service, poor product handling, just all around bad vibes. Feckless budtenders to interested in their own gossip. Also terrible setup, you can't view their complete menu or products while you wait.
I came in today at around 2PM with the intention to just buy an edible and check out the dispensary since I saw it had pretty good reviews. I have a usual place I go to in Midtown and I figured, screw it, let me try something new. I was thinking, "OK, this one is out of the way, there's no chance their prices are higher than a dispensary in the middle of midtown."The parking was a little better than my usual place, which was really nice. The security guard was really friendly and helped get me checked in. I was in a waiting room for about 5 minutes before my name got called, but then I was just put in a worse waiting room where I couldn't use my phone and had to wait 15-20 minutes. It seemed kind of wack, they had their express orders in that waiting room, but it used the same numbers as the queue for the people going into the actual dispensary, so the numbers were a bit pointless since they would call a number, someone in the front would say "SKIP NUMBER 9" and then an old man would stand up and rush up saying "No wait, I'm 9". The room was really stuffy and really overcrowded. I later found out this was because Thursdays were their clone days so they had increased traffic, which is understandable. When I finally got inside, I was really disappointed with their edible selection. They had, maybe, 1/4th of the selection I'm used to. I saw a brand that I really love, District edibles, and I asked how much it was for that one and I was told it was "$20 out the door". Unfortunately, this is $3.50 OVER what they charge at other dispensaries I've been to. I know this for a fact because yesterday I bought the same one for $16.50. Kind of a bummer, but oh well, I'm not about to drive all the way to midtown to save $3. The bud tender was kind and told me that since it was Thursday, it was 15% off all edibles! I essentially got the gummies for the same price as I usually do, but only because it was a Thursday. She also told me that I got a free gummy since it was my first time. I was expecting some tiny 10mg single gummy, but to my surprise they gave me a full 100mg tin! In my 5 years of visiting dispensaries across Sacramento to LA, I can honestly say I have never gotten a free gift of that value before, and it really caught me off guard. Totally made me feel better about the initial pricing, and I really appreciated it. The lady being helped next to me told me that it was super busy because of the clones, and that we both chose the wrong day to come in a joking way. It was pleasant and we laughed about it. I asked her if she ever went to All About Wellness and she said she didn't and I told her I loved that place. My budtender became immediately visibly annoyed, which I thought was actually kind of funny. All I had said was that I liked AAW and that the edible I was buying was cheaper there, but she seemed like she took it personally. After we finished up, she handed me the bag and said "Welp, this will probably be the last time we see you". I thought that was pretty rude and a little presumptuous. Just because I didn't like the edible selection doesn't mean I won't be back for their concentrates. One thing this dispensary had over my usual was that their selection for flower and concentrates were WAY more detailed, wide, and higher potency. I'm not sure if my budtender took what I said personally, but she's gotta have thicker skin and better customer service skills if she's going to work in an industry that is as volatile as it is. At the end of the day, most dispensaries carry the same things for about the same price. The only real upper hand one dispensary has on another is customer service. Just food for thought.Oh, also, it would have been nice if she could have paid attention and given me my actual receipt, instead of the medical patient that went before me.
Ok so I gotta say. I've been to a few different dispensary's Around the Sacramento area. Tried local stuff and other stuff. I like my flower. Nothing personal just and old school guy. Nothing like a wake n bake joint and I can count on this place for the flower for it.Always welcoming and greeted with a smile. Everyone is knowledgeable about their products.Thos place is Aok with me.
This is for their Eastside location:Luckily I called in to see if they've some Blueberry Muffin flower which they had listed on their WM menu. They didn't have it in stock. The woman on the phone said that they had a lot of great high end Indica flowerso I decided to come in anyway. Not having tried a lot of strains, I asked the budtender what she suggested. She just started opening jars of various flowers and when I asked her if she had tried them her answer was no about 90% of the time. One in particular she couldn't tell me what the genetics were. The reason they are getting 1 star is because they gave me a free gram of something (yep she didn't tell me what it is) So I've just spent $98 on flower that I know nothing about. If you want to learn about or try some different strains you don't know, don't come here.
Fucking got the most retarded staff person that explains creams like she knows something but really uneducated on it. You guys fucking suck no variety after questions not answered thoroughly on the creams . All I need was a cream them they have no stock from mild to super strength. Disappointed guess only pot heads like it here
Terrible customer service. Was taking money out the atm facing the wall and I knew immediately the text I got was from my bank asking if this transaction (at a marijuana dispensary), barely looked at my phone and approved the charges and I was scolded by the budtender (female, 10:05 am Saturday I was number 6), I was prepared to make a 300 dollar purchase but I just had to explain to her that I was just approving the atm withdrawal but she kept saying "I don't care, no phones what do you want", I'm not a nobody, own 3 restaurants and I know an investor in rcp and I'm not sure if he still is with perfect union but this was a terrible experience. I went to "connected" and got such great service that I'll never stop at perfect Union again even though it's so close for me to go as it's between my house and work l. Will never be back. I've been coming to perfect union for about 7 years, since it was river city Phoenix. Yesterday I went in and my order was completely wrong and messed up. I ordered 4 pre rolls, and was told they were not available, so I opted for something else, I also ordered an 1/8 of indica, which I didn't check while I was there. When I got home I found out I was give sativa....which is not my favorite. Whenever you do an express order, make sure you check it out. This is the third time I've had an issue.

