Had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey yesterday, what a wonderful person to have there. He's friendly, chill and was just all over a super nice guy. We hadn't been in a long time but yesterday we totally lucked out with Jeffrey! Thank you for being so cool, it was great to go in and to not feel rushed or like we were wasting your time. I'm super excited to vape again when I can to try some of the cartridges that he recommended. It was also nice to not have certain brands pushed on us like at other shops, even though the staff is fully aware that they are known for being faulty and they break, he had something good to say about all of them and didn't belittle us for liking to vape. They have such a huge selection of products and they actually carry Heavy Hitters. I can't wait to try the Rad brand that tastes like pancakes lol, shop is chill and mellow. New go to for sure.Looking forward to going back and I hope Jeffrey helps us again :)
My go to for my cartridges! And really anything else I need weed related. Fair prices and the staff are always so sweet!and extremely helpful. It's always smoothly ran and very very clean!

This place can't inventory their weeds right.. they have a lot of over priced garbage weeds lol the good weeds you see u will never see again if they out.. I went into Kolas off of Florin Perkins road in Sacramento almost a month ago. My first time trying out this place, I got some Kiva Camino edibles. The price was about average but when I got home, I opened up the container and realized that the product was melted. I called tight away and talked to someone who said she was the manager. I explained to her what I just bought and that it was melted. She said bring it back and I will replace it. I let her know that I don't live close, so I will stop by next time I'm in the area. Well, I stopped by today and they said that they would not exchange or give me my money back because it was over 14 days ago. The "Manager" that I spoke with did. It say anything about bringing it back within 14 days. So now I'm stuck with a garbage product from a company that won't back what they sell. Stay away.
I bought an eighth of 2 different strains. The more expensive of the two, the product was switched out with green, immature buds that have no odor. Also, the inner seal of the jar was obviously broken and folded back. This has happened more than once at CC101. I wonder if the Owners know their Manager Ryan is screwing their customers. I'm so done with CC101. I will file a complaint with the State of California, especially about their fake vape pens.
This place is horrible wouldn't recommend spending your time of money here! Go to cookies or your local tender !!!!! They question you about whether or not you're going to spend money there before you even go inside
I very seldom buy any weed and would rather just grow a little every year. When I do buy some I normally go here. The budtenders are pretty knowledgeable and the prices seem OK. I think, but because I buy so little I am not sure. I take my Daughter here when she is in town to buy stuff you don't smoke. I have been going here for years.
Let me start by saying I drove an hr from Colfax just because you had good reviews. I must say it was worth the trip and will definitely be back. Austin was awesome, he recommend some great indicas, White Glue and Princess Thai. I've only tried the White Glue as of now and it's as good as Austin said it was. I asked him about some gummies and he was honest with me and suggested I should look at something else because they probably wouldn't work for me, for the fact I've been medicating for 25yrs. BUT he did suggest the 15 dose almond milk. Once I try it, I will update my review. If I could give more stars I would. You rock Austin!!!
This club is exceptional! Let me start by saying that this club is one of the most professional and organized that I have ever been to. Not only are their products great, but the budtenders are very friendly and knowledgeable and you wont be waiting around to be helped very long. On my second visit to CC101, I was talking to Austin (a budtender) and he got me the best meds for my budget. I also had a question for him regarding my dog that recently was diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to know if they had treats for dogs available and if I could purchase any for my little dude. Austin was explaining to me that a few places sell it but that they weren't available to sell at CC101 just yet.... But, then a little miracle happened and another budtender (Jasmine) was passing by and overheard our conversation. 30 seconds later as I was paying for my meds, she came back around and placed in front of me a bag of CBD DOG Treats. Just like that and said "have them and I hope they help your dog". I couldn't believe the kindness she had just done for me. It was one of the sweetest things that anyone has done for me in a while, let alone a stranger. I am very grateful.I soon started giving the treats to my dog and watched him to see how it affected him. He ate a few and soon after got a little thirsty, ate a little bit of his food, and then laid in his bed and looked extremely calm and relaxed and definitely not in any pain. He's almost gone through the whole bag now, but I can see that they really helped him with his pain and that makes me feel happy. So a big shout out to Jasmine and Austin for their outstanding help, and a heartfelt thank you for helping a guy and his dog feel better. You guys are awesome! Go to CC101 and see for yourself. This place is outstanding.
If they are running low they try to sell you shake before they refill the jar with flower. Poor quality on anything under $15
This kind of business is in it's early stages of evolution, so there don't seem to be many standards by which to evaluate them. But I can say that there was parking available, security at the door to keep out underage persons and possibly those that might represent a security threat. One takes a number and waits for admittance to the dispensary. Be sure to bring cash or you'll be paying an extra $2 to get your money from the ATM.The dispensary is, of course, the main thing here, and it was made a pleasant experience by my budtender and the tasteful way things are laid out and presented. My lasting impression is the friendliness, helpfulness, courtesy, and overall professionalism of my budtender.
This is the closest dispensary to my house, so it's always been my go to. Always a pleasurable experience as well:) Today I came in for some CBD drops and the bud tender took his time to explain how to use them and also the effect that it tends to have. Customer service is superb and I never feel like I'm being rushed when I come here.
This is the second time I've been here. My budtender was Nicole. Alot has changed since my old "pot" smoking in the late 70s. Nicole was very helpful and patient explaining the options for edibles. When i told her i also wanted some flowers (i think that's what buds are called now), she asked me a couple of questions to get an idea of what i was looking for and made some recommendations. She made me feel very comfortable and to top off a great experience, she gave me a senior discount!
I used to go to this dispensary a lot before moving out of town and really loved this place. I came back after being gone for a few months and was looking for a Sativa dominant hybrid that wouldn't make me too tired. They recommended me a strain, I took it home, smoked it, and was immediately sleepy and my day was pretty much over. I then looked up the strain online and found out that it was 95% indica dominant and was labeled mostly as a "end of day weed" That's all fine, I get that people make mistakes, but when I called to ask if I could return what I had for a refund and they said that they can only return things the day of buying them and since I "made the choice to go home with it and be satisfied" then there was nothing they could do. That seems to me like a terrible return policy/response and is definitely something that is going to make me not come back here. I'm sad that I can't trust one of my old favorites in recommending me the product I'm looking for and also won't even attempt to fix their mistakes.