I visited on the 24th of Sept. The gal behind the glass was really rude to the customer before me who wanted to buy a charger. She ridiculed her after she left, I almost left, but was in a pinch for time. Then the gatekeeper made fun of me for not filling out the second page. I am from out of town and did not know the routine. I hope she felt better belittling the clients, I will not return and I do not recommend this shop
I like to keep this dispensary in my repertoire because you can order ahead for pickup. I've been several times and have only had one problem with a faulty cartridge, which they immediately offered to replace. The employees are always helpful, but Dale sure stands out! I had excellent customer service from them during my last visit.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Sign up easy, the wait short, the host(Lauren) comes and gets you I had questions and she had the answers. Loved that she knew the product and specials of the week. This place is VERY clean I saw spraying, wiping, picking up trash outside, mask wearing and some with gloves. Will be back.
Website has been messed up for like a month now. Just called and was told they are working on it. It doesn't take months to get photos on a website. I have friends that do web design and they even said that it doesn't take this long. Either someone is dropping the ball or you guys are getting the run around from your tech team. Also, closing timeIs at 9, not 8:50. Such non sense that you stop letting people in 10 minutes before closing. People drive out of there way and sometimes pretty far and for you to have posted business hours and then not honor those hours is complete disrespect and bad business practices. Also I know employees want to get off work and go home but every person has a choice and they choose to work there. Won't be coming back, rcp is completely changed and is a joke. Or I should say perfect union.
I came in on Thursday may 30th to get somethings from them the place is always busy but everything is well worth the wait I got bud tender PAIGE who was absolutely fantastic knowledgeable answered every question I had super friendly positive attitude that invites you in you guys (perfect union) are absolutely lucky to have PAIGE and need more budtenders like her I don't think I've ever had such a good budtender as PAIGE in my 10 years of coming to dispensaries anywhere any state A+++++++++++ SERVICE THANK YOU PAIGE YOU ARE AMAZING WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK :) :)
What a crock of s***! Policy not allowing cell phones to be used in dispensary to research strains. They gave me some nonsense about patient confidentiality. This is a recreational cannabis shop! it's a free market people you should be able to compare and contrast strains prices and locations. Don't go here it's a ridiculous policy!

It's been almost a month from my first visit there, I spent 2 days in the city and had to find a dispensary, and then I found this little gem, I don't normally post reviews because life gets crazy busy but I had to point out how amazing Anthony and the rest of the team was on my visit, they made sure Anthony is fully aware of my first visit to give me the best deals and recommendations (and he did keep his word and made sure my trip was nothing Less than amazing with the quality stuff he set me up with!!) I promised him I'll mention it since I wasn't able to leave him a tip (it's crazy!! Anthony and the team are so welcoming and fun it's crazy to be they do it without expecting a tip) so that's the least I could do, unfortunately I couldn't swing by last time before I left back to la but if I ever get there I'm definitely stopping by! Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for quality products, amazing energy and service and top of the line professional knowledge, thank you Anthony!!!
I placed an Express Order. I was first in line, but stood there waiting to enter for almost 30 minutes. Thought maybe it was due to Covid, but once I got in, there were few customers and employees just standing around. Always been hit and miss when it comes to employee friendliness, especially at check-in desk, but also at counter. Their prices are high compared to other vendors. They screwed up my order and I had to go back - not even an apology. After spending almost an hour on the road to get there, that was the last straw. I am going to spend my loyalty points and look for another dispensary. Too bad because they do have nice product, a nice facility, and good parking.
My first time here, and it was great! They were very efficient in getting to us fast even though they were busy, it was really nice looking, they have pretty reasonable prices, I was helped by Steven and he was very knowledgeable on their products and very helpful in finding just what I wanted. Overall great place and definitely worth the trip! We even got freebies for it being my first time in!

The customer service here is horrible. The girls have bad attitudes and are not helpful. I called with questions before driving to Sac from the Bay and the girl that answered the phone sucked. Was trying to rush through my questions and get me off the phone. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to getting my clones from here. From past reviews it seems like other customers have had problem with that particular female. She definitely needs a talking to.
I have been going to RCP and now Perfect Union for over a year now and have always been treated with the best customer service. Daryl is my favorite budtender and he always knows his product. All of the bud tenders that I have dealt with have always been very knowledgeable about their flowers and other products. I have had nothing but the best shopping experience at Perfect Union. I have discovered the times it's not busy but I'm not going to share that! All in all I have had a wonderful experience dealing with the good people at Perfect Union!

He was patient, kind and friendly while he helped me straighten out all the different orders, while I was impatient and short-tempered. Can You set up a drive-up, express service for the duration of this coronavirus situation? It would really be safest for both the dispensary's employees and the customers to handle the product in this manner. Additionally for everyone's safety, the teller-like setup (inside your building) to purchase should be limited to every other window being open. If they're open as they're spaced now, people will not be maintaining 6 feet of distance.Finally, because I am over 65, I have to stop going to Perfect-Union until there's a drive-up. It's just too dangerous for a large group of people like me. Thanks
I used to love coming here this past year yet sense there prices have skyrocketed and there 500 mg CBD tincture is now $72 when they once had 1,000 for $80 which they no longer even carry now it seems futile. Also, even though they were able to scan my drivers license (it got a bit chewed up by my dogs) they said if I don't get a new license they won't serve me any longer! WOW... after spending at least $150 a month if not double that I doubt this will be my go to place anytime soon!

A few years ago I even won ThanksGiving accessories for my dinner that year!! Today was JESSICA C.'s day! She walked through the facility with a warm smile-so when she was selected to assist me, I already knew her skills would be on POINT! She replaced my item and then some-Thank you sooo much girl, I hadn't eaten in 48 hours-My apologies for not hugging you THIS TIME lol...annnd, I even went through the EXPRESS LANE on a FRIDAY!!!Yeeeeeeee!
I have been coming to RCP for over 3 years. I used to come in multiple times a week. They used to have amazing deals like buy 2 get 1 on wax. While they use the new laws as a reason to no longer have these sale days the law doesnt prevent them from lowering prices to compensate for the lack of sale days. It seems what used to be a business about compassion and helping people has turned into just another money hungry place. It really bums me out because I love this place but at this point its the principle. With their selection dropping and the prices going up nostalgia is losing out to general economics for me.
literally every time i pick up my express order, the people checking me out are so rude and have an attitude, but when i go in & have a budtender help, no matter how long i take to pick some weed, they're always so helpful and nice and have so much energy. the weed is pretty good tho.
Just received excellent customer service from Kim. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and products. This is the place to go. Service was fast and efficient!
A dark heart clone. I always have problems with getting clones from rcp, last year mites were introduced after getting clones. This year; cause of my location it's a very long drive just to get clones, rcp is the closest; still a 3 hour round trip if traffic is light. so I was hoping this year would be a lot better. Picked up ten this year, all have exact same soil and conditions. And romulan grapefruit one is just shriveled up and stop growing. So expensive to shop at a dispensary to just receive shit plants! the prices of a medical dispensary is just thief! I would not recommend anyone to shop here, I just always have some type of problem. So I will no longer play there game, I have my own rules, and my own plants now. Started a 150 seeds in feb, I just wanted to try some different strains. Well this year I will never need another dispensary again! To all who reads this, everyone needs to start there own seeds and let's push out the prices of cali marijuana dispensaries! I spent a 170 dollars for 10 plants and one chronic essentials co2 18-1 cbd oil. That is just theft; straight up! And to top it off bud tender was really really high or just has neurological problems, so it's good they higher the disabled. Which I also am from iraq. But I had to repeat my self a few times for strains And some of his questions were unintelligible. we were standing right next to them and it was just i shopping for plants at time. When I get home two of the ten clones were not what I asked for. So technically I payed for three plants that were fucked from beginning. Two plants wrong strain, one plant dying. At least the wrong strains will produce thc. It's has been few weeks since writing this review and I have had another clone just stress and die off. They are inside a tent with organic soil and one light to veg them. Ample air. Have co2 generater
Had the best experience I've ever had at a dispensary. The staff was professional, considerate and friendly. The building was spacious and clean with lots of parking and a huge menu. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied when I walked out the door. I'll be back for sure!
Pre-ordering is the best way to go! I like that some of the tax is included in the listing price, and they txt you when it's ready. Average as far as selection, but they have deals like saving 10% on Mondays between 5-8pm! I'll definitely go back, it's getting harder and harder to find a decent shop.
I used to really like this place but the quality of medication for the prices are not worth it. I used to come in here for all my top- shelf needs because the quality was the best I could find in the Sacramento area but recently the quality seems to have went down and the prices aren't showing it. The staff seems to have went downhill as well, they seem to all have bad attitudes. At least with other dispensaries the prices normally match up with the quality of the product like this place used to but no longer does in my opinion. Been here at least a few times in a row to keep giving them another chance but I keep getting let down no matter if I get top- shelf or bottom it all seems to be the same type of quality. I have no idea how this place is still open because it sure doesn't compare to other dispensaries in the area.
Kudos to Carrie. My first time there and she was so patient and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. She was fun and knowledgeable. Answers she didn't have she looked up for me and even suggested the best way to get a better price. The facility was clean, efficient and well staffed. Convenient location with good signage and lots of parking. Overall 5 stars.