One of the most popular in the area and I have been to many dispensaries. Selection is definitely available here for your flower loving people. A good selection of edibles. A wide variety of concentrates and tintures. And a nice little closet farm. The staff is nice and friendly with "some of them" having pretty good knowledge of what they are selling. 10/10 on product selection. 6/10 on staff's knowledge.
Weak ass weed, looks like bammer and all over priced. $60 8ths. Really for some grass from your backyard

Albert provided this newbie with the absolute best customer service. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I came with a specific intention and he help me make the best purchase taking into account high quality with value. The entire experience was easy and I look forward to coming back. Was my favorite go to BEFORE the taxes. I bought 1 Americano for $20.00 and the taxes were $9.68 I went again a week later and spent $145.66 and $41.00 was taxes now I see why everyone is growing their own trees or going to the black market. I haven't been back to CC101 since. I am a medical user with a medical card and I can no longer afford the dispensaries.
I have been to a lot of cannabis clubs throughout the Sacramento area, and I have to say that this one is by far the worst. Their customer service is particularly terrible, and all of their products are WAY OVERPRICED. I will be sure not to return. I'm writing this to help save some fellow patients the trouble of experiencing what I did.
I've been coming to this dispensary for a couple years on and off now and never have been disappointed by the quality of meds or their customer service. Always great quality meds and mededibles , especially the BBQ sauce very tasty and knock you on your butt every time. Everybody is always friendly and never rushes me when I'm trying to make a decision. The prices may get a little high but the quality is always great so even a compassion gram is definitely doable and worth it. Unlike any other dispensary, I have Never been disappointed with the compassion meds here. What more can I really ask for?

I I recently started shopping there and I was helped out by a lovely young lady whose name I forgot and a gentleman by the name of Andrew who where very polite and helpful I enjoyed my experience there because they make you feel comfortable and I also like the choices they have on hand.. give it a shot there's nothing like having one close to home but also with great service I'll be a regular..
The people in here were overly rude and super strict. I get they don't want people trying to rip them off and what not, but I literally got chewed out by some guy on my first visit. He was explaining all of their rules but was basically yelling at me. Cloud 9 is right down the street and has a waaaaay more laid back staff. I would choose them over this place any day. At least there I'm allowed to browse and lift jars and smell them on my own.
Damn! Other yelpers are TRIPPING! This club is the best! The staff here are always so nice and knowledgable about the buds and edibles and all the goodies. I have never ben disappointed in their flower nor seen seeds or bugs and i've been coming here frequently for 2 years. The selection is rad, the employees are helpful and the high is always top notch.

Sad to say but their customer service has been going down the drain. Everyone behind the counter looks like they're just there to have fun and don't pay attention to the actual patient. The last few times iv been in there, the budtenders have been really rude, just quiet or just open a jar and slide it to me and keep on talking? Iv been in here right when my leg pains were coming in really strong and they took their sweet time to do everything, again with just sliding the jars twards me and back to talking, so I ended up just getting a quick gram so I could get out of their, please, show a little sympathy or be professional. It's sad how their professionalism and customer service has failed.
This Place is Garbage!!! They Over Price their Flowers All of Them!!! Everything is pre packaged Where u Have to Look thru a Heavy amount of Stickers and Labels to view a strand And take a Bud Tenders word for your Cannabis Nothing is open For Sample Smelling And they are often leaving Me Unsatisfied with their recommendations.The Bud Tenders will Recommend You Anything to keep the line Moving, Oh About the lines in this Place It's At least 30-45 Minute wait Every time Unless your the first Person to Arrive when they Open. They don't Have a Customer Loyalty Reward Program, Most of their top Shelf Flower is Greenhouse Grown Which is only a Grade above Outdoor And it's Priced As Exotic Bud With outrageous Mark-Ups Not to Mention the State tax it's like these People have a store tax and a Personal tax After u get your total an eighth of Flower of Top shelf will cost u nearly $75. Someone needs to Come down on this Place and Regulate their Business Practices, Total Rip-off!!! Embarrassed to say Ive spent over one thousand dollars here in the times before this Posting this Review.

I created a yelp just to complain. Ive spent probably close to 500$ in the last month at this dispensary. Product has been good same with the friendly people behind the counter. Also not bad on wait times. Only reason im giving this place a 1 star review is because i always buy the most expensive pre rolls and i had one that just wouldnt burn so i brought it back expecting them to understand and at least exchange it for the same product or something of equal value. The lady behind the counter told me because it was burned they couldnt do anything. Well obviously it was burned i was trying to light the damn thing and it wouldnt smoke. If it had burned then obviously i wouldve smoked the damn thing instead of trying to swap it. Anyways just disappointed that i could spend so much and become such a regular customer and that they would not take care of me. I used to run a cannabis club on weedmaps called arive and we were quite successful. My main objective was to take care of my customers so that they would keep coming back and in return take care of me! This review means nothing you support businesses with your dollar and i will be taking my vote back to alpine.
I went in there 3 days ago and wanted two Americana cartridges ($20 each plus tax) however dude at the counter said I was short by like $4 or $5. I know we're paying higher taxes now (should be less for medical patients compared to recreational users now) however I thought for sure he'd say it was cool & let me slide this time, especially since I've been going there since they opened AND since I've had my medical marijuana license since the kid behind the counter was in diapers back when it started being offered for medical reasons in Oakland, CA. I'm talking like 2001 or so from the OCBC days! (Oakland Cannabis Buyers Cooperative) I already have a few of the white zip lock sealed envelope bags CC101 is REQUIRING everyone to bring back & use again (which is ridiculous, especially since they'll charge you each & every time for not bringing a bag back, Like REALLY??). Other dispensaries are NOT charging anyone to bring the same bag back to use again. I mean COME ON!! DO YOU WANT OUR BUSINESS OR DO YOU EVEN WANT US TO COME BACK TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT WHEN THERE'S PLENTY OF OTHER DISPENSARIES NOT BEING TIGHT ASSES ABOUT A BAG, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE ALREADY OVERPRICING EVERYTHING ELSE ON THINGS YOU SELL AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT?!?! THAT'S JUST BAADDD BUSINESS ACROSS THE BOARD! Anyways I'm looking forward to going to the next warehouse vendor parties so I CAN GET 2 CARTRIDGES FOR $30.00 CASH OUT THE DOOR! If there isn't one this weekend I'll wait for next one next weekend just so I'm not grabbing my ankles anymore at CC101!! WEEAAKK!!!