Perfect Union sucks. And they claim to be Sacramentos number one dispensary?! They only accept cash witch is super ridiculous, especially if you claim to be number one dispensary. Thats a $2.75 charge. Then I had to sit in line for over half an hour on a Thursday. And when it came my turn to buy the employees were busy talking amongst themselves, and i had to finally excuse myself and tell them that i was waiting on them. They seemed annoyed and their menu had no prices on it, just names of the bud. That seemed to make no sense to me because how was i to begin choosing what i wanted with no price labeled. I don't go by just the name of the bud, sorry. I need to know prices. This priceless menu also lead me to believe that they could potentially be giving different prices to different people for the same bud. When i come to a dispensary i come for set prices not some negotiation of price with somebody who has a bratty attitude because their having a bad day. If i wanted to spend my time negotiating weed prices i would buy bud on the street. Thanks Imperfect Union but I'm not coming back.
On my way back from Reno....thought I would stop in. There are no dispensaries within a 3 hour drive from our home so we are used to traveling for our medicine.I was a little surprised by the size....I was expecting a much larger place. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. My budtender was very well versed in the products and benefits.I thought the selection of edibles could have been better but it was definitely better than most.A very relaxed, safe atmosphere. Great people.They stocked two of my three favorite edibles and gave me two great first time gifts.I usually drive to San Jose but I think I will be back to RCP very soon.
I came in today and had the pleasure of working with David. Super cool guy, very professional, and knowledgeable of the product. I felt like I had known him forever even though we had just met. Made my first recreational but here. Was worried it would be a hassle at first, there's a form but rules are standard with signature front and back, it was easier than I thought. Waited maybe 10 minutes in the front then 10 in the back. When you go back you can make an express order if you already know what you want to save time. I wasn't sure so I waited. The bud tender was friendly and made great recommendations. I also received a special so saved some money and walked out with quality buds at a good price. Very pleased and looking forward to another visit.
i had great customer service today from a budtender named Adam. He did a great job of trying to understand what I was looking for and explaining my options. He really made me feel comfortable with the process. The store is clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly, starting with the security person at the door. I will definitely be back.
I visit for my neighbor who is a veteran. He does the express call ahead. When I get there it's ready I show my id and I'm out the door. Employee are Aways nice and security Aways greet and open the door for entry and exit.
I used to go to Valley Health Options right down the street. VHO has better pricing for sure about &45 1/8th. But once the new laws requiring testing came about they closed down. Low and behold this place was right down the street. So I drove over to check it out. Holy crap, this place is nice. The security guards are even friendly and chill. The ladies in the reception area do. To mess around. They will kick you out if you don't put your phone away.Buds you guys sell? Top notch. I've got multiple sativa strains from here. All of them have been great. I try to go on the $30 house 1/8th days and get top shelf for half price. $5 prerolls? Hell yea. Plus you guys have the chocolate my gf actually enjoys and helps with her insomnia. Bud Tenders: they've all been very solid. Professional, informative, courteous, but also knowledgeable enough to help me decide on strains I've never experienced. If they recommend a strain I usually go for it. I've never been disappointed. A lot of people here complaining about pricing, I understand their frustration. They've been coming here awhile and unlike us stoners they have a legit need. I feel you. But it appears as if they had come in after the June/July law, as a majority are 2 months old, was enacted requiring testing done on marijuana for THC/CBD levels. Because this testin is now required on all buds, guess what? Prices have to go up to accommodate these labs testing before they can sell and distribute.

Tl;dr these guys will fish just as much money out of your pocket as big pharma if not more. Incredibly rude employee hung up on me after I asked if there were any sales today. All of the dispensaries in the state were supposed to be unloading all of the extra stuff they have that doesn't meet new regulations. These guys played dumb so I assume it all went to the black market. So then I ask if they still get away with charging $35 an eighth there and she harshly reiterates that there are no sales today. I said I'm not asking about sales anymore and she goes "we have $45 1/8ths and $60 1/8ths" dude my jaw dropped these guys are just glorified coke dealers. They are robbing people blind with these prices, I hope to God there is nobody going here for bud because they are an *actual* patient with actual issues, these guys will fish just as much money out of your pocket as big pharma.
First and Last time I will ever come here.Someone who works there is an idiot, my husband went in to get the stuff I needed because I physically could not, 32yr old adult. the idiot who when asked if they had sugar free CBD edibles, says there are none tells my husband they have CBD butter and rings it up for him. Turns out she sold my husband THC butter. He brings it home and it is Completely useless to me. Someone needs to teach the Employees that when someone asks for CBD products they are not wanting THC, usually because they are using it to medicate and don't want the psycho active effects of THC. Thanks to your idiot employee. I am now going to be stuck in excruciating pain and at risk for seizure activity in times I need to be clear headed, because I can't afford more CBD and all sales are final. That is the last dime I ever spend at your establishment. Because for the next week I will have to go to work and be in excruciating pain, because I cannot have the psycoactive effects of THC with my work.