Didn't have the criminal vibe a lot have. Make sure you find the right one. Theres one across the street i do not recommend I found it while I was looking for this place. It is fine Dinning At the suggestion of the tender I try'd Purple Cookies it was Spectacular, and I'm looking forward to the Thai Kush.
Great knowledgeable staff and wide variety of meds. The capsules seem to work faster then some I've gotten from other clubs. And make sure you ask how to join the club for a free gift

During Covid they are not excepting drivers license extensions unless they are a physical copy. I lost my job, I do not own a printer, I have shopped here before many times, I have my drivers license with the extension but they turned me away because it's a digital copy and told me to go somewhere that isn't a Kolas dispensary and maybe then I would be able to get what I need.
Never have been a fan of this location. I made an online order for 2 cartridges 1gr each these mf's gave me .5 gr each an Stole my money. Will never go back here. Customer service is crappy too. This location is just ghetto.

This dispensary is okay I'm just glad the original owners are gone because now at least the place looks professional inside. Plus it's not too far from my house. I just wish that like Connected Cannabis the prices they advertise on their website included the taxes. The budtenders are friendly but like in most dispensaries not very well informed. When I ask for flower that is clean green certified or otherwise meaning organic they like every other dispensary try to convince that doesn't matter because of state requirements and testing. I swear budtenders must all be made to memorize the same company line when because they all repeat it like robots. I'm actually in the cannabis industry and I have graduated programs in from the Trichome Institute. Please do not let dispensaries tell you that all there weed is is the same when it comes to safety do yourself a favor and if its not grown in the equivalent of organic do not buy become an informed consumer.
I had a horrible experience here today. The staff was ill mannered rude and stand off-ish.I'm a severely hard of hearing person. I still wear a regular mask but sometimes have a helper with me who can talk directly in my ear. This was conveyed to outside staff and they left me outside alone for 15 mins while my GF waited for me inside. The, I explained to the people inside that I needed her to help me. When the clerk asked the Manager, they all laughed.Its been so long since I've been discriminated for my disability. Thanks for reminding me that mean people still exist. No business for haters!
I went in with my partner to grab some bud and the lady up front was hella rude. They wouldn't let my partner and I in together (we live together. Yes we were masked) and on my way out the lady started talking trash and being hella rude for literally no reason. Literally didn't let me in to grab bud and my partner ends up telling me that the bud tenders weren't even wearing their masks right. Whats the point of telling people they can't come in when the employees aren't even following guidelines???
Extremely unprofessional , I made my reservation at 6pm for scheduled delivery at 9pm but as I get home I see guy in my apartment parking lot smoking a joint . not delivering my order. This is second day in a row this delivery service canceled my order I have an account and have been using there delivery service for many years but never again . absolutely livid at this company's disregard for customers don't order unless you don't mind driver smoking your order
If you want a delivery service, order from anywhere else. They waited until the time that my delivery was supposed to have arrived to call me and tell me they couldn't send my order at all even though they already made me wait, because they have one driver. No alternative pick up or delivery options offered. If you're not staffed to deliver, don't take delivery orders, and if you need to cancel an order, do it before it was supposed to have arrived. First and last time ordering.
I love kolas! I work in the industry and not only do demos there but I'm a customer. They provide one on one service to every customer. The customer service interactions are quality, always informational and genuine. I was really blown away with Brett's customer service! I watched him with several customers and he went above and beyond for every last one! I seen a few reviews about waiting and then seeing a lot of employees not helping customers. From my perspective this is a covid protocol to keep everyone safe by limiting the number of customers within their small space.

Brett helped me at the counter and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and nice. I just wanted to mention the girl in the lobby who was helping with the door around 11:45 was AMAZING. She is always so friendly and I love talking with her. She makes the wait time go by so quickly. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing white nike high tops.

Stanley was awesome! He had a very friendly demeanor and was able to get me in and out quickly after helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He was also very informative, I asked about an item that I had never seen before and he was happy to show and explain it to me. Great location to buy from!