The people here are very untrained. Not only do they make up ridiculous answers, they can't do math and continuously make mistakes on the calculations of the deals they advertise. I am tired of needing a manager to correct their mistakes.
I was in complete awe of how organized, friendly and BUSY this place was. I got very thorough information by my bud tender K, free drop in 15 minute massages offered on certain days and first come first serve fresh produce on certain days. I bounced in here for the first time a few days ago and was please with the service and the staff and their products. The location is tucked away so if you drive past it don't be discouraged. Look for the big RCP sign and if you pass it up turn around.Cheers
First time patient on Saturday, I was greeted with tired but very friendly guards outside, they weren't watching me like I was gonna steal something and even chatted with me for a bit. The receptionist helping me gave me tons of information and a calendar with days for growing classes, how to make canna butter, and cooking classes. I even am interested in the legal rights class, knowledge is power! The staff member helping me was great! She knew what she was talking about and sold me on the chex like mix with chocolate on it and white chocolate pieces inside. OMG I'm going back to get more soon! The kiva bar was fantastic as well and pretty powerful. I also spent over a certain amount and got a free gram of "Cashmere", I'm in love. One of the best I've tried and it smelled great and was superior quality. I will mos def be back for munchie chocolatey chex like mix, and an 1/8 th of cashmere. Fantastic, favorite and best shop in town!
James the budtender was amazing he knows his flowers. He was very educational super nice great attitude. He makes me want to keep coming back. I believe this is my new favorite spot.

HORRIBLE PLACE !!! THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PATIENTS ! Has to be the worst club in Sacramento. We got referred to this club for a compassion program for my father who is bed ridden and has cancer and cannot leave the house.. They said we can get mostly anything we want but he HAS TO BE PRESENT the first time to sign the paper but that's nearly impossible to do. They were absolutely no help at all I would recommend you NEVER COME HERE!
My husband has cancer and after one of his chemo treatments we came to this collective cause he was tired and it was on the way home. Upon arriving the wait was almost an hour long and when he received his "medicine" the buds weren't buds at all but more on the leafy side. Sine I didn't catch this until we left I decided to go ahead and keep it. Fast forward 2 days and the "medicine" looks like dirt. I called up and explained the situation to an employee (she was pleasant) and she proceeded to put her supervisor on the phone who was very rude and unprofessional and refused to help in any sort of way.If I could give no stars for this collective i would but they won't post my comment unless they have at least one so here you go. If you are actually in pain I DO NOT suggest this collective the "medicine" is a lie. Purple my ass.
False advertising. I placed an express order online and when I got there to pick it up, the price changed dramatically. They should've at least honored the original price I was quoted online. Instead they told me it was a mess up and that's why I had to pay more? No customer service skills. That's their bad and they admitted to it but I made the drive for false advertisement. Don't go there.

Probably because he's the suavest MFer this side of the water...What ever your preference (indica or sativa) they've got you covered, and it'll lay you out.Just ask what's fire and make sure you don't have much to do the rest of the day...

TAUNTED & CALLED A FAGGOT BY SECURITY!!!!!!!!!!After going there & having an issue w/security. (Said I went too fast pulling into a parking space.. 5ft.... Bored Security Guard) & an argument ensues, then From behind one pushes me into a bush as I tried to get a manager. Then after calling 911 (no show) & getting advice from a lawyer I began to drive away & leave. One guard for the 2nd time challenges me to fight by walking up to the car saying,"Hey FAGGOT get out of the Car". I said "what"??!! Then A manager & ppo holder of "fast/golden valley security" nonchalantly saying more anti gay comments. As I drive away. I call to discuss this issue w/management... Nothing happens even though the security they pay for calls Gay Guys FAGGOTS to try & taunt us into fights.This says to their patient/customers that they support their actions.
Customer service has gone downhill. If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an express order today under the impression I would be receiving 4.5 grams as that is today's special and the email confirmation for my order reflects I will be picking up a 4.5 gram 1/8th. I drove over 30 minutes I'm commuter traffic to pick up my express order. Nobody showed me the actual product or told me the strain I was purchasing did not qualify for the 4.5 gram eighth. In the 5 years I have been a loyal customer I have never encountered this. Since I had already paid and did not open the staples bag until I was in my car, I was surprised to see the sealed bag was sealed on 2/25/19 and is 3.5 grams. I thought it was an error so I went back inside. When I brought it to the attention of the "manager" she told me (in an uncaring and unfriendly manner) that the eighth I bought did not qualify for today's special. I pointed out that I was never informed of this prior to paying and leaving the dispensary and that my email confirmation stated I would be picking up 4.5 grams of the strain I ordered. I received a shrug of the shoulders and not even a friendly genuine apology, which increased my frustration. I pointed out that had I been informed I probably would have changed my order to make the time I spent driving worthwhile. I had been there the day before and the same product DID qualify for the Tuesday special (get a top shelf 1/8th for $30 with the purchase of any regularly priced 1/8th). I pointed out that it was false advertisement, particularly since I was never informed prior to paying and leaving the building. I did not have an opportunity to make an informed decision. The manner in which the "manager" handled the situation made it worse. It was clear she could care less about customer satisfaction. I will not continue to support this business since I can't trust that what I'm ordering is going to be what I receive. It's not worth my time. I'd think twice before giving them your money if they feel it's ok to conduct business by misleading customers.

This place is the worst!!! Crowded always, crazy drivers. I almost got hit in the parking lot 2 weeks ago. There is this one skinny black security guard, believe he has a beard, and he is rude as f...!!! Maybe he's racist because I'm latina, not sure. I've noticed black men in this Arden area racist toward me, and my ex fiance was black lol. Anyway, this guard is so awful that I started going to different better clubs in the area. Also, RCP overcharges for mediocre weed. Try club 1421, AMC, or golden wellness. Waaaayyyyy better. Screw you RCP and your little rent a cop.
The entire staff at RCP is fantastic. They really take the time to educate you on all their products and deals, and they offer some really awesome classes.I never feel rushed or like they are trying to just sell me their top priced product. I would say if you are new to dispensaries.... This should be your first stop! They make you feel super welcome. bonus... you can totally call in your order and pick it up!!!! Most dispensaries are cash only... RCP has an ATM machine for a very convenient last min buy!
I have always been able to get high quality flowers from RPC. I don't know what's going on with these reviews that say they were treated badly, I have always found the staff to be friendly and my wait short. I have never been there any longer than I would expect. It's always been a pleasant experience. One reason for three stars is the price for flowers seems high to me, especially when you consider the local on line prices. I get it, it's a risk, however it works for me. The other reason is the clones. I got tired of buying so I started growing again. Long story short, I went to get some clones from them because I heard so much about a certain professional nursery that dropped clones there. So I found out on line that premium clones were delivered shortly before I came down there. So they had a lot of clones, that's for sure! They were showing me clones and I asked if the were from that nursery. I was told the were from elsewhere and no genetic information was available. They charged high dollar and the clones were crap. I ended up tossing them because they were taking space away from good plants. I think you need to know someone to get the good clones! I want top shelf, and this ain't it! C'mon man! Give a guy a break... I guess if they sold good clones to the public, as they should, then they might sell less flower. Sounds like typical corporate GREED.Looks like I'll be getting clones from another city.
Best service & products in Sacramento...second to none. The front desk staff are courteous & friendly. The bud tenders are knowledgeable & professional. As a cancer patient, RCP offers me a free eighth of flower once per month. Awesome! I rate RCP 5+ and recommended them for medical & recreational use of cannabis.
Currently the best choice for weed in Sac. Good menu, updated regularly. They do testing, they have good product (could use a bit more selection, but still good), and they're open til 9 every night of the week - yes!But the biggest plus is the staff. Seriously, it's hard to go back to Northstar after experiencing RCP's level of customer service. SOOOO nice to have smiling, helpful people who really know what they're talking about instead of the standard Sacramento staff line-up (a couple of "bros" and one bored hot stoned chick who calls every male "sweetie" to try to keep them coming back & doesn't know diddly about the product).The only frustration is that clearly everyone in Sac is now coming here - it's VERY slow to get in and out (I recommend the express order system) & whenever they get a particularly good strain in, it's usually sold out within a few hours. RCP, y'all are doing great - keep it up.
Pretty good club. A lot of the top shelf was grade A and plus the prices are crazy low compared to the Bay Area. The wait can be long but if you know what you want and seen it before there is an option for express pick up.
Definitely one of my top 5 places to go to! RCP has the best deals imo. I love that they have set weekly deals (which is great when your shopping and very low on meds) They also give free edibles to referrals (warning, don't bust out your phone to show them the coupon on their site, I didn't know I did anything wrong but the budtender was still nice and realized it was a genuine mistake) if your into flowers this place is for you. Staff is really nice, security looks a bit angry but I can tell they are just doing their jobs and are actually friendly. Billy was my first budtender here, he was really great about listening to my needs and concerns. Also love that he was patient with me (I'm deaf and he was cool about repeating whatever info I missed) thanks RCP!
Nothing has changed after all of these years. How these security guards obtained a carry license is really scary. Several of the low rent ghetto security guards think theyre cops and can talk to anybody however they please. Teach them some respect. Not a smart business model with the passage of prop 64. Another shuttered business due to poor security procedures. What a shame because the staff are great and have awesome medicine. Theres always other stores that value paying customers.
I give RCP 5 stars because they are a good place to go to people are saying it's not a good place to go too but they are wrong the first time I went I got a free gram of some good bud and a free gram of keif and the keif was really good made me feel hella great and I got hooked up with great cbd strain called ac/dc I do recommend this place

After using only Northstar for ~8 years, i finally tried RCP and was really pleased with what i got and what i paid. I will write a better review soon.
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I've been to RCP many times because it is close to home and they always have what I need and are all very friendly. I also love RCP because they do express pick up orders so if I don't have time I can order online and pick it up. I've never had an unfriendly bud tender, they have always been happy and helpful. Only negative would be that it does get super busy but if your in a rush do an express order!
Best place for tree!! It's my go to spot!! Fire weed and edibles! You can pick wat you want they have a menu online and there's express orders so you can just pick them up when you ready. Only bad thing is sometimes you have to wait for hella long.. even when you have an express order, other than that I give It 5 stars
Came in here for the first time this last Thursday. They really have their shit together. Each Person working in the back really know what they are talking about. Very friendly atmosphere, they talk to you and ask how you are doing.I plan on going here for now on.

I have been a patient of RCP for a few years, and stop by for meds a couple of times a week. So many bad reviews of the staff leads me to believe that the person leaving the review was probably in a bad mood, doing something they shouldn't have been doing, or just doesn't understand that a business in demand gets busy from time to time! Being as though I frequent the club a few times a week, you'd think that over the last few years I would've had at least one bad experience if you were to listen to the other reviewers, but no! Every time is great. Yes, sometimes the express order takes a while to be ready, but I think the point is that its quick to pick it up, not necessarily that it will be ready immediately. If you need your meds so quickly you should probably prepare for that as an adult should do for themselves, not blame it on the business. When I know I need my order first thing in the morning I place the express order hours before they open and presto! its ready when I need it. A good customer should be happy for the business they use when they are busy, and it means stability for some where to pick up medicine. ( they won't close down if they are always in demand!) I am happy for RCP to be so successful! The staff has always been professional, regardless of the color of their hair, their piercings or tattoos...lets not discriminate people, just because they may not look like you...I always enjoy seeing Marcel and Tyron at the front desk. The product here is more expensive then other clubs...its also WAY BETTER! You don't have to pay for quality if you don't want to, there are other places but I highly recommend spending a little extra green for much better green! Bottom line is, forget the bad reviews about RCP, those people are ghetto and lame and would be better suited at another club anyway! RUDE. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Called to see what time their Demo was going to be. And the rude lady on the phone told me there was no demo today. I asked if they knew when it would be, they said they have no idea because the companies never tell them. I said that was weird because on their website they said the demo was today. She told me to hold on, then a few min later said yes they will be there today. No apology for the long wait time or the wrong info. When I went in, there was a huge line and the 'girl' at the counter was rude as hell to me so I didn't even go in. I will never spend my money here, Golden Health and Wellness is around the corner off of Arden, and no matter how busy they are, they get you in and out FAST, they always have excellent customer service, and their variety and pricing is spot on. Also, they have a happy hour special during the week in the middle of the day. You will be happy you made the switch!!!
I've been a patient since 2006 and I felt that my experience here was nothing to be desired. The quality is decent I will say for the highest priced meds. Another reason I went in was for a Facebook Friday win. Upon arrival they tell me I don't have one. No acknowledgment that they sent an email telling me to come pick it up. I even had the email. I drove and hour and half up there thinking I was going to get a good experience like a lot of the reviews. Honestly everyone was nice, just unknowledgeable of the strains and not as professional as I'm use to at other dispensaries.
RCP offers free monthly massage, chiropractic, and acupuncture to all its members. That with the combination of the product has completely alleviated me of all my back pain. I can actually go out and play with my kids again. RCP is in my opinion the most helpful boost to allow me to live life again. Thank you RCP

This place is LEGIT. It has its upsides and downsides just like any other club doing the same business. This place takes it to the next level on the pro sides of things. And that's what sets them aside from many other clubs. The team that works there is normally pretty on point. One of the best things about this club is the pride they take in selling the product. You can tell this because they won't even dare serve crap meds on the menu. Other places have dingy meds that don't work. Good luck finding that here, everything they have here is decent and up. There's not one dingy thing in this club and that really says a lot. I have been a member here for almost four years and when I need meds this is my place of choice!!

New to alternative madicine, I explored different places until I went to RCP. They all are very professional and show their interest and care for the people going there, well me atleast and all the people there each time I have been. I have probably gone there atleast 20 times this year. I suffer from chronic head pain and have a cyst in my brain and also have terrible Tinnitus. The men and women working there clearly have a great understanding of this medicine and it's many uses. They have never EVER made me feel rushed or make me feel like I am just am customer and sell me something and on to the next one. I have felt that way with my hospital, it is ridiculous. We need more people like those that work at RCP also working for hospitals. They are friendly but I have never heard or seen anything unprofessional. I have showed up when they were so packed busy and even then they made sure each person was treated with the same respect and knowledge of what they were there for. They teach me about the pros and cons of specific ways of using different things in my own situation with my medical conditions. I am confident that I will be treated properly and the prices are great but one can't put price on your health. I won't go anywhere else.
I went inside and received a highly educated office that was full of information they wanted to share with their patients. I was very impressed by the friendliness and knowledge. I received educated pamphlets of information about full extract cannabis oil that I recommend everyone asking about as well as some website links for even more information... and this is just getting rang through the front door. The back is just as great with the staff having some education in their field of work. They also offer Yoga, Healing CIrlces, Guided Meditations, Gardening, and more classes that are free!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
RCP is by far the best dispensary in the area.It is pretty far from my house but the gas and the drive are worth it. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about the products that they carry. The selection of Indicas, Sativa, and organics is pretty good. It does get a bit busy though at times so a call in is better. I read a lot of the reviews about this place before posting mine and I have to say, whats with all the haters of the tattoos and piercings? It doesnt take away from the professionalism of the staff or the knowledge they have, besides tattooed chicks are hot
I am only giving 4 stars because Bo, Kayla, Kelly, and Nic R. are phenomenal! Ever since the new crew who are to help in the back aren't fully educated when I ask about different strains and aren't the friendliest over the last 2-3 months. Bo & Nic are very helpful and accommodating. Ive seen other posts stating if the person making a bad review on here is probably the patient having a bad day. But tbh if I'm coming to purchase high end strains, id hope those who are helping would be able to educate those asking questions. Ive referred a handful of people over the year and they've loved RCP up until recently.
Now normally I go to either 2 clubs 1. Abatin wellness or 2. Florin wellness I usually always go there because they have nothing but fire I need quality flowers for my back. However I decided to do something close to where I was because I was crunched for time. I will share my experience in full. Intially pulled up major limited parking, the security and staff were not as friendly as the other two clubs I go to. The intial process with this club to get registered and verified is outlandish and time consuming it took so long to hear about their program, speak to their nurse, and pick my meds that I could have went all the way to Florin and back 2x. Yes I give it to them for donating, and offering their patients charitable items if they are in need. I would not actually mind donating items to them which I might do however what I will not do is purchase their flowers. Poor quality I ordered 2 Crystal Goddess and Og Kush both tastes like dirt, trash, boo boo flower. In addition the packaging is terrible. At my other club you flowers come in glass sealed jars staff is way more friendlier and its much cleaner not to mention you will have a way better quality flower that will taste amazing.
Wow....these people are wonderful. They are knowledgable and so friendly. I would recommend them to everyone..I drove over an hour to get there and it was well worth it. Yes there were other places between my house and here but the reviews were what made me decide to visit. It was worth it!
This is a good club. If you go on the deal days you can get some really high quality cannabis for a great price. The only reason I am leaving three stars is their lack of quality cartridges!!!! Bring back the 710's or something equivalent

This place has become so unorganized., and mediocre at best. Staff runs around like chickens with their heads cut off. The in house menus are not up to date or written all over..The bud tenders or customer service reps are not up to date on the knowledge of the strains they carry, when the call you back they make you feel like your inconveniencing them. The front desk is a mess but yet they have three people running it..? It seems as if they are overwhelmed by the increase of patients and the HR is not helping them to find good help. Plus where is the owner of this place has he seen the staff working there all tattooed up with colored hair an piercings all over, that is a terrible representation of this kind of industry. I surprised the feds haven't shut them down...
Great cannabis clinic off of El Camino in North Sac. If you're interested in clones perfect Union gets them every Thursday from DarkHeart nurseries. They run around $20 each, but they have a very good selection. For all of their package products you can call ahead and they will be ready at the express checkout.

My go-to dispensary, I've been going here since it was RCP Sacramento. Setup is nice, bud tenders are amazingly knowledgeable and I've only had one run-in with a know-it-all cashier. Every express order I've placed has been ready within minutes. 530, their house brand, is a true top-shelf product with weekly specials so you can try it as a reasonable price. I highly recommend GMO or Holy Grail if you're looking for a heavy indica to try. The security team at Perfect Union is among the friendliest I've ever encountered. They only lose a star due to the website being a bit clunky. Several times the site has only allowed me to order items I'd like in multiples, or I come back and it hasn't saved my cart.
I was a new customer and was helped by Jamiya yesterday! She was super helpful !! I needed to get my mother some cbd gummies and some flower for myself, but also wanted to stay under $100. With my new customer discount, we came out to $92&change. I got some gummies (that my mother LOVED) and 2 eights of some bombby flower that I love. I wish I could leave tips for the bud tinders! Some dispensaries allow tips, but this one does not. Very happy with my purchase and the service I would have included the gummies' picture but my mom has them stashed away. Greeted by Sade at the front - she was so welcoming and explained the specials.Miles helped me find what I need to deal with PTSD and anxiety without relying on my prescription meds. He explained about the different strands and even explained how vaping works. When I tried to tip him, he refused and said the company takes great care of their employees. You can definitely feel the positive vibe and the manager came right over when I asked to speak to him.On the way out, Sade let me know it was only her third day. They must do some great training and I only wish I lived closer!

Super nice bud tenders. First time discount of 30% which is the highest amount for a first-time discount. Items and prices are on par with other local dispensaries. They would not accept my DD214 (official US military discharge document) for a future vet/military discount. That soured my visit.

Update- one year later and it is still the only place to go to, everyone is friendly and nice, they opened a bigger shop awhile ago and so more people can usually fit in there. (Not now with Covid). I really love the express line, and the online ordering is really simple and easy. I am never there for more than 15 minutes! Always recommend this place! I would recommend coming here! They just changed the place and name recently. Staff is the same and awesome as always.
